Taniqua Mcgregor is the Advisor you need to see. She tells me which service is major for my car because the cost can add up. She explained the consequences of the maintenance and had suggestions on ways to pay for it. I also love the coupons that I receive in the mail. I have before rescheduled an appointment because Taniqua wasn't there. She also takes care of my daughter's 2004 Toyota. She is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. Nalley Toyota Stonecrest is convenient and their Service Dept is Great!

On 11/1/16 I took my wifes Toyota Venza to Nalley Toyota at Stonecrest for the 15K mile service. This was my first time visiting the service department at Nalley Toyota (Stonecrest). I arrived at 8:20AM for an 8:30 appointment. Being unfamiliar with the service department I looked for and then pulled into the reception bay area. The reception bay area was completely empty (no cars, no people). There was no signage about where to park so I stopped and got out of my car to look for someone to give me direction. As I began to step away from my car (the only car in a three lane reception area) another car pulled up behind me. At the same time a heavy set man in a red shirt came into the reception area and started yelling at me to pull up because he had another car trying to get in. The man was rude, aggressive, and intimidating. This was not a good first impression. I got back into my car and pulled up to the point he directed. I was then directed to a specific service advisor. She (the service advisor) explained that the service should take about 1 hrs. I then waited for almost two hours which was way too long for what turned out to be nothing more than topping off fluids and tire rotation. When the vehicle was finally brought back to the reception bay area I found that the driver seat had been soiled with black grease or possibly brake dust. The black stains were on the seat and back rest. I pointed out the grease marks to the service advisor who had the car taken back to get it cleaned up. Another 15 minutes and the car was brought back around. The seat was slightly wet and slightly cleaner but the black marks were still clearly visible on the back rest and seat. I pointed out that the marks had not been removed. By this time a gentleman who I perceived to be the service manager approached and he instructed the service advisor to take the car to detailing so the stains could be removed. Another 15 minutes and the car was brought back around again. This time the seat was very wet but clean as it was when the car was brought in. Through all of this the service advisor (Areca Weaver) was polite and courteous which minimized my frustration with the visit. When I got the vehicle back to my office and was putting away the service record, I found a black greasy hand print on the glovebox door along with more black streaks on the front and side plastic panels of the driver seat. So I spent 2 hrs of my day to get the fluids topped off, tires rotated, and interior stained. I could have done this at a Castrol quick lube in 20 minutes or less without the stains or greeters attitude.

I brought my vehicle in, for a check-up that someone may detect the source and resolve the cause of an irregular noise. I drove away with the noise issue still remaining. I went elsewhere where their service department found that there were two missing bolts from my tire. Another visit, I expected to have the debris from my sunroof window blown out to prevent leaking - as a courtesy as it has been for over 10 years - until visiting this dealership...their courtesy price to blow the debris was $150.00. Another visit, the appointment was scheduled, the service rep, for whatever reason was not available when I arrived-on time. I was asked to wait and when I asked if someone else could assist me, I was informed that I was that particular service rep's client and instructed to wait.

I bought a 2015 Camry and something went wrong with the AC system. My car was just over the warranty but I told them that nothing should be going wrong with the AC in a year old car. To make a REALLY long story short, they tried to blame it on an accident that I got into 5 months ago so that they wouldn't have to fix it. I'm not spending another dime with this dealership and I definitely wouldn't buy another car with them!

I had an appointment this morning at 8:45 for complimentary service. I arrived at 8:50 and waited about 15 minutes for a service adviser to contact me. The work order was written by 9:15 and at 10:45 I went back to tell the adviser to get me my car, I was leaving. He indicated service had already been started but if so, all they had done was raise the hood. My service this cycle was to rotate the tires and check fluid levels. None was done in the time I waited. There is a sign in the waiting area to contact the service manager if a customer is not contacted after 30 minutes to advise the status of their vehicle. It is quite clear this sign means nothing to the advisers. My prior service at Stonecrest had been most acceptable. This non-service was terrible.

I have just bought a new Camry from this dealership. I was attracted to this dealership by its good OTD price emailed to me. And this OTD is the real OTD: it is equal to your check amount plus amount financed. Also, in the emailed offer, I can see each detail breakdown and have an idea on which basic accessories are included.Amien is very professional and patient. Yes, he want to sell the car, but he was not pushing. He answered all my questions, showed me a lot of amazing features on both Corolla and Camry (I was interested in both and finally decided Camry). And his English is good for a Chinese to understand (I thought he intentionally slowed down his pace of speaking). He is a good guy to work with, and he is willing to help even after I made the deal.I was a bit tired when getting to the financing office and bought some services that I probably would not need. But when I returned the same day and asked to cancel those services, the process was surprisingly smooth and had the full refund (actually will go to my financing payment).

I didn't plan on buying another car. The lost of my car due to an accident forced me to change my plans. I was not happy when I began the process. Jamel Talbert (Internet Sales) met me with a firm handshake and a smile. He didn't try to sell me anything that I did not want to see or could not afford to buy. He answered every question that I had (and I probably had a hundred of them). He gave me as much time as I needed, returned every phone call and email . He arranged for Ammien Whealton to ride along on the test drives. He knew every thing about the two cars I was interested in and even suggested a second test drive in each of them to help me decide. They made an unpleasant time really enjoyable. I would recommend them to everyone looking to purchase a car.

I went into the dealership not expecting to walk out with a vehicle. I wanted to look and see what they had, not only did I get the vehicle I was looking for and much more but Randall actually knew the previous owners of the vehicle I purchased and sold their next vehicle to them within the previous 24 hours of my visit. I received full coverage and beyond new tires and a full tank of gas which is just unheard of! I still get phone calls over two months later to see if I am still pleased with my purchase. I went to this Toyota dealer after looking the reviews on cars.com since it was helpful to me I'm writing this for others too!! I went in for my regular 10,000 mile service for my 2015 Toyota Avalon at Nalley Toyota Stone Crest. They were quick with taking my appointment over phone, service and delivery of the vehicle. For a working person like me it is a hassle to stay without a car for even a day but with such convenient working hours it made my service experience pretty good. The service adviser was pretty helpful and knew what he was doing which makes me comfortable to drop-off my car at the service station next time.Everyone was pretty warm and accommodating. I would definitely go back and get a service done!!

