This was the best experience buying a car ever. Chris was amazing, friendly, and so helpful. After a horrible experience at a different dealership it was awesome having such a great salesman. It was stress free and within a few hours we drove away with exactly what we were looking for without any difficulties. I just went for my first complimentary oil change on my brand new Nissan Sentra. The experience was way beyond what I expected. Not only did I get an oil change but also an inspection, tire rotation, and cleaning free of charge as a thank you for bringing it in. Daniel also performed an inspection of my tire rods as there is a recall issued on them to make sure I was safe before I left. He did an absolute wonderful job and my car is running perfectly. I will definitely be coming back in for any and all my car service needs. Thank you to Daniel for his exceptional work and to Nissan of Norwich.

I had an awesome experience here. I was dreading the whole car shopping experience but these guys made it great. I'm a first time car buyer and was getting very upset with my experience in buying a car. Most all the dealerships were acting like I was a nuisance, not a guest. If I asked for something they sighed and made a face. I was getting highly upset and was about to just not buy a car at all. That's when I was driving by Nissan of Norwich and decided to try one more dealership. I was not really a Nissan guy and had always owned Jeeps before this, but what does it hurt to step out of your comfort zone and try something new? I was greeted by Richard Parker who ended up being my sales associate I worked with through the entire process. I came in just as they were closing without realizing it. But he still wanted to take the time to help me out and test drive not one but two SUVs - Nissan Rouges. After test driving the 2014 Nissan Rouge, I fell in love! No more Jeep for me. I came back two days later and worked again with Richard and Eric in the finance office. The banks originaly did not approve me for the Black Rouge I wanted, but Eric called them up and used the dealerships great track record and good relationship with the bank to advocate on my behalf. It was AMAZING the magic this guy has. He actually got me Approved!! I drove away in the car I wanted! These folks at Nissan of Norwich are truly professionals and know exactly what they are doing, and they do it with Style. I can't explain how happy I am that I am in that vehicle. Unlike the other dealerships, they actually took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure to match me with a vehicle that completely fit my needs and my budget. They were respectful of my time and what I could bring to the table and really put the effort in to make the deal happen. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle. They actually have a used 2012 Plum Nissan Rouge, that was my second choice it's a really nice vehicle. It won't be there for long though, I'm sure it will sell fast lol. But Go check it out, go check them out, I guarantee, you will not be disappointed at all.

I stopped by last week to get windshield wipers for my 11 maxima, first time in nissan of norwich in 3 years and it seems brand new!!!!! The showroom was beautiful, they had popcorn, choclate bars, donuts ,coffee and water, OMG!!!! It was refreshing! !! Everyone was smiling and when i asked where parts dept was the guy walked me back instead of pointing i thought that was very professional, Left a great impression im glad we stopped by.....i will return when its time to buy my next maxima!!!!!

When looking at a new Nissan Rogue Select with the intent of trading in our much loved sportscar. Ted came out into the parking looking and speaking very polite and professional. He asked if we wanted to take the car we were looking at for a ride ( not being pushy at all through the entire transaction).Long story short....we did purchase the vehicle and feel we got a very good deal. We went home feeling very happy with our decision to go to Nissan of Norwich because we had purchased a car in 2005, which is still on the road and were very happy with the service wi rec'd at that time. All the people treated us with respect and professionalism. I would reccommend anyone that is looking for a new or used car go to Nissan of Norwich and I know that they will be as satisfied as I have been.

I just purchased a Rogue from this dealership. I happened to see one at the Pats game Sunday, and wanted to trade in my Maxima. They gave me a great trade in deal! I'm obsessed with the Rogue, it drives so smooth and I am not afraid of winter anymore! I was in & out in a couple of hours. Everyone from the front desk to finance was very nice and I didn't feel taken advantage of at all (I was by myself with a toddler). Highly recommend them!

I am not even giving them one star. Worst car dealer ever. Salesman promised us the world which was all lies. Asked us to give him a 10 rating which we did as we believed him. All kinds of problems with nano you tell one person the problem and think he is looking into it then you find out he has quit the job, they go through so much help there, good luck trying to find help. We had to put new brakes on around 20,000 miles water in the doors I could go on but don't have enough room. Trying to complain now to Charlie Antonino can't find him either. Had to put one star in so I could post this, that's the only reason.

The second car was a 2008 Sentra and my gut instinct from test drive and review of under carriage and engine compartment was not to buy it, looked like they shined it up real nice (Cosmetic) but may have been hard case in reality. But unfortunately I brought my significant other into the dealership with me and she was way too eager (loved the car) and in a rush to get it, and left me little choice, time and little wiggle room to negotiate a better warranty or price on the deal. Luckily, I worked in some under-coating and a semi descent version of a warranty for a year at least. In the end I felt as though they did not have enough confidence in their product for a longer warranty and that sent up a bunch of red flags in my mind, my anxiety level, and doubts went up about what I was about to purchase. Ted was friendly, courteous and was straight forward. Good salesman. The GSM (Bob) was friendly and easy to talk to, I liked them a lot. The GM looked intimidating, but I had no interaction with him, so I have no reference to his demeanor. Service inspection and delivery of truck went well, however they missed the mismatched tire pressures (all 4) that made my tpm sensor on my truck light up two days after delivery. On the Sentra delivery, they missed that the Transmission indicator light on the console was no longer working and no owners manual included with the car (had to download off internet). Over all, a good experience in some aspects but has room for improvement. Do your homework (research car and prices) before you go there, and be sure to ask the right questions (about maintenance and history) and you will be satisfied. Ted's a straight shooter and will answer any question and get things done if you request it.

This was one of the most negative experiences of my entire life! My husband used buying a new car as an incentive while undergoing intense cancer treatment. We felt that we were discriminated against because he was a cancer patient! I would never recommend family, friends or aquaintances and i repeat never recommend anyone to this dealership! We did not however let Sam Ismail the general manager deter us from buying a Nissan product! We found the exact vehicle at Gates of North Windham and negotiation, purchase and total buying experience was completed in a matter of hours. We were treated respectfully and felt we were dealing with a friendly and integral dealership contrary to Nissan of Norwich!

