I would pay twice the price for a service advisor who actually knew about my vehicle and what was done or at least vehicles in general. 30,000 mile service for a Honda CRV and chafing an AC relay switch was over $600. The service advisor did give a discount. They immediately tried to sell me a $129 A/C service and acted offended when i could not tell them what was wrong with the A/C and that I did not need the $129 service. I only wanted the A/C to blow cold air. The lady who was my service advisor was Condescending, seemed to be inconvienced by my appointment and the lady working next to her was complaining about a customer phone call she received in front of me ( also a customer). They provided me a laundry list of " faults" that I know we're not valid as the last Honda dealership who serviced my CRV said there all was in good working order (minus my current problem). I was told that there was an oil leak on the valve cover gasket and needed me to tell her what it was as she couldn't remember what it was called. She told me that to find the oil leak, they would need to steam wash the motor - she had no clue of the cleanliness of the car as it just cleared customs at the local port where it arrived from Europe. I asked to speak to the mechanic or any mechanic and was told they be was busy working on piston rings and did not have time to talk or answer my questions. Absolute worst service department. I would not used them if I had to and am quite sorry to have used them. This the first Honda dealer I have encountered like this. The service manager smugly listened and offered no appreciation for my experience.

The Sales staff was amazing. Tim Ames(Salesman) and Duncan Malloy (Sales Manager) were amazing. I have a very hectic work schedule and 2 amazingly rambunctious toddlers that they easily accommodated. They had all the paperwork ready to go by the time I arrived and was driving away in our new Pilot in less than an hour. They met all of my concerns and demands in record time with admirable results. I can say easily that this was the most painless new car purchase that I have ever experienced. I am definitely recommending this dealership over any of the other local Honda dealerships in Savannah. Thanks again to the Nalley Honda sales and finance team.

I have been looking at the 2007 Pontiac Solstice for sale for several weeks and have already made contact with the dealer several weeks ago. On 5-17-2014 I decided to drive 150 miles to Brunswick to actually see the car. When I arrived at the dealership I explained that I had already inquired about the Solstice. I also told them I had found it on the internet. There was some confusion while they decided who would take care of me, but as I came without an APPOINTMENT I was patient. I managed to get a test drive and the car was fabulous. Now I ask for the out the door price and the salesman says he has to have all my personal information, so I oblige thinking it will be worth it. The salesman takes the info to the "price guy" and returns with the deal. The internet price on the Nalley site is $12,537.00, but the price there was $15,990.00 plus 599.00 dealer fee, plus doc fees and then TAVT. I looked at the salesman and said "are you serious" and his reply is "whats wrong". I told him what was wrong and he says "go talk to him" (the price guy in the in the booth). I told him as I was leaving I don't do business with dealerships that work that way. They lost a sale and a dealer somewhere else will get it. Overall the dealership was unorganized with employees milling around and talking while customers looked stranded. They also played the one way in and one way out routine while you drove through looking at cars.

I had been looking for a new vehicle for over a month before coming to Nalley. I had something specific in mind that I was looking for. Jerry met me on the lot and we test drove a 2010 Pilot. He was very informative and friendly. He was easy to work with and not pushy like many salesmen I had dealt with at other locations. We were able to work out a deal that I was pleased with and they got me in and out quickly. They even stayed well after closing to finish everything out. Everyone at the Honda lot was extremely nice. I had an issue the following day and they were so kind and quick to help. The manager, Bob, was so accommodating. Scottie in the service center sat down with me and gave me tips on my new vehicle and was was great to work with as well. I can't speak highly enough for people at Halley Honda. I have never felt more welcome at a dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Id first tried Vaden Nissan in Hinesville and Southern Motors Honda in Savannah only to walk away very frustrated with the poor deals and shady sales tactics they pulled.I really didnt want anything else to do with the local dealerships, so I decided to branch out further. Brunswick is a considerable drive, but well worth my time. I was very pleased with Nalley Honda. Everybody was sincere and friendly, Eric Freeman was a great salesman who did not use any of the shady sales tactics, and I could not be happier with how they handled the sales experience. The other representative I dealt with was Chip Anderson, who is also great with customer service. I highly recommend Nalley Honda for anybody looking for a new Honda, or a used one at that.

They gave me an on-line quote and then they would not honor it. They said they made a mistake even after we had discussed the quote.

This was the best dealership experience ever!! I was contacted very quickly after I submitted my info. Eric educated me about all of the different trim levels and options, and it really helped determine which Accord was right for my family. Chad was the sales manager and David was in the business office. They were both extremely professional and there was absolutely no pressure the entire visit. Thanks to everyone at Nalley Honda, keep up the good work.

