I recommend everyone who wants to buy a car to stay away from this dealer. Leased my current Tiguan 2015 on Aug 1, 2015. Sales name is Jerry McCoy. Had an agreement that the first 3 years/times maintenance are free offered. On Nov 2016, came here asking for the 2nd maintenance, told by their service team only my first maintenance is free. Guess what? they secretly took that away and asked you to sign the contract. Talked to the finance Manager Rich Mahoney, he is trying to sell me the maintenance for $30+ a month, this was what you promised when I was making the decision to buy the car! I drove from midtown ATL to Alpharetta 3 times just for this issue. They always say they are busy and ask you to wait. Then disappear for 20-30 mins. Please go buy a car there if you want a post-sell service like that.

I NEVER take my time to write a review, but this experience with Ms Silvia was phenomenal! As soon as my husband and i walked through the doors, she was there to greet us with a big smile. She made us feel comfortable looking for a car. We didn't feel "forced" to buy a car we weren't in love with. She made sure to make us feel like we were the only customers on the lot. She offered drinks and made conversation- made time go smoothly. I really appreciate her help and will definitely be recommending her to my friends.

Silvia was very helpful during our purchase of our VW Jetta. She was well versed on the different models and really knew her stuff!! My wife loved dealing with another woman, and they were able to discussed the more important stuff crucial to the sale such a mirror behind the sun shade.. But whether we were talking mirrors or horsepower, Silvia made sure that all our needs were met by asking the good questions in a non pushy way... The fact that my wife called the process a car "not a Big Deal" is as great testimony to the quality of work she does. Will definitely recommend.

Went to nalley VW dealership to purchase my leased car. They added $300 to payoff. Then the paperwork comes back adding in $599 plus $98 for "electronic" processing. So an additional thousand. The price of the car seemed to increase every time he left the office. Then, given a car to drive while my car was inspected. I went about a mile and the gas light came on. Very sad. Will not buy a car from this dealership in the future or refer anyone.

Our salesman was Jerry McCoy and would definitely recommend working with him. Jerry made the process of buying a car less grueling by being very personable and friendly while always remaining professional.The dealership is clean and organized; they have a play area for smaller kids, a waiting area, kitchen with refreshments etc. The finance person was also very professional and helpful, patiently answering all questions regarding paperwork, warranty options etc.

I've own the 2014 CC R-Line. I bought my car from Nalley and had all servicing done at this one facility thru 30K. Without belaboring this review. My tires began cupping well before 20K on this vehicle. I paid for a four wheel alignment when I recognized the tell-tell road noise sound and inner tread feathering. Since , the noise has only gotten worse and the dash rattles. The vehicle was not test driven after any of the servicings or no cared enough to recognize the issue and make a recommendation. The tire measurements have shown little wear according to the servicing 1/10. (This is true if you only measure the outer tread). Anyone, with trainee knowledge should be able to see this problem. So now I'm left with two choices. Ride with the car rattling from the tire wear or buy new tires and pay for another four wheel alignment. This is crap.

I was promised my 4th service event to be free of charge at $30K. I had nothing in writing and was told we would look into it when I arrived at Nalley on 3/5. The service advisor, Gary took ownership and took care of me. Great experience all around.

Made the appointment online through their dealership website. I have dealt with these folks before, having purchased the vehicle from them. Service center has always been easy to deal with. Scheduling online was easy, wait facilities are clean and adequately stocked with coffee, sodas, snacks, reasonably current magazines, comfortable chairs, flat screen TV. My service advisor Jan Wetburg always came by to advise the status of the repairs. Never try to upsell you services you may not need. Overall, very pleased with this dealership.

I took my car in for service and when I was called I informed them to move forward and fix my vehicle. When I picked up the car, my vehicle was not fixed and they told me to bring it in next week. That is a failure in communication. The service department just lost revenue. I took my car for repairs elsewhere. The sadder part is that they did not follow up the following week to see what they could do further for my vehicle.

