Maybe good or okay or not so good, but I would never rate any other dealership as high as I rate Muller's Woodfield Acura dealership! From the salesperson, to finance, to service, to receptionists answering the phone, absolutely outstanding service and the best car buying experience I have ever had. Had pretty good experience at this dealership. Barb the sales rep was very polite and patient with me on my decision to go with an RDX. Myles the finance mgr made the paperwork process quick and complete as possible. But I do really appreciate Chris the mgr at the dealership who approved of the pretty good deal I got. I would tell anyone looking for an Acura to speak with him but it seems like he is retiring soon. Congratulations to u Chris on your retirement! Maybe I will see u on the golf course some time. Really pleasurable experience working with Bill Buehring! I shopped for quite a while for a vehicle and ultimately decided on the RLX hybrid with the advance package. While a number of Acura dealers had inventory, the team at Mullers stood out as they were knowledgeable and honest and were excellent to deal with. During my search for the car, I was able to secure a slightly better deal from.another dealership, however I chose Muller's and Bill because they were honest and took the time to build a relationship. You can expect competitive pricing while dealing with professionals that are honest. If you're looking to buy an Acura Mullers is your place and Bill Buehring is your salesman, and ask for Patrick in finance when you wrap up your paper work. Truly pleasurable experience!!!

I did not have a good experience at Mullers Acura. Sleezy sales manager "NICK". I complained to the Muller Group, and they had Nick call me back to argue with me, that I was wrong and really did have a good experience. Mark in the Service department was nice to deal with, but if you're looking to purchase, go elsewhere, especially if you are a woman shopping alone.

Bill Buehring worked with us on a purchase of a 2017 RDX. I'd already done quite a bit of research so I was comfortable with the model and features. The sales approach was definitely based on establishing a ongoing relationship with the customer and not just on trying to find out what I would be willing to pay. In the end, I felt that I was treated fairly and got as good a deal as I could reasonably expect. I'd recommend Muller's and Bill to anyone.

Purchased a used 2008 MDX - 10 miles from the dealership a service light came on. I drove it home and called (I don't live in the area)- the first question they asked was if I had purchased a warranty. They never offered to fix the problem. I had the vehicle diagnosed at my local Acura dealer - called Muller's and they questioned the diagnosis - and said they wouldn't do anything. Had the car fixed at the local dealer and everything is fine now.Would not purchase a vehicle from Muller's ever again

Purchased a used car from them after getting into a bad accident. The sales team was helpful and very quick with the entire process from test drive to the point of driving off the lot. Even though they would not really work a buyer as far as negotiations since the car had been sitting in the lot for more than 4 months. Other then that the experience was easy and the sales manager and associate helped me get the car i wanted. Be sure to push for them to fully service your vehicle if you buy used as they did not polish my rotors or fill the tank when i picked up my car.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience buying a used vehicle from Muller's Acura. Matthew Rau was fantastic to work with. I emailed an inquiry about the car on a Saturday morning and within an hour I was at the dealership doing a test drive. Another hour later we were driving away with our new baby Enclave, which we LOVE. Even though I was buying a Buick from an Acura dealership, Matthew was well informed about the model and was able to answer all our questions and demonstrate all the features. Muller's is a bit out of the way for me, and there are plenty of closer dealerships, but I will definitely give them first crack at a deal the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle. I brought my 16 year old daughter with me for the test drive and I'm so glad she was with me to share in the whole positive experience...from start to finish...she was witness to respectful and knowledgeable service, seeing me get my questions answered, reviewing the car fax report, even helping me validate the calculation of the monthly payments with the finance person, who was also excellent and such a pleasure to work with. This was my daughter's first experience in the car buying process and I'm so glad it was a positive one that she will have as a gauge for future transactions. Had an 2008 MDX faithfully maintained for 7 years at Muller where it was purchased. They took quality care of the vehicle. The only disappointment was in the product when the suspension gave out as the vehicle approached 110,000 miles. Major estimated costs resulted in a bill too large to justify the repair - so traded in for a CPO RDX. Sales process was fare and reasonably quick and overall very pleasant. The finance manager also did a great job and explained the options which resulted in long term loan at a very competitive rate - better overall than the Honda Finance.I would recommend Muller Acura.

For the last three months I have been looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Acura and almost completely gave up. Every other dealership that I have dealt with was misleading and mistrusting with all of their faux promises. By chance I came across my last ditch effort and couldn't have been happier. They even found a problem after we purchased the car and they were finalizing the documentation and added it to the "We Owe", because it was the right thing to do. This was the second Acura we purchased from Muller's. They are all friendly and there is no high pressure sales pitch that you find almost everywhere else. Bill Buehring was our salesman for both vehicles we purchased, and he has got to be the nicest person you can deal with. He walks you through the steps quickly and thoroughly with a lot of professionalism. We feel we got the best deal at Mueller's as we checked 2 other dealers prior to our first visit. My wife and I ended up at this dealership after endless internet searches and dealership test drives.To name a few , we looked at jaguar f pace $50k , Audi Q5 $50k, Audi q3 $40k , Porsche Macan s $68kInfinity qx50 $40k 2016 , Honda Hrv $28k . As you can tell we were all over the board . I will say the Porsche Macan s was awesome. Here the point. I have never had such positive buying interaction like the one I had with Matthew RauAt Mullers . Price ,service and Matthews attention to our every concern . Out of all the cars I have bought over the years I found that buying the 2017 RDX at Mullers was the best experience I have encountered .As for the RDX . I also own a 2012 Acura TL bought at Mullers in 2011 the service has been excellent.I Have 70k miles on it and with not one issue . It runs like the day I bought. So the RDX is hands down the best value in the market.1st it's a v6 2nd Acura quality 3rd driver friendly 4th cheap maintenance ect. (Porsche,Audi ,Mercedes Very expensive to maintain and 10k more)

Our lease was up, you are rewarded with incentives for returning your lease with low miles. Got a great deal. My wife doesn't like to spend a lot of time at the dealership, so we were in and out in about 45 minutes to finalize the paperwork. I have used the service department before, I always received a loaner for service which is always a nice bonus.

Thanks again Matthew!Muller Acura is a really nice dealership overall and they are in the process of building a brand new facility down the street. I would definitely consider purchasing another Acura from Muller in the future! Advice to the next buyer, don't let Myles in Finance guilt you into buying warranties that you don't need. Myles starts off as a nice guy until you decline the overpriced warranties then he gets rude and "can't understand" why you don't want the overpriced warranties. Don't feel bad declining the overpriced warranties regardless of what Myles tells you about them.

