I just bought my mountaineer from Napleton. I think we talked to just about everyone that worked in the showroom and everyone was very friendly. Tom did most of the work and made us a deal. We traveled over an hour to get there and it was worth it.

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life and this is by far the best experience I've had. I worked with them mostly over the phone, even negotiated the trade in that way. When I drove there (an hour for me - well worth the trip!), there was no runaround. In fact they suggested that I just meet with the sales manager directly to skip the back and forth that buyers are usually put through. Amazing. Would buy again and recommend them highly!

Couldn't ask for a better experience. The people in the service department were attentive and did a great job of both diagnosing the problem with my vehicle and fixing the problem. The Service Manager went above and beyond to make sure things were handled the right way and I was so appreciative. Will definitely come back to this dealer the next time I need my vehicle serviced!
