This was my third dealership stop for the day. I wish I would have came here first instead of wasting my time at the two prior dealerships. I went in knowing the car I wanted and was met by salesman Andre who was very nice and patient. He really made the experience very pleasant. There were no hidden fees in the deal. He gave me a breakdown and the price was straightforward. I will highly recommend this place! I love my pre owned 2019 Jeep Compass! Thank you Andre and Nutley Auto Kia!

My experience with Nutley Kia was exceptional! Everyone was so courteous and polite. They made me feel very comfortable it being my 1st time negotiating a lease. Greatest experience for a first time buyer. My seller Mitch was excellent and really sold me on my car now with his attentiveness and excitement. I walked into this dealership on August 13, 2016 with a good credit score, history and positive outlook on th experienced. But, what I left with was false truths, an overpriced car and a negatively affected credit report. My advice, read all the reviews about a dealership as much as possible, research, and avoid the warning signs. There are some employees that try to uphold a good reputation for the company, but there are others who try to take advantage of what they believe you don't know.

Bought car off lease and didn't adhere to buyout price on lease agreement. Upped the price by $5,000+ ... needless to say it was for an elderly woman and took total advantage of age/gender When questioned about the exburant price gave me some "sales talk" about taxes yadda yadda yadda

I bought brand new KIA SORENTO 2015 Black from this dealer on Sept 2014. I bought it from there coz in sales I have my known friends IAN and Joe who came there from TENAFLY KIA. 1 time I was at Jones beach and I called service dept. for new brake pads. 1 lady picked up the phone and told me yes they have it and u can come now.Yes now u will think why I didn't called PARTS. But the lady who picked up my phone she talks to some guy when I was put on hold and I think she was talking to a parts guy and said ok U can come and get it. I was happy and drove very fast all the way from Jones Beach to NUTLEY.When I got there as it was saturday. When I got there there were almost no one. Some how met Karl xxxxxxx. He talks to a guy supposed to be parts guy and said he only have brake pads for front wheels. Then I became really pissed!!!I come all the way from Jones Beach driving about 2 hours straight and I got to hear that. I was not asked how long i take to get to Nutley. And Also not informed clearly about the parts whether they have it or not. I was so disappointed.Next Issues is...I recently went to service there to get my steering noise fixed. I clearly mention him the noise on steering and let me know if I have to pay for it. and I also told him if u fix the noise problem on steering. Pls tell me its under warranty or not. But he told me if its only a noise from the steering,then it can be covered.But rather than that he didn't mention any payment that I have to pay. And after half an hour the Karl service guy didn't fixed it but handed me a bill of more than $ 95.00 for only to check the problems.I have my bumper guard on front since after I bought the car. And the reason for steering noise is due to the bumper guard which is 100% not true.If it is because of bumper guard then I heard the noise recently on my steerings. The noises never came since long time after I have bumper attached to the car. Screwed me big time but I told the Karl that Im coming back for this issues($ 95) for charging me without any consent. That time Mr. Jim the CEO was not there. I think he was on vacation. So I told my friends in sales dept. about it and they were very sorry for it.The funniest thing is Karl said he don't care and have no relation to sales dept. How come he said like that? Since they work under the same roof,there should always have connection from the sales to service department and vice versa. If the sales people does their job well and customers are happy then they definitely come their for service.Customer will think they will be informed clearly,honestly and properly treat well in the service.So I urged all the people around and far to be really careful about NUTLEY KIA. I have been screwed by that guy BIG Time.

Thanks to Karl and the service department for helping me with my air conditioning at the last moment my air conditioning was not working and it was 91 degrees out and he took my vehicle in and fixed it at the last moment once again thanks to him and his crew for making my day much more pleasant.

I never normally write reviews but I have to say Carlos was incredibly helpful. He was able to help me purchase my first car and he was nothing but patient. His employees on the other hand were unprofessional. If you going to purchase a car from this dealership make sure you ask for CARLOS! While I was waiting for my car to be detailed the employees were arguing in front of staff and clients about another client. Also, they were just rude. Acted like they were better than everyone else and I could easily see right though there fake appearance. I am giving this dealership a 5 start rating solely on the experience I had with my salesman. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He was knowledgeable and able to help me get what I needed. Everyone else on the other hand, they were something else. They need some lessons on customer service. Carlos was great. He was honest and I drove away the same day with my new car.