I was in the market for a new car for a few weeks when I visited Muller Acura. I had terrible experiences prior at the other car dealerships I had visited before walking into Muller's. I saw a few cars online and sent a request for more information. Within a few minutes I received a text and phone call from the online manger. He was off on that given day but still took the time to respond and set me up with Mathew Rau. Upon arriving at the dealership with my 13 yr old son Mathew was working with another customer. He still took the time to greet me and see if we needed anything to drink while he finished up. During the time we waited for Mathew my son and I checked the cars that we saw online. Once Mathew was available we took a few test drives and started working on the car I decided to purchase. He made the process simple and quick. By this time it was after 9 and the dealership was closed but we were never rushed and the time was taken to explain the car in detail. I was given a fair price for my trade in and a great price for my new vehicle. I appreciate the service and professionalism displayed by Mathew and the Muller team.

My wife and I visited Muller Acura looking to upgrade our 2014 RDX for an MDX to have more room for our growing family. When we first arrived, we were greeted by Issac. Issac took time to understand what type of vehicle my wife and I needed and then Issac introduced us to our sales person Matthew Rau. Matthew was great at explaining all of the features of the MDX and took us on a test drive so we could see the difference between our RDX and the MDX. We definitely appreciated Matthew's patience and understanding as we had to leave the dealer to attend to our new born child. When returned later in the day to purchase a 2016 MDX. Matthew made sure the vehicle was spotless and that he went over all of the features of the vehicle before we drove off of the lot. Overall, I would definitely recommend Muller Acura and Matthew Rau to anyone in the market for an Acura!

Stopped in on a Friday 5 PM to sit in a TLX. Did that, but the wife who was getting the car sat in the RDX. Said she liked it but hadn't researched it. No pressure and a great experience with Seth. Stopped at a Lexus dealer to sit in a ES 350. Very nice but no test drive as it was 5:45 still on a Friday and traffic was bad. Went to dinner. Over dinner we talked. She wanted to go back and drive the RDX. Now 8 pm on a Friday night, Seth was with a customer and John Tripoli, (Seth's work Grandpa) took care of us. What a GREAT experience. She drove the RDX, liked it and we went home to research it. Did my research. The comparables. and decided on the RDX. Called Seth. Worked on the price out the door and he delivered. Just a great DEALER experience and I'm the worst guy to sell as I've been in Sales Rep for 33 years.

Don't buy your car here, and especially not from German Parales. Came in to look at the ILX, got stuck with German as our sales guy. First of all, he knew NOTHING about the cars, everything he was telling me was contradicting the official Acura website. I've done my research for over 6 months on this car, so I basically just started asking him questions that I already knew the answer to just to test him, and he failed miserably. When I called him out on it he claimed the website was wrong and he was right. Oh really? Acura's national website is wrong, but YOU'RE right? After my test drive I wanted to check the quality of the sound system, unfortunately it didn't wow me as much as I was hoping to which he made a very rude remark about how "I'm not supposed to buy a car based on the radio," excuse me but don't tell me what I need to look for and what I don't need to look for. I'm buying a brand new car, I'm going to get one that's perfect for me. Finally at the end of it all he became extremely rude when I told him I would have to think about it. He told me I wasted his time, keep in mind at this point there was NO ONE ELSE in the dealership so I'm not sure how I wasted his time? I guess his real job must be to go around and dust all the cars that no ones buying. Maybe he can research and learn some basic features of the cars he's attempting to sell? Regardless, he was the most rude sales person I have ever come across and I've visited almost every dealership in a 50 mile radius over the past 6 months. Also the cars here are way overpriced so unless you want to get ripped off, avoid this place. Working with Matt and Myles was a breeze. Myles was able to give me some tips on my new MDX (just use regular unleaded) and was able to get me a better finance rate. I feel like they legitimately are working with me rather than against me.Matt was easy to work with, we quickly agreed on a price, and he was low-pressure. Car sales should always be like this. I am buying an expensive vehicle, I don't want to shamed. Matt didn't do that at all. I would highly recommend going through the internet process with Matt.

I bought our first Acura here at Muller two years ago - it was a TLX. We went there specifically for a used TL we saw online but my wife did not like it during the test dive. The TLXs were just arriving, she liked it, we bought it. Bill B was my sales guy and Miles closed the deal at finance. Good experience with them.So, just over the weekend we traded in the TLX at Muller. The missus wanted an SUV and the same team helped us get the new 2017 RDX. Include Isaac who was the sales manager helping out their team and the buying experience was excellent again.I would have given them a five star but the facilities were not as nice as other Acura dealerships I have been in. Perhaps when I buy our next Acura, they will be in their new building and I can give them the other star!Tip: use True Car, Edmonds, etc and bring in data. Be an informed, polite buyer and the buying experience will go a lot smoother.

I'd like to say that I normally hate buying a new/used car due to all the traditional BS associated with haggling and predictability. Marco Palacios made the whole experience quite enjoyable from start to finish. He was very patient, was personable without being pushy and really expressed a genuine quality about the process that was very refreshing for me. I liked the fact that he knew about the product he was selling and was able to answer many of my questions about the RDX. Many sales people only know cursory things about the cars they sell. It was apparent that Marco took the time to know about what he was selling. He also allowed me plenty of time to look at things and make sure I was satisfied with the process. I sealed an internet deal with Sebastian Wrobel a few weeks ago, but then decided to re-negotiated the deal using a leverage of last day of the month and quarter. A 2004 Jaguar X-Type was advertised on the Internet for $4,929.00. I test drove the vehicle and was very impressed with it's condition. I was concerned that the "ABS" warning light was on. The salesperson said the problem would be repaired before delivery as "they were planning on repairing the problem anyway." The salesperson wrote an offer of $4,929.00 + $169.27 doc fees + $25.00 electronic vehicle registration + $371.44 sales tax (7.25%) + $196.00 license = $5,690.71 (exact price advertised) with the ABS problem repaired. I signed a counter offer to pay $5,000.00 cash price delivered with the ABS problem repaired. The sales person said he would ask his manager if they would accept the deal.The salesperson returned with his manager, Tommy, who sat down and handed me his card and said "I have to fix the ABS controller before I can sell the car. I won't risk my career or the dealership on one car. If I sold the car as is, and something happened, the dealership would be responsible. Here is the situation, we just ordered the part to fix the car from Jaguar and it cost $900. If you want the car, I will sell it to you for $5,800.00." I was shocked and said why would you say I would have to pay $109.21 more than the original advertised price? I said I should be able to purchase the car for the advertised price. Tommy said he couldn't sell the car for that price. I said if they would not sell me the car for the advertised price, it would be false advertising. Tommy said "it is not false advertising, it is just how it is." The actions of the dealership put forth by the sales manager Tommy follows the exact definition of false advertising.

I know cars and when they told me that A1 service code is an oil change and tire rotation, and then had the car serviced complete in 25 minutes I was suspicious. Sure enough, oil was still dirty, tires not rotated and I basically paid 70 bucks for a car wash. Brutal.