Salesperson Kevin Brooks was awesome, showed me all options and not pushy. Chad Wilson (manager) and he gave me a great, friendly, got my payment where I wanted. Last person I dealt with was David Hunt in finance, he was straight forward, honest, and got me the best rate possible. I would recommend all my family to Nalley and Kevin for the best experience you can find!! Love my new Accord!! Thanks guys!!

On 3 separate occasions I have had additional unnecessary work recommended when my car was in shop for routine maintenance.1. In 2007, rear differential service was done at 23,689 miles which Honda recommends at 90,000 miles. Credit issued when I brought to manager attention on subsequent visit.2. In 2009, brakes were recorded at 3mm and replacement suggested at 61,941, Independent shop said unnecessary and subsequent visit to Nalley showed brakes 6-7mm and not necessary. Replaced in January 2012 at 107,497 miles!3. Most recent, January 7, 2013, brought in for recall and oil change. Fancy form with "cautioned tasks" recommended $1038.67 in additional work of which $90 was legitimate.I will do my best to publicize the ripoff practices of this dealership for the unwary consumer who may be blinded by the razzle dazzle of the furnishings.

I brought my 2000 Honda Accord into this dealership for the 105k mile timing belt/water pump replacement. It cost me over $1000. I was under the impression the 12k mile/12 month warranty was good at any Honda Dealership nation wide (which is true). After I had the work done, I moved 8 hours away to go to college. I then soon after discovered my car had a major oil leak coming from the timing cover that was saturating my timing belt and could cause it to snap and total my engine at any time. My new mechanic told me this was caused by negligence on the part of the mechanic who did the timing belt replacement and that he/she scratched my camshaft, making it unable to hold in the 3 seals that keep the oil from leaking. When I called the Honda Dealership in Brunswick, they lied to me and told me they were not required to cover the warranty at any other dealership but that I had to drive the vehicle 8 hours south to their location if they wanted the work to be covered under the warranty. This is against Honda Franchise policy as the warranty is legally held accountable at any dealership. Never ever ever take your car here to get serviced.

I went to Nalley and was waited on hand and foot. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. And they gave me an excellent deal. If your looking to buy go at the end of the month and end of the day (5pm). Ask for John Scott. He is the most honest, no pressure sales man I have ever worked with.

Our worst car buying experience ever! We found a car on the internet that we were interested in and the salesman offered to have drivers bring it to our home 3 hours away on Saturday. We were assured that the car was in pristine condition. When the drivers arrived with the car, we noticed that the driver's rear passenger side panel had been repainted. We called the dealership and inquired about the paint job to the salesman, who had no knowledge of repair. We were then passed along to the internet sales manager Chip who denied the repair, then "suddenly remembered" that the car had been one of 14 on their lot keyed by vandals. We were still willing to purchase the vehicle if the dealership would provide a lifetime warranty on the repainted job, which they did. We signed all of the paperwork and gave our personal check for the full price to the drivers. When signing the paperwork, we declined to sign the arbitration form that eliminates the customer's right to a hearing by judge or jury if there is ever a dispute. The drivers told us that they needed to hear us say that we declined to sign, which we verbalized, and sent them on their way with our money. On Monday we received a phone call from the salesman telling us we had to sign the arbitration form. We explained our position to the salesman, who then sent us to the finance manager David Hunt who said the form is mandatory asked us to please bring the car back to Brunswick 3 hours away and they would return our money. We told them they could come get it if they did not want to complete the sale. David Hunt then sent us to Frank Reynolds, the sales manager, who said that we had to sign the form or they would pick up the car and return our check to us. I am still waiting for an apology for accepting our money without fully disclosing their terms. They did apologize for "my anger" in a very demeaning manner. I have asked to speak to the GM but the plan is for them to pick up the car for which we already gave them money. It makes me wonder if their cars were keyed not by "vandals" but by disgruntled customer(s) that this dealership abused. Buyers BEWARE - they do not care about earning your business.