I want to thank the staff at Norwich Nissan for their professionalism and customer service. I picked up the phone and called Nissan of Norwich hoping a sales person would be willing to listen to my offer for a New 2014 Nissan Altima SL. The minute I spoke to Amir I felt comfortable with his willingness to listen and get back to me in 15 minutes with the deal I wanted. Sean, the sales & leasing consultant was able to pick up the car I wanted from another dealer and close the deal in a couple of days. Sean spent the time to go through all of the features in the car and answered any questions I had. Sean called my home to make sure I was satisfied with the car and to let me know the body side molding I requested was on order and when it came in I would get a call to bring the car in to install and to take care of the minor concerns I have with the car. David, the finance manager went through all of the loan paperwork comparing the figures I had with the figures he had. They matched! NO hidden costs! My 2006 Nissan Sentra was brought in for a major service on 10/14/13. Prior to scheduling the service, a service representative listened to my concerns about the car and suggested the major service, explained, in detail, what the major service covered, what would be done, and the associated cost. A rental replacement vehicle was arranged by the Service Department, and that experience was very good. I was promptly contacted when the service was complete and the Sentra was ready for pick-up. The car now noticeably starts quicker. Brake performance is much smoother.

No room..so we went back and got a sentra 2013. and the sales man was very good and helpful. Even thought we lost money in the deal because we had the car for a week with the virsa. I had a constant noise coming from front end of truck. I had no time to worry about it and had to drop it off at my dealer, Nissan of Norwich. I did not have a scheduled appointment. Dropped off truck Sunday night. Monday I recieved a call and the problem was diagnosed. I told the service manager to go ahead and replace the part on both sides of the axle. The truck was repaired in no time and I was able to take my children to football practice on time on Monday as well! No down time for me! Great job!

I recently had a problem with my 2009 not being able to start. I knew it was going to be the break switch after researching my vehicle online. I brought it to Nissan of Norwich because it is very close to my home. I was greeted at the service department by a gentleman named Cliff. He was very friendly and said he would look at it asap and then call me when they knew what was wrong. About an hour later i received a phone call saying that it was the brake switch and that he had already talked to my warranty company and they were in the process of fixing it, but it would be a while. I told Cliff that i needed to get to work about 2 hours later and was hoping to get the car back by then. He told me to wait a second, so I did, he then comes back on the line and said it would be ready in about 45 minutes and I could come and get it. I was so happy that in a matter of 2-3 hours my car was fixed without any problems even though i didn't have an appointment. I have never had such a painless and pleasant car experience at any dealership. I will continue to bring my vehicles to be serviced there. My wife and I spontaneously decided to drive into Nissan of Norwich to see what they could do for us. We were quickly greeted by Jose Rodriguez-Falcon. We told him right up front (without even mentioning the vehicle we were interested in yet) what we wanted to do for our trade-in and what we could handle as monthly payments. Jose met with his supervisor about our trade-in, "ran numbers" and came back to us with an amazing offer PLUS extra rebates that we were not even aware existed. After test driving the Frontier, we felt as though we had known Jose for years, he was extremely personable and professional! We drove away with our Frontier that day... in and out of the dealership in about an hour! After having purchased many vehicles over the past years, we dreaded spending HOURS/DAYS haggling over offers/pricing/payment plans.... this was BY FAR the best purchasing experience we have ever had!

Working with the sales staff was one of the most pleasureable experiences we have had in looking for a new vehicle. The weekend happened to be during a heat wave, but that did not detour our sales person from showing us a couple of models for us to make our decision in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. He took his time explaining the features for the vehicle, and when it came time to look at the numbers, the GM worked hard to put together a deal that worked for our budget. We did not feel pressured or made to feel uncomfortable about our needs.

II was very dissapointed that the one to one points were not interchangeable between Girard Nissan and Norwich. They are both Nissan Dealers under the Girard umbrella. I also had an extended warranty bought through Girard's "Touch Point" and felt that should have been honored or at least acknowledged at Norwich--since it was a warranty on the vehicle Not the dealership. During the purchase of our last vehicle they assisted us in setting up automatic bill payments from our checking accout that aided our payments always being on time while healing our credit status. With this purchase we were able to purchase the exact vehicle we wanted w/ a lower interest rate. Tudor, Sammie, & Michael went above & beyond to put us in the best purchasing position possible. I not only would recommend Nissan of Norwich to my friends & family, i will do business with them again in the future as long as their staff is present. Mario was the the person who answered my call but was gracious when he wasn't available upon my arrival. There was an actual team atmosphere. The longer i spoke w/ the staff i began to get a sense of family amongst them. They were there for each other and that treatment transferred to us. Took our 2011 Juke in for what we thought was going to be warranty repairs. First was a broken radial belt in one of the tires, service claimed they would have to check for any signs of hitting a curb or anything of the sort for the warranty to apply. Now i know first hand there were no marks on that tire of any shape or form, not even a little scuff. Now of course, they wouldn't warranty the one tire since you are supposed to replace both tires especially when they can sell you both of those tires. Second item to be fixed and a simple one, the rear windshield fluid line was clogged. Now if you are like me and check the forums to see what common problems are out there, this is one of the biggest ones. Something so simple that should have been a warranty item, again the dealership charged $50 to repair. Lastly they recommended that the air filter be replaced and we agreed to it, then magically it doesn't get done and thank heavens we didn't get charged for it otherwise i would have gone through the roof. Just a FYI any other Juke owners who happen to read this, if you have the GPS and once you go get that popup window to update the GPS at the dealership. Evidently, you have to go purchase the update cd yourself and then take it to the dealership for them to install it. There was a laundry list of other smaller items to be repaired, and of course as with any car when you take it in to be fixed it magically stops being a problem or they just cant find anything wrong. Really starting to not like this dealership, the sale of the car was a disaster of a whole different level and now even the service is showing they care about is getting money from you. Taking care of the customer seems to be last thing on this places mind.

