We went got a car from Drive Time in Antioch in November. At the time we needed it and had no choice! We was pay $472.02 a month for an 08 Accord with 118,000 miles and over $17,000 left on it after a year! We had been told by every dealership major and minor they could not help us that we was too turned over in this car! After praying on it, I knew I had to go to Nissan then Tim Hewitt referred me to Derryck Russell! I met him the next day after discussing our situation! Most places will say I can definitely help you to get you in, but he actually did! Tomorrow we are getting a 2014 Buick Verano with 30,000 miles on a payment almost half what we was paying! Not only did he get up in a car that had ALL of our needs, wants, and more with a good payment, but he also helped us in making sure that the previous vehicle wouldn't have a big impact on our credit score which means everything when you're rebuilding! This man was not a salesman! He was one caring and helpful person helping another genuinely not looking for self gratification, but to actually make our overall lives better! He listened and took care of us during every step! I very highly recommend him and the dealership who was also very friendly to my children while there! Best car buying experience yet!

This is my second vehicle from Nissan of Cookeville. The first was totaled. I have purchased many vehicles but I have never experienced the knowledge and professionalism that I did with Jeff Harrison. I called them; told them what I wanted and they gave me a price. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Frontier a month ago. My salesman was Jeff Cessna. He was very professional, down to earth, and didn't use high pressure sales techniques. He was very informative and assisted me in purchasing the vehicle that I wanted. Working with Nissan as a whole was pleasant other than the normal haggling that goes on when making such a large purchase. Completely went above and beyond. Kept an eye out for a specific set of criteria of the vehicle we were in search of. Scott Davenport found it, immediately text a link of the vehicle info, and he and finance staff stayed over an hour past closing to help us get exactly what we needed to get done! Their help and service is Unheard of in the car dealer world. Took my " brand new " 2016 Frontier to get the tires balanced and the oil changed and when they were done with my truck and I gave it a quick look over I found two of my wheels scuffed up and deep scratches on them . I tried to talk to a manager but one wasn't there that day and all they could say was there so sorry so now my brand new truck that I'm paying dearly for is scratched up cause of careless piece of xxxx people that are working just for a paycheck. Brought my daughter to Nissan of Cookeville on Saturday to check out the cars. John Milligan sat down with us and listened to all her wants and needs. He ask her to wait and the first car he gets out of the lot she falls in love with. They worked with to get payments in a comfortable range for her. I was a proud momma. While waiting for them to call us in to sign papers I saw a car I fell in love with(2013 Sentra). John was great about telling me all the features without being pushy. I left that day and didn't buy. I held my breathe until Monday evening and went back and traded. John listened to all the things I wanted and he suggested that I keep an open mind and look at a car he thought I might like better. He was SO right. I was in love. I purchased my third new car from Nissan that evening. I drove off the lot in a 2016 Nissan Sentra. Still one proud momma!! The Cookeville Nissan is by far the most accommodating dealership we've had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time! Our salesman, Jeff Harrison, did an amazing job as a team with his brother-in-law, who was in training. They were always asking if we needed anything to drink while we were waiting for the paper work to go through, and during the test drive Jeff's brother-in-law was very calm and gave crystal directions. John Milligan and Micah from finance were both very helpful and competent. The experience overall was positive; however, I do miss the 'old' way of car shopping where the customer actually walks through the lot and sits in different cars and picks out which they'd most like to test drive based on what they see in doing so. I was asked a few questions and the cars were picked out for me based on those answers - which may be a quicker process, to a degree, but far less personable. I am happy with one they brought to me but it would've been nice to have seen all of that particular model in the lot to ensure that it was definitely the specific one I wanted. They old way would allow the purchase to have felt less 'assigned' and more 'chosen.'

As the title indicates, this was the best experience I've had at any automobile dealership for any brand. Friends and associates have dealt with and recommended Nissan of Cookeville, and after I decided that a Frontier was the truck I wanted, I went the extra distance from the Knoxville area. The extra time and effort was more than compensated by the dealership's efforts to find just the vehicle I wanted. The salesman was Jeff Harrison, who responded to every call, question, and request without hesitation and with absolute professionalism. Jeff worked to find just the truck I wanted, and I got exactly the vehicle I was after: 4-door, long bed, 4-wheel drive, and the precise color and trim package, which is not very common. It was refreshing not to be bombarded with the high-pressure pitch, which is another reason I decided to go outside of the Knoxville area. Jeff Harrison is a true gentleman, and you'd do well to take a trip to Cookeville's Nissan dealership. And while the financing portion of the sale was brief in comparison, Stephanie Boles was equally pleasant and professional, and took time to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions along the way.The truck is great, and I can recommend Nissan, the Frontier, and the nice folks at Nissan of Cookeville without reservation.

I had a great experience at Nissan in Cookeville! My sales person was Scott Davenport and I felt like he went above and beyond for me. He knew the first day I came that I wasn't expecting to purchase on that day but he still tried to help me find a car in my budget, took his time with me, and let me test drive my favorite that day. I went to four dealerships in Cookeville that day and he was the only person to do that since they all knew I didn't want to purchase on that day. This caused me to come back the next morning and know what car I wanted and who I wanted to buy it from! He knew that this was my first time buying a car from a dealership so he tried to provide me with as much information as possible and help me understand everything. He was extremely nice and helpful for my entire experience. He even called me yesterday to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and to see if I needed anything. My mom was with me for my purchase and she even said that she wants to go back to Nissan and buy from Scott when she is ready to upgrade her vehicle. Stephanie Boles was also great in the finance office and helped figure out the best deal that would work for me! Great service!

