I recently went to Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia to lease a new car. From start to finish, Ashleigh Waller walked me through the entire process. I felt heard and understood with Ashleigh! She showed me all of my options and did the best that she could to get me the car that I'd love and the price that I could afford. Ashleigh was knowledgeable about the vehicles and went out of her way to make sure that I knew that if I needed anything, she was there to support me! The staff there is great! Faybian sold me a car, a little over my budget but totally worth it and do able! The other salesman's are super sweet too! Chris, Ian and the rest are all reliable guys/girls. I had an amazing experience and definitely recommend coming here. They try their best to take care of you.

One of the best experiences I've had in a dealership, specifically thanks to their representative Ian! He was friendly, honest, and willing to work with my budget and do all that he could to get us a good price for a good car. Went to a few other places before going to Napleton Kia and none helped me with selections. Going to Napelton Kia they gave us a few choices until i was happy with everything i was looking for in a car for when our baby arrives in February!! Matt Bahr helped me get insurance right there and also let me eat as much popcorn and hot chocolate as i wanted :)

Although we were there for a long time, most of it was to work on the financing that was a bit confusing, they did everything they could to get us our new Kia Sorento at a great price. Filling out the forms was made easy with Mike Keiser's help. We were always treated respectfully and that means a lot to me in this day and age with fast paced sales and gimmicks. No gimmicks here.

From the moment we walked into the showroom we felt welcome by the whole staff.Matthew Bahr was great - answered all of my questions and between him and Ted Hantak I was able to get the Kia that I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Was at the dealer a little longer than normal because they had to pick up my car from another dealer. My only concern was the level of detailing on the interior of my brand new car and a half a tank of gas to start off with. I know they were wanting us to be able to leave (setting at dealer for a long time) but I could of waited a day or two for the car to have it meet NEW car expectations. Matt my salesman was great and Jerry did a very good job installing a new mirror I had ordered.

I already test drove and new what I wanted. I went online, filled out the following car buying programs, Costco, AAA and AARP. The later two emailed back with the price discount but Costco didn't since the car was a 2017 (it's Aug 2016 went bought). Jon called and said Costco would be a much bigger discount that the other two so I drove a good ways. I wasn't even considering Napleton since they were the furthest Kia dealer from my home but they were the only Costco dealer. Jon turned me over to a low pressured, fun and kind salesman Chris. Since I knew which car and package we had to decide color. Chris was easy to joke and talk with so it was enjoyable. Ben got involved during negotiations, he was also low key and fun but their price was not low enough since I had gotten a call from the AARP/AAA dealer in town. They ask what it would take and I threw out a lower price and I got as I was walking out the door. Mike took over, explain all the extras I could purchase quickly with no pressure and we closed the deal. Note they are the only Costco KIA dealer in the St. Louis, MO area.

I bought my KIA in Sioux Falls SD (This is my second KIA car.) I received a recall letter in the mail and went to Chesterfield, MO. The Chesterfield dealership there treated me like I was nothing more than a nuisance and I had a ring stolen from my glove box. (my fault I shouldn't have left it in there) When I was having trouble with my air conditioner...honestly I was willing to wait until I went back home to go to the dealer in SD rather than go back to Chesterfield. I took a chance and went to Napleton's, with the plan I'd just walk if I got the same treatment. I worked with David Johnson. David was just the nicest guy, polite, respectful and honestly restored my faith in KIA. Napleton's is where I will go again and who I would recommend my friends to. Thank you, David Johnson.

I went on 8/4 to view a Forte5 having never seen one. Matthew Bahr welcomed me at the door and was more than willing to bring a White Forte5 for my "browsing". Due to an online ad my daughter had seen I was interested in a specific vehicle, a graphite colored Forte5. I explained. that my current lease would not expire until Oct. and I was deal shopping. Also that I wanted to include my daughter who had helped me with my initial lease of a Honda Fit in 2013. Mr. Bahr was friendly, courteous, knowledgable and understanding. He produced a product booklet on the Forte models, gave me his business card, and introduced me to the Sales Manager. I left letting him know I would be back with my daughter the next afternoon. When we arrived around 4 pm on 8/5, Matthew was waiting for us, likewise, the vehicle I requested was waiting for our test drive, which I used to ensure it would fit in my garage. Very nice! When we returned, we got down to business with Matthew and Mike Keiser and we were able to arrive, in pleasant fashion, at a mutual agreement which although not EXACTLY the payment I wanted (one always desires lower price..agree?) was close enough to allow me to lease this beautiful vehicle. The discussions and any questions were straight-forward, clear, and appreciated. (I have a hearing loss and needed things explained again several times. The gentlemen were very patient.). We did have two items to correct on 8/6, but merely typos. Once again, Matthew Bahr handled everything with confidence and in fine fashion. I did not take time to visit the Service area but have no doubt that when I do, the results will be of the same quality. This was a very pleasant experience. All the other people at the dealership were very pleasant to us as well.

