From the moment I walked in, I knew I was going to have a great visit. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. My salesman, Stephen, bent over backward to ensure I was happy. The process was very thorough, and smooth. I feel that I got a great deal, and yet the dealer was able to make a profit. I would recommend this dealer to anyone

Nemer Chevrolet provided immediate and very professional and helpful response to my inquiry. There was no pressure to buy, just ready and capable assistance. Although I was initially interested in a used vehicle, I purchased a new Equinox from a more local and convenient Chevrolet dealer.

ZERO STARS FOR NEMER!!!!Nemer is the most underhanded business I think I've ever come across. They have perfected the art of bait and switch and it is their standard operating procedure. Today, my friend was quoted $350/mo for a new truck lease....deal was done, charged his credit card, made him wait for 4+ hours for the truck to be readied and all paperwork completed. Insurance was transferred by them and they switched the tags to the new truck. On the lease agreement the payment was now $473/mo....said his credit wasn't as good as they expected and this is best they can get. He walked away and they came back with another offer of $420/mo with additional $500 down payment. Each person he dealt with blamed someone else for what happened. Funny, my husband had the EXACT SAME THING happen to him at Nemer about 12 months ago with a new Jeep lease. He also walked away disgusted after insurance was purchased for new vehicle and all paperwork completed. I dropped him off to pick up the new car and he called me back 10 minutes later because they raised the payment $200.month after the deal had been worked and figures checked days prior. My friend today ran into someone else who had the same thing happen to him. So, three people who have dealt with them and all three had the same scam pulled. These people should be put out of business - and they are all in on it.....Steve was the salesman, Jamie was the manager. DON'T WALK.....RUN AS FAST AND FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN GET FROM THESE CROOKS.

Friendly knowledgeable staff! The service team is always keeping you up to date on what you're having done & and above all honest, which lets face it...when you talk about car dealerships, they are not used in the same sentence! Would recommend to anyone and will be back in the near future....TY Nemer for being outstanding.

I have rated Nemer as a five star experience based on their professional staff. The employees at Nemer LISTENED and did the right thing for the customer. They were helpful and empathetic to the long process to getting our vehicle repaired.

I recently purchased a new 2015 Ram Truck at Nemer Dodge in Saratoga from a real character named Tony Macaroni. Tony greeted us promptly on the lot upon our arrival, assisted us in selecting the right vehicle for my family, and then swiftly and courteously guided us through the entire purchase process. Frankly, with over 20 years of truck buying experience, I've NEVER had a purchase go as smoothly as THIS. In addition to being knowledgable and courteous Tony Macaroni kept us entertained through the whole process. The Nemer family certainly has a feather in its cap in Saratoga Springs....and he calls himself Macaroni !!!

I was scammed out of about $2000 in repair's on my suv and went there 5/17/15 cause Todd told me they would fix what i was out of pocket.I got there and he said he couldn't help me cause he said when my suv had the repairs done he didn't own the dealership. I don't get what that has to do with me? I also went on 5/16/15 for there promotional program's that they have a lot and talked to a Kayla was told i won $25000 for there game. Which turned out to be another lie. She also said if i got a co-signer to get a suv that we would get another $25000 and the co-signer would get $3400 for helping me.Which it was another lie and scam. I asked her if i could get my prize of $25000 that i won and she took off.Then a guy named Damon came to the table and talked to me and i asked him for my prize.When he came back he handed me a lottery card which was not what i won. The flyer i have for this game said the lottery ticket was supposed to be a $1,000,000 instant jackpot which i won nothing. NCDJR is a really bad dealership to go to and deal with and you will get scam by them in ways you might never know.BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!! I was going there for years and never knew how much they scam me out of until i looked at all my bills with repairs there which i should have looked closer at my bills. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN AND JUST WARNING EVERYONE OUT THERE ABOUT THIS PLACE.

I brought my Jeep in to have recall work done on the heated mirrors and also to have the oil changed and to find out why the parking lights on the trailer hitch weren't working. The technician was very polite and took the time to talk to me about the problem with the trailer parking light issue. It was a blown fuse but he was able to help me narrow down the probably cause of the problem. They also recommended other regular maintenance that was due on my vehicle and took care of that too.

Bought a car from Carli J. on Friday. We went in for an even swap of a large used vehicle, hoping to get a smaller new vehicle. Instead of trying to say, "well you can get this but you'll have to pay $5,000 more" like all of the other dealers we doing, Carli went right to what we COULD get without putting more money up. They also gave us an incredible even swap (the new car was about $3,600 more than any other dealer was going to trade us). We also got about $1,100 more than trade in value on the car. They were not pushy at all and made the process very quick and easy. The even helped us cancel a non-transferrable warranty on the vehicle we traded in. I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

I took a vehicle with 13,000 miles to Nemer Chrysler in Saratoga for a check engine light problem. Service charged me $153 for an oil change and diagnostics. They said the work wasn't covered under warranty because the oil filter installed by someone else wasn't the correct one. That caused the engine light to come on even though I'd been driving the car a few thousand miles with that oil filter. I bought 2 new vehicles at this dealership in the past 2 yrs.; I'll never step foot at Nemer again.

Roger helped me find a the jeep wrangler I was looking for. He is at all not your "pushy" car salesman and answered all my questions in detail. He is very pleasant and stress free! Ask for him and he will take good care of you!