On February 18, 2013 I initially went in because my right front tire on my 2010 Nissan Altima was flat. Upon analysis, the parts manager recommended replacing all 4 tires and purchasing a wheel alignment and balancing for a total of $795.95. The total price was daunting and pretty much busted my budget for the month. There was also apparently a mix-up regarding my one-on-one rewards membership from the November 2012 service I received which cost me $495.95. In the name of customer service they agreed to take 10% off the 11/12 service visit. This February visit however I was faced with $795.95 (no discount) and 4 1/2 hours spent waiting. Tudor, the salesperson who initially sold me my 2010 Altima invited me over to his desk to consider purchasing another vehicle. I mentioned that I would like to purchase a used car for my daughter but after being issued that tire bill I wasn't ready to spend more money. Sammy came over and recommended I consider leasing versus acquiring a car loan in view of the fact that I wasn't putting a great deal of mileage on my car. Tudor had me test drive two 2006 Nissan Sentras. I selected the one with fewer miles then I agreed to test drive the 2013 Black Altima that Sammy showed me in the lot. Sammy asked me what I was putting down but I showed him my bill and explained that I would not even benefit from driving off to take advantage of the 4 tires I just purchased that day. After negotiating the price of $550 per month , an amount that I believed I could manage, I agreed to both acquisitions but unfortunately didn't have the advantage of doing the homework on my rates. The leased 2013 had scratches which Tudor arranged to have the local dealership remove. I took the vehicle to the car wash but it appears that the hood is easily marked. Since I have a 45 minute commute weekdays I will try to arrange for another visit to have them look it over. The only downside to the February 2013 purchases was that I was faced with both the $795 tire bill and my first month lease payment the following month in March and I have yet to receive my statement to date neither March or April's. I have been unsuccessful in getting NMAC to provide me with these. I have been informed that they were mailed out and should take 20 days before I receive them. Overall I am pleased that I was able to get a used vehicle for my daughter and my mom and sisters love the look of the new Altima.

I was a visit time customer at Nissan of Norwich were I purchased my first used 2011 Nissan Maxima. Entering the dealership I was helped fairly quicky by Ron the salesman who was very friendly but not knowledgable. It was clear everything needed to be ran through Sammie who was very busy and had me waiting a long time to get answers to any questions. After leaving and returning serveral times and going back and forth on a fair price I was there to pick up my maxima. As i began paperwork the price myself and Sammie agreed apoun for my trade'in was changed, he decided to give me less without my knowing, which was very frustrating and upseting since this was my 5 time back and i am a 1st time customer. After dicussing this he decided he would adjust to price alittle but still not down to what we aggreed to, but I just wanted my veh so i signed and was on my way. Visiting this dealership my experience was a headache, alot of run around and Sammie def trys to get over on people on price. I will not return to this dealership, nor will I recommend it.

The employees I worked with at this dealership were very friendly and welcoming, and certainly persistent. They definitely remembered me, called me, emailed me. I did feel that they were trying to help me to get the car I was interested in. The only negatives were that, as I mentioned, they tended to be a little too persistent, and that in the end I felt that the terms of my financing were more than what we had previously discussed. I had said that I was looking for 60 months, and then at the moment of signing the papers, all of a sudden it was now 72 months. What was I to do at that time? Of course I had already made the arrangements to take this car home.My salesperson called me 24 hrs after I bought the car, to see how I liked it. He hasn't called again since, despite the fact that he said he would.Maybe he is afraid I will complain about the things I don't like about the car?

On this visit we bought a 2012 Frontier and a 2013 Altima. I have been doing business with Sam for 6 years- bought a sentra and an altima, leased an altima previously. Mario and Sam always take care to answer all of my questions while making the decision. They gave us a great deal each time. When we checked around at other area Nissan delaerships their prices couldn't be beat. We always ask for Mario; he is personable, professional and very knowledgable of the vehicles we ask about. Even when we come in for service he inevitably walks through the service waiting area and says"hi" and asks if we are being well taken care of.The service department is also excellent. I have 8,000 miles on my new car. Only stated that I wanted an oil change. Didn"t realize I got a minor service charge as well. So $100 to check fluids and what not on a brand new car, are you kidding me. I will never go back to this dealership again, I felt scammed. Ok, I should of asked the price before hand. My husband and I have been searching for a reasonably priced, safe, good on gas vehicle for a few months. we have had a few bad experiences in the process with other dealerships to say the least. We didnt feel they listened to what our needs were & were quite pushy in the process. To our surprise right from the start from our search on Nissan of Norwichs site to our first contact by phone Josue was very easy going, friendly, and was willing to listen and work with us. When we arrived at the dealership Josue greeted us and had all the ins & outs ready for us. Josue took the time and went through all the details from the application process to the car itself. First, I'd like to say Josue was extremely professional, friendly and cordial to me. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I will recommend him to my friends and family.Second, David, the financial person, was just as professional and friendly. He put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Much appreciated.Third, I am very happy with the vehicle. I wasn't looking to buy a used car, but changed my mind after being told about the warranty being offered and the low mileage on the vehicle. It has everything I wanted in a vehicle.Fourth, I was disappointed to find out you don't fill the tank on used cars. I paid a considerable amount of money for the car and feel you should have filled the tank. That alone is a small gesture of gratitude to your customers for purchasing a vehicle from you. It says you appreciate our business and you want to get us started on our journey together with a full tank of gas.Fifth, and the most disturbing point. I am upset I only received one key fob for the vehicle. If I had purchased a "new" vehicle, I would have received two. The owners manual references two fobs come with the vehicle. I am being told I have to "purchase" a second one for my spouse to use. I will not be given another. Again, based on the amount of money I'm paying for the vehicle, and the fact it was sold to me as a "Certified Used Vehicle" supposedly in near NEW condition, I feel two fobs should have been offered. This is another small gesture of gratitude on your part to make a customer happy with his decision to purchase from you. I won't push the issue, cause I should have demanded it at the time of signing. But since you asked for my opinion, I will take the opportunity to give it.I would have used the dealership before my email contact with Alice (Customer Service), but in light of my disappointments in her response back to me, I don't feel confident I will be treated fairly and given all I am deserved of.Alice received my email about my concerns, then sent me a message back, pretty much saying they appreciate my business, but have no intention of doing anything about the issues I raised.I will more than likely NOT ever use this dealership again. There are other Nissan dealerships in the area.

My boyfriend and I had purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima a year and a half ago from Nissan of Norwich and received a call that having a lower monthly payment on a newer vehicle may be a possibility. When we arrived, Mario greeted us and took us into his office right away. He was very sincere, friendly and genuine and made both of us feel very comfortable. After much hard work and number crunching, Mario was able to get us into a 2012 Nissan Versa hatchback. This vehicle was PERFECT!! It is so roomy, has great gas mileage, a 3year 60,000 mile warranty, and the monthly payment are going to be less! Because I have two jobs, and the banks were closed by the time we finalized the purchase, Mario drove 40 minutes to my place of employment to have the paperwork signed the following day. I couldn't be happier. We have had great experiences at Nissan of Norwich and when my 2003 Honda Civic no longer runs; we will definitely be back to purchase a truck. Mario went above and beyond and we really appreciated all of his efforts.

