i purchased a rogue in may of 2016. The process was extremely pleasant and easy. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Returned for free oil change and to purchase scuff plate and get tires rotated, was informed of open recall which they took care of. Again the service department was very courteous and friendly. would recommend to family and friends.

I went to this dealership after my old car seized up on me and I was very apprehensive about buying a brand new car, something I was unfamiliar with. But after coming in and talking with Hunter Geis my sales consultant I was thoroughly surprised by how caring and understanding he was. He made my whole experience absolutely wonderful. Along with being professional and just generally helpful he made my purchase of a new 2017 versa very enjoyable. I will definitely come here again in the future and highly recommend this dealership for anyone who's looking for a wonderful car buying experience.

This dealership is the best place to buy a Nissan! Nikki Wallace is the best of the best. She treats you with respect and works for you!! She always does what you ask of her and never lets you down! The Sales Manager Jason was the best to work with as well! My transaction went so smooth that I was so excited! No he hawing around! Everyone at this dealership treats you like family and will always. Ted Williams is an awesome General Manager and he gets to know each individual that comes in to buy a vehicle. I highly (whatever is the highest I can give to this dealership!) recommend this place for a Nissan or any type of used vehicle you may be in the market for! I pulled onto the lot and was immediately greeted by JT with a warm smile. He asked if he could help me I told him what I was in the market for. He immediately directed me to the pre-owned lot., showed me the vehicle I was interested in and asked ,do you wanna take it on a test drive?" From that point on it was smooth sailing, I was directed to Zach, who handled my financing and I was driving off the lot in a my vehicle in 2 hours. Very impressed with the professionalism and customer service given to me at the dealership.

Glen Tamplen was amazing from beginning to end. I am handicapped and he immediately made me comfortable and listened to my desires to purchase my dream car. He was extremely knowlegable about the inventory and thoroughly covered the vehicle I was interested in. I only test drove 2 SUVs and easily made my decision to purchase within one hour. Glen followed up the same day once I departed from the dealership just to ask if I had any questions. I've purchased many vehicles over 40 years and I must say that this was my best experience ever. We need more sales people like Glen!

I dealt with the salesman Austin Tittel & he was pleasant *& informative when I talked with him. I do not purchase a new vehicle often &* felt a little dingy BUT he figured it out. Nikki Wallace and Rodney Jinnette were amazing in handling my purchase of a new 2016 Nissan Altima. I have been in customer service for over 13 years, and I take pride in treating everyone with respect and dignity. That is exactly how Nikki, Rodney, Phillip, Todd, and Jason treated me from the minute I walked into the door until the minute I drove off in my new 2016 Altima! I previously went to Newton Nissan to purchase a car, and I have never felt so degraded and embarrassed; after their finance department allowed me to drive off of their lot with a new car (after telling me that I was approved), just to tell me a week later that I was not approved for the 2016 Altima. After leaving that dealership, I felt judged and belittled. The finance staff made me feel like I was less than someone with A-1 credit. They did not work hard at all to get me in the car that I wanted. That is what led me to Hays Nissan at Rivergate. Nikki listened to my situation, and she instantly began working on my paperwork. Rodney spent so much time making sure that I was approved for the exact car that I desired to have (after being told at Newton that I could not be approved for it). Everyone at the Hays Nissan location were so nice, genuine, and it just felt like family! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Hays Nissan at Rivergate location, and please make sure to work with Nikki Wallace! She has a heart of pure gold, and the sweetest personality EVER! These are the kind of people that I want to do business with. I went into Nissan of Rivergate last week, after totaling my car 2 weeks ago--absolutely dreading the car buying experience. Brandon Hedgecoth turned that right around, and made me feel so at ease! Instead of the pushy, fast talking experience I have encountered at other dealers in the past, Brandon took his time to be sure I knew every in and out of the 2015 Altima I had been looking at online, as well as taking me around the dealership to see the service department, and make me feel very welcome, and under no pressure at all. The whole process from start to finish was an absolute delight, and I would not hesitate to send everyone I know here to work with him.

My experience with Nissan of Rivergate was a good one from start to finish. Just a year prior I had a screamingly horrible experience when purchasing a Nissan from Rivergate Toyota a couple of doors down the street. I even went back a year later to see if we could work together on a trade and found their customer service was as bad as I remembered. So I drove over to Nissan of Rivergate and had instant rapport with salesman Austin Tittel. I found the vehicle I wanted (oddly enough, a Toyota!) and Austin had this satisfied customer on the road quickly and in a car that I love.

In addition, I have taken my vehicle back for schedule maintainences ( I.e oil changes, tire rotation. Etc.) the have always been available to assist you in answering any question. Their online servicing scheduling is excellent and allow the confidence of you picking your own appointment time.

I worked with David Russell last summer when my wife had totaled her pathfinder. We came in and were very specific about what our out the door needed to be and he didn't lie when he assured us he could get us right where we needed to be. There was no back and forth negotiating which I prefer. He's a real, straight to the point no BS young man and I'd highly recommend him to anyone wanting to take the stress and BS out of buying a vehicle.

We NEVER buy a car in one day! They made it so easy; from 1 phone call, to meeting that evening; and then driving away in our new Nissan Rogue-THAT night, before closing time!!! EVERYONE made us feel more than welcome; more like family. They babysat, gave golf cart rides, popcorn, donuts.... I had reviewed their online website and asked for an eprice. I was contacted in a timely manner.by Brandon. He went over the price and discussed my trade-in. After thinking on it overnight we were on our way to Madison from Knoxville. Brandon met us and from that point on we were sold! No back and forth over price negotiations, no haggle over trade-in. Brian called me, and assured me of better service during my next visit. Giving them a benefit of doubt as this was my first bad experience, and the manager called me personally and apologized. Below is my original review ( I have used the corrected service rep name provided by Brian).Waited 45 minutes for a shuttle to drop-off. No one seemed bothered about a customer waiting in the lobby for no reason. It did not appear the service representative (Brittany) cared enough to ask around. Had to find and speak to the manager to get a ride to work ( surprisingly the ride got ready in a minute after I complained to the manager!).They did not bother to inform me my car was ready, until I called to check late i the afternoon - this was routine service and I was told would take 1.5 hours (go figure!) . They flat out refused to pick me up from Office (just a few miles) as they don't have a driver ( not again!!!). I had to request a colleague to drop me.But they did charge me the Full price (no discounts for such a terrible customer experience). It also looked like they didn't check all the stuff in their express service ( first time seeing a car dealer NOT checking all brake drums!).Overall they didn't seem to care about the customer, i.e. me. I won't care about them too when it's time to buy the next new car.

I'm so sorry I do not recall the name of the man who took care of financing for us but he was great too.We were unable to get to the dealership and complete a transaction any day of the week in normal business hours due to our schedules and they worked late to help us.

I purchased my Nissan Altima new at Nissan of Rivergate in 2011. They have serviced my vehicle from day 1 and I wouldn't trust it anywhere else. I live in Clarksville and will travel the distance for the amazing service department. Garret always provides me with an explanation of any work that may need to be done and an update when the work is complete. Even if it's just an oil change, Garret goes over any other items that need to be checked on my next visit. I couldn't be more thankful that I have a place I totally trust that I can take my vehicle to for service!

Within 1 minute after I submitted my truecar.com request Nikki Wallace called me. I was very impressed with her very quick response. Nikki was very polite and easy to talk to. We quickly connected and determined a test drive would be needed for the 2016 Nissan Juke. Also, a customer service rep called to find out what would make me comfortable and what would not make me comfortable while looking for a vehicle which was greatly appreciated. I want to thank this dealership for making the purchase of a new vehicle for my son a living xxxx. This process started on Saturday and finally we had to wipe our hands of the situation on Monday due to the rude associates. A thief is someone you don't know is taking your belonging.(Bait and Switch) This would be the salesman that could not give us a clear answer on any of the numbers. Everything is between this and that. He never knew the facts, always had to go and check with his manager. Learn your craft son, learn your craft. A robber is someone who comes right up to you and ask you for all your money. This would be the sales manger. He approached me and my son outside and asked what seems to be the problem? There was no humbleness in this man what so ever. He ask if we had a problem with the down payment amount (Pocket money) that was never discussed with the thief. The robber then told me and my son that we did have to do business with them. Wow, that is encouraging. What management book did that come from. Customer is always right!!!!!!Oh yeah, let me tell you about the shark. White-haired gentleman that lurks over every potential deal in between smoke breaks right at entrance of this establishment. He saw my son walking up to the door from the outside of the building and he was standing right there at the door on the inside. What do you think he did? Yes, he walked away from the door and did open and say "Hello welcome to such and such, How may we help you today." No, instead, he put his hands in his pocket and walked away from the door. Thanks. Customer service at its worst. Oh yeah, another interesting experience I had with these rude associates. Do you know what May 7th is.... It is National Naked Gardening Day. How did I know that? It was a conversation that was going on with the popcorn lady and the associates in the first cubicle that leaves his computer logged into Facebook. Popcorn lady said she will have to do some work outside that day and the associates said he will make sure he come over that day. Really, I did not need to hear all that. Keep It Professional, Keep It Professional!!!!!!!!!!This blog will surely get erased but I have saved it and I will continue to post it periodically because the people have a right to know just what kind of people work at this establishment.

At 58 years old I have bought many cars and trucks in my lifetime. I can say without a doubt I received my best deal at Nissan of Rivergate. The salesman and sales staff were very courteous and professional. I received an extremely good price on my trade in and also on the vehicle I purchased.I have let them service my vehicle on several occasions. Again very professional, no hassle, and very knowledgeable service staff.I have sent several people to their body shop and not once has anybody told me that they were anything but highly satisfied.I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle or if you need your vehicle serviced, or repaired after a collision.

