My daughter and I went to the Jeep dealership on Northlake to window shop. We both received great customer service from Alvin S, we both were in our new jeeps same day. Alvin went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and needed. He also made sure they were spotless and the gas tanks were full. I will not shop for any other vehicles in the future with out going to Alvin. Awesome guy and overall great staff. The process was seamless from the time we booked that appointment until the time we left in our new Jeeps. Awesome customer services and professionalism. Thanks again Alvin, I love my Jeep!

My mother and I went to the Jeep dealership on Northlake to look and potentially buy and with the great customer service from Alvin S, we both were in our new jeeps same day. I arrived for an unscheduled oil change on a very busy day. I was promptly met with a smile and a happy greeting and asked how I could be helped. I told him I was just here for a basic oil change and was directed to the service desk. Another smile and helpful person was there to set up my oil change and answerMy questions and concerns. Even while I was setting up that service my car was being cared for by someone putting in paper floor mats and plastic seat covers and I thought about how nice they were already taking care of my car. Again I was asked about any concerns I might have about my vehicle. Besides just a basic oil change that I was there for, my vehicle was inspected to make sure there was nothing that might be a concern for me or my family, my tires and tire pressure was checked, fluids were checked and topped off, and all for no cost! My service was completed quickly and my car brought right to me. I was very pleased with my entire experience and will return. My over all impression of my service experience was that I have found a place that cares not just about my car but about me as well. Royal Dowdy

Called on Wednesday to make an appointment for an oil change for Friday morning. I was told that I did not need to make an appointment and to just come by and I would be taken care of within an hour. An hour and 10minutes goes by and I ask how long until the car will be ready. I am told 20 more minutes because there were cars ahead of me?? Seriously.......How long does an oil change and tire rotation take???? I have taken my 2015 keep wrangler here 4 times now and have had problems every time. Trying another dealer next time for sure.

I was not very impressed with the treatment I received from this dealership. I had entered the dealership with an internet price on a vehicle and when I asked them to provide a quote they gave me a price much higher than the internet price and would not provide the detail in writing. When challenged the dealer mentioned the internet price was a starting point and not the actual selling price. The dealer mentioned they had to do work to the vehicle so it could not be sold for the selling price listed on the internet. I was left feeling very uncomfortable when they did not return my keys for the trade I had asked them to review after multiple requests and informing them I had to return to work. They held my keys in an attempt to keep me at the negotiating table even after several requests to have them returned. Additionally, I had requested that they put the quote in an itemized form in writing for me to review as I need to return to work. They failed to provide the quote prior to departure and I had requested they email it to me. They did not and after 4 requests via phone and email for a written quote and 1 week later they sold the vehicle to another buyer without ever sending me the quote. The dealer was not straight forward with pricing and would not honor prices listed on the internet. My advice would include being very cautious if you are thinking of doing business with this dealer.

My experience with your dealer was disappointed, I drove to you location to see the vehicle I saw on line.the sale person was really nice, I drove the vehicle I really like it, we try to negociate the price with no luck. I drove back home. I received a txt the following morning for your dealer to talk about the price once again, after many e mails and txt negocieting the price I agree to drive over to finalize the price and start the price. When I arrived at the dealer I notice that a sale person was showing my vehicle , the store manager came over to me we agree on a price (the transaction was going to be cash )and stated the paper work. After waiting for a couple of hour the sale person came over to me and told me the vehicle was just sold. And to make my experience worse the people who purchase the vehicle were waiting in the room next to me. The store manager never came ove to apologize and give any kind of explanation. Would not so buy or do any kind of business with you again.

I recently had brake work done that equated to $4,500-. The oddity isn't in the price (even though quite high), but rather who solicited the services. Needless to say, the bill is currently in our review department. For their sake, it is hoped that the price is adequate!! One would hate the ramifications for poor integrity. After having to get corporate involved regarding a manufacture defect on a truck I had no contact or help from the GM . Exhausted all we could do and jumped through hoops for 7 weeks. Pick another dealership... In the words of their sales manager( Andy) " they do not want her truck back with all the gremlins". ... I had a horrible sales and service experience at this dealer. I bought a 2015 Grand Cherokee in October 2015. Then, within 1 day I discovered a defect requiring immediate service and brought it in. The service department got me a loaner from Enterprise for one day. Nine months later I get a charge on my credit card for that loaner car. Upon investigation I find out that Napleton never paid for the loaner car (mine and many others) and Enterprise dropped them as a customer and had to back-bill all the unpaid rental car charges. Sent an email to their customer service and, like my many emails and letters to them before, it also went unanswered. Avoid this dishonest dealer like the plague.

First of all, I have read some of the other reviews and I think other shoppers should be better prepared when walking into a dealership and be willing to walk away or say no rather than proceed with a purchase and then write a bad review once the buyer's remorse kicked in. These guys are good at what they do and that is sell vehicles and make money. It's up to the customer to do their job when buying a vehicle and save as much money as possible. When both sides come to an agreement, everyone should be happy.Napleton just so happened to have the truck I was looking for, configured how I wanted it, in a color that I liked so I took a drive up there from Boca Raton and I bought it. I had an idea of where I wanted to be on the out the door price and they got within $500 so we agreed to the deal. No remorse, no regrets. I'm driving a beautiful Blue Streak Pearl Coat Ram 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi and it's a sweet truck.

I have been researching jeep wranglers for months since I am looking to buy one. I saw a local Chrysler jeep dodge dealership had a 2016 black Jeep Wrangler and it said to contact for price which I did and they gave me the price of $23,750 and she said since it was their end of the month sale and no reasonable offer would be refused. So I jumped on it since that was an amazing price. Me and my family drove an hour to go and check out this jeep but after the test drive I was told the price was 32k. So I showed the salesman It and even he was shocked so he went and talked to his manager, then to come out and talk to us. So when the manager came out he basically called us liars and trying to belittle us saying we made the mistake where intact their business development person Maria herself gave me the $23,500 price. They admitted they made a mistake yet they wouldn't budge on the price since I should of been given the price I was told in the first place. The salesman and his manager kept calling trying to put blame on us and even brought out the transcripts which intact showed I was in the right and kept saying they can't do anything about it. The salesman made a few not so nice comments about my work and kept putting the blame on us. Since we were told a set $23,500 price we should get it at that price since the major mistake was on your end. They even admitted they post fake prices just to lure in customers to bait them into coming in. I inquired about two jeep wranglers, a black one and then a blue one. First Maria quoted me the $23,500 on the black jeep then about $29,000 for the blue hard top jeep. While they kept insisting the 29 was for the black jeep but Maria told me the black price first since I asked about the black jeep first. Then they said no jeep is selling for $23,500, so I stated why is that 23,500 number posted on your site for that black jeep model. So they said that wasn't even the price for the blue Jeep Wrangler either. Then I replied well where is this number even coming from and why did Maria even give me that exact final price on either jeep? Plus I have multiple pictures for proof about the price I was given and even she said they were having that end of month sale and were willing to go lower on the prices too. I will send pictures if need. If this issue isn't resolved I will be contacting my local news stations, the better business bureau ,and expose this major issue and the poor customer service.

This dealership is horrible. I have only had to deal with the service department but the service department is the engine of the dealership. It has taken over 7 months to get warranty work completed by this dealership. Then when I think things are fixed, they are not. There is no standards of quality. The management does not treat people/customers as important people that drives their business. One thing I had done was a tire rotation, when I got my vehicle back, it bounced and pulled when driving. I went back and they told me that it is normal and I need to get an alignment every year. ARE YOU KIDDING, I dropped off my vehicle that was working perfect but because of their abuse in driving my vehicle, they now want me to pay $99.00 for an alignment. BTW, I only have 25k miles on my car. There is no reason for things to go bad while sitting at the dealership. Another problem, when I had it in for service, I had items stolen from my vehicle. I reported it to the manager of service, he said he would look into it. Then, I gave the manager information and cost to replace the items, he was not interested. This is only a few problems with this service department.(I have many , many more) If you are smart, you will not go anywhere near this dealership or service department. Stay away.

They sold a 2003 Jeep Liberty to my 17 year old daughter for over $6,000.00The vehicle had over 130k miles and i ended up putting in over $3k worth of repairs.Talk about taking advantage of a young female. Unfortunetly i was in NY when all this happened and i feel HORRIBLE for her. All her hard earned money out the window.We have had the car for less than a year and it still needs thousands of dollars worth or work.i tried to resolve the issue with them, but they wanted nothing to do with me. Since there are no lemon laws on used cars in Florida there was nothing we could do.DO NO BUY A CAR FROM HERE !!!!!!!!!!! tTHEY ARE NOT NICE PEOPLE!!!!!I have nothing but horribel things to say about them. The car is actually worth about $3000.00. What a terrible experience.