Bought a used car and heard a problem in the front end. Had the car for only one day and took it in to have them look at it. After having it for two days they found nothing wrong with it. In fact they said they couldn't hear anything coming from the front end. They told me that if anything their was after market struts put on the car and that might be the problem. So I took the car home and not only can I still hear the problem but it is getting worse. Starting to feel like they didn't even look at it and just blew me off.

I have always been treated with respect when I bring my Chev 2002 S10 in for service.While I'm a person of modest means as a retiree,I have to watch my expences pretty close. I understand having a vehicle I can count on does need to be maintained, and depending on the repair sometimes I need to set alittle extra aside to have those repairs taken care of. This bring me to my next comment. Nissan Of Norwich since June of 2007 stopped accepting payment by check. Now don't miss understand me I know there are people who aren't very responsible, but I feel it's not fair to those of us who are. With bank equipment which can scan a persons check and deduct payment in an instant there shouldn't be a problem. At that point an credit card or cash could be required, and the credit card could also be verified. Something else that is a problem for those on a tight budget is the hourly rate, and with computers on vehiclesto determine a problem, the diagnostic charge is the same amount as the hourly rate of $99. I know there is an expence of that machine, but I'm sure that over time that diagnostic machine is more than paid for even with updates. Here is another service which I have brought to Nissan of Norwich, which promotes customer service. Cleaning of windows or at least the windshield. Then for a customer who has spent say over $1,200.00, maybe their car washed at the dealership, or given a card for a free car wash at one of the local car wash sites near Norwich.

I had been told no by other dealers within the past month and had some that said they would try to make something work and then not call back. Within an hour of showing up I had an approval on a new Xterra that fits my family perfectly for less than what I was expecting. I was extremely impressed by the staffs willingness to help and how they made the entire expierience comfortable. Also they are very military friendly. We had a unique and unusual situation with our new Sentra. It involved a problem with the trunk. It was cockeyed. Andy set up an appointment for us. When we arrived on the day it was to be repaired, he took the time to look up a bulletin that he remembered seeing one time. He found and showed me the bulletin. He then arranged for the technician to fix the problem. We had a number of people look at the problem and we were not optimisic it could be repaired. Andy and Chris took care of the problem, and they were pleasant and enthusiastic. The fix required finding an obscure "clip" and some loctite glue. It seems to us that the clip should be glued at the factory, to prevent the clip from falling out later. At any rate, we are grateful to these men for their efforts and attitudes.

Sam was very nice, and a true professional. even knowing I had been all over Massachusetts where I live, talking to dealers about this car. He was willing to match the price I had. Tony was very pleasant, and made me feel very comfortable, and not pressured to make a purchase that evening. He answered all my questions, and assured me that the registration process would be easy, seeing I was a Massachusetts resident, buying in CT. Once I picked up the car, Tony followed up with me a couple times to make sure that everything was okay with the car. I was very happy with the service provided. I went through couple dealers looking for the best option, and the only reason I went back and bought the car at the Nissan of Norwich is because Ron was so helpful and understanding. And walked with me through all the steps for buying a car and leasing the car, he gave me different option and was very understanding. And walked outside and show me the different cars and gave me information about them. He provided an excellent service, he is a great asset for Nissan of Norwich, and I will tell everyone to go there and look for car when they need one. Also I was happy with Sean; he stayed later to finish all the paper work and helped go home with new car on the same day. All the other employees were very professionals and friendly as well. In my twelve years of being a nissan owner, Nissan of norwich has by far THE BEST service department I have ever visited. Though I live in the Hartford area, i rather to use this dealership than any of the other local dealership that I pass on a daily basis. I dont know if its just a small town thing but, this dealership is miles ahead of all the other nissan dealerships in the area. Their customer service is top notch! I have spoken with everybody in the service department down to the guy work come in the evening to clean up and everybody here have a good attitude everytime. That day I went in and met Ron and test drove an 08 used sentra and decided to buy it. The next day, I went in, finished some paperwork and drove off the lot. I stopped in at Nissan of Norwich on my way home from work. I had fully researched carsonline, and decided on the Nissan Rogue. I decided to look for a 2011 new Rogue, and had chosen the color and options I required. Mario Quito greeted me at the dealership, walked me through the lot looking at the Rogue inventory. We were headed for the showroom when I noticed one lone model sitting at the back of the lot. We looked at it, and it was exactly the model I had chosen online. Everything was done that afternoon, to my surprise, purchase, registration and insurance transfer. I drove home in my new car, and am very happy with it and the dealership. My reason for the #4 on quality of work is because the car did need a wash, there is tape residue on the hood and the inside of the windshield is dirty; not major issues by any means, and I can understand. We went to Nissan of Norwhich when we were looking to buy a used pickup truck for my husband. We test drove a 2006 Nissan Frontier that my husband fell in love with! It was the first dealership we went to and they were asking $3,000 more than we wanted to spend. So we thought we would look around a little more. We put down a $100 so they would not sell the truck and they agreed to hold it for 2 days so we could shop around. I thought that was so nice!! My $100 would be refunded if I found another truck at another dealership. To make a long story short we shopped around for 2 days, and went back to Nissan of Norwhich to get the 2006 Nissan Frontier. We went to see Sammy and he was amazing, he sold us the truck we wanted for the price in our budget!!! The buying transaction was so smooth! We drove the truck home that day :) I highly recommend seeing Sammy at Nissan of Norwhich!! Every person that works there is so friendly. When its time to upgrade my Altima I will be back!

I purchased a murano, they told me that they would give a second key, they also fixed some scratches on the and the car comes back with leaks in the paint its dull, witch means no gloss n they said I'd get floor mats, needless to say none of this didn't happened. I will never purchase another vehicle From this dealership again n will be sure to inform people bout my poor experience. It's goin on three weeks now the car is still not registered in my name yet.

