We had such a great experience here! Sherry the sales manager feels like she's your aunt - like family. She's so personable and friendly. She beat the price we were looking at with a competitor and beat our own bank's interest rate. Earl is so friendly and outgoing too! Spencer was very nice and helpful. Dropped vehicle off at 8:30 for convertible top service. By 1:30 no update. Called to ask for update and no one would take my call. I texted, called at least THREE times and was put on hold for over 5 minutes each time, left voice mail messages, even asked for the GM once. Took me 40 minutes to get a person on the phone as no one would talk to me until I threatened to come to the dealership in person. Seems they were just running behind and had not gotten to my car yet. If they had simply admitted this at 1:30 I'd have said ok, just keep it overnight. That was way too much work to hide something so simple. What else do they hide? Declined their service. Taking my car somewhere else.

I had a extremely good experience with Neil Huffman Mazda. Purchasing a new car is not normally a good experience. The sales rep Darren was very patient, he answered all my questions. I did not feel the high pressure that normally is associated with purchasing a car. I would recommend Neil Huffman to anybody who is interested in a new car.

I just purchased my second vehicle from this dealership today, and once again my experience has been stellar. From my online inquiry being answered within minutes, to a thorough test drive with a friendly and knowledgeable sales representative (thanks Burt!) to a low-pressure negotiation on price, I feel like I could have parted ways as friends at any point. The deal we made was fair, and I'm on the road a happy customer once again. After having had my Volkswagen serviced with them for the last 7 years, I made it a priority to give Neil Huffman Mazda/Volkswagen a chance for 7 more in order to see the smiling faces and receive the courteous, professional treatment I've come to expect. We had Steve as our sales man. The buying experience was what any car buying experience is.. A hassle. Once the car buying experience was complete they said they would order the head rest and mail it to us. Here we are a month and half later and no head rest. I would suggest if there's anything missing to get it while there.

I can strongly recommend this dealership and its staff. We were looking for a new Outback and could not find what we wanted. Broooke Wallace went out of her way to call me back right away when a car came in that she thought we would be interested in. If she had not gone above and beyond we would not have found what we were looking for...thanks Brooke. We then met Tracey Milliner and he made the whole process very informative and smooth. Tracey was very knowledgeable and professional. I have purchased many cars over the years but I can say without a doubt he was the most professional and courteous sales consultant we have met. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Although the purchase is less than a week old, I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Steve Heil and Jeff Pence put up with my craziness answering all my questions on whether it was better to pay cash or finance. They even ran numbers multiple times without seeming bothered. After working with the sales manager and sales person, I was even impressed with the professionalism and low pressure sales of closing the deal with David Mertz. At this point, there are very few places I would consider buying from other than Neil Huffman.

I don't buy new vehicles often, matter of fact, my last vehicle I had for 10 years!!! So when I decided it was time, I researched my choices. Subaru kept coming out on top!!! I have had 2 Lexus's and thought I would never buy anything else, but after looking at the data from Consumer Reports and test driving the Outback, I was convinced that it was the car for me. I love driving my new Outback! I love all the safety features and the price!!! When I compare it to the Lexus SUV, I saved $15,000. My sales representative was more than knowledgeable, he was truly concerned that I get the most out of my new car. He took time to explain all the new gadgets and features. He made sure I was able to log into Mysubaru, etc. Thank you, Randy Sims! Anita, in finance did a great job going over every detail! I really felt like part of a family of people who care!!!

I decide on a car I wanted before ever contacting the dealership. However, I was from 4 states away and they made the buying process extremely painless and enjoyable. Chris(My salesperson) and Anita(business office) were fantastic and extremely helpful even though I was buying the car from out of state. The price was great too! I saw the Mazda CX-3 at the New Car Show in January/2016. Had the pleasure of talking with Jay Cross, who I asked numerous questions. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely patient. Took all the time necessary to answer all my questions, but more importantly, never pressured me to buy. Because I was so impressed with Jay, when I was interested in buying in April, I went to see him at Neil Huffman on Dixie Highway. With Jay being the sales manager, he hooked me up with Dale Webster, a sales professional. He was very courteous, and a wealth of knowledge concerning the CX-3. Fell in love with it after the test drive, but was still not going to buy unless I could get the price I wanted. Dale made that happen, in a very smooth and friendly process. He even invited me to have a free lunch (was a Saturday) with the employees--something he certainly didn't have to do... So to sum it all up, the "buying experience" could not have went any better, exceeded all my expectations! I now consider Jay and Dale to be friends, and look forward to seeing them when I return for service.

In my,search for the best OTD price, the sales rep. quoted a fair price which we verbally agreed upon. There was no attempt to add on any extra $$$ upon the actual closing of the purchase. In my past experiences, some dealers try to stick a few extra "dealer fees" on at closing. There was a soft sell to obtain the "extended warranty" and "extra protection package" . But it was easy to say no. I explained that is why I'm buying a Subaru instead of Ford & I don't need the extra insurance. Overall, I give the Buying Process 5 stars.

