I feel like this dealership deserves praise for the awesome job they performed. I simply would like to say how WONDERFUL Nissan of Clinton(Clinton, NC) was in my car buying experience yesterday. I'm almost speechless! Just for a quick summary, I have purchased many vehicles over the years but, this was by far the easiest and best experience yet. I actually dreaded the whole idea of buying a new vehicle, pushy salesmen and the long paperwork process is not my favorite thought. However I received just the opposite. My husband sent an email to NOC with the vehicle I wanted with the options I wanted(Pathfinder SL, Black with black or charcoal leather interior). They did not have what we wanted in stock, by that afternoon, the same day, Mr. Donnie Lamm called and had exactly what I asked for. I was in disbelief thinking it would take several days/weeks to make that happen. We went to the dealership, even looked at a few other options just to make sure it's what I wanted and the paper work began. They were quick, as we were extremely short on time however they were very efficient. They were so considerate of our time and needs. They were not pushy but instead they made sure I had what I wanted when I drove away. I did not feel like I was just a commission check, I felt like they genuinely cared about what I wanted and needed and would do whatever it took to make it happen. It honestly, was the most painless car buying experience I've ever had and I am beyond happy with Nissan of Clinton. I will use this dealership for all my needs in the future! I will also be referring all of my friends and family to Mr. Donnie Lamm and Mr. Michael Morris. Thank you Nissan of Clinton for being so helpful and making this so easy for me!

My wife & I appreciated the honest answers to our questions regarding the vehicle specs, warranty coverage, and service coverage. We were not pressured to buy or directed to a particular model just for a sale. Very Professional & Friendly staff!!!!

Service was below poor when resolving a common problem with Nissan Versa heat shields. Made a trip to service department that could have been avoided by merely stating the fact that they won't cover manufacturing defects past 36000 miles in spite of fact that most versas have this issue. Online forums filled with information. Buyers beware. Avoid the smooth talk and problems later

Over charged the advertised price and when they were called out on it!!!!! still did NOT make good on the deal. They will cheat you blindly and they sell you crapy insurance and protection plans without telling you and literally cheat you with pricing on sale and what you will pay after financing.

Today was a very joyious happy day. Keyla Corna was very good saleswoman. Anthing I needed she suplied me and my mom. Even during me tentioning up, she was rubbing my shoulders to calm me down. Everone that I came in contact with treated me with respect and love. The Nissan Family of Clinton are beautiful people. I couldn't say much more to add for them to do, because they are ALRIGHT with me. Hive to tell others how they helped me out. I hope they can help my daughter out soon.

This dealership is awesome. I have been with them since 1995 and have owned 4 Nissan vehicles which have been the best vehicles I have ever owned. My experience with the service team is the best. I live 65 miles away from my dealer and travel that distance because of the crew, their great attitude and the great service. Brandon and Sharon always work with me to get me a time to fit my schedule and get me in and out with great speed. Cannot give the crew names but I am so appreciative of the care they give my vehicle. Everyone is just awesome!!!!! Donnie has the right mix of great people and great service.

Mr. Michael Caine was most courteous in his help, research and assistance as I strongly considered purchasing a new 2012 Titan. Unfortunately, I was looking at a vehicle that was really out of my price range. Despite this, the dealership did everything humanly possible to assist me in finding the right vehicle.At this juncture, I have decided to wait purchasing until a later date. It should be noted however, that this was one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had.HIGHLY RECOMMEND