Like everyone else my wife and I went to this dealership for an affordable car. We agreed to on a certified pre-owned car. It was fine for a month and that is when the problems started happening. Every month one turn signal was go out. Carl in service who give bogus excuses to why this happening. All they are interested is charging and blaming on wear and tear but after having a previous care for 15 years with never a lightbulb issue the reasoning is totally bogus. Never again I come here again.

I can honestly say that I have never had a worst experience at a car dealership. I know that many people that go to Kia are like myself and looking for an affordable car. The offer that I received from Matt and the sales manager Joe DiMaggio was embarrassing compared to the other dealers. Both Matt and the Sales Manager Joe, tried to take advantage of both my wife and I by offering us an Optima at $388/month for a 48 month lease. Both acted completely unprofessional during the experience. They were the ONLY dealership that we visited that kept pressing us on a 48 month lease and that if we did not leave with the car that no other dealership would match their offer. Sure enough, we went to another dealer and agreed on $305/month on a 36 month lease. Completely unacceptable and will never bring my business back to Nutley Kia.

These folks are quite simply the best. After an infuriating 2 hour time wasting experience with Hudson Kia, we went to Nutley at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and drove off with a new Kia Sorrento at 6pm, test drive included. Lou, John, and the entire Nutley Kia family made this process smooth and informative. Do not go anywhere else to purchase or lease your car. Nutley Kia is getting it done the right way.

As I had been to this dealership before and bought my used car there I decided to have them fix my broken power window motor. I was called to inform me that the part had to be ordered and would take a few days so I went to pick up the car after having left a $200. deposit. To my astonishment there was a hole burned through headliner and the adjacent visor. On reporting this I got to meet the owner who was nothing short of accusatory and confrontational. He said the burn marks couldn't have occurred at the dealership. He could have turned this over to his insurance but proceeded to tell me that I hadn't been there since 2013 and wanted facts to prove I was a loyal customer. He shoved the part order at me and told me I couldn't get a refund since I had signed the order. A woman in the office suggested that sunlight possibly went through my sunglasses under the visor and caused the damage. I had planned on trading in the car and leasing a new car there. I am always looking to give the locals my business but after this encounter I don't know.. Luckily I got the deposit back and I'll let my auto insurance deal with this ungrateful ogre.

I was so surprised how great the entire personnel of this dealership are. I went there, when this was Buick dealership, and did not have a good experience. And on Saturday January 2, 2015, due to the bad weather I decided to check Kia out, and I do not have enough words to say how professional, knowledgeable and really caring all these "guys" are. Went, in the past, to different dealerships, some were decent some, left right away, but so great like Nutley Kia I did not experience up to know, and I did not hear from some friends/family such a great experience.And the place looks so nice and friendly and very clean.From now on, this will be the first place to go for any needs I will have in the future. Thank to all the employees of Nutley Kia dealership.

This was my first car shopping experience. I visited one other dealership and the salesman played games and wasted a lot of time, then proceeded to call me daily afterwards to continue to try to push the sale. At Nutley Kia the staff was helpful and polite without being pushy. They were straightforward which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this dealership, and I absolutely love my new car.

I bought my car year and Half Sportage EX 4WD, I changed the oil every 3k miles but the car started to rust too fast the muffler is like 5 years old car, the support of the engine is rust the passenger seat is making noise and the brake rotors are broken( when you press the breaks the car produce excessive vibration). The car was bought in February 2013, I thinking the quality of this cars are not really good.When I went to the dealer the customer service representative treat me as a crazy He told me I invent the problems No friendly guy. He never pass the car to a technician and he says I have the experience and you car have no problems and the warranty no cover rotors and rust. This thanks Good the car is a lease, And I will return it and when my lease finish and I will try different brand.I hope this review help you to take a purchase decision. NO KIA!!! This company doesn't know How treat your clients.Nutley Kia the worse dealer, advice try other dealer.

They are a HORROR STORY! I was supposed to keep my plates.....they got me new ones and expected me to pay 107.00. As it stands I have made arrangements to have the car voluntarily repossessed and they will suffer in the end with their dealer recourse agreement. They will tell you a payment but the next day when you go to pick up the car its 40.00 higher. I found out from a manager at Kia finance they got a rebate with the higher payment. DO NOT BUY HERE!