As a repeat customer of napelton i was shocked and frustrated with the level of service i experienced. I went into napelton, off of northlake, only to look at the car i was interested in. Earlier that day i had seen it online. As soon as i pulled into the lot a man was there hovering, like a vulture. I expressed that i was there only to look at one car then i would be back tomorrow to talk numbers, only if i was interested in the car... I was very tired from a long day at work. He wouldn't stop pressuring me about just checking to see the numbers on my trade. He told me to just give him 2 minutes then i could leave... 20 mins later i was still in the show room.. The sales man had written up a trade estimate yet kept conning back to me asking me the make and model of my trade, how many doors and miles.. At this point i was so annoyed and ready to go. How did he not know this information when he had already written a trade estimate and gotten the miles himself as well as took a picture with his cell phone. I told him i wanted to leave and he told me he just had to do this, it would only take one more minute and if he didn't he would get into trouble for not doing his job.. Then the manager comes out to talk about numbers, i expressed that i was ready to leave but if he had numbers to please tell me. He said he would give me an insulting 500 for my trade and i told him no thank you, I'm going home and that i was very upset that his sales man wasted my time. I said I'll just try to sell my car and use that money as my down payment, the sales man then says to me "good luck with that" right in front of his manager. At this point i had enough of this guy, he was nothing but rude and a typical used car sales man. I asked the manager if that's how employees speak to their customers and the manager just walked away. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the fact that i was shocked that a manager would just walk away from an unhappy customer. I left.

I wrote in on line on a Sunday afternoon through Websales, By noon on Monday no one contacted me. I went to dealership and was told they do not have a websales dept and floor salesman helped me. Things went down from there. I did not want the payment that it would take for the vehicle I came in about. So we moved down 6 hours later , no food or drink, I settled for a less vehicle with the promise from the salesman that it had the Twilight likes and in the dark showed me how they worked. He was unable to slide the rear seat forward ( as it was still connected with the shipping packing)working with the Finance guy Michael and being exhausted, I ended up in signing for $5000.00 in add ons. the next day in accordance with the terms of the contracts I notified them in writing that I wanted to cancelled all add ons. NO ONE responded.. I sent countless emails to Sales Manager and Finance Manager. Finally he left me a voice mail saying they had been cancelled and it would take 8 to 12 weeks for the money to be credited ( purchased 1/25/2016) as of 3/30/2016 I have no refund and I am paying interest on that money. I wrote each and every add on and the response I got was they have no record of my vin number nor the contract number. Napleton is using my money, while I pay interest on it. They sold me a 2016 Dodge Journey with lockable lug nuts on plastic hubcaps and no key... they did not have key , I could not order key as I did not have any Key Registration form. SO I took it to Arrigo Dodge ( where I purchased my other Dodge) and for no charge they took the lug nuts off and removed the packing material from the sliding seat. I went to Napleton to look at a specific model.... and next thing I know I am in this situation. All I get is ignored and a line of bull. Run don't walk away from this dealership.

I'd been looking for a jeep wrangler for over a month. I came across an internet ad on Napleton Northlake Chrysler/Jeep/RAM website that interested me. I called the dealer to see if the Jeep was still available, and spoke to "Don" who assured me the 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport VIN#1C4AJWAGOEL281271 was there. We asked him if the picture on the ad was the actual vehicle, because the tire size didn't seem to match the description they had. He said to hold on, he'd go out and LOOK. A few minutes later he came back and said that it had 18" tires. I told him it was a 3 hour drive (one way) from Cape Coral to Palm Beach Gardens. He said no problem, it would be there waiting for us. As we were leaving to drive over, we texted him to say we were on our way. We also texted him again when we arrived. We didn't get any response back either time. A young guy was standing outside the front door as we walked up, and introduced himself as Jason (or Justin) who had only started working there 2 weeks before. We said we were here to see Don. We walked inside with him and he said he'd find him. He returned a few minutes later saying Don was at a Doctorr's appointment, but HE could help us. We showed him the printout of the ad and he told us to wait so he could locate it. After 15 minutes of waiting for him to return, we walked out into the parking lot to find it ourselves. There was only one jeep in the lot and it wasn't the one we were there to buy. Jason came out with a manager (DJ Nicols) who told us the Jeep in the ad was sold earlier that day. We wanted to know why DON didn't tell us that when we had called, or texted us back to save us the long trip!! DJ said he didn't know why but "it's gone...it happens, but we can give you a deal on this other Jeep" (which we were standing next to) and tried to hand us the keys and said "take it for a ride." We wanted to look at it first, and opened the doors to find the interior completely worn and trashed and the carpeting basically thrown in (not original). This was a Jeep that supposedly only had 12,000 miles on it! We asked to see the CarFAx, which had no record of ownership prior to 11,000 miles. The first entry was the AUCTION that Napleton purchased it from. We suspected that it was previously a RENTAL Jeep from one of the Caribbean islands, which we'd been finding often in our search for a low mileage Jeep. We didn't bother taking it for a ride and thanked them for having us drive 6 hours round trip for an obvious BAIT and SWITCH SCAM. We wasted our entire day (and gas) 300 miles round trip for nothing! We would NEVER recommend Napleton Northlake CDJR dealership to anyone interested in buying a car. These people knew all along that the Jeep in the ad wasn't even on the lot and made it sound like it was. Don't trust anything they say, they outright lie to you with no conscience whatsoever. If you are going to do businesses with this dealership have a calculator in hand and multiple websites to check their numbers. They will not give you a price breakdown; instead they simply write numbers down and point until you agree. Well they showed me OTD price and a lease price. They were two different prices. The price I agreed to purchase the car for is not how they calculated the lease payments. When I questioned this in the finance office it was immediately explained away. They dont go over the paperwork with you. Just sign, sign, sign. However, after really delving into the paperwork at home I discovered my sales prices was unknowingly raised over 2k. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND THERE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I took my jeep in on Saturday due to having a light on, while at it I figured I'd have everything looked at. Monday, I received a call letting me know That there were quite a few things that needed to be fixed which I was ok with and told them to just take care of everything mean while I was told it would be ready later that day, I then received a call saying sorry, I didn't recieve the part but it will definitely be ready tomorrow. I call quite a few times no answer finally I recieve a call back only to tell me my car will NOT be ready.. I kept calm no worries. Today, I pick up my car when I go to leave $1000 later my horn starts going off and will not stop. I call 5 times and can't get the guy who was helping me on the phone when I finally drove back to the dealership, I asked for a loaner car since I needed to get back to work and he tells me he doesn't have any available and doesn't even offer me a ride. they take a look at my car and disconnect the horn until they order a new part which they expect me to pay for.. Absolutely, ridiculous considering I just paid you $1000 to fix everything including the horn.. They also left their trash in my car (coconut water bottle) I will not be returning to them!!!

I have to put one star because it won't let me post a review - otherwise I would rate it at ZERO stars. My wife and I both inquired repeatedly about a vehicle, and each time we did with an offer, they would tell us that what we offered sounded great and they could do it. Based on that, my wife and I took time off to drive the almost TEN hours to get there, only to be called back by a very, very rude female manager who 1) lied to my wife about being the person making the decision about prices (so that she could play a good cop/bad cop routine I guess?) and 2) laughed at me when I repeated my offer and then wouldn't even let my wife speak about why she was offering the price (which was FAIR) that they had previously agreed to. Bottom line - this dealership and its management will rip you off and not honor the agreed price. They will also be rude, condescending, and incredibly sketchy when you communicate whatsoever with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I took my car to Napleton, for a ignition switch recall. Made an appointment with Rich. When I got to the Dealer there was no Rich working there, found out that we was making appointments only and was gone for the day.. Anyway, at the service area they tried to help me. They got my car in to change the ignition switch and told me it takes approx. 3 hours to fix it. When asked about a ride home with their shuttle, they told me to look up when the shuttle van will show up. No waiting room for the service customers...pretty much you are on your own. I was waiting 30 minutes outside in the cold,until my husband picked me up. Right after I got home they call me to come and pick up the car, instead they could tell me wait for the car to be fixed within an hour. Now driving the car after they change the ignition ,smoking smell comes out when using the A/C or the heat. So I took the car with one problem, and got it out with a different one. Very, very disappointing...I took my car to Napleton, based on the good review on their website. I should read the bad reviews instead...I am curious what their customer service manager have to say about this bad experience and how will fix my car back to the initial working condition.