My boss, who personally drives an Altima, was in town with his company car, a Ford Edge.We had to drive his vehicle to make sales calls while my Murano was in for service.While driving down the highway, I mentioned how it was a rough ride compared to the Murano and he said he was looking to take it somewhere while he was in town.I called Garret to see if they could look at it even though it wasn't a Nissan and he said no problem.Though it ended up being a bent rim which couldn't be fixed, my boss was impressed was Garret's professionalism and thoroughness of the diagnoses and the willingness to service a non-Nissan.After we left Nissan of Rivergate, he said "I wish my Nissan dealer in Cincinnati was like this one"

This by far is the sorriest.excuse of a service department that I have ever dealt with in my life the only thing they do is not run out of excuses for being able to do something. I was thinking about buying another Nissan but after today they helped me make up my mind Toyota for sure this year thanks Very un satisfied customer 2 times I been to the service department 2 times they failed not to mention it's a 2 hour drive I wouldn't take a hot wheel toy there to be worked on

Last night when I left work I noticed some warning lights were lit up on my dashboard - oh well get it checked on the weekend! Haha! Stopped for gas on the way home and my car would NOT start- this has NEVER happened before and I have a 2008 Altima coupe! The brake pedal had no give and there were lights lit up on my dashboard that I had never seen before - starting to panic and after a couple minutes of jamming on the brake pedal my car started! I knew I had to make it to Nissan of Rivergate for them to tell me what was wrong! I made it there at 5:00pm and thank God Betsy Newman my favorite service adviser was on duty! Within 10 minutes she knew what the problem was (brake switch) soI had driven there without brake lights! They had the part there and she got one of the service guys to stay over to replace the part for me! I was out of there by 6:00 pm! What outstanding service! My car is just fine now -so thanks again for having such wonderful and caring employees in your service department - wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for service on my car ! Diane C

I was really not expecting to drive away with a vehicle the same day that I stopped. I told Nathan, who welcomed me IN THE RAIN that I was just wondering if they would have a vehicle available for around 300 a month. I expected an older used model for the price, but Nathan got me into a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentry that was in my price range. He walked me through everything, taking the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He even helped keep our four year old entertained throughout the process. I am so impressed with the level of customer service that both he and the entire dealership practiced. I have never felt so confident in a car purchase before. Our salesman directed our future issues to Angela Perry, customer service owner loyalty rep. We met with Angela and found her very helpful and just as friendly as one could hope for. We scheduled service for the following week. The day before our appointment, a serious family emergency required us to go out of state. We contacted Angela for reschedule and she was as accommodating as she was concerned about our family emergency. We finally got our Juke in for service and it went smooth as could be. Angela arranged for us to have a loaner for the day. She again asked how we were doing regarding the family emergency. To sum up a long story, I had a few questions about how the price of my reached. I had an unpleasant experience with an employee that no longer works there and my questions were not answered. Being upset, I wrote bad reviews without trying to speak to the management of the dealership. Shortly after I wrote the reviews, the General Manager, Ted Williams reached out to me to discuss what happened, as he did not know anything about my issue. After speaking with him, we were able to come to a compromise that made me very happy, and he was able to explain why and how everything the way it did. Because I had a poor experience with an employee that no longer works there, he was able to solve all my issues, and the outcome of the problem surpassed my expectations. Very friendly management that is willing to basically do anything to make the customer happy. Also, I had two sales representatives during the process, Zach and Nathan, and both were very professional and friendly.

Initially i was very impressed with the dealership but now they are not up to their old standards.I had my Nissan serviced at this dealer on 06/25/2015.After the service the dealer never explained to me the the tread in all my tires was very low and i need to change the tires.Next day i observed my car started shaking while i stopped at the traffic signal and felt that it was not driving properly.Also i observed they did not replenish the air in the all the 4 tires properly.The warning lights on the tachometer was continuously ON.I then called the dealership describing the condition and they asked to come to dealership to check if its the issue with tachometer since it is still under the warranty.When i took the car to them i told them that it feels like the wheel will come out while driving ,they gave me the replacement car and kept mine overnight.Next day they called me that all my four tires need to be replaced immediately and the charge for that is 832.00 $.I told them i need to find out other options if i get those replaced cheaper elsewhere and later i found it cheaper and better quality tires somewhere else .I asked my car back and returned the rental.They then charged me $108 for diagnosis which i said is not fair since the defect came within 2 weeks after the service and they did not tell me beforehand that there will be charge for diagnosis also.They diagnosed that the tread was low but it was already mentioned in the service note they handed me on 06/25.I don't see any more diagnosis they could have done and these charges of $108 for diagnosis is unfair.They should have told me beforehand about the charges for diagnosis,I would have not come to them.I went to Discount Tire they did it free of cost.They charged only for changing the tires and the cost of tires but not for diagnosis.The dealer told me that they have given me free rental car as a favor but i told them did not ask for any rental car so that is not any favor.They were charging enormously high for replacing the tires so i had to go to other places for getting cheaper rates and in return this Nissan Dealership penalized me with $108 charge.I wish someone take a note of my complaint and get me justice to recover these $108 charges.

I set up my appointments on line ( and receive dollar credits for doing it) they have always been ready to service my vehicle in a reasonable time frame. I have earned free oil changes and discounts on other repairs. Because I have spoken so highly of the service dept my husband even had service completed on his Chevrolet truck!

We have several Nissan vehicles and we take them all to Rivergate Nissan for service. We've been using them for our vehicle service from oil changes to major services for over 15yrs. We have never been disappointed with our service experience. The employees are professional and friendly. We have a mechanic we are very fond of; and after this many years we have built a nice relationship with him. He knows when our cars are due for service and we trust him with making decisions & telling us what we may need soon to keep our cars running smoothly. I came in on a Tuesday morning, having seen the car I wanted on Craigslist. I called the salesman and set a time to meet. He was very friendly and easy going. I didn't have the least bit of stress when dealing with him or the business office. They gave me a more than fair deal and got me on my way. I was a little nervous, this being my first time to go to a dealership by myself and I wanted my mechanic to take a peek at the car. I told this to Mike right away and he said, "Let's go!" So we test drove it to my mechanic and he approved, which made me feel confident. Mike was confident that it was a quality, well kept car and he didn't use a lot of sales jargon on me. I was given all the time I needed to ask questions and look at the carfax. They made it easy and fast, for which I am very grateful. I appreciated the good customer service.

And Zach Nguyen is a great salesman - ask for him! He was very respectful and patient. All the folks here are knowledgeable, friendly and will consult with you in an honest and open manner. I can't say enough about Nissan of Rivergate! I just love them!! Betsy Newman is my consultant and she is super! It is very easy to make an online appointment and they offer a local shuttle if needed. They also have a nice waiting area with TV, coffee and doughnuts if you want to wait while you car is being serviced.

Upon my arrival, the service advisor came to my vehicle, greeted me by name and provided me an estimated time that my truck would be ready. The service department is clean, the staff is courteous and professional. Overall service is top notch. This is by far the best dealership I have ever done business with in terms of service or sales (both current vehicles for our family were bought from this dealership).Service writers (Betsy Newman and Garret Daniel) are friendly, efficient, and proactive. The mechanics are very competent and efficient in routine maintenance and major repairs. Cashiers office is friendly and efficient to get you out the door. Waiting room environment is very comfortable, but other options (shuttle service, drop-off service, etc.) are available for those with schedule demands.Parts department is good, but suffers in terms of communication. I have ordered a part online at the beginning of the year and received feedback neither by email nor phone call nor phone message from the parts department. When I stopped in to check on the order status 6 weeks later, then I found out that the email that was sent by the parts staff 3 weeks prior was not being allowed out of their email servers for some reason ... thus I never received it.In the body shop, the gentleman who does the repair estimates is not very interactive and probably the least friendly person at the dealership ... though he is certainly capable of doing his job. I have not had any repairs done by the body shop yet to date.

Took my Black Juke in to be service (Yep I am Juke owner ... Another road trip .... ) As always Service Team was friendly and nice, My wait time was less than 45 minutes. I was able to save money was going to get my tires balanced but the service person honestly told me it was not quite time yet.....How's that for service.... some places may have done it anyway. With that's said yes I will be a returning customer and I would recommend my family and friend to Nissan Rivergate Service Center.... Thanks Guys !!!!!

I love bringing my Nissan here for my services. I have never taken it anywhere else. They always get me in and out in a great time. They have a nice waiting room with refreshments and wifi. My service advisor always goes over with me the maintenance that was done and how my car looked. I would never plan on going anywhere else and I haven't for the past 3 years since I purchased my Nissan Rogue from them!

The service was very good from the time I pulled in. I was greeted by a courteous attendant. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. The service was completed in a reasonable time frame. I will be coming back for my next service.

The service personnel are all friendly and helpful. The service writer (Betsy) is able to discuss intelligently (but in language a non mechanical mind like I have can understand) my auto needs and solutions. The waiting time is reasonable, and I look forward to the doughnut(s) and coffee in the waiting room.

I would recommend taking your vehicle to Nissan of Rivergate for service. Easy and fast service. Scheduled appointment on line. Was sent timely reminders. Took my vehicle in at scheduled time. Employees took time to review service prior to check-in. Service was completed within the time frame promised. Check-out was also fast and easy.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted and they were very friendly. They made sure all of my information was updated. Made sure they protected my car with covers before getting in. The service manager was so funny and sweet. They said it would take a few hours to get done with my oil change but by the time I got home they were calling saying it was ready. I was impressed with how fast they got done. They made sure they explained everything to me before I left with my vehicle. I truly enjoy the staff and the incredibly clean environment. I would recommend nissan of rivergate to anyone. Thanks

The service was prompt and timely. I came in for scheduled maintenance and because I was on the recall list but had not received notice yet, they went ahead and corrected my car without me having to come back in at another time. I was pleased with the thoughtfulness. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, coffee was good, pastries provided and a sign was up with password to wifi. I was informed of the reward program and able to use coupons sent email from David Waldrip dealership where I had purchased the vehicle.