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I stepped out with my car I was amazed at the professionalism and care I was treated with. The entire dealership bent over backwards to get me the deal I wanted. Joe Dimaggio, was amazing and truly made me feel like I had known him for years. I would recommend everyone in the NJ area who is interested in a KIA to not look any further and go to Nutley dealership ASAP.

Being 21 yrs old and a woman. i thought i was going to go in there and there were gonna try and get over on me. But the sat me down and explained everything to me. I was dealing with John and Ian and they were great. The finance manager was amazing. the works wonders for me i just got my car yesterday and i love it.would def recommend them to anybody. !!!!!!!!

The staff at Nutley Kia was and remains to be outstanding! This is my second time purchasing a car with Nutley Kia and will probably continue seeking their guidance and support when purchasing a car in the future. Not only do they work with you, but they do with genuine interest in helping you find the best deal. They walk you through every step- from choosing the best car for you from their awesome selection to getting all the paperwork in order- all is done in a very patient, understanding, and friendly manner. No questions go unanswered. Best of all, they continue to provide support long after you have left the dealership. I highly recommend Nutley Kia and it's staff to all! It also doesn't hurt that the dealership itself is welcoming and super clean. :)

What an awesome buying experience. I went looking over a week ago for the perfect pre-owned car. Little did I know that the exact car I wanted would be located at the first dealership I walked into, Nutley Kia. I was approached slowly by Matt which by doing so allowed me to peruse the vehicles at my leisure. Once approached, Matt carefully listened to my questions and answered them accordingly. He took me over to the certified used vehicles where I found my car. It was a recently traded leased vehicle with low mileage. Perfect for what I was looking for. He immediately said, hop in and let's take it for a drive. I immediately fell in love with the car. Once we arrived back at the dealership, the deal making began. I was amazed at how helpful everyone was especially when they learned that I was not going to buy the car unless my new job came through. So they allowed me to put a deposit on the car I wanted. I was truly amazed that they held it over a week until the new job came through without any hassle. Today, nine days later, I purchased the car. Matt cheered me when I walked into the dealership about getting the job. This made me feel really special and that my being there was not just about getting the car. Would I recommend Nutley Kia... You bet. And yes I will buy there again. I feel like a young kid who just purchased their very first car thanks to Matt Zarcone and the fabulous staff at Nutley Kia.

I walked in and met Tim Sweeney ,which was the General Manager John Sweeney's younger brother. What a sweet talented young gentleman!They made the process easier and entertaining which allows me to say the best experience I ever encountered while buying a new car!I then met Todd (Finance Mgr) which secured my loan and in detail explained everything completely and professional!They are a bunch of great guys and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to go see them 1st !! My husband and I were at many many dealerships while car shopping this time around. We leased a brand new ford and wound up going through the lemon law process so we were very careful this time around. So about 15 dealerships later we wound up at nutley kia. Wish we came here first!! Tim was a great guy to deal with. Todd in finance is one of the most honest guys in the business. They walked us through everything and Todd gave us some ins and outs of other dealerships and how they screw people. It was refreshing to walk out happy and confident. when we first walked in we were greeted very promptly. we spoke to a salesman james he showed us a couple of cars that we were interested in. we thought that the salesman was not very informed on the cars he was selling so we walked out. we then got a call back to see another salesman. we went back and was introduced to tim/ we got a fair price on a kia sportage and john helped out on the final price we were very satisfied. the car is very good .the service was great

I just bought a new Kia Optima at Nutley Kia. James was my sales associate, and he was fantastic. His honesty was truly refreshing, and I feel that I received an excellent deal. The entire experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I drove off the lot in my new car was definitely an A+.James asked questions and listened to determine the best car for me. He patiently allowed me to test drive several different vehicles. He didn't want to sell me "just any vehicle" - he wanted to help me find the exact car I was looking for that suited my needs and desires.James was thorough and detail oriented, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was very respectful of my time, and the entire process went very smoothly and very quickly. My fiance recently bought a Jeep at a Jeep dealership in NJ, and his buying process was alot more involved and tedious - not nearly as speedy and efficient as Nutley Kia was.I also traded in my car, and I feel I received an excellent price on the trade in. This is not usually the case with trade ins at dealers. Be sure to check them out!I highly recommend this dealership.

Matt was my greeter and the person handling my transaction, he was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I could only give him my highest and all the recommendation I can. Todd and John were there to assist with my financing and everything went smoothly. I did not plan to drive out to the car but everything was effortless, I did drive out with my new car and I am happy with my purchase and glad I went to Nutley Kia.