Very patient and it was the first time ever that I was able to be shown the areas on my car that needed maintenance in the service area. The only thing that I think should be included in the waiting area is some kind of snack, you shouldn't have to buy food if you are waiting on your car for greater than an hour. There should be more than complimentary coffee. Or there could even be complimentary car wash for the wait time.

Not only did I get the service I thought I needed but other suggested services were recommended and received, and the Service Advisor (Toni Moore) ensured the service time paired up to the time I needed to be out. The cost of the headlight was more than the original quote, but the office informed me before the installation. I had a terrible experience at Toyota Stonecrest. I went in because my passenger door wasn't locking regularly. They told me it would take 1 hour. 2.5 hours later, they requested that I come back to look at my vehicle. They had taken several of my tires off and had the engine hood open. They had a laundry list of repairs that my car needed totally almost $2000 and were already in the process of lining up a rental car for me so they could start the repairs. I immediately asked that they put my car back together as I needed to go. The service rep then became rude. I feel like she and the repairman were trying to take advantage of me...there was no reason for them to open the hood or takes my tires off, I only requested that they repair the lock. I had to repeatedly ask for my car to be returned to me, I will not be returning to Toyota Stonecrest and advise others not to as well.

Took my car in for service (oil change) on Labor Day about 8:15. I also ended up having to get my tires aligned becuase it wasn't done in the last service. The Service Rep was overwhelmed and did't follow up with me like he should. I had to keep checking on the status of my car. Finally it was done, but waited another 30 minutes for car to be brought up. Another Service Rep saw my frustration and went to get my car. Usually I receive great service but that day it was horrible.

This is the first customer service survey we've received, although we've had four visits to the service dept since purchasing our Toyota in April 2015. We concluded it was not provided given the subpar service not only on the previous visits but also during this last appointment. During one visit, the wait time was horrendous given we had a scheduled appointment--the car was dropped off early morning and by late afternoon, the work had yet to be started (as if it was completely forgotten about). On another occasion, the service dept failed to notify us once a part had arrived, which we learned had been on-site for over two weeks. Additionally, we were given incorrect information and was persuaded to purchase something not really needed. Recently, the car was dropped off for scheduled maintenance. When it was picked up (turned over to us), we immediately noticed a warning light. It was somewhat unnerving to get the car back 'supposedly' serviced yet there was obviously an issue. We do not recommend this service department.

I was very sceptical at first about even looking for a vehicle because I recently had a bankruptcy discharged and didn't think I'd find a car I want with financing terms I could be comfortable with. I spoke with Brian and told him what I was looking for and before I knew it, he sent me some options and began the search for my financing approval. Worked with Reggie Demande and Toni Moore. I found both to be knowledgeable, and willing help anyway. Reggie spent extra time helping me with the setups on the radio that I did not understand. When I purchased the Rav 4 no one knew how to do this function. Reggie jumped in and speeded right thru the process and showed me other function also. I was happy to get this done after 10,000 miles. I purchased my 2014 Captiva Sport in February 2015. I have only had my car for 4 months. I started having to put air in my two front tires the second month I had the car. So about two weeks ago I brought my car in to be looked at and they told me there was nothing wrong with my tires, so I was like ok. They said come back if it happens again. So when I took it in today they told me I had two plugs in each tire and that they need to be replaced. $428 for two new tires and an alignment. So I was like, so you are telling me that yall sold a car that had two tires that already had plugs in them and I'm suppose to pay for them. I could understand if I've had this car for a year and if I got the plugs put in the tires. I've had this car for 4 months. I don't care if the car is used, why would you sale a car with two bad tires and not even tell the customer about the plugs in the tire. Because had I known I wouldn't have even purchased the vehicle. When I purchased the car, I gave you such great reviews because of your customer service but now I wish I hadn't even got the car from you. I should have went to one of your competitors. I will never shop nor refer anyone to you guys if this is how you treat your customers. I guess since you already got your check for the car you're happy. I think it's a bunch of crap. I've been a Toyota customer since 1988 and have visited various dealership between Indianapolis, Michigan, California and now Georgia. The customer service has always been above reproach. Just as it was today. Kudos to Shawn and the rest of the team ( the young lady that greeted me and the technician that service my. I recall Butler Toyota (Indiana, Indianapolis) having team colors - Red, Green and Blue Teams. Every customer was assigned to a team which I really liked. I was initially looking at the Toyota Corollas, but after Brandon showed us the car and indicated the size of the Corolla compared to the size of the Camry, as we were looking at a "family" and "trip" friendly car, we decided on the Camry. He showed us about 5 or 6 of the different Camrys. I displayed interest in the ones with leather interior and he was very helpful when we were looking at the pricing. He was very helpful when putting us in the system and going through the paperwork to buy the car. We had been looking for an SUV for a while, and had settled on a Toyota 4runner. We are in Macon, GA and went to Butler over here and had the absolute worst experience ever at that dealer. The next day, we decided to go to Atlanta and try out Nalley bc the prices looked good online. We went not expecting to get the 4runner, maybe just go and check it out, and then the deal not to work and we would go home bc our budget was very tight. We drove up in our 2010 Tacoma to see if we could trade it in for a new 2015 Toyota 4runner. Gerald was our salesperson, and he was the kindest, most genuine man. He got our deal done and we left that day with our 4runner. Looking for a used car now, and we will be going back to Nalley to purchase this car. The drive is nothing when you can go to a dealer with such amazing service and respect for customers. Nalley Toyota Stonecrest is the best dealer around, and can not wait to go back and get another car from them.