Purchased a new 2015 Passat TDI from Nalley VW. Have taken it to them for the first three oil changes / service appointments. (these are free from VW) After the first oil change, the oil pan plug that had not been tightened by the service tech fell out and dumped all of the oil onto the street. Was going slow, and got the car turned off without damage. Had to tow the car back to Nalley for them to replace the drain plug, and re-fill the oil. Second oil change was drama free after I reminded them about the first one. Just had the third oil change / 30K service completed yesterday, and on the way home, the oil warning light came on...checked the oil, and Nalley had OVERfilled the oil by 1/2 a liter... which can damage the engine. I removed the excess oil with an extractor (I change my own when it's not free), and oil warning light is off... that's 2 out of 3 service experiences with Nalley VW that were wrong. AVOID GOING TO NALLEY VW FOR ANY SERVICE.

Had my Car in for 90,000 mile service. Made call day before and was able to be brought in next day, no trouble. Used night drop which made my life easier. Quote was fair, work was done, and did not get the "upsell" treatment which I appreciate! Car was ready when promised, and check out was fair. Great experience overall.

I was not excited about having to take my car in for service but was pleasantly surprised by the friendly gentlemen who greeted me, attended to my car, kept me updated on what was being done and expedited the recall-related repair. I can honestly say, having owned many different cars over 35 years of driving, this was the BEST service experience I've had.

I had a 9am appointment and my car was taken promptly for service. Nate is my service representative. He did a great job in addressing the questions I had. He came to the waiting area to let me know my service was complete and they were washing and vacuuming my car. That was an added bonus! A great job all around!

Car developed an odd rattle. Booked an appointment and they got me in when expected found the problem with the exhaust hanger, washed the car and sent me on my way with a ask that I come back again and with a bill for $0. Great group of folks and I'll see them in another 9k for an oil change.

Brought the car on a Friday for brakes problem. A recall had also to be done and was schedule for the week after. VW completed the repair and recall problems in one day, I got the car back on Saturday!

I purchased a Passat in 2013 from Nalley Volkswagon of Alpharetta and have had it routinely serviced at this dealership. Just completed 60,000 mile checkup and I have been very pleased along the way. I routinely schedule the service and never have to wait. Work is completed in a timely fashion and the amenities are excellent. The prices quoted in advance are accurate. Service staff and mechanics are a pleasure to work with. All-in-all I highly recommend this dealership and its service department.

I do not typically write reviews but I just need to add to the already glowing reviews about Silvia. We had such a good time working with her and feel like we made a friend. We simply could not have had a better experience then we did. Thank you again Silvia for being so knowledgable, caring, funny, and easy to work with. She knows the products, cares about your time, is efficient and seems dead set on making sure you have a great experience. Nalley and Volkswagen are both lucky to have her representing them. The dealership (nalley) is wonderful as well. Everyone from the manager to the finance department is such a pleasure to work with. I can't say anything but great things and I have had some pretty poor experiences with other dealers in the past. If you are in the market for a vw, you need to work with these guys, you won't have a better experience anywhere else!

We had a really, really rough morning of unreliable cars and shady, unenthusiastic salespeople around Atlanta. Lindsay absolutely came to our rescue. She not only had the car we wanted (a relatively hard to find model), she was the picture of calm and class as we worked through some unexpected complications in the sale process (none of which was her or Nalley VW's fault). She expedited the process left, right, and center and got us out the door with a great deal. When it came to finalizing everything, Ron expertly guided us through the mountain of paperwork and got us out the door happy with the entire experience.I can't recommend Nalley VW enough.

Having recently assisted my Mother and Father in finding the best deal possible, I conducted my research over the internet. We all live in North Carolina, but we were willing to drive to almost any location having the best deal. I researched up to around 450 miles of my home. Chris Filberg was not only prompt in his responses, but he was up front with everything detail, answered all my questions, and tried in every way he could to ensure we satisfied from beginning to end. I found him an extremely professional person and took the time to assist my Mother even after we closed on the vehicle. He not only explained the features of the car, but also took the time to assist my Mom in getting everything setup prior to our 5-hour return drive to North Carolina. My experience in dealing with Nalley was very Pleasant, and I hope to purchase another vehicle for my wife in the near future. The end result for this purchase was, even after driving all the way from Eastern North Carolina to Alpharetta, we arrived home with less of an expense than any of the North Carolina Dealerships were willing to explore. Although it seems unrealistic, we saved a great deal of money by opening our options to Internet Sales instead of just going to a local Dealership. Chris Filberg, the salesperson I met at Nalley VW did a wonderful job answering questions and showing the car to me. I decided to buy. The model I wanted was located out of state. Turns out sales Mgr. did not bother to secure car from other dealer, and it was not available. Next day he would not return my calls asking about car. I had to back in person. Then sales mgr says cannot find car in region, and have to expand search area. My wife called another dealer. they located one in Georgia. They secured it and we bought it. Sales Mgr. at Nalley was still offering excuses.