Overall a great experience! We highly recommend Mid Rivers Kia. This is our third vehicle purchase from this dealership and it has been a great experience every time. We do not live anywhere close to Mid Rivers, but after going to many, many different dealerships in the past and having some horrible experiences it has been so amazing to find a car dealership that makes the car buying process enjoyable, so we are happy to drive the extra distance. Before, buying a car was one of the most dreaded activities I could think of, but now I know when we need a new car we can confidently go to Mid Rivers Kia and be treated well and given a fair deal on a great quality vehicle. Kyle and Ben did a great job of listening and working with us to meet our needs and expectations. They never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable. We truly felt like they cared about us as customers beyond this one sale. Mike in finance was able to anticipate our needs and make sure we were getting exactly what would work for us financially.

I had the pleasure of working with Darion and Tim, I am still in awe of the customer service I received and the patience, I changed my mind 3 times and finally decided on an Optima that they unfortunately didn't have on their lot. Tim searched all day on his day off and found it for me- I didn't get the text till 7pm - so really ALL day! When I went to pick it up I noticed some things that were missing that other dealerships offered on their Optima (windows tinted, pin stripe) Darion and Tim worked their butt off and made it happen! Can't say enough wonderful things about this team (which is really nice that it's a team effort). Side note- Tim is the manager of used vehicles, I bought new- that alone speaks volume :)

Every sales person was friendly & greeted my husband & I. All asked if we have been helped-and said to help ourselves to the complimentary coffee/tea, water or popcorn & let us know where the restrooms & vending machines were located. Our salesman was very personable & knowledgeable of all the cars we were interested in & got the car we were looking for ready for a test drive. He is a veteran as is my husband so they had a lot in common & the conversation was most interesting. Matt put together terms & financing details and was most accommodating to our concerns. We appreciated his candor & straightforwardness in respect to the sale of the car we were interested in purchasing. All in all our experience was very good & you can be proud of your salesman Matt Bahr for being very respectfully & professional. The finance Mgr was very nice & thorough with the paperwork-it just took much longer than we thought as there was a new electronic process that was introduced recently. All in all our experience was very good & would go back to our salesman for another car or recommend the dealership to anyone.

I was dealing with another Kia dealership with the expiration of my lease on my 2013 Kia Soul. The credit manager there and the general manager were not returning my repeated calls and emails. I was frustrated and frankly, upset. I learned a lender actually presented an offer to this dealership which required additional information from me but the dealer never called me with the offer and it expired! I had passed by Napleton's many times and decided to try them. My online contact was promptly handled with a call from Michael Burns in internet sales. We arranged an appointment and I was contacted again as a reminder the morning of my appointment. Michael Burns met us in the dealership and introduced us to Chris Cayce, Sales Consultant who had been informed of my situation. My credit was less than satisfactory at the moment due to an illness that took me off work for several months. I told Chris I needed someone to fight for me to retain my Kia which I love. In a very short time, Mike Kaiser, Finance Manager, was able to locate financing for me which even included several perks! They were all professional yet their humor helped me through the process. Chris even gave us lunch of subs, chips and drinks! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of an automobile. I definitely will come back to Napleton's in the future for my car needs.

Once I walked in to the point I walked out I was greeted and offered service from the staff. Chris sat me down and talked to me about the options available before we went and walked the lot. Originally I had plans to either get a Soul or Forte coupe but my new car decided otherwise! Once I saw the Forte SX Turbo I asked Chris to run some numbers to see if we could keep it around my budget. He did everything he could to make it happen so I could have this car as my own. I'm thankful for that because that Sx Turbo is awesome! Just like Chris Cayces helpfulness, kindness and professionalism. I'd definally recommend not only this location but also Chris Cayce to anyone interested in buying a car!

I would not go back to this location in St. Peters Mid-Rivers. The General Manager Ted Hantak was very unprofessional how he handled the situation in front of other people as well as how he talked down to me and humiliated me . This was due to not doing what I was told when I made my appointment. He told me we are in business to make money, we are not a non-for-profit organization. That I just didn't want to pay my bill and nothing he gives me would make me happy because all I want is more, more. All of this because I was told I would have a % coupon off and a courtesy vehicle available when I came in. Due to my daughter being disabled and I needed a vehicle for her appointment that day since it would take 3-4 hours to fix. He said I make the decisions here, there is no one else I can go to. The answer is NO. and walked off.I then went and paid my bill. Jason the Manager was very sorry for how I was talked to .

