I live in New Orleans Louisiana. I informed my son my husband and I in the process of searching for a new car. My son informed me that a sales representative name John Christmas located at Nalley Infiniti in Atlanta Ga, is outstanding. My husband and I flew to Atlanta on a one -way ticket to purchase a car from Nalley dealership through John Christmas. John Christmas, greeting towards my husband and I felt like royalty. He was detailed describing the function of the car step by step of our interest. Q50 Sports. He very educated about the function of the car. Mr. Christmas, humbleness, and patience were very natural. He constantly informed us the status of the loan and he stayed by our side for the 5 hours we were there. it was not a moment that we felt uncomfortable. The next morning Mr. Christmas, meet us at the dealership to pick up the car, he stayed with us until we drove off the lot with our 2015 Q50 sport. Lastly, My husband and I have purchased several automobiles through car salemen, However, never experienced a saleman thats was loyal to us and making sure that we were very satisfield With that being said, infiniti will always have my business.

My experience with Nalley Infiniti Decatur was nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish, I was treated with much respect. At the time, I was driving an Infiniti, but was looking to trade it in for something more economical (my opinion). I noticed a 2015 Honda Accord on the website. The car was a new arrival and therefore didnt have more than 4 or 5 pictures to look at nor was the carfax report available. After contacting my salesman (Iba), I quickly understood that customer service was his top priority- not simply to sell a car. I could not get to the dealership as i work bankers hours and have to pick up my daughter directly after work. Iba offered to bring the car of interest to my job, same day, no questions asked so that I could see it for myself. He did just that. I was able to drive the car in the parking lot of my job. All of the features were discussed afterwich i was given instructions on exactly what to do to from that point on if I was still intersted. Iba was courteous enough to provide the carfax report to me that evening upon my request with no isses. After the final decision was made to purchase this vehicle and trade my current, the process took no time to complete. Once again, I could not make it to the dealership. he in turn brought my new car to me and drove away in the old. All of the necessary paperwork was completed in less than 20 minutes at my job. I also received a follow up call a fews days later to make sure everything was good. I cant say enough about the professionalism, ease of service, knowledge of the car, knowledge of the car buying process, and diligence of Iba at Nalley Infiniti Decatur. I would recommend anyone looking for a great car, honest salesman, and great deal to visit Nalley Infiniti and ask for Iba.

This was one of the best buying experiences that I have ever had. They are honest, trustworthy and have the utmost integrity. I had to work late and they had to find me a car from another dealership to get me the exact options I wanted. I didn't arrive until 8pm at night they worked with me and let me take the car home with one of their big bows to surprise my wife for her birthday. The plan went perfect. I had to come back the following day to bring my wife's car to trade it in. That following day was when my wife noticed a scratch in the front bumper of her brand new QX 80. She told me she didn't want to accept that car. A DAY LATER. Without any hesitation the general manger offered to find me another one with the same options. He gave me a loaner to go to lunch and when we came back we finalized the deal with an upgrade to an AWD instead of the 2wd we originally had. The experience was excellent. I would recommend them to my mother and could trust them to do the right thing for her.

Working with Lisa as my service adviser was a very pleasant experience; this was my second time seeing her. She provided full details of the work performed and work that could be done later. My car was cleaned and ready when I arrived in time for the Thanksgiving holiday. Lisa was prompt and professional... I will definitely continue to work with her to maintain my vehicle.

Wife ran over a pair of garden shears that punctured the fuel tank. Nalley replaced the tank....LEFT OUT over 10 BOLTS that hold the fuel tank assembly together.....Claimed that it was not their mechanics who did it. I now have engine lights illuminating because of fuel tank vacuum leaks.........Do Not get your car repaired there.

I want to take a moment to say "Thank You" to the people at Nalley-especially Lisa. She always makes me feel confident and assured that when I leave the service department that my car is in great condition. Lisa takes a personal approach and addresses my car needs. She let's me know exactly what's going on and the service that's needed and why it's needed. I really appreciate working with her. She goes the extra mile in trying to understand what my needs are. She even recommended a loaner car due to the amount of time it was going to take to have my car completed and the fact that I had a couple of errands to run. Thanks again.

I have been getting my vehicle serviced at this Infinity dealership since I purchased it in 2003. The service staff has always been courteous & attentive to the needs of the customers. It has always been easy to make an appointment for service and the staff greets you as soon as you drive into the service bay. They direct you to your assigned service advisor who questions you as to your car's service needs and any other problems that may be a concern. Depending on the results of the multi-point inspection you can wait for the service or be issued a loaner vehicle. They don't try to fix things on your car that are not broken. Your car is ready in a timely manner. Overall it has always been a pleasant experience.

I initially went to Nalley Infiniti to look at their pre-owned vehicles. That is when I met Kevin King. After deciding on the vehicle Kevin and I negotiated the price of the vehicle. The first time this did not work out and my wife and I left for the day. kevin was very diligent and followed up with me during the week and we were able to settle on a price. When I came to pick up the vehicle, kevin took me on another test drive, we went over the features of the vehicle. Despite not being able to make a deal the initial time, Kevin was a true professional and did not give up and we were able to come to an agreement. I am now the proud ownder of and Infiniti M37x.

I don't write many reviews, however I was so impressed with how I was treated while my car was being serviced. I've been having issues with my car pulling to the right, so I brought it in. I made an appointment on Cars.com and when I showed up they took my car right back. They even gave me a cup of hot chocolate because it's freezing outside. I thought that was so thoughtful. They were very honest about what needed to be done and I left there with a smile on my face. My car's running great and I needed to share this experience because I truly trust them and I'll be back for sure!