My husband has had 2 vehicles with KIA so I started my search there. I needed a new vehicle but had no idea the deal would take place same day thought I was just shopping & going to think about it. Wound up trading in my car and getting the car & deal that worked out best for me. I had wanted to look at the Soul for awhile but was not sure thought the Sportage would have been better choice but once I drove the Soul and the guys worked with us then I was sold, took the car home very same day took about a total of 3 hours. Service was very good and I am quite happy with the car so far & hope to continue to be happy & a return customer.

Worst place to be,no trust on them,reap costumers off.couldn't be done for alignment in 3 hours,make me pay for new parts,try to overcharge me,the second appointment after agred with the first technical for 1 more hour of work to be done ,the costumer service try to convince me that the work needed is 3 hours.when confronted them with what the agreement I had made they try to justify that the deed a mistake.the day of the work done they try again to charge the amount of the alignment and the parts replaced, this is not what you call a service the experience was that they stole my money.terrible never again.

Visited Nutley Kia once, looked at the Forte and test drove, our salesman James was very informative without feeling pressured. Then checked other makes and models, value for the money was not there nor was salesman attention. Went back to Kia and talked price on a really nicely equipped Forte with James, he got us a great price and a lot of extras and went out of his way to have the car prepped. I can't say enough about our buying experience and finance went smoothly, the quality and value for the money of this car is impressive.

This Kia has the nicest and most friendly people you will ever meet! I was impressed by how well they worked with us to fit our budget instead of their own. I'm a young driver and have never leased a car before and they didn't try to trick me or rip me off. I will be sticking with them for a VERY long time! Excellent job!!!! Thumbs up!!

The atmosphere in Nutley Kia is friendly and energetic. My salesman, James was excellent and went over and beyond not only explaining in detail what I was getting in my new Forte but made me feel completely relaxed and confident in my purchase. From the test ride to the completion of the sale it was a pleasure dealing with the people I had to deal with from James V. to Todd Porter and the also the finance gentleman (I think he name was Ed). I would recommend Nutley Kia to everyone! Bravo on their excellent sales team and service team also.

Todd met me as I walked in and I communicated that a close friend referred me there because he had a previous great experience. Todd introduced me to James and they collectively worked with me to ensure my needs were met. Buying experience went pretty well. They had the exact model with option package I wanted and since I did not live that close I discussed the price over the phone. I came in and they honored it and let chuck take over the sale. I had a few snags with my sales man about a small check and my plates being picked up but it worked out ok. While going to pick up my check (that was not ready) and my plates I had a concern about the AM radio. I was bothered that the check was not ready and I was already having problems with the car. They sent me to service and after an hour hour they parked my car in a spot where 1 am station came in. Then told me that it was area and that was as good as it would get. I brought it to another dealer they changed a faulty part and now the radio works as it should. I would not likely go back to this dealer for service or use the same salesman again.

I purchased a Kia soul on may 20,2013 Chuck smith was my salesspecialist i was told to return my old license plates to dmv plates aredamaged cracked dented and peeling i had them for 12 years chuck saidi would be getting new plates. And i agreed that i wanted new ones. tomy disappointment on june 8, 2013 when i came back to nutley kia to pickup my registration and i thought the new license plates. I was asked doyou have your license plates. I said no i dont chuck you told me to turnthem into the dmv. Its a good thing i still had them at home i had to maketwo trips to nutley kia that day.Why would i want to put old dingy lookinglicense plates on a new care that didnt seem right ended up being pulled over by the police because the plates and vin came back to nothing and almost got my car towed they were nice in the beginning but once that got my money everything went down hill from them i wouldnt recommmend these guys to anyone poooooooooooor service

When I bought my new car in January 2013,it was damaged taking their Nutley Kia decal off the back,the car was still given to me in hopes I would not see it.Well I did and it took two days to fix the repair...what a bummer. Wanting to comparison shop and knowing what we wanted, we went to several dealers across NJ with the same vehicle parameters. Nutley Kia stood out in terms of their sales efforts and customer service in selling the vehicle. Other dealers in our search only paid lip service to such a notion. Our sales guy was James, who listened to us and worked on getting us what we wanted, when, and how. He even offered to give us a lift home after we returned the insurance rental earlier in the day and were without an easy way home. Jennifers email ads were what originally brought us to that dealership. Even Christian, the sales manager, spent time with us, in listening and getting us what we wanted. He is a highly proficient and effective sales manager and heads a strong sales team that knows customer service. Our only issue dealt with the temp registration they issued, which expired before we got the permanent one. But that can be explained by the fact that our registration was out-of-state.