When I arrived they diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part in stock, replaced the part, vacuumed and washed my Acura, and had me back on the road within 1 hour. Unbelievable service! When I called Muller's Woodfield, Seth Gibrick, a Sales Associate answered the phone. Within seconds, I felt comfortable with his style and his product knowledge. He encouraged my husband and I to visit the dealership in a very non-pushy way. Seth showed us several options, but they didn't have the exact color combination we wanted so we left without buying. Seth didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. Seth kept in touch with me every few days, and after a week or so, was able to find the perfect car for us. Another dealership in our neighborhood had a very similar car, but my husband and I both felt it was worth the extra drive to work with Seth and the Muller team. We were not disappointed. I received a reply early that evening from Bill Buehring that he would be in by 0830 the next morning to answer any questions I had about a Pre-owned Mazda I was interested in. I recently visited this Acura dealership and worked with Malik Hussain. After test driving the Acura ILX 2015 model I viewed online, I decided to put an offer of $23k out the door, as this used vehicle was listed for $23,929. The dealership countered at $25,292 and I passed on this offer. A few days later, Malik reached out to me to ask if I had found another vehicle and if I was still interested in this and if so, would I be open to moving forward with this vehicle if they were able to offer me the KBB price of $21,900 pretax, title, and doc fees. I explained that I would need to get a breakdown of everything before proceeding. I asked Malik to call me back and leave me a voicemail with the final price, as I was unable to get to the phone due to work. Malik did call me back, but stated in this message that he would like me to call him back, but left no information beyond that. Monday morning, I received another phone call from Malik and he was very abrupt and unprofessional in his approach. Malik asked me if I made a decision, even though I had no information to even decide on anything, and I then asked what the price was and he then revealed that they could not offer me the KBB price, due to there being a discrepancy on what I provided and he saw on KBB (even though I provided them with concrete information on the day I visited this dealership). I was appauled with this behavior and said that I would need to partner with another resource before proceeding any further with this conversation. Wednesday morning, I reached out to Malik to offer him a final price of $24k out the door, as I had a couple different offers on the table from other dealerships. Malik said he would speak to his used sales car manager and reach back out right away. I then called back 4.5 hours later, as Malik had yet to reach out, and he was totally caught off guard as if he had no idea what conversation took place earlier that morning. I asked Malik why he had yet to call and he said, with an elongated hesitiation, that he received a no go from one of his used car managers, but he was still waiting on the other. After listening to his response, I again reiterated to him that I would need a response by 5p.m. Malik said he would call me back right away. It is now Friday and I have yet to hear from this dealership. This dealership eptiomizes the exact opposite of service at its finest. They are a disgrace to the service industry and it is unimaginable that a dealership that conducts business this way can keep their doors open.

Barb spent the time going through the TLX's features multiple times with me. I don't know if I would have bought the TLX or not if I hadn't starting working with Barb but I do know I did buy the car because of her. Barb's knowledge, experience and great personality made the whole experience perfect. I told a friend I normally dread purchasing cars but Barb made the whole thing very enjoyable. I came to Muller very well researched and to drive a specific SUV. I had a nice, low pressure/hassle test drive experience, but the sales piece really lagged. It didn't seem there was a great deal of interest in selling me the vehicle that day, even though I came ready to buy. However, after contacting the Internet Sales Director, I was able to reach a deal over the phone and then come back to the dealer to do paperwork. On my return visit, the environment was welcoming and everyone was very thorough to put everything in place and get me comfortable in the vehicle.I like the saying that you can't do wrong as long as you make it right and that was the case here; it was a start I hadn't anticipated, but it was resolved to my satisfaction and I'm very happy with my purchase.

One of the better car buying experiences I had, everything was straightforward, clear and to the point. No unnecessary haggling or pressure, hidden "fees", services, trying to "push" products like paint protection, etc. (these were offered, but the salesman wasn't pushy, which could be the case in a lot of dealerships). Matt was knowledgeable and clear throughout the process, everyone was great to work with. We came to an agreement that was acceptable to both parties fairly quickly, overall great experience.

Good facilities, but the sales force is marginally sketchy. Was treated like a number by Jeremie Martinez as he played the classic "mysterious manager" game to pull a price out of nowhere. Shorted me $500 on my trade-in and claimed that the price couldn't be lower.Isaac from Internet Sales texted me on the last week of October. He promised to beat any price, even the generous offer that Acura of Libertyville gave me.Um, no. Acura of Libertyville treated me with far more respect and openness than Mueller did. I'd rather go 30 minutes out of my way to a place that knows what customer service is supposed to be like than 5 minutes away to be treated like a sales statistic. I should add that neither Jeremie nor Isaac were willing to take constructive criticism.The only reason this place gets two stars is because 1) they do have nice facilities and 2) at least they didn't pull an attempted bait & switch like Arlington Acura did when I wanted a blue TLX, V6 with Tech package & SH-AWD. Arlington Acura claimed that all blue TLX's were early batches with bad transmissions.By the way, I emailed Isaac to offer him positive feedback on a rating site of his choice as a consolation prize. He didn't bother to respond. So, Isaac, you get a half-hearted "go here if you want slick salesmen with good facilities review."

We were looking for an RDX with a specific package and color at dealerships close to our home and had started working with one. Then came the bait and switch: they had what we wanted, then they didn't, it was being shipped, then it had damage but they could sell us something else or we would have to wait 2 months for what we wanted. As a last hope I called Muller, even though they were far from our house, and was told they had exactly what we were looking for in stock and they would match the other dealer's price. We filled out some paper work online and when we went in the car and all paperwork was ready for us. Muller was able to turn what had become a car buying nightmare into a very clear, friendly and open experience. They were great every step of the way, even beating the other dealer's financing costs. I would recommend them to anyone and will go there again, even considering the distance.

This was my first Acura buying experience. I drove 8 different SUVs over 3 grueling days not feeling a connection to the car until I drove the RDX with Advanced Package. We purchased the MDX equipped the way we wanted thru a lead on Cars.com. Nick Elbert our sales rep, could not have been nicer or more helpful. He was super on the phone & at the dealer ship. We came from Toledo, Ohio to complete the deal because our local dealer did not have a vehicle equipped with what we wanted. The car is great, our fourth Acura, our second MDX. The fuel efficiency is really a step up from our older MDX. It averages 40% more miles per gallon combined highway & city. My wife loves it more each day. We also got a great price.

POOR respond - I bought a 2015 MDX in July with The Protector protection, waiting 2 months about the warranty informaiton and called the dealer sales more than 3 times and left 2 message, receive no respond. Then after 4 months, called again and left an upset message to the rep and finally got attention and receive a call back same day. However, he promised to call back the next morning for status of the warranty package, then 2 weeks pastby. NO call back! still don't have POOR Customer service call - called today to schedule for software update, being transfer and on hold for 3 times for the service department to answer after 3 mins hold, at the end the customer service ask me do I want to continue to hold? Should I say - Yes for another 10 mins? This is not a good dealership service practice.

