They were great! They were very personable, worked with me on my situation and got me in the car I wanted that day! I worked with Donny, Manny, and Cody and all 3 of them were extremely helpful and so professional. I always have anxiety when making big purchases and they were able to keep it light which made the whole ordeal so much less stressful for me. Would highly recommend.

My Salesperson, Josh was very professional, accommodating, patient and answered all of my myriad of questions to my questions. He even suggested that I drive the automobile to my home (which is about 15 miles from Nissan of Stockton on Hammer Lane) so that my wife could review and inspect the vehicle to see if she liked it (she did). Additionally, the Sales Manager, Mark was equally professional and was able to address the issues and fill in the gaps that I had that Josh was not to sure of. Finally, at the final signing, Diana was able to address the details of the paperwork in an equally professional manner as Josh and Mark. Yes! I would strongly recommend this team on your next car purchase.

I highly recommend Nissan of Stockton. From the time we got out of our vehicle to the time we drove off in our new vehicle, the customer service was outstanding. Van was knowledgeable and very attentive. He made our car buying experience pleasant. Answered all our questions. We also had the pleasure of meeting Diana Kelly. All of staff of Nissan of Stockton are very helpful and nice in bargaining the new vehicle price and doing financial paperwork, esp. Mr. Jonathan. Mr. Jonathan provided an acceptable quote on hard copy for my reference. He explained item by item in the quote. Mr. James worked on the financial paperwork carefully and accurately. He introduced all options in vehicle maintenance / fixing programs to me. Mr. David gave a tour in dealership of Stockton Nissan. I really thank you your help so much.

Took our 2014 Kia Soul in for routine oil change. We really dreaded taking the car in because of our previous experience. OK, so here is the deal... I am not normally a review writing kind of guy, but the service and professionalism that I received a Stockton Nissan warrants a great review.I went to my local dealership (3 miles from my house) hoping to purchase my new vehicle there. While they were very friendly and helped me narrow down exactly what features/trim package I wanted after our test drive, when it came down to making the deal, they were no where near where I wanted to be or what Kelly Blue Book was listing as Fair Value, so I walked.That's when I decided to use the internet and find the best deal for what I wanted within a 200 mile radius of where I live... Side note, if you can handle the 30-40 mass emails and the back and forth with internet managers that don't read the specs on what you are looking for that you sent them the first time, then this is the best way for you to see all the inventory out there that either matches your needs or is close and get the best deal for your money... I would do it again in a heart beat.Anyway, within a few hours and two or three very simple emails, Stockton Nissan had tracked down the two options that were closest to my original specs for the vehicle that I wanted and quoted both with Out The Door (OTD) prices that meet what I told them I was willing to pay, not a penny more.No other dealer within 200 miles of where I live came close to doing that (and its not like I live in rural America.. I live in the Bay Area). Whats more, they quoted me an OTD price on the last day of the fiscal quarter when their incentives were about to change (03/31), but after I explained that I could not get up there until at least the next day or possibly two days, the General Sales Manager still honored and stood behind that quote.When I went up there the very next day, I was fully expecting to have the price jacked or something be not what we agreed upon... NO, price was to the penny, vehicle was exactly the one that was presented over the internet, and the whole transaction was seamless!! The internet sales manager Sydney (he is awesome, ask for him by name, he's a man of his work and will go the extra mile for you!!!) even came in on his day off to finalize the deal and emailed me at 8:30 am telling me that he was at the lot and prepping the car for my arrival... That's customer service.The whole deal was brokered and closed within less than 24 hours (mind you I already knew exactly what I wanted, had compromised on exterior color selection based on availability in a 200 mile radius, and had test driven the vehicle before).I would recommend to anyone that I know, wherever they live, to let these guys see what they can do for you... You'll be glad you did and the drive will be well worth the money you save, the customer service that you receive, and hassle free no pressure environment.In case you were wondering, this is an honest review from a real person, who does not work for this dealership or Nissan, that was and will always be a customer at this establishment as long as people like their General Manager and Sydney are working there...

Here the positive:I would highly recommend trying to work with these guys at Stockton Nissan; We bought a 2009 Nissan Murano LE. We love it!I just want everyone to know that I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with, but Francisco was will to deal with my bad experiences from the pass with dealerships. I made it clear from the beginning that I would call BS if I thought it was BS. He stuck with us and really did work for us like he said he would. He got us what we wanted for our trade in and got the payment where we wanted to be. They were honest and up front....Our hat is off to Francisco our salesman, Andy in Financing, and Stockton staff. Thanks for a job well done. And I would buy another car from Stockton Nissan...........Here the negative:The deal took about over 5 hours, I have to say it was a SundaySincerely,The Jones'

If you want great service for your Nissan GTR go see Ron Agiar the service manager they have a great GTR tech and will take care of you like they do for me. The prices are fair and they know how to service customers.my car was returned on time and washed for me and the price was as quoted.