New brakes were placed on car by another general service center. After a coupler weeks brakes began to squeal when first driven in the morning and then would stop after car warm up. Car was returned to the center and was told the brakes are ok and that service center could not remedy the problem. Car was taken to other brake specialists and they did not know the cause and stated the breaks are find and see no problems. After about a year,we brought the car to Nally Toyota Stonecrest and they immediately saw that there were faulty breaks put on the car. New breaks were installed and now the squealing is gone.

On 5-6-2015 I received a letter from Alliance Direct Lending a contracted dealership partner of Nalley Toyota stating that Nalley could assist me in upgrading from a vehicle I purchased 6 months ago and that Nalley "specialized" in assisting those that are working to re-establish their credit.I was in the dealership that day roughly 4 hours before being told by Glen Lotty that there wasn't an definitive answer from any bank thus far and that he'd be arriving early on 5-7 and should have an answer for me around noon or so.I stopped by before heading to work on 5-7 and allegedly there hadn't been any response from a bank yet as to whether I could be assisted in getting a vehicle. Glen tells me there should be an answer soon and that he'd call me.I called him around 5 hours later to enquire about a answer he said he'd call me right back and never did.This "appears" to have been a ruse to get a prospective customer into the dealership, isay this due to a few key factors:Glen seemed quite "invested" in me as a prospective customer in the early stages of procuring all my paperwork/information to start the process.As the process drug on Wednesday evening he became very detached and seemingly disinterested in keeping me as informed as possible about the status of things at the time. how is it possible to not have an answer by end of business 5-7? And the very discourteous, disrespectful way I was treated at the end fo the process makes be believe that it was determined that I wasn't going to be assisted by any banking institution,this was known by the sales manager and Glen and I was just summarily written off without the least consideration of an follow-up "we're sorry" Mr. Shabazz phone call.My conclusion is this: If you're not coming in with A-1 credit and or a considerable down payment you may just be discarded,written off without the least concern as to what image of "NALLY TOYOTA" has been purveyed.I would NOT recommend this dealership to my friends or foes for that matter. I also intend to contact the BBB of Georgia, im sure they'd like to be made aware of this as well.

However my recent purchase of a 2013 Toyota from your store exceeded my personal expectations. The customer service from the initial telephone contact with the salesman, Gerard Perminter, through completion of the sale was excellent! The vehicle was purchased as a gift for my granddaughter as such I wanted a pretty large bow tor it. I called your store looking to learn where I might purchase this bow. Reggie Demande arranged for me to borrow one of your bows. This was the icing on the proverbial cake. This was truly good customer service, which in today's world is not common. Ms. Pat, Ms. Maggie and Mickol were also great. Nalley Toyota will see the Grippers when we next need another Toyota.

My husband and I had been in the market for a used Toyota Tundra. I found one on line that we absolutely loved. I called Reggie Demande to inquire about the vehicle and he told me it was available. My wait time was a wonderful experience by it being Valentine Day! The deco was beautiful, which put employees and the customers in a very good mood. I purchased a car on January 21, 2015. My deal that I signed was for $388/month with a 5.25% interest rate. I received a call on February 5, 2015 stating that I needed to come in because the bank did not approve. Keep in mind I never received a denial letter. I went in on February 6th and was told by Keith Holmes that there was nothing he could do for me and that I had to give the car back. All he said was the bank did not approve. No evidence of denial from the first bank which was Northwest Credit Union. We then exchanged cars. After leaving with my old car I received a call from one of the finance guys saying that they basically begged another bank to accept my loan so I needed to come BACK in to sign some paperwork. I was excited being that I fell in love with the car having it for 2 weeks. I went back the next day which was February 7th to sign the deal. My payment went from $388 to $455. I asked why and the finance guy said its because of the bank they went with and ALSO because they gave me too much for my trade. I signed thinking that my interest rate went up. I also asked Patricia if the deal is complete and she said I have nothing to worry about because this time it was final. As soon as I got home I compared the very first contract with the new one I just got. I noticed that my interest rate stayed the same but the price of the car went up. Toyota had to come up with something being that THEY gave me too much for my trade because they would lose money on my deal. I went back to Toyota on February 9th. I spoke with Patricia Shabizz, public relations manager and explained to her what went down. I brought in both of my contracts. Keith Holmes was so nonchalant when it was explained to him. Toyota should be ashamed to have such a man be the forefront of the company. I've never been treated so rudely. Things got out of hand and when my friend tried to get everyone's business cards Keith Holmes told the staff they did not have to give us anything. Patricia asked me if there was anything she can do to make me happy. I told her to honor my first contract. After having said that Victor Eke came to me in a rude manner and said." You never had a deal anyway. There was no deal!" But I remember leaving the 2nd time around and I asked Patricia if it's a done deal and she said YES. Before I left I asked for my contracts back. Keith Holmes told me he shredded them. It all boils down to Toyota Stonecrest giving me too much for my trade so they needed to find a way to make money instead of losing money. They shredded my evidence because they know they did wrong and it was negligence on their part. They put me through it and I will not let this fly.

Try driving to work in the dark in the morning and the dash lights go out. When you get to work, your car won't turn off. Pull out Taniqua's handy card and give her a call. She calmly asks when can I get there and she is waiting for me upon arrival. She looks at the car, listens to my explanation and says come inside and sit down. She checks with the mechanic and gets back to me immediately. I am told, they have to keep my car for a few days to perform the under warranty repair. Oh, and BTW...there is a free rental waiting for me so I can get back to work. All my fears were gone. I felt like I was handled like royalty. Many people think going to a dealership for service is expensive, but this place knows how to do SERVICE. I have purchased 3 cars from them...so far. Already have the next one picked out. Way to go Nalley Toyota!