I had an accident in March of 2013, my car was totaled. After checking with my KIA dealer and others, I was disappointed for the lack of service or caring after an accident. BUT one dealer, not only provide me the out most care, sit down with me and discuss my options in regards to my current totaled vehicle; that was Nutley KIA. More than anything else; they care. I was not just a number or another sale, but a member of the Nutley KIA family. I recommend Nutley KIA.

Robert was great to deal with durin purchase but after was poor. Still after 3 weeks I have to plates and my temp has expired. Ed was very pushy and poor customer service when calling back in. They will not let you leave the dealership until you purchase. They put our vehicle on your insurance before they even get financing.

I had no plans to get a new car yesterday when I visited Nutley Kia. I had already been to Toyota, Honda, and several other dealerships, just to look at what was out there and see if there was any car I would be willing to get to replace my old Jaguar, which I loved. I hadn't liked the service anywhere, or any of the cars. Then yesterday I saw a Kia commercial, and was intrigued.First I called Nutley Kia and got Jennifer Biennas on the phone. She was so real, welcoming, witty, and knowledgeable about the cars that I suddenly decided to just go there. When I arrived, Jennifer introduced me to Chuck Smith, who worked with me ALL DAY and into the night. I was there for seven hours. No kidding. I'm not an easy customer. I went on six test drives, and at the end of the day, when it looked like we had a deal, my husband arrived and I ended up changing my mind and starting the process all over with a different car. What was nice was that there were so many cars to choose from that I really liked, and which were all so comfortable to drive. What was also nice is that Chuck didn't even bat an eye when I told him we had to start over with another car.While we were waiting for the paperwork I left last night with a really great car, a Kia Optima, and a feeling that I would recommend Nutley Kia, and the employees there, to anyone I know who is looking for a new car.

this guys are great,even knowing that Rick's son was in the hospital all night due to emergency surgery, he never left and made sure we had all the paperwork done, and that our brand new car was waiting outside ready to take home with us, he went through everything again making sure we understood all the fixtures of the car, etc. Everyone was very polite and we recommend everyone who wants to buy a car to come here to Kia in Nutley and see Rick, he is the best...great guy, honest, sincere, and a good person..you wont be sorry.

Had an extremely bad experience with this dealership. After a few hours of unsuccessful negotiation I had to go to work at 8:00pm. The salesman offered an interesting deal on another car near closing. I told him I had to go to work and asked to lock the monthly lease payment on a contract so we can negotiate the next morning. He also informed me that I would have to leave a deposit of $500 which he verbally agreed 3 times that my deposit is refundable. I asked him that this is not a contract signing to purchase the vehicle, but to lock the monthly payment because he said that day was the last day to take advantage of the incentives. Let me add that no lease form indicating any numbers was given to me. Also I did not give him any personal information for a credit check. I came in the next morning to find out the car was sold to me without giving me any financial information about the car. I was surprised and thrown back by this because I specifically told the salesman I was not purchasing the vehicle. I asked to give me the lease form to display the cost of the car with the residual value and other financial information. He told me he could not give me that information till after making a deal. I asked him who in their right mind will purchase/lease a vehicle without knowing any financial information. I asked to see the finance manager and he also would not cooperate and give me any financial information of the car. After their unprofessional actions, I asked for my $500 deposit and they would not honor our agreement. I spoke to the owner and he would not listen to my explanation and belittled me. I was misrepresented and conned out of my deposit which they are holding illegally. I did a lot of research regarding deposits on how dealers con consumers daily. Please be aware of this practice and research online how to protect yourself against great talking salesman. If you are duped like I was, there are numerous government assistance: Attorney General, Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, Small Claims Court, social media, and the local news. I have contacted all of these departments and are all assisting to me to get my deposit back. I hope my posting will help a few people. Thank you.

