I bought a Cadillac from you's and it's been less than your warranty states 3 months or 3000 miles. Let's see if you do good business or not. I paid you's close to 9000.00 the car was hardly driven and I put more miles on the car bringing it back to you's to replace the auxiliary water pump. The check engine light came on after you say you changed the water pump and I take it to auto zone same code. I take it to a Cadillac dealer and they say the auxiliary water pump was never changed. I don't know what games your playing but I sat there for 4 hours or more and yous did nothing to the car but unplug the battery and reset the code according to the Cadillac dealer. I don't expect you to give me all my money back but call me and take your car back and give me some of my money back so I can buy another car. I call you , you say you'll call me back. I leave msg no one calls me back. Let's make this right Bc everyone isn't going to just walk away and get beat. Some MF will die over principal. I look forward to hearing from you and I'll update and let ya know what happened or you might be reading about me in the newspaper.

Been coming to New Concept for car maintenance and repairs for more than 5 years now and have never been disappointed. With other mechanics, I've been cheated to thinking State inspections cost over $60, oil changes for $80-$100, and simple repairs for many hundreds. Mike, the mechanic, has never tried to sell me anything that was not immediately necessary. In fact, Mike is the only mechanic I've ever encountered who has told me on multiple occasions that things were OK and could wait. Honestly, just ask for Mike. He is the only mechanic I trust, so much so that even after moving to Drexel Hill, I still go to Mike for everything.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this place. They took 10k from me and the car ran for only 2 weeks. They told me they couldn't do nothing for me if I can give no star I would. This place should be shut down. I made reports to the better business bureau. Low down dirty bottom of the barrel scums!!

Wow where do I start? If I could give 0 stars I would please don't ever shop for a car at this used car dealer I bought a truck from them years ago it was a good truck Ford Ranger I came back and bought another car it did not have air conditioning it did not have he it did not have oil we did not have breaks horrible place to shop for a car never go there please heed my warning don't ever shop for a car here

Be careful of this dealership, they were very very happy to take my money but do not stand behind their cars. I was looking for a vehicle to purchase for my wife to drive the kids around and I found the vehicle I was looking for at New Concept, after agreeing on the price I agreed to come down (I live out of state) and buy the vehicle. Upon arrival the car wasn't 100% clean, I noticed some bolts that were loose and was a little nervous but decided to take it for a short test drive. I test drove it and it seemed ok, so I ended up purchasing the vehicle but halfway on my ride home the check engine light came on, which after getting my mechanic to diagnose the issue, is going to cost me over $500 to repair. Weirdly, the battery literally died the next day in my driveway (I didn't leave anything interior lights on or anything) also, while my mechanic was checking the engine light he said the vehicle had been in a front end collision which wasn't disclosed. After contacting them several times they said unfortunately there is nothing they could do. If you go visit them, PLEASE TAKE THE CAR TO YOUR TRUSTED MECHANIC 1st BEFORE YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE!!

we where just looking around not really knowing if we could be approved , Joe the salesman was very friendly and really gave us more information then any other dealer we visited , not being pushy at All and let us have time to choose a car , making sure it was sound inside and out and also we could test drive as many times (twice) as needed to become secure in our buying decision they have car fax for every car they have also giving good warranties on all of the cars on the lot but let us know we could always extend the warranty for a longer period of time , I found it like trying to get all needed ingredients for a big cook out they showed us where everything on my list was located and let us pick out what we needed quick and fast no hassles !

I had a very good buying experience, test drove the car i was looking for and it met all of my expectations. I spoke with Joe, salesman a few times on the phone prior to visiting the facility. Joe was very polite and helpful. The car he described to me on the phone was exactly on point. The owners were extremely helpful in getting the deal closed and getting me into the car. Nick was very honest (man who closed the deal with man), with NO Hidden Fees. The price was the price.... Many other dealers have expensive fees they do not tell you about until your ready to sign... I would highly recommend New Concept to all!

never again will i go to this place the car was not even cleaned on the inside or out, sale guy was very misleading on the phone then when we got there the whole story change.45 min ride for nothing

We had a very good buying experience, we test drove two cars. It was something wrong with the first car by the time we came back with the second one it was being repaired. So we bought the first one :-) the sales team were very polite and helpful. Team Brown!!!
