Just came into get a price on a new or used F-150. Dealer showed me around a few models. They all appeared to be out of my reach. He came back with a price and trade in that was really great! I couldn't pass it up. And with 3 hours I was driving home in my new truck. They really seemed to go out of their way to make sure it worked for me. The interest rate could of been better, but between what they gave me for my trade in and the incentives, I felt I got a good deal. I would not hesitate to go back to them again for a new car. Highly recommend them.

I needed a reliable car in order to be gainfully be employed and build my business. I was wandering around the car lot with not much hope until I ran into a smiling Endy! He said let me see what I can do, he worked together with Michael another salesman and his manager Chip Welch! In less than a few days I was on my way with a almost new certified preowned car that was perfect for business and driving for lyft to help me make my payments! I absolutely trust this dealership sales, service, and Quick Lube departments. Sales staff will work with you (bought last two vehicles from O.C. Ford) along with the management. Service department including Quick Lube are EXCELLENT. I wouldn't consider bringing either of my vehicles anywhere else, but O.C. Ford.

Have good quality clean cars. Sales person Ed Briscoe was nice and worked for you. There cars were priced fair, the one we bought was priced great. Everyone at the dealership treated you well and were not pushy. Gerald Burke did a great job going over the warranty packages and finance with me. The next time I go to buy a car I will go see OC first.

One of the best auto buying experiences I have ever had. No pressure from the time we walked in the dealership. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and Mr. Landry showed me the choices available. Went home with an F-250 XL, exactly what I need for towing our boat. I had done a lot of research via the internet and knew what I wanted and had a pretty good idea what it should cost me. Tony was very helpful throughout the sales process. He explained everything clearly and laid out options for the purchase. He also did a great job explaining and demonstrating the various technologies my truck come with. I think that may have been the most intimidating part of buying a new vehicle. He's even followed up a couple of times since I drove off to make sure my F-150 was performing as expected. Kim Kemmerer and Chris Okupski were great to work with. My wife and I shopped around for vehicles at a few different dealerships but chose to purchase at O.C. Welch because of the service we received from Kim and Chris. Kim guided us through our buying experience with patience and clear expertise in his craft. He was not pushy, but extremely patient, answering every question we had as if it were the most important one he had ever been asked. He kept the experience "down to Earth" and allowed us to reach our own decision. Chris in management worked with us and was reasonable in every effort to find us a great price. We appreciate the dedication and devotion both Kim and Chris displayed in helping us reach our end state; guided by their knowledge and helpful enthusiastic, yet pragmatic approach to sales. I lost my 12 year old Toyota Avalon in a flood during Hurricane Matthew. I loved my car and expected that buying a new car would be a painful hassle that I was not looking forward to going through. I met Larry Morse at OC Welch and he worked hard to make it a hassle free experience for me. I test drove a few Ford and Lincoln cars with him before deciding on the Lincoln MKC. He explained the various features and he shared his experience and knowledge about the cars I was testing. I was amazed that I did not have to go back for paperwork and to pick up the car. The paperwork was managed by phone and e-mail. Larry, personally delivered my beautiful new car to me at my home and explained the features including syncing my cell phone for me. I completed the paperwork with Larry in the comfort of my home! All the details were handled by Larry. He Totally Rocks!!! and I am in love with my new Lincoln MKC!.

My salesman was Endy Beaubrun and I can't say or thank him enough for all he did for me. He didn't push but guide me towards what I really already knew I wanted but was unsure. My car was old and tired so it was time for a new one and yet I still didn't want to be shopping for one, just the thought of going through the process was daunting. Endy made it such a pleasant experience. He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend contacting Endy if you are interested in a vehicle. This dealership is fantastic! My salesman was Endy, I highly recommend you contacting him if you are interested in a new or used vehicle! This was my family and I first new car and we were leasing, Endy walked us through the whole process and explain how leases worked. I was being picky and wanted a certain look on my vehicle, Endy searched and searched for a vehicle, and found one he thought I'd like... he was right I loved it! I told him what my max price I could afford to pay every month and without hesitation he exceeded my expectations with an even lower monthly payments! The whole staff at OC was very friendly and not overbearing like most dealerships!

