Recently we visited this dealer to buy a car. The poor salesman was told what car to show and each time he had to go to the main desk to beg another car. NEVER have we seen this. The salesman would bring a car we didn't even want to see and we would send it back. There are no lock boxes on cars so just test driving could take hours. Once you find a car a very grouchy manager comes in mumbles his name and gives you some price that is so far off from the price you are quoted it is ALMOST FUNNY. We finally had enough so we left. If you have a lot of time and want to watch a show I would visit here. If you want to actually test drive and then buy a car I would go elsewhere.

2016 Rogue CVT Vibration in the steering and drivers seat, 20-50 MPH, when maintaining speed. Nissan of America Field Technician said this is normal, no adjustments needed and vehicle is safe to drive. This issue is currently under investigation by Nissan North America. After all the long process including the Lemon Law, no help received. All we asked for was to Fix the vibration, Trade, or Refund. So we asked for help from our Salesman, Buddy Zentgraf, which we found to be very professsional. Buddy talked to the G.M. and he said he couldn't help. Buddy suggested to wait until Owner returned from Vacation & he felt quite sure that the Owner would help. I called back and he didn't have an answer, said he and the G.M. would talk with the Owner but would wait until after Lunch, bcause the Owner was stressed out with a client. Later in the afternoon Buddy called and left a message for me to call the G.M. or the Owner. I spoke with G.M. he was totally lost but would talk with Buddy & call back. ( NO CALLBACK) I had previously tried to talk with Owner or make an appointment, Receptionist asked me what it was pertaining to , then she told me that Buddy should handle it. Evidently the Owner of this dealership does not handle the problems and he is protected from contacting him. This has been a Long Journey , with no results. As Senior Citizens it has been very hard on us, so we are giving up to the FAT CATS, however, we do get to tell our story every day.

I stopped in late in the afternoon, not exactly sure which model I was interested in. Scott ended up staying late to show me several different cars, going on several test drives, and was very patient answering all my questions and helping me decide on a great car. I couldn't be more pleased. A+ Experience!

I also liked the waiting room and the popcorn, water coffee and then all the snacks we could purchase. Everyone there has a "hop-to-it" attitude. I went in to have my car serviced and it was noted there was a recall. The gentleman who took care of me, offered to do all the work at that time. I was asked if I wished to wait or have a ride home. I opted to wait. The waiting area was very comfortable and supplied with snacks, beverages and a rest room. TV and reading material was also provide. All the employees who walked through the area greeted us and inquired if there was something to do to make us more comfortable. The servicing was done in a reasonable time and Rob came to get me. He explained what was done and told me the car was ready and cleaned. He brought the car to me and gave me the paperwork. All in all it was a very Pleasant experience.

A wonderful experience from the time you arrive. From the time I arrive, during the wait, and leaving - service is great - even when items get stuck in vending machine. We have been coming for a year and have developed good relationships with the service and parts departments. They keep us informed on new vehichles. Great work Nissan of Mwlbourne.

A friend of mine went to Nissan of Melbourne because I had Bought an Armanda there. She was met with a big man Named Matt Aka Hoss.He presented to start the whole mess with her by her telling him she was upside down in her Kia from Boniface of Melbourn she had never owned a car and they took full advantage of her but giving her a Kia Rio Eco with a car payment of $403.00 a month in 2013 brand new car and they still took 2,000 from this single woman with 1 child now 2.Well now she is 5,000 in the whole for what the car is worth the car is too small and she went to get a bigger car. Matt told us the banks said No! Can't do it but keeps calling us even when we were in Tenneesee about this great deal she could have and drive the car away that day. She told him she was out of town and would come in when she returned. (She did only for him to use her to make his bosses seem he was working is all we can imagine ) he got her all excited again only to let her down.He kept saying the Bank wanted 3,000 then 5,000 and finally 6,000 to drive off the lot in a Sentra ! Not the Rouge she wanted nothing fancy just a bigger car for the kids and her boyfriend because he has a truck. My point is Matt used my friend to make it look like he was busy on July 4th when he knew he could not do a deal The dealership would not take a loss of that magnitude and he knew it. He kept telling us The banks said no and he had been calling around for Days for her liars it had nothing to do with the banks. Her credit is low do to going around to a few dealerships and them running her credit.( she was unaware of this also) she has been really trying to get her credit score up and has gotten a new job makeing good money now. She will be getting a new car soon but It will Not Be From Nissan of Melbourne! They are not willing to work with you at all and then they lie to your face. She was so up set every time we left there 3 times Matt called her back in for Nothing!! Don't go here unless you have a perfect credit score they won't work with you at all!! She love the Rouge but will go to Mike Erdman for it when she is ready.

I had been looking for months for the perfect SUV to purchase for my family and finally gave up hope that I would find what I wanted. Nissan of Melbourne had just gotten in a Ford Expedition that was fully loaded with all the features I was looking for plus more. I couldn't help myself but to take a look at it. I wasn't looking to finance anything, as I had ran into some issues with the first car I financed over 10 years ago. However, after looking at the truck and seeing how clean it was for the year, and how Nissan of Melbourne's salesman MK assisted me with my decision... I couldn't help myself but to jump for joy and I decided I wanted it and financed it. The salesman was VERY knowledgeable and took fantastic care of me and my time with great respect. He went above and beyond what I imagined my next vehicle shopping experience would have been. After my first time financing a vehicle I had always paid cash for my vehicles. James Maves, the sales manager, assisted me with getting the numbers where I was aiming for and took great care of me and my trade. Meanwhile, I was scared to finance and scared to sign any papers so Karen, the finance manager, reassured me that this experience was not going to be like the last one. She took her time and explained what everything was for me, and went above and beyond her duties and even found a secondary finance company for me with even lower rates than the first one. MK was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase. Karen was fantastic and has restored my faith in financing a vehicle. Also, Nissan of Melbourne did a fantastic job at helping me with my trade in and getting me where I wanted to be at with the out the door numbers.Out of the past 5 years I have purchased 6 vehicles. Everybody was nice and friendly and honest. My Altima was was in for general maintenance (oil change, tires rotated and fluids checked) I advised them that my car was pulling to the left and that I may need a front end alignment. The technician noticed the tires on the left were low and he filled them with air and took it for a test ride and that was all it was. He saved me $100 which I know other dealerships would have taken advantage of me. I came home and called my daughter and told he if she ever buys another car to go to your dealership. I also told a friend in work about my experience. This is my second Altima because I love your dealership. Honesty goes a long way!!I am also impressed with the speed when I am there. There is not a long wait and I am advised if there is. My car was ready before the expected wait time.