I just purchased my 3rd Nissan Rogue from Cookeville Nissan. My first experience was a new 2013 model and I have no complaints, only compliments. But then I was rear-ended and accordioned into the car in front of me. The dealership's body shop did not total the car, but came in $400 under Total. Then they kept my car for 41 days to only return it with a bent frame and gaps where there shouldn't be, torn seals, and dirt, debris, and hair inside the new paintjob. I returned to the dealership upset and intent that they "make it right." After multiple trips and phone calls, a deal was finally made aND I purchased a 2015 Rogue. The color I wanted was at a Nashville dealership. The next day I picked up my new Rogue which had been delivered to Cookeville. Shockingly, the paint on the entire rear end of the car was horribly chipped. It appeared as though the car was on on the front of the car hauler behind a gravel truck. I counted 27 paint chips. Cookeville Nissan washed this car before presenting it to me. They saw it, but still tried to sell to me. I refused ownership and a still-wrapped-in-plastic 2015 Rogue was delivered to the dealershipark for me. I LOVED that car. Sadly, last week a girl ran a stop sign and Tboned me and my 2 young boys. The Rogue took great care of use, therefore I decided to purchase a 2016 Rogue since the 2015 was a total. (I did not use the dealership body shop.) I had hoped the last experience was a fluke of bad service, bit it wasn't. Problems:1. Sells guy Jeff quoted 2.99% interest - finance (Vince)gave me 4.67% (I have an 820 credit rating and last car was 1.99%). This made made my monthly payment $45 more per month. I am a teacher so $45 is a lot of money.2. The dealership new I was coming to buy and said they would have car ready. I was meeting my husband after he got off work and I would have our young son's with us. When I arrived, we were shown a dirty smudged car. So checking the paint wasn't easy. 3. Of course when you buy a brand new car, you expect a sparkling, shiny clean car. I didn't get one. Not only did they leave smeared windows and dirty drip marks from water, BUT THEY DIDN'T WASH THE TOP OF THE CAR. 4. On they way home from the dealership I turned off XM radio and turned on local stations. Or tried to. Reception was terrible. When I arrived at home and was moving into my new car I relaxed they didn't attach my antenna. Now, my complaints might sound petty. But after purchasing 3 cars in 3 years from this dealership I expect A+ service. Jeff told me they sale 300 cars per month. Sales are too easy for them and apparently they don't have to work for customer satisfaction. This customer IS NOT SATISFIED. I WILL NOT RETURN. Next purchase will be a Toyota from the dealership down the road.

I contacted Cookeville Nissan interested in two Rogue's which I had found online at 2 other dealerships in TN. I went in to purchase a 2016 Rogue SV with moonroof and I wanted the Cayenne Red with fog lights. I had vin #s and pictures of the vehicles I liked from the other dealers. After sitting at Cody's desk over an hour and half and him and Micah telling me they could not find one in the state of TN, because both Cool Springs and Newton's had sold the ones I had the vin #s on, they magically found one. Supposedly in South Carolina, but there was a little bad news......it was about 1500 more then the ones I had found, but that 1500 included some extra options???? Well guess what I believed them and bought it!!!!! Paid my money down and was supposed to pick it up on Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday, I got a text from Cody saying it was done. I went to pick it up and glanced at the vin # and low and behold it was the Rogue from Cool Springs (that they had sold???) with an MSRP of $27475 and Cookeville Nissan charged me $28931. So when I start questioning Cody Tillis, he was having a hard time explaining and goes to get Travis Winston and his only thing he could say is "I don't know what the bid deal is, you are driving off in the car you wanted and we can't give you $6000 rebates/incentives off and $4000 for a trade as well". I stated the big deal is you added 1500 to your MSRP to make it look as though you gave me 1500 more for my trade, and if you only could give me $2500 for my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder, that's what you should have told me from the beginning. The whole deal was a lie. The MSRP on both of the ones I had found was $27475 and $27330. Nissan was advertising $6000 off of both of those models. I got my keys and left. I was very irritated. I had already wasted approximately 6 hours with this dealership and walked away knowing they are a dealership you can't trust. You better watch your numbers with this dealership!!!!! They change the MSRP so they can get your trade for nothing. There is a lot more to all of this but it would take more then this page to tell it. Another lie was they had said Newton's had sold the Rogue I liked of theirs, well I drove it home last night a happy customer and saved over $2000 with them. I would not recommend anyone to go to Cookeville Nissan.

I bought a used vehicle from Nissan of Cookeville and within 2 days of driving off the lot the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle back to the dealership and luckily I bought the extended warranty because if I hadn't they wouldn't have done anything. They kept my vehicle for over 2 weeks and did not provide me with a comparable vehicle that would meet my needs for work, so I lost a lot of work during those 2 weeks. They replaced my engine with a non-rebuilt engine from a junk yard that leaks oil everywhere and has still yet to fix the leak. After they replaced the engine I noticed that they left the reservoir cap that provides antifreeze to the radiator off and I had to go back to have them put it back on. Luckily it wasn't warm enough for the engine to overheat. Also keep in mind that I had to make 10 or more trips back and forth to Nissan from my home which is a 80 mile round trip to try and get all my issues resolved. I am out 800 miles total in gas. Lost over $1000.00 worth of work and still don't have a reliable vehicle because the oil is leaking on the exhaust which can cause a fire. I use the vehicle for my lively hood because I am self-employed and told them that before I bought the vehicle. I have contacted them several times regarding the leak and still nothing has been done. I am going to have to fix the leak myself and seek legal help about the issue. I have everything documented so it should be a no brainer when we go to court. The fact that the check engine light came on so quickly shows that the issue was pre-existing and shows foul play on Nissan's part. When asked I will not recommend Nissan of Cookeville because of the poor service I have received. I have never had this many issues when buying a used vehicle and I will never buy from Nissan of Cookeville again.