I had an in-hand written price quote from another Nissan dealer, and Mel Bramer kept trying to get me to come up to Stockton Nissan because he said he could beat that deal. No matter when I got up there, I am sure he would have told me that "the car was just sold 10 minutes ago" as he told me on the phone when I asked about the mysterious $1500 higher price you sent me by email when I asked him to confirm the lower price that was quoted to me over the phone. Bait-and-switch is so old and tired, I guess if that's the only game Stockton Nissan has, then they are in trouble. Needless to say, I walked into the other Nissan dealership, quote in hand, and without ANY hassle I had a deal instantly. Was out the door with the new car in record time, and that dealership was buzzing with customers everywhere. Maybe that's because people like me are telling anybody who will listen to avoid dealerships like yours, and go to their dealership...

My wife and I was ready to buy a new car (Juke SL to be exact). I posted my car specifications that I wanted and within 5 minutes I got a respond from Mel Bramer (Internet Sales Manager). Not only Mr. Bramer was fast in responding, but also a professional, experience, friendly, and an honest man, and I couldn't say "Thank you" enough to Mr. Bramer for giving us a wonderful deal on our new 2011 Juke SL. Last, I also want to say "Thank you" to Eloy Maestas, our sales man guy there, this guy is full of honest and a great sense of humor. The more I deal with Eloy, the more I feel like a friendship between Eloy and I, and this is tell you how great of a sales man this guy can be.Btw, we're from Concord, Ca and drove all the way to Stockton Nissan to buy this car. WE DISCUSSED SEVERAL OPTIONS AND HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD RESEARCH MY QUESTIONS AND E -MAIL HIS FINDINGS. I THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE I RECEIVED A RESPONSE. BUT TO MY SURPRISE THE NEXT MORNING MEL HAD EMAILED ME THE ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS WITH SOME ADDED INFORMATION ABOUT THE VEHICLES I WAS CONSIDERING. The beginning of this relationship started with a simple inquiry through e-mail. I didn't have to wait long until Mel was ready to "do whatever it takes to get me into a car"! We shot some e-mails back in forth and it felt like I was talking to an old friend. So, after that I was on my way to Stockton Nissan, an hour drive one way! Nothing but problems with this dealership and most of its staff including its owner and used car manager. Their service staff does not know how to operate the equipment. They sell factory second tires with defects. My wife left the dealership after being persuaded to get new tires with vehicle shaking, steering erratic, performance gone. Turns out the tires were defective, the 4 wheel alignment had been absolutely botched and all four tires were out of balance. UPON RETURNING TO THE DEALERSHIP, WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE TIRES HAD BEEN USED AND NOW WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED AS RETURNS. I CAN NOT TELL YOU HOW UPSETTING DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP IS. JUST LIKE THE PREVIOUS REVIEW, THREE OTHER GENTLEMAN AND SCOTT HIGH-TAILED IT TO LEER AT ME AND PROVOKE ME AS I LEFT. I had the tires replaced at Costco. I still have the tires the dealer installed with large bumps, extra bands of rubber, bubbles inside the tires. I have two tire stores letters commenting on the excessive, incorrect weighting of the balance job. I just had all four tires re-aligned after paying the dealer $80.00 to butcher my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder. The alignment shop said their machine is screwed up or their personnel don't have a clue. Our Pathfinder runs excellent now. We can't believe that the same place that sold us our new Pathfinder would do this to us and then not just give us our $735.87 back. We had so much extra time involved running around confirming our suspicions about these tires and their installation. When confronted with the facts, STOCKTON NISSAN'S MGR. SCOTT *&%#$^#^% (WHATEVER HIS NAME IS) BASICALLY SAID "F**K Y*U". WE'RE NOT TAKING BACK USED TIRES WHETHER THEY'RE DEFECTIVE OR NOT. HE WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THEM OR MY PAPERWORK. To make matters even worse we paid the extra $5000.00 for the platinum service agreement. These guys are crooks and criminals. DON'T, I REPEAT, DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS DEALERSHIP.....GO TO MODESTO, THEY'RE DECENT FOLKS OVER THERE. IF YOU AT STOCKTON NISSAN ARE READING THIS, WE'VE OPENED A DISPUTE WITH OUR CREDIT CARD. We will not pay you. We will see you in court if you choose where you will pay our attorney fees. Any laymen can look at the inside of these tires and know they are defective. When a dealership has this many defective tires, it becomes pretty obvious that they're buying factory seconds "back door". We have letters stating the balance job and alignment were performed incorrectly. We invested a lot of extra time in this and finally have our vehicle running correctly again. There's no way in hell we're going to pay for STOCKTON NISSAN to due this to us. TO BE CLEAR........NEVER EVER GO TO STOCKTON NISSAN FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE A MASOCHIST IN NEED OF SOME PAIN!

Absolutely memorable quote followed by threats of physical harm by the Internet Manager to a perspective customer regarding a serious inquiry about a purchase of New Nissan 350Z. Though the most interesting aspect of this experience with the dealership was indeed AFTER the customer left the Stockton Nissan dealership and proceeded around the "auto mall drive" to exit the auto mall. The ENTIRE sales force came to the dealership street boundary looking for a physical altercation with the customer. Granted, this may not be the normal routine of handling clients for this dealership, but is was certainly memorable. This will be this clients last and only memory of this dealership. If you WANT to get into a fight prior to buying an automobile, even if you don't NEED to get in a fight, this is the dealship for you.