I have been a long time customer of Napleton Jeep on Northlake Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens Florida. I have purchased two vehicles from them in the past. Their service has been on the decline for some time now. Two years ago I found a new repair shop to work on my Jeep because of this. The last straw was today when I brought back a battery I had purchased from them 3 years ago. It was a 72 month battery and after approx 36 months no longer worked. I didn't blame Napleton. They didn't manufacture the battery, but I did buy it from them and they installed it. The hassle they put me through to replace the battery was unbelievable. I was told that I couldn't just bring the battery back but had to have the battery in the vehicle for them to inspect. I was not told this when I called the dealership and asked about having the battery replaced. They simply told me over the phone that I would need to exchange the old battery for a new one and pay any prorated difference for the usage. After being told I had to bring the car in with the battery in the vehicle I explained that the car would not start with the old battery installed and so how was I to get the car to the dealership. The response from the service representative was " that's not my problem". I ended up having to buy a new battery at full retail price and so my so-called warranty was useless unless I re-installed the dead battery in the car and somehow got the disabled vehicle into the dealership. They showed absolutely no regard for customer service and made no attempt to help resolve the problem. It was my problem, period. I had to purchase the new battery because I was in no position to leave without one as my vehicle was "dead in the water" without it. I will NEVER return to that dealership for service or to buy a new car and will make it known to any friends, family or business associates of the POOR service and lack of concern these people have for their customers.

Well, I've tried to be very optimistic and positive about my past experience at Napleton's, but my horrible experience has gone too far. I originally took my car in to get an oil change, inspection, a flat tire fixed, and to see if they could pin point a squeaky noise coming from the rear of my car. I was very upfront about my lack of car knowledge, and was aware that my 2006 Jeep probably needed more work done than what I initially brought the vehicle in for. My goal was for the service team to be on the same page as me, and to take care of the issues I had brought my car in for and not to take my lack of knowledge for granted to oversell me on less important details. Unfortunately, I have now spent nearly $1,000 and my car is just as squeaky as before. Sure, part of the $1,000 includes the oil change, inspection (they covered), fixed flat tire, but I was told by replacing the rear rotors, rear brake pads, and front and back differential fluid that the squeaky, annoying sound would be gone... it's louder than ever!! In conclusion, my nightmare is true. When people told me to get a second opinion, I ignored them because I trusted Napleton's staff to take care of me. I am not pointing fingers at anyone in particular, but I truly feel like I was misled and betrayed by a company (Chrysler) that my family has always driven. Being new to Florida, Napleton's was the first car place I have taken my car to get serviced. Let's just say, I'm 0 for 1...

Sales person was great. Rest of dealership knows nothing about customer service. Bought on 11/13. Walked in with pre-approved loan from Chase, but dealer said they wanted to finance. Still waiting for my trade-in to be paid off. Had to make additional payment on trade-in in the interim. Can't get refund for service contract on trade-in until proof of lien satisfaction. Can't get promised Nav upgrade until loan is in place. Numerous calls, emails to dealership go unreturned. Worst experience ever. If I could get my truck back and return the Jeep I would.

I must say my wife and I were very satisfied with the way we were treated by the sales man Mike sanicola and atillio the manager. All aspects of our trade and new purchase workout very well. I've been all other car dealerships within a 50 mile radius and I would not even consider going back to any one of them except this one. You're treated as a person and not a number. My brother put down a deposit for a car we wanted to purchase. They told him they would hold it for a week until we could get there from out of town. We also called on 10/31 to make sure they did not need more money to hold the car for a week and they told us it was not necessary. Not necessary because we just found out the day we called to ask they sold the car. I guess they needed the sale for the end of October. They were not going to tell us and let us drive or fly down there to purchase the car and then try and sell us something else which was told to us by another employee that works there. Now we are left with no car and a plane ticket to go there to purchase the car. Customer service goes a long way and obviously they have none. Do not trust them.

I went to Napleton Northlake because we had a good experience with Napleton Hyundai previously. I went in to look at a used Chrysler 200 and wanted to test drive it. Next thing I know, the sales manager comes over and tells me that I will get a better deal on a new vehicle. I tell them I need a lower payment then I was paying currently, had no money to put down and I knew I had negative equity in my trade. The next thing I know, I am test driving a $26,000 Dodge Dart with all the bells and whistles and I was told they could make something work. Then the sales manager comes back and says why dont you test drive the Chrysler 200 brand new. Again, waaaaaaayyyyy out of my price range. Tells me not to worry, they can make it work. So, as previously stated, negative equity, need lower than a $420 payment, and no money to put down, they come back to me saying we can get you into the dart with $3800 down, and $450 a month!!!!! I tell them AGAIN, no and they go back and forth around the dealership out of sight ( did I also mention, they would not give me my key back to my car so I could not leave???) Spent over 4 hours there, with no deal, even though they said a bank approved me for a loan, but not told which bank, or for how much. I finally demanded my key back, and left. 2 days later I go to Arrigo with the same requirements, and the salesman sat down and worked out what he thought I could afford BEFORE driving any vehicle. I was able to get a deal done for a new 2016 Jeep Patriot, with a LOWER payment, NO money down and traded in my car, all in UNDER 4 hours with no games being played.

I had an issue that morning with the backup camera and radio on my Kia Sorento (thinking fuse problem) so headed to the Napleton Kia on Northlake. The previous eveninh I had been looking at trucks online and saw a beautiful Ram truck at Napleton CJDR. Before stopping in at the Kia dealership I decided to take a peek at the Ram truck as it is across the street. was met by Mitch Silver a great guy and who I have no complaint with at all. He gladly showed me the truck and I fell in love with it. I explained to Mitch my financial situation (low or no money down, upside down on what I owed on Kia etc) he said lets give it a shot, I thought the worst that could happen was a "no and I was pretty much prepared for that. We sat down and another gentleman went to look at my Kia for evaluation. Mitch and I bounced back and forth on down payment, payments etc. The evaluation revealed a problem with brake light, ABS light and incline lights being on on the dash. Now I am very concerned about what is up with the Kia. Mitch who had left to speak with a manager returned and we once again began discussing trade value etc. He left and returned with a huge grin. I now was approved for the truck! various paperwork was filled out (not finance) and I was introduced to the service manager, parts manager etc. in case I needed anything in the future with the truck. As other customers were ahead of me waiting to see finance person Mitch and I went over in MY truck to drop it off to be detailed. once thru we returned to wait for finance to sign the paperwork. At this point I had been at the dealership for almost 5 hours and it had been almost 3 and a half since being told I was the soon to be owner of the truck. At 545pm Mitch walked up to me, handed me the keys to my Kia and said they are still trying to get you financed but it does not look good so call us in the morning. I already knew the answer when told this morning no deal.I was furious! I did not mind the fact that I was not approved by lender as I knew that was a possibility going in because I owed too much on my Kia. What set me off was being lied to about being approved and kept at the dealership for hours thinking that I was going to be driving a truck home. I even had other sales people come up and say they had buyers for the truck but it had been sold to me. I will never set foot on a Napleton lot again. Nor will my wife who had purchased a 40,000 dollar Nissan from Napleton in May. Can't get financed..no problem thats life. Lie to me..shame on you and the other poor buyers you try to con.

I finally found the used truck I was looking for and got the deal I wanted. Salesman Dona was great.The truck had some issues and they agreed upon to fix and I was had to give them 4 days to complete(fair).The truck was 4 days late on the agreed day of pick up. On the pick up day it was not ready. They dropped the ball from sales to repairs very bad. I tried to leave twice but found other issues they didn't complete. They really need new management so customers don't have to wait. Or give them a class on integrity.

When I arrived for my 1 PM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on Wednesday the Service Writer told me they were "slammed" and wouldn't be able to work on my car for over an hour. I rescheduled for Friday, same time. I arrived on Friday and the Service Writer took all my info but said nothing about wait times. After 2 and 1/2 hours, I hunted down the Service Writer and asked about my car. It was still sitting were they had parked it. Untouched! How much time does it take to do an oil change and tire rotation? Does the fact that I had set up two appointments mean anything? My take away is that Napleton's must be poorly managed if they cannot accomplish a simple task given two chances to prove otherwise.

Positive experience. Steve was very helpful, polite, and informative when explaining what the computer showed to be the issue. He was also knowledgeable as to the factory and extended warranty coverage. Although the computer had assigned me to Chris there were a lot of customers when I arrived and Steve stepped in to assist. After the work was performed, Chris took the time to explain to me the work that had been done to the car to correct the issue I was having and additional maintenance, etc. So far, the lights on the dash have not returned so I believe the issues were addressed and repaired.

When I leased a new car and the engine light came on within 24 hours, I brought it in and they tried to upsell me on some kind of air in the tires (acting like I needed it) and the car was not even 25 miles old. At the end of the lease, they tried to require a dealer fee of thousands of dollars to buy it out, even though the buyout was spelled out in the contract. I contacted corporate and bought it out directly.