His words to me where normally the one that I was there for would be the last but because I chose to come to your dealership you would be doing the next one for free. My experience at Nalley Toyota was pretty sad. When we first arrive at this dealership, there was someone to great us. He said hello to us and directed us inside to the lady I spoke to on the phone. Which she then told us the guy that brought us in will be our salesman. So he sits us down ask us a few questions, shows us the vehicle I wanted, shows us how it works, and now we go on the test drive. While on the test drive he answers a call through the cars Bluetooth system. It was one of his buddy's that apparently was coming to the dealership to meet him. That's when we lost the salesman undivided attention. When we get back to the dealership, he says hello to his friend that shows up. We get to the desk the salesman asks us a few more questions, and asks how much we want to pay a month on this vehicle. We tell him how much our budget will allow, and he's like "realistically" you can't get that price for that car.He's like let me give you time to think. so then we go up $50 more, and that was pushing our budget. He comes back showing us why we can't get that car for that price. Again "realistically" you can't get that car for that price. Let me let you guys think about it. meanwhile when he's "letting us think about it," He's going to talk to his buddy! This smug salesman throughout the whole time acts like he makes enough money in a year that if he doesn't sell this car to us, it won't hurt him. Point blank he never negotiated a price, and we end up leaving. He didn't even try to get us in a older model, another vehicle, nothing. Could care less. Now is when you see what kind of people work there. My husband was pretty disappointed at how the salesman didn't even try to get us in a vehicle, so he writes a review. That was the Monday. The Friday he gets a response form Curtis general manager asking my husband to contact him. My husband calls. Curtis was in a meeting the receptionist says. He will call my husband back. The general manager didn't even have the decency to call. The Saturday night my husband gets a call, and it's the salesman who didn't even give a crap when we were there, but now because my husband writes a review, he calls to argue with him. then hangs up the phone on my husband when my husband wasn't feeding into his nonsense. So the whole time I left the situation alone, cause he obviously is not a good salesman so why should I stress. Well when my husband got that call the Saturday night, I was pissed! What kind of business are they running? the employee can call the customer to argue with him??? So I call, and ask to speak to Curtis the "general manager". I get the receptionist. She says he's on a sale, and she will have someone call me back tonight. Guess what people.... INEVER got a call back. Not only are the people at Nalley Toyota rude, and disrespectful, they could care less about what the general public has to say. That is my experience with this dealership at stonecrest mall. By the way. There were three other Toyota dealers that were willing to work with me for the price I was asking, and they were very friendly.

I went in for my 25,000 mile service and to have a recall repair done. I was expecting at least a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait. I was out in an hour. The young lady who handled all the paperwork was efficient, courteous, and overall just a nice person. The gentlemen who did the work were courteous to bring my car back they way I sent it in. My car was serviced quickly and the technicians kept the interior & exterior fingerprint and dirt free, (unlike other places I've taken cars to for service). I definitely recommend this dealership.

Although I have been to the service department a number of other times, this visit was one of the best. I arrive with a job that I knew would take some time. Joe Johnson met me at the service drive and I explained that I knew the time to closing was fast approaching, but I wanted to know if they would replace all four shocks for me. He told me that they could. I was surprised because the job would be more hours than they had before closing time. They not only took on the job but completed it. It required some dedication and expert training to do the job and do it well. It also took some overtime. I was very pleased with the effort since scheduling another date and time would have been tough for me. I did not tell them that and they took the job on anyway. The bottom line is that I am very satisfied with the level of service and the work that was done.. Thanks to all of you Joe, Brian and Eddie....

Greetings, My husband Anthony & I went car shopping one afternoon. On our way home we decided to stop by Nalley Toyota Stonecrest, just to look around. We met Mr. James Locklin, and were immediately impressed with his approach and his kind spirit. He did not pressure us however, gave us some great pointers and made himself available for any questions and or test drive. Mr. Locklin made such an impression on us, we decided to go back the following weekend and apply for credit. Surprisingly, he remembered our names and information we shared about us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer all of the questions we had. Once we decided on a vehicle, we proceed with the credit application and met Mr. Greg Webster, another professional gentleman with a heart of compassion. Mr. Webster went beyond the call of duty to assist us in getting a great deal. He was very detailed and informative as well, as he gave us options to think about before making a final decision. This was the best buying experience I have ever had. my sales associate was James Locklin, James really went to bat for me and negotiated the price and payment to fit my budget, and had the used truck I purchased filled up with a full tank of gas and totally detailed, by the time all of the paperwork was finished, so I was able to drive it home about a hour later. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new or used car. I was treated with the utmost respect, and courtesy. I was treated just as important as someone that was buying a $50,000 automobile, but I only bought a used truck at a fraction of that price.

I recently went into Nalley's at Stonecrest to purchase a Toyota Camry. While the car I wanted wasn't available the salesperson kept telling me how I should buy a Avalon or Corrola. He went as far as to say the Camry's are good but have mechanical problems and that's why I should go with soemthing else. I had to argue with him in order for him to show me The cars that I did drive were in horrible conditions. Granted I was looking for a used car, but not a project. The seats had to be repaired as it had major tears, the car mats had bleach spots on them and the rest of the interior had scratches all over it. The only thing the salesperson said was he would give me a free oil change and a full tank of gas. Really, for all that damage. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anybody. If you need to buy a car, go to craigslist, ebay anywhere but this place. They will do everything they can to rip you off!!!!

I was stranded on the side of the road. My car was towed (after waiting over 1 1/2 hour and sweating out my shirt)in Thursday--I didn't know what was wrong with my car. I was hot, irritated and tired. Reggie immediately gave me some water & his chair to sit. He also encouraged me to relax--think positively and in the end my CV Axle was broken which was better than a transmission problem. Of course, I was concerned about the costs even stated I wasn't sure if I wanted another Toyota. He encouraged me to stay with Toyota and provided Manny (who was wonderful--didn't pressure me/sincerely friendly/professional/very knowledgeable) to assist me look at new/used vehicles to restore my faith in Toyota. The fact Reggie did the research comparing prices for an axle and how the work is guaranteed.....I was relieved. He made me feel so good on a terrible day, even though the parts had to be ordered and in the next day. I picked up my car Saturday and Reggie remained encouraging and explained what my next steps were for my car. I appreciate Reggie going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and I felt ten times better about Toyota/the repairs/my overall experience compared to what I thought Thursday afternoon. Thank you Reggie for excellent customer service!!!!