This is an amazing place to buy a vehicle. We have purchase 2 different Subaru's from them in the last year. Our newest is the 2016 Outback which is honestly the most amazing SUV on the market with Eye Sight. Leilani Beeler was the first person we met the first time we went and I can tell you we will never have another sales person EVER! Terry the Manager went above and beyond to make our Car buying experience even better by always giving us the best care are treated us like family. Anita Morales in finance also just truly treated us so well and helped us get any extras we wanted!! I truly feel like family when I walk through the door of this place!! I can honestly say it is unlike any experience you have ever had. I would Give my experience 10 stars!!! I know there is usually only 5, but they are definitely a 10 in my book!!! I have never met a more honest trust worthy dealership EVER!!

I stopped by to check out a car and was quickly met by Randy who introduced himself. I found him very helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in purchasing. The buying process was slightly delayed but smooth. After the purchase deal was made, I was asked, if I wanted the "Pulse brake light flasher that was installed on the vehicle for an additional fee. I was not pleased with the fact this installed item was not included in the negotiated price and as I felt the price was very high I wasn't willing to pay more for the vehicle, it was removed in a very short time. This issue almost cost the dealership the sale, I didn't like that tactic and do not feel it is a fair was of doing business.

I have purchased many cars and this was, by far, the most pleasurable experience I have had. Christopher Stewart was not only knowledgable, but he made me feel like family. I was introduced to the Sales Manager, General Manager and the Service Manager, which made me feel comfortable about my decision. The process was smooth and they were able to work with me to find the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Their competitor was rigid and extremely uncaring about my needs. It was a breath of fresh air once I went to Neil Huffman. If you need a car, you shouldn't go anywhere else!

My wife and I have been customers of Neil Huffman on Dixie for mannnyyy years. I think we have purchased at least 4-5 vehicles at Neil Huffman. Our purchase of a used truck last weekend was like all the experiences, great. Tim Roberts and Dave Mertz located a truck on Friday, we bought it on Saturday. We have purchased other vehicles through the years, even when we didn't purchase a vehicle there, we continued to use their service dept. Gene Mackin and others, has always taken care of us, and the work is completed on time and properly. Keep up the good work!!

We bought a 2016 Outback, 2.5 Premium, from Robin McDonald. The process was smooth and pleasant throughout. Robin and her manager, Terry Isaacs, are very knowledgable and enthusiastic about Subarus. So far the car has exceeded our expectations. It is nimble for a large car, and the fuel economy is surprisingly good (24 city; 34 highway). I would recommend the Outback, the Neil Huffman dealership, and Ms. McDonald.

This is not my first experience purchasing a car, but it has been my best. Terry (the sale manager) spent a lot of time on the phone with me to run numbers on the car I wanted until we found something I liked, even before I came to the store. When I arrived, they had gotten the car ready, and Ron was ready to show it to me. Ron took a lot of time to show me how all of the features worked. I got a very fair price on the car. The process went much more smoothly than my experiences at other lots, and they worked hard to secure an excellent APR and other incentives to lower the price of the car. Excellent experience.

I purchased a 2015 Legacy from Don Pruitt and the experience was great. Don was very knowledgable about the car. The experience became greater when I meet with the sales manager. I searched for months for a 2015 Mazda 3 s Grand Touring manual transmission Soul Red with black interior on Cars.com. Multiple dealers tried to sell me whatever they had on their lot at the time of inquiry and ignored my parameters. I contacted the internet sales department at Huffman Mazda with my specific request. Within 3 weeks the car was obtained, exactly as was requested. I got weekly updates on their progress. Upon picking up the car, we were introduced to all the staff and felt very welcome and comfortable throughout the dealership. Each and every time I step on the lot to purchase a Subaru or to have service done, Tracey and the staff go out of their way to make me feel welcomed. They have what most other dealerships, regardless of manufacturer, do not. Respect, Honesty, and Transparency. My first Subaru I purchased here, the Sales Manager, Chuck, came by and introduced himself to me and made sure I had no questions and understood everything. This is the only dealership, that I would send my grandmother too because I know that she would be treated the same way that my wife and I have been. I would recommend Tracey, Chuck, and the dealership to all my family, friends, and coworkers. I just took delivery of my brand New 2014 Subaru WRX. Making it my 4th vehicle purchased from this Dealership. Their were many reasons for this. I was not in the market for a vehicle but I was so impressed with my service appointment and with the way Tracey treated me even though I was only their for my service. I had left and had the opportunity to meet Katrina and Hillary from the internet department. They gladly put me back with Tracey. As soon as the WRX, I had expressed interest in during previous visits, arrived off the truck, Tracey called me and let me know. Later that afternoon, I was driving off the lot in my New WRX. Go ahead and give them a chance. They will not just get your business. They will EARN every bit of it.

My wife and I recently bought a new Impreza from Neil Huffman. We were treaded professionally and we enjoyed our buying experience. There was none of the typical "what can we do to get you in a car TODAY" hustle. I give one star across the board because rating does not allow a zero star rating. My vehicle was serviced under warranty at this location. The techs marked all "ok" on inspection sheet. After leaving, a tire was still losing air and a wiper blade had not been replaced. I now have to wonder if anything else they say was "ok" is not actually "ok". Do not have your service done at this location.