Terrible sales experience. Took a trip to this dealer to compare a price of a specific 2016 model and compare the value of my trade in. Not only did they not give me a comparable price to other dealers, they kept trying to sell me 2015 models I was not interested in. I also I felt extremly pressured by the salesman. Additionally, after deciding that they could not provide me with what I was looking for, the salesman was extremely disrespectful to me. Instead of pulling my prospective trade-in back to where I originally parked it, the salesman made us walk across the lot to get my car. Then, after procceding the leave the lot he stopped us to say, "So you have to have [this car]? Do you realize the insurance you will be paying?" This this experience was very subpar compared to other (very respectful) local dealers in the area. I would not recommend going here after this experience.

I got the absolute best attention and support in buying my new car by multiple people without the strong-hand pressure to buy that minute. Plus, I feel KIA offers the best warranty and the car they found for me meet all my criteria. Everyone from the sales consultant (Christopher Cayce) to the General Manager (Ted Hantak) went above board to provide me the perfect car at a great price. I also worked with Jonathan Riedisser, Larry Haywood and Ben Robertson who helped me make the right car buying decision for me. Chris offered to take calls from me anytime of the day or night if I had questions about any car feature and Jonathan stayed at least an hour after his shift ended to give me extra support in test driving the car for a second time and talking me through all my options. When I arriviedt the dealer to drop my wife's car for service, I met with a salesman. I told him up front that I am not buying a car today I just want to look. He said that is not problem. After looking the young imature salesman and my self talked a littlebit about price. That was a huge mistake. I had to tell him again I am just looking not buying a thing today. He started using cheessie line "I am going to tell you the truth we are only making $150 on this car. I laughed! At this point knowing I am being lied to I was done. He told me to take the car home come back this afternoon to sign the paper work. I told him I am just looking not buying. This went on with him pushing and pushing for about 5 minutes. At one point I told him I had better offer from another dealer. This kid actually sent me a text saying that dealer is BS me and he would never lie to a customer. I had the offer on paper from the dealer. The rest of the sales staff stood in the lobby talking about customers that drove up. If you want to bad mouth a customer don't do it by other customers. Like I said was not buying but Suntrup Hyundai in Wentzville treated me so good and did not have a problem with me not buying just looking. I was so impressed with the entire staff that I went back and bought a new Sonata from them. I will say that the service department and the techs are among the best and that is all this store has going for it. Thank you Mid Rivers Kia for being a pushing, imature, nag because I found a very professional dealer in Wentzville. And if you want a Kia gov to Lou Fuz much easier to deal with.

We talked through the pluses and minuses of purchasing each vehicle we were looking at with Chris. Chris listened, did a very good job of explaining where this Edge best fit our needs, put together a good and fair deal and made it impossible to even take a few hours to leave and think about it. (It took less than five minutes once the details were explained.) Mike Ozanic, like Chris, was excellent. Again, this finance experience was one of the best we have had when buying a car. As soon as I scheduled my appointment, I went up there to have it taken care of. I parked my car in the Service parking area, and he didn't waste no time to take care of my appointment. He greeted me with a smiled. I knew what he was doing and I want people like him to enjoy the job they do. I'll be honest, I was a bit nervous because I thought my kia soul was not going to be ok. But, he reassured me that everything was going to be okay, and that put me at ease as I went inside the building to wait and let him do what he loves doing; and before i knew it, an hour and a half later I was all set and ready to go and drive my vihicle again. He made feel confidentand safe when I pulled out of the Kia dealership that was the best experience EVER!!! My husband and I found a vehicle that we liked at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia and had a great experience test driving with our salesman. Matthew (our salesman) was great. We decided on a price and the dealership agreed. We were ready to pick it up. Then, the trouble started. Apparently the GM wasn't aware I was using my own bank's financing instead of theirs, so he stopped the deal. Even though the deal had already been made and the salesman and the sales manager were aware I wanted to use my own financing. I didn't even find out until my bank guy called and told me the dealership gave him the run around. Apparently it's all because of a "miscommunication" between the sales manager and the GM. Not my fault. So then the GM says I "can" use my own bank but the price of the car is raised. No thanks. I don't do business with people who don't stand by their word. I will never recommend any Napleton's store.UPDATE: We were contacted by Ted, the general manager, to resolve the situation. He apologized and offered us the original price. We appreciated his willingness to correct the mistake and will use Napleton's again.

They helped us with our trade and gave us an upfront fair price on a Kia Sportage. The experience was so easy we also bought an Optima! Chris also followed up with us a few days after the sale to make sure everything was OK. I have never had that from a dealer before. I highly recommend them.

I made a phone call to Matt Bahr, a long time and lifetime friend, asking him if he might have anything on the lot and told him what I was looking for. At the time he didn't have anything available. A week later Matt contacted me and let me know they had just got a truck in that met my needs. The wife and I immediately made the hour and a half drive to go look at this truck. It was everything I had expected. Within a couple hours we were on our way home with a new truck. Excellent customer service there at Napleton Mid Rivers Kia!