I purchased 2010 Avalon from the previously owned Stonecrest Toyota, the salesman who is still employed by Nalley Toyota Stonecrest was not truthful (a liar) and did not keep his word. I had also talked my son into buying a 2010 Toyota Tundra from the same Salesman. I called the salesman in reference to our conversations and he was rude and nasty so I took the high road and vowed never to buy anything from them again. I have always purchased Toyotas since 1981. I wanted a new truck and went to Stone Mountain Toyota and purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra.Well earlier this year My wife needed an oil change on her 2011 Camry which I purchased from another Legacy Toyota. While waiting for the service to be completed we ran into Reginald Demande this young man was outstanding and kept his word and did exactly what he said he could do. we purchased 2014 Toyota Camry and have been pleased with the sell. Reginald Demande is an asset to this dealership. I will purchase another car from him its not everyday that you find an honest person that's not filled with arrogance and when I go into the dealership and Reginald sees me he always comes to speak. The purchase of my 2014 Avalon Hybyrd is my first purchase from Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. I received an invitation to come in to get a car wash and ten point inspection for my birthday. I had to call Service to get an appointment and was able to get one the day I requested. I arrived early to the service bay and wondered what type of reception I would receive. I was disappointed because I sat there for approximately 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I am so used to the minute you drive into the service bay, service writers immediately coming to greet you. The washing of my car was an outside rinse through the machine. I do not think they should call it a wash. A wash to me is cleaning the tires and wheels, while vaccuming and cleaning the inside. And that is what I would call a birthday gift.

Gareth was my contact for my purchase of a 2014 Avalon Limited on 8-29. I have purchased many cars from the 1960's through the present and I have never had a more pleasant person when buying a car than I did when working with Gareth. There was no hard pressure from him but he followed up with me on every question and request that I had and got back with me promptly. He was courteous, professional and just a very pleasant gentleman. A real asset to Nalley. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 during the buying process was during the closing process of the paper work. I already had financing arranged through USAA and had my electronic check in hand. I felt somewhat pressured to change the financing arrangement I had with USAA to go with a lender through Nalley. Don't care for pressure tactics. This was offered in order to get the extended coverage on the car and I am not saying it was a bad plan but not something I was interested in and this back and forth just prolonged what had been an otherwise most pleasant buying experience. Pat was the lady who helped my wife and I set up our blue tooth connections and worked with us explaining the Entune feature. She was very nice and extremely knowledgeable and she seems to love working at Nalley. Also, Mr. Smith helped with some of the paperwork and was very pleasant. I purchased a 2008 Avalon Limited with Nalley and all service has been done by them as will the 2014 Avalon. Also, my 1998 Avalon and my 1998 Lexus was serviced by Nalley. All of the service folks have been very good to work with. I have worked with Bryan in the service department previously and he has always been great so I was very happy when Nalley assigned him as my service manage for the 2014 Avalon. Overall a very good experience with this purchase through Nalley and I would recommend them highly.

So my transmission had went out on my car after taking it to the mechanic to fix an oil leak. I decided to walk into Nalley Toyota Stonecrest where I met Regginal Demande. At first I was a bit skeptical because I didn't want to be pressured into buying a car. Reggie was very patient with me, he took me on the golf cart riding around - him showing me what was available within my price range. I had tons of questions and Reggie was just knowledgeable about it all. I was very nervous, because of my bankruptcy that I had on my credit, but he made the process so easy. He has great customer service skills and I would recommend him to anyone that I know that's in the market looking for a car to buy. Never bought a car before, didn't want to have too high of a monthly payment or put any money down so I figured I'd get completely denied! But I walked up to the front desk told Mr. Reginald what I was working with and he assured me I was leaving with a car today. With doubt still in my mind I followed him to the desk,answered questions,test drove the car and parked it in the maybe section. Started talking numbers and needless to say Mr. Reginald had me driving my very first car, 2013 Toyota Yaris, home with no money down, low monthly payments, and no cosigner! On August 14, 2014 I went to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest to get my camry serviced without an appointment and was met by Service Advisor Myles Hill who took me to his office and wrote up my order and I must say he's very knowledgeable about the services offered and took the time to explain. After waiting for about 20-30 minutes he came and got me to explain that the mechanics found 3 problems that needs urgent attention (leaking water pump, dirty cabin & engine filter) even took me to the mechanics' area to show me. I replaced the cabin and engine filters which will help giving me more miles per gallon for gas. I will be going back to replace the water pump. I've and will always continue to recommend Nalley Toyota Stonecrest for all your servicing and vehicle buying needs because of their customer service and knowledgeable staff. My one recommendation would be to offer coffee/water to customers while they and that's why I gave the facility 4 stars.

