Ace was by far the best staff member to help me while taking my car in for service. He was very polite, communicated well what my car needed aside from the oil change and actually went out his way to see I got the best discount for the work being done. He’s a very friendly person and great to work with.

As soon as I arrived, Ace Games, the service representative assisted me, immediately. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Also, while I was waiting for my car to be ready, Ace would follow up on the progress of my vehicle every 15 minutes. I was very happy with his service. I highly recommend Ace to anyone. Just ask for him.

Trash service. Went in for an oil change and had to wait behind a long line of cars, nobody comes up to tell you what to do, they just expect you to wait in your car until somebody decides to place a little number on the hood of your car. They don’t even give you an estimated wait time. If you go into the office to ask about getting your car service they just shoo you away back to your car and tell to wait. Ok great, waited, after 20 min still no one came. I left and ended up going to get an oil change 15 miles away instead at Ross Nissan a much better dealership where you don’t have to wait in your car and people can assist you at the window.

Jeanette Gonzalez made the entire process easy and stress free, She communicated at all times every step of the way. My car was done in a timely manner. I am very happy with her service she accommodated everything to be done based on my schedule.

Not good customer service, leaves customers waiting on hold, Service advisors do not call customers back and problems are not fixed the first time.