Came in for oil change but when I got there told them my truck was pulling to the side. Oil change and alignment done! Then spiffed it up with a wash. Never said no time or bring it back. All in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks guys and especially Rob.

Bought a 2014 altima in August 2015 after all the 2015's hit the market had decent rebates, no rollover from previous vehicle but somehow I'm 7000 underwater after 2 years of ownership. So totally got screwed in the paperwork of pricing the new vehicle. Of course they use the whole you can pay this for this many months or this for this many months, not mentioning the vehicle price at all during whatever you want to call negotiations. BEWARE buyers. Make sure you ask the price that you are paying for your vehicle. I will now be screwed til loan duration because of their shady tactics. Do yourselves a favor and stay away!!

Our salesperson M.K. was amazing. He was very patient, knowledgeable, not pushy and understanding our our needs, very polite and friendly and also had great follow-up. We had a question when we got home with the car and he made sure that he answered our question and the next day he called to check in and make sure I was happy. I was very impressed with the integrity of this man. I have had good experiences with Nissan of Melbourne previously, but I will say dealing with M.K. made the experience a great one.

As soon I got there with my car, they took care of me right away. Told me it would be about an hour, took about 40min. Oil, filter, tire rotation. And a car wash. I have always liked Nissan of Melbourne because the employees seem to genuinely care about me and my car. They are not just interested in selling me a newer car. Rob Young, Service Advisor, is very upbeat yet made suggestions for future visits as I drive an older (2007) 350Z convertible. He appreciates that I love that car and made my experience quite pleasant.

Kelvin was very professional and helpful with quite a bit of patience. He made sure the car was detailed as he would like it to be if it was his. Kelvin made sure that I understood how to work everything in the car before I left the lot. Eddie the manager was also very helpful. I have been buying cars 40 yrs and this has to be the friendliest dealership I have every been to. I would be sure to go to this dealership again and if you want a Nissan this is the one to go to get your vehicle.

Our salesperson, Gustavo was very patient, as he showed us a number of vehicle options until we found one that met our needs and preferences. We purchased a beautiful 2015 Nissan Altima. In the short time we've had it, I've been enjoying all the comfort features and great gas mileage. Gustavo provided excellent customer service throughout the process and I'm very happy with the vehicle he found for us. Leo, at the service desk, was efficient and understanding as he worked with our budget to help get a financing plan that would work for us. Purchased a Juke in December of 2015. Long story short, car is covered in scratches. Two attempts to fix it and it's still not fixed. (hood was repainted and the rest of the car was buffed) Greg the General Manager says these scratches are normal and basically told us they're not going to fix it. The regional service rep says it's not normal and had us take it back to the auto body place. On our third attempt to get this resolved.

I went to Nissan of Melbourne to browse at inventory, not really intending to buy. However, I did have a rebate coupon with me in the event I changed my mind. I looked for CIA Ghor as he sold me my 2014 Nissan Rogue, he is very professional, courteous, has extensive product and inventory knowledge so we don't have to wait around and see what is there. He knows the safety features of the newest cars and trucks and does not use high pressure sales techniques to trick you or anything...very honest! He is in my opinon, a GREAT Asset to Nissan of Melbourne, anyway I left the dealership with not one, but two 2016 Nissan Rogues, of course I traded by 2013 and 2014 Nissan Rogues. I had a specific bottom line payment if I was planning on buying that day and the reason I bought was because between him and Leo, sales manager..met .my bottom line payment after rebates, trade in allowance, etc. We are very happy!!! : ) Thank CIA Ghor and Nissan of Melbourne for a Happy New Year beginning!

In all our years purchasing cars we have never, ever had an issue with a purchase like we did with this dealership. I agree with the other comments they are not military friendly. We visited the dealer the day prior to purchasing with our loan and desires in hand spoke to a WONDERFUL Salesperson Mark Gerler as well as Ed a general manager who was also "Fabulous"! We expressed our desires looked at some cars quickly and was told that the prices would be honored and even reduced the price of one vehicle by $1,000. So we left feeling great and were prepared to make a purchase the next day after test driving the vehicles. Long story short all was well and after 2hrs with Mark we had made our decision and were ready to purchase. So we took our certificate into the dealership along with our Check and in steps Kyle to inform us that he cannot honor that price and the only way to do it would be to finance through them. Prior to his arrival we were willing to give the dealership a shot at financing thru them and were actually filling out the application when he arrived. In all our years of car buying "NO ONE" has ever made me feel bullied and forced into making a decision like this gentleman. He was horrible!! We were stunned because at no time or in the add or the previous day were we advised that and additional $750 would be added to the car. We explained what we had been told the previous day and he proceed to talk to the GM Gregg and came back and said sorry we cant do it unless you fiance thru us and with a handshake we left. Long story short we had an awful experience and we found out the next day per USAA per the terms of their contract that situation should NEVER have happened and per their contract they should never have asked us about financing thru them unless we requested it. Which at no time did we request it we were told to try and see if we could get a better interest rate lower than our 2.85% so by doing this they were in breach of their contract to them. I never write reviews on sites but the way this dealership dealt with us I just had to warn all all military members or retirees about this dealership. We just retired after 26 years in the military and I strongly caution anyone wanting to use USAA Auto Circle to watch out for this dealership. If this is how they treat you when you walk in with a blank check, how will it be if your car needs service?