I purchased my Jeep at this location last year, despite the horrible way the salesperson treated me just because I liked the car and they had it in stock and I could drive it home that day. When I went back to review the features of the car, the salesperson had no idea how to use any of the features, including the mirror adjustment. he had to ask another rep for every question i had. When I left, he had cleared the engine timer, my car controls were in Spanish, he had erased the connection between my bluetooth and my cell, and several other issues. I left multiple messages to speak with the Sales Manager and Regional Manager to voice my frustration and the only response i ever received was ads!I vowed to never use them again but I have a warranty claim on the car. I have left 7 messages with no response just to make a service appointment. I finally got a person who would help me, but that was after being transferred 4 times. This place is a joke. I don't think I'll even get the warranty service done there even though it is closer to my house. Do yourself a favor and don't go there!

After my husband went by thier lot and we saw a 2015 Dodge ram. We called they sales department and spoke with Will. Who informed us the truck was stickered at 58,000 but, was on Internet special for 48,000 and would accept any reasonable offer. Will told us to go in and speak with Kerryanne.Who passed us off to Megan. Who then passed us off to Donna because she'd forgot she had a appointment. Then the management came over and told my husband the truck was actually valued at $72,000 sorry that we were misled that the discount of 58 was only if you qualified for certain incentives that they offer. And they had told us that we could not qualify for a loan because my husbands credit had a score of zero. My husband and I went to another local dealed the same day and financed me a 2013 Volvo. Instead of listening to most of the reviews on here I thought I'd give them a shot... FIRST thing I call, because I live an hour away, and ask if the car is in stock. The salesman assures me it is. Next thing I do is check their website, because you can't trust salesmen, and it says it's there. Lastly I drive an hour with my wife and kids only to arrive to the car being sold the night before and the sales manager (Attilio Tirillo) saying that the price they advertise isn't the "REAL" price! So to wrap things up, they lie to you about inventory to get you there and once you're there they lie to you about the price... Don't be like me. See this and other reviews and know that this place is a terrible dealership and if you give them your money, you are just letting the cycle continue!!!

After my experience with them, and after reading other reviews online, my opinion is that they will lie and mislead you to get you into the dealership.Unfortunately I was directed to this dealership from the Jeep website. I saw the Jeep I wanted on their website with there price for it. I called multiple times to ask about any possible catches to that price and was told 3 different times that there were absolutely no catches, that there may be even more discounts because they are under construction. I also priced out my trade in on their website and purposely added miles and put it in worse condition to get a lower price to start at.I they drove an hour to the dealer after being assured that the starting price of the car was what I was quoted on their website and over the phone. Once I arrived, and after about 30-40 minutes they come out with a price for the car $2700 more than what I had been told, and $3700 less on the trade. The person I spoke over the phone straight out mislead (or lied) to me. She had multiple times to tell me all the different things I would have to qualify for to get that price. Again, she told me no catches, even after the 3rd time I talked to her. There were catches:$1000 off if you are leasing a car in your household$500 recent college graduate$500 military$500 if you are a realtor$500 if you are a farmerSo I guess if you are a farmer, in the reserves, who also sells homes on the side, recently graduated college and have a leased car, you are good. To me, these are all catches and they know most people won't qualify for more than 1 of those let alone all of them.I wouldn't of had a problem if I wouldn't of asked before driving in, but the fact that I asked 3 times what catches there were to that price and was lied to 3 times, I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

I went to this dealership and purchased a used vehicle. It has been a week since I purchased the vehicle and I have no have 3-services light come on. I currently have a check engine light, VSC, and traction light on. Luis (My Salesman) informed me that the recall issue was taken care of, which I found out through the dealer and car fax that he lied. He told me that the car had to pass inspection and that they wouldn't be able to sell the car if it had any issues. These people are con artist. A $15,000 car should not be having issues a week after you drive it off the lot. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a car from here. They were rude and pushy and not only that they sold me a car that is worthless.

Napleton dcjr has given me nightmares of my experience there. Every single step of me buying a car was a joke. I called to see if they had a car from their website still for sale and was told yes, come take a look at it. I drove for almost 2 hours to be told they had sent the car to auction when I got there. They talked me into signing the papers for purchasing it before I ever even seen the car, but I knew it was the car I wanted. When it finally arrived on the lot some 3 or 4 hours later, i realized all the previous tint was bubbling and made it hard to see out of the windows like the back window. They told me they would replace the tint but I nor the dealer had the time that day so they said I could schedule it. When I came in for my appointment they told me they only agreed to replace 1 window, the rear passenger, which I argued with no remorse from anyone. I was about to just leave when I was approached and told that their tinter was really good and I could get an estimate to have the others done out of my own pocket. I agreed and was charged 150 to tint the other windows and 60 to remove the old tint. I figured it would be done right and accepted to pay the difference, only to have the tinter destroy with the razorblade the weatherstripping on the outside of the windows. Once again a fought with the staff to have this fixed with no luck until I started blasting them on social media. They then told me they would fix the issue and give me a courtesy car until it was finished. I got home with the courtesy car only to find out that it was overran with earwigs! I mean the whole car had them everywhere! I bought bugspray and decided to just kill them, rather then try to mess with the dealership anymore. Finally when my car was done, I received it only to realize it had about 30 miles on it in which the mpg rating had gone down by 2mpg. That means that someone was driving my car like it was stolen in those 30 or so miles. Also it has been about half of a year since then and my tint is starting to bubble.... I have many pictures backing up all my claims as well and I advise everyone to just stay away from there.

Called at 1130 was given a three o'clock appoinment to see car got there at 2 45 and was told they sold it that morning. I told sales lady I was driving 75 miles to come see car and gave her my number they should have called to stop me and didn't even offer to pay for my gas! Unprofessional!

The overall experience was great, especially with the two sales people, Mr. Mauricio and Alvis. These two individual took good care of us, explain the process of buying a car and they were no pushy it was like dealing with friend. The only bad apple was the finance of the car, I basically was force to finance the car with Chrysler Finance. I don't remember the name of the individual but he was nasty, he would not accept the check from my bank, because I did not said that to the floor management. Any way, I'm very happy with my jeep and Mr. Mauricio and Mr. Elvis excellent people, but not with the individual of the finance office.

From beginning to end they scored 10. We bought 2 cars in 2 months. We felt like we were dealing with friends, completely dedicated to costumer satisfaction, not pushy.Before getting to Napleton we have been to 3 Chrysler dealers of the area, and we felt like we were not treated like persons but like nubers. Ask for sales manager Attilio, or Anthony...they will give you the right sales associate for you.... for us it was Luis.

Last week I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 300 at Napleton. Luke Pomper was exceptional - a great personality, and he really knew the car I was purchasing and explained many of its features. Jannell Costa, who handled the financing portion, was such a sweetie! A week after my purchase she handled the transfer of my old car's registration to my new car - all over the phone and through email. What a breeze, plus she saved me money! Even other staff who I was not dealing with directly were so friendly. Great dealership!

Found car on Cars.com. Arranged transaction in advance and traveled 9 hours to dealer. Dealer employed all classic tricks to get extra money. Car was described as carefully inspected and pristine. It had a dent in the passenger side, needed an alignment, missing battery cover, worn out rear wiper blade. Price was higher than listing...