My experience buying a 2014 Rolls-Royce Wraith from Bentley Atlanta was an especially pleasant one and I want to commend those who helped me. I visited the dealership while on vacation and then returned home to North Carolina where I proceeded to buy the car over the telephone, via email and by using FedEx to receive and send the large number of documents that needed to be signed and returned to Bentley Atlanta.Thad Flowers in finance made this process, which can be quite daunting, seamless and easy. He was also instrumental in ensuring my satisfaction after the sale. My salesman, Rod Clarke was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and straightforward in his assessment of my perspective car. I've bought a lot of super premium cars in my day and I recoil at the first sign of a pushy salesman. There was not a hint of this from Rod. He inspired my trust and made the buying experience a real treat. Before I made my final decision on the car, I wanted to have my memory refreshed on its features so I called the dealership at 10 minutes before closing on a Friday. Although I was initially frustrated when I learned that Rod Clarke was busy helping another customer, my frustration quickly morphed into a smile when the person who answered the phone, Shelley Schultz, graciously suggested that she could take photographs of the sticker and email them to me. Last year I purchased my Passat from Nalley and was very impressed with the experience. What lead me to Nalley was the service I received on my 2010 TDI that I had bought from another VW dealer in Marrietta. The Marrietta dealer was great selling me a car, but their service dept after the sell stunk! So, Bought the Passat TDI at Nalley March of 2014 and went back and bought my son a new Jetta SEL TSI this week from Chris Filberg. Everyone was very helpful and professional throughout the transaction. The service dept. is responsible in earning the business at Nalley VW and the sales team was wonderful to work with on my purchase.

I had been leasing my 2012 VW Jetta for the past three years and just COULD NOT give up my car! I LOVE IT! Andre and everyone else at Nalley made the purchase of my leased Jetta so easy! I'm not local so Andre completed most of the paper work over the phone. When he said everything was ready we took the drive in, and he was right! Everything was finalized and in a short 30 min or so we were leaving the dealership! Everyone there was super helpful and honest. (Really)I will definitely be back to Mallet to purchase my son's cars in the near future.

I had been looking for a Jetta Hybrid for months. I had gone to Nalley twice and was disappointed with the customer service. I tried to talk to 3 different sales people and could not get much interest in selling me a car. I had made up my mind to go to CarMax and buy a used car instead. I stopped by Nalley just to see what models and colors were available to help choose something from CarMax. Shermayne came out to the lot and asked if she could help me. On the other occasions no one had bothered to do that. I had to go inside and find a salesperson. Shermayne was new and did not have all of the answers to my questions but did everything she could to find them. A few days later I came back to talk to her again and she was, again, very helpful. That evening I got a call from Mike Evans who was the new GM. He was great to talk to and it was then that I decided to buy a new hybrid Jetta from Nalley. Mike ordered exactly what I wanted and my wife loves it. The buying experience was painless and I would recommend Nalley to anyone looking for a VW. Mike Evans has made a difference in the customer service quality and I believe that under his guidance Nalley is a much improved dealership.