We brought our car in an we were in and out within a short amount of time compared to other places I've gone. My day wasn't consumed to get my oil changed and a couple of noises looked into. Everyone was so pleasant. We bring all of our cars here for service. We recommend them as reliable dealer that you consider for your next service.

I purchased a used Lexus from Nalley Infiniti Decatur last week and the process was great. Everyone was very pleasant and respectful. While the entire process took a long time, I have no complaints about the service I received. My salesman Robin was very nice, honset and never pushy. I would definitley reccomend working with him. The sales manager and finance manager were also very nice and easy to work with. I had to return the next day to pick up my old car and noticed a small problem on my ner car, I informed the sales manager about it and the problem was fixed in 5 minutes, for free!

Went to get me car serviced which went well at first was asked if I want my car washed I stated yes but then asked if they machine wash the cars or hand wash. They stated they machine wash I told the dealership service manager don't worry about the wash I'll Handel it myself. So the car pulls out of service depth all wet not even wiped off and as I see the service manager running to the service tech trying to cover up vs telling the customer hey there was a miscommunication and my service tech accidently had the car machine washed. They reason I didn't want my car machine washed is because my car car is only 4 mts old I bought it brand new I have paint chipping of the entire car I showed it to the service manager which he assured me he will call me and have the professional check my car out yet haven't heard back from the so called service manager it been almost 5 weeks now still waiting. When I was purchasing the car I couldn't stop the sales dept calling me to earn my business but after the sales delivery is done and came to servicing your car it's nothing but excuses. As a service manager I think you should keep you words if you can't have someone else follow up. I understand your busy. I've been having nothing but issues with my brand new Qx60 first my sunroof completely breaks down were I can close it the car was only 3 Days old then my pain thru out the entire car starts chipping of which means the cars has some cheap defective paint.. I purchase new cars every 2-3 years from Nissan and first time I've purchased and infiniti will definitely be my last especially with Nalley infinti.

I started my search for a new QX 80 on the internet. I researched dealers in Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, and Georgia. Nalley Infiniti Decatur had the vehicle in stock and quickly gave me an eprice for the vehicle and the price for my trade. Most of the other dealers were trying to locate a vehicle or gave me a higher price or couldn't even send a true price. The sales team (Dell,Darryl and Daniel) even started all my paperwork before I left the house to make the trip 5 hours to purchase the vehicle. I met Darryl Ferguson when I arrived and he was very knowledgeable about the QX 80 and had the car ready for a test drive. This was the easiest experience I have ever had buying a car. There was simply no gimmicks, they wanted me to buy the car and did everything they could to make it easy and pleasant. It was worth the 5 hour drive to do business there. I only wish I lived closer to get my vehicle serviced there.

I've gone into this dealership 2 times and both times the service was horrible! 1st to purchase a vehicle, I left and purchased some where else because the Finance Manager had horrible customer service skills. 2nd time for service, I paid for a repair and it was NOT repaired properly! All the reviews prior to going in for service stated, DO NOT take your vehicle in for service, because the service team is HORRIBLE. Wished I would have listened, but it will NOT happen a third time!

Living in the Knoxville area, I expanded my search for a used vehicle to the ATL market for better pricing. After finding a vehicle on Cars.com, I called the dealership and made an appointment to come in the following evening. Unfortunately, my vehicle was sold to another dealership before I arrived, but the sales staff contacted me before I began my drive down to ATL and made every attempt to find me a vehicle of equal value from their other location. In the end, I was very pleased with the car they offered and the price adjustment for my inconvenience. Robin McElroy and Roman Byczek were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Beware of the financing, however. They did not offer me any options and rates were not competitive. Having driven 3 hours, negotiated a price, and completed the sale at almost 10 pm, I did not have the energy to negotiate the financing as well. I decided to take what was offered and refinance with my local bank or credit union.

Purchased a Q50 12/26 and also purchased the Elite Protection Program, when I had not received my response in 45 days I called the Infiniti customer service. After giving the helpdesk my agreement number was informed there was no agreement under that number. I called the Finance manager at Nalley and ask him why, his answer was a request for me to scan the 20+ page document and send to him. Still waiting. The salesman told us that after 30 days or so that Nalley would have us return to the dealership and someone would go over all of the different systems on the car. I have called the salesperson 3 times in the last two weeks and have not received a call back. Will be contacting the sales manager

I enjoyed my experience in dealing with salesman William Harris and finance manager Will Teague in purchasing my new car. They were very pleasant to work with. William Harris was very professional and made the purchase a relaxing experience throughout the whole process. Overall the personnel at the dealership were very courteous and pleasant as well. I would strongly recommend this dealership when purchasing a new car.

I had routine service of my vehicle at Nalley and they were great with scheduling, even with me needing to change times. They approached me immediately and to confirm services that were needed - they talked to me in a manner as if they new me (which of course they don't, they just look me up on the computer). The only negatives are that it seems to take too long - 1 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation? Of course, they also wash the car which is nice.

Upon making a decision to purchase an Infiniti G37, I solicited internet quotes from several dealerships in metro Atlanta. Nalley was the first to respond, has the most competitive price, and never lost sight of the human aspect of the transaction. From start to finish, I felt appreciated and respected. It was truly the best car buying experience I've encountered.
