Best experience purchasing my new vehicle! The entire staff at Nissan of Las Cruces is amazing! My sales specialist was Cecilia Olson and she made my experience so joyful and fun. She was extremely knowledgeable and kept us fueled with snacks during the purchase process. Umberto and Gabe are excellent and worked out the perfect deal! The professionalism and kindness from everyone that I had the pleasure to work with made buying a car an experience not just a transaction. I definitely recommend Nissan of Las Cruces to everyone. Even the windshield guy Ray of Rays affordable auto glass was great! I recommend him as well for any of your windshield needs!

Jimmy Luna is the best sales man we have ever dealt with. He explained in detail all the neat features our new rogue has and how to use them. He definitely knows his vehicles. Mr. Luna treated us with respect and was very professional and honest. We will be returning to do business with “him” in the future.

Excellent! Our saleswoman was Katelyn who was very kind, supportive, and not pushy. Also, Joe was very helpful in finding us the right vehicle and Alan in finance was super kind and friendly. Our experience was great!

Careful with financing... they try to sneak in a extended warranty that you don't want. When you find it on contract, they tell you; 0h it's only 8.00 more a month. Yeah but at what cost? 4200.00 to be exact... it took me 3 months Beth's fighting it. Finally had that amount refunded back to loan. Jack Key are crooked... glad he is being sued after Key is being sued for wrongful death accident he cuaused in El Paso. While driving a Jack Key Kia car. That's why Shamaley brothers purchased both Kia & Nissan. Salesman was good! Jesus Aguilar, it's the finance managers that are wrong.

I started with salseman Reno the trade and agreements started at the Otero County Fair Grounds prkg. lot we agreed on the price and trade in amount, then I was directed to close the deal it would be done at the dealer ship office . when I got there all that was discussed prior was null and void I could'nt find Mr. Reno and from there it went down hill I paid cash for my Nissan Pathfinder 2015 it took over 30 days to get my title and I paid for T.T.L. transfer the DMV charged me a late registration fee.. this issue was discussed with the manager of Jack Key here in Alamogordo , I refused to talk to Mr. Ramirez and I called Las Cruces located on south main rhe representative that answered was aware of Mr. Ramirez and his attitude but nothing has been done to my knowledge , he still continues to bring Jack Key Mtrs. down with his attitude . When I bought my Nissian Pathfinder it never was mentioned to me that any maintenance required on the veh. would have to be done by a authorized dealer ship even though I asked that my veh. needed some detail work and some touch up on a nick on the door and the visor on the drivers side which was loose and was very annoying when it would drop all of a sudden . I never talked to the original salesman Mr. Reno even though I seen him at the dealer ship he shyed away from me , so I tried to communicate with a young man by the name of Adan Quintero and he had no idea of what was doing.