The whole experience from start to finish was professional, informative, and friendly. At no time did we feel pressure to buy or to spend more than we had originally budgeted for the car. John our sales man was polite, informative and professional as we test drove several different vehicles. The sales manager, John and the financial department all stayed later so that we could wrap up the paper work and drive our new car home that night. They even have a room set up for kids so they enjoy the visit too. We had gone to Nalley VW because my daughter wanted to look at used Beetles and the dealership had one of the best selections of used cars in Atlanta. We met John Engquist purely by random selection (the only available salesperson when we walked in and he was terrific. We looked at various VW models for comparison sake, and he never once tried to move us out of our stated budget or mileage preference. Jack Rosen came out to introduce himself, and mentioned that he had gotten in a few new cars in our price range, one of which was a 2008 Land Rover - a radical departure from what she thought she was interested in. We came to agreement on the price within 24 hours, moved through the paperwork with Wes quickly and we couldn't have been more pleased. Great group of professionals, look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I made the mistake of purchasing a Volkswagen Jetta TDI wagon thinking I would save on fuel costs. It gets great mileage but the repairs are astronomical. Just after warranty we had to spend spent over $8,000 in repairs in fuel pumps, particulate filters, and an a/c compressor. John Huber was our main contact. The dealership agreed that the failures were excessive and agreed to change some of the less expensive parts at their cost. When we contacted Volkswagen America they said they would change the more expensive parts if the dealer agreed. The dealer then said it was Volkswagon America's decision. When we went to the dealership they refused to contact Volkswagen America to work it out saying "it's not our problem. They were very rude and made my wife cry in the service area. I made the repairs at a MUCH less expensive mechanic and dumped this really terrible car. Don't waste your hard earned money on any car Volkswagen builds.

Buying a car with Silvia was an amazing exp, I didn't know her before I came in, but after working with her it was like buying a car from my sister! She made me feel at home and comfortable! I have now had my car for 6 moths and have reached 10,000 miles, when I was at the dealer ship for my sch service she came by and said hi to me and treated me like we had been friends for years! She was amazing one of a kind! Im always shocked by how a stranger and be so kind and quickly become a friend!

Nice folks, great help from Andrea in internet sales, and from Gerard in sales who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mary in finance made the paperwork process easy and the price was competitive. Other VW dealerships advertised lower windshield sticker prices, but had extra hidden dealer fees that made them more expensive. The car buying process can be tedious, but the nice folks at Nalley made it easy and I am happy with my new ride.

I had been in the market for a new vehicle for quite a while. In that search, I had done extensive research and test driven quite a bit of vehicles before coming to Nalley VW. I started to consider a Jetta completely on a whim. I had done a bit of research the day before. Maureen was fabulous!! I told her my concerns and what I needed out of a vehicle and her suggestions were spot on! Not only did she recommend a specific Jetta, she emailed me a few different options and had them ready for me to test drive the following morning. I also told her that I would be under a time constraint and she did everything in her power and then some to ensure that I would meet that time constraint! I would/will never consider purchasing another new vehicle anywhere else. I am totally in love with my Jetta and the experience. I have owned 7 new cars in the last 10 years, 5 of which have been purchased locally and have all been VW. On my most recent purchase, I shopped my home town dealer that I have purchased all cars from EXCEPT the one I am driving now before I looked anywhere else. I found the same car that was offered at my local dealer at Nalley VW, and decided to call them to see if they could beat my local dealers price. I did this because I felt as though after purchasing several cars from them, they could and should be willing to help me a little more on the price than they were. After speaking with my sales person(Maureen McCray) and a few short conversations with the sales manager ( Troy Darnell)... I was purchasing a one way flight for the next morning to pick up the new car I had purchased over the phone. Not only did they beat my local dealers offer to death, they were courteous, and did exactly what they said through every step of the process. They returned my calls when they said, kept me informed throughout the process, fully disclosed all aspects of the deal up front and made me feel special. This is something that my local dealer did not do a single time after spending 150,000 with them over the last 10 years. Before 24 hours had passed, I was sitting in the showroom enjnoying a hot coffee, looking at my new car. I received amazing customer service from the phone, e-mail, in person, all the dealership staff was awersome, Mike quigley in the F&I office was fast, and everything was exactly as he had described. "its has to be Nalley" Is the way I am considering all my future Vehicle purchases, and have been spreading the word to as many people that will listen to my experience. Ms. Maureen, Mr. Paul, and Ms. Nina are awesome! I was not completely satisfied with my purchase after driving home- only because it was a manual transmission and I still needed to learn how to drive it. They allowed me to return it for an automatic without any problem. Ms. Maureen tried to teach me how to drive a standard shift. Ms. Nina had me to come in and gave me the best option for another vehicle and she told me about the protective coating. I took my 2010 Jetta TDI to Nalley VW service department for a 40,000 miles service on the DSG transmission as that is what is required by Volkswagen of America. I purchased the car from them along with 3 others (all fully loaded) and love(ed) the dealership. I take very good care of my cars and bring them in every 5,000 miles to get and oil change and tire rotation. I recently took this Jetta to the VW dealer in Raleigh and had a Multi-point inspection done along with an oil change and tire rotation. I was immediately notified by the technician there that my car was in bad condition because he said my engine filter and my Cabin Air filter along with a pollen filter were in very bad condition and I was very shocked. I had just taken it to Nalley Volkswagen at 40,000 miles and it has been less then 10,000 miles and they said my filters were in a critical state. I also was told that the line connecting my diesel to my fuel filter was not correctly connected and the fuel filter had not even been placed into the car right. This caused my car to hesitate as the engine was not getting enough diesel. I immediately asked the technician to pull the filters out and check everything else that was supposed to be done at the 40,000 mile service. He showed me the filters and they were really bad (had mold and dirt in them). I was told that these were the filters that came from the factory on my car. I was beyond pissed at this point in time and just had everything replaced and had to pay for everything again. I realized then that NALLEY VOLKSWAGEN CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. I have purchased many cars from them and take them to get serviced there all the time. I can't believe that they have lied to me all this time. I pride myself on how well I care for my car and it really upsets me when I have been lied to and all trust I have had for them is now gone. I kept the old filters and will be showing them to the service department to let them know what they have done. I will also be contacting Volkswagen of America to file a complaint on the dealership as the service was $550 and I had to save up for it. Don't get me wrong, they are friendly people, but they are lairs . Good thing I keep all my service records on file! I will never trust them with any of my vehicles again and also have doubt that they even did any of the services on any of my cars that they say they have. I will now find another dealership that I can trust even if that means I have to drive an extra hour and waste more diesel. Moral of the review, DON'T TRUST THEM!

