It was a great experience 1st day my wife found her dream car 2nd day I got my first SUV thanks to the great customer service we got from P.J. Dimaano-Cabello and supporting him his manager Amen also thanks to the friendly service given to us by Julie in finance dept.By putting all together we got the best service ever.Keep it up,,,!!

Be careful before signing, the verbal agreements they promise magically change when put to paper. Sales and Finance are in on it. Nice try!! Stay away, plenty of other Dealers out there.

Matthew Hagen is Awesome!! Right off the bat the whole experience was easy, everyone was so inviting and nice when we walked through the door. Searching for a car can be so stressful but Matthew answered every question we had and hit ever mark we asked for. We drove out with a 2013 Nissan Sentra and I am loving it more and more each day. I appreciate Matthew's honesty and help throughout the sale and Nissan of Valencia definitely has a returned customer. Also Nadia from the finance office is awesome and was a pleasure to work with. Great Job Nissan of Valencia and keep up the great work, I appreciate all the hard work and it shows in the detail and the way you work with customers!!!

This was the 3rd dealership we had visited on a very HOT Sunday so we had pretty much lost our excitement at looking at new cars. We were actually just going to look but Matt was super friendly, very knowledgeable about his product and it made us feel comfortable enough to talk numbers, which we did and voila, ended up driving out with a new Sentra. Very pleased with the facility and we got out of there in fairly good time. Matt took the time to go through all the car settings and info and he did so in a cheerful and friendly manner. Next time we're in the market for a new car we would definitely go there again.

My wife and I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder last year and was happy with it until one day, the driver side sun visor broke. I brought it to the attention of the Service Manager when I did the first oil change and they said they will replace it for free because it is under warranty. They never replaced it and said they will have to order the part and call me back. My second oil change came due and I went back to the dealership and asked if they already have the part. They said again that they will have to order it and will fix it. It has been over six month now and I haven't heard back from either the Parts Department or the Service Manager. I tried to call them several times but they always have excuses like "let me check and I will call you back in 5 minutes". Never called back.Not going back to this Dealership. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. Bad service as it is.

I was on a mission, and I had done my research. I saw my car, a 2015 Altima, on Nissan of Valencias website. So I made the call and was connected to Matthew Hagen. Right off, he was very friendly and I absolutely felt no pressure to come in. I made an appointment with him, but had to change it numerous times, due to my schedule. I was able to do that via text, which made everything so much easier. When I came in Matt showed me the car and was super thorough with explaining everything about the car, more than I had even researched. I was treated with the utmost patience, when negotiating exactly what I wanted. I ended up with the car I wanted, the deal I wanted and left a very happy customer. I would recommend Valencia of Nissan to all my family and friends, and they need to go see Matthew Hagen, because he was an absolute doll!

Do not use this service dept. They are not interested in helping or understanding the customer. I talked with Steve, the Service Director, and he was rude, belligerent, and refused to believe or even contemplate that his dept. or one of his service providers could have or even possibly have done or said something that wasn't right or true. Beside the fact that his service dept. did not fix this problem right to begin with, he was still not interested in finding out why. Instead of investigating the situation, which any good director of any industry would, he refused and was unreasonable. Then, he had the nerve to twist my complaint around and say I was trying to manipulate the situation to my advantage, which I did not and his implication is totally and completely false. I have a 2005 Xterra and there is a known problem that radiator leaks into the trans causing both to fail. Nissan was sued over this problem and lost, so they extended the warranty to cover fixing. This problem also exists on the Frontier and Pathfinder. Nissan doesn't tell you this and I found out the hard way. I took it in and the service writer said I need a new trans and radiator. Nissan had extended the warranty to cover this known issue. I said ok. They fixed it. Great. Right? Two specific things, the service writer said I would be getting a new trans and I asked the service writer specifically, has the problem been fixed that caused the failure in the first place, not just the repair, but reason for the failure, so that this won't happen again? He said yes. Well, 50k miles later, the trans is acting up again. I take it to a different dealer and the very same exact thing is happing. And, I find out that I did not get a new trans. I received a rebuilt trans. Not only did I not get a new trans, but the reason for the failure in the first place that caused the radiator to leak into the trans, was not fixed. I was lied to. He told me something that wasn't true. If he would of told me the truth, I would not be in the situation again and not writing this review. Whether it can be proved or not that he lied, the car still did not get fixed right in the first place while under warranty like I was told it was. I called Steve. Steve is not is not friendly, not open to hearing what I have to say. He says the car is now out of warranty. I try to explain that if it was a different problem why the trans is not working, I would understand, but it is the same exact problem as before that wasn't fixed right in the first place while under warranty that they said was corrected. I try to explain to him what his service writer had told me. He his not interested. He is not interested in investigating, not interested in asking questions or lifting a finger to help or to understand. All they had to do was fix it right to begin with, tell me the truth and I would not be in this situation again or writing this review.