Buying a car can be a nerve racking experience, but not at this dealership. We were not hasseled, the staff was very helpful with all questions. i felt very comfortable at this dealership, able to relax and joke around. William is very easy to work with, he doesn't tell you what you "want" to hear he is honest and to the point, A BIG selling point in my eyes! I will and have referred this dealership and saleman Will to others. My mom actually purchased a car within 4 days from Will. Also very ptofrssional and great to work with was Sam and Sean!! I was greeted as soon as I pulled in the lot. Josue showed me all the cars that I was interested in. He answered all my questions without any hesitation and was very knowledgeable. My overall experience was very good with the only exception being I was not very pleased with the amount accorded for my trade-in vehicle. I was offered the same amount that you advertise for clunkers. I should have been given the Blue Book value. That's a lesson that I have to learn as I am one who likes to trust people that I deal with. With that being said I would recommend your dealership to friends looking for a new car. And I would tell them to make sure they know the value of their trade-in vehicle.

I was charged 179.82 for 1.8 hours of labor. My Maxima was in the shop for a maximum of 50 minutes. This was for an intermediate maintenance service (15,000 mile).If it takes 1.8 hours (fix rate) to perform the maintanence, why was it completed in less than 50 minutes. Either I was charged too much or the service was incomplete. You can't have it both ways.When I complained, I was told that an additional person was assigned to my service to balance the tires. I'm sure that you spin it any which way you want with enough practice.I was told that I could have $40 shop credit. Why? Was I charged too much in the first place?Basically, I've lost confidence/trust in the service department. I'm not sure if I'll bring my Maxima back for any additional service.I've bought a number of cars from Antonino dealerships over the years - Datsun, Maximas(3) and Acuras(2) - but going forward ....

I purchased a used 2009 Nissan Versa in September 2011. I'm very happy with the car and feel I got good value for my money. Ron was very patient with all my questions and the transaction went very smoothly. My only complaint, however, is that after I had the car for a couple of days, I noticed there was no owners manual in the glove compartment. Numerous calls and inquiries have still not yielded the manual and we are in November.

I know the Nissan name pretty much sells itself, but this was my first experience with a Nissan and believe me, it was much better than I hoped it would be. Everyone at Nissan of Norwich was friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership was super clean. All the people that I dealt with were polite and fun to work with. I never thought I'd be laughing and joking while buying a car! The financing was up front (I hate when you're told one price and then the dealership keeps coming up with different pricing). I can't say enough good things about my sale. I'm a little fish in the big sea, but Mario made me feel like I was important, and to me, that says it all!

Very good experience, was met promptly on arrival and everyone was very friendly. JOSUE was EXCELLENT to deal with and he knew to let the vehicle (Ford F350 dually diesel)speak for itself during the test-ride. While waiting for the paperwork to be processed he mentioned the fact that they had a motorcycle available with only 224 miles on it. After looking it over it was made part of the deal, it doesn't get any better than that!!! The only downside was the time it took for the paperwork to be done but that was a minor problem. Great bunch of people to deal with, I highly recommend them.

My experience purchasing a used Mustang was great. I found the car on Autotrader and called to make an appointment to see the car. They had the car ready to test drive when I arrived. We were able to agree on a reasonable price quickly and the paperwork went smoothly. They were able to accommodate a few of my logistical issues since I was live 80 mile away. Gary in the service dept was very helpful and the work was done in a timely fashion.However, I am disappointed overall because I purchased a certified used vehicle as my first Nissan having always owned Hondas, and after only 9mths and 7k miles my tie rod sudenly detaches. It didn't break, it didn't fail, according to Barberino Nissan, it simply wasn't secured correctly the last time it was serviced and so it came loose.I had not brought the vehicle in for service prior to this issue. No alignments, or new tires, nothing done that would have anything to do with the tie rod. So the last time anyone looked at the suspension or steering would have been during certification.The fact that this was missed at inspection and certification nearly cost me my life as I lost control of my steering while driving the vehicle when the tie rod became fully loose on the road.Not only has this shaken my faith in the manufacture of this brand and my trust of the vehicle I am driving, but I had to get my car towed from Cheshire, CT to Norwich, and live without it for five days, I also had to pay $100 to Barberino Nissan (for the diagnosis)and $312 to Nissan of Norwich for the repair. Nothing was covered under warranty which I could udnerstand if this came from improper maintenance of the vehicle, or misuse/abuse. However, with only 7k miles added to the vehicle since I bought it, and the circumstances surrounding the tie road failure (it detached due to a loose nut) I felt that I should not be paying for repair and diagnosis since it should be expected when purchasing a certified vehicle that something as critical as the steering components are in excellent working condition which was not the case considering the written diagnosis provided by Barberino Nissan.

This was without a doubt the best, easiest, and quickest car purchasing experience I've ever had. When it came time to pick up the car, the paperwork was prepared prior to my arrival, in order, and clear. There were no surprises. I truly hope that in 3 years the same people (Tony, Sam, Sean) will still be at this dealership. My car needed to be picked up several states away; I was pleased that it was ready for me when Sam said it would be, and it was immaculate. The entire process is filled with lies and misleading information. Not to mention the Gender, Age, Racial, and overall profiling that goes on here. I was here to view a car I researched on Cars.com, the price advertised online was 17K at the dealership it was priced at 21K. After 30 minutes and actually having to pull up the online price Via cell phone, finally agreed to 17.5K as a starting point. After telling the dealer what I had in mind for price and before test driving I was promised all sorts of numbers that fit my budget. I was not planing on checking my credit until my price was agreed upon, we finally came to an agreement on downpayment, trade-in, value, and overall price. So my credit is ran with a better score than anticipated. And finally the GM comes over with the paper and tells me he can't let the car go for the agreed upon price after running my credit. The GM was completely rude throughout this process of breaking this news to me and demanded I show him similar cars in this price range and that I wouldn't find any. After showing him four others at equal or lower prices just different colors than my liking, he begins blaming his employee for over promising although he gave the OK to run the credit knowing the agreed upon deal. Overall awful buying process and horrible customer service. Buyers beware before you fall into the same trap as me and have your credit scored lowered because of it. I hope this will make buyers aware of the tactics played by this dealer in particular and discourage from bring them business.