They found 3 small holes in the tire and said I should purchase a new tire -- $300 with remounting and weighting it. I opted for a certified used car after the salesman explained the benefits of either the new or used car. After dealing with so many other dealerships, it was a delight to have someone understand what we were looking for and help us find something at a price we could afford. I am a three time-repeat customer of Muller Woodfield Acura, I have purchased a TSX, a TL and purchased a 2015 Acura TLX yesterday and I couldnt be more pleased. I had been greatly anticipating the release of this new model for a while now and was pleasantly surprised when my salesperson Tommy Pililimis called to let me know that the brand new TLX arrived and he even went the extra step to remember that white was my favorite color! He had the car ready for me and the process was smooth from start to finish. The GM Chris Eugenis was also involved in making a deal with my new purchase yesterday and I was pleased that for once a GM actually went out of his way along with the salesman to explain the numbers with me, most GMs are locked in the their office and dont interact with the customer at all. Being in sales myself, I have been consistently impressed by the way this dealership goes above and beyond to please the customer.

I saw an ad for the SUV I wanted and the salesperson told me that its available but someone is coming to see it later in the day. I applied for financing with my wife over the phone and was told that I was approved. Even after asking if one or both of us were approved, I did not get a response to that question. I got there before the other buyer, test drove it and agreed to the asking price after they checked out my car for trade in. When they told me my wife needed to be on the loan as well, I told them that with 3 little kids at home she would be there in 45 minutes to sign. Muller told me that they could not wait and sold it to the person who came after me. In my opinion, it was crappy service to not give details of the approval and then tell me, sorry, we can't wait 45 minutes to make the sale. AND, I was a REPEAT customer.

When I first got there I had initially asked for another sales representative as he was the person who took my call and we initially discussed my interest in the TSX. When I got there, the rep was busy with other clients as I missed my appointment. However, after 20 minutes of waiting, Seth approached me and I told him my interest of viewing the vehicle. I test drive the MDX with Tommy Pililimis and he basically just sat through the test drive. He was not offering any information about the vehicle or the features. I liked how the vehicle drove so I set-up an extended test drive on 7/2/2014. When I arrived the vehicle was not ready and I was given a dirty service loaner without the features I had requested. After the extended test drive I still liked the vehicle so I decided to give this dealership one more chance. I called the GM Chris Eugenis on 7/21/2014 to express the terrible experience I had had with the salesman and the dealership and to discuss how we could move forward with a final test drive as we had narrowed our decision down to the MDX and the Infiniti QX60. Chris never apologized for the poor service and then he stated he would have a salesperson call me. A few hours later Tommy called me to schedule a final test drive. I was shocked the GM sent me back to the salesman that I expressed concerns about! I asked Tommy to explain some of the safety features of the MDX and he said Didnt I go over those with you already? Again I was shocked by this response! In summary, I purchased the Infinit QX60 this week from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. At the Infiniti dealership I received professional service through the whole process. Prior to every test drive a salesperson explained the features of the vehicle and the Sales Manager spoke with me during every visit. The treatment I received from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates is what you would expect when you are purchasing a luxury brandnot the unprofessional service I received at Mullers Woodfield Acura.

After a very frustrating couple of visits to a different Acura dealer, and on a whim, I contacted Muller via the internet. As promised, I received an "instant quote" from Muller via email and a follow-up call the next morning from Malik, the internet sales specialist. He asked if I wanted to communicate by phone, text or email. I told him text was fine. I spelled out what I was looking for (a new 2014 Acura MDX) in black or graphite, with Tech package. I told him what add-ons I wanted and what I was willing to pay. He immediately told me that he had it in stock, agreed to my "ask" and invited me to come in by close of business Monday to finalize the purchase. My wife and I showed up, picked out the car we wanted and began closing process. After some relatively minor negotiations, Malik gave us a fair trade-in for our 2005 Honda Pilot (matched Carmax appraisal). Most importantly, EVERY aspect of the deal was met with no games. The process was smooth and stress free. Malik is a great "low pressure" salesman who lives up to his word. He will walk you through everything so there are no surprises. A great experience all made possible by Malik. I will get my new car serviced at Muller because they are honest.

After weeks of searching I found a used car at the Woodfield Acura dealership that fit my budget and car requirements (year, mileage, color ...). After making my initial contact through the internet I was contacted by Sebastian. He wasn't pushy and I told him my situation that I test drove the car and new what I wanted but it was only a matter of getting the price. After going back and forth Sebastian was able to get a deal for me that was only $200 off my original offer. Getting there and finally meeting with Sebastian was a joyful experience as the whole staff is friendly, nice and not pushy. Even when going through financing and warranty they were not pushy. The only problem I had was with the service staff. The car had some scratches which I pointed out to them but they failed to fix them by the time I left and noticed them at home. I'll contact them later to see if they will fix it hopefully for free as they seem to value my business.

I purchased a 2010 Acura TSX from this dealership on December 20th, 2013, after several visits and several unsuccessful attempts at negotiations with several different salespersons. I had nearly given up when I had the good luck of finding Steve Katsaros to assist me with the transaction. What had been a very frustrating and unpleasant experience before that turned into a smooth affair, with regular communication and updates, things promised being the things delivered, utmost attention to detail and most of all a great deal of friendly respect. As a result, this dealership made a sale and what had been a bad experience turned into a very joyous one. Myles Bauers patience, help and guidance through the financing and documentation process was also an excellent, positive experience, and I cannot thank him enough either... To boot, this was the lowest-priced certified Acura TSX of its year and mileage in Chicagoland!

Let me start out by saying I bought my first TL from Muller's 13 years ago and they have performed all the maintenance on it. Their service department is the bomb, very friendly and forthcoming. Unfortunately, it was time to replace it and I went through the usual research via the Internet trying to determine what the right price on the 2014 model would be. I had email exchanges with a couple dealerships including Muller's and just found their replies to be more direct and less misleading. I came in and met Dan Blanchfield, the Internet Sales Manager and he was friendly, straightforward, and left out any of the BS that can make the act of purchasing a new car so painful. I feel I got the deal I expected, Muller's took into account my long history of leveraging their service department, and end-to-end, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend Muller's without hesitation.