Having maintenance service here has been a pleasant experience each time. Waiting area is clean and wi-fi enabled, and the personnel are friendly and helpful. The rates seem quite fair and reasonable and I plan on returning whenever needed. The staff at cashier point have been pleasant and friendly also, but I do not have their names.

So gonna try to make this short, I bought a rogue in December of 2014, not from nissan but from a used dealership, within a week my engine light came on, so I immediately took it back to the dealer who informed me my car was still under warranty and I should take it to nissan so I took it to the closet one to my home, and that's where a 6 month drama would begin. First they fixed my catalytic converter and we thought that was it but sadly it turned into 5 more visits with the same reading on the analysis and nothing was working, the service department now know me by name and by my phone number because of how long and how many times I have had to bring this thing back. They have gone above and beyond in everywAy possible to not only find and fix the problem w my vehicle but have given me rides and a free rental to make my life less stressful. Garrett (I apologize for not knowing his last name) is seriously one of the most caring individuals I know, he went to corporate to try to get them to buy what I thought was a lemon back, he not only treated me w kindness but always had my best interests at heart.. I can not give him enough xxxxx for handling this situation the way he did.. So after way too long of fighting w this vehicle it was completely fixed and Nissan has reimbursed me w all my payments and offered an extended warranty on my rogue but I think only because of Garrett. Upon arrival of picking up my vehicle not only did he give me a free oil change and detail, it was filled w gas, now that my friends is customer service.. 100% I am now a loyal customer!!

Eventhough I bought my Nissan at another dealership, I went to Nissan of Rivergate since it was close to home. From the moment I pulled up to the dropoff point, they made sure I felt like I was the only person there. They were honest with me about how long it would take to check my car and make possible repairs and patient while I made my decision. I was offered a beverage and checked on by other associates to make sure I was comfortable while I was waiting. My car was ready as promised and the checkout process was quick and simple. I will be back for future repairs whenever I can.

My Altima had been having issues with jerking, at random, and vibration. It was difficult to detect because it was random. Mr. Garret Daniel listen to my problem and took the car to find the problem. After driving the car for days and 150 miles it finally repeated the problem. Mr. Daniel called in a Nissan specialist to participate in solving the problem. It was the transmission software. So they installed a new transmission and added the new software.Folks, if you want your car fixed right the first time Hays Nissan Rivergate is the place to go. Not only was the fixed great, but the way they handle me all the way through the process (2 weeks) was fantastic, from Hays Rivergate, Kathy-local representive and all the folks at the dearlership. I took my car in for a noise and bumping under my car. It took just a few hours for them to come back to me with the issue. A few days later after the part came in I took it in to be fixed and one of the parts was wrong. The service guy called to update me and told me that he was going to see that they picked up the part from another location and have it fixed that day by 1:30. At 1:30 he called me and said it was ready to go. I have had a few issues with my car and every time they have it fixed and ready to go whiten a few hours. Don't wait for any issues with your car. I just bought a new Rogue in the fall. This was my first free oil change. They explained that I also probably needed to have my tires rotated. When I went to pay for the tire rotation, they told me I had a credit that I could use. Free is great! Everyone was so nice and professional. I waited for my car and it was done in a flash. Clean waiting area and courteous people. Who could ask for more?

I am happy to do business with the people at the Nissan of Riverdale dealership. Never had a problem with getting my car worked on there. Prompt greetings from the service advisors they listen to my concerns and take the action needed to correct them. They keep me updated on what's going on at all times. I have a Nissan Truck and had a problem with a leaking seal, I met one of your service mangers Robert Epps and spoke with him about my problem, he was so helpful in making a appointment that would work for me, and a time to bring it in, He said that it would take about 1 1/2 to complete the job and I could wait in the waiting area, I might say that the area was very nice... my Truck was completed in the time he had said and I even got to meet Eddie the Tech that serviced it , both Eddie and Robert advised me that I had just a couple of Items that might need to be taken care of the next time I came in.. KingSome people think, "service departments try to push work on you". Not Nissan of Rivergate. I have had my Nissan Frontier for 10 years now. It's in top shape thanks to Garret Daniel and Glenn Hartley. This is my 4th Nissan product. 3 are still in service. The 4th would still be except for an unfortunate texting accident by a thoughtless SUV driver. I've had some set backs and can't always get the recommended service at the higher mileage intervals. But, Garret never pushes me and I feel would tell me if it were really important. Sometimes issues arrive that are unavoidable. When Nissan Of Rivergate's phone system crapped out while I was trying to make an appointment, I got calls from Garret, AND Glenn Hartley making sure I was taken care of. Garret has also given me a coupon of his own to help with my service bill. I've never had to wait too long for my service to be completed, and have no worries that something was left undone. I used to live 12 miles away but just moved to over 35 miles away, but I will continue to go those miles because Garret, Betsy and Glenn have treated me like a real person, and their mechanics do great work. The value I get of the service and the treatment I receive is worth the extra miles.

The service department arranged for me to have a rental car as the issue, which cost me nothing, was suppose to take a day to complete. After filling out the paperwork and waiting for the rental card, I went to the restroom, found a seat in the very well equipped waiting area, opened my laptop and the Service Manager, Garrett, walked back in to tell me the problem was corrected and no need to get a rental. This was a very welcome surprise and everyone there was very curtious and friendly. I would reccomend them to anyone. I also recieved a recall for my hood latch. It only took one call and the same service man, Garrett, called me back within 30 minutes and scheduled me the very next day at the time I requested to have them check out the recall. Again, excellent customer service.

We had a Nissan previously bought from another dealer, and after misdiagnosed service found a gem of a service center with Nissan of Rivergate. Fixed the problem first time and we ended up trading at a later date for our new Altima. Everytime we come here,service is prompt and efficient. They have even given us coupons when we forgot our own. Really like this place and recommend highly.

I had to take my car in before the oil change was due as I was going on a trip that would have put me over the 5000 mile oil change time which would have happened in another 300 miles. They took me right in right away and made sure everything was checked out completely. Everyone who worked there said hello and wanted to know if they could help me with anything. One of their people just talked to me for several minutes and answered all of the questions I could think of to ask. His information helped me understand a few things I didn't know about my car. I could not have been happier with the service I received from Rivergate Nissan. I felt their attitudes were sincere and hart felt. Thank you for taking care of me and my car.

Took car in late Friday evening. The young gentleman took care of me my usual person Ms Betsy was gone home. The guy looked up previous info, took me to Barbie to get loaner car. I had mentioned to her I liked the rogue's she asked if I wanted to drive one home I was like sure. Everyone is always so friendly and courteous. Always asking if you need anything while you wait. Yes I could take my car somewhere else but I wouldn't get the smiles nor the friendly service...

Have had my Versa service at this location several times since I have own it.(2011)They have always been honest with me. If I need something other than what I came in for they were not pushy about selling other service. Make sure to see the service manager he is always nice and friendly. One of the things that makes Nissan of Rivergate stand out over all the others is I'm greeted by my first name by everyone, everytime. My scheduled oil change had to be done a month earlier than scheduled, but was still able to get in fairly easily. Complete within a hour. Nice waiting area. I will return again for future service. The email reminders were very helpful as well.

Every time we've taken our Sentra to Nissan of Rivergate for routine maintenance, they've delivered excellent customer service...as well as timely work. The prices are fair and they often offer coupons or other specials which make the experience even better.The building is clean, the employees are friendly and professional, and the overall experience was pleasant. The routine maintenance work on my Altima was performed on time and it appears the mechanics did a good job. It was very easy to deal with the service rep. The use of the rental car saved me from spending half a day in the lounge waiting for the work to be completed. All things considered, it was a pleasant experience.

This dealership has been a favorite from the date of my new 2010 Rogue purchase on my birthday, July 13, 2010! I did not know the process would be so quick and smooth such that a car was brought to this location from another area, and I drove away on my birthday...what a gift to myself to occur on my special day. I was treated with all respect and courtesy, and have continued to enjoy that relationship for each of my service visits (every 3 months) since 2010. The service appointments are made professionally and easy online or via phone. The waits are relaxing, comfortable in a cozy waiting area and never too long. I have a 2006 Nissan. I have been coming to Rivergate Nissan every since I got it. It still runs really good. Haven't had any problems except one and it was towed and corrected promply. I never had to pay any extra or for the tow. I love the people that work there, they have become my friends. Of course I have my picks like anyone would. JR and Betsy have been the ones I have more contact with and they are great people. I love coming to Rivergate Nissan.

I bought my 2014 Nissan Altima in April of 2014. I have had my first oil change and have an appointment for my second one next week. Meanwhile I had a tire that was losing air and I was planning a long trip. I was able to make an appointment online to have the tire taken care of right away and make an appointment for the oil change. The service department keeps me informed online with confirmations, reminders and prices to expect. The waiting room is always neat & clean and has coffee & donuts available. Betsy was more than accommodating when I arrived and completed my oil change and tire rotation and still managed to get me in and out quickly. They are the best! Service-Nissan of Rivergate-The problem was a need for a cataylic convertor replacement. On the firist visit the problem was found promptly and appointment made for actual work. I was forced by my schedule to make appointment change and all efforts were made to accommodate my schedule. On the day of the appointment tke work was done promptly with consideration and courtesy. This is typical of the high level .os service that I always recieve from this organization.

I have bought two Rogues here. One in 2011, and another in 2013. I always research information regarding price, quality, and reliability. That is why I have bought Nissan cars for more than 20 years. That is also why I came back to Nissan of Rivergate when I wanted to replace my 2011 Nissan with a newer one with a built in camera for reverse. I can recommend them to anyone who wants to talk with people who will listen to all of your questions and explain what you want to know without talking down to you.

I came to RIvergate Nissan service lane one Saturday morning because my hood release button stopped working. As soon as I entered the bay I was greeted and the problem began to be resolved. It took less than 10 minutes and I was on my way...but this is normal operating procedure for them...the guys are nice and really go out of the way to help solve your problem.