I had my 2011 Nissan Versa towed into the Service Department. They quoted me $1000 to replace the fuel tank. Do they not realize that next month is Christmas??? I said no thank you I will come by and get my vehicle and take it home and replace the fuel tank on my own. When I arrived Darryl Sutphin and Eric informed me I owed them $55. I asked for what? They said because they had to drive the vehicle in and out of the shop twice, so they are just charging me because they drove my vehicle around. Are they serious??? Really? They did nothing to my car, they only inspected it and looked at it, they did no work what so ever to it. But they want to charge me $55. I mentioned I've been in the Air Force for 18 years is their any way to waive this. They said no. Wow. They apparently must rip off everyone with what all the comments below say! Everyone seems to have the same complaint and mention being ripped off, I see a pattern here, hmmmmmm!!! It is also apparent to me that Nissan of Melbourne does not support the military, Seriously if they did would they not have waived the fee?? I plan to mention to every military member I know, and ask them to mention to every military member they know not to go to this place, and not to go to any Nissan at all because they consistantly rip people off and do not support the military in my eyes. Would anybody else agree with me?

I have honestly never left a negative review for any product or service, but I feel so strongly taken advantage of I must warn others of my experience at Nissan of Melbourne. In short a working part on my vehicle (throttle body) was replaced & it was later found out that the issue was elsewhere (ECM) in a loose connection. A zip tie was used to "fix" the loose connection and Nissan of Melbourne claims that it was part of their diagnostic process and would not refund the nearly $1,200 bill.The longer story is that upon taking my stalling Altima into Nissan the error codes in my vehicle read that there was an issue with my throttle body. I had my throttle body replaced elsewhere prior to going to Nissan of Melbourne and informed the service technician at Nissan of Melbounre (Sean) that the throttle body is not the issue. Sure enough Sean says that the error code reads the throttle body and that it needs replaced. He informs me verbally that they will replace it and if its not the issue I will not be charged for the part or labor and they will continue to diagnose the vehicle from there. I am so sure that the throttle body is not the issue I requested that when they replace the part I want the old one back (which they actually charged me $40 for).So the part was replaced and I was told after they test drove that the vehicle was fixed. I pick the Altima up and stall on 192 (about 3 miles away). I returned the vehicle within 15 minutes and they saidthey were going "back to the drawing board". The next day Sean calls and said that when they replaced the throttle body a connection somewhere was loose and needed to be cleaned. Sean said he drove the Altima all around Melbourne this time and it "runs like a champ now". I pick up my car and stalled at the light outside of the dealership (about 1/10 mile away). I then leave my car at the service center for the weekend and pick it up the next week. I am told when I pick up the car that Sean no longer works for Nissan and I am handed the keys by a new technician. He says they found the issue and it was a loose connection. I get him to take me out to my car to his reluctance and show me under the hood. It turns out that the loose connection is on my ECM and to repair it they put on a zip tie. So yes, now I have paid $1,200 for a zip tie to keep my car borderline running.So I tell the technician "I told you so" and I cannot justify the bill I have paid for the service I was provided. He says he agrees and that they will work on refunding some of my money. This started in October and continued through January. In the process I talked to the Service manager Phil, the parts manager Bud, and the general manager Tim Moody. Tim Moody informed me that he would do what he could to help me out. Later I return to his office and he says they are unable to write a refund because "the system does not allow it". I told him that I do not care where the money comes from their system is not my issue and this is "fraud if you charge me for replacing working parts". Tim got heated and he lectured me on how this is a sensitive word and that using it could result in someone losing their job. He told me to file a claim on the corporate level of Nissan and that they would be able to process the refund. After dealing with corporate they could not assist me because they said they contacted Nissan of Melbourne and the service manager responded that my car needed the throttle body replacement as a necessary step to getting the vehicle operational. So after several months of Nissan admitting their mistake and trying to "help" me with financial assistance they turned me to Nissan corporate only to then lie to them about replacing a working part in my vehicle. I also attempted to get them to put the old part back in and take their part back, but they refused.Nissan has taken my time & money and left me with a car that is still not fixed.

I'm glad I did not purchase a car from Melbourne Nissan. Inward faced with less than truthful selling tactics and when I thought I was going to buy, the bait and switch was used to get me back in. I was told the vehicle I want d was on the lot and when I got there "it was just sold" and the salesmanship manager was brought in to try to sell me a higher priced vehicle. I immediately walked away. I had also been told that the bank I was going to use was at an excessively higher interest rate than the one they were trying to set me up with. I called the bank and they told me the rate Melbourne Nissan quoted was incorrect. I would never do business at Melbourne Nissan and wouldn't recommend anyone else do business with them. The manager never responded to my email when I informed him of the terrible customer service. Go to Sutherlin.

Use Keurig Cups coffee maker so a customer that is waiting a long time can get a "fresh" cup of tasteful coffee. Plus offer liquid creamer in little sealed cups would be a nice touch as well.