I had an incredibly hectic schedule that week and he was patient and worked with me through phone and email. The following weekend I drove up to the dealership and everything was better than expected. We drove almost 400 miles roundtrip to look at specific vehicle. We were called by at least 3 people from the dealership, seemingly anxious to have our business. They had the car we were looking for, so we made the long trip on a Holiday weekend to take a look. We came prpared to buy it on the spot. My husband told them before we went that we didn't want to drive that far if they were not going to give us a good, fair trade. The dealership assured him that they were "very motivated" to sell us the car. We drove there and they did not come off the price of the used car one cent!! I would think twice before I ever made too much of an effort to go to this dealership!! Very disappointing!!!

The team I worked with was amazing! Ron, Troy, and Vanessa understand the value of building a relationship with the customer. From the moment I walked in the door I trusted this team. People have to understand there is a two-way street when buying a car. If you are patient with the process then in the end you will have what you want and that is exactly what happened with me. I absolutely wish I had NEVER stepped foot on the lot of this dealership. I've had a terrible time with the brakes on a car I bought from them 5 months ago. They first treated me like a stupid woman in the service department, by telling me the car was heavy and the brakes would always squeal because of it. When I told them I had a full-size Toyota Tundra that never had this issue and was considerably heavier, they had no response but to blubber that there was no safety issue with the brakes. They finally agreed to fix it, lied to me about what they actually did and the brakes STILL squeal every time I brake. Clearly, they don't stand behind the quality of the vehicles they sell, once you buy it don't expect anything from them.

Greg Gantner and Ron Yeboa provided us excellent service in our car buying experience at Nalley Volkswagen. The vehicle (2011 Honda CRV) was as advertised online in both condition and price. They were willing to negotiate the price to a point that fit within our budget which was extremely important. We had visited 3 or 4 other dealerships prior to this visit, and those dealerships were unwilling to negotiate the price from their online listings. Overall, there was little pressure in the process, and we left with the vehicle we wanted at a price that we were happy with. Although, we weren't looking for a Volkswagen, I would recommend this dealership to friends who are looking for one.