Well for starters I actually did not purchase my Altima from this location; I brought it from my hometown dealer, but I live near the Rivergate location and that is always where I take my car to get serviced! Honestly it I had it to do over I wish I would have purchased my car from Rivergate. The staff is always so very friendly, never any hidden cost, or long waits! I have always had excellent service from this dealership !

I purchased my Nissan Murano from another dealership, but after a couple of unsatisfactory trips to their service department, I decided to try Nissan of Rivergate and I am so glad I did. As a customer of around 4 years I can say without hesitation that the quality of work is outstanding and the customer service is excellent! I would put the Nissan of Rivergate service staff up against anyone. The customer truly comes first and I have never had an unpleasant or unsatisfactory visit. Nissan of Rivergate believes in service after the purchase not only do they give you two free old changes upon your purchase when you bring your vehicle in they seek out things without you even having to ask. When I brought my vehicle in for the second oil change the auto down function for both my front windows had stopped working. Before I had even had a chance to call to request they look at it, they had already fixed it.

Zach still has a friendly non-pushy attitude and a pleasure to talk to. After a short time my vehicle was ready and we were on our way.

I needed an oil change fast because I was going out of town for a family emergency and I was so happy when The guys in the service center got me in quick. I only had to wait 25 minutes, they were a little busy but I got in and out fast! I want to thank thee guys there for their great customer service. I will definitely be back for another oil change! When I first moved to Nashville I needed to find a service department for my 2012 Nissan Rogue. As a stranger in a new city I was uncertain where to turn and, after searching reviews, I decided to give Nissan of Rivergate a try. I haven't had my car serviced anywhere else since (despite living in central Nashville and working in Franklin). The service is quick, done well, and easily scheduled; the staff is friendly and incredibly hospitable. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone with a Nissan.

We went in to look at the Rogue promotion going on and with our 2002 Saturn to possible trade. We loved the car but of course had a budget. They were willing to work with us to help us out. When we got over whelmed by numbers they let us step away for a bit and clear our heads. When we came back they gave us the simple break down like we asked and we walked away with a new car. I took our 2007 Versa in for a Check Engine indicator diagnosis. Our service adviser Garret Daniel called me with the expected Sensor diagnosis but also advised me of a "Low Pressure" event discovered in the Transmission Control Module. If was a minor event with extremely short duration, and only occurred once so Garret & the Technician did not think that there was anything to worry about but since we have ~ 145K on the Versa getting close to the CVT Fluid change point we thought it prudent to go ahead and have the fluid flushed anyway. We weren't pressured to have the Fluid changed at all but discussed the alternatives with Garret and made the decision based on their honest input. Before dealing with Rivergate Nissan, my wife and I had never felt like a dealership Service Department was being honest with us. Rivergate Nissan has changed our viewpoint.

The service was very fast. All the service people were friendly, and took me straight in, very little time wasted. The waiting area was very nice and the asked if I wanted some coffee, There was fresh donuts which I enjoyed one. The whole time there took under an hour and I was on my way.

The 1st person I met there was Chris Mullins, Very nice not pushy which was comforting to find. While being shown the differences of models Rodney Jinnette introduced himself and again NO pressure just Great Family Friendly service, Patient, Caring etc. I settled on what I wanted and the process went very well thru Finance and Delivery. I was overwhelmed with the wonderful treatment displayed by the service team and greeters at Nissan of Rivergate. Not only was this my first experience at this dealership, I was also a walk in customer, i.e. no appointment. Most service departments at dealerships provide a bit more of consideration for time and service for those with appointments versus walk ins. Totally not the case at Nissan of Rivergate. Once I entered the heated drop off corridor (it was 18 degrees that day), I was greeted sincerely and treated as though my vehicle was their only focus. The waiting area is roomy and quite relaxing. There were about six customers there when I entered. My vehicle was serviced in less than an hour and ironically enough the six people there before me either had their services completed or were in the process of checking out. My entire experience was optimal!

Need to have my Juke service (due to recall notice) with my hectic work schedule I was not able to really make an appointment. I received a call from Nissan Rivergate concerning another matter but before ending the call I mention my recall notice and ask if I could bring it in to have it serviced. The person I spoke with told me to come on and they would take care of it.On the NOTICE it stated that it would at least 2 to 3 hours..(only vehicle so I would have to wait).I arrived at the Service Center with my gadget and at this point I decide to go ahead and have the oil changed and tires rotated. This is the good part within an 1 hr. and 20 min give or take a few minutes I was back on the road. For me this was Excellent...( I did not have appointment). Each time I have taken my car for servicing I have had nothing but Excellent service.

I have always had received excellent service at the Nissan of Rivergate. I would highly recommend this dealership for service to anyone. They are always top notch. Last time I was there I was told a couple of hours to complete my service, but I was only there an 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours total. Last service I had was my 45,000 mile service for my Nissan Titan. Betsy is great to work with. I highly recommend them.

We purchased our new Pathfinder from Nissan of Rivergate in January of last year. We selected them because we are currently driving a Nissan truck we purchased from them in 2002. It's odometer features 329,000 miles and the truck is still running great.We have dealt with them several times since 2002 and have always received excellent treatment. When something or someone is exceptional, I believe it should be acknowledged. Nissan of Rivergate has totally changed my opinion of car dealership service departments. They have clearly held on to the old school value that the customer comes first. Recently, in the middle of the citys snowstorm, I found myself (and my dog) stranded at a gas station. I was frantic. I called the service department and spoke with Glen Hartley, who told me what to do, and what to do in case that suggested solution did not work. He took all FIVE of my frantic phone calls without me sensing any frustration on his part. He clearly realized what a woman stranded may feel. To make a long story short, I made it into the service department and was even allowed to take my small dog into the customer lounge. I can not believe it has been 17 months since I drove my Nissan Rogue out if the Nissan Rivergate Parking lot. From Larry the sales agent to the service crew to the accounting staff, I have enjoyed courteous, transparent and very professional service from this dealership. The service repair crew have been very exceptional. They are timely, explains details of repair or what is needed and allow you to decide if you want it or not. Even when I do not make appointments and just drive in for oil change, they have been very unselfishly accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I have been using River gate Nissan service center since 1-1-14 when I bought my 2011 Juke! Although I bought from car max, they honor my warranty ,and so far repaired 2 recalls and numerous oil changes, tire rotations, not only do they do excellent work.. But their service reps are above and beyond helpful.. Always making sure I am not inconvenienced! I am grateful to know I can depend on the same service every time I go there!

I have lived in Madison, Tn for 5 years this is the only Dealership I will trust with my Xterra(2004).First off they know me and my car , when you can walk into a dealer and they can address you by either your Sir name or first name that is a big plus for me, when I think of how many people they service but they took the time to get to know me ,that makes my day, The service is he best in town second to none.I mainly work with Betsy( she is a doll very sweet) however Garret and JR. are fantastic as well.When you go into the waiting room don't be surprised if you bump into Keaton who's main job is to keep you happy and satisfied while you wait on your vehicle he is always ready to bring you popcorn or water just to make you stay the best it could be.Are you ready to leave well the girls who give you your paperwork couldn't be nicer they let you know the services you've had done the cost and even let you know if you have any monies from your " Nissan of Rivergate Rewards Card".( if you don't have one apply for it on your next visit this card has saved me money on all my visits)Getting into your car? I've bought all of my Nissan vehicles from this dealership. They have an extraordinary service center. Even if you don't make an appointment, they will have you in and out in about 35 minutes. Employees are very professional and go the extra mile to explain everything that was serviced on your vehicle. Would recommend that everyone take their vehicle(s) to be serviced here.

I have been using Nissan of Rivergate's service department since January 2014. I won't have my car serviced anywhere else. They are always friendly and courteous, and the turn around time is spectacular! I would recommend the service department to anyone who owns a Nissan and wants to drive it until the wheels literally fall off. They take really good care of my car and the customer service is something that is rare these days.

MarvaNissan of Rivergate is an excellent dealership. Each time I visit I am greeted by knowledgeable, smiling faces. They let me know exactly what my car needs, why it is needed and the cost. No negative surprises. My car is serviced quickly as I sit, pampered in the waiting room with a TV, coffee, donuts, and assess to popcorn and a vending machine. Once I was given a cold bottle of water by an attendant. The only surprise I every have is a less than expected cost due to bonus points. Now, thats a wonderful surprise. Everyone in the service department is always courteous and helpful. JR handles the service on my car. He keeps me informed on what maintenance is needed. He keeps me on my scheduled maintenance plan. I have only positive reviews for nissan rivergate, they have the best prices for all services and they offer a great rewards program where you get money off next visit and even free services for frequent customers, i have been going to them for 2 years and have never had any car problems, rudeness, or long waits. This is also the location i purchased my car from. They always have deals on tires and repairs to fit most budgets.

This was my first visit to Nissan of Rivergate and I am skeptical of dealerships, but here I was pleasantly surprised. The service was prompt and very friendly and the price was fair and competitive. They found the problem right away and let me know that it was a fixable problem and not indicative of a greater problem. I will definitely use them for my nissan again. Nice Folks.

I purchase a vehicle (new) from this dealer in 2013 and was 100% satisfied with the entire purchasing process. I have since used the service/parts department numerous times for multiple vehicles and have been 100% satisfied with the service organization as well. I had the misfortune of needing to also use the body shop to recover from a serious wreck and, again, was 100% satisfied with this arm of the business.It is not often you find a dealership that exceeds expectations across the board. This is definitely one of those rare unicorns and should be seriously considered for all your automotive needs!.

This was my second service experience at Nissan of Rivergate. The service I have received thus far has been outstanding. I was very comfortable while waiting for my vehicle, and the time I had to wait was only 30-45 minutes. At my prior dealership it was not uncommon to be there around 2 hours or more. When I checked out, I was shocked to learn the total of the bill, as it was much less than anticipated. I inquired, and the cashier let me know that there was a promotion going on that would have expired before my next service, so they applied it to my bill. Needless to say, I will continue to complete all my service needs here.