I was very pleased with the work performed. In addition, my sales representative was there to ensure the work was performed correctly. The person who performed the work came out and introduced himself and asked if the work was done to my satisfaction. Again very professional. The buying process would have been a 5 except during the financing it became confusing as the discussion was about monthly payments and extended plans vs total price, interest rates and payment terms (length of loan). My 1'st experience was with Rob Young, Service Advisor. Rob was friendly, accomodating, knowledgeable and handled my vehicle service needs quickly. He was such a pleasure to deal with I decided to look at a new truck. Rob brought Cia in to meet me. Cia , just like Rob went out of his way to assist me and treated me like a "KING"! CIA followed up as promised on calling me when the type and color vehicle arrived at the dealership I was interested in. Cia treated me like I was a friend and guest in his own home. I was so impressed with these two men I actually purchased a new vehicle from Cia. My entire experience at Nissan of Melbourne was delightful. I also want to give thanks to Josh in finance. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about recommending and explaining additional services and coverages I felt once again I was in good hands and made additional purchases from Josh also. The first contact was telephone with Rob who asked my problem and listened patiently to my woe about my 1997 maxima tail lights not turning off..I had just arrived here in Melbourne having spent the night in Charlotte airport..Iwas not at my best..anyway he recommended I bring the car in and they'd have a look to see what could be done..I arrived & welcomed at the door by a kindly friendly man who took the car keys& guided me inside..at the desk where I saw the name Rob sat a man who was rather grumpy looking and ignored me..next to him was a gentleman with glasses short hair who was very welcoming and asked me how to help? I mentioned Rob had spoken to me he said Rob would be back in a moment! Luckily the grumpy Man was not Rob (thank goodness I thought)..Rob came in from outside greeted me & took his seat..he recalled immediately my phone call..we went through it again & he said dHe assured me & was even able to sell me an oil change! He really impressed me as a thoughtful polite caring person. He then led me to the waiting area told me about coffee & snack area...boy that coffee tasted good! When the car was repaired Rob collected me & gave me good news that it was repaired and they washed the car for me as I asked & tires fluid all checked.i couldn't believe how well it had gone. I'd been in before for other repairs and thought how good the service was BUT this time. Thanks to your mechanics and Rob Young especially I was able to be free of anxiety and able to drive away in confidence. Thank you for the pleasant experience

I purchased a vehicle on 1-27. I noticed that the grill for one of the speakers was not properly attached. One of the sales reps took me to service to order another one. It was in their shop within days. I was given a call and transferred to service and they were able to put the piece on that day instead of having me wait to have it done. That is what I call outstanding customer service. Saved me a trip and I got a car wash and vacuum.

I was told my trade-in was not going to be sold on lot because no value to them, within 2 days it was on the front line for $ 3000 over price given to me.

Derrick Pitts is a very polite and courteous sales person. He knew I was only interested in the base Versa S with a manual transmission. The Versa for which I had contacted Nissan of Melbourne had been sold (dark grey in color). I think he said he had to move five cars to get to the only remaining Versa with a manual transmission. The color of the car really didn't matter to me, as long as I could get the most simple and basic new car available.

I bought a used 2014 Frontier and paid what I could have gotten a new 2015 for. My biggest beef, among many others, they didn't put any gas in the truck. I traded my car with a full tank. I was told later...."only new vehicles get gas". Seriously? Also be very careful when you are buying. I, as a woman alone, was apparently an easy mark. The salesman Kyle was sweet, unfortunately he would not approach his manager to preserve a customer.

After returning to Nissan of Melbourne to inquire about financing through my Credit Union (which was highly frowned upon) I asked why my vehicle only had 1/4 tank of gas when delivered to me. I was told "Pre-owned cars don't get a tank of gas". Seriously? I paid full price for a truck when I could have purchased a 2015 for about the same price. My bad. I AM really ticked about the gas though....such a petty thing when one spends the equivalent of a years salary for a car. My salesman was still a sweetie, young and very eager. I explained the "Rule of Eleven" to him as I drove away. Would I ever buy from Nissan of Melbourne again? Nope.

I had forgotten my appointment ,the sale person name Jim called me to find out what time I may arrive, and I told him I forgot, my appointment and I had to wait on my son to pick up my Granddaughter. I ask if it would be a problem since I was going to be late getting there, he stated no not a problem, just come and he will go from there and get me out on time, so I could get my car back before I go to work. I Drive up to Nissan Service Department where you are greeted,immediately, with a smile. Entering into the service department ,Jim the sale person ask how may he help me, I give him my name he remembered me and my car is already entering the repair shop as we speak.Return home by Service Driver, within a few hours, I was called to inform me the driver was on his back to pick me up within 30 minutes.Driver right on time. Return to Nissan Service Department my was car ready and detailed. Car repair problem solved.

There was bulletin for repairs to my vehicle and recalls. I went to Nissan and from the moment I drove up I was greeted and assisted in the service dept. Rob Young was prompt and got everything done for me. I was very pleased. I received my car back in no time at all.

The service Department was courteous and up front about what was going happen, and how long it would take. One thing that really stands out about this visit is their effort to saved me money by recommending I put off a maintenance item, that I asked for, until my next service because it was not due yet. This is the second time I have been here to have my truck serviced and both times the service was excellent. One can not get better service elsewhere.

Well, the technician inadvertently forgot to place the oil cap on the oil tank after the routine oil change. After the oil volcano leaking on my garage floor and the car smoking on the way back to the dealership, the problem (mistake) was handled professionally and efficiently. Eric Bush was very professional, apologetic and cleaned the engine thoroughly, replaced the hood felt pad (not sure of the correct term) and gave me a loaner while the engine was being cleaned.

I originally negotiated the deal over the phone from Orlando (where I reside). The initial contact was with an inexperienced internet sales representative who lacked the authority to do negotiations directly (constantly consulting with a supervisor). Based on this, I thought the deal was not going to happen. However, a separate contact with Cia, managed to renew the negotiations and even rescue them when I figured we were at an impasse. Ultimately, Cia and Leo were able to work out numbers that were acceptable to them and keep me interested enough to conduct a purchase more than 60 miles from my home in Orlando.Additionally, I cautioned them before making the drive to Melbourne that if the deal on paper was different than the one we negotiated, I would simply walk out. To their credit, the deal was exactly as discussed to the penny. Additionally, a paperwork mistake discovered after I had taken delivery resulted in an unexpected refund of $250 back to me. So it is honestly a credit to the tenacity of Cia and Leo, and the professionalism of the business office that made this deal -- and I really thought it had less than a 50% chance of success when I left the home that day.Great job and special thanks to everyone at Nissan of Melbourne.

dropping my car off for service was a fast efficient process. The service rep, Sean, got me a ride in the courtesy van in minutes so I was at work on time and called me as soon as my car was ready. Car was sparkling clean when I picked it up and issue with my keyfob resolved. Best of all everything was under warranty so cost to me: Zero! Love it.

