My husband had purchased an Altima in 2013, and then he passed away a few months later. At that time, I found out my neighbor was the finance guy at Nissan North Olmsted. He helped by taking in my Buick and my husbands Altima, and helping me to buy a brand new Sentra. Having never bought a car in my life by myself, I found they were all really helpful to me, and I really appreciated that.

I has an appointment for 8:00 AM for a check on a possible wheel bearing repair that was only going to be maybe about an hour, but instead it was going to be both wheels. They gave me a loaner and said come back later at 1:30 it will be done-it was done and washed. Did what they said and more.Very please with the service so far.

I went to the Nissan north Olmsted to simply look and compare the Nissan Frontier pickup to the Toyota Takoma pickup. I found the Nissan truck to be a hands down winner over the Takoma. Higher ride, stronger suspensions and more of a truck feel. Brad explained why it was a good idea to lease and keep my money where it could do me some good. Perhaps a buy out at the end of a 3 year lease and still be money ahead. Remember I just went to look and bought that same day. They also made it easy with an early buy out of my current GMC lease.

From the first phone call with Dawn, I knew I was going to have a great experience with North Olmsted Nissan. She was so fun and easy going, I felt like I was talking with friend of 20 years. We cooresponded over a few days, and set a meeting for a Saturday morning. Dawn made me feel like I was working with a friend the entire time. Dawn worked diligently with finance manager Kelly, and together they arranged the down payment and monthly terms that I was seeking on a lease with no hassle whatsoever! They both made me feel like they sincerely wanted to earn my business, and were willing to work with me in order to meet my personal needs. I've had numerous experiences at auto dealerships in my lifetime, and this was hands down the most positive, stress free experience I've encountered. Truly an excellent customer experience! I've never felt as if they are patronizing because I'm a female, and I can't say that about all dealerships. This is the third car I've had from NON, and believe me, it's 90% due to their service department.

My expectation when I went to North Olmsted Nissan with my father was to start looking at what options there might be for me when I was ready to purchase a new / used vehicle, probably in the summer months of 2016. Mike D'Amato sat and talked with us, asking me what I was looking for in a vehicle, what special considerations, features, type of vehicle, etc. He sent me on a test drive in the 2016 Rogue S with Brad, who briefed me on the features of the vehicle, and "insisted" that I use the back-up camera to park upon returning to the dealership. Although hesitant, I followed instructions, and, to my surprise, backed up successfully, using only the camera! Once inside the dealership again, Mike asked me what I though about the Rogue S. I said something to the effect of "that type of vehicle would be perfect for me when I am ready to move forward." His response was, "Oh, no..... you are taking home a new vehicle tonight." I was brought nearly to tears. First, I did not expect to be buying anything that night; and second, I have never owned a brand new car in my life! Mike and his staff worked the numbers, and was able to secure a lower percentage rate than I thought my credit report would deserve. By the time I left the dealership that night, it was snowing rather heavily, so I took my time traveling home to Maple Heights. When I got home, my 18 year-old son saw the new Rogue, and said, "I think a test drive is in order here!" So, at 11:00 pm, in the snow, my son took a short drive in the Rogue, and loved it, too! Since my experience at North Olmsted Nissan, I have been telling all my Cleveland School District teacher friends and neighbors that if and when they are in the market for a vehicle, they must see Mr. Mike D'Amato and his staff! The servicing was really helpful. I came in to have my muffler looked at they were very honest with me and said because the car was newer there be no charge. They also were able to fix my muffler and a recall that was on my car. Everybody in the service team was very helpful. They do not try to "sell" me things. They educate and present options, which makes for a much more desirable experience. My apologies for this review being so late. I do not have a personal computer at home so I didn't opportunity to respond until now. have the I leased my first car from this dealership in April of 2012 and I absolutely loved my Sentra and this dealership. I had all of the oil changes done there and any other work needed and the staff in the repair department is fantastic. Each and everyone of them that I came in contact with over the last few years were very professional, helpful and friendly. I recently got a letter in the mail letting me know my lease was up in the spring so I went to get an oil change and while I was waiting I took the letter and talked to Todd Gregg, salesperson. He talked through my options, but I told him I wanted the exact same car that I currently had and was thinking of just buying it because I loved it. He said they didn't have the color and leather seats that I had at their dealership, but he would get one for me. Two days later he called and had the exact car that I wanted so I ended up getting a brand new Sentra and signed a new lease. Todd went above and beyond to get the car I wanted and was fantastic to work with. I was shocked he got the car so quickly and when I came in he had everything ready to go.He was very appreciate that I did business with them again. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. It is always very clean and each and every staff member that I have come in contact with in any area at that dealership is wonderful. You can just see how they all love working there. Mike D'Amato is always visible too and greets customers and he has personally thanked me for the purchase/leasing of both vehicles I got there. You can also see how he interacts with his team. He is an amazing leader and I believe that's why this dealership is so successful. I took it in for tires and an oil change. In the process they found that the rear differential was failing, which was something that I didn't know anything about. The minute I stepped on the lot I was very happy with the experience. I asked to test drive a specific car I had my eye on and I didn't get the typical car dealership mentality. Dean was the salesman that answered all our questions. He was very helpful and friendly. We were visiting family at the time and wanted information about the quest. He made sure that we knew everything we wanted to know about the Quest. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman. Definitely will be going back there when the time comes to trade in our vehicle.