In 2010, I tragically lost my car in the Nashville flood. I went to just about every dealership in Nashville trying to find a car I could afford. Nissan of Rivergate was the only dealer that would work with me and gave me the best deal under those dire circumstances. I bought a 2010 Nissan Sentra and I loved that car. I always took it to the dealer to have it serviced because the service department was always available to help me at a time that fit in my schedule, I never had to wait very long, and everyone was so helpful to explain anything that was done to my vehicle. On January 24th, I took my car in for an oil change and ended up purchasing a new 2014 Sentra. There was a scrape on the dash and I was told they could fix it. Well, not only is it fixed, but it is so perfect, no one would be able to tell there was ever a problem. I will continue to have my car serviced here, because I'm sure I could never get better, friendlier and more efficient service anywhere else in Nashville.

I have been going to Nissan of Rivergate since 2003 when I bought my first Sentra. I do a lot of driving so I am usually there at the service depart for regular maintenance about every 3-4 months. Betsy, Garrett and the Service Manager Glenn have always given top notch service and they have treated me like a member of the family. In a way, I am a member of the Nissan family as I bought my second Sentra at Nissan of Rivergate last year and will continue to take it here for servicing. I wouldnt consider taking my car anywhere else.

I purchased a brand new 2012 Nissan Cube (Bali Blue Limited!) at Nissan of Rivergate a couple years ago. I had such a great experience in acquiring this Cube (no kidding, was by the grace of luck and the team that I got it) that I decided to give the service department a shot on servicing it. Now be aware I was also originally a do-it-myself'r who would sooner let the vehicle rust than go to a dealership and spend the kind of money I would hear about from others about their dealerships charging. So the first oil change went great, second was great, and through adding parts to my Cube I got to know the service manager and a lot of his team. I have never met a friendly, more helpful, up front, and genuinely interesting team of car people in my life. These people really make me feel like I'm going to a friend or family member to have my vehicle worked on. They ensure I know what's happening, they don't give me run around about replacing the "flux capacitors" or "glove box ponies", and every time I leave there I can feel the difference in my Cube's performance. I sound like I'm blowing smoke about this team, but I'm not. From the service manager, to the techs, to the ladies at the front who process my payment, the whole experience is pretty cool. Plus they have a pretty sweet waiting area to boot. I highly recommend anyone who has issues with your current dealer give these folks a shot. Many years ago I purchased my first Nissan because of the quality of service I received from them. My son and two daughters purchased Nissans because of the quality of service they have given me. I now have an Xterra with almost 200,000 miles on it and it runs like new. They do what needs to be done but nothing else and their price is better than I can get 3 miles away. (I drive more than 25 miles to get their service.) Anyone can sell a car but you must know what you are doing to fix one as it should be fixed. They know what they are doing and at a very good price.

I was headed to Atlanta to purchase my car and then Scott was so awesome and met the price I was traveling for so I purchased from Nissan of Rivergate. I wasn't looking forward to my first service due to past experiences where another dealer tried to sell me on a bunch of stuff or under preformed. Not the case with Nissan of Rivergate. They were faster than expected, didn't push back when I wanted to upgrade to synthetic oil and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They are professional, fast and friendly at a fair price! There are two people there that stand well above any dealership service I have ever dealt with, Glenn Hartley and Betsy Newman.Over the years my wife and I have probably had 7 new vehicles between the two of us and by the same token used several different car dealerships, so it easy to compare them. Honestly there is no comparison. Betsy and Glenn have brought dealership service to a new level. I am happy to write this review because I am grateful for the fine service I have been given by them.My last trip to the service department was a tire problem that caused me much concern. After my second visit to Nissan of Rivergate and working with Betsy Newman, I just had to write.My origanl vist was last summer and the air conditioning had failed. Betsy set up a loaner car and kept me informed throughout the process of my repair. This vist was due to the check engine light coming on and then of course going off the moment I called. I was so relieved to hear Betsy was still their Service Advior, I knew things would go well. There was also a recall issue with a hood latch and I needed an oil change. Again Betsy exceeded my expectations and got me in and out in a very reasonable time. She had the mechanic do a courtesy 90K mile checkup and found no other concerns. With people like Betsy, Nissan of Rivergate will always have my business. The water boy filled his role yet I wonder if having sales and management would keep those individuals more in touch with their partons. JUst a thought!!

I was using their service department even before they became a Nissan dealer. I have purchased two Sentras and one Xterra because of their Service. One daughter purchased a Versa and my son purchased an Xterra all because of their great service. They do what is needed and only what is needed. Doing only what is needed has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. They are fast, fair, friendly, competent and totally honest. I have over 160,000 miles on my Xterra and with their help expect to get more than 300,00 on it. Anyone can sell a car, but you have to know what you are doing to fix one, They know what they are doing. However one day when I came in late to pick up my vehicle, they only had one free doughnut left in the waiting room. But the coffee was fresh. I am 75 years old and they are the best service people I have encountered.

it was very good, up to the time were a sales manager came AFTER they have giving us a quote on the car that there was a glitch on the system and it was over 1,200 difference for the taxes from what we agreed on. Sales guy is very nice. I understand there is nothing you can do about the taxes but we feel they can try to meet us half way on the price of the car.

I went into this dealership with my Nissan employee discount, and even though the dealership couldn't make a huge profit, they still treated me very well. I felt comfortable there the whole time and was even fed lunch as i waited. The prices they have were only slightly marked up but still reasonable, and some things you save your money on like the 2 free oil changes. So overall its still fair pricing. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle, i felt welcome there and didn't feel like I was being jumped by a bunch of salesmen. The only thing I would recommend them changing would be a few less phone calls. I think I received 5 or 6 calls so far, of which only 2 of them were really necessary. So that could be a little annoying but it wasn't harassing by any means. Overall a pleasurable experience and I hope I won't have to go back for 10 to 15 years for another brand new vehicle. This will definitely be the first dealership I stop at again, and one I will be recommending to family and friends.

I have never been more impressed with a service center. I purchased a 2011 Nissan at a small used lot. I knew it needed some body work at the time, and I researched dealerships in which to bring my truck for repair. I ended up selecting Nissan of Rivergate. I brought my truck in for a quote on the repair. I was impressed by their online appointment system, as well as the easy arrival and check-in. John Paul Corey was assigned to my appointment, and he was friendly, thorough, as well as giving me a full point inspection free of charge, letting me know what was needed and where my truck stood for ongoing maintenance. I returned a second time to get a brake system flush, as recommended, and John Paul again was a pleasure to work with. I returned most recently a third time to complete the body/frame repair I was quoted on my initial visit. Unfortunately, a week prior when my part arrived for repair, it was not checked. I was waiting given a 2-3 hour estimate, and John Paul came to tell me that the part arrived bent. I was frustrated, but he was able to make suggestions for re-bending and we went ahead and used the part. He offered me a loaner car for free, it would take longer than he said because of this error; now I wasnt inconvenienced for my day. John Paul contacted me a little later and said that again, unfortunately the parts team had misquoted him the part itself, told him the wrong information, and the part I needed/purchased wasnt the broken part but another part, 3x as expensive, and 3x the amount of labor.At this point my truck sitting on the lift in pieces I believe any other dealer/serviceman I had worked with in the past would have made me pay for both the extra parts and labor even though it wasnt my fault. John Paul went to bat for me, to the management, and made sure I wasnt given the short end of the stick, and made sure that he kept his word and his quote to me. I am truly amazed at his level of customer service. I have never experienced this level of commitment from a dealer service center before. This has solidified my commitment to using Rivergate Nissan for ALL of my future work and general maintenance on my truck, as well as make Rivergate Nissan the first stop in the coming months for my wifes new vehicle.

I explained to Brandon I was trading in my car and my husbands truck but my husband couldn't bring the truck in as he is terminally ill and couldn't leave the house. I should not have bought this car. I bought a 2014 nissan vera and i think it had way too many miles on it to be a 2014 in my opinion. I have taken the car back twice in a little over a week. the fist time it was the tires were not balances and the next time it had a stain on the carpet underneath the floor mat. They should have know that was there when they cleaned my car for the first time. Angela i thought said that they would clean the inside of the car if i brought it back up there. I did but all they cleaned was the stain and not all the inside of the car. I have lost time from work and money over things that should not have happened. They should at least put gas or something for all my trouble that i have had with this supposedly NEW car. I still have my doubts about that one. Also this week it has made a noise when i started it up. It has only done it once but all they can say is bring it back AGAIN. I think by now they should just give me a new car. I know that i did not buy the most expensive car they had but i feel like i should be treated like i did.

We brought in our Rogue for a routine tire rotation and oil change. Everything was normal and fine until our service advisor came into the waiting room to tell us about a problem. Glenn walked us out to where our car was in the service area. The problem: the wheel lock key was not in the car and they needed to know if we could find out. We couldn't; in fact one never came with our car. The spare set was, unfortunately, not available at the time and there was no way to remove our tires to do the rotation OR fix the tire that they found a nail in. Glenn did not want us to drive a car with a nail in the tire. He told us he would order a wheel lock key for us to keep in the car and get us a rental car for the weekend so we didn't have to worry about being stranded with a flat. We were allowed to chose any rental from the fleet at no cost to us. When my husband returned the rental that Monday, he discovered that the entire service had been comped because of the situation. We greatly appreciated that this service department acknowledged a problem and immediately came up with a solution. The customer service was so good that we won't take our Rogue to any other dealership in town now for service. This service department puts the satisfaction of the customer before anything else.

The 2012 was already out of warranty due to the mileage, but Glenn saw this as a problem and took care of us at no cost. He and John Paul have earned our business for as long as we own our Sentra, and we will be back to buy another car here in the future... I've owned 4 Nissan's, love the vehicles they produce, and will come here to buy our next one. Thank you!!