When i bought my 2010 Yukon Denali, Napleton's knew there was an issue with the after market radio in it and told me they would fix it. Took it back in on a later date to have it fixed because the screen kept blacking out and the radio was draining my battery dead; After taking it to "fix" it, they brought it back to me claiming there was nothing wrong besides the settings and that the radio had been rewired previously and was fine. Still, 2 months later, the radio continues to draw juice and runs my battery dead on a weekly basis. Very frustrating that Napleton's claimed they couldn't find anything wrong besides settings when clearly the radio is wired wrong and we will have to fix it ourselves to ensure that it is done correctly!! Very poor customer service!

We met Jake Burris when buying our 2015 Kia Soul at the above dealership last year. We really liked him from the time he first started talking to us and he was just help, help, help. He left no questions unanswered, but I have to say, what we liked most about him was his personal style and laid back approach to help us. Let's face it, people love Kia Souls and the sales people realize people come there to buy. So Jake was just that guy that greeted us and helped us with our decision, gave us the best options, and saved us a bunch of $$$. We ended up buying the Latte colored Kia Soul - there aren't a lot on the road and they were running a special on that color. Everyone loves our car! You'll like Jake Burris like we did. On my quest to purchase a new vehicle I researched several dealerships and this one had excellent feed back. Large purchases send me into near panic so when I was met at the door with friendly faces (not to mention Starbucks coffee) I was immediately set at ease. There were no high pressure tactics, no rushing through the choices and detailed review of each of the four cars I settled on to test drive. Darion McMiller the sales agent was beyond patient and candid in his recommendations for which cars would best serve my individual needs of which some are specialized. When you use this dealership and I so recommend you do ask for Darion he is superb. Once I picked my car the Finance Manager Mike Keiser took over and was a whirl wind of phenomenal!!! He literally spent hours explaining finance options, warranty options that would or wouldn't fit my needs, with the patience of a saint he walked my ins company agent who was new to job and stressed through process with him and Mr. Keiser was very careful to in detail explain each and everything I was or wasn't agreeing to and signing. He introduced me to service staff which further engendered confidence and they were obviously customer service driven as well. In sum I never knew purchasing a vehicle could be such a pain free and pleasant experience and I highly and with total confidence recommend this dealership and it's knowledgable, enjoyable staff. I met Chris Cayce and was immediately drawn to his authentic personality. He wasn't pushy or slick, like some salespeople I've seen at other dealerships. He is a real, easy-going guy who worked hard to find me the right car. I was impressed with how patient he was and how he never gave up. Chris took the time to show me different cars, allowed me to drive them, and helped me close a deal that we were both happy with. Tim Dodson was also very friendly and worked with Chris and I to get the job done. The dealership did a great job detailing my car and had it looking great for me to take home by the time I needed it. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a place to shop where everyone you see is genuinely friendly and caring. Great experience. Over the top customer service.

After looking into the options I chose basically the same color vehicle with all the same features but went from an LX to and EX model. I was able to also reduce my financing to 0% because of customer loyalty. I worked with Jake Burris for the first time and he was easy to deal with. I came in on a Tuesday evening to see the new models. I returned the following Saturday to see the car in daylight and it took less than two hours to get me back on the road with my new car. Still fairly new to the line but I have been totally impressed with the vehicles, service department and the sales force. I also appreciated the fact that the other people involved recognized me from my previous purchase over 14 months earlier. Ben Robertson knew me from the get go and the financing guy Mike Keiser remembered me as well and got all my paperwork transferred as well as options purchased without so much as me having to lift a finger. It was all seamless. I can definitely say I will be back again...maybe next year if this auto X-Change program is still around.

My brother's car gave up the ghost -- as cars will sometimes do with over 200K miles. He needed a replacement immediately. As the happy purchaser of two new Kias in the last 18 months, I recommended Mid Rivers Kia as a place to start and offered an introduction. They were very friendly. I went in and knew nothing about buying a car. Matt and Tim helped me out and helped me understand everything about buying a car. Got my new Kia Soul 11/15/2015 -- Love it! So when I discovered a small problem (iPod connectivity issue), I called Chris King and took my car in a few days later.. It was a nasty, rainy day. The car needed to be pulled into the service bay and Ben quickly offered to do that for me. Nikki got busy looking for solutions. Someone in service was looking at the car. Chris Cayce came by and fixed the problem. He even put my new license plates on for me after noticing them on the front seat!I love the teamwork at this dealership. If one person is busy, someone else steps up. Everyone is friendly and speaks to you. Even salesmen I hadn't dealt with greeted me and remembered which car I'd bought. I continue to be pleased with this dealership.