Nice modern store, but the knowledge level of the sales staff was murkey at best. I think the training is throw them to the lions style, then send in the big guns. Problem, lack of communication between sales, sales manager, sales desk, finance department. They never would be up front with the rebate questions. Even though you have a deal, it fails to get past all and put into the computer. The dealer fees here are just pure profit ( the manufacturer reimburses the dealer for prep feescosts etc), but it is preprinted on buyers order and a strange Florida law says it cannot be removed from document...SO tell them to reduce selling price by that amount...that is legal. E-Tag filing fee is bogus charge and is not required by the taxing authority, (again just profit hidden from you) Refuse to pay it, it is not covered by that previously mentioned law. So always tell them to Bottom line or out the door, when negotiating. Figuer the sales price plus sales tax, plus registration fees $87.60 or so.....That is all.....don't let them tell you "the Law says" The GM even claimed he was a lawyer as he gave me bogus numbers. Or take your attorney to help buy a car, it will cost you less I am sure. They are an old dealer style with new clothes.

They are very nice in sales and the young lady Katie tries to be very helpfull however I let myself be over charged on the vehicle even though I knew the same model was being discounted for over 2500 hundred less at the Merrit Island dealership of Mike Erdman Nissan as I was very tired as the sales manager Matt wore me down. My old age has caught up to me being 81 years of age I wear down mentally after a few hours and become weary and easily persuasive. Other than the price they are very nice people trying to make as much money as the victim will allow per unit. As far as having to recommend this dealer You only list a yes or no. My real answer is maybe which is not states only yes or no for an answer. As I have had no service at this dealership as of yet I really can't know if they are a quality dealer for service if problems arise hopefully not as I really like the car. It appears to be a very well made vehicle which road tests beautifully. Thank you for your patience in reading this long winded narrative.

First off, Dani my saleswomen did her best to sell me a 2014 Jeep I was interested in. Next came management.I was suppose to get a call back within 30 minutes of my conversation with the GM Tim Moody. No call. Just got a text the Jeep was sold the next day.So for over 24 hours I never got a reply from Tim.I would stay so clear of this dealership its not funny.Their bottom line is not to build a relationship for the long term, but to just lie to a very well qualified customer who likes to buy a new car every year or so.

Went in because the tire warning light was on. Service checked and advised I needed 2 new in-wheel sensors. When I declined replacement of the pressure sensors, there was no charge and they still washed the car. This is what should happen in the case of a minor diagnostic that customers cannot do on their own.

I was having a noise and vibration problem with my 2005 Altima. I was told by a local repair shop it was the rear motor mounts an expensive repair. I called the service manager to check the price at Nissan as a comparison. He said I should bring it in to make sure that was the problem before he ordered the parts, it would be a more expensive repair at Nissan but I was going to go ahead with the work. Well they kept the car to check it out,gave me a ride back to work, later they called to say there was nothing wrong and they did not find anything after a complete check up. I appreciated the fact they did not charge me for something I did not need. Such honesty ! THANK YOU..........

Thanks to Mr Phil Berrier, the technician who worked the problem of eliminating the sporadic high pitched whistle like noise when slowing my Altima 3.5 down to 20 mph. Mr. Berrier was professional, extremely courteous and determined to find and eliminate this extremely annoying problem. It is now much more pleasurable to drive my vehicle. I had a situation with a second car in Texas and wanted to trade both car on a later model. Your sales manager understood the situation and arranged the trade. Rachel was especially helpful throughout the process in showing different model and their strong point. I was impressed with her knowledge of the various vehicles. Your financial office person explained the numerous documents to my satisfaction. She was very pleasant.

I had a major issue with a leaking head gasket on my '09 Altima 3.5. Lloyd was my advisor and was prompt and courteous to my needs. Turned out to be a warranty issue and work was started by your techs immediately. I expected a fairly long turn around on the repair however it only took 2 days! Upon getting my vehicle back on Saturday it appears that everything is running fine. Your tech was able to diagnose and repair an issue that other dealers could not even find (must not have looked to hard)! I would definitely return to your service center again, please pass this on to Lloyd and the repair tech(s).

Even though we showed up towards the close of business, we were not rushed. It was raining and we were chilled, someone was kind enough to get us some hot tea. Our salesman, Chaz, was very helpful, not pushy. He was able to answer our questions and was very pleasant. We both loved the Rogue, and the price was right, so that made the decision to buy easier for us. We will be sure to recommend Nissan of Melbourne to any of our friends, family, coworkers that are in the market for a new vehicle. :)

I found that the Nissan of Melbourne to be very upfront with the information given on the internet. Zachary Lowe was an important factor in my purchasing my Altima. He worked with us to get the best price for the Altima. When we arrived to look over the vehicle he explained every thing that was needed to purchase the car. Zachary explained the operation of certain components in the Altima. The price we received was the best compared to two other dealerships in South Florida. I would highly recommend this dealership and when I am ready for my next purchase I know where to go.

I have been using the Melbourne dealership for my service for over 3 years now. I always have good service. Service representative Lloyd was on duty the last 2 visits. Lloyd greeted me, took care of what I needed all with a smile. He was kind and professional even during a busy time. I will remember him and hope to work with him in the future.