My wife and came to Nissan of Rivergate in hopes of finding a new car. We are expecting our first child and needed something to carry all of the things we need for the baby. We worked with Zack and Philip. They said we should look at the Rogue, it was perfect. From start to finish it was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience we ever had. They did not pressure us and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. When it came down to numbers, they gave us a couple of different options that really made our decision a breeze. I would strongly reccomend Nissan of Rivergate to anyone in the market for a new automoblie. Most dealerships say that they give great customer service if you get your new car from them, this dealership really does.

Betsy Newman is such an asset to the service department! She is so very helpful and knowledgeable about the problems I have had with my vehicle. Anytime that I've been the least upset, her calmness and understanding makes me relax and makes me feel I can trust her to see that the job is done right. I have had what I consider a few expensive repairs, she has gone out of her way to look for any savings she can give me. She has worked around my schedule and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs. When someone goes out of their way to the extent she has, I hope that she is reconized not only by Nissan of Rivergate, but by Nissan itself. Too many times the really good employees go unreconized for the work that they do, I hope in some way this review finds its way to the right people so that Betsy can get the rewards she deserves. I have purchased 2 brand new Nissans from Nissan of Rivergate in the past, just bought my 3rd this weekend, a sweet 2012 Titan Pro 4x! I worked with Rodney and Dwayne in sales, I have actually dealt with Rodney on my last 2 purchases and like my prior 2 visits I was greeted with smiling faces, kind and courteous professionals ready to get the job done! I got exactly what I wanted for my trade, they gave me a great deal on the new Titan and got my payments where I needed them. And thank you Dwayne for getting my front tag off my old Titan that I thought was lost forever! Thanks to Barbera and Kim in the finance dept for working up a sweet deal and going above and beyond by running my numbers again to get me a lower payment and better interest rate, without me even asking! Worst experience we've ever had. I questioned the price given to me on a 2013 Altima SV by Rodney and he got mad, almost shouting how I was questioning his integrity, then the got up and stormed out, leaving my wife and I sitting there with the salesman who didn't say a thing. The manager came up and asked what was going on and as I tried to explain, he said he saw what happend and defended Rodney, as I was questioning his integrity. I said what kind of professional would treat their customers like that. I told him the deal was off and walked out. As I walked outside, Rodney said something to me and I told him he was a really professional. He told be to get the "xxxx" out of there. I told him as the manager walked outside that I couldn't wait to write a review on the way we were treated and the lack of professionalism that was displayed. What a class act dealership (sarcasim). (1 out of 10, it is a "0" if not a -1) Went to another dealership where we were treated in a respectful manner (in Gallatin) and will be doing my buisness there in the future.

UPDATED: I spoke with Martin the day after the lapse in communnication occured. He was very helpful and I believe he tried to get a deal together. In further conversation he realized why I wanted to trade my vehicle in to begin with. He volunteered to have my car looked at free of charge at another dealership(mine is not a Nissan so he is covering the cost of my car at another dealership) FIrst of all for someone to go above and beyond like that is unreal to me. I am greatly appreciative of that. If you want to get treated with good customer service and honesty, deal with these guys. THanks again for going above and beyond. It actually restores some faith in car dealerships. INTIAL POST: I went to this dealership in hopes they could help me get the car I found on thier site. I spoke to the finance lady first to see if it was even an option with my credit score. She said she could probably get a better deal and get the GM involved to handle the deal personally. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. I went to the dealership I was passed off to some saleman (who was really nice) However as soon as they saw my credit score they acted all surprised and all of a sudden there was nothing they could do. I was not wrong about my score, I knew I had a mess of negative equity. I just needed help buying a new car. I was told 3 times that I would get a call back on the deal and it would get handeled; and I have yet to recieve the call. SO I called the GM to get him on board and I was put on hold repeatedly and then was told "he must not be here or he has gone home" I really wish car dealerships were in it for all customers instead of the money they want to make. I understand it takes money to run a business but I should have been told up front there was nothing they could do. I feel very taken advantage of by this dealership.

Angela was real nice through the whole transaction. Helped us in everyway,made sure I had the color truck I wanted, all the add ons I wanted,at the lowest cost possible. Even made sure the songs playing over the speakers in the dealership was exceptable to everyone! I bought a 2012 Frontier and Angela took the time to show me what every button was for,and an all around tour of the truck. I felt comfortable with her too. I have never had a car saleman or sales woman so wonderful to work with. I am so glad I bought my truck from her and Nissan of Rivergate and drove from Franklin Kentucky to do so. Thank You.

Well I bought a 2009 Nissan Rouge from Carnival Kia in Rivergate Thursday afternoon. The transmission just all of a sudden went out Friday night. Kia took the car to Nissan and what looked like a bad transmission which was going to take a while to order a new one and take a while to install it. The service guy Brian looked at it and whithin a couple of hours had it ready to go. Something electrical went out causing the fail safe transmission to disengage and he had me ready to go within hours. Fast reliable and very nice.

He was lighting fast on email, within minutes for I would always hear from him in response. He was very honest and got me an amazing deal. I wrote the following on 3/7/12. 15 minutes after putting it in, I got a call from the dealership. They told me by business was important to them and would rectify my complaint. 24 hours later everything was taken care of, I am now a happy customer and changed my ratings accordingly. Thank you Phil.I want to first say so I don't sound jaded.... I love my Nissan. I like the price I paid.I am appalled by the lack of customer service after the sale. It took a matter of 5 minutes after we signed the paperwork.After agreeing on a price, we sat and waited about an hour for finance. I discussed several things with my salesman 1. the vehicle would be cleaned prior to being delivered to us 2. I would get a full tank of gas 3. The vehicle came with 2 keys.1. I received the vehicle dirty, I asked to have it cleaned and had to wait until the newest customer was serviced, despite concluding my sale first.2. The vehicle was given to me with less than half a tank of gas. I asked my salesman about this and he went to the manager who gave him a gas card. The salesman asked me to let him drive to the gas station. I let him, and he put in... 2 gallons of gas. He filled the gas to exactly half a tank. He then told me since I bought used I don't get a full tank. I bought the vehicle as is, that means gas too.3. I was told the vehicle was certified pre-owned because it was the dealer manager's wife's vehicle. They made sure it was properly serviced and taken care of. She had the second key to the vehicle and they would get it in a few days. I could get it when I picked up the plates. Despite multiple follow up calls and my picking up the plates, I still have only one key. The salesman tells me the manager hasn't responded to his multiple requests but......since I bought used it was as is and they can't guarantee 2 keys.My wife asked for a manager. Mr Williams came and spoke with us with the great deal that he would sell us a new key at dealer's cost. $150.00. I just found it online for $99.00. At my wife's insistence, Mr. Williams agreed that if we understood the purchase included 2 keys he would try to help us out. He would contact the manager about the 2nd key and would get back to us the next day. Three days later, I haven't heard a peep.4. Despite being charged $95 for new tags, my county is $75 for tags, I had to pay for the emissions test and mail it to the dealership. They told me I would be reimbursed for the test. I was not.I am just amazed that this dealership is willing to upset a customer who just spent $37k over $100 for a key and $30 for gas. If they are willing to get bad reviews and have a young 30 something tell everyone not to shop with them and sour what could a have a good relationship over $130.00 where else are they pulling a fast one? How do they call this customer service? I now even doubt the accuracy of the low mileage on my vehicle and what does certified pre-owned mean to them?They offered 2 free oil changes. I got a coupon book in the mail that said I should have received 2 coupons for free oil changes at the purchase. I didn't, but I'm not sure I care. If the sales staff is this bad, why should I expect different from the service department?

Bought my Nissan Juke from Rivergate Nissan in July of 2011. Had trouble finding one in stock - some other dealers wanted a $1000 non-refundable deposit before they would even put my name on a list to get one if one came in. James had the color I wanted in stock and we drove over 100 miles to the dealership. The whole experience was completely different than I expected - in a good way. No pressure, no hidden costs, and great people to work with. I only wish I lived closer so they could do my service work. I love my Juke and I love this dealership and will shop there again the next time I am looking for a Nissan.

I shop hard when looking for a new car, and I always come back to Philip Daltilo at Rivergate Nissan. He is the most responsive and honest person I've ever come across in the business. On my 2011 Versa, I was ready to purchase elsewhere but wanted a different color. Without me asking, Philip got the desired color transferred in from another city the same day, and offered it to me for hundreds less than I almost paid! I came back to him for a new Leaf, and he had a price I couldn't beat no matter how hard I looked. I'm in and out in a heartbeat, and always feel like customer #1.Darren Simon helped close out the Leaf purchase. He was very knowlegeable and helpful. I would recommend him too.

Dodge truck in dealership 2 miles down road from Nissan for minor repairs. Stopped to look at Altima coupe I've been eyeing on computer past few months. Saw general manager mark four 2011 Rouges down $3500.00. Test drove Altima, not crazy about it. Salesman Ronelle Moore suggested best buy was Rogue. Test drove it and liked it. Talked to Mr Moore for about 2 hours, then Mr Williams a bit more, who gave me a Nissan cap, then finance manager, and we came to an agreement. Was not planning to purchase anytime soon, much less today. Experience was favorable enough that I am now a Nissan Rouge owner. Mr Moore is an honest, upright salesperson. I'm happy. Could someone teach me how to use GPS? My 2002 truck had crank down windows and manual door locks! I'm in a whole new world. Thanks to Rivergate Nissan. I went to Nissan Rivergate at 8:30 pm on a Thursday night after working over 12 hours that day. I really wasnt in the mood to go through the long, strenuous process of buying a vehicle. To make matters worst , my credit wasnt all too good. However before I left work, I completed my application on Nissan's website and headed to the dealership. When I got there, my sales person, Robert Gaddy was waiting for me with all of my paperwork and all we had to do was submit my information and offer to the bank. I didnt think I would leave that night with a brand new car, but I did. Thanks to Robert Gaddy I am the proud owner of a 2012 fully loaded Nissan Sentra (special Edition). I was pleased with my experience and I am so grateful to had a sales person who was not trying to sell me something that I couldnt afford just for the profit. I love Nissan Rivergate and I will send anyone who is in the market for a car especially a woman to that dealership.