Let's just put it simple, Jeff Harrison might as well be known as El Jefe. We ended up going past three other Nissan dealers on our way to Cookeville. We drove almost 3 hours from Campbell County because they were able to make what was impossible, for all the other dealerships I spoke to, possible. We pretty much had the deal done over the phone and just had to come and sign papers. Great staff, open, honest and a no pressure environment. Not to mention we love our new Titan XD Pro-4x diesel!!!

I was on the hunt for what I thought was the impossible Murano. After looking for over 9 months, the exact one showed up at Nissan of Cookeville.After talking with Seth Wells on the phone about the vehicle and setting up an appointment, we drove the 80 miles to the dealership. Having driven an older Murano for the past 5 years, Kristi knew more about the vehicle than I did and with so many Nissans on the lot to learn, I was impressed with all the small details she pointed out.The whole process went very smoothly and I actually enjoyed the negotiation with Travis Winston. The first car I test drove was the one I wanted and was disappointed when I found out at that the Bank wouldn't finance. Test drove two other cars but I knew the Kia Optima (first car I test drove and came to buy) was for me. Kenton did everything he could to get me in that car and that's exactly how he did it. I drove all the way from Strawberry Plains to make a deal with this dealership and I'm glad I did. There was only one car in the east Tennessee area that had the options that I wanted and it was at this dealership. My thanks to Jeff Harrison and Jeff Cummings for working to get me a deal that came in under budget. To my surprise Mr. Cummings found another discount after I had cut a check, I gladly had to cut another check that saved me hundreds of dollars. I'm sure most other dealerships would have never said a word and kept the profit. They detailed the car and filled up the gas tank before we left and took time to explain all the features that came with the car.My wife had a lot of questions and Mr. Harrison was a very understanding man and knew his product well. Honesty and Integrity must be at the top of the dealership's mission statement.

Went to Nissan of Cookeville to have my Frontier serviced. Talked to a salesman Derrick St James about financing my truck because the lease was about up. Everything went well with Derrick and then Brady Bush got involved. Things went downhill fast at that point. Brady Bush was so rude that he actually mocked me, repeating my words sarcasticly when I said I didn't understand what he was talking about when he said I had to pay off my lease. I already knew that I just wanted to know what Nissan's interest rate would be! To finance the purchase. He was so rude that my wife and I got up and walked out. We purchased the Frontier from Oak Ridge Nissan and things could not have gone any smoother. Oak Ridge's transfer fees were much lower than Cookeville's. I will never!r deal with Brady Bush or Cookeville Nissan again.

But when I called Mr. Brandon Williams, Manager at Nissan of Cookeville, he knew right away I was serious about buying a car and was very patient and respectful with me while negotiating car price. I had stopped to just look and see which vehicle I would be interested in. It was pouring the rain and Cody Hillis was out in the lot. As I later found out, he had a customer on the phone and had gone to the lot to answer a question the customer had about a vehicle. Once he finished with the phone call he stopped to see if he could help me. IN THE RAIN !! He was such a nice person and so helpful that I came back to purchase my vehicle from him. I did recommend him and would do so again. This is the 5th Nissan that has been purchased by my family in the last 8 years. I like the fact that Nissan is a very reliable vehicle. I travel approximately 75 miles per day and the miles really add up for me. I will again be looking into a Nissan purchase, when the time comes for another one. I had issues with my Nissan not starting and dealership would not call me back. Just took messages and then nothing. Also, I was not told about a disposition fee of $395 at the time of signing lease. I was told by finance manager that if I didn't go over the miles and there was no significant wear then the only thing I might pay for would be routine items such as wiper blades. Never mentioned disposition fee. I turned the car in one month early with 2000 miles left on lease and still got billed $395 plus tax. I called nissan and was told it doesn't matter what the finance manager said and I'm responsible for this payment. Not happy.

Pete Baymiller was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my car buying process. I went in this morning and just wanted to test drive a vehicle, but I ended up going home with a Pathfinder in about two hours flat. I have been in the market for a while for a new car for our large family, but have been on the fence with make and model. I never felt pressured with Pete. The Pathfinder sold itself. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. I give him 5 stars, and I will highly recommend his services to my friends and family. Thanks, Pete!