First of all I would like to say my salesman, Kyle Lopez, was by far the best. He automatically had a smile on his face as soon as he greeted us. We were referred to him by another couple who had purchased a car from him and nothing but good to say about him and I can now see why. Started off with looking at a brand new car and his presentation of the car was perfect, no pressure it was our decision from the get-go. We went from hoping to get a new vehicle to looking at used cars, even the way he talked about the used car was great! Then it comes down to getting approved, which just like anywhere with a major purchase takes FOREVER!! Like I said, it was expected. Kyle talked to us like we had known him for forever, didn't even feel like it was hours we were waiting to hear back to see if we were approved or not. He offered us water and even some food they had. We were for once on a car lot and felt comfortable and not like a walking dollar sign. I work in furniture and I know what that feels like and that was the last thing I was feeling at this place. Not to even mention every manager there worked up a heck of a deal to get us what we wanted. They pulled every string possible they had and it was worth it. Had a small issue but that is getting resolved now as I am typing this review. Didn't have to mention it but one time, once we did it was on it's way to getting fixed. That's what I like, not being put on the back end of the issues. I will be referring everyone I know that is getting or looking into getting a new vehicle and I will definitely be spreading the word. This dealership takes care of their customers, especially the salesman. Best experience I have ever had and will continue to have as long as I drive a vehicle from this dealership. Thank you all so very much!! I am IN LOVE with my new car :)

After to speaking with Barry on the phone, I had to check out the new Pathfinders for sale. I was not disappointed. I had lots of questions, all of which were answered patiently and competently by Darren, the young salesman who worked with me. Leo Barquero then worked with me toreach terms which I am very satisfied. I purchased a beautiful new 2013, Pathfinder in artic blue. The staff of Nissan of Melbourne, are dedicated to making the customer as happy as possible. As a customer, I appreciate all their efforts. I would definitely recommend them toanyone. As a matter of fact, I am accompanying my daughter to look this afternoon.My only recommendation goes to the designers of the Nissan, the headrest on the Pathfinders tilt to far forward, this gives the driver a stiffuncomfortable ride. This problem came close to cancelling the deal.

My experience at this dealership was great from beginning to end. Todd listened to what I wanted, we test drove several vehicles with both Todd and James Edobor, without feeling any heavy duty sales pressure. Once I had decided on the vehicle I wanted (Nissan frontier) they allowed my husband and I to go home and contact USAA to get a price quote from them; USAA gave us 3 prices quotes for dealerships within 70 miles of us, and when we went back to the dealership the next day and showed them the lower quote from a dealership in Orlando they beat it, no hassle or fuss. We completed the paperwork, and then we got to spin the wheel for a chance at winning a prize. We won the Grand Prize! A 7 day cruise on Royal Caribbean for two! Awesome! Todd went over all the details of the car inside (navigation system, radio, all dashboard equipment, etc) to ensure I understood how to operate all the features. He even had all my favorite XM radio stations already programmed for me. Todd and James worked together with us to complete the paperwork and the other employees as well to ensure our experience was enjoyable from beginning to end.When we left the dealership that day Todd called us an hour later to make sure everything was OK & asked if we had any questions. The next day they called again to check on us and to make sure everything was good with the truck. All in all a Very Good experience with the entire dealership experience and we will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks!

I absolutely love my new car. My car buying experience here really went well. General Manager Tim and Finance Manager Leon were both easy going and pleasant. But James, the Salesperson, is the reason I decided to purchase from Nissan of Melbourne after visiting other Nissan dealers in Brevard and Orange county. James is definitely a Rock Star! He listened, wasn't pushy and delivered! It took a little time to complete the transaction, but that is just par for the course when buying a car - and I must add that the the Spinning of the Wheel is kinda cool and sends you out of the door smiling :*). It says Nissan of Melbourne is not obligated to honor any of the offers made by Nissan of Melbourne sales associates made on the internet when working out a deal on a car. This allows Nissan of Melbourne to bait you in with whatever they want to tell you, and the switch to another deal. Bottom line - don't bother even looking at a car at Nissan of Melbourne!

Did not know how to handle the situation, I called Anthony Lopez the financial manager , explained my problem and can't praise him enough on the help he gave me.He truly lived up to his words when said to me, "come in and see me and I will help you." He did! Within no time my problem was solved.I was able to get a car within my financial means, he stayed intouch with me on the progress of finding me and a saleman Kyle Lopez. Between the two of them, I knew I was in good hands. Anthony was right I would love the sentra and I do. My husband and I have been a Nissan owner for a long time. We came down here with our Nissan altma from new jersey and have dealing with Nissan of Melbourne ever since. I love dealing with Nissan of Melbourne so much so that I convinced my daughter who lives in Altamonte springs to buy her versa from the dealership. In March 2012 I purchased what I thought was a Certified Pre-Owned 2009 Nissan Altima. I had also purchased the extended warranty that included oil changes etc.Within a few days of purchase I noticed that the finish on the top surfaces appeared to be fading. I went back to the dealership, and they assured me that the problem would be handled by a simple buffing. I took them at their word, but within a few days I noticed the issue was not resolved, so I went back to the dealership for a resolution.This time i was told that wet sanding would clear up the issue. Making a long story short, it did not, so I asked to take advantage of the new car warranty that was in effect, since this was a factory certified pre-owned vehicle. Nissan USA turned down the claim because my vehicle was NEVER NISSAN FACTORY CERTIFIED, and because of this no warranty was in effect on my vehicle.It's been 15 months and numerous visits and phone calls to Nissan of Melbourne and Nissan USA. I have found managment at Nissan of Melbourne to be less than honest, for example on May 1, 2013 Tim Moody, the newly hired General Manager tried to submit a Pre Owned certification form to Nissan USA dated March 2012!!!Knowing that could not be allowed I called Nissan USA and was assured that there was still no warranty or certification in efffect on my 2009 Altima. To further delay dealing with this issue, Tim Moody told Nissan USA that he has tried to handle this situation but since I hired an attorney his hands were tied.I have at no time retained legal counsel to address this matter, however that doesn't stop Nissan of Melbourne from making that accusation to the parent company.The ONLY honest person I dealt with was the salesman Josh. He also was operating under the assumption that Nissan of Melbourne was honest and that my vehicle was factory certified pre-owned. I will state publically in this forum that I have not retained legal counsel, and the only proper resolution would be a complete refund including the improvments I have made to this 2009 Altima.

Don't bother going to this dealership! I took my Nissan Maxima in for service and they overcharged me and it had just been in a month prior to me bringing it in. Granted my car is a 96 and yes it has alot of miles therefore I expect it to have problems every so often. I felt poorly treated. I took my car to Mike Ederman in Merrit Island for a second opinion and found Nissan of Melbourne was completly wrong.