Just dropped the car off and let them do the rest. Didn't take too long to install the mud flaps and fix the back where it had a couple dents and chips. When I got it back, I wad completely satisfied. It looks amazing! I will definitely come back for any service or auto part installation! if doesn't get better than Nissan if Norwich! My eperience at Nissan of Norwich was amazing! Not only did I get the Nissan Rogue Krom Edition(so unique and it catches many eyes) at a great price, but the friendliness and customer service was outstanding. Mario helped us with everything and explained everything to me precisely. He even helped us set an appointment to install mud flaps and the body dents on the same day. We also bought rubber covers for the key and he even got it for us and installed one for us. He helped us out and made it quick since the parts department person was busy. It saved us a lot of time working with Mario. He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed the adapator part was missing. So I called Mario and he told me to come back and he'll get me one. It was just very quick and hassle free working with Mario. I am very disoppointed in the service I recieved form Nisan of Norwich I bought a car that had a major defect in the suspension system. I brought the car back several times when I first bought it and the car was still under (36,000 miles) warranty. I was told that the problem couldn't be detected. I drove this car with a bad strut and sway bar for over a year. Finally I took the car to a mechanic who informed me that the car strut was defective and needed to be changed along with sway bars. I brung the car to Nisan of Norwich and was told the problem did exist ( after a mechanic drove it)and the it would cost approximatelty 1000.00. I am very angry about the situation and I feel I have been mistreated and I will never buy another Nisan from that place. By the way my car have less then 50,000 why do this problem exist anyway.

Im sure all the staff are kind and very helpful, but Tony really showed great salesmanship. From the first day I stopped in just peering through car windows to the last day when I signed my final signature he had all the patience I needed as a new car buyer and that really reassured me that this was a great place to go, and I would reccomend Tony time and time again. He was very informative and explained every inch of my new car to me making sure if I had any questions, the didnt go unanswered. He stayed late passed his shift for me that way I could make it down after I got out of work, which I truly appreciate! When working out a price after the trade-ins and money down, Tony and his manager Chris also gave me a great deal by continuing to lower the price bringing it down just enough to satisfy my father, and put a lovely gleaming smile on his face. I can't tell you enough how pleased I am with my car and looking back at the process it took to get it. Tony made the whole process very exciting and comfortable for me.. I found the used car I wanted online. It was a recent trade in. The car needed work done and it took almost a week for it to be completed, slow but thorough. As a result of the work that was needed, the price wasn't as flexible as I was originally told, understandable-they put in $1000+ worth of work. There was a simple mistake made with the registration (we bought the car late on a weeknight), and as a result, the registration was invalid. Mario drove over an hour to bring me a corrected registration at my job so I wasn't driving illegally.

My 2004 Murano had to be towed to Norwich of Nissan. They diagnosed it the same day and had the car repaired late morning the next day. Ryan in Service Department gave excellent service to us. Called with updates on the car and called when it was completed. Unfortunately, I do not live in the Norwich area or I would used them for future service on my Murano. Great Job!!!!!

Brought my 2001 Altima in for an oil change which went very well. Was told by the service manager I needed to replace my valve cover gaskets due to leaks. I scheduled my the work for the next day and dropped off the vehicle that afternoon. I was also asked what time I would like the car back. I said 1 pm the next day. The following day I got a call at 10:15 am to inform me the car work was completed and at the price quote given. I was also informed that a hose needed replacement and that was done also. I was very happy with the work, people, and the dealership.

My lease was coming due and I was interested in several other non Nissan cars. We went into the dealer to see what would happen at the end of the lease and to check out an Altima Coupe I had seen in a parking lot. After talking with Len and taking a test drive we were given a price. We loved the car and the ease of another lease. Add to that a good price and we were more then happy to renew another Nissan lease. Everyone was very nice and helpful. This is our 5th car from this dealship and we look forward to more in the future.

I was on my way to work when the light for my hybrid came on indicating to take to dealer immediately. Just happened to be on 395. Got off and drove my car right to the service area and drove in. I told the associate the situation and I was in a hurry. Within 45 minutes they were able to tell me the problem and I was able to have someone come and pick me up to return to work. I picked up my car the next day and I am sorry I can not remember the names of the 2 gentlemen working with me but one I believe was a short white man and the other was a tall darker man. Both of them helped me and took care of my car and also fixed my back tail light as well as the battery in my car key. I was very well taken care of. Thank you! Julie Warzecha

I called ahead about a used Nissan Rogue and came in on a Sat. I was told the detailing dept. wasn't there but salesperson Jim offered to clean the car himself. The car was dirty. Despite Jim claiming to be a detailer there was dirt, spills, and garbage left in the car. There is a car wash just around the corner from this dealership but even the exterior of the SUV was dirty. Their finance person called out sick so the paperwork process took hours (I was there for 4.5 hours). The dealership was dead that day so the staff was in no rush to move the process along. The dealership is bare bones, cheap furniture, and no ammenities. They didn't even have a calculator when I asked for one (possible scam tactic). Sammy the GM offered to come down $200 on the price, but ultimately took off $500. However they made up the difference in the paperwork and I didn't catch it until later. They charged a $350 conveyance fee (or doc fee, shouldn't be more then $50 to simply process some documents), and a $150 fee to etch the VIN # into the glass. However they very reluctantly gave me the carfax after I asked several times and saw it had been etched weeks earlier. So Sammy made up the difference in the end. Also, beware of the staff interrupting the paperwork process. There were a lot of distractions by Sammy and staff at the paperwork part of the sale and exhausted I didn't catch things till hours later.

The salesman that waited on me was Len Maynard, I couldn't ask for a nicer salesman/person to wait on me. He made my car buying experience very comfortable. Len was also very accomadating,I had to return to the dealship a few times for service and Len would let me use his car while my car was in for service,when my car was ready he would meet me where I live in R.I so I wouldn't have to drive back to Conn.that is is called great customer service. As far as the service dept. I was dealing with Ryan Hicks who was very nice and helpful, I had a suspension noise in the drivers front end that the service dept. was trying to repair, it took them a couple times of changing parts that they thought may resolve the problem, they did find the noise and repaired the vechile under warranty at n/c to me. The service technician Matt was awesome he was the technician doing the repairs on the car, he also was very nice and helpful, he test drove the car with me to hear the noise so he could repair the problem. I also dealt with Gary Clark who was the service manager he was also very nice and helpful on resovlving the problem. Customer service is a key part to any business, if you can't satisfy the customer they simply go elsewhere.