My 8 year Saturn finally gave out on me on the way to work about 1:30 this afternoon. I thought of Nissan of Cookeville, because my sister has a Nissan. I made a phone call and made an appointment with Seth for about 4. When I get there Seth introduces me to Derrek. He made me feel welcome and comfortable, such an easy person to talk to. All I had to do was tell him what I needed and he took care of everything else. I was out of there by about 6, a very satisfied and happy new car owner. The sales people, Micah and Pete were awesome. Can`t say the same for the service manager. Having a problem with the air bag light, and on the 4th visit , this guy wants a debit or credit card and proof of insurance so he can rent us a vehicle while he services ours, this after he told me what day to bring my truck and that THEY would get us a rental so they could take mine home to be sure it was fixed. Now, my air bag light is STILL flashing , they want to put 165 miles on my truck AND they want me to pay for a vehicle to drive while they play with mine, I don`t think so. I`ll be sure and tell one of my family members that, if I have a wreck and the air bag deploying WOULD have saved my life , and since they can`t or won`t fix it, then here is a copy of my obit for you to keep and thank you for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found a Frontier on Cargurus about 9:00 PM on Wednesday night. I sent a message to the dealer and was going to go to bed. My phone rang almost immediately. Adam Skarzysnki called me to see if he could answer any questions. After talking with him, he set up an appointment for me on Saturday morning at 9:45. When I arrived, Adam treated me like an old friend and followed through with the entire sales process. I bought the truck. Stephenie handled the financial portion and I was on my way back to Chattanoog in my new purchase. Very professional staff.

We were also hesitant about visiting a dealership and expected hassles regarding the pricing, financing and purchase process. Instead we had a fantastic car buying experience! Andy met us at the door with a warm, friendly welcome and started helping us the moment we stepped inside the showroom. We chatted for a few minutes with Andy and Scott about what we were looking for before getting started on the financing process. They worked tirelessly on a Sunday afternoon to secure financing for us because many of the banks were closed or not responding quickly due to it being a Sunday afternoon. While we were waiting to hear back on our financial options, Andy took us for a test drive on a 2015 Nissan Sentra. He did a great job of explaining everything about the car and what we could expect as Nissan owners. He answered every question and was very patient and informative throughout our test drive. Upon returning to the dealership we received a finance offer but Andy felt there would be better options made available to us the next day. He came in Monday morning and got started working on our account. He did a great job of keeping in contact with us throughout the day, letting us know the status of the offers he received. We were able to secure a finance deal for close to our ideal monthly payment and made plans with Andy to come back to the dealership that night. We arrived on Monday night to find everything ready to go! We simply had to fill out the paperwork and were ready to leave with our new 2015 Nissan Sentra. Stephanie did a great job going through all of the tedious financial paperwork with us. Once everything had been signed, Andy handed us the keys and walked us outside to our new car! He had taken the courtesy of having it detailed and it looked fantastic!! My husband and I couldn't be happier about the experience we had at this dealership. We have already referred several friends who are also looking for their next car to this dealership!

I've purchased a lot of cars in my life, and Cookeville Nissan has been the most pleasant by far. I first met Jennifer Boles about a year ago when I was in the market for a truck, and looking at the Nissan Frontier. I ultimately went with a steal from a friend-of-a-friend for a used truck. However, in the course of this, Jennifer asked about future car needs, and I mentioned that I'd need to get my daughter a car this summer. Well, Jennifer remembered all this, asked how I liked my truck, etc, as we talked about this new car. Very impressed with the professionalism. Jennifer and Justin very quickly got me to a great deal, no hassle or pressure, and 'you have to come in TODAY for this deal'. No pressure at all. Did everything over email and text message. Adam sent a video walk around tour of the car which was a big help as well.Picked up the car last night. Adam was great. He had finance finish up the paperwork while he showed us the car and let us take it for a drive. Got back signed the paperwork, and we were off. Delightful staff, extremely professional. In the words of the immortal Nigel Tufnel, "The numbers all go to eleven. Look, right across the board, eleven, eleven, eleven." Jennifer, Justin, and Adam. Nissan made my vehicle shopping experience enjoyable. It was triple digit heat index the first day I was there, and Brian my car salesman, acted like it was a balmy day at the beach! He answered all my questions with patience and no pressure gimmicks. He knew his products, and made the overwhelming choices navigable. All the information presented was informative for MY benefit, not to pressure or influence my shopping experience. Arrived at dealership at 8:15 am on Monday after finding the used vehicle on their internet site. Micah Roland met me at the showroom. told him what suv I was looking at. He went and got the keys and we tried it out. Back at the dealership we came to an agreement on the price. He took me to the finance manager's office to complete all of the paperwork. I told manager that I would not need to finance the suv , I would write a check to pay for the suv, After asking several questions, that seemed to bother him to answer, we finally got all the papers signed and I was ready to go to get my tags. WRONG. Paperwork wrong, couldn't register vehicle and get tags. Back to dealership to get it straightened out . I found a personal check had to be held for 21 days, nobody said anything about this when I wrote the check. Now to the bank to get a certified check, Back to dealership again. this time they finally got it right after a manager got involved and got the paperwork corrected. It is now 3:00 pm. This is crazy. It shouldn't take all day to buy a car. Finally got tags and went home. What started out as a good feeling with Micah as the salesman and a nice suv, went south in a hurry. This sure doesn't make me want to come back or recommend dealership to my friends.

We spoke with several different Nissan Dealers over the phone. Cody Hillis at Cookeville Nissan was the only sales person to actually give me the quotes that I ask for. Others dealerships returned my calls and gave me the "sales pitch" about why I needed to come on in and take a test drive, but they never gave me the quotes in my email that I ask for. I made an appointment with Cody Hillis at Cookeville Nissan to purchase my Nissan. He never tried to add in anything to the quotes he had given me. Cody was very understanding {even when I couldn't decide on a color}. The whole experience, even the finance department was excellent. We received the value we wanted for our trade. We are satisfied with our choice to shop at Cookeville Nissan.