The exceptional experience that I had at Stonecrest Toyota was facilitated by Reginald Demande. His demeanor was so professional, pleasant, and comfortable that it gave me confidence in the product that he was selling. He went over every detail of the car and answered all of my questions. When I went to the dealership to look at cars, I wasn't sure that a Toyota was what I was looking to purchase. However, Reggie's unassuming and pleasant personality convinced me that the 2014 Corolla was a good fit for me. Reggie did not use any high pressure sales tactics or other gimmicks to get my business. He was just a truly genuine person and I enjoyed doing business with him and in turn Stonecrest Toyota. I am sure that I was not an easy person to negotiate with, but Reggie made me feel comfortable and confident with my deal. I bought my eighth car, a new Toyota Sienna, from Nalley. I hate shopping for cars. On every occasion, shopping for cars has been an adversarial experience, in which dealers have tried to gain advantage in unsavory ways. Nalley was my second best option, pricewise. The first option on my list, in South Carolina, tried to pull a bait-and-switch on me; when I was on my way to Columbia SC, the dealer decided to disclose that the new car I intended to buy actually had 1,500 miles on it. Nalley was no exception to the adversarial rule. I was very dissatisfied with the value of my trade in, because, according to the manager I talked to, a 9-year old car is difficult to sell, and hence the car was graded as in poor condition. Except for paint peel on a corner of a bumper, the car was actually in excellent condition, with only 75K miles. One of Nalley's employees bought it shortly after, which comes across bad ha! So hard to sell. A couple of hours prior to coming to Nalley, I stopped at another Toyota dealer and they appraised my Prius at $6,000. Nalley gave me $4,250 (after haggling the first offer was $4,000). The difference between these two dealers including financing was that Nalley was $750 more expensive. I went to Nalley because the offered the lowest price, and I thought that they would be the best option. I had planned a trip two days later (on Saturday) to Orlando, Florida, for which I had rented a minivan . By the time the negotiation ended, around Thursday 11 PM, I had to decide between going to other dealer that was actually $750 below their price but did not have the car I wanted in stock (and hence no guarantee of getting it on Friday), or pay $1,000 for a rental ($80/day for two weeks) to haul 6 people during our vacation. I took the hit from Nalley because of a pressing need, not because of their great service. Nalley made me waste my time and my money. Had I gone ahead with the other dealer I would have given them enough time to get my car. Nalley lured me to them with the promise of a low price, but they tried to compensate with a very low trade-in. I find this disingenuous and dishonest. Yes, I made business with them... because I was in a tight spot and needed to solve a pressing need. Avoid Nalley. Go and do business somewhere else, where they might quote you higher prices, but will be more honest about trade-in and financing. The salesperson, Tamika Owens, did a great job by telling me upfront the lowest price I could find. It was whoever did and authorized the appraisal of my trade-in who dropped the ball.

I would like to say that Reginald Demande is an awesome sales advisor. On 5/20/14 I came across a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from autotrader.com that your dealership was selling. I wasn't sure which salesman I needed to speak with so I went with my best instinct which is the customer ratings on the website. I noticed Reggie's name mentioned quite a few times. So I called the number listed & asked for Reggie. I'm not sure if I called and the call was transferred or if Reggie just picked up but either way I was glad I spoke with him. Reggie was EXTREMELY helpful in regards to explaining the whole used car process & also questions I had about the car. I'm the type of person that does not like anyone pushy or arrogant and Reggie definitely was not like that. Reggie actually pulled over on side of the road, spoke with me for about 45 minutes, who does that!!!! My intentions when I hung with Reggie was to rent a car and come up to Georgia to purchase the vehicle as Reggie was trying to work a deal for me to actually hold this car. Unfortunately I was able to purchase a brand new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport here in Jacksonville with the price I was looking for. Even though buying the car here in Jacksonville saved me a lot of time & gas:) it would have still be nice to deal with Reggie.I know that I did not purchase a vehicle with Reggie and the Nalley Toyota Dealership but I tell you if I ever need a vehicle in the future and live in the Georgia area I would definitely come to Reggie. Also anyone I know that is looking for a car in that area I would refer Reggie as well.Nalley Toyota Dealership you have a winner with Reggie being on your team!!! Thanks again Reggie:)

During my experience I met with Shawn Granville and I was truly pleased with demeanor and overall work ethic. I must admit, I normally do not look forward to going into the dealership to get my car serviced because they always come out with five other things that are supposedly wrong with my car that need to be fixed immediately according to the person I am dealing with that day. However, my experience with Shawn did not go that way. He did indeed come out to tell me that there were some additional things that needed to be addressed but his delivery and thoughtful nature made a much more pleasant process than I had ever experienced since I bought the car in 2005. He came over explained exactly what was wrong with the car, took me outside to show me the car and explained how each part worked, and then told me to think on how I would like to proceed next without pressuring me to make a decision as if this decision would be my last. Then he arranged for me to have transportation for my next meeting, as I did not have the intention to be at the dealership more than an hour or two because of previously scheduled client meetings. Thank goodness Shawn was there to save the day and take care of me and my car! My daughter and I thank him for the care that he puts into his job daily!

Stay away!! Sold me a used vehicle without actually having the title! Temp tag expired and when I called they informed me they didn't have the title yet so they haven't even started my registration!! Told me I needed to go to dmv for extension which I don't have time to do cause of work schedule till later this week. Not once did they care to inform me of what was going on and all they had to say was sorry!!!! Never again will I cone back to this location. When I bought the vehicle they made me wait FOREVER just to talk to someone and make a deal. Stay away!!!

On thursday morning, March 27, 2014, I noticed that my front driver's side tire was fast going flat due to a road hazard (nail).that I had noticed stuck in my tire. I immediatly telephoned Brian Kessler, my favorite Service Advisor at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest of Lithonia, Georgia, and he told me that he was at home and that it was his day off; however, he informed me to bring my vehicle in to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest of Lithonia and that his associate, Service Advisor Stephanie Burkhart, would take good care of me. I took my vehicle in and Service Advisor Stephanie Burkhart met me as soon as I drove in and rendered outstanding courteous service. An inspection of my vehicle showed that the tire with the nail in it needed to be replaced and also a a worn motor mount needed to be replaced. All of this work was done while I waited in the waiting rook, which was very clean and comfortable. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding maintenance work performed on my vehicle and the courteous and efficient service provided by Service Advisor Stephanie Burkhart.

I had 2004 Toyota Sienna towed to the Nalley Toyota Stonecrest because it would not started. Only to discover the problem was the battery terminal needed to be tighten. When they checked the car over, they discovered the radiator; which was installed in 2013 and broken seals. Of course, this was not what I wanted to hear. However, Myles and Joe my service representative went beyond the call of duty. Joe had a car sent for me to bring me to the dealership. Enjoyed the conversation with Larry the driver. When I arrived they had a rental car waiting for me. They contacted the company that sold them the radiator and had it replaced for free. Then, they installed the radiator at no charge. I thought it was Christmas in March! Excellent service gentlemen. I need to see how many people I can tell this to. They have always treated me with respect, but Myles showed such empathy for me. Thank you Myles for your compassion and empathy. Thank you for being my voice and helping me get my van repaired.