I went in looking for a car with great gas mileage at an affordabled price, my dealer took me directly to the Versa line and said it was the best fit. They never tried to show me a more expensive car the whole process went quickly and efficiently. I received the friends of employees discount and have 1.9% interest rate for my financing. My payments are right where I want them and I'm extremely happy with my car. I drive about 950 miles a week and this car is doing great with gas mileage. I had to stop in to have a tire repaired the maintance shop fixed my flat tire, and also discovered my tire pressure gage was broken and replaced that as well. I was in and out very quickly and of course all maintaince was done free of charge thanks to my wonderful bumper to bumper warranty. I have already recommended Nissan of Rivergate to everyone I know and bragged constantly about the excellent treatment I have received from the everyone I have dealt with.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I knew what I wanted when I walked onto the lot, and they didn't try to waste my time by showing me anything else. After walking in, I checked out the vehicle I wanted, test drove it, and got straight to the paperwork with no fuss. The price was excellent and far below that of some other Nissan dealers outside the area. I have purchased new cars from two other area dealers in the past, and Nissan of Rivergate was the easiest and most pleasant to date.

The staff worked very hard in making this deal happen plus,I was made tofeel welcome by all of the salesmen. I will never buy a car from anywhere but Nissan of Rivergate. These people gave me an incredible deal but even better gave me incredible service. They treated my wife and I like we were the only customers in the entire store. They made our buying experience the best ever! We had a new salesman who was incredible and one of the Manager's named Rod was outstanding. Actually gave us a better deal than we even was hoping for. We were just about to sign papers on a new Toyota and Zack called us and treated us like we were important and treated us with respect. The Manager greeted us and treated us like we deserved to be treated. This place has my business and referrals for the rest of my life!!!

Colin made me feel like a valued customer. He listened to me and was very informative. I would not have know that he has only been on the job for a couple of weeks until we started really dealing, at which point I met Cody who walked us through the process and helped Colin to finalize the transaction. I left with a brand new Juke with more options than I expected, although the payments were not were I wanted them, I really like the car. Everyone at Nissan of Rivergate was very customer friendly and do their best to make the customer happy. Colin will be an awesome sales agent. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new car should go see Colin.

I'm a single female. Buying a car can be one of the most stressful time because you are not sure if you will be taken advantage of during the buying process. I had already been to the Nissan dealer in Gallatin. The sales rep was nice. However, the manager was pushy and seemed only interested in saleing a car. I live in Gallatin and had hoped to buy my next car there because the service department would be closer. I went to Nissan of Rivergate because they had serviced my Nissan Altima four years before and I had liked the service. From the moment I walked on the lot it was a wonderful experience. David Carpenter is the best sales rep you have. He made my sister and me totally at ease and appeared to be in no hurry; this was about 7:30 at night. He showed us the Rogue's available. Unfortunately, there wasn't a Rogue in the color I wanted. David jumped in the golf cart and took us to the back lot to see if there were any new deliveries. He knew the Rogue well and was albe to demonstrate all of the various elements available. Most of all he was not pushy,listened to what I wanted and had to say. There was one potential on the lot. He was very understanding when I told him I would return withother family to get their opinion and make a decision. I bet he didn't think I would come back. I know car salesmen hear this many times each day. I returned Saturday with the whole family. David remembered my name. Most impressive is he remembered my father's name(I had only said it once). The process of finding the Rogue I wanted took a while. I think the sale's manager and office staff called every dealer that boarders the state of Tenessee. While we waited, someone had grilled grilled hamburgers and hotdogs for us to eat. The customer service is awesome!!! The lady sales manager (I misplaced her card)kept giving us updates and telling me what they had found. Her explaination of the finance options focused on makeing sure I understood the options and was comfortable with them. Great JOB. To my amazement, A red Rogue with my specifications was found and would be delivered by the next day!Signing the paper work was a smooth process. Justin Andrelski reviewed the paperwork and explained additional options available; all the while helping me keep an eye on the bottom line. He was obviously knew what he was talking about and was at ease explaining the details: no matter how many times he was asked to repeat them!!!I returned on Sunday to pick-up my Rogue. David gave my family and me a complete tour of the service, parts and other departments at the dealership. He scheduled my first oil change with the service department while I was there. I have bought 3 other cars. This is the first time a salesperson has taken the time to go over the owners manuel and demonstrate the various aspects of operation of the automobile. To David Carpenter: David your patience know no limits!!!! If your ears have burned in the last week, it is because we have sang your praises and recommended you to everyone we know. Thank you for all of your help.

Dealership has great customer service. Very knowledgable salespeople who know their inventory and can give a variety of options. I arrived at Nissan of Rivergate and Dwayne Brock took great care of me and helped to find me the car I wanted. I was able to buy a new car with all options I wanted for just a little more than the used one I originally went in to look at. We were looking for a certain kind of Titan truck and Brandion told us he was new and did not know all about the truck inventory yet. He asked Phillip for help in the matter. It was late on Sat. night and we told Brandon we would think about it and give him a call. We left him our cell number.We did not feel any pressure from this young man at all! We returned on Monday and purchased the truck. Brandon gave us a tour of the service dept. which was very helpful. The finance dept.was very informative. The truck was washed and ready to take home in a matter of minutes....yes...we will recommend all our friends to shop at Rivergate Nissan for allllll their needs!

I took my car in for routine oil change service. They were offering Ladies day special 1/2 price of oil change plus free manicure and goodie bag. Kim in the office/check out area was spectacular! My short oil change and check the rattle in my sunroof turned into a 5 hour ordeal. Jeff was kind through the process but tried to say my sunroof rattle was because it was not a factory product even after seeing the new window sticker from when I purchased the car. He had the service manager take a look. Everything was corrected in due time and the service manager was exceptionally helpful. My trust and confidence in Jeff has been greatly compromised.

I was in a desperate fix. My car was unrepairable I NEEDED A CAR. Mr Scribner, Mr. Brock and Mr Andrelski Worked MAGIC. Found a new Frontier at MY PRICE and my finance terms. Didn't have one in stock so they went in the the Inventory Database and found the EXCACT TRUCK I WANTED. Oh I forgot to mention they were doing all this despite the TORNADO and power outages. The entire buying experience was superb. They don't pay these guys enough. Also I need to mention Garrett in the Service Dept. From the time I called him he was great. He and the entire service staff bent over backwards to assist me in my plight. This Service Dept is well worth the time to drive over there. If you are looking for the best Nissan Dealer in the Mid South this is the one.

This is the second car that I have purchased through Nissan of Rivergate. This time I first contacted them through their (or someone's) site. That led me to Mr. Brock. He was great. Very friendly, knew what he was talking about and worked his butt off to get me in the car I wanted, for a price I wanted. I know I can be picky and annoying but he never let it phase him. I really appreciate him for it. When I'm ready to buy another car, I'll be going to Nissan of Rivergate, and if Mr. Brock is there, he will be the salesman I ask for.

I went to look at and possibly purchase a used Nissan car. Mr. Nesbitt was very helpful and interested in my wants and needs to get me the best deal possible. After a few hours of looking and showing me different options, Mr. Nesbitt then worked hard to get me the best deal he could within my price range and monthly payment. After 4 LONG hours, I left with a new Nissan Juke. I had to return today to address a few more issues, and Mr. Nesbitt spent the time to show me more things about the car such as the Bluetooth, clock, and other various options. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone going there and purchasing a vehicle!!

I used to go to Action Nissan off Thompson Lane in Nashville, TN but they could never duplicate my problem or so they say. I was advised to take my car to Nissan of Rivergate and the first time I took my car they took care of all my concerns. Not only did they address my current concerns but they found previous unfinished work by Action Nissan body shop..Boy oh Boy you would think if you take your car to the dealer where you originally purchased it, that they would take care of you, THINK AGAIN!! I could have taken by car to anything body shop for the service I received from Action body shop. I would like to thank Glenn Hartley for personally introducing himself on my first visit there, listening to my concerns and taking them seriously. I will also like to thank the two seasoned technicians that worked diligently on my car the several times it was there. One being, Thomas Adams, for this last trip at Rivergate. He went over my car top to bottom and inside and out even taking care of concerns I had no idea about. Garret Daniel, service advisor, took care of me as well. I would like to thank Calvin, my old service advisor, who also was involved in this successful attempt to get down to the problems of my 2010 maxima. Thanks!!!

Duane and crew worked out a difficult situation with a lease return(lease vehicle had many, many miles over the limit) and an additional vehicle to trade in on a new vehicle for me. Everything worked out great and I am very pleased with the outcome.

My experience with Nissan of Rivergate and Philip Datillo were great. Philip took very good care of me before, during and after the transaction. I telephoned a day before visiting the dealership and he was the same every time I spoke with him, very personable. Barbara Shanks was equally important during this transaction as she handled the financing portion of my transaction. Everyone made me feel welcomed and I was treated with respect. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle. I drove two hours to the dealership to purchase my new (2008) Nissan XTerra and am very satisfied with my purchase and the way I was treated. And to top it all off--I got a standing ovation when my deal was done. Great Place, Great People, Great Price!!!Thanks guys!!!!

Was not looking for a Nissan when I went car shopping, but after going in to the store James stuck with me till we found a car I was comfortable with. Since I wasn't buying new there were a lot of options. Their used car selection was one of the best I have seen. They had Altimas to Volkswagons I drove 3 different cars before settling on the 2006 Altima. Making the deal was the easiest part. James was very accomodating and there was no game playing. Here's my offer, here is what I can do then we settled on a price and the deal was done. Paper work was fast and I was out the door in a couple of hours. Wish I had stopped there first before wasting my morning at 2 other dealerships.