The salesmen were not pushy, but very helpful at the same time. We are not impulsive people, but ended up finding what we wanted and making a deal on our first visit! We were very pleased with the detailed help in understanding our new vehicle and the overall service. From the minute I walked in, I was given a great experience. A friendly greeting, a walk through of the inventory, and pleasant conversation with Chuck got me into a brand new Optima. I actually just went there to get the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2010 Kia Forte Koup - which I also bought from Nutley Kia - and was just wondering what it would take to get me into an Optima. Well, after some number crunching from the EXTREMELY helpful and kind team at Nutley Kia, that SAME DAY they not only put me in that brand new Optima, but they also lowered my monthly car payment $170! Yes, that's right, I'm driving a newer car, an upgraded model than I previously had, and I'm doing it at $170 LESS a month! It sounds insane but it's completely true. I couldn't believe it myself, but these guys here must be some sort of wizards. I'm extremely happy with my Optima and the service provided from Nutley Kia. This is my second purchase from them, and I'm sure there will be more in the future. I'm very pleased to be a part of the Nutley Kia family. Extra thanks to Chuck Smith, the sales rep who helped me out. Chuck was so very eager to help and an all around pleasure to work with. And a big shout out to the finance department as well. I was looking for a the perfect hatchback to replace the 93' Honda I was currently driving, before it completely fell apart. I was in a pinch for time and I settled on the KIA RIO 5 door. I filled out the information request on the KIA website and was flooded with emails and voicemails from dealerships all over NJ. After sorting through the voicemails I found that Robert's was the most genuine and felt like the right person to start asking questions. Robert, made me feel like was in the best hands. He was patient and answered every one of my questions, my moms questions, and my two younger sisters' questions. I felt like I was with an old friend. He and his team went above and beyond to help me. I was there just to check things out and shop around some more, but I left there with a car I really loved and still love. My experience at Nutley Kia was one that was nut rushed or pressured. I walked onto the lot took my time looking at Sportages with my daughter. We then went into the show room where I met Robert. We talked for a while, and Robert explained the many options that were available. Robert took his time and did not pressure for a sale. He wanted to fit me with the right car at a good price.. I love my Sportage. That is why I have and will again recommend the Nutely Kia dealership to my friends

Nutley Kia will work with you to get what you want in terms of utility, style and budget. Just come with a clear idea of your needs/desires and they will try to satisfy them in a friendly and straight forward way. If you need financing, they will work just as hard to get you set up. They had a number of options (color, year and make) for me regarding SUVs.

I can honestly say that I am very pleased with the deal I made on my new 2013 Kia Rio EX at Nutley Kia. My sales person, Robert Saylor, got me out the door for 400 dollars less than the MSRP, and that included sales tax, registration fees, and all dealer fees.Robert knew I was considering an offer from another dealer on a Rio EX, so he was aggressive with his sales manager to find me a better deal. Working with his sales manager he got me a lot more bells and whistles for a little more money. I decided on a Rio EX with heated side mirrors that fold in automatically, a premium entertainment system, back up camera and alloy wheels for only 500 dollars more than my other offer. The other car had none of those features. And to top that off Nutley Kia found me a better finance rate than my bank was offering, and I ended up saving 300 dollars over the life of the loan. Not bad. I walked out of there truly feeling like I got a great deal.

From the time I entered the Nutley Kia facility I was treated with sincere respect. I knew that I was going to encounter a sales person and be "pitched" to a certain extent, however I was a sales director for 15 years and I always valued the "relationship sales" approach. This was evident in each person that I met at Nutley Kia and it is a respectful attitude like this that needs to be seen in more businesses.

Let me start off by saying that this was not the first dealership I looked at. The first one was Fette Kia which no one came to my attendance and after a few minutes someone finally came by and said hi. The gentlemen was not helpful at all he just stood by the car and was watching us. So I opted to go to Nutley Kia. From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was greeted by a few men. I then met Walter who offered me a seat and answered any question I had. Later that night I came back with my family and purchased a brand new 2013 Kia Sorento. I'm a hard person to please when It comes to purchasing a vehicle but Nutley Kia gave me everything I wanted even a big red bow. If your looking for a place to go then that is definitely the place to go and ask for Walter.

A few months ago I received an advertisement in the mail from this dealer. The advertisement included a "sweepstakes" where you scratch off the card and win the prize that appears. According to the card, I had won either a car or $30,000. When I went to the dealer to collect, they refused to pay. I wrote to them requesting they honor the sweepstakes and also asked them for a list of the winners (which they are required to provide on request by law) and they never responded.If the dealer is this dishonest with their advertisements then I don't see how they could be trusted to be honest with their sales of cars. I would never buy a car from them given their dishonesty.