For me Dan Blanchfield is the perfect car salesman. Although in business to sell cars, Dan most sincerely and foremost wants to insure the car is right for you and meets your needs. Unlike other salesman I have worked with, Dan does not push vehicles and features you don't want. Dan also has excellent customer follow up. Of the ten or so other dealers/private owners I was considering buying from, Dan was the only one who contacted me daily through phone calls and emails and was very accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment. I was actually going to look several other dealers before making my decision; which I have always done in the past, but it was Dan's refreshing honesty and lack of "pushiness" and the Muller Woodfield Acura Dealership's willingness to negotiate that made me buy a car at the first place i looked. Dan's follow-up was also first class. When on getting home with my Honda Odyssey, I found that there was no owner's manual in the glove compartment, Dan went out of his way to get me one. I truly appreciate Dan's way of doing business which I rate as second to none. For these reasons, I would highly recommend Dan and the Woodfield Muller Acura dealership to my family and friends and look forward to doing more business with Dan in the future.

I bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse which boasted 105 point inspection, halfway home to Grand Blanc, MI., the engine oil light comeson, I call Dan and he said bring it in and we can look at it but not right away, we are backed up. I said I don't want to wait and he saidif you take it to a Mitsubishi dealer in Michigan, we won't back their service, I took it to the dealer and they replaced an oil sensor.When I FINALLY got my title, I emailed Dan and told him that I got the title and it was a faulty oil sensor -- NO REPSONSE. Also when I went to get thetitle transferred in Michigan they said for some reason, they miscalculated the sales tax so I had to pay for that additional cost atthe Secretary of State -- the bottom line is THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP AFTER THE PURCHASE.

He was atypical of what most of us think when we picture a car salesman, in that, he was very low pressure and highly transparent about what could and could not reasonable be done - there were no games. I was fully expecting that I'd be purchasing a different make from a different dealer, but Seth got me to a price/value point that I couldn't overlook and ultimately won my business. He made sure to stay part of the transaction until I literally drove off the lot - helping oversee final detailing to the point where he rolled up his sleeves and pitched in. I visited this dealership looking for a used Acura TL SH AWD. Salesman approached me and asked what I was interested in. I informed him and he said he will go check the system and will come back. After 15 minutes of waiting, I figured he wasn't coming back and I decided to just leave. As I was walking pass the building, I see the Salesman through the window laughing and spinning on his chair. I'm guessing he didn't even bother looking for the car and decided to just goof around with his co-workers. Also for a supposed luxury brand, this place did not feel or look luxurious compared to Lexus or Infiniti dealerships in the area.

These guys are awesome! This is my third car buying experience and hands down the smoothest. I am female, and had some reservations about purchasing from a dealer without "backup" but Tommy my sales consultant made the process painless. He was knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions with clear concise explainations. There was no pressure to purchase over my price range or include add-ons, and he even stayed late to shake my hand and deliver my car once the paperwork was completed. I always have a great experience when at Muller's. John was busy with another customer, had Seth take care me (who has been with Mullers for about 3 or 4 months). Seth was so knowledgeable it didn't seem he had been working there for such a short period of time. Chris Eugenus was fantastic as well, couldn't ask for a better GM. Mullers is a fantastic dealership and would not buy a car from anyone else.

He was easy to talk to, and answered every question I had. He showed us many vehicles until we found the one we ending up buying. Recently I visited Muller's Woodfield Acura in hopes of leasing an ILX. I was completely satisfied with my experience with this dealership. I worked with Sebastian Wroble, and he was amazing! Sebastian was able to answer all of my questions, he was able to explain the policies of the leasing program, and he was able to demonstrate all of the terrific features in my new car (tech package, etc.) to me before I left the lot. Sebastian and the other employees were very accommodating and understanding of my finances/budget and were willing to make things work so a lease was affordable. I would strongly recommend this dealership (and Sebastian) to anyone who is looking to buy/lease an Acura. Sometimes buying a car can be a very stressful situation, but that was not the case for me this time. I was very comfortable here and will definitely be back when I am in need of another Acura.

Flash back to years ago when I went Mullers for the first time . I had my heart set on getting a vehicle that day , but Sebastian RECOMMENDED ME sell my car myself rather then trade it in . I knew then that I was at the right place . Sebastian has always been straight forward with me and for that I thank him, for this had not been my experience ANYWHERE before .My husband and I have had a TL, TSX , MDX AND our most recent was a '14 RDX . Take your hard earned money somewhere else.Sales people in this dealership were really nice to me only because they know I was really interested in buying the SUV. I test drived the 2010 MDX and the salesguy (Grant) gave me all the features and told me that it is a certified pre-owned vehicle and with a 127 point safety inspection. He even showed my the paperworks. Negotiation took a long time only to get around $100 off the display price. I bought the car because I really need it asap. The next day, after starting the SUV, I can hear a loud squeaking noise coming from the engine. Apparently when starting the engine on a cold weather, this happens. Really? 127 point safety inspection and this is what I get.And by the way, as soon as you signed the paperwork they are so much in a hurry to get rid of you. I will never... ever go back to this dealership again.

After a long search for a MDX Technolgy, shopping, calling and driving from dealer to dealer.. I found the MDX I was looking for at Muller Acura.. I called to check on the availablilty and condition of car.. The salesperson confirmed it was in stock emailed me the 150 point certification, warranty information and even some service history.. I drove 30+ miles to buy from here.. When I arrived to the dealership the salesman Tommy showed us the car and gave us an in depth demonstration of the features like Bluetooth, Navigation, Hard Drive etc.. Negotiation's were easy and painless.. They gave me a fair price and excellent financing options.. I even bought a set of Acura running boards that they had installed while I was signing the finance paperwork.. Every aspect of my visit and purchase was on point and a breath of fresh air.. My salesman Tommy Pililimis was very professional and informative.. He knows his product and how to sell the cars and their technology and safety.. I will definetly buy again from Mullers Woodfield Acura..

We looked into buying a few different vehicles and in the end, we chose to buy from Bob Ingo at Muller's Acura because we had a feeling we were in good hands. We choose the Acura RDX becasue it is a superior vehicle to a couple others we were looking at but got a great offer at another dealership. I presented the same offer to Bob Ingo and since we enjoyed working with Bob if he could match it we were going to buy from him. Bob stayed in front of us regularly so we didn't forget he was there, and didn't put any pressure on us to push us away. I hope to buy another from Bob in the future.

Went to this dealership with the intent on being a repeat customer. I had bought a 2008 TL from this dealership and was extremely pleased with the whole process. When i arrived at the dealership it did not take long to get the my 1st disappointment. My salesman no longer worked at this dealership and i i was about to find out why. After test driving the vehicle i was intrested in i was going to attempt to make an offer when i was told that what they wanted to give me for my vehicle. 5k less than blue book. i have been buying cars for a while and i know that you do not get blue book when you trade a car in but 5k less than what it's worth. I took my business elsewhere and i would suggest anyone else attempting to buy a car does the same. This dealership has a completely different set of peopple working for them now comapred to when i bought my first vehicle from here and i would not be surprised at all if this dealership does not last much longer. Too bad, i thought i had finally found a good dealership with a good set of people. Could not be any farther from the truth. Very Disappointed....GO ELSEWHERE.....