My husband granddaughter and I recently went to Nissan of Cookeville to purchase a used vehicle. We had found a vehicle on the internet listed by this dealer, drove to Cookeville to look at it first hand. Upon arrival at the dealer Salesman Walter Lee met us in the parking lot as we exited our car. We told him we had found a car on the internet we want to check out and gave him the print out of the car. After a few minutes of conversation we were asked us if we were ready to see the car. We talked with Walter Lee maybe ten minutes about the car then he got the vehicle and we went for a test drive. Neil was very helpful and understanding, he seemed as if we had known him for years. Walter Lee was easy to deal with, and my husband and I were very comfortable talking to him. We drove the vehicle and began the final negotiations. In a little more that 3 hour we left the dealer with our vehicle. It wouldn't have took that long but we waited for the car to be detailed and perms coat applied inside and out. It was as pleasurable car purchase as I have ever experienced. I would recommend Walter Lee and Nissan of Cookeville to anyone looking for a used or new automobile.

I was originally looking for a sentra, Manuel transmission when I came onto the lot. I was immediately greeted with a firm handshake by Jeremiah. I expressed to him what I was looking for and he told me they didn't have one available but could easily get one. But he went ahead and showed me the same one just with an automatic. A week later he called me and told me he was coming back from Nashville with a 6 speed sentra himself. I came in that weekend to look at it and drive it. After we drove I mentioned to him that I saw a commercial for an altima I asked if I could look at one, without hesitation he pulled one up for me to look at. In the end I ended up leaving with my new altima. I had to leave my trade there and go pick up my wife to come backto get it. The next day I received a phone call from Jeremiah asking me if I had made it alright because it was late at night. That made me feel like it wasn't just another sale, but that I've made a friend through the process.

As a preacher local to the area I always look for great customer service anywhere I go. I had looked at some of the previous reviews for Nissan of Cookeville and decided to try them out. I made the right choice. When I pulled up on the lot I was greeted by Jeremiah Heathco. I told him I was in search of a 6 speed sentra. He told me he didn't have one on the lot but could easily get one. So instead of that being it, he showed me a sentra exactly comparable to the one I would be purchasing. A week later he had called me and told me he was on his way back from Nashville himself with a 6 speed sentra. I came back up and looked at it, then mentioned to him about an Altima. Without hesitation he gladly showed me one then another. In the end I ended up purchasing a 2015 altima from Jeremiah. Not only did he leave me with confidence but he called me immediately the next day to make sure I made it home safely after coming back to town late to pick up my other vehicle.

For some reason it has become in vogue for car dealers to claim they are different from other car dealers. On paper this is an attractive concept. However, as much as Nissan of Cookeville would like you to believe they are different I can tell you first hand its business as usual. They play the same games the rest of them do. We were lied to multiple times by our salesman, high pressured by the sales manager, coerced into signing blank documents for a vehicle that wasn't even on the lot. Now when you call in to talk to anyone about anything they use some minimum wage receptionist to run interference. I have tried on many occasions to reach my salesman, the general manager, the title office and to find out who the actual owner is. All my attempts blocked. It is an extremely poor way to treat a new customer. To this date nobody from the dealership has contacted me about my concerns which the receptionist has well documented. If you are looking for a dealership with a nice clean showroom, friendly and helpful on the front side of the sale, then they might be for you. If you think believe how you're treated after they cash the check is really the truest test of a good dealership then you will be disappointed as am I. Not every customer is an easy slam dunk, and we certainly are not those people. Nor are we their worst. It does make one wonder how they treat their bad customers.

I am happy with my vehicle but felt that I was at a disadvantage to negotiate very much due to my credit, I feel that some additional options were pushed on me because of my credit that could have been avoided and saved me about a $1,000. But otherwise I was happy with the experience. I kept asking for a breakdown of the extended warranties so that I could make a decision (I am a visual type of person) but was told that there was nothing showing a simplified breakdown of the warranties, so I had to trust Vince Triglia that the one I got was the right one at the right price.

Friendly, informative, and nice to work with during the process of elimination and ultimately choosing the car I wanted. Previously had a 99' Altima with 230,000 miles. Although my car still runs well, I was definitely in need of an upgrade. My only complaint is when someone works so hard to maintain a near excellent credit score, the interest rate should be 0 no matter if there are any rebates or not. Should offer better financing options for customers that pride themselves on excellent credit especially when they choose to stay with nissan instead of choosing a competitor.