WOW, what a great car buying experience. Everyone from my salesman Ken Henderson to the finance manager worked to get me the best deal imaginable. Ken Henderson has a no pressure approach and really makes you feel comfortable about buying a car. Ken was also very knowledgeable and took my particular car buying experience personally. Nissan of Melbourne gave me a great price for my trade in and worked very well with me when it came to the price I wanted to pay for my new vehicle. I will not buy a vehicle anywhere on the Space Coast except for Nissan of Melbourne. The BEST car buying experience I have had with the best salesman I have ever had. Dealership lacks integrity and ethics. Is very abrasive and throws its own employees under the bus and backs over them.I visited the dealership to either outright sell my vehicle or possibly trade. As they did not have any vehicles that we desired, we focused on the outright sale. In the past, I have received multiple offers in the form of a marketing post card with estimated value of my vehicle, subject to inspection of course and a bold statement that my used vehicle was in high demand, so I thought I'd reach out to gauge their interest. When I called and talked to Todd Cales, he mentioned that the used car manager, Forest Palmer, was out for the day already. Todd stated that he knew that Forest had a high demand for used vehicles and Todd took all my vehicle details to start the package. The next day I went in, but Forest was not there. I was asked about my interest in their vehicles and I mentioned that we had been there before and had not found anything, we liked the Armadas, but the new ones were more then we were looking to spend. Todd stated that they were making significant reductions on their new Armada demo vehicles and convinced me to look. While another sales rep and I looked at the Armadas. The dealership had a chance to look over my vehicle. While I did not see them evaluate it (first mistake), I know they were in it as the seats were moved and the mirrors were all moved. Upon my return, they made a low offer for my vehicle. I told them that they would have to do a little better and that I had other offers that were a minimum 10% higher. My wife called them around 3 that afternoon to see if they could meet halfway, up the offer about 5%. The Sales Rep stated that the manager was firm at their offer. I talked to the Sales Rep on my way home after work and told him that we'd like to go ahead with their offer if it was still good. He said he thought it was, but he couldn't do anything until Forest Palmer came in at 12:30 pm the next day. Since I wouldn't be able get there until late the next day, I asked if it was alright to leave my vehicle there overnight (we were picking up another vehicle at a nearby dealership, so this was convenient - another mistake...)So I called the Nissan Dealership around 1pm and found out Forest was not in yet. Called again about 3pm and was told Forest was out sick and then he also passed on that the dealership was rescinding their offer. I asked for an explanation. He transferred me to John Vargas who explained to me that the owner of the lot did not want my truck. The owner walked by an did not like the way the engine sounded, so there was no way he was accepting the vehicle. John then stated that the dealership never made an offer to buy my vehicle and that they knew this immediately. When pressed, he came up with some other cosmetic issues and expressed that I had misrepresented the condition of the vehicle to them which is how they got the number that they also say they never offered me. After a heated debate, it was very clear to me that they were only interested in my vehicle if a trade were involved, that the dealership is run by leadership that lacks ethics, and to top it off, they pinned it all on the Sales Rep and will most likely be firing a disabled veteran because he failed to toe the company line.I'm usually not the type to take to the internet to write reviews, and if I do, it is usually to praise someone for going above and beyond. However, this experience has left such a bitter taste in my mouth that while I absolutely love my Nissan vehicle, I will drive out of my way an hour to go to the next nearest dealership and I will encourage all my friends and coworkers to avoid Nissan of Melbourne at all costs.

This is the third vehicle in four years I have purchased from them and my ownership experience has always been fantastic. Todd Cales has been the only sales person we have ever delt with and his product knowledge, kind manner and compasionate education is the reason why we always come back to Nissan of Melbourne.

Was helping my Brother shop for a Rogue, as he's rather inexperienced negotiating car deals. I queried several area dealers over the net for their best price. When we got to Nissan of Melb, we were told the unit quoted was gone, but they had others just like it; after all, there aren't many trim and spec combos for the Rogue. So after a quick demo ride, we sat down to "work the numbers." As the salesman went down the list, he nonchalantly pointed out their price (full MSRP rather than the quote I got online), dealer fee, bump sticker, tax, tag & title. That's right, Nissan of Melb charges stealer fees AND puts bump stickers on pretty much everything! I mean...we were shopping for a Rogue, not a flippin' GT-R for crying out loud! Unsavvy buyers (like my bro) may negotiate a few bucks off MSRP and -think- they're getting a deal, but really they're getting screwed by fees. So beware if you shop this stealership! FYI, we bought from Erdman on Merritt Island.

After learning that I was not treated with integrity, I decided to divorce Nissan. I turned in my Nissan lease to work with another Manufacturer, and have no intention of doing business with Nissan again. The new dealer stated that I am to be reimbursed for my Maintenance Contract. I contacted Nissan of Melbourne by both phone and email after the new purchase in July. My call was never returned. Numerous emails have been ignored. In my email, I also requested a copy of the payoff for a previous vehicle, because the Credit Bureau was never told that the vehicle was paid in full. The person who did my deal's paperwork promised this payoff occurred; the dealership's owner insists it does not exist. The fact is that my former car's negative equity was wrapped into the last deal, and after doing more than 10 car deals, I know there is a payoff and paper trail. I want my maintenance contract reimbursement, and I want the accurate facts to be reported to the Credit Bureau. Nissan Consumer Affairs did not assist me with the credit issue. I have lost faith in the business integrity of Nissan Corporate and Nissan of Melbourne.

I will NEVER buy anything from Nissan of Melbourne. You can tell they are in it to rip people off. Won't tell you what your APR is for financing because I am sure they up charge and make even more money on their over priced cars. I went somewhere else and saved about 4 Grand. A few days later I got a phone call saying "give me a call back & let me know if your still looking for a car. I want you to come back in and give me a chance to show you some REAL NUMBERS" A) So you were showing me fake numbers before?B) Thanks but no thanks, I already purchased the same car from somewhere else because your business practices were far from satisfactory. :)If you need/want a Nissan I would suggest trying a different one in the area such as MI or Vero. I know that is what I will be doing!