Drove an hour to go look at a suv. Talked to a sales person on the phone and had said the price was negotable. Test drove the suv and noticed it needed an alignment he assured me it was fine but I never mentioned to him that I worked on cars for a living and did alignments all day so i could clearly tell it was out. After inspecting the engine I was prepared to make a cash offer and did so, and all he said was it was an insult, and never even tried to come down the listed price. so I took my business a few miles away. I would never recommend this dealership.

My wife and I recently leased two new Acuras from Sebastian Wrobel at Muller's Woodfield Acura. We initiated our purchase process online by requesting quotes from 5 area Acura dealers. My wife and I must be the only ones who had bad experience at this dealer.This is her letter to Mueller, and Acura HQ.Dear Management of Mullers Acura,I had hoped that when I sent this e-mail out it would be on better terms. My husband and I purchased a 2012 Acura TL from your dealership last weekend on August 25. We had been working with Sebastian Wrobel via e-mail. We are from Appleton, WI. When our offer was accepted we made the decision to drive the almost four hours to Illinois to complete the paperwork and drive the car home. It takes a lot of trust to make a $37,000 purchase based on a few e-mail exchanges and pictures on the internet. But we did our homework on Mullers Acura and felt were in great hands. You had exemplary comments and came highly recommended. We were confident we did the right thing. Unfortunately that trust dissolved when we finally got to your dealership. We were rushed through the paperwork, was shown the car while it was being prepared to be taken home in the service area. We were not offered a test drive, please remember this was the first time we ever saw the car in person. Finally we waited for about three hours before we even got to Finance to complete the paperwork. We got to your dealership at 12:00 noon. That was three hours of waiting.We did not get a walk-through on how to operate the vehicle. We spent 15 minutes in your lot trying to figure out just the basics before we felt comfortable driving it back to Wisconsin. Earlier when we asked Sebastian for directions on the best way to return to Wisconsin using highways his reply was, Your car has a GPS youll figure it out. That was rude and unprofessional. He should have been more sensitive to the fact that we drove almost 4 hours to give your company our business. My biggest disappointment was the condition of the car. We have purchased several new cars in the past, five to be exact. Acura was our first premium brand and we expected better service especially from such a prestigious dealership as Mullers and the luxury it sells. There were coffee droplets in the car, sticky soda droplets, the entire interior was dusty and had some kind of white powdery stuff on the dashboard, there were sand and dirt in the trunk, the middle seatbelt was sticky, the cars exterior had not been washed and what shocked me the most was that gas tank was completely empty. I have never had a dealership sell me a car and then not fill the gas tank for us. I almost cried in your parking lot. I expected the Lexus experience after I just spent $37,000. Mullers should have been able to deliver on that type of customer service. We now had to spend another $64.00 to fill the gas tank and take our car home. We spent three hours waiting I was under the impression that in that time my car was being cleaned internally and externally. I expected my car to be in immaculate condition. I should hope that Mullers also has the same high standards such as mine. You should be ashamed that you let a car leave your lot in that condition with a customer.The customer service and product condition was only slightly above a local corner used car lot. Several used car lots treated me better and delivered at least a clean car. Purchasing a vehicle whether it is brand new or previously owned or whether it was $5000 or $50,000 is exciting all the same. Had I known this was the level of customer service I was going to receive I would have gladly paid the additional $5000 to purchase that same car in Appleton at Bergstrom Acura. I would be hard pressed to recommend Mullers Acura to any of my family and friends. Word of mouth is a very strong advertisement tool.Your prompt attention to this inquiry would be appreciated. This is the 4th new car we've purchased/leased in the last 2 years, and this was the best experience by far!The dealership was very clean & in a good location and all the staff we worked with were very friendly - from the receptionist to the porter. Chase (our salesman) and Miles (our Finance guy) both did a great job getting us in the car we wanted, and both went above and beyond to make sure we'd explored every finance method/option available, and ended with a payment that worked for us.We could not be any more thrilled with the new vehicle or the buying process and will certainly recommend Muller's to anyone looking for an Acura!

Just purchased a new 2012 base MDX from Muller's Woodfield Acura in Illinois Initially, I was doing research and planned to purchase next year, but ended up purchasing on Saturday (7/21/2012). I had contacted four other local Acura dealers in the Chicago area, and none were as competitive on price.All of my negotiation was done via email/phone prior to stepping into the showroom. Grant Goering (Internet Sales Manager of Muller) is the only person who was willing to negotiating with me, answered all of my questions (truthfully providing me the itemized incentives, rebates, dealer discount, etc.) in a honest/straight forward fashion and kept the ball rolling. Grant was very knowledgeable/polite and treated me professionally. I even got the opportunity to meet the owner, Mr. Muller. Mr. Muller was very interested in earning my business and helped ensure a smooth transaction. Overall, I am very happy with Muller's Woodfield Acura and I think I got a good deal.