To whom it concerns,I have been a owner of a VW Jetta 1.8 Turbo since 10/2005. Roughly a year after purchasing the car my engine blew due to a timing belt slipping. Since the car was still under warranty the service department replace the entire engine. This was the first of many problems with the car and Nalley VW service. Recently, my engine once again blew the engine due to a timing belt. Under the impression that VW replaced my original interference engine with another interference engine, I decided to have the car fixed. After pulling the engine apart I was surprised to find that the engine was not the same as the original engine. I have full documentation and proof of both claims. I have pictures of the current engine and the values and pistons that suffered terminal damage. I am now at a crossroad. I no longer have a working car and to fix it will no longer be affordable. I have a list of all work ever done to the car. Including where my independent mechanic had to go back and tighten bolts left loose when the engine was installed. I have contemplated seeking a lawyer to discuss my options but, decided to first write this. I am highly highly disappointed with this deception. It ultimately has lead me to owing a substantial amount of money to a mechanic for a car that doesn't work. I look forward to your reply asap. I have no problem showing you the pictures and documentations.

Just to follow up on my previous experience, I spoke with Greg on this and we are now on our way back to Alphretta to purchase the truck. Being unaware that the doc fee was included in the price the conflict was resolved. Thanks for changing my mind I really appreciate all your help, Nina, Greg and Troy.

He not only ensured that the newest available part was ordered but ensured the car was cleaned and fully fueled at pick up. So during this entire car-buying process I was polite and respectful, and that is not the way I was treated. This car-buying process has been so completely nauseating. I feel as if I was lied to (was told my windows were being tinted when they weren't, was told the audio system I was purchasing could do something it could do it couldn't). I feel as if there was no consideration or value given to my time given that a car I had just purchased was going to be prepped 5 minuted before I was scheduled to pick it up, 2 wasted trips, having to actually contact the dealer when I was told I would be called about the key. Here's what happened...On Wednesday, Aug 28th, 2013 (the Wednesday before Labor Day weekend) I purchased a certified 2010 VW Jetta TDI. I had asked that the windows be tinted prior to taking delivery of the car, stating specifically that I wanted it done so that it could be detailed and dried (because you can't open the windows for 48 hours after they are tinted - which given that it is August in Atlanta can be an annoyance) with more than enough time prior to me taking delivery. I scheduled pick up for the car, on Saturday, August 31st. On Friday, the 30th I received a phone call saying that the windows were being tinted that morning. On Saturday morning, 5 minutes prior to me arriving to the dealership I received a phone call from my Salesman saying that he was JUST THEN taking the car to get it detailed when he noted it hadn't been tinted. So I then asked him, why he thought it would be appropriate to be calling me 5 minutes before I was scheduled to arrive to a) tell me something that should have been done 2 days prior hadn't even been done, b) why someone called to tell me it HAD ALREADY been done, c) why wasn't my car already COMPLETELY detailed prior to my arrival instead of him taking it to get it done at that moment. I then told him that he essentially wasted, not only my Saturday morning, but also a good friend of mine who was kind enough to drive me 30 minutes from my apartment in Druid Hills. I told him, I expected him to deliver my car to my apartment when it was tinted AND appropriately dried. He said that he would take it to the window tinting place that same day (Saturday, Aug 31st) and get it done. I then, due to my own schedule, told him I would not be available to even receive the car until Wednesday, Sept 4th(almost a full week after purchasing the car) at noon. He said that would be fine.On Wednesday, Sept 4th when the car was delivered to my apartment it was beautifully detailed with a full tank of diesel fuel and immaculately tinted windows WHICH HAD BEEN DONE JUST A FEW HOURS PRIOR. It took every single ounce in my soul not to scream at this 23 year old salesman. I let the rage subside and then I had the other salesman help set up the bluetooth audio for the upgraded audio system to my iPhone. Prior to purchasing the car, Hunter (the salesman), had told me that this audio system could stream music via Bluetooth. Turns out, with the model I purchased that is not possible. I wish I wasn't told the exact opposite prior to purchasing. The next debacle is still on-going unfortunately. When I purchased the car, it only came with one electronic key. And I had asked specifically for a second key as well as a valet key. The salesman said that he would look for the spare key(s) and if they could not be found, he would order them free of charge. When I took delivery for the car (albeit a week after purchase), there was only 1 key given to be. The Hunter told me he would order me a key and call me when it came in. I said okay. I waited about 2 weeks without hearing from anyone from the dealership and decided to call. I spoke with Rob G. (who was supervising Hunter) and he apologized stating that Hunter probably just forgot to call, he had me schedule a service appointment which I made for the following week (which was actually the day I'm writing this review).So today, September 26th (almost a full month after I purchased the car) I make rearrange my busy work schedule and drive the 30 minutes to Alpharetta from the city. Get to the dealership and after 45 minutes am told the wrong key was ordered. They tried programming the one they had and it wouldn't work. I was told that they would have to reorder another key, I'll received a call when it's in and to schedule another appointment.The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is the Finance Department. I had received an excellent interest rate through my own bank and Mary in the Finance Department got me an even better interest rate. And for the first time financing a car, Mary explained things to me in a way that made sense.

