After driving my car through 7 states over 2000 miles I realized there was NO inspection sticker on the windshield. When I informed Luis the sales manager he unapologetically said probably the windshield had been replaced and there was nothing he could or would do and told me to go to the inspection station. He said he had so many cars he couldn't keep track of one windshield. Bad answer. After waiting in line for 40 minutes I was informed that I needed the old sticker or a bill of sale to prove the replacement. The inspector told me it was the responsibility of the seller to provide the proof to the seller. After driving for a month I'm lucky that all I lost was 2 hours of my time

After what seemed to be a smooth transaction, I was incredibly disappointed by their complete disregard for their customers after the sale was final. During the negotiations they promised complimentary oil changes during the first year of ownership. Of course they did not follow through on this. May sound like a small thing and I usually do not post negatives reviews. However this is especially irritating since we went out of our way to recommend this business to our friends. In fact, we have two friends who purchased cars from Novak motors since we purchased ours last September. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone again and I am sorry that we sent them any business at all! They are rude, petty and unprofessional. While we were settling our final paperwork during our purchase last year, the representative commented how they do not get much business at this location. I guess now I know why.

I saw a 2013 Honda CR-V on cars.com that I was interested in and clicked on the "check availability" button. Joel called me first thing Monday morning, and I made an appointment for the next day. Joel referred me to Ernie because he was not in the next day and I didn't want to wait another day because the car had a great price & low miles, and I didn't want someone to steal it away from me!! Joel and the car were waiting for me upon my arrival. There was no pressure to buy, and the entire experience was great! I would definitely recommend Novak Motors, and I've already mentioned them to a few people who are looking to buy!

I visited here last weekend in hopes of finding a good deal on a preowned car and found that, and so much more. I dreaded purchasing a replacement for my car I just totaled, and wasn't looking forward to being rushed into a purchase. I felt no pressure whatsoever and when I told them I wanted to buy the car that day, I think they looked at me in complete shock since I said a few times I probably wouldn't be deciding for a while. I found the deal of a lifetime in a 12 Honda Civic. Thanks to everyone there, I love my new car and was very impressed with the no hassle atmosphere! I will be referring all of my friends and family members!