Had a very great experience at Rivergate Nissan. My husband and I were shopping for a new car purchase. Phillip Dutillo was a wonderful help from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars we asked about and test drove. Very professional and no pressure. Best car buying experience we have ever had. We ended up buying a new Murano that day. It is JUST what we wanted! Look forward to having our car maintenance done there as all the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

When I take my Maxima in for service, Kim always has a smile on her face and is so helpful and pleasant. The service guys are always very helpful and seem to really care about me as a customer. Ted Williams also does a great job and is definately an asset to this dealership.

We went shopping for a new vehicle with a good idea as to what we had in mind. We wanted an affordable, high MPG vehicle, for our teenage daughter to replace an older car that she had been driving. With her going into college we wanted her to have a new vehicle with a warranty. We had intended to purchase a Nissan Versa but found that it just wasn't going to work for my daughter since the seat was too low for her to have good visibility when driving. We had considered the Nissan Sentra but had been more intersted in the Nissan Versa due to price.James spent a good deal of time with us to find the right car that was within the price range we had requested. He allowed us to take the time to look at quite a few vehicles without pushing us toward one or another. There was absolutely no feeling of a "bait and switch" or any other tactic going on to persuade us into a vehicle that would not have suited our needs.Once we found the right vehicle Darren assisted with working out the final deal. This was probably the easiest car purchase I have ever made. There was no lengthy haggling over the numbers. I knew what I wanted for my trade, final purhcase price, and monthly payment. A couple offers / counter-offers were made and I feel that we arrived at a very fair deal that didn't require hours of negotiation to get there.Again, this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had.

Before coming to this dealership I went to another Nissan dealership in the area where I was pressured to pay outside of my comfort zone and they gave me less for my trade. When I came to Nissan of Rivergate, they didn't pressure me at all and were able to get me a payment that I was comfortable right away. This is now the second car I've purchased here and both times I've had a great experience.

After purchasing a used 04 used Nissan Quest from and independent car lot I decided to bring it to Rivergate Nissan to have an Oil change. While there they discovered a few problems over a course of about a week. Everytime we noticed something else they brought me rignt in and would start working on my van. I have to say if I would have known the kind of service I was going to get I probably would have gotten a nissan sooner (not that I likr handing money over or haaving to have a vehicle worked on.) What got me was that I was treated with respecr and like I had been going there for years. Garrett went above and beyond the call of duty. Glen was amazing as well to even share a personal story to show me exactly what ihad bought. Kuddos to the service department.

Odd that I ended up at Nissan dealership to purchase a Toyota Sienna van, but that's exactly what happened. I traded in my Chrysler Town & Country van for a Toyota Sienna and could not be happier with my experience. My sales person was knowledgeble, friendly, and went the extra mile to assure that my expectations (and needs) were met. I had previously visited three other Toyota dealerships prior to my visit to Nissan of Rivergate, but all the right "ingredients" simply were not present enough to encourage me to purchase from any of them.I would highly recommend this dealership. The folks are friendly and willing to work with you!

I brought my Frontier in because I saw that there was a recall on the news. I called and asked for an appointment and they got me in right away. While I was there I figured I might as well go ahead and get an oil change since I was almost due and the price was actually less than what I had been paying at Firestone! They got me done and out quick and treated me like I should have been treated. I really appreciated the friendly people and the fact that it was a no hassle experience. I think they have won my business.

I was concerned about trying this dealership because of their reputation and other reviews I read. I live 30 miles away and have delt with multiple other dealerships, but haven't found one that I consider good until now. I was told they're under new management and things were different so I drove the distance. I have to say, my car was inspected and I didn't feel ripped of. They told me what I NEEDED to have done and what could wait. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me and received my car back happily repaired! I WILL be going back. Ive been thinking about getting a new car for myself for a while. I visited a Nissan store closest to my house, but did not really like the people, the salesman were always staring at me, pressuring me without even saying a word five hundred feet away, so I decided to look for cars the modern way, via internet and I am glad I did. I found the best price for a Rogue and although it was pretty far from home it was worth the trip! My husband and I were greeted by a very kind gentleman, Dewayne Brock who only seemed interested in what I wanted. My husband enjoyed the test drive and I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. This was not only the best car buying experience I've yet to experience but it was also a sense of hope for me. I was in stationed in Iraq when I began inquiring about the car when I reached Justin Andrelski. He helped me with pricing although I wasn't due back in the states for a few months. Other dealers told me to contact them when I returned, if they even responded. This gentleman went out of his way to ship me a poster of my new Z for motivation and a brochure for my informational questions. The minute I returned he picked me up from the airport so I could purchase that car that helped me through some of the rough times. He will forever be in my memory for this experience. My mother and sister have also purchased from him and I will send many many more. If you are thinking of going elsewhere, you'd be making a HUGE mistake! I have given the ratings I have just to underscore what a good experience my wife & I had there. The sales was with less pressure than I had previously encountered, it was our decision to buy, not theirs. They were upfront about sticker price & were easy to negotiate with. I am satisfied we got a good & fair deal. I had some special requests & they fulfilled them, though the group they sent the work order to did a regrettible job. They are eager to fix it, so the dealership gets an A rating there, as well. We went for our 1st oil change & the service department was friendly, professional & efficient. The prices are very competitive as well, worth going there for service, for sure. Overall, a very pleasant car-buying experience & I highly recommend them if this is the make of car you want.

Great communication before we made the drive to Rivergate. Car was there as promised, trim package was as promised, and there were no extras added on to the car. The other dealer had "extras" such as an "aftermarket alarm" and "tinted windows", both of which were standard on the trim we had anyway. Got in and out of the dealership in good time and they didn't try to sell me on a bunch of extras I knew I didn't need.

Each person we spoke with was extremely polite and helpful. We were able to negotiate the price that suited our finances, and left with a new Murano that is great. We had previously bought a Murano from Rivergate Nissan 2 years ago and also had a pleasant experience at that time. For this reason, we returned for this promotional event to see if they would make the deal we wanted for the price we wanted. They did and we are very pleased.

Several months ago I tried to trade vehicle's at another dealer the experience was so traumatic that I decided not to buy another vehicle.4/28/10 I saw A couple of trucks on the lot at Rivergate Nissan, I stopped to look at them the sales mgr.came out to speak with me and suggested a sales person to me. IT was early mornig before the dealership was actually open for the day so I came back A couple of hours later and drove both trucks, it was a very pleasent experience so the next I called back made an offer,they accepted with no hassel and I am now driving my new to me 2008 Silverado,with no rise in my blood pressure. It's the way all dealers should treat customers and sell cars.My thanks to John Schmitz and Ted Williams.

I emailed this dealer on a new Armada they had advertised on line- things were going well until I asked him what the bottom line price would be with friends and family discount- never heard back from him. Looking else where to find what I want. They lost a sale as I am ready to buy and know that this is the vehicle I want.

We went o this dealer to repair our 93 Maxima. It was overheating and had burst the radiator. It was around fifty dollars just to check our car out, but the price would be deducted form the repairs if we decided to get the work done there. They said that the problem was that the radiator had busted. I asked them if they were sure because I thought the radiator burst due to the car overheating. They stated that they were sure. We paid 400 for the job and no sooner than we drove the car 12 miles down the road, it overheated again. We carried the car back to the dealership, and told them the problem, and they said that it would cost another 50 dollars to check the car again. I argued because that is the reason we brought the car in the first place. The service manager still refused to check the car again, so I had to complain to a manager inside the dealership. Finally, they supposedly did another check on my car and said that the head was cracked and quoted over 2000.00. The was not a estimate handwritten on a piece paper in lieu of a computer printout. I was very angry and took my car to a local mechanic who checked the car and said that it was the water pump. Price was 400.00 but included the changing of the timing belt. I will NEVER go to Hays Nissan again.

Avoid this dealer!!! We spent 4 hours at this lot over the course of 2 days, and never really got a direct answer from the salesman regarding a car price. We were looking at a 2007 Altima, and we had access to the Friends and Family plan through Nissan. We finally got the salesman to give us the F&F price on the car, which he or his sales manager just hand-wrote on a piece of paper. They would not tell us what interest rate we qualified for, even with our outstanding credit. They kept asking "what kind of rate do you want?" They try to get you to give them a monthly payment you're "willing" to do. Then they tell you "yes" or "no", without even showing you the numbers of how they got there. The Middle Tennessee BBB has 8 complaints on this dealer over the last 3 years. By comparison, the other 2 Nissan dealers in the area only have 3 BBB complaints combined over the same period. We ended uo going to another dealer. When they gave us the "Friends" price on the exact same car (not identical) it was $400 lower than what was quoted by Hays/Nissan of Rivergate. Beware of this dealer, they don't willingly share information. You should know something is wrong when a dealership changes names, but not ownership... an apparent attempt to change perception/image.

I went and purchased for an affordable amount of per month on their special financing. When I returned on Monday with some papers they had required I was informed that the bank said no to the original amount and said they would finance it for a higher amount per month with a higher amount of interest. This raised my monthly payment by $65.00. There was nothing said anywhere at any time about the fact that this could happen. For this reason alone I would not reccommend this dealership to anyone.

Beware, this service manager tried to pull a fast one on me. I asked when I called about my problem if this would be covered under the extended warranty and he said he would check. I get there and he says it wasn't covered, but after some research on my part I find out it is covered. He also offered me a courtesy service over the phone for my trouble, but surprise I did not receive this either. This is Rivergate Nissan now and they will no longer get my business.

I purchased my Altima in April, paid cash, and was still forced to fill out a Credit Report. During them detailing my car, a front floormat disappeared. I ordered a 2nd key for the car at time of purchase. Between April and September when I was told they STILL didn't have a key that coujld be made to fit my new Altima, I canceled the order. Now my Rear Passenger Power Window has gone out, I was told it would take 2 or 3 days to order the part. 2 weeks later, they claim they still don't have it. When I called back and raised heck, I wss told the part was there on the shelf. These people llie, cheat and steal. When You complain, you are told that the ones that screwed you over don't work there anymore, and there is nothing they can do about all the lies you were told when you bought your car. Treat these people like the plague and stay away.