(This is a direct quote from Chris Eugenis, General Manager.)I strongly urge you to NOT buy a car from Muller's Woodfield Acura!Detailed Version:When I bought my Certified Pre-Owned Acura MDX from Mueller's Woodfield Acura, I expected to receive exactly what they advertised: "When you purchase an Acura Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Muller's Woodfield Acura, you can expect the same uncompromising standards of a brand-new Acura." "Each vehicle must also pass a 150-point vehicle inspection." "Every vehicle must pass stringent measures before it can become a Acura Certified Pre-Owned."(Editors note: I omitted the non-relevant information in the above quote from their website. Apparently this means:- A repainted passenger front rear door is an uncompromising standard- A repainted passenger rear door is an uncompromising standard- A repainted rear quarter panel is is an uncompromising standard- Repainting both the front and rear bumpers is an uncompromising standard- Grinding sounds from the rear brakes due to installation of Non-Acura aftermarket parts is an uncompromising standard- Conveniently omitting these items from the 150 point vehicle inspection is an uncompromising standardI did take action and reviewed the situation with Chuck Como (the used car department manager) and indicated that this car was clearly misrepresented and that I was not satisfied. Chuck offered to complete a search and procure a similarly equipped vehicle at which time we would make a good-faith trade/repurchase. He also indicated that this could take 3 weeks or up to 6 months. I naively agreed and proceeded to follow-up every two weeks. Unfortunately, after 4 months had gone by, exactly nothing transpired but quick talking. I continued to escalate and expressed my dissatisfaction to the Chris Eugenis, the General Manager. At one point, Chris agree to pay to have the body panels in question repainted by an outside shop. However, when the verbal estimate for the work was provided ($3k), this agreement was quickly recanted.A few weeks later, the rear tailgate began to rust. Muller's service did provide an excellent loaner vehicle and did get the hatch quickly repainted. Unfortunately, when I inspected the work and pointed-out that there was now a paint sag on the newly repainted tailgate, the Service Manager indicated that he could not see the problem and would do nothing. I was speechless.Following-up with Chris Eugenis was an exercise in futility. Chris informed me that used cars are often repainted and that this is an acceptable aftermarket modification for a certified used car. (So thats the value of Every vehicle must pass stringent measures before it can become a Acura Certified Pre-Owned?) The only solution that Mullers Woodfield Acura was willing to offer was my trade-in plus $7000 more for a year newer vehicle. Chris could only tell me to be reasonable with my expectations.I continued to escalate and spoke with the owner, Trudy Mueller. We had an excellent conversation which also included a nice discussion about her recent trip to Egypt. Unfortunately, when it came to resolving my issue, this was apparently a bother and not worth her time. Trudy did not return my follow-up calls.In the end, I become so frustrated with their poor service that I stopped calling them and stopped going there. I guess that Mullers Woodfield Acura wore me down enough and won.Today I am proud to be a loyal customer to CONTINENTIAL ACURA IN NAPERVILLE!So the choice is yours. If you care to avoid aggravation such as this, I would strongly urge you to avoid Mullers Woodfield Acura and make the drive to another dealer.To Mueller's Woodfield Acura: If any of this is untrue, I welcome you to contact me so I can read my notes to you and refresh your memory. I'll gladly change my rating if you live up to your original agreement to pay to have the passenger doors, rear quarter and bumpers repainted at Royal Coach. A few months ago I was in the market for a certified 2008 TL and Muller had the best selection! Chase and Tommy were great to work with! They treated me like a friend and were willing to work with me on price as we as other aspects of the sale. They have many years of sales experience between the two of them and they were willing to put in a lot of time to get me the right deal. If I am ever in the market for another Acura I would go back to Chase and Tommy as my sales representatives. They were great to work with and made the whole experience a pleasure!

first went to palatine acura in palatine ill they kept giving us the runaround about our trade in and also percentage rate of new car. thought deal was made with acura in palatine but next day finance guy said we could not get rate or value for our trade in. my husband said to try mullers acura was hesitant at first and was just going to stick it out with palatine acura I AM SO GLAD I DID NOT STAY WITH PALATINE ACURA!!!! Finance guy was real shady and a con at palatine acura. So i called up Sebastian in Mullers acura set up meeting time and Sebastian was no nonsense right to the point reasonable sales guy love his saying "if it makes sense to you and makes sense to us" then we have a deal! Sebastian asked me what my plan was and he really listened and i was aable to get a good deal for my trade in and get my new MDX!!! so if you want a new acura please see Sebastian at Mullers Acura he is no nonsense straight to the point sales person.

I was looking for a nice and clean TL and I found it on the internet. When I showed up at the dealership a saleswoman who "helped" me out told me that the price actually was different from advertised. I found a different TL and when I showed her my interest in the second one after test drive I was asked for $500 just to check if the noise that was coming from the wheels was because of bad tires or some mechanical problem. It was supposed to be a certified vehicle and she requested money for checking the problem as if I was its owner!!! I was just a potential buyer who was looking for a good car at a "respected" dealership I would never expect this kind of behavior from one that wants to sell me a car. I didn't feel welcome there and my experience was not very good, it was like I wasn't respected unless I put my signature on their papers, and after that I didn't feel respected anyways. And Yes I Bought The Car! That TL is fine by the way.

Contacted Miles on 01-11-12 to discuss the purchase of a 2012 Acura TSX. I explained to Miles that I had shaky credit (600'S) and that I wanted to trade in my current 2011 vehicle due to my wife having cancer and going thru chemotherapy as the vehicles seat was uncomfortable to her and hurting her legs when she got in and out of the car. MIles assured me there would be no problems getting financed so I went to the dealership. I have purchased several other vehicles from the dealership so I was confident this could be done. When I arrived John Tripoli and Miles worked with me (bought vehicles from John also) and we were able to negotiate on a price. Miles had my financing approved within minutes thru Acura financial and we had ourselves a deal. A special thank you to Miles for everything you've done for me over the years. I really appreciate all you've done for me. My wife is now able to comfortably sit in the car without pain or injuring her legs. The dealership will be highly recommended by myself and family for all future purchases. Although Nick was not in on the 11'th a special thank you to you also Nick as you have assisted other family of mine in purchases at the dealership.

was shopping for a vehicle online, called the dealership and talked to a salesperson and told us the car was in near perfect condition as the pictures looked.We decided to take the three hour drive to buy a "nice clean vehicle". When we saw it the salesperson forgot to tell me about the damage all over the vehicle that was not shown in the photos. This was not a good experience!

We just purchased a 2012 Acura TSX Sport Wagon from this dealership. Before even stepping foot in the dealer, I had contacted them through their website and received a very attractive quote from Sebastian. Had a few follow up questions for them, including a request for measurements of the cargo area, and Sebastian was always prompt in getting me answers After talking to other dealers, we decided that we would make the purchase from Muller's and I'm glad we did. Reserved the car over the phone with a small deposit, and Grant was helpful in having all the paperwork ready for my wife and I. By the time we got to the dealer, most of the paperwork was done so all we needed to do was inspect the car, sign some paperwork (we financed through Acura), and drive off in our new ride. Overall, a painless process and a great deal with professional salespeople.

I had an enjoyable experience buying my new Acura through Muller's Woodfield Acura. There was never any pressure by the dealers to "close the deal". I was given a fair trade-in on my 10 year old Camry. When it came time to view their offer, I couldn't refuse because it was so generous. There was no room to haggle down, I would have insulted them to do so. I drove home that day with my new 2012 RDX and am very satisfied. I should have made the step up to a "luxury brand" years ago.

We have dealt with this dealership since 1994 and have always been treated courteously. The salesman (John) remembers our names and greets us even if we are just in for service work. Our most recent purchase was our first contact with Myles and he clearly explained everything regarding the financing and the paperwork went smoothly. Service work on our previous auto was always done as promised and if a problem was discovered we were advised of it before we had to return to the dealership for the vehicle.