Tony the Tiger might have been GREAT but that was eating cereal. Nissan of Cookeville, has the most pleasant store with high energy and great hospitality. I was met by a wonderful salesperson, Neil Rocha within two minutes of driving up on the lot and he worked feverishly to make my experience the best. Neil is genuine, honest, and hard working. Neil Rocha was the salesman that was helping him out... Neil showed him one... even took him on a test drive and my husband liked how it drove. Jeff told him we would be back after I got off from work to look at it and see what I thought. When I got home we went back to the store and when Jeff showed it to me I fell in love with it. Reading the title of my review people are probably like "What?!", but honestly I had a wonderful experience at this dealership and purchased a car I love! I originally came here looking for a used vehicle I had seen online, a cute little Honda Fit which I had previously owned one of. I was pretty upset when they informed me that it sold already and they still asked if they could help me find anything else to meet my needs. I wasn't too excited because I had my mind set on what I had come for, but then I saw the Versa Note SV.. It was just a better built version of the Fit, and the colors were great! Jeremiah was so helpful and immediately apologized for the incorrect information we received about the Fit and offered to show us the Versa Note. We test drove it with the trainee, Brian, and had a great time. They both explained in much depth plenty of detail about the car. More than most dealers would even think to put down on paper! These two are great! We then sat down with them and started on the buying process and they did everything they could to make it so stress free and enjoyable, They of course asked us if we wanted certain add-ons but never pressured us or made us think we were doing the wrong thing by not purchasing them. They made us feel like we were friends, not just some people coming in to buy a car. They worked with us to get us the best deal they could manage where we all came out on top. We also enjoyed the Financial Personnel, Stephanie. She was very forward with us on things and didn't try to get us to add on a bunch of different things that you "need". She was honest and very friendly as well. She was very personable and we enjoyed dealing with her because she really seems to care about your well being and safety, while helping you get a great deal as well. The management here is amazing. I can't remember this mans name to save my life, but he was also a big part of the "negotiation process", and wanted to do nothing but please us, being the customer. He worked with us to achieve a great value on our trade in and get us a great payment! We will be back here for future purchases I have no doubt! If you do go here ask for Jeremiah/ or Brian who is training, but was so helpful and will be an awesome salesman as well! This place is just awesome and they have a wonderful team! The third time was again in October, due to my son being in an accident. All three times we had a great experience. He did not pressure us in any way. My wife and I recently went to Nissan of Cookeville to purchase a used vehicle. We had found a vehicle on the internet listed by this dealer, called and inquired about coming to Cookeville to look at it first hand. Upon arrival at the dealer Neil Rocha met us in the parking lot as we exited our car. We told him we had already spoke to someone by phone and he promptly and politely took us in and to that person. After a few minutes of conversation we were asked us if we minded working with Neil. We said that would be fine with us. We talked with Neil maybe a half hour then he got the vehicle and we went for a test drive. Neil was very helpful and understanding, he seemed as if we had known him for years. We went to lunch and returned to continue our efforts to buy the vehicle. Neil was easy to deal with, and my wife and I were very comfortable talking to him. We drove the vehicle again and began the final negotiations. In a little more that an hour we left the dealer with our vehicle. It was as pleasurable car purchase as I have ever experienced. I would recommend Neil Rocha and Nissan of Cookeville to anyone looking for a used or new automobile.

Bought a 2011 vehicle. Sales person said that on average dealership spent $400 on each car they take in trade and resell. He also assured me services were up to date.After driving the car home from the dealership the change engine oil light came on and I noticed the window sticker (from the previous dealer) was done 5000 miles previous to the indicated mileage.Also, upon inspection at my personal dealership all 4 tires were found with dry rot and needed replacement.While I don't expect a used car to be perfect I don't like being misled in the process. I probably would have bought the car if they had given me the actual condition but still don't appreciate getting the sales "snow job."

Purchased a new pathfinder in 2010. Vehicle was fine, My problems began when I traded it in last October after I moved to New Mexico. In May I was able to reach Vince (Finance Manager) at the dealership and submitted all the required paperwork to get my refund. The problem I have is I haven't heard from Vince and have not recieved my refund. I have called and left messages and sent emails. Today I left a message to talk to the manager of the dealer. All I want is to get my refund processed! It would be great to have some communication.

The salesman was very nice and helpful, but after that the whole experience fell apart! We bought a new car and after getting home had some questions. Called our sales guy and he gave my information to the finance guy we had worked with. It took two days for the finance guy to call back, and when he did I was told, "tough you signed the paperwork." At this point me and my wife are furious, and long story short my wife talks to the most arrogant human being I have ever met(the manager). He talks down to my wife but says we will talk about what happened on Saturday since we had to take the car back and get some extra things done.This meeting went as I expected with the manager at one point laughing at me and acting like he was better than us. So, in closing if you buy from here ask lots of questions because they admitted all they do is move numbers around to try and make people happy and pull the wool over their eyes. Whatever you do don't question their antics because they will ridicule you and tell you how great they are. This was the last time I ever plan on walking into this dealership.