From the smile I got as I was greeted through the door to the handshake to close the deal, I felt comfortable with the environment and happy with the purchase. I was treated fairly (not all dealerships treat customers this way) and was impressed with the professionalism. My salesperson, Sarah Mautz, was up front and honest and was genuinely interested in helping me. Very good customer service. Luke Pomper was immediately helpful the moment we stepped foot into the parking lot. We were greeted with a smile and asked to sit down. We stated what vehicle we were interested in and within minutes it was pulled up right to the door. Luke joined us on our test drive and created an enjoyable atmosphere for both my husband and I. We did not feel a typical pressuring of some dealerships or employees, but as if a friend was taking care of us. He walked us through our trade in process with ease and was extremely knowledgeable. We have visited numerous dealerships and Luke was able to show us exactly what we needed. Worst customer service experience in my 55 years. Absolutely horrible. Clayton the Service Manager should be fired for his deplorable attitude. 2005 Chrysler Crossfire that has been serviced there since new and I did not recognize anyone from a previous visit. Left a message to schedule an appointment for routine service and a back window that fell out of the convertible top (apparently a common problem with 2005 Crossfires) at 8:30am, another at 9:30am and then to let them know that I had a blowout on a runflat tire on the Turnpike about Noon. Never a return call. Car was flatbedded into the dealership from 42 miles. No one greeted me and then this man walked up to me and said, "Is that your car?" I acknowledged and he said something about the "expletive deleted" run flat tires that he took off his wife's car and replaced them with regular tires. He just stood there and I realized that he might work there and asked him if he did. He said yes and introduced himself as the service manager. I couldn't believe it! He made no offer to assist me! I told him that I called three times and no one got back to me. He then called Calvin over to help. No apology offered and nothing else said. Calvin did a walk around my car as I explained to him that I wanted an oil change, a headlight bulb replaced, and the rear window addressed. Subsequently, I had a blow out and needed to replace the tire. While at it, get me a price to replace all four. Calvin then said, "You want the tire replaced?" It was like I was talking to a wall as he ignored the other items. I explained to him that I needed the car back by the end of the next day as I was flying to PA and the car had to go back in my garage or remain at the dealership. I also stopped by the service manager's office to remind him that the car needed to be kept inside due to the back window. He assured me it would be. This process took one hour and then was given a ride home by their courtesy van. Got a call about 6pm from Calvin with the price for all four tires and I told him to go ahead and replace them. He told me the tires would be at the dealership by noon so no problem completing the work. I did not hear anything the entire day so I sent several emails and tried to call Calvin. When I called him his voice mail was not set up yet! I also left a message for the service manager. No return calls or emails which were copied to Calvin and the service manager. Calvin called back about 6pm. Oil change and tires done, but not the headlight and no help on the window repair. I was furious! I had to change my flight which cost $538.00 to do so in order to wait for the car to be completed. No sympathy from him, though he did give me his cell to contact him. He called me the next morning to let me know the car was done, except for the window. The courtesy van would be there in an hour. It was two hours. When I went to pick up the car, it was inside and washed. However, the car was wet inside and in the trunk as it had rained and I presumed left outside. The service manager denied this, but the wash attendant confirmed that it had been left outside. I flipped out on the service manager and told him "a little accountability or an apology would go a long way." He told me he apologized to me, but I never heard it. No help on the window either. First time Calvin had ever seen the problem, too. He gave me the name of a "ding" repairman to call. After I got home, I did some research and found an upholstery shop in Palm Beach at the recommendation of a friend. The owner of the upholstery shop, Steve Secrist, of Palm Park Auto Upholstery was incredibly helpful and very familiar with the repair. The Arrigo Chrysler dealership in West Palm Beach had been sending him Crossfires for repair under warranty. Funny how they were aware of it but not Napleton just a few miles away?!? Needless to say the car is scheduled to go there for the repair . . . at my expense. I witnessed numerous customers standing around to be waited upon and two that had less than pleasant interactions with the service manager. I also saw a man that was a former employee coming to pick up his last paycheck "high fiving" and saying goodbye to several employees while acknowledging that "he would never have to deal with that xxxxxxx ever again." Gee, I wonder who he was talking about? I should also point out that my car has just 25,000 miles and is not only garage-kept but kept under a cover and meticulously maintained. Didn't matter to them either, as I had to return to have black greasy handprints removed from the interior A-pillar on the driver's side. All-in-all a horrible service experience. I can't believe Chrysler allows this to happen in this day and age with customer service being such a priority among competitors?

Bought my jeep here a few years ago. Came to get my oil changed here almost every time and always did a good job. They upped the price by more than double, then were absolutely rude. Calvin is very nice but every other advisor In the jeep lot was unbelievably terrible in customer service. Will never be coming back unless completely necessary.

This was the most pleasant truck purchase we could have expected. The entire staff made sure all our questions or concerns were addressed as we progressed through each phase of the purchase. From the Sales Manager to our Salesman Luke to the Finance Manager Sam, each and everyone treated us as if we were the most important customers in the dealership. Their interest in our needs and the professionalism they exhibited sold us. There are other dealerships that could learn something from the Napleton Buying Experience. Our hope now is to encounter the same experience when the time comes for a Service Department visit. The bar has been set rather high.

We bought our first Jeep Grand Cherokee from them about 18 months ago. Yesterday my husband had to take it in because just after we hit 61,000 miles the alternator went out. It was going to cost us $928 to fix it, instead we ended up leaving there with a brand new (3 yr newer) Jeep Cherokee with all the bells and whistles AND I got a 2013 VW bug that they had on the lot. BTW, the Beetle only had 2824 miles on it so I consider it NEW as well. We ended up not having to put one cent down on either vehicle, they paid for the repair cost of the 2012 Jeep we brought in and kept our payments pretty close to what we had on the first one. So that no one reading this review thinks that we were hassled into buying two cars, that was OUR IDEA. My husband left the first Jeep there on Friday night and got a shuttle ride home. The shuttle came and picked us up Saturday afternoon and brought us back. We told them that we were interested in trading up on the Jeep and that I was interested in the VW. They made everything happen exactly as we wanted it to. Our salesman Nick was great and worked with us every step of the way. Not an easy task since both of us have bad (not poor) credit. But he worked with us and got it down to a price that we had asked for when we started. We will not only be returning there when we want to trade up again, but I plan to tell all my family and friends to go there. I don't know what others are talking about, unless you are seriously looking for something for nothing, I can not imagine any person there not working with you. They make deals happen. We are both VERY PLEASED with our cars and I couldn't thank them enough.

We are military and were on leave when our van broke down in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Long story short we decided due to maintenance issues we would go ahead and trade our vehicle in on a new one. Immediately we were greeted nicely and quickly started working with Nick Sheret. Honestly, I always feel like they are out to get our money but this transaction (even though it does take awhile to compete) it went very good. Nick was extremely nice and helpful and treated us like his #1 customers. We are from Fort Stewart, GA and if anyone asks us about a great place to buy a vehicle absolutely this place over and over. We will even travel here again in a heart beat. Thanks again Nick and team for a great experience.

Words cannot describe the dissatisfaction I experienced. I've owned or leased at least 40 vehicles of all makes and models and never had a worse experience. While at the end of the day my wife and son signed the papers so it's really "shame on us," the things they pulled were the stuff of legend, along the lines of the "good ol' days" where the dealers scammed you for garbage like undercoating, sealant, fabric protectant, etc. On two (2) occasions, they told my wife and son they couldn't give them copies of the paperwork they signed because someone wasn't there. To top it off, my new tag never showed up, they say it was mailed and the only way we can get a duplicate is by dragging ourselves back up to the dealership (not close to our house) and presenting photo i.d. ("for our protection") so they can issue me a duplicate. WORST ..... EXPERIENCE ...... EVER.

I went in Saturday to look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee. The salesman, Chase Bond, a young guy who is fairly new in car sales, did a great job of showing me the car I wanted so I ended up trading in my Genesis and leasing a Jeep from him at a very good price. He was not the usual stereotypical car salesman who would push you to the point of leaving. He just listened to me and got me what I wanted from the dealer. Generally I detest going to car dealerships because most car salesmen don't know fact from fiction, but Chase is still new enough that he doesn't exhibit the hard edge that veterans do. It was a nice experience and he did a great job. Kudos to Chase for being different and not trying to close the deal eery 2 minutes.

I happened on Napleton by chance because they had the car I wanted in stock, which happened to be the one on the show room floor, Donna gladly opened the door and drove it out. Went up 95 a few exits and back, gave the car a good test drive. After a little negotiation we were able to come to a good deal. Took a little while to get into financing but other than that it was a great experience. Would go back to them again.

I the whole experience of buying a new car. I found they had the Jeep I wanted online. I had a Truecar price but not from this dealer. I made a deal with Henry Silva over the phone so I did not even go there to do this as I live an hour away. They called back because the car I made the deal on had been sold by another salesman. Artie found me the same Jeep up in Jacksonville which had the added navigation for an added $1000. I was annoyed, and he offered to split it with me. I wanted the car the next day as I work all week so Henry drove to Jacksonville at 4 AM to get the Jeep and bring it back and while he was doing that Artie sent another person to pick me up all the way in Weston. The whole experience which I hate turned out to be very pleasant. The finance dept that walks you through the paperwork was great and quick. In and out of the whole dealer in an hour with what I wanted and only a little more than what I really wanted to play. Henry went above and beyond and helped me go through all the tech in the car as well before I drove off. Thanks Henry.