I was in the market for a 2013 or 2014 Honda Accord Sport. I was initially looking to replace my old Camry with a newer one, but once I saw the Accord Sport, I really wanted that car. I dealt with other dealerships prior to coming to O.C. Welch. Those dealerships were either trying to sale me a car I had no interest in or were too aggressive in trying to earn my business. For me personally, being overly aggressive isn't the way to make me buy a car. With Chip Pellerin at O.C. Welch, everything was relaxed, no pressure at all. He was/is a pleasure to work with. He even offered to take me to lunch, but due to my work schedule and having to go back to work that night, I had to decline. Overall, the experience was great. I rarely buy cars, but in this case had the good fortune, having seen a used Toyota Camry hybrid on Autotrader, to call and connect with Chip at 6 pm. I visited the following day (from Savannah) and quickly realized that this experience was nothing like any dealership I had previously worked with, even with new cars. We talked about the car I was interested in, they looked at my tradein, and came back with a deal that exceeded KBB for my tradein and was well below KBB for the car I was interested in, explained by a modest 'administrative fee'. NONE of the "What would it take for you to buy this car today?" pressure, just 'this is what we can do' and even then a little room to move. I left feeling that I had been treated well and would recommend Chip to any potential buyer. Chip even followed through on an extra key after the sale.

We recently conducted the first Car Show Event in our new community and we approached OCWelch for support and he quickly and generously gave us money for entry prizes and oil change vouchers.He is a gentleman. I drove approximately 60 miles one way to a dealership, in the same area, to test a vehicle and when I got there a manager met me and told me he would be right back. After 40 minutes of waiting, I gave up and left. I saw O. C. Welch's dealership and decided to stop and check their inventory. When I drove on the property, Mr Briscoe met me. I told him what I was looking for. He said, I think I have just what you want. We test drove the vehicle and Mr. Briscoe eagerly handled everything for me. I have never purchased a vehicle as easily as he made it. Everyone I met there was very professional and knew their job and was eager to help you. I cannot say enough about my experience at this dealership and Mr Briscoe. Rate them 10+++++. Will recommend the to my friends.

OC Welch called to say my car was ready. On arrival, I was told the dealership could not find the key. Left in the rental car in which I arrived (which I was entitled to have through my extended warranty.) Nearly 24 hours later, no word from the dealership on where my key OR CAR is at. This is ridiculous and the lack of updates is extremely disrespectful.

I like this dealership mostly because of my preference for fords. Endy was a good sales men in my opinion because he was too pushy with some things and over bearing to deal with like some car sales men I've dealt with before. Over I feel like he's a good salesmen and a hard working one at that since he stayed late and got his own hands dirty to make sure the truck was detailed and cleaned before I left that day.

Every person at OC Welch that we spoke with were true professionals. From Dave Heins in management that approved our purchase to Gerald Burke who took care of the business side of the transaction. Even the gentleman that pointed us in the right direction for our meeting with our sales person was very friendly and helpful.The real highlight of our experience though was working with our sales person Chip Pellerin. From the very beginning Chip did a great job of finding out from us exactly what type of vehicle we were interested in. Usually buying a car is an unbelievable hassle. We have walked out of several dealerships so disappointed in the process. This is not the case with O C Welch. From the first inquiry on our truck, John responded promptly. Endy, our salesman, helped us when we arrived and throughly went over the truck and Chip followed up on the sale. We had a few things we wanted changed and their shop had it completed promptly as promised. Paul completed our deal and we were back home in time for the football game. We were extremely happy with our experience at O C Welch. Thank you all. We are enjoying our truck. By the way, we live outside of Charleston so it wasn't a short drive but it was certainly worth it!

I have driven a Ford vehicle all my life and actually went by a Chevy dealership to find out some information on their Duramax Diesel's. I was met with high pressure and the only was they could compliment their product was to talk bad about Ford. I was turned off completely. I walked in to OC Welch FLM with my armor on and was pleasantly surprised to meet Michael and a very relaxed, no pressure attitude. He listened to me and helped me find what I needed on the lot. Never a bad word about the competition, just helpful information so that I could make an informed decision. My hat is off to this group. It was a pleasant experience and I will be back again.