I started my search for a Nissan on line and was connected with B.J. Sullivan he keep in touch with me guite often as I was not able to come into the dealership right away due to some injuries I sustained in my Auto Accident. I then came in to look at some Altima's and meet Mr. Logan Allen and B.J. we sat down and they told me what I needed to bring in as my car was totaled.I then came in the next day and B.J. was off but Mr. Allen was so gracious and welcoming that we started looking for a car immediately and he was very knowledgeable about all the cars, not just the Altima as I did inquire about the Rogue also. I told him what I had in mind and what I really had to have on the car and he immediately took me to those cars only, we looked at quite a few of them. He knew which auto's had the equipment I was looking for. The dealership had quite a variety to choose from. I then had to go home as it was getting late and I needed to get some paperwork for him to start to write up the deal.I returned the next day with all my necessary paperwork and we completed my search and I really ended up with a car which had more on it then I thought I could afford, but he and Mr. Brady Bush the manager, managed to get me a car that I just love and the finance man Vince had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. We went over all the paperwork and I was out of there in just a matter of what seemed like minutes. Mr. Allen then went over all the features of the car with me and we even took a picture together and Mr. Allen even went out of his way to help me get my rental car back to Enterprise.Now if you don't call that efficiency, I don't know what you would call it.I would recommend Nissan Of Cookeville to everyone, and also let them know it does not matter who you deal with they all were very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable while I was there with them, even as far as keeping my thirst quenched.They never once talked down to me or tried any funny stuff like most dealers do, such as this is an add on, the price they give you is the price you pay for the car. I found a 2005 Nissan Sentra special Edition on Car Gurus that they had listed on there to try to help them sell it faster. the car has over 148,000 miles on it and even though it is a good looking car it is prices way high for the miles it has on it. I was going to try to finance the car but by the time they added all kinds of extra cost to the car and the financing it would have costed me 12,000.00 in 48 months. the salesman ask about a down payment and finally I said I will put 500.00 down. then I said the max would be 1,000.00 and he called me back trying to press me for 1,500.00 down and a payment of around 250.00 for 48 months. I bought a new Sentra in 2006 and the payment wasn't much more and it was new. I just feel that they tried to screw over me and then I had chatted with someone on the pop up chat from their web page and she said that she would pass the info on to a manager and I was never called back. trying to deal with them just put a bad taste in my mouth. they claim to be better but are just as bad as the other dealerships around. they just want to make that commission and don't really care. needless to say I turned their offer down and bought a car at another seller.

From the first moment we stepped into the dealership we were treated special. Someone opened the door for us, a couple of greetings, an introduction to Pete from Derrek. Pete listened to what we were looking at, showed us many models and looked for the best deals. They offered us free bottled water, coffee and snacks while we waited on the finance guys, who were a tad busy this Saturday afternoon. The lobby and the restrooms were very clean and well stocked. On a whim we stopped in at Nissan of Cookeville in our 2013 Rogue that we had purchased a year and a half ago to look at the new 2014 Rogue's. We were greeted at the door as it was held open for us by a Nissan employee. Our former salesman, Derrek St. John called to us by name. He apologized for not being able to assist us today, he had other customers, but introduced us to Pete Baymiller who was more than happy to help. Pete listened to what we were looking for and showed us many models. He went out of his way to explain the difference in some of the pricing of similar models. We picked out what we liked, test drove it and settled down to write up the deal. During our time there we were given bottled water, coffee and snacks. I was impressed with the clean lobby and restrooms. After settling on terms, our deal went to the finance guys Brandon and Vince. Brandon made the financing possible and Vince got us an even better deal. We left there smiling in our new 2014 Rogue with lower payments and free oil changes. This was our 3rd new car purchase. We don't even bother looking at what other dealers are selling. Our next new car will come from Nissan of Cookeville.

BJ Sullivan our sales person and Justin Garza, his boss, were helpful (we purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Justin). Both were very friendly, and they made my wife and I comfortable. BJ answered all of our questions, and worked with us in an unthreatening way to arrive at a decent price for both our trade in (2004 Ford Ranger) and our 2013 Nissan Frontier. BJ gave us honest answers to our questions. BJ offered to help us with any problems, and arranged for a tech to drive back to Crossville to pick up the Ranger (we were in Cookeville for a recall on the Pathfinder and did not have the Ranger with us). Our experience with BJ and Justin was great and we would consider a future purchase through them.We felt the final trade-in allowance for the Ford Ranger was a little low. The Sales Manager that BJ was working with for final approval of the deal (don't remember his name) came back with $6,000 for the Ranger, but we wanted $7,000. So we ended up negotiating a $6,500 trade-in allowance. The Sales Manager claimed he could not give us a greater trade-in allowance since he lowered the Frontier price, saying he did us a favor as a repeat customer. When we got home and looked at the internet, all he did was give us the same price that was posted for internet purchase. So we didn't see how he did us any special favor.

I had previously owned a Cube but was driving a Nissan Juke. While my husband loved the power of the turbo on the Juke, it just didn't feel as roomy as the Cube and I never fell in love with it like I had loved my Cube. So ended up trading in the Juke and got a new 2014 Cube and I just love it. Matt Stafford and the rest of the sales staff were very easy to work with and we looked at the Versa Note as well, but once I drove the Cube again I knew I had to have it. Was not really looking to buy a Nissan because I am a die hard Chevrolet person. I was actually going to buy a Camaro. I was in Cookeville and thought I would drive by and just look at the Maxima. I had been through the ringer with a lot of other dealers and thought this would be the same way, but it wasn't. Derreck and the rest of the group were awesome and I ended up buying the Maxima. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had.

My wife and I drove from Chattanooga to purchase a car from Nissan of Cookeville. Local dealership was nice and friendly but they simply were not willing to negotiate on a 2014 Rougue. We were not financing the vehicle and had no trade-in so I was extremely disappointed. I found this dealership had the vehicle I was looking for and called them to see what they would do. I ended up speaking with B.J. Sullivan and told him the deal I would like to make. After a couple of back and forth phone calls we agreed on a sales price. I gave the a deposit and they held the car for 2 days until we could pick it up. When we arrived, the car was detailed and ready for delivery. After a test drive to confirm the car was fine, we finished the paperwork and headed home. There were absolutely no surprises with the transaction or dealership. I gave them a 5 star rating because all of the employees were friendly and courteous, Mr. Sullivan offered outstanding service, and most importantly...they did what they said they would do.