Although all the reviews I've seen on here are good, my experience is the complete opposite. About two weeks ago I came into the Napleton dodge/chrysler/jeep on Northlake blvd interested in a used 2012 honda civic I had found online and wanted to check out. I called the delearship around 930 am to see if the car was still available. The spokesman I talked to told me it was and asked me if I wanted to set up an appointment to look at the car and it was set at 2pm that day. I live over 50 miles away and arrived after 45 minutes of driving around 115pm. On arrival I was actually told that the car was not on the lot and in fact at a dealer auction! After tough questioning they agreed to bring the car back under the basis I was very interested in purchasing the car and they would start working on the credit part while the car was being delivered. The car didn't arrive until around 4pm and I had to work at 5pm back in port st lucie. I took the car for a brief test drive in which I noticed the tint was wavy and distorted rendering some windows such as the rear passenger and rear window unusable. I talked to the sales person who agreed the tint needed replacing and agreed to replace at another time due to the time. I agreed, signed all the paperwork and was on my way as happy as ever, even though my car was not perfect and I was late for work. I set up my appointment to have the tint done the next week. I made an appointment and drove again 45 minutes to the dealership thinking after this I'll be set to go on my way enjoying my car for years to come. Oh, I was dead wrong. On arrival I was told that only one window, the rear passenger would be replaced and immediately argued the fact the vehicle wasn't even safe with the rear window the way it was. I was refused any other windows replaced despite this. I was about to leave when the lady I was talking to told me the tinter they used was really good and that I could get an estimate for replacing the other windows. I agreed and got an estimate of $65 to remove the old and $150 for the new tint. I agreed to this but was told it could not be done today. I drove home again for 45 minutes depressed I had to spend money to get it fixed but still slightly optimistic to have it done. That was a week ago and yesterday was the day I had the tint done. I'm even more depressed now because when I picked my car up from the service department after its wash, I got in and started it. Every check brake, abs, power steering, every light came on? I'm still clueless how this happened as all that was done was tint and wash? Even worse the tinter destroyed the weatherstripping on my car and the tint still has bubbles! I mean really? I've tried to contact the dealership but have yet to receive any phone calls back, just a machine everytime. I never imagined my first car experience going this bad and I really regret making it now! I'm so disappointed in the work and experiences I've had at this delearship I never want to go to another ever again, none. Thank you for ruining me and destroying my car napleton...

I will never attempt to purchase a vehicle from this dealer again. I spoke with 2 people ones name was Chris and the other was Robyn from this dealer about a certain truck I planned to purchase. Both assured me it was there. I drove an hour north to go purchase the vehicle and the truck they said was the closest to the price was $15,000 more then the one I wanted. When I described the truck I wanted to purchase they all looked at me like I was crazy, and told me they had one close to that in Orlando 300 miles north

Purchased used Jeep from here but would not buy here again. People were friendly enough but sales took forever. During the purchase, I declined special services but costs were included in purchase price. Financial refused to rebate the costs levied incorrectly. Five months after purchase, Jeep had problem codes relating to a recall & a technical service bulletin. The service bulletin said the work could be performed at a charge of $65.00???

I did my homework. Walked in the door and test drove the truck, they didn't pressure me to buy that day. Returned 5 days later with 3 quotes from other dealerships. They didn't have the same package setup but had a higher end model. They offered to get one sent in but i didnt want to wait. Ended up getting it for small increase in cost. Tom the salesman was great. Robin the finance manager was great, quick with paperwork and very cute to boot!

Just look at the most recent reviews.These reviews speak volumes on how Napleton's is in a severe decline of happy customers. My experience was nearly identical to the previous reviewer.I tried not once, but twice to purchase a Jeep from Napleton's.On both occasions they were trying to steal my trade and not take one dime off their vehicle. Keep in mind there is a Jeep dealership on every corner.This phoney email from the GM is a joke. He never responed to my calls or email.My sales rep had no control over an aspect in my potential purchase.I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone.Don't waste your time.Just drive to the next corner.

Car buying in the internet age could be a simple process because it should make finding and negotiating a vehicle virtually stress-free. I found this dealer online while searching for Ram 1500 trucks and did an online inquiry for one that I liked. I never received a response from sales but instead separate "greeting" messages from customer service and a computer generated response from Joe Wyers (the general manager). Days later, I decided to call the dealership to further inquire on the truck and spoke with Nikita in sales. When Nikita didn't call me back I phoned the dealer again and spoke with a very pleasant, but new sales associate, named Miles. Miles was not able to help but transferred me to the "internet" sales specialist, Dave. Dave seemed very helpful and willing to get me the truck I wanted at the advertised online price. I requested a buyers order so that I could bring full payment with me to save time and gas - since it's a forty-five mile drive. David said that because numerous buyers request paperwork with the intention of leveraging other dealers, my presence would be necessary at the dealer to secure those documents. I implored him to guarantee that his intentions were genuine and that this would not be a sales tactic to bring me in for the "kill". I expressed that I would be very upset to waste three or more hours of my time and put almost 100 miles on my vehicle when I should be at home with my wife who is nine months pregnant. When I arrived at the showroom, none of the sales associates I was instructed to request were available, and instead I was fed to a sales shark. After I thoroughly repeated the conversation I had with David the sales associate's demeanor quickly went from cordial to condescending. I was then subjected to nearly every car sales tactic and cliche that car buyers despise - including my all-time favorite - talking down to me. I walked out very disappointed to say the least, but determined to inform others (including Mr. Wyers) that contrary to the message that was contained in the email from Mr. Wyers, these antiquated car sales methods are still commonplace at Northlake. I quote: "I want to let you know that I am personally committed to making the buying experience a pleasurable one for you. SCAM! just like the reviewer below.. OVERCHARGED! These people are Liars and thieves.Where do I start.I was trading in my 2013 Charger SRT8 and buying a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee.. We agreed on the price of the Jeep MSRP 40,475 and we were negotiating the price of the SRT8 trade in.. They wanted to give me $36,000 and I wanted $38,000.. Finally they gave in and gave me the $38,000 I wanted. ( LITTLE DID I KNOW THEY TACKED IT ON TO THE PRICE OF THE CAR)And switched up the paperwork on me so that I wouldn't see the both Trade in and Car price at the same time.. They "messed up" the paperwork and had to REDO it FOUR TIMES.. I HAD to sign that stupid AGREEMENT FOUR times! Needless to say.. I was duped and over charged $3360. When I went in to finance to dispute it Steve Diaz. BLATANTLY tells me, YES the salesman LUKE POMPER made it seem like you were getting your $38,000 for the trade in but then added it to total cost of the Jeep. So if you considering buying a car here. MY advice.. GO ELSEWHERE.. Look at all the similar reviews.. They are RUTHLESS SHARKS and Liars.Why did I give this review? To warn other potential buyers about their shady, deceptive business practices

Went on Feb 14, 2014 and purchased a Jeep from this dealer. First my trade was valued at $4500 but because of my "Shrewd" haggle skills as Amir put it, I got them up to $10819. As of today I am still waiting for my trade to be paid off and have left numerous messages for all involved. Of course after they close the sale they don't know you anymore. I also brought my brother in to purchase a Jeep and was told I would get $100 for that....still waiting for that $100. Called about that numerous times as well and still no callback. Seems after they make a sale they forget about you. DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER go to Arrigo and maybe you'll have a better experience. Also NEVER, NEVER , NEVER fill out the customer survey..Why you ask...The dealer gets $500 for every survey filled out and the salesperson gets $150-$200 of that money. Dont give them more profit then they already steal from you!!!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Stopped into the Napleton Car Dealership today looking for information on my first car. I was heavily leaning towards something under the Chrysler umbrella of cars. Donna (my saleslady) was very helpful and informative and made me feel like an old friend. I did not feel uncomfortable or stupid when asking questions like many other dealers have made me feel. My wife bought a used SUV from Ron and a new employee Jon who were great! The great part ends there. My wife was overcharged for DMV fee's and so called convenience fee's and almost 3 weeks later according to the DMV our SUV is still not newly registered. Napleton should call it inconvenience fee's as my pregnant wife had to wait in line at the DMV to find this out since Napleton's finance people were useless and rude when we asked about this and rudely dismissed my wife. In fairness after a battle we were refunded one of the overcharged fee's. Even the DMV stated they had no idea what these so called DMV fee's that Napleton charged us were for. They also tried to sell us options such as paint protection, ding insurance, tire insurance etc.which can jack up a cars price by 2,000 in some cases. And become a huge source of income for dealerships for unsuspecting buyers. I told this finance person we are not interested but he was rude and adamant about stating all the options and kept on going! We knew the A/C was not working when we bought the SUV but the negotiated price was good enough to make up the repair cost of the A/C which Napleton's service said they would do. I got 2 other opinions for the A/C problem in the meantime. On the work order it was written the "condenser is clogged" as per the former land rover mechanic they have working there. The issue was the compressor not the condenser. So it was misdiagnosed. So I brought SUV to a proper place to get fixed.

VERY MISLEADING!! Do not believe their internet pricing!! The price they have listed and what they will quote you at over the phone and in writing is not what is truly the price they are selling the car for. They will say anything to get you in the door. The internet pricing includes "all available rebates" but in order to get that price you have to actually qualify for all of them!! Very poor sales practice and would never give them my money.