Leased a new truck at Nissan of North Olmsted. Truck was had horrible squealing sound on initial drive home. Dealership gave us a hard time replacing truck. Owner and General Manager acted defensive and were rude. Avoid this dealership.

Service work from this dealership is very poor and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Without exception, every time I have taken my Murano in for service work (approximately 6 times over 6 years), the car has been returned with equipment detached. Examples from previous oil change visits: Detached radio antenna Detached air cleaner housing Unsecured windshield fluid washer cover Detached fuse panel cover inside engine compartment During my last visit, the service advisor told me that the car's power steering fluid was "dirty" and needed to be replaced. I told her that it had been replaced one month previously and she quickly removed it from the recommended work order sheet. Given the abysmal customer service at this dealership (and Nissan in general), I've decided to trade in my Murano for an Acura. Bye.. Bye... Nissan!!

This dealership is great! I live over 1200 miles away in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and purchased my Nissan GT-R online from Big Nissan, North Olmsted. They made the buying process so easy, and always responded very promptly. They actually give car dealers a good name! They were extremely helpful and also are very honest. When searching and pricing the car locally, I noticed that the dealerships were playing games, and very dishonest/deceiving, which is why I started looking online from dealerships across the country. I had 2 other dealers online, offer the same price or better. I put down a deposit from one dealership that was closer to me (and $400 cheaper to ship from, and included a couple extra add-ons included for the same price.) However, I was not happy with their customer service, as their responses were always delayed by at least a day, didn't always get a response, and went back on their word for some items. To the point that I started looking elsewhere for a my Nissan GT-R. And I'm glad I did, as I was able to find Big Nissan, North Olmsted, OH. Had I not had the pleasure of dealing with Big Nissan, North Olmsted, I would have regrettably gone through with my first deal. On the other hand, the customer service from Big Nissan, North Olmsted was exceptional! I honestly have to say, that Rob Chizmar, Dale Jungeberg and Lane from the finance dept, were absolutely phenomenal to deal with, and if I'm ever in the market for another Nissan, I would definitely purchase from Big Nissan, North Olmsted again. I would recommend anyone purchasing a Nissan, to purchase their car from Big Nissan.

They were excellent at this dealer! Gave us a great price on the car and a great price on our trade in. Couldn't be happier! The manager emailed me a few days later to make sure someone followed up to make sure everything was ok. He even offered to sit down with us if we wanted. Would definitelely recommend going here and seeing John Beale.

My husband and I had narrowed our selection for a small SUV to a Nissan Rogue. We had talked with Rob on our initial visit and decided to contact him when we were ready to buy. Rob had looked for the vehicle we had explained we were looking for. Although they were unable to find what we wanted, they had 2 similar to what we were looking to buy. My husband asked they give us their best number after seeing the initial amount. Rob came back after talking to the men behind the computers, with same number we were shown initially and a huge down payment . My husband pointed out the obvious their number changed. Rob explained how "he worked for us" what were we looking for. The typical game was played and eventually they said we needed to just look at a totally different Rogue with fewer options . They weren't going to make any money on what we were asking. The other bait and switch was initially we were told there 1.9% financing was offered on 2014s but that wouldn't affect us because they deal with 30 lenders. They could get a good rate. By the end, the rate was gone and off the table. We walked. I would never return there. It was your typical car experience and the cheesy loud 80s music was laughable. Recommendation go any where else!!!

Was looking to view a used Nissan Juke at this dealership, which I found on Cars.com. I could not get in to see it until a day later. In the meantime, the "Juke" was sold and no longer available. I received an email, and a voice mail from the dealership advising that the used car was no longer available, and that they did have others available to view. I went to the dealership, and was introduced to a very knowledgeable salesman, who made his available inventory known. He also brought me a new 2014 Juke to test drive. I really liked the options on the vehicle, and the breakdown of my payments. I decided to buy on the spot and within an hour I was approved for purchase, the car was detailed, a dealership technician walked me through all the functions of the car, the tank was filled, keys were given to me, and off I drove. They even allowed me to bring in the title and other set of keys the following day. When I did deliver the title, I was greeted by the store manager and my salesman, by name. The overall experience was excellent, and would suggest Nissan of North Olmsted to anyone.

Dealership initially offered close to Kelly Blue Book pricing on my trade of $15,200. That was until I mentioned that I had graduated in the past year and was eligible for special pricing on a new Altima. At that point the price of my trade dropped to $14,000. Hum... Same old dealership pricing games, no deal! Should have saw it coming. Staff was friendly and courteous though and not overly pushy.

Found a used VW Convertible Bug at this dealership through Cars.com. The staff were quite knowledgeable and friendly. Financing was easy and including the test drive the entire process was completed in less than 1.5 hours. I couldn't be happier. :)