I went to Napelton's Kia on 11/10/15 to test drive some vehicles. My car was older and I wanted to explor my options of a newer car. Larry was very friendly right off the back, I feel like he was being helpful and honest to me. He kept me around the budget I could offord considering I'm 25 and just establishing credit. This was my first time buying a new car, second car I've had and the biggest purchase I have ever made. The staff at Napelton's made my experience wonderful! Larry made sure I was being realistic about the car and kept me from adding things I didn't need, which I feel like most people wouldn't have cared about because that's more commission for them. He took the time to help sinc my phone and show me how every button worked in my new car! So I highly recommend going to Napelton's Kia, my first experience ever buying a new car was awesome and I love my new 2016 Kia Sportage!!!

This dealership worked with a local non-profit ministry to make one of my dreams come true. From what I understand Ted Hantak IV, Ben Robertson and Chris King were all involved in locating, selling and delivering my 2015 Kia Soul Exclaim to the Ministry so that they could surprise gift it to me at their 2015 Women's Conference. Tonight I stopped in to meet with Christhe ministry told me that he had extended himself should I have any questions or concerns. Chris was wonderful and showed me how to use some of my features and answered all my questions. To think I was actually concerned about having to drive 18 miles from home to get my car serviced but after meeting Chris and some of the other employees, I wouldn't think of taking it any other place. I highly recommend this dealership. In my opinion they are awesome!!!

From the start of the car buying process, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Justin, our sales consultant, was very personable and I felt like I was dealing more with a friend or someone I had known for years, rather than a salesman (which wasn't the case at the other dealerships I went to). He wasn't pushy and was willing to discuss and look at any and all of the cars I wanted to. Ted, the sales manager came and checked on us during the process, which was nice. He made sure everything was going smooth and we were being well taken care of.Mike, the finance manager, was beyond nice and more than helpful. On Saturday August 29th we were at the dealership to look at a new KIA Optima. I had already researched the car I wanted on the internet and as promised they had it ready for us to drive. We were going to drive two cars. The Chrysler 200C at Napelton Chrysler was also our other choice. We drove the Optima and we were very impressed. I loved all the features on the car. I was a bit skeptical of the 4 cylinder but again I was very impressed by the performance. We told Justin that we needed to go drive the Chrysler 200 and we did. After the final comparison we decided on the KIA Optima and I can tell you know I am glad we did. In the last 2 years we have bought a new 2014 KIA Sorento and now this KIA Optima. Both buying experiences were exceptional. Justin was very helpful and got us into the car with little waiting time. Since it was the end of the month you guys were very busy but Justin made sure we were well taken care of. Years later I leased a 2013 brand new Kia Optima. I was so nervous and scared.... I always heard horror stories of the sleezy salesmen that rip you off. I took a loan out through my bank and came in with the check to buy my car I had picked out. The dealer I dealt with was GREAT. I will never send anyone to Napleton due to the finance man I dealt with. He made me feel like dirt bc I would not take a loan out through him. He told me I couldn't do the loan this way and that I was pretty much ignorant for taking my own loan out. I should have just left and brought my business elsewhere but instead I sat through his rude remarks and unprofessional manner that he managed this deal. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE OR TELL PEOPLE TO GO THERE.

I'm rating my overall experience with the dealership as good and not great for a several reasons. Positives:1) Sales person was very friendly, professional and cordial. He went on a ride along with me and because I didn't want to talk on the phone and drive I asked him to call my wife and tell her who he was and that he's been kidnapped. He played along and we all got a kick out of it.2) Sales manager worked with us on pricing a little more given this was our 3rd choice of color.3) Finance person took the time to walk my wife and me (conference call for me) through multiple options they offer at their dealership which was very much appreciated and gave us more peace of mind at the end of our purchase. 4) After purchase of the vehicle a day or two went by and Sales person followed up to see how we liked the car, which was very appreciated.Negatives:1) Inventory was limited based on our needs. 2) While we ended up settling for our 3rd choice which was on a higher model than what we were looking at originally we overlooked a detail with the switching of the vehicles. We had test drove a lower model that included a Cargo Shade Cover ($150) but ended up going with a different model that had more features (upgraded version) but we made the mistake of assuming the upgraded version came with everything the lower version had and then some. Unfortunately this was our oversight and I brought it to the attention of the sales person and his response was "unfortunately it does not come with a cargo cover. It states on the sticker on the window that comes on there." In my opinion this was an opportunity for the sales person/dealership to evaluate the situation, new customer and first time KIA customer, and overlook the nominal cost ($150) and throw in the Cargo Shade Cover as a good gesture. I hope this isn't the start of a degrading relationship since the sale is final and the car is sold because this won't get you customer loyalty, which after all is what every business needs to stay ahead, especially with all the competition these days. I did inform the Sales person that next time he should ensure the customer pays attention to what is or isn't included with the vehicle assuming they've looked at multiple models because it gets confusing to be honest.