Dealerships are bound to encounter extra cautious buyers on the daily. Some require a reliable vehicle meeting a frugal budget but longer-term needs. It's NOT everyday they're met with a well-trained team who speak layman's terms with customers because they understand that. These three made themselves available instantly, pretty much anytime they were asked. I came in with one car in mind and needed to know every little thing about it. I'm a guy of details and wasn't initially in the market for a used dealership vehicle even a week before. The fact that more than one person made a personal effort to stay in touch for almost a week, let alone for a blowout pricetag on a totally different car make than what they make a living selling was outstanding to me. Casey was swift and polite, and Neil was the main man: surprisingly relatable, going over more info with me than he was probably used to. Micah made the process smooth and simple once I'd settled the decision. Good job guys!

We just purchased a 2013 Altima from Cookeville Nissan. We live an hour away, so I decided to start the approval process online to speed things up. After emailing through the day with BJ, we arrived at the dealership late Monday night (around 7:00). By 9:00 we were out the door with our new Altima, leaving the ol' Nissan Quest behind. BJ assured me before I arrived he would make the best possible use of my time, ans he kept good on his word when we arrived. He already had a car in mind, and needless to say it was perfect. The sales manager (I can't remember his name) was great as well. We had some concerns at the end of the process, but he sat down with us and explained everything. I had been "shopping" online intermittently for a couple of months when I met Pete Baymiller on the lot of Cookeville Nissan. Pete understood this and within moments he had found a vehicle on the lot that matched my description and I was behind the wheel taking a test drive. After the test drive we discussed vehicle cost etc., and even though I truly had no intension before long we were discussing finance, a quick credit check and some discussion of payments led me Vince Triglia's office, just a few moments later. Vince was very accommodating in having to explain various aspects of paperwork & warranty information to me. **** I have to say that my ability to take delivery was what really locked in for me my high opinion of both Pete & the dealership. I am not sure how this all happened but I was able to take delivery of my vehicle that day, not only because the car was ready, but Pete and another staff member were kind enough to follow me home with my truck. This is no small feat being that I live about 50 miles away. Gentlmen, I THANK-YOU ALL.

B.J. was courteous, prompt and punctual in all of our experience. The whole process was really good although I will admit it still seems like it take a long time. It seemed with very little info, he new what car to walk to and then we narrowed down color and options. After a test drive I knew he had picked a perfect choice. My salesperson Scott Davenport was not what I expected. Laid back and calm but very knowlegable about the New Rogue I purchased. I think he asked me as many questions as I asked him. In the start of this venture I thought he was just trying to sell me anything BUT what I was about to find out was he wanted to show me an alternative choice that I didn't even know about, The New style 2014 Rogue. I thought I wanted a Murano and the price had me worried. Scott suggested I take a look because all my answers I had gave him said ROGUE. He assisted in my purchase of a used car for my 21 year old grand daughter of which I had very stringent demands: late model car, very low mileage, well maintained, highly rated by Consumer Reports in safety, reliability and gas mileage. Could not ask for better service or consideration during the buying/negotiating process. Salesman very knowledgeable about the product, and, despite very ugly weather went out of his way to work with us, de-ice several vehicles and give us his full attention.We did not have a good experience at the business desk where we were finalizing our contract. We asked to hurry things along, it was 8:00 p.m., cold, windy, and we still had other stops to make and were an hour from home. Stephanie wouldn't speed things along and insisted on trying over and over to resale us on service and warranty extras. After the 3rd refusal things got tense. She said she was new at the job and this criticism is meant to be constructive. I am sure she is instructed to try to sale those items "one more time" but she needs to learn how to read her clients and respond to their wishes also. Don't want her in trouble, just think she needs more skill at responding to the customer.

Customer Service/Friendliness - I was greeted at the door by several folks, and the door was opened for me. Everyone I passed issued a welcome. Everyone was dressed professionally, and the dealership was clean and well organized.Quality of Work - Chris did an excellent job with the numbers and assuring they were correct.Overall experience - the "experience" I received when purchasing a car at Cookeville Nissan was much more streamlined than other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. There was a process in place to assure the "experience" did not take hours. Chris took the time to explain the options on my car by going thru the books that came with the car. I've never had that happen before. When I arrived, Chris was busy working another deal. He promptly got another salesman to go with me on a test drive while he finished up his previous deal, which saved time and shortened the process.Price - I got what I wanted for my trade, along with the financing I wanted as well.I will definitely do business again with Cookeville Nissan!

Matt Stafford LISTENED to my needs and concerns. He was very patient spending most of his Saturday allowing me to explore my options with several different types of vehicles. Although he continuously encouraged the purchase of a Nissan vehicle, I truly feel he was looking out for my best interest rather than trying to fill his own piggy bank. He was very insightful about the various vehicles I test drove offering pros and cons based upon the needs I explained from the very beginning and I might add that my needs/wants changed throughout the day. After spending a significant amount of time with me and not making the sale, he allowed me to walk away without duress. Due to the professional manner in which he treated me, I assured him I would give him the chance to ultimately sell me a vehicle once I figured it all out. I held true to my word when I found a vehicle at another dealership and called Matt to also give him a chance at a sale. He maintained his integrity by alerting me to a problem with the particular model year I was considering from the other dealership without any guarantee still of a sale to me. I validated his claims through research of my own and was able to avoid a costly mistake. Ultimately, it was his genuine desire for me, the customer, to be happy that closed the deal.

We talked about almost everything for 30 minutes or more. After that we discussed my needs in an auto. This may be the best buying experience I've ever had.