This was the first time I bought from OC Welch. I must say I was more than pleased with my Salesperson Richard Freeman. He was very customer oriented, spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle, the numbers and making sure everything was right. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Ford F-150 .the experience was not the usual back and forth . it was very professional where I felt that the best deal was explained and the discounts and available incentives were clear from the beginning.I recommend Tony McMurray highly because he continued to follow up after the sale and did his best to make even the after sale add on easy to schedule , he even drove the car back and forth while I was given a loner .overall great experience so far . We traveled from Florida to buy a new Mustang, the entire experience was worth it. I had been looking for a particular truck for quite awhile, even had to settle for one to make do with. My Girlfriend told me she thought she saw one at OC Welch. We rode up after work, checked it out after hours so I could do a search for comparible ones. I was looking for a F250 Crew Cab XLT or above with a minimum 6.5'' bed. And MOST important- GEM GREEN.I found a few that were inline with what I wanted XLT's. similar price to OC's. However, His was a certified used King Ranch with just over a thousand miles. I met with Tony the next day and by the end of the day, It was in my yard, well after driving it around town quite a bit anyway.Tony McMurray was extremely pleasent and EASY to work with. Not pushy, had the answers I needed.Would recommend him to work with in a minute and will definetly be working with him again.

I went looking for a truck on cargurus and found this dealer in Hardeeville SC. Called and talked with Kim about a truck I was interested in. He sent me the information I asked for. Went to dealership to see which truck I wanted to buy and found the color I wanted. I purchased a pre-owned certified F250. It was exactly as I was told. Edward Briscoe was the salesman that helped me. Nice guy. no pressure sale and easy to talk with. E d worked with me on the price. The only problem was the length of time to buy a car. This process need to be streamed lined. Way to much paperwork.

I live in Jacksonville, FL, so I had to drive a few hours to get to the dealership. It was worth the drive. I found a car on the web that I wanted so I reached out to O C Welch Ford Lincoln. Anthony Chimwala contacted me and provided all the info I needed. He, in my opinion went above and beyond. He took extra pictures and videos of the car for me since I live so far away. He was very quick responding to any request. After reviewing all the information I decided to make the drive from Florida. I was greeted right away and Anthony formally introduced himself. From that point forward it was first class all the way. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and took care of everything I needed. After working out all the details with Anthony I was introduced to Gerald Burke from finance. He continued the first rate service. I was preapproved for a loan, but he was able to get me a better rate and saved me money on a far better warranty and longer coverage. Gerald was a pleasure to work with. I also would like to mention Jim Quance sales manager, most people cringe when having to interact with a car sales manager, I can honestly say that he is not that kind of person and I watched him interact with several other customers while I was in the dealership. He treated everyone with respect and understanding. To whom it may concern,I would like to share my experience at your Ford Dealership Service department on Tuesday July 5, 2016.I have a 2011 Flex Limited AWD and was in need of a tire as I had a flat on our way to Hilton Head Island for our family vacation. The flat happened on Saturday and given the size (255/45-20) of the tire I knew that the Ford Dealer was my only option, so we called on Saturday and were informed that you did have a tire, (perfect) but we could not make it to you before you closed on Saturday so I said I would be there first thing Tuesday morning.We arrived at 7:30 am on Tuesday July 5th and this being my first trip to your dealership, I went to the service advisor and explained my situation and that we had spoken to someone on Saturday, I was promptly informed I was in the wrong area and needed to go to the Express. I was not guided there other than her pointing the way. I went in the door and no one was there for over 5 minutes. I returned to the same girl and she got on the phone and paged him and informed me he is there now. He was busy but also very rude, he was more concerned about who I spoke with on Saturday than helping me get my tire replaced. Once we overcame that issue he wanted all my information before he even priced the tires to me, in fact he never did quote a tire price to me directly. I ended up purchasing 2 tires to balance out the vehicle. The price was the same as I was quoted on the phone Saturday, but as I mentioned he never did quote me a cost and I had no idea how much this was going to cost until he provided me with the invoice.While we were waiting, a gentleman came in and asked how long for (an oil & filter) he was corrected and by the service person by saying (do you mean and oil change). The gentleman was told it would be an hour at least, he turned around and walked out. The service advisor looked direct at me and said what? Thats not good enough for you. This is completely unprofessional and uncalled for your or any employee to talk about customers to other customers. MY experience at your service department left me very displeased and if there were another option in the Bluffton, SC area I would go there and not return to your dealership. Very nice business family to work with. The only thing I could say top make better is the traffic flow within the parking lot. Too many cars coming in for services and nowhere to place them! He had solved a simple issue for my husband 3 years ago when he purchased the 2013 truck and had Tony's card with him for that reason.Tony was so knowledgeable about the 2016, that we couldn't help but buy a new truck. We truly were only out looking, ready to compare, but not needing to trade.I truly wish there were some new vehicles in the showroom for me to sit in and explore while my husband did all the paperwork, other than Mustangs. After looking in my home state of Kentucky for a new 2016 F-450 I expanded my search. The only truck that exactly fit my option needs and color choices was nearly 600 miles away at O.C. Welch Ford. They had a huge inventory of all vehicles offered. I had made several calls and internet inquiries in a large radius from Kentucky. Only Tony was kind enough to call and provide a professional, courteous, and thorough explanation of the inventory, options, and associated rebates and financing. He continue to email me with information after hours and took care of all of the details prior to me leaving my home. Having to drive 9 hours to the dealership, he waited to patiently take care of my needs. I received a fair trade in value for my used vehicle. I received a great deal on the truck I wanted. The finance staff and Tony stayed late on a Friday before the 4th of July holiday. The purchase was quick, easy, and straight forward. Then going on 7:00 PM. Tony continued to walk me through the features of the truck and explain the technology and even synced my phone to the media center in the truck. He even called to make sure I made the drive back safely. Later in the week he continued to facilitate the transfer of the vehicle and check in on me to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase.