Wow, what a dealership.Having been in the industry before retirement I am not the easiest person to deal with when buying automotive excellence. Having purchased 7 Audis, 2 Mercedes , 1 Lexus, & a Volkswagen over the past few years I am no stranger to the car buying experience. My Sales Consultant, a gentleman named Justin Norvell, was amazing. He handled me with the expertise that comes only with many years of experience even though he is a young man.The General Sales Manager , Ted Hantak , represented the dealership well and at the same time made us feel that he had our best interest at heart. The Finance Manager, Mike Ozanic, offered all options so that we could make an appropriate decision. His professionalism was exemplary. We leased a 2015 Cadenza and we are very pleased with the decision. When you visit this dealership I sincerely hope you have the same experience.

Well what can I say except I would have NEVER guess I would walk into KIA and drive off the parking lot with a new KIA Soul 6-speed!!!! From the moment we walked in, everyone was very good to us. My husband and I bought a Kia from this dealer. The person who walked us through the whole deal was a nice young new employee. However, Mike the business manager was awful. Once we were locked in on the car, he pressured us throughout the whole process. He only showed us one loan option(one that his wife worked at and her reaping the benefits, which is conflict of interest) and had HORRIBLE costumer service. We immediately refinanced our loan and when canceling one of the extra things he pressure me not to, asking questions about the loan and my percentage rate which was none of his business anymore. I love Kia's but I will never go back to napleton Kia!

This was my first experience purchasing a car from a big dealer. This experience was much better than the small lots I have been to. I felt more appreciate at Napleton's Kia than any other lot I went to. Justin was very laid back and not pushy in the least bit. He treated me like my business mattered, not a dollar sign. I felt very comfortable telling him my concerns and just chatting with him. His laid back personality really made me feel comfortable. Napleton worked hard to help me get into a car I could afford. I walked away with a great little car for my daughter to be safe in and that I am proud to drive around. I came in contact with a few of the sales people and had a nice time talking to everyone. One very big plus was the popcorn machine that kept my daughter happy the whole time!

Hi walked into the dealer for an oil change and walked out with 2 brand new cars. My salesman was Eric and he was fabulous. He was very outgoing, continuously asking what we wanted in a car, do we have questions, is there anything else he could provide to us, and anything else in the middle. The manager and GM even was very helpful in finding us car(s) we wanted and ensuring we got the best price and worked with us in saving money in a long run. I am a repeat customer as I purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento a few years back, and now am the proud owner of 2 2015 cars - Sorento & Optima. Many people hate to have to go car shopping but this dealer, I think anyone searching would be more than happy with such a friendly, reputable dealer by far!

This was the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD!!!! When my father in law retired from a US car manuafacturer we were relived because we thought that the days of spending hours in a dealership and dealing back and forth were over, we were mistaken! We used to say can you imagine what its like for people that don't get the no haggle family pricing. This is the first time that we didn't buy a vehicle from the manufacturer that "treated us like family". I have to say I was skeptical but my wife convinced me to go look at the vehicles they had and just talk to the dealer. We were trading in 2 vehicles and purchasing 2 new vehicles, I figured that it would be hours that day, then come back another, and maybe another. When we got there at 9:30am the dealer asked what vehicles we wanted to test drive, he had them ready in no time. While we were waiting Larry asked us what price range did we want our payment, we told him. He gave us the keys to the Optima SX Turbo which we fell in love with, came back he gave us keys to the Sorento which we also loved. Within 15 minutes of us getting out of the vehicle the sales manager came out with a quote on both vehicles less than what we told him and he also got us a 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty, and taxes and fees included. 15 minutes later we were in the finance managers office signing papers for both vehicles and out the door with keys in our hand by 12:00pm, that was mind blowing to us!!!! It took longer than that at the dealer that we were suppossed to be "family" to purchase 1 vehicle!!! Napleton's Kia has made customers for life with us. Everyone from the receptionist to the finance manager was professional and friendly...Thanks to all that helped us!!!!

This was the best experience for buying a car that I have ever had! Everyone on the team was supportive, not just courteous! The level of service was amazing, like having concierge services! From start to finish the service was detailed, friendly, timely, and proactive!! My parents are in their 80's and wanted to come see what cars I was looking at. They need a little extra assistance with walking and comfort measures. Everyone at this dealership treated them with the utmost respect and care that night! I was especially impressed with our Sales Consultant, Mike Carroll! He was very knowledgeable about the car and helpful throughout the process, but also very kind with my Mom and Dad! My wife and I had not been to Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia in St. Peter's, MO until we saw that they had a car that we were interested in looking at. From the interaction with the receptionist (Sarah), to the salesman (Ben Robertson) to the GM (Luke), we were very pleased with the service they provided. Especially the service and care we received from Ben. He excellently asked questions to understand what our wants and needs were. Though, admittedly, he was not a Toyota Prius buff, he did all the research he could to inform us on the necessary information. If I could do more than write a good review for Ben and the service he provided us I would. I highly recommend this dealership! You will not be disappointed.