I live an hour away from Norwich and had been calling around the region trying to locate the vehicle I wanted (which was in short supply due to the tsunami in Japan). They were the most unprofessional dealership i have ever dealt with. I Went into this dealership on a Friday night after seeing the price on the car at 10,995 online. Before test driving the car i had to listen to the office MANAGER yell across the showroom complaining that I wanted to test drive the car that she wanted to use for the night like i was inconveniencing her because i was shopping for a car. After test driving the car i decided to go back with my significant other on Saturday to finish the transaction. They then tried to raise the price $1000 over night. The next day they acted like they did me a favor to drop it back down after i fought with them. But then tried to go back on their word of paying 60% of the warranty cost. Not only was the car dirty when i left but they couldn't even put the license plate on correctly. They only put one screw in it so that the other side of the license plate was dangling and scratched the paint all up. Sammy is a crook and i wouldn't recommend him to anyone! STAY AWAY!!!

I special order a 2011 Nissan Juke in November 2010. It took until March 2011 for the vehicle to arrive in the states. During this period, I received no phone calls from the dealer providing me with any updates. When the car arrived in states, a dealership somewhere in the US, which the Norwich dealership could not locate, had to install a interior light option that I ordered with the car. Finally, over a week later, the car was delivered to the Norwich dealer. First I notice the vehicle had one option (rear spoiler) that I did not order and had to pay for. I let this slide. Second, the light option I ordered was the wrong one. The interior "side board" kit was installed instead. The manager offered me to install the correct option at their price. I first agreed to this. But later thinking, why should pay more money for their errors. I called the manager to question why this vehicle which took a unusual a mount of time to order with options that I did not request, were installed. I could not get a straight answer, he just kept asking me if I like the car, avoiding my questions. Overall, I was treated good at the dealership and they apologize for any inconveniences, but I want some compensation for the options that were not ordered Possibly I will do business again with this dealership, but with caution.

I've given this rating, frankly because I was very impressed with the salesman I worked with. I am a very difficult yet savvy business woman, and I am heavily guarded with the notion that most salesman are out to screw you. Mr. Gibson was wonderfully polite, and informative. He answered my questions quickly, and most important accurately. He did not have me sit at a desk and waste my time, he simply payed attention to what I wanted and accomodated my wants and needs fully. The fact that he knew his product unlike other dealerships I had spent 2 weeks dealing with prior, was reassuring and a breath of fresh air for me.After, I settled on my 2011 Nissan Altima SL, Mr. Gibcon found it within 48 hours for me. He prepared all the paperwork and I purchased my new vehicle within 15 minutes. I love great service and a smooth transaction. Nissan of Norwich was the first dealership I went to in order to find a new/gently used Altima or Maxima. Before going there, I went Online so that I coulk walk in prepared. I found a Maxima I liked, wrote down the price online, and went to the dealership. We went for the test drive, and I liked it overall. While I still wanted to shop around more, we went over pricing. At first, the salesman gave me a price that was exactly $5,000.00 more than the price online. I showed him the car on the internet using his phone, and he went to speak to his manager. First, he came back and said that this is the price I get for being an "internet savvy" customer. I told him I wasn't comfortable with such a huge price discrepancy, and he left agagin. He came back--with one of the sales managers--and said it was a huge mistake, but they would honor the price since it was their "mistake." They said they couldn't imagine how such a bad mistake wiht the price could have been made, and they are going to change it right away. Things started to become very misleading and elusive. However, I liked the car still, but wanted to go to one more dealership to make a decision. I put $100 deposit on the car and left. I went to Gates GMC in North Windham, and found a car I absolutely loved and bought it. I called Nissan of Norwich right away to have the deposit refunded to my credit card. All in all, I spent four days of my vacation time trying to get my money back from Nissan of Norwich. I ended up having to drive back there, because on the phone they only would bombard me with questions about why I didn't choose them, and why I must have gotten a bad deal at Gates. The entire staff was incredibly rude to myself and to my boyfriend, who was trying to help me get my money back as well. I finally got the money back once I showed up to the dealership. Today, five days after the "internet mistake" pricing that the manager was miffed by, the price for the car remains the same on their website--no one "fixed it." Just goes to show that this was a terribly misleading and sneaky marketing ploy to get people into their doors. To the contrary, I would highly suggest Gates GMC--I had a perfect and rewarding buying experience there.

My brother had come down from NY to help me shop for a new car and had just been to a Toyota dealership down the road. Have found everyone helpful and fair. When we purchased our Infiniti in Hartford, we were told we could service it at a Nissan dealership. Glad we found Nissan of Norwich. Price for an oil change almost half of what it is at the Infiniti dealer!! When I questioned the Infiniti dealer about the difference, they said their guys had special training...What is that about??? The service at Nissan of Norwich has been wonderful and when I had a problem that was still under warranty, they let me know I should contact the Infiniti dealer. I would rather deal with the friendly people here than the "uppity" people at Infiniti!!

I purchased a Certified 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe 3.5 SE, 33,000 miles with the extended Nissan Wrap Around warranty at Nissan of Norwich in March 2011. This has proved to be an extremely disappointing and nerve racking experience. After driving away from purchasing the vehicle the low fuel light came on. I would not recommend them as a dealer. The sales team was polite and cordial but I felt like an inconvenience when I returned a week later to have promised service done to the vehicle. I mentioned the vehicle was not riding smooth at speeds in excess of 50 mph, possibly due to the dealer installing two new inexpensive Nexen N5000 tires on the front, which did not match the Bridgestone Turanza tires on the rear. The salesman told me the service department checked the balance of the tires and it was fine. I was told to drive it for a while and if it keeps up to return. Today, I brought the car back in requesting the problem to addressed. The service department checked it out and stated a back tire was a bit off balance. I requested two new matching tires which I think would correct the problem. The dealership stated it is not a safety concern and that it passed inspection as is. After speaking with Nissan of Norwich today, they offered to purchase one additional tire if I buy the other. After reading several bad reviews on Nexen tires I opted to bite the bullet and have Goodyear put four matching new tires on. The technicians at Goodyear showed me one of the front rims was wobbling from being bent. They were shocked that this could go unnoticed. The alignment was way off, so this had to be corrected at my expense. The next day I sent an email to the dealership informing them of the bent rim asking for a replacement. After receiving no reply, I called the dealership and was told that the dealership declined to purchase a rim replacement. I asked to speak with the general manager, and he told me to bring the car in on Monday and the service department has a machine to fix bent rims. This is the department that mounted a tire on a bent rim and checked it twice when I complained about a rough ride. This is the worst experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I feel like I was taken and that I am stuck. Today I brought the vehicle to the dealer where they confirmed the rim was bent. The sales manager offered to pay half the cost of a $600 rim, which I declined.