Well they made it impossible for us to buy the Dodge Challenger. After confirming on Monday twice that the internet pricing is good for us with Dave, Steve we finally come over Tuesday afternoon. We wanted to make sure that it is worth driving 4 hour drive to this dealership.So instead of making this a quick transaction by trading our car and writing a check for the new car, your sales person and your sales manger gave us the run around and asked for over $1,000 over the agree price plus additional fees. This was not what we agreed twice on on the phone and we asked for the original agreed pricing. These people took way too long to even give us an answer. They wanted our credit card to demonstrate that we were serious. Guess what, we drove 4 hours!So we decided this is not a way you treat us as customer and we requested our car key back, withdrew our offer and left. The two phone messages from these folks a few minutes later, now offering to sell us the car for the original agreed price, was too little too late. The process of trying to squeeze more money, not staying to your agreement and then letting us wait and wait, does reflect very poorly on this dealership.We went across the street and are now very happy owner of a band new car. Great Pricing, very friendly people and they even matched their competitors Autotrader pricing without any haggle.

Very poor customer service, does not communicate or return calls when vehicle left at service center. Took over 5 hours for an install that was quoted at needing 2.5 to 3 hours max. Took vehicle in for service problem after purchase and did not get return calls when seeking status of vehicle. Due to work equipment being in vehicle at time service department closed I had to miss a day of work. The general manager didn't return calls during this time either. Very poor customer communications and do not return calls. Took over 30 days to have a promise to install from original purchase contract to have item installed. I will never do business with this dealership now that the promised item has been installed over 30 days late.

I arrived at the Napleton to see a used Jeep that was advertised on the internet. When I got there the the Jeep was sitting up front. I was notified that they were in the process of buying the car. The salesman Gary T. Battaglia was very apologitic. He then told me I could get a new Jeep at almost the same price. He got on his computer and checked what was available. We took it out for a test drive and I told him how much I could afford. He took it to the buisness manager Dan Mosher and told him what i would pay. Dan went looking and found a lender that would take me and got it lower than what I had said. These guys worked very hard to have me leave Happy. I difenetly would recomend this Dealership and especialy Gary T. Baattaglia.

Worst service in any industry ever!!! First they cross threaded my lug nuts by using a air wrench, when any self respecting auto mechanic would know you have to start them by hand. When I brought it back they said they could not get the lug nuts off, wow is all I could think being that was the reason I came in for in the first place. Then they tried to say they could not do the work because they could not find the lug nut for my rims anywhere. Which of course was a lie! I know this was a lie because I had to get them myself or they would not do the work, and I found them at a shop right down the street from them 10 minutes later and dropped them of no more than 15 minutes after they called me to try and get out of the work. When I arrived they then told me my jeep was in parts and I could not take it home because the part would not be for 3 days. I told them this was unexceptionable and would need a loner or a rental. Alan the service rep then proceeded to tell me that all their loners are out and that there were no more rentals where they normally rent from, so I was out of luck. Now I had no car what so ever! I asked Alan if I find a car to rent will you cover it. Alan said he had to clear rental, came back told me to get the rental. When I came back to pick up my car with the receipt in my hand for the rental Alan acted like he knew nothing about it. He then proceeded to tell me that he wasn't sure if they would cover the rental. This is when I knew he had lied to me and it was going to be an uphill battle. He gave me his service manager name (Robert Corman) and number. I promptly gave him a call 3 times that day and did not hear back from him until mid morning the next day. He then proceeded to tell me that is was not their policy to do rentals or loners, which was never mentioned to me by Alan. Alan stated that they were simply out not that it wasn't their policy. Robert the service manager then started to pat himself on the back for fixing my car with no questions, which to me seems ridiculous!! Being that they did my tire rotation 3 months before and my tires have not come off the vehicle since. I told him this was unexceptionable and I wanted to talk to his superior. He gave me a customer service number that did absolutely nothing, they only repeated everything he said. Had I know it was not there policy to do rentals or loners I would never have gotten a rental now im out $400. It would of been cheaper to take a taxi to work for the 3 days. So now I hope people read this and stay away from this shady dealership, they will lie to your face and send you in circle which will get you no where. Save your money and go to a different dealership.One very unsatisfied PAYING customer! Robert McClean

Staff in sales and service departments were rude and I did not have a good experience buying a car here. I happened to get a great deal because it was the end of the month and they said they were short on their sales for the day. I love my new car, but I did not enjoy the experience of getting it. The girl on the phone for the service department was also not helpful or pleasant to talk to. I have now been going to Delray Hyundai. They are much nicer and very helpful.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS; THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment on a Friday to have my Jeep looked at by the service department with. I told them exactly what needed fixed (rattle in drive shaft) and to please call me with an estimate prior to doing the work. Six hours later and I still hadnt heard a word so I called them only to be put on hold twice and given the run around. Turns out my Jeep that I drove there in great condition, minus a slight rattle, now had the key locked in the ignition and a broken gear shifter that they were unable to get it out of park. He told me that before they could quote me on the rattle in my drive shaft that they would have to charge me to disassemble the steering column and replace the gear shifter to fix this other problem (that they had caused while in possession of my Jeep). I immediately went back to the dealership before they closed at 6 p.m. only to find that the mood had apparently changed and I was now a hassle for wanting to get to the bottom of this. I waited for the service manager (who was equally as rude/unprofessional come to find out) he told me that things just break and it just so happens that it broke while in our possession, but it doesnt mean we are at all liable. So my next question was how much is it going to cost to fix this, and his answer was no clue, and we cant even get to it until after the weekend. So then I told him I expected to be put in some sort of rental seeming how he now said they couldnt even get to my Jeep before Monday and his response was we dont have any rentals. Meanwhile my service guy had already told me that they did across the street prior to my conversation with this liar. After I pointed that out he suggested I go over and get one paying for it myself, but I better hurry cause they closed in 3 minutes. At this point they are holding my Jeep hostage, and basically saying I can f-off until they get around to dealing with it. It took me arguing with this guy for 10 minutes until there was miraculously a rental that I could use to get to work for the next two days. Long story short it took them 5 days to fix what they broke. Then they wanted to charge me almost $400 to fix it. I ended up meeting with the General Manager who is as honest as any politician Ive ever seen/heard. He never answered my questions and just kept talking in circles. I only had to pay for the $200 part in the end but never got my car fixed for what I had gone in for originally. There was never an apology and my car rattled all the way home. I wouldnt wish them on my worst enemy and they are sure as hell never touching my Jeep again.

This dealership was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was on the hunt for a very specific Dodge Ram 1500 and every dealership I worked with either could not find it or there was some issue regarding one of the options that I wanted on the truck. Napleton's chrysler & Dodge was the only dealership out of the many and I mean many delearships that I visited and or spoke with that understood that I am a paying customer and if I wanted a truck a certain way that I should not be given the "bait and switch" or be misguided to make an easier sale for them. I do not work for this dealer nor am I affiliated with any one who works there I am just trying to guide the next person looking for a car to the right place. I drove about two hours in traffic just to work with these guys and they made my trip to their dealership to say the least very much worth the time and price of gase. I not only got the best deal by far over any other dealership but I also made freindships at this place it could not have been a better experience. I cannot express the gratitude and overal best VIP treatment that I experienced from Richard Perlman and Pam Williams who apperantly had just started working at Napletons. Both of these fine people teamed up to give me and my family the absolute best experience that one could have at a dealership. They even waited for me an hour after they closed the dealership on a Friday to greet me and make sure that my purchase went as smoothly as possible. These two sales associates are an absolute treasure and should be a highly valued asset to this company. They got me what I wanted, no excuses no hastle just a great deal. They knew I was frustrated with the previous dealerships and made sure to make this the most pleasurable experience possible. We tried just about every auto dealer in Miami-Dade, even gave a couple of them deposits when they promised that they would be able to get the truck my son wanted in the alloted time frame. They all failed to deliver on their promises, that is when my oldest son called Napleton's on Northlake and spoke with Richard Perlman and Pam Williams, they assured us that they would be able to get the exact truck that we wanted in time for my son to drive it to Ft. Hood. Not only did they make good on their promise, but we got a great deal on the truck! When we went to pick it up, we were treated like family; my wife even remarked that she never imagined an auto dealership treating customers so nice. My husband, daughter and I were shopping for a car for our daughter last week. We stopped by Napleton and were greeted by a salesman by the name of Patrick Moran.He took the time to show us several cars and explain in detail the options on each vehicle. He was informative and knowledgeable yet not pushy. My daughter was interested in the Dodge dart automatic which you did not have on the lot. Patrick investigated and informed us there would be some coming in soon. He then called us a week later to tell us some came in. Unfortunately, my daughter needs to save up a little more money before she can purchase a car. When she has, we will definitely be back to Napleton. Nothing like 'speed dating' through used car salesmen. We were passed from salesman to salesman. The price listed on the internet is NOT the price of the car. Internet price was raised almost 30% as the 'out the door price'. So profit apparently is not included in the internet price. Absolutely ludicrous. A painful, yet typical car dealer experience. Well Well. Guess what? I picked my car up again on 08/15/2012 from Napleton's. This time I paid $640.00. Drove about ten(10) miles and it ran HOT AGAIN. Now the total cost is $2,349.76 and the problem is still there if not worse. Have I called them? NOOOOOOO. What lie would they tell me next and what would be the cost of another lie. Supposedly they are HIGHLY TRAINED, REPUTABLE, HONEST, TRUTHFUL. I don't have anymore money to give them. I am on Social Security and it doesn't stretch that for to PAY FOR MORE LIES, DECEPTION and DISHONESTY. If they don't know what the problem is why dont they just say that instead of GUESSING GUESSING and more GUESSING. I believe they know what the problem is but is trying to MILK me for every penny they can get. Why do they keep bringing up the radiator implying that someone put stop leak in it? If that is the problem why wasn't I given an estimate on repairing that? In fact why wasn't it repaired ? WHY? WHY? WHY?I am really at my Witt's end. No more money and No car. No calls from anyone. I guess they might say "WHO CARES I GOT YOUR MONEY NOW. BRING IT BACK IN SO THAT WE CAN TELL YOU ANOTHER LIE AND TAKE SOME MORE MONEY. I took my car in for service and when I got it back I was missing a pair of expensive sunglasses. After repeated conversations with Robert-service manager, my boyfriend finally called only to be told that they can't do anything about it and he shouldn't be trying to blame them for losing his sunglasses. What a crock of crap. Like I would blame them unfairly. They are giving us the runaround and trying to turn the blame on us and this is ridiculous!! We will be calling corporate to lodge a complaint against the service department today.