My intention was to come and see the Toyota Camry Pre-Owned Inventory and to just basically see what kind of deal the salesperson was going to offer me. After speaking with a couple of salespeople over a months time, I decided to go into the dealership and take a chance. I was blessed to have Tamika Owens as my Sales Consultant. She asked me what I was looking for, narrowed it down to two vehicles so I wouldn't have a hard time deciding. Every question I had about the vehicle I test drove, she knew the answers. Very professional, friendly and outstanding service. I had to wait 4 hours just for an oil change. I never had to wait that long when it was Stonecrest Toyota. I liked it better before Nalley took over. Also I heard Carol Lawson doesn't work there anymore and I don't like the fact that he isn't there. He was a great salesmen and I looked forward in getting my car serviced and seeing Carols smiling face every time I came up there. It is not a skip and a hop to Nalley Toyota from my house. I drive a long distances to come there. I have a bunch of car places around here. I could have gone there. I hope the next time I come up there for an oil change I don't have to wait no longer than an hour. I answered the question below asking if I would recommend this dealer to a friend? Excellent! Kyle Edwards, my service advisor was "awesome", I couldn't have asked for a more personable service advisor. He gave me input on my services that were performed, advised me on my tire purchase and was just downright knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to Kyle! I was in your facility Saturday, March 1, 2014 for several services that Kyle and I had been corresponded about in the month of February. Kyle was alway polite, personable and most helpful. He always answered any questions I may have had and was most helpful in selecting tires for my vehicle. He let me know the services my vehicle needed. On the date of my appointment, he greeted me, let me know that there was a back up in the service department and told me if there was anything that I needed, just let him know. Kyle let me know several times the status of my vehicle and apologized for having to take up so much of my time as I was in your facility from 7:45 to 11:30 (real time). But then I had several services performed and these things take time so I was ok with it. All factors considered, the amount of customers you had, the work I had to have done, it wasn't anyone's fault really but Kyle kept on apologizing for it though. When the services were completed, I was satisfied. My car looked beautiful, and now that I have driven it for about 50 miles the tires work great too. But there is one thing and it wasn't Kyle's fault and Kyle rectified it. The car wash and vacuum on the car was pitiful! I mentioned it to the gentlemen in the intake bay and he told me I needed to see Kyle, which I did and Kyle told me that if I wasn't satisfied, and I wasn't, as there was still dirt on my car, he would fix it. Kyle re-washed my car after I mentioned it to him and he came outside and saw the dirt. Now all services performed by Kyle's support staff are a part of his signature and shouldn't reflect poorly on him.

The reason I selected good as my overall experience was because my inital visit left "a bad taste in my mouth." However, Ms. Foreman reached back out to me and was able to select another salesman for me to work with. Even though I was looking to purchase a Nissan vehicle, Reginald Demande was patient enough and LISTENED to some of the options I was searching for in order to help me to find another car (Camry) which actually turned out just as good. My arrival to the dealership was late in the day so I had my 9 and 7 children with me and Mr. Demande was even kind enough to entertain them while assisting me. As if he didn't do enough (in my opinion), when we left the dealership at closing time he assisted by helping me to drive both of my vehicles home. At the end of the day I am happy that Ms. Foreman did not give up so easily and was able to talk me back into returning to the dealership. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE...and to this day my kids still talk about Mr. Demande!!!

2 words: Truly ExceptionalUpon starting my car one morning, I heard some funny noises and decided to drive to the Stonecrest Toyota location for service. I normally visit a different local Toyota location but I do not receive good customer service there and have sworn not to go back. As soon as I pulled up into the garage, Lakeishia met me at my car door and immediately tried to get to the bottom of my issue. She tried a bit of troubleshooting, then quickly swept me into her office. She was very open about the costs of service and how long it would take the technicians to fix the car. All the while though, she remained optimistic trying to convince me that it was a possibility that nothing was wrong with my car. Afterwards, I went to sit in the outstandingly decorated and convenient waiting area. I had never been in such a nice dealership before. After waiting for about 10 minutes, Lakeishia called me by name back to her office. She calmly broke the news to me that as the technicians tried to find the issue with my car, the car ceased to start at all. Lakeishia saw the look of surprise, sadness and grief on my face and offered for me to sit with her in her office instead of the waiting area. She asked me what I was worried about and I said the price. I told her I was having an operation done the next day that was already costing me a lot of money. She left for a few minutes and returned with an application for a CarCare credit card to cover the costs of my repairs. While my car was being repaired, I sat in Lakeshia's office and in between customers we shared laughs and had a good time. I have had many customer service jobs and I can say that it is very rare to encounter such amazing customer service and for that I thank you very much.

Shariff was outstanding.... Let me start off by saying when I pulled into the bay it took a few minutes maybe 10 minutes to long for a service advisor to come out. So I decided to get out of my car and happen to walk into Shariff 's office. He was so helpful from the time I step foot in his office. We worked out my service order then he arranged for the shuttle to take myself and my family to the mall while we wait. I mentioned we'd catch a movie while at the mall. While Shariff was providing AWESOME customer service he was also listening. 30 minutes had past while I was getting seated at the movies and I received a text "Nichole this is Shariff, I know your in the movie just wanted you to know your car is done and give me a call when your ready to be picked up". So not only did he follow up but he was considerate!!!! I then decided to have lunch prior to requesting to be picked up about an hour later I received another text from Shariff "is everything ok?". Shariff, has gone above an beyond what I consider to be good customer service! He is excellent....not only will I be coming back for my 90k mile check up I will now pull up to the bay and specifically ask for Sharrif and to think I wanted to get a BMW because I've admired how they have dedicated service advisors that handle customers individually. Now, I have my own service advisor and his name is Shariff Russell.