I had been driving my previous car for the last 12 years until I was in an accident and forced to buy another car. So this was my first car buying experience in more than a decade. I did my thorough research, knew the make/model I wanted, and found a 2009 Used with really low mileage at a VERY fair price on Autotrader.com. I stopped at Muller's Woodfield Acura after work to take a test drive, but was not expecting to buy it that night. Grant was the type of salesperson I had hoped to deal with. He was knowledgeable, polite, personable, and most importantly, not pushy. I don't have a deep credit history, so financing was a bit of a struggle, but he was persistent in finding me a decent rate with one of their banks. After we found one that approved me, we discussed price. Again, he was very flexible in negotiating lower monthly payments and helped me come up with a deal that I felt comfortable completing that night. Sebastian was the finance manager who made the signing process very smooth and hassle-free. No hidden costs, no force-feeding me other deals or additional sales. Just an easy, worry-free transaction. They also offered to return my rental car to the nearest Enterprise so I wouldn't have to deal with that. My overall experience is that I walked into Muller's Woodfield with a lot of weight on my shoulders: recent accident, rental car costs adding up, car search not yet finished, financing and insurance to figure out, etc. I walked out a few hours later with a very clear mind and a car that fits me perfectly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a car.Lastly, I just wanted to give my opinion regarding the negative review below mine:-Why give such a damaging 1-star rating for an experience you caused? If they politely refused service to you because you threatened legal action the minute you walked in, how can you blame them? Doesn't seem like that warrants you logging in here and typing up a review that could damage their reputation. Just go get an oil change elsewhere.

Went to this Dealership for ATF change. Asked the service advisor to have a mechanic take a quick test drive of my vehicle to see that the transmission was shifting normally before the fluid change. After asking a second time he (mike wajler)asked so what if the transmission has a problem after the fluid change what will you do?jokingly I said "call an attorney" and laughed about it. Now he doesn't know me or that I have never sued anyone in my life. So in comes a Master Tech and we go for a ride, come back and he gives Mike the thumbs up and Mike shows me to the customer waiting area. After five minutes or so in walks Mark,the service manager and he asks to speak with me back in his office where he informs me they are going to decline any service on my car. I ask why and he says because of the attorney comment I made to Mikeearlier. Now I understand that nowadays you had better be careful of what you say if for example you are in an airport. I was stunned and couldn't believe it. So I have a choice remain and commence begging for an oil change or leave. I chose to leave but before leaving I asked Mark to put this in writing as to why they declined changing my transmission fluid. So moral of this story if you go there keep your mouth shut,get your paperwork and go sit in the waiting area and hope for the best.

This was my 1st purchase from Muller Acura and I have to say that these guys do it right. I purchased a new MDX. I walked in and was warmly greeted. I had three Acuras before I decided to try another car. I made such a mistake and purchased a brand new Volvo S80 and after six and half years, the transmission blew. Not only was I out the money I spent, I had no trade in, no nothing. I called Chris Eugenis and he hooked me up. I should have NEVER left Acura in the first place. Having a better experience purchasing a car than I did at Muller's Woodfield Acura would truly be impossible. From the moment I first dealt with Muller's until the moment that I drove off the lot with my new MDX, I knew without question that they valued me as a customer. The team of people that I worked with acted with great integrity and respect and most importantly candor. I contacted Muller's after a frustrating, stereotypically hassle-filled and caveat-laden car-buying negotiation at the dealer from which I had purchased my last two Acuras. My initial conversation with Sebastian at Muller's involved a promise from him that he would be upfront with me at all times and that he would give me the best deal possible - no caveats, no back and forth, no hidden costs I wouldn't find out about until I was ready to sign on the dotted line. Sebastian delivered on his promise 100%. He gave me such a good deal that the other dealers I spoke with in the area refused to believe me when I told them what it was. They thought it was "too good to be true." (Lucky for me it was true!)Sebastian was courteous, professional, honest, and engaged in the process every step of the way. He followed up regularly after my initial visit and never waivered in his promise for excellent service. Every person I worked with throughout the process at Muller's bent over backwards to make the experience a positive one for me. I have never had such a forthcoming, kind, amenable group of people working with me to help me get the car I wanted! After 15 years of buying cars elsewhere, I will never buy a car anywhere other than Muller's Woodfield Acura going forward.

I purchased a vehicle today at Muller's; originally I went in with my own financing, but the guys worked hard and got me a lower financing rate. The friendliness and service is nothing that I've ever experience before. I got an awesome deal in the car I wanted, the salesman was honest. They treated me with respect and dignity. They did a superb job and I would definitely recommend it. Trust me, I spoke with every acura dealership, from illinois, down to kentucky, across missouri, wisconsin, michigan, and the east coast. They had the best deal available. Other dealers just threw out "special internet prices" just to try to get you to come but don't honor their words. But not these guys.

The First salesman I talked to was ver helpful and a very pleasant man to work with, he helped me until one of his customers came in so he handed me off to his used car sales manager Chuck Como who was sitting in the showroom display area chatting with another sales associate. I explained to him I just wanted to listen to another car of the same year to do a comparison to make sure there was or was not a problem with the stereo before I brought it in for service. He had asked me without even getting up out of his chair "Did you buy your car from us?" No, we couldnt come to a mutual deal. HE replyed than there is nothing I can do for you and I can not help you. Are you kidding me? All I wanted is 5 minutes of his time from chatting with a co worker to do a quick comparison. But because I did not buy the car there they felt that they did not owe it to me to help me out and that it was the dealers problem from where I bought the car. I disagreed with this level of customer service regardless of where I bought the car from.I asked to speak with his superior, General Manager, Chris Eugenis. I sat in his office while he asked me the same question as Mr Como. Did you buy your car here? Why not? Well you should have, and than he proceded to tell me how great his dealership was compared to the dealer I bought the car from. He asked that too.After a few minutes of him telling me how unfair I was to ask his salesman (who was sitting talkin to another salesman) to go out and open a door for me to take a quick listen to satisfy my concern with the stereo.He finally asked me if I still wanted to listen to the audio in the car. I said yes,Took my listen while he srtood outside of the car. It took one song to hear what i neede to and i was done, Thanked him and went on my way. I should have never had to go through that kind of experience at a luxury automobile dealership. I would expect a much higher level of customer service in a place like this.Do not give this dealer your business. With management like this, I am not going to fill their pockets with my hard earned money, nor should you.

This dealership was a great place to buy my pre owned car. I got a great deal and the people were very friendly and kind. The service there is wonderful! I highly recommend stopping by there, you will most likely find what you're looking for

This dealership has the worse salesperson--those scumbags that no other dealers wanted to hire--work there. I had a complain against a salesperon sent to the manager. I went into this dealership looking to purchase a 2009 Acura MDX. I had a 2010 Acura Rl loaded that I had purchased several months ago. The Acura RL had 1,600 miles on it. Now I know that there is depreciation as soon as you drive off the lot with a new car. The reason why I wanted to trade my car in was due to the high cost of insurance and my overall satisfaction with the vehicle. Needless to say they came back with an offer of $38,000 for my car.They are asking me to take a $17,000 hit with only 2 months of ownership. Bottom line here and what I told them is "are you fu*%ing nuts? This dealership sucks and obviously is in the business to rip people off. Thanks but no thanks Mr Muller.