Nathan Pitchford and Jake Burris were very helpful and explained leasing options versus buying. We ended up coming back on Saturday for a good part of the day and left with a 2014 Kia Optima that we are leasing. This is not something we have ever done but it was a better deal that buying and all the people were very helpful. I would say there are two reasons why I would purchase another car from this dealership. The main reason is the people who work there. Everyone was very friendly. We were made to feel at home. There was absolutely no car buying pressure. The staff is friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. From the moment we walked into the show room, we were made to feel comfortable and at home. I really cannot say enough about Larry, Nichole, and Nathan. Nicole was a wiz at managing the paperwork. Nathan and Larry even stayed after hours to help us program our smartphones with the Bluetooth in the car. The service was awesome.The second reason why would purchase another car from this dealership is the car price. We got a great pre-owned car for a reasonable price. I also feel we got a very good deal on our trade-in. This dealership sells good cars at a reasonable price. Overall, we had an excellent car buying experience. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Buying a car is not usually a good experience, but that's not the case with Napleton Mid Rivers Kia. We purchased a used Kia Sorento, and it was easily the best purchase experience we've ever had. Ben Robertson greeted us immediately when we showed up and didn't force us into something we didn't want, but asked questions to help him understand our interests. He answered all of our questions truthfully and honestly and never pressured us at all. When he passed us to Nathan on finance, the experience was equally positive, making sure we got the right loan for us, not the most expensive. At no point did we feel pressure to buy, which was great. I would absolutely recommend visiting with Ben Robertson at Mid Rivers Kia for your next car purchase.

They nag to get extra service work done. There are high service fees added without prior notice. It seems to me the cost for shop rags and extras should be included in the price, not as a surprise after you have work done. so much for having a coupon if it is added after.

We leased a Kia Soul (3 year, 45k miles) and wanted to turn the car in a few months early. We had used most of the miles, had no further need for the car, and wanted to go ahead and pay the remaining payments and turn in the car. We called the dealership a month ahead of time, and they told us about the disposition fee (a $400 fee that is charged when you turn in your leased vehicle if you do not lease or buy another Kia), but did not mention that we needed to arrange anything else. Today when we tried to turn in the car, the dealership was less than helpful, and Kia corporate was rude. The dealership's salesperson told us there would be an early lease termination fee (which there is not, he was referring to the disposition fee which would be due regardless of turning in early or not), and told us that we should have scheduled an inspection ahead of time with Kia corporate, and that they could not take the car until that was done (they should have communicated this when we talked with them last month). Kia corporate also told us that even though we were going to pay the remaining payments, the dealership would be under no obligation to take the car back, and if the car went to auction we would owe the difference (of the amount it sold for at auction versus the lease end value). So, we were trying to give them the car back early, with all payments made, with mileage less than 45k, and they refused and were extremely unhelpful. In our 20 years of leasing and buying vehicles, this has been by far our worst experience and the sorriest customer service we have ever received at an auto dealership. We are very unhappy both with Zeiser Kia and especially with Kia corporate. Over the course of our lease, their customer service has been lacking on multiple occassions, and today was one more example of why we will not ever again lease or buy a Kia.

Ben was great, very knowledgeable, patient willing to spend significant time with me to make sure I was happy with the selected vehicle and then making sure I understood how to use all the "goodies" on the new Sorento. Ben also worked on my behalf to make a favorable deal on my trade-in so that the new purchase made sense for me. I was also impressed with the entire atmosphere at Zeiser. The people were super friendly, the gentleman that worked up the financial paperwork was great and made sure we got every available discount, etc., and also thoroughly went over all the paperwork of the purchase. If you are looking for a great dealership to work with and a great salesman, definitely check out Zeiser Kia and ask for Ben Robertson.

Went into the dealership with my son who was in the market for a new car. He spoke to Lindsey on the phone the day before and he really felt like she understood what he was looking for. When we arrived she greeted us as soon as we came in, she was so friendly and sat with us and just chatted, got to know us. After my son picked out his car and went to see Nathan for financing, Lindsey and I got to get to know each other and after telling her my situation and my car (200,000 miles), she suggested I just take a test drive. Well, needless to say, with her help, I also walked out with a brand new car and a great deal and I couldn't be any happier. Nathan and Chad did an excellent job because I really didn't think I could afford a new car, but they worked with me and made it happen. But, Lindsey was our "first impression" and she nailed it. She was one of those people that you felt like you've known forever. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know. I'd like to say thank you to the whole team but a "huge" thank you to Lindsey. . . keep up the good work!