Worst car buying experience ever from a new car sales dealership. Deceptive sales tactics .Finance manager damaged my credit score by running credit apps. to 4 different finance companies unnecessarily and without my permission. I walked in with my own approved bank financing. They didn't know how to handle the transaction..Management was no help at all. Nalley Toyota Stonecrest staff gave a very warm welcome as myself and family entered into the dealership. I spoke on the telephone with Shannon Foreman before my visit and she was very helpful. She was nice and genuinely concerned about helping me find the right car for my needs. Thank you Shannon. After entering into the dealership, my family and I was greeted by car salesman Reginald Demande. He made us feel at home as he joked with us and made my family laugh. He was also very friendly and outgoing. He made the car buying process very easy, besides the usual price negotiations between dealer and buyer, which I found somewhat to be a hassle. However, Reginald helped us understand what was going on every step of the way. Lastly, after negotiating, I was able to get the car I wanted near the price I wanted to pay. Overall, I had a great experience with the staff and friendliness of Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. Both Shannon and Reginald even called the next day after my purchase to congratulate me on my car purchase and to wish me well. Thank you both!

i love Bryan and Carroll. They are the best! Carroll sold me the car and Bryan is always there to service my car. Now they are both in the service department. I would not think of driving anything but a Toyota or having my car serviced by any other dealership than Stonecrest Toyota. They are friendly, professional and knowlegeable. They really do care. That is so rare. Great job Stonecrest Toyota!!!

I was extremely pleased on my first visit to Nalley Stonecrest. I emphasized to them that I was working under a tight time frame, and they had my work done in time to get me where I needed to be. Myles Hill, my service consultant was excellent !!! He kept me updated on the progress, and the work was what I expected (no additional suggestions) at a very fair price. I WILL be going back to Nalley Stonecrest because of this excellent first visit.

Today I arrived at Nalley Stonecrest Toyota for repairs on my Camry. I was upset because after a second opinion about my repairs I discovered that South lake Toyota quoted me $655.00 more than this dealership. I walked outside to get some air and within 5 minutes Reginald Demande approached me and introduced himself. I told him that I was just looking around and planned to buy another car in June. He showed me the Camry and explained all the features. We test drove the car and I was sold. Reginald gave detailed information about the vehicle and patiently answered all my questions. It was a pleasure working with him and and I will recommend him to my family and friends.

I stopped by Nalley Toyota at Stonecrest to find a used Toyota Venza which they had one of. Reggie, my salesperson, was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to get me the deal that I was looking for. I was by myself and I wasn't trading my car in so I had a logistical issue of getting the car home 60 miles away and he was willing to drive it home for me. I decided to come back for it the next day but he called me the next day on his day off just to check to see if I needed a ride to go back and pick up the car. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help including the team in the service area.

We had a great experience with Jesse Reid who greeted us as we walk back to the building after looking around the lot at the new cars. We went inside and he wanted to know how he could help us today. We wanted to look at the Avalons. He then question what color and special features. I replied blue or pearl red like my previous toyota, but wanted the passenger seat to move up and down not just forward and back and have rear air vents. While we waited he question if we would like anything to drink, which hit the spot with with my husband (hot tea). We test drove a blue one but it didn't have the passenger seat the way I wanted it. I thought about all night and said if the seat is not to my liking I may as well continue to drive my old car. We went back to Stonecrest Toyota and told J.R. I need the passenger seat to my liking and price range. He searched around and found one in Moulin Rouge. FANTASTIC JOB!! I signed the papers and drove my new car home. I will always remember J.R. and his passion to please.

Pleasurable experience from the first day I stopped to look at their inventory. Orren Crowther walked me around to answer questions with no pressure to buy. Very pleasant experience. The saleman was patient and answered all of our questions, even going out of his way to find answers. He gave us all the car details/background up front. No pressure was applied - he let us truly decide what to do. The business manager/finance officer was just as friendly and cooperative.

Our experience with Nalley was very pleasant and exemplary. Willam Wright was the sales associate and he made the experience worth the drive. Traveling a distance to get to the dealership, the last thing I wanted to do was sit and be jerked around. William made sure that didn't happen and got us what we needed. I would highly recommend Nalley and plan to return when it's time to purchase a vehicle for myself.

Joe a service advisor restored my faith in the dealership. I had a previous experience which left me questioning a service that I was told I needed 2 years ago which I really did not need. Joe took the time to show me why the service writer may have said I needed the service. He also took me to the servicing area once the mechanic had done a diagnostic on my car.He introduced me to the mechanic and proceeded to explain everything that was needed and why it was needed. He then called my husband at my request and explained it to him. I was the customer not my husband. Needless to say when I left the dealership I was more than satisfied. Having been in customer service for more than 44 years with a telecommunications company, I am very critical of poor customer service. I have already told several of my friends about my experience with your dealership. Having a high mileage car, Joe also explained that a new process is being used when a customer comes in for just an oil change. I think the new process is a great idea. Overall I would rate my experience more than exceptional! Thank you Joe for restoring my faith with Toyota.

These Guys don't care about their customers. I loved the service before it became Nalley. They screwed Mr in the sale and continue bad service after the sale. I told the salesperson that I wanted my new car to have all the same features as my 2011 Camry. I was told not to test drive the car on the day of the purchase. it was late so the sales person told me he was ready to go so I never got to fully check out the car until I drove off the lot only to realize this was a stripped down model for more money. It didn't make sense that a 2013 for more money didn't have the same basic features. The finance guy tricked me out of a we owe that I asked the salesperson for. He said it was no problem and it could be taken care of by the salesperson once we finished in the finance office. Then the games began. All of a sudden they couldn't honor what I had asked for. If that wasn't enough they botched my tint install and have yet to fix it. This was my first and last time doing business with Nalley as not just a Toyata dealership, but Nalley Auto Group. Customer service called a few days after the sale stating they would make things right and that was two weeks ago. Bottom line don't buy from this dealership. Once they get you to sign they are done.