I had made a deal on a new leaf after stopping in on a Monday. All the financing was approved during the week, I had an appointment with the sales woman M a r y. When I arrived at the time of my appointment I was told she was not in and would not be until after twelve (two hours after our appointment time). I was then informed that my car was not available that day because "it was in the shop for regular battery maintenance". Really? They offered to deliver the car during the week if I did all of the paperwork up front and if the car wasn't ready they would find be a comparable one. Hmm, sounds to me like they sold my car during the week. At least a phone call before I drove up there would have been nice. Anyway they brought the Sales Manager R y a n in, he gave me the same story and didn't have much to say when I told him if the car wasn't ready today I would leave and not come back. So I left, waste of time.

Lenny was a great salesperson. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of our questions and was very fair about pricing. He was happy to help us achieve what we wanted. Andrew was great at helping us with the financial aspect and paperwork. Andrew, as well, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I was treated with respect. Dan was informative, made suggestions that were valued, wasn't pushy, gave me space to make my own decision. Dan was personable and polite. Andrew the finace person was the same. I would recommend this agency to anyone. Great experience.

First of all, I'd like to clarify for my boys Doug, Mark and Andrew that this dealership is now NISSAN OF VALENCIA and NOT Valencia Nissan. :) My husband and I went into the dealership with the intention of just getting some information on the Murano. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, we were treated with courtesy and respect and we were made to feel at ease and like we were the most important customers they had. I was uncertain about even stopping at this dealership because my experiences there in the past were less than desirable. But our experience at Nissan of Valencia on 4/19/11 was the absolute OPPOSITE of what I remember the previous dealership being like! We left with a BEAUTIFUL 2008 Maxima and I was so extremely happy and satisfied with EVERY experience that day/night. These guys are really going above and beyond what anyone is used to with car dealerships to make it a great experience and are genuine about wanting to help the customers get into GOOD CARS. Our salesman was Doug and he was not only extremely informative, he was patient and so courteous! If it weren't for him we would've left with a brochure about the Murano and not a new car! Our finance guys were Mark and Andrew and they were also as courteous, informative and professional as Doug. Mark worked big time to get the deal approved and even put me in a car that was much better than what I thought I could qualify for! Andrew treated us like we were VIP customers and even made sure to take care of ANY AND ALL concerns we had about the vehicle in regards to the due bill and MORE! I can always get a hold of one of these guys when I need to call and I don't feel like they've basically washed their hands of me because they got the deal and their job is done. They're STILL as available to me as they were the night of the purchase, they STILL work hard for me and they're STILL just as courteous and genuine and that's not something you find in most car dealerships, I know from experience. Trust me when I say that anyone who goes into Nissan of Valencia will not be disappointed and can be guaranteed a TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE!!!! YOU GUYS ARE MY BOYS AND AS LONG AS YOU KEEP GIVING THE SUPERIOR SERVICE YOU GAVE, WE'LL ONLY BE BUYING CARS FROM NISSAN OF VALENCIA!! Just a really nice experience overall...no sales pressure, really friendly staff. Sales worked diligently to get us the best offer for our trade-in. Financing was quick, easy and very patient about giving us all if the pertinent information on our warranty and financing. No pressure to buy the extras at the financing stage, either! We highly recommend!

We walked in only to look and drove away with a new car. All of the employees that helped us from the start to finish were great. Cameron, Dan, and Andrew were very accommodating. We feel we were treated with respect and were given a great price on the Nissan Versa. I would reccomend Nissan of Valencia to all my friends.

We were looking for a gently used vehicle, but were fairly worried that our credit wouldn't get us a great deal...especially since the truck we were trading in was not yet paid off. Lenny was understanding of our situation and made the "haggling" part of buying our car so easy. He treated us with kid gloves, and was very friendly throughout the process, explaining everything as we went along. When the deal was finally made and everyone was happy, we met with Andrew in finance - who again, explained everything step by step, making sure we understood every number, patiently answering questions and keeping us laughing the whole time with his jokes. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure we received the very best interest rate he could find,and it was because of this extra effort that we left smiling and, to be honest, a little bewildered at someone from a dealership being so helpful. We were nothing less than impressed overall. This is the third car we've bought from Valencia Nissan over the years, and will definitely not be the last.

The most dishonest people work for this dealership. Do not trust these people and stay away. We leased a car and they did not disclose a lot of terms. They switched paper works on us and told lies after lies. Their manager, Seals, is the worst. Do not even believe whatever that comes out of his dirty mouth.

Dishonest people work for this dealership. They cheat and lie constantly. They lure you into purchasing a new vehicle while promising you everything under the sun. They defraud people constantly. See the other reviews on this dealership. This place must be closed down. Just stay away!

I had a horrible experience buying a new truck from this dealership. I've bought several new vehicles and this was by far the worst experience I had. The sales manager yelled at me when I demanded he stick to the prices he promised over the phone saying it was impossible to give me the deal. Eventually I got the deal I wanted out of them but it took nearly 5 hours and storming out of the sales office 3 times before they gave in. Afterwards they tried to bribe me to let them fill out my customer survey if they gave me a tank of gas. Yeah right!