I was only vacationing in South Carolina but then Edward showed me this beautiful Roush and I fell in love. I bought it and drove it 3,000 miles to California and I love it moRe and more everyday. I visited multiple Ford dealerships in search of my first new truck and am so glad I came to OC Welch Ford! From top to bottom, the entire staff shined. John Willoughby sold me my truck and was extremely helpful in steering me to the truck that was meant for me. Great guy and even came in on his day off to help me. If anyone reading this makes a trip to this dealership you definitely should ask for John. Chris in the finance dept was also very thorough and took time answering all my questions. I even got to meet O.C.! I was extremely impressed to see him hard at work like everyone else. Most of all, he showed a genuine concern for each and every customer the entire time I was there. I even saw him go get ice cream for a couple kids that were bored in the lobby. We drove 255 miles from our home in Palm Coast, Florida to O.C. Welch Ford Lincoln in Hardeeville, South Carolina. We met and we hope became friends with three real gentlemen (O.C. Welch the owner, Kim Wells the general manager, and Larry Morse our salesman). All three of these men our loaded with pure courtesy and a mannerism of straight forward respect (which they showed us).We received a fair and honest deal on our purchase of a new Roush Mustang, which drove perfect all the way home and every stop we made along the way, several people admired it. We told them, like we have our neighbors, that if they want the best deal they'll find anywhere on a Ford vehicle, they should go to O.C. Welch Ford. I recently purchased a Ford Edge and dealt with Chip and Joe in sales and Paul in finance. To make a long story short, I have always been hesitant about car dealerships as I have had pretty rough experiences in the past. Most car salesmen seem to think younger women are easy targets and rob them blind so I asked my brother and fiance to handle the sale until papers needed to be signed. When I went to sign for the car-it was the smoothest experience ever, they had everything done and waiting for me. Paul took his time in explaining payment options, different warranty options, what was included/covered and not. I simply could not have had a better experience. I finally left a car dealership feeling confident in my purchase and actually trusting the employees. I feel as though Paul really had my best interest in mind, Chip was great in helping us get the car to test drive for a few days and work the numbers before passing us over to Joe, Joe was really great with keeping in touch and following up throughout with any of my questions/concerns. When I purchased my leased Explorer and its extended warranty, it had 36,100 miles. A few weeks later I discovered bubbling on the hood paint, which had obviously been there for some time. When I contacted O C Welch, they told me to take the care to the local repair company. There I was told this is a known flaw in Explorers. Nancy and Steve worked with me and contacted Ford on my behalf. The end result was that the entire cost of the repair was covered and cost me nothing. If these employees had not been so diligent and helpful, I would have been required to pay a portion of the repair cost and would not have been a happy customer. This is only one of many reasons we have bought/leased every vehicle from them since we moved here ten years ago.

