Just purchased a used F150 truck from Nick Abraham's. Usually would rather have a root canal with no pain killer than buy a used vehicle. The people at Nick Abraham made it totally painless. From the salesman to the owners we were treated with respect. Also needed to have a new key made in there shop. Brian took care of it in no time the following day and even rewashed the truck, something I didn't expect. Can't say enough good things about our purchase experience at this dealership.

Brian from service was rude on the phone when I tried to make an appointment. I asked 2 questions and he rudely interupted me and said I have a line of customers and I don't have time for these questions. Apparently, I'm not a worthy customer so I took my bussiness elsewhere and won't be back. I spoke to Cathy about my complaint and she was wonderful. If they were all like her I would come back.