Have not received owner's manual as promised by sales rep nor have I been explained the gaurantees and warranties of the car. Dan seems to think that it is my resposibilty to contact the previous owner and make arrangements to get the manual . His attitude baffles my understanding of what customer service should be. I will withhold my judgement of recommending the dealership until I see how the manual and gaurantee issues are handled.

NOT TRUE - OVER 3 YEARS HAD ALREADY BEEN USED...'WE WERE SERIOUSLY MISLEAD'...WE WERE NOT GETTING ANYWHERE UNTIL I CALLED LINCOLN SERVICE AND THEY EVENTUALLY GAVE US A PERK AS THEY BELIEVED US IMMEDIATELY - HOWEVER NORTHLAKE NAPLETON FINALLY CAME AROUND WHEN I FINISHED TALKING TO NAPLETON CORPORATE AND RETURNED SOME MONIES TO US AND THEN WERE MORE THAN DIFFERENTIAL...THE MANAGER DID FINALLY ADMIT TO OUR BEING LIED TO AND SAID 'PERSONS INVOLVED NO LONGER WORKED THERE'...WE WILL NOT BEING GOING BACK FOR SERVICE OR ANYTHING ELSE THERE - HOWEVER WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE CAR WE PUCHASED...

There was no haggling no pressure. Just the best price right off the bat. The sales person Jesus Gonzalez and finance staff was very professional, friendly and helpfully. Great staff I will definitely recommend a dealer Napleton's Northlike auto park.

I am still in disbelief really! I don't even know what to write? I am trying to comprehend what happen at NAPLETON NORTH PARK AUTO PARK - DODGE. I keep thinking that they are coming to take the car back LOL. I can't beleive that it is the first time in 25 years of buying a cars. I got a chance to experience what it's like to go to a REAL AUTO dealer NAPLETON NORTH PARK AUTO PARK - DODGE, an honest one, incredibly professional, treated me like a human being WOW! THEY MEAN WHAT THEY SAY!, honorable! There are really no words that I can say that can describe how great NAPLETON NORTH PARK AUTO PARK - DODGE There is not enough time to tell everyone I possibly can where they can go and get trust and confidence in a dealer NAPLETON NORTH PARK AUTO PARK - DODGE. I did most of my deal over the phone! Because I was SICK of the BS I was getting with the other dealers (including other Dodge dealers) Thanks Claude Napleton Sales Manager you are AWESOME - A true professional!! The finance people Gary and his crew WOW! Hats off! This dealer has it together big time! I was refered by MY employee where she works part time at Maroone Ford. I went as a family & Friend referal. To make a long and real bad story short. I would have hated to have been a walkin, I only wondered what they would do to them. 9 days of BS! What a way of treating a referal. I felt like They wanted to stick it to me every which way they could. WHO YOU SHOULDN'T CALL MAROONE. AVOID THAT PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I went to other dealers TERRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I could write a book. If you don't go to NAPLETON NORTH PARK AUTO PARK you will probably get screwed royally. That's the only place to get a real honest deal. THE ONLY PLACE TO BY A CAR OR TRUCK!

First, I'd like to say that Rich Kemp made me feel very comfortable during the whole process of purchasing my new automobile. He showed me everything that I wanted to see. The sales manager was also very helpful and informative. The financing process was easy and made understandable my Eddie. He was friendly and helpful. Napleton's is the BEST!

When I pulled onto Napleton's lot I was on the phone with my son. As I parked my car Todd was standing outside as though he was waiting just to serve me. I then asked Todd "are you waiting just for me" and of course with a big smile he said yes. I asked him if he would speak to my son who would tell him exactly what I was looking for. There was that smile again he took the phone and the rest is history. I thank you Todd for making this a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Tom made my service easy and simple. I called my AC was not working. I brought the car to Napletons. Within the hour they were already working on the car.We do not have a 2nd car, Tom made arrangements and paid for a loaner car while my car was being worked on.

Robb is always good to deal with and is one of the principal reasons we return to this dealer for service. We've had other service writers when he has been away and they have not been nearly as friendly or easy to deal with so he is definitely an asset for Napleton's.

Very positive experience EXCEPT, price quoted was not price charged !!!! There was a charge for "shop supplies" never mentioned at time the car was brought in.The service adviser was exceptionally nice and very accommodating. I don't think the charge for shop supplies had anything to do with the service advisor. This seemed to be a dealership policy. I'd rather the cost of the service include ALL costs as opposed to "hidden".

The service manager was very helpful. The car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. When it was ready Rick explained my options on repairing my window washer.He wasvery polite and I will be back for all my services.

Dustin always helps me with my service issues. He gets everything fixed the first time. He never gives me a BS answer like, "Couldn't duplicate customer complaint." Obviously people do not bring their car in so service can duplicate the problem, just fix the problem.

The service advisor was pleasant, though had some difficulty writing down and typing info and had to retype a few things, so the check-in took a little longer. The car was ready on time, though I was told that there were several people ahead of me and that to claim the car may take some time. The service advisor was supposed to call Carmax to see if they could be billed directly. I didn't receive another call for a couple of hours....the advisor couldn't get through to Carmax because he had written down the fax number instead of the phone number.Once I determined that, he was able to get straight through though now this was an inconvenience as it was 5:00pm and rush hour traffic to travel in to pick up the car. The air bag system has been fixed. All in all, I have always had good service at Napleton's...we own two Jeeps...and I will return there for service

I was looking for a new wrangler. I shopped the websites and really didn't relish having to go to a car lot and do the games with the sales people. I went to Napleton and was very pleased. They treated me with respect and I think we both got a deal we could live with. I now look spectacular in my new, red, 4 door wrangler.

Slow and horrible service. They called me and said vehicle ready but it was not even close. Very unprofessional staff. MService reps arguing over whether my vehicle was ready. Just the absolute worst experience ever. No one even bothered to say thanks for my business or sorry for the mixup. When I was waiting for my ride to come get me I observed two separate customers being treated rudely by two different employees.

Great customer service! This was definitely one of the more laid back dealerships I have dealt with. By saying this I mean we weren't pressured into making hasty decisions, and they were very patient with us. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. Our salesperson was awesome! Her name was Christine, and she was one of the primary reasons for our buying a car from this dealer.

Just like the other review I read about this dealer, my experience was not good, but my experiences with the sales and service departments were equally terrible. I would not even recommend this dealership to someone I did not like. Stay away, stay far, far away from this dealer. This is THE single worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many different ones over the years. The sales department does not have their act together, the finance department took over 2 months to pay off my trade in and the service department cannot even get their own equipment set up properly. 2 thumbs down!

I have always used the service garage at this dealership when servicing my dodge grand caravan but when I decided to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership, I found that the difference between the service department and the new car sale department, were like doctor jeckel and mr hyde. Since my bad expierence, I changed to ford and bought an expedition, and now service my car elsewhere. Sorry that the service department has to suffer but there is no excuse for my expierence with the sale department. Requests for the store manager to call were ignored.