Few times in life does one encounter an experience such as the one that I had with the team at Nutley Kia. I have never had a car buying experience like this one. The entire staff helped my wife and I find the car that would best suit our needs. The sales floor seemed more of a living room and the team were welcoming you in as though you were a close friend or family member. The price of the vehicle that we settled on was fantastic. Ed Martens, and his team made me feel like we had known each other for years as opposed to a guy walking in off the street for the purpose of buying a car. We laughed and joked, however, when a a problem arose, Ed and his team did everything in their power to satisfy and help my wife and I. They truly went over and above to help me and make my experience amazing. It is easy to see that these people treat this as more than a career, it is their passion. Their number one priority is customer service and establishing long lasting relationships, this is a quality that is not seen very often in business any more. I will be a customer for life. I highly recommend this dealership. There is no sales pressure and they allow the customer to dictate the pace. They dealt with me in a fair manner and made me feel that they would do whatever they could to satisfy my criteria to make a sale. The sale rep was knowledgable about my choice of cars and knew I was comparison shopping similar makes, and pointed out high value options the Sorrento offered. I was able to phone a few times after the initial visit and Rich was very accomodating in answering my questions and concerns. Overall great dealership and excellent experience.

Wow!! That about sums it up! It started with an email I had sent inquiring about a vehicle I saw on their website. I received a call back from Jennifer and she invited me in to look at the EXACT vehicle I had sent the inquiry on. I went in late that Friday afternoon. I walked through the door and was immediately approached with a big smile. I told the gentleman my name and asked for Jennifer. He excused himself for a moment and I was then greeted by Ed who invited me to have a seat... I received hellos and smiles from all who caught my eye! Had a red carpet come rolling out, it wouldn't have surprised me -- that's how it felt -- I was Cinderella arriving at the ball!! When I left in my "carriage" that night, I felt like I had just made 5 great new buddies!! Javier went with me on the test drive and was very informative and knowledgeable about my Kia Optima. I didnt have to deal with haggling, pushy salespeople, or bad attitudes. All 5 of my new buddies were great hosts! Walked into the local Kia dealership wanting to test drive a '13 Kia Optima EX, loaded, leather, sunroof, navigation, etc, the works! Met with Duane and told him i was looking to lease and he was extremely warm and welcoming. We sat down for a few, discussed the needs i had, and we went on the test drive. It was awesome that Duane was treating me like a person since my previously visited dealerships spoke to me as a dumb piece of meat. When it came time to numbers, this was the easiest and most painless negotiation ever. The first numbers came in a bit high for me and i just told Duane where i needed to be. They allowed me to take the Kia home so they could review my trade in a bit more in detail which was great because it did not ruin my entire day. When i returned the price was more reasonable, and Christian, the GSM, came over and asked where i needed to be. He came back with numbers below where i said i wanted to be which was awesome and no one ever did that for me before. They also provided me with a remote start (since i was leasing and could not install myself) at no extra charge. The paperwork was easy and painless, and i referred my father who then bought a '13 Optima a few days later. Definitely visit this dealership if looking for a Kia and speak to Duane and Christian, AWESOME experience!!

Iv been shopping for a car Kia Optima for a few weeks , i came across this local Kia dealership in Nutley . Great warm welcome, knowlegable ,friendly sales staff and management.Im not ready to purchase yet , but when i am ,surely will be from this dealership.

I walked in to the Kia Dealership not knowing what type of vehicle I was looking for, and I met the Sales Consultant Duane. He took his time and spoke with me going over all the options and features in all the vehicles that Kia offers. I ended up going with the Kia Optima as it was priced reasonably and had all the features and comfort that I needed. When Duane presented me with the Numbers I thought it was going to be a hard long drawn out battle. I was amazed that his price to me was very reasonable, and I didn't have to do much negotiating. Between Duane and his Manager Christian, they were very easy to work with and I recommend Nutley Kia 100 times over. When you go there ask for Duane as he isn't your typical sales person, and he will take the time to work with you, and help you without being pushy

They were extremely unreasonable and the sales manager was rude in his explanations.... they also do "Service Add-ons" to all of there vehicles which adds over 900 dollars in fees to any purchase....