When we looked at the car there were some things that we asked to be fixed including one of the buttons on the radio and the hubcaps. Len promised us these things and even gave us a written I.O.U. for these parts. I took the car back and forth numerous times to the dealership over the next couple of weeks and kept getting the run around as to when these parts would be replaced. My husband stepped in and called to demand what we were promised. The cracked hub cap was replaced with a stock hubcap that did not match the other three! After another week of stringing us along they gave us four aftermarket hubcaps. These hubcaps kept falling off! My husband went there to speak with the manager, Sammy, and was told he would need a week to get us the stock hubcaps. A week later, my husband called and was told that they would not get the new hubcaps because we "did not want the ones we were given". We feel as though we were lied to and taken advantage of. Not to mention we still have not received the radio button either! We will NEVER go back to Nissan of Norwich and we would NEVER recommend them to anyone. We never should have paid for the car until they did what they had promised.

This has been the worst car buying experience that I have ever had. The vehicle not being ready for delivery on the day it was promised .Then the Nissan of Norwich making an error on my registration. Then the passenger door did not working at delivery. Then it failing state inspection for safety issues then it having engine problem. Then not honoring there word or the warranty that is in writing and mandated by the state of Connecticut.

Our experience at Norwich Nisson has been the best we have ever had at any dealership. The friendly atmosphere is truly felt, not like most that just put on a face for you. Mario is a true asset for this dealership. We really liked the up front business, not the "let me go in back as see if I can get the boss to agree to a deal." All our questions were answered and we have no doubt we received the vehicle and deal we wanted. Sammy was great getting the financing set up. Chris went over everything when we signed the paperwork and we had no unanswered questions. We did have a problem with the truck a week after buying it on Sunday. An alternator problem. Mario was right there to see what the problem was, set up a loaner car in a few minutes, and we were on our way. The truck was in for two days being fixed. Mario called each day and kept me informed what was being done and when I could pick up the vehicle. My wife and I are expecting our daughter in May. I loved my Jeep Wrangler, however it got horrible gas mileage and would have been difficult to get my daughter in and out of. I had a Nissan Pathfinder prior to my Jeep, and with the special event outside the dealership I decided to start my search there. Sammy hooked me up with Tim who was training. He took me for a test drive in a Nissan Sentra and sold me on it during that drive. I liked the fuel economy, the way it drove and the price. The rebate afforded me the ability to eat some of the negative equity I had in the Jeep and before I knew it I was the proud owner of a 2011 Nissan Sentra. The Sentra was in the class of vehicles I was looking for, and normally I would had shopped other brands prior to making a final decision. I was so impressed with how smooth and friendly the customer service was and their ability to work with me, that I decided to look no further. I will definately miss the top down on my Jeep this summer, but my daughter will enjoy the comfort and safety of my Sentra. I apologize for not remembering the other sales person's name who was training Tim, but he was great too. Chris in finance was knowledgeable and helped answer all of my questions. Overall I had a great experience that I would recommend to friends and family. I will definately be back next time my wife or I are looking for a vehicle.

In response to your request for rating my experience at Nissan of Norwich my answer is two fold. First, we were treated promptly and courteously by the young man in the service department - A+ Unfortunately our problem apparently was related to battery failure. This is where I feel totally dissatisfied; this being the second such failure in less than the 2 years we've owned the car. I am not convinced that low mileage is the sole reason for this occuring. The car is in a finished garage and not exposed to the elements. I am 80 years old and in all my driving history have never experioenced or heard of this problem. Thank you for your consideration. The service was done by an outside party - but Nissan of Norwich arranged the whole thing. lent me a wonderful loaner car, and the service was done as expected and on time. The other service performed at the dealer was done very fast and at a reasonable cost.

My entire experience at Nissan of Norwich was incredible. Sammy and Rick were helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Being that this was my first new car purchase, I was incredibly nervous and they put me right at ease. My first major concer was financing as I am divorced and have been working hard at developing credit. Sammy worked with me, asking me what I was comfortable with payment wise so that we could begin my car shopping knowing what I could afford. He got me approved for payments that were lower than what I said, and even got me into a BRAND NEW 2011 Versa!!!!!! Rick was brand new, I was his very first sale so needless to say he was as nervous as I was but he was AMAZING! Nissan is lucky to have him on their team.I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle, EVER! I highly recommend Nissan of Norwich, in fact I already have told everyone who wll listen. THANK YOU SAMMY AND RICK!!!!!

Everyone went out of their way to help us....even though I was upset about my car breaking down right before Christmas, the staff made it OK! They had my car fixed before the New Year which turned out to be a surprise. I would definitely recommend the dealership to others. just to let you know, I almost did not finish filling out this form because you require 250 words and to register, etc. Too much expected from a customer. But, I had such a good experience and I wanted to make sure that Nissan of Norwich was given the credit for it.

I recently had some work done on the 2001 Honda CR-V that I purchased at Nissan of Norwich 5 years ago. I brought it in on Monday, 12/27/10 and didn't get it back until Thursday, 1/6/11 - almost 2 weeks! The check engine light was on and it was running rough. 2 1/2 hrs after I brought it in, they said it would take about 2 hrs to make the repairs. A few minutes later, they asked if they could keep it overnight, just to make sure they had enough time. It still wasn't ready the next day, so they paid for a rental car. Every day after that, they said it should be ready the next day; this went on until 1/6. We were charged over $200 for the rental car; as it turns out, they only offered to pay for the first day. I understand that they are a Nissan dealership and this was a Honda; so they said they were on the phone with Honda to get assistance with the repairs, but I still don't understand why it took so long to finish the repairs and why they weren't honest about how long it would take. It left me thinking they were either lying about how long it would take or that they had no clue what they were doing. Not a good feeling. My car seems to be running fine now, however.

I was at first so excited 3 months ago and purchased a 2007 used pontiac g6. First week of driving returned car needed alot of major repairs still while under warranty. First off nissan of norwich didn't want to do repairs. I had to get proof work repairs needed from another Professional business only then did Nissan pay Don mallon business to repair.