Such a great experience, everyone that helped me out that day was amazing! Nathan was awesome helping me get to where I needed to be on my payments and would not give up while dealing with the banks, he even gave me great advice on how to help my credit score and Nichole was great at explaining everything to me when it came down to signing all the paperwork! And of course, Lindsay, Lindsay was awesome! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about the inventory as well as the cars themselves.I don't think I would have even bought one if it wasn't for her. I took my mother with me to go look at cars and while waiting on my loan to go through Lindsay sat and talked with us and she actually sold her a car and she wasn't even in the market for one. Lindsay was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Kia inventory and features. We did not feel pressured at any point during the car buying experience. The sales manager (Nathan) gave us a very fair trade in value and all of the possible rebates on the new Optima Hybrid. Nichole was also very friendly in the Finance department and did not pressure us into unwanted added coverage, however, was knowledgeable about the additional warranty information. The entire experience at Zieser Kia was hassle and headache free. The customer service was exceptional, there was never a time where we felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Ben was very mindful of the recent negative experience we had and did his best to meet and exceed out expectations. I purchased a 2012 Kia Optima in 2012 from Ben Robertson. I always have my vehicle serviced at this location, and occasionally stop by unannounced. What is remarkable is that BEN greets me even in the service area when he sees me, KNOWS MY NAME, and also several personal things about my family which he frequently asks. It is obvious that Ben is a Customer focused person. I have recommended several people, including family members to Ben, and I would not do that if I did not trust Ben to work with them honestly and fairly.I have purchased Cadilac and Lexus from Plaza Motors, and I never received the service and attention that I now receive from Ben. If Kia continues to provide the excellence in automobile as current, Ben will definitely sell me my next vehicle. I would not even consider going to anyone else.

I want to especially give big time kudos to my sales person Mary Sieli who dealt with any and all of mine or my wifes concerns in a very professional manner and who worked extremely hard to earn our business. I must say I believe she is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with for a large expense consumer product. All of the employees at Zeiser were always friendly and courteous. We recently purchased a 2014 KIA Sorento from Zeiser KIA because our Grandson was so impressed with his buying experience on a new 2012 KIA Optima Hybrid. Mike Carroll, our Sales Consultant was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with all the features of the car that we chose to buy. Anytime we are unsure about all the technology we can just pick up the phone or go by and they will explain our concern. Shane and Mike were excellent! They helped me find the car for me at my price and I love it! Every time I go in for service they get me in and out, and are always very friendly and polite. I would recommend Shane and Mike to anyone!!! I will never buy another car from anyone else!

I was not really in the market to buy a new car, but I was getting discouraged with the car I had. I decided to randomly stop by, just to look. The new Optima caught my eye. After speaking with the sales associates, they assured me that I could go home that day with a brand new car. And I did. It was in the price range I needed to be able to afford the monthly payments. The sales associates were not pushy...but the most helpful and honest. They helped me explore all of my options before they would let me make the final decision. Initially when I met Mike Carroll I thought here we go again with the same old experience at a dealership. He told me what to expect during the process of purchasing a vehicle for my son and I was very skeptical. My son decided he wanted a KIA Optima Hybrid and they only had one that he was interested in. We decided to check out another Dealership and with my son's trade they were way off the mark with the same car but a different color. We decided to go back to Zeiser and within 10 minutes we made a deal, exactly what Mike Carroll said would happen. Mike Carroll, Mike Feinstein, Shane Roemer and Nichole Toth made our experience extremely pleasant. We felt we got a fair deal and the other dealer was believe it or not $4500.00 difference. Every time you walk in this dealership I feel like I am among friends and they are all outstanding.My mom and dad recently purchased a SORENTO from Mike and everything was handled very professionally with them and took them in the finance room to discuss the deal because my dad is hard of hearing. They completed the deal within 10 minutes again. I have to say if you need a new car and want a KIA then you better go see Mike and the Crew and I guarantee you will get a fair deal without all the run around. Lindsay, went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our purchased. She was very knowledgeable of the features and operation of the vehicle we purchased. Not only did we buy one car from her but we also bought a used truck the same month.(after a negative experience at another local dealership). Very Good dealer so far--went to look at new cars--advised sales person we did not want to spend all day--heres my offer--yes or no--Came back out with sales manager--He made a counter offer--we made another offer--Took the deal--In and Out witn new car in under 2 hours (total sales/paperwork/loan req time). This is great in my book--Last car bought was a Honda and spent over 4 hours even after we trold them wanted in and out quickly-- WILL Update after first service--hopefully will be as good as sales was !!! I HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE TO GO HERE TO MAKE A DEAL--