Purchased a new Nissan Altima from this dealership. They offered the car for a very good price compared to other dealers, but they were deceptive on the financing. I wanted to use my credit union but they claimed the CU rate was much higher and the best rate was with another bank. I found out later from my CU that the CU had actually approved me for a much lower rate. So, they basically lied to me about the rates. In the future I will secure financing before hand - be careful with this dealership!

I went into this dealership with the intent on buying an altima. They had one on the lot that met all of my requirements. When I got ready to test drive it I was told I had to sign a paper concerning allegeded privacy issues. When I objected thesalesman told me it was federal law. I told him that I been to five other dealerships and not one had asked me to do this. The salesman kept telling me that they were not going to run my credit but the paper indicated that they could and was marked yes in two different spots as to the information they could obtain or release. When I finished test driving the car I spoke with one of the sales managers. Several salesmen and staff were present and made comments about not running credit. When I showed the sales manager where it said yes that information could be released the sales manager just looked at me. I would not purchase a car from this dealership or the salesman that attempted to help us. In fact, i purchase another make of car from another dealer that afternoon.

I spoke with Quinton by phone and when I arrived he introduced to Paul Marr. Paul was very thorough in going over the car with me. The priced that I was qouted by email and phone was the exact price I paid no games. I was in and out with in a hour what a deal and what a pleasant surprise to meet a dealership that gives you a fair and honest deal.

Todd was very knowledgeable about the Altima I was considering. He was courteous, friendly and informative. I bought a fully loaded 2011 Altima at a wonderful price. I love it and will continue to have a relationship with this dealer. Everyone loves my car and I tell them to go to Nissan of Melbourne.

I've been a fervent Honda lover for 10 years, but when I was shopping for a new car and Honda disappointed me, Nissan didn't! I had the most perfect experience at Nissan of Melbourne. The staff, and my new Cube, are amazing! I couldn't have asked for anything else!

Drove an hour for a vehicle I had spoken with a sales rep about. After working out financing over the phone, drove to get the vehicle only to wait for 30 minutes while another potential buyer came back from a test drive. Waited another 15 minutes before getting a manger myself to ask if the truck was still available only to find that it was being purchased. Left a message for the owner whom I contacted before he called me and his response was "I'm sorry, we don't have a hold policy." He did not offer to reimburse me for the gas I used nor did he offer to help me find another vehicle. As a matter of fact, there was another vehicle on the lot I was interested in but now REFUSE to do any business there. Paul, a sales rep there, was not very friendly and in fact was seen by myself and my friend chewing out the front desk girl in front of clients and being ridiculously rude to her. Absolutely the worst car-buying experience ever.

I WENT TO TRADE IN MY 2007 NISSAN SENTRA WITH A HIGH INTEREST RATE OF 16% AND THEY WORKED VERY HARD TO GIVE ME WHAT I WANTED AND I CAME HOME WITH A BRAND NEW 2011 SENTRA AND AN INTEREST RATE OF 0.9%. LETS JUST SAY I WAS VERY HAPPY. THIS WAS MY 5TH CAR I HAVE GOTTEN THRU THEM AND THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT EACH TIME. THANKS GUYS!!!!

Great, friendly folks. Not pushy at all, which is new to me when visiting any car dealership. They were willing to make the price work for my range, and gave top dollar for my trade in. I highly recommend Nissan of Melbourne--their sales department and their business manager were all very friendly!

This dealership is terrible. They do try to rip you off in every way possible. I went in trying to buy an 05-07 Nissan Altima 2.5 s. We looked around for a bit and saw a silver 05 Nissan Altima that we were interested in purchasing. We went in to negociate the deal. We wanted to pay about $10,500 to $11,000 which is what I could afford. We said we would pay $10,500 and he said no that is too low for that car. Then we said the most we can do is $11,000 out the door. He comes back with what about $11,500. We said no we told you $11,000 was the most we could do. The salesman went to talk to his manager supposedly and then came back with if you initial this sheet we will give it to you for $11,500 ou the door. We told him that we needed to think it over and we left. We talked it over and decided to give it a go. I took off work just to go to the dealership the next day. When we went in the salesman was not there and it took him forever to get there from lunch. When he finally did make it he told us that he had never told us he could give it to us for $11,500. Needless to say I did not purchase from them because if they lie before you even purchase whats to say what they will do when they have you in their grasp. It is sad how car dealerships are so crooked in this area.

Today I went in for an alignment to Nissan of Melbourne (located at 440 S Harbor City Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32901) with my 07 Maxima. Some guy called Jimmy did the work. When I got my car back after two hours, there were numerous scratches on each of the four alloy wheels from the tips of the alignment apparatus that fits into the wheels. I showed the service manager what has been done, and he argued -- "Your car has 10,000 miles on it. We did not do that." This is how bad the service from Nissan of Melbourne is. When you think of buying a Nissan vehicle, be prepared to deal with worthless Nissan dealerships like this.This reminds me of an alignment I once got done to my 97 Altima a few years back at a Tire Kingdom (now NTB at 2385 Silver Dr, Columbus, OH 43211). One of the wheel caps wasn't tightly fitted and came out in the street while driving back from the store. I went back to the store and the service manager apologized and instantly looked at nearby shops where I could get the wheel cap, talked to that store manager and requested me to get it from there at their expense. What a stark difference from Nissan of Melbourne!

BEWARE- these Sales people want to be your friend to figure out your weaknesses and a way to rip you off. I personally heard one laughing to another guy about how he ripped someone off so bad by getting them to finance through the dealer instead their own bank! DO NOT let them hold the keys to your trade in! The police have been called on this dealership for not giving keys back to customers!!! The service department lies to your face- this dealer changed names not too long ago, and its got to be because of all the complaints and the bad reputation around Melbourne! Do not trust them!