I was very pleased with Ms. Egans' professionalism and knowledge about the vehicle that I purchased. She was very patient and helpful. Ms. Egan explained all of the features of the car and she showed me how to set up the bluetooth and the radio settiings. She made sure that all of the extra features that I ordered were added to the vehicle in a very timely manner. Gave a $1k deposit on car seen on Internet. Seats damaged and did not buy. Sales manager wrote to say deposit would be returned. 2 mos. later no deposit and dealer won't answer calls or letter. BEWARE.

I originally found this deal online and I thought, "this is definitely too good to be true", but I called anyway. I first spoke with Troy and then to James. Both were very VERY professional. Reluctantly, I made the 2 hour trip there with my family. When I saw the numbers paper, the deal was indeed true. I couldn't believe it. We got a brand new 2013 Jetta TDI with 300 miles on it for less that Carmax's used one with 7K miles on it. The total time to complete everything was 3 hours. Most of that time was waiting for our turn in the finance department. Seems Nalley has some deals, because even at 9pm at night, there were customers everywhere. Once we got into Finance, we met Lewis. He was very nice. He was patient with me as I check and re-checked every paper and every figure on each page. I was still very skeptical. I was thinking something is being hidden. There was nothing. This dealership is honest. They do what they say. If you want to experience no pressure, easy car shopping then seriously consider Nalley VW. You wont be disappointed. Thanks to James, Troy and Lewis.......GO DAWGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a 2009 Bentley GTC from Christopher and Greg. They convinced me to pay a premium price due to the fact that it was a "Certified Bentley" and had gone through an exhaustive inspection by Bentley Certified Technicians. They said this car had a Bentley 1 year CPO warranty. So I gave them my Credit Card and bought the car... they sent me the paperwork to sign which I did. Before returning it I looked at the service records and the certification details. In reviewing them, I came across an email from the service department that stated the Bentley had 2 bent front rims and a defective navigation system. Both Christopher Tuckley (General Sales Manager) and Richard Kim (Dealer GM) were copied on the email and Christopher responded back to the service department not to fix either of the defects. They were going to knowingly ship me (I live out of state) a defective car and I guess hope that I wouldn't notice the problems until it was too late for me. I called both Richard and Christopher who seemed surpised to learn about these "Known Defects" and told me they would get back to me. After waiting a day with no updates I called Richard back and he told me and I quote "We thought you didn't want the car so we sold it to someone else". Needless to say I was really upset, and to make matters even worst I had already sold my car which I had to un-sell. Long story short, these 3 guys, Richard, Christopher and Greg are untrustworthy. They flat out lied to me. I cannot imagine that the Bentley or the Nalley Auto Group would be very proud to know how their top management was conducting business and treating valued customers. Stay away from this dealership.

Carlos made this new car experience great. I was there almost all day and I learned about everything I had to know about every car on the lot. We had a price in mind and did what it took to meet that price. I also worked with Mary in the finance department. She was a wonderful person to work with. Very friendly, informative, and cared about really getting to know you. The experience was great with Carlos and Mary.

Salespeople and managers were friendly and helpful, actually purchasing and paying for the car was a slow and painful process. There were way too many legal forms to fill out, especially because I was not financing. It has never taken so long to purchase a car before. Everyone tried to make sure I was comfortable while I waited for the process to be complete.

Everything was great until we started to negotiate the price. It was not compatible to the other dealerships, which is your competition. Although you came lose to it, I left with a dirty feeling that i would have got a better deal at the other place.
