I bought a truck from Dave and Oz at Mr Roberts Auto Sales. Within a 100 miles the speedometer started to malfunction. They said they would fix it but every time I call them, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and tell me to call back later. Not the most reliable used car lot out there.

I bought my very first car here as a college student a few months ago. Although this establishment caters to people who are seeking trucks and vans, they have a great selection of cars. I was able to find a car that was right for me. Dave was extremely helpful in guiding me through my first buying process; it was effortless. I have not had any problems with my car and they gave me recommendations for places close to my school to get my car serviced. I will definitely come back to Mr. Robert's Auto Sales when I am looking for another car.

I have purchased several vehicles for my business from this dealer in the past. The price was "fair", usually, for the vehicle purchased. However, I recently purchased a van as a work truck for my maintenance business. The vehicle was clean, however after less than 100 miles the engine blew, and the rear differential needed to be replaced. Now, I said after less than 100 miles! I called them (Dave) and said that I realize that I bought the vehicle with no guarantee, but this kind of trouble was absurd after less than 100 miles. Would they do anything to compensate me for the approx. $3700 worth of repairs that I have absorbed so far. Dave said that he would talk to the owner and get back to me. Well that was three months ago. I guess that a used car dealer, at the end of the day is still just that, A USED CAR DEALER! I would not recommend this dealer!!!

I am a woman and am used to being treated in a condescending manner. The salesman at Mr Roberts did not treat me this way. I was treated respectfully and courteously. They showed me several options that would fit my budget and worked out the finances so I could afford the vehicle. I feel I received a good vehicle for a fair price. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE from this dealer; he falsely advertises products and services to those products. We bought a Blazer that was supposed to have A/C; it didnt work & he said he fixed it but didnt (yet advertised that it had A/C). I have a BBB complaint against them.