Via phone, I secured an interest rate, made a down payment (or so I thought), and asked my salesman, Ryan, specific questions to ensure that there was no damage to the vehicle I was about to purchase and that my trade-in value was substantial. Upon my arrival after a long-distance drive (9hrs), I found a very large chip in the passengers side mirror. While I had been guaranteed an interest rate over the phone and subsequently made a down-payment to hold the vehicle and lock in the rate, David, the financier, informed me that my interest rate had increased from two days prior, stating that they never charged my credit card in case I changed my mind (at their discretion) and said nothing could be done. I was also informed that my truck would only detract $500 from the sales price. David apologized, stating that Ryan was wrong in withholding the trade-in information and offered to let me drive my original vehicle back to Tennessee to sell it person to person. But my wife couldnt drive a manual transmission. I was stuck. I also specifically asked if my payment and final price included taxes before signing the contract; David assured me that it did. However, upon returning home and applying for tags, the Tennessee DMV stated that my paperwork indicated that no tax was paid. I called David to straighten things out and was told that Nalley Honda had made yet another mistake: He forgot to add tax to my payment, a payment that was already $30 per month higher than the payment I had agreed to over the phone when I made the down-payment and agreed to drive to Georgia. I only had a couple of days left before my tags expired, so I very reluctantly signed a new financial agreement, raising my monthly payments even further, to avoid the tickets and fines for driving with expired tags. I reported this to corporate and heard from a local "investigator" that promised to do an investigation and "fix the situation" but have heard nothing since. No genuine attempt was made to mend my dissatisfaction.

I don't feel like I got the pricing I should have got. I didn't realize until after I signed the paperwork that they were not discounting the window sticker price any and I have never paid sticker price for a vehicle. With the amount of cash down payment I gave I feel like I could have gone to another dealership and got a better deal, the internet is evidence of it with dealerships just a few miles away.

Took my 2007 Oyssey in for an oil change. Drove home in a 2011 Odyssey. What a great experience. No charge for the oil change. Working with Chris and David was a great experience I was out of there with a new vehicle within 2 hours. Chris and David were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and financing. I had veen very comfortable with the transaction. Nalley is my dealership. I'll be back!!Dick James 912-268-2285

After working late, I arrived at Nalley Honda just as they were closing (I did not know that at the time) and Linda welcomed me in and showed me the new CR-Z. We talked at length while sitting in the car. I came by after work the following day to take a test drive. Linda's enthusiasm for the CR-Z and absolutely delightful personality made the test drive and consequent purchase a top notch experience. James Stevenot handled the financial part and stayed past closing to get me set up. Linda and I talked in the show room for a while afterwards before I departed in my new CR-Z. She has kept in touch to make sure I'm enjoying the new car... and I truly am. The CR-Z has exceeded my expectations. Zack Strickland has handled my routine maintenance on the 2008 Honda Civic that I traded in on the CR-Z. Zack and the Nalley Service team always take care of my car on time without problems. He's always professional and courteous (even when I've dropped in out of the blue for a quick service or car wash.)I look forward to being a happy customer of Nalley Honda for years to come. Needless to say, I highly recommend Nalley for both sales and service.

Nalley, Brunswick was the only dealer that answered my online request for information...there are 3 dealerships in Jacksonville, FL that I sent requests to. One answered about a used car, but did not offer anything further. Ryan called me very quickly...we discussed what I wanted and he got me prequalified for a new car instead of a used....better for him I'm sure, but it worked out for me as well. Nalley had exactly what I wanted in stock....David called and filled out my paperwork with me over the phone, had copies ready for me when I arrived so all I had to do was sign...pricing was all settled up front, etc. It was almost too easy! : ) I will definitely recommend Nalley to anyone I know that is interested in a new car. They were all very professional, personable and polite. Thanks! I love my new car!Kathy Horton

We went there to look at two used Accords that we had seen on the internet. After some discussion about one of the used vehicles that we were particularly interested in, Mark offered us a deal on a 2009 new Accord. Although this vehicle did not have all the ammenities that the used one had, we were pleased with the deal that he offered us for the new vehicle. This is the third Honda that we have purchased from this dealership and would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. All three of the persons that helped us were extremely friendly and helpful. Not the atmosphere that is sometimes encountered in car buying.

This Element is our second Honda purchase at this dealership. James handled the financial portion of our Civic purchase and we returned to him to purchase a "dog friendly" vehicle. Randy showed the vehicles of interest and ensured we were comfortable while Al searched other dealerships for our Element color. Chris and other personel checked with us and were very cordial during our lengthy wait. Regarding the "lengthy wait" we originally were seeking to trade our Civic for a used vehicle and the financing was not favorable so we decided to keep the Civic. James phoned the next day to advise that he had secured an excellent interest rate through Honda and we might want to consider a new Element. We do not count the "lengthy wait" as a negative because sometimes there are obstacles. Our experience with the Nalley professionals has been exceptional in every way and we have been and continue to refer friends. Needless to say we will return to Nalley for any future vehicle purchases.

From the moment we sent the request for an on-line quote for a new car, Rocco immediately stood out with his sincere response not giving us the stereotypical car guy talk. When we went to the dealership, everyone was unbelievably friendly and this was the best car buying experience we have ever had.