After visiting 3 other dealers I finally decided to try OCWelch's. Out of no where came this bubbly guy waving me and my daughter down. I was only planning on looking at the inventory, no more no less. After about 2 minutes Reggie Sarver knew exactly what I wanted even though I didn't. I never owned a lincoln before, I was a die hard Caddy woman from my early driving years. Needless to say, Reggie hit the nail on the head, I am so happy it was exactly what I wanted and could afford. His manners, knowledge and good vibes sold me on my new car. If your ever in the market for a pre-owned car you have to talk to Reggie and see for yourself what a great and honest salesman is really like.

I planned to shop local car dealers online looking for a reasonably priced low mileage used car to replace a vehicle almost 20 years old. I started with O.C.Welch and almost immediately found a Mitsubishi Eclipse that met my needs. The O.C. Welch website was easy to navigate and offered many clear and detailed photos of the vehicle. I drove to the O.C. Welch lot and was warmly greeted by Ed Briscoe. Although it was very late in the day, he took the time to give me detailed information about the car I was interested in. We soon took a drive and started talking business. Ed gave me a fair price and we started the paperwork. Ed and others stayed past closing time to help complete the sale and I drove home happy in a great looking fun to drive vehicle.

Although the sales experience took a lot longer then it should, John Willoughby was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was his ability to read me as a person andtalk to me on my level. The art of matching people with the right vehicle that meets all their physical and financial needs is a tough task to master, but Mr. John has this down pat. Driving away in my new F150 grinning ear to ear I couldn't help to think that it really was worth the wait.

I am very happy with my new Edge. My salesman was so patient with me as I was so undecided about everything at first. My first visit was purely inquisitive, wanting to know about the new features offered by Ford. I have driven Fords and Mercury's for 25 years but my current ride was 10 years old. I met Tony in the lot and he took the time to show me all the new features and a couple different models even though I told him I wasn't going to buy.I was offered a fair price for my car also. The only negative is that it took a lot more time to go through the business part of the deal than I was used to. The dealership is 58 miles from my home which is an inconvenience in itself.

My experience at O C Welch was wonderful. I was able to get out from under terrible financing with another dealer and get incredible financing on a brand new Mustang with Ford Credit. I'm in love with my new vehicle and the customer care I received from Larry Morse and Kim Kemmerer. Larry Morse was honest and straightforward with me from the start and a realist like me appreciates someone like him. He found exactly what I wanted including all the options I had hoped to get in my new Mustang. Paul Tindall is a financing wizard. It was a pleasure to meet Mr. Welch at the end of my visit, he seems like quite a character ;) I heard his praises sang from several of his employees and I believe that speaks volumes. My wife and I had been here before. Unfortunately, we didn't purchase a vehicle from them the last time we needed one. However, we did meet Ed Briscoe. And he is the reason we came back. He is the most honest and genuine dealer we've talked to. He took time to explain everything about the vehicle, and if we asked something he didn't know he was quick to look it up or check on whatever it may have been to get us an answer. The signing was very fast and I have no doubt we'll be back here to get our next vehicle.

As a resident of Savannah, the bulk of my life I have heard "Go See OC!" and "...may God bless America." Therefore, I titled this review "PERFECT TIMING", because for me, that's when my experience happened with Mr. OC (personally), and a few of his staff members, whom were very personable.Despite the fact that I am a fan of the F150, and have been window shopping for a full size truck, I am the 3rd owner of a '93 Ford Ranger, which I've had since '05; nonetheless, after sitting for almost a year, and running sluggish, the tranny went out two days after driving it. I actually should not have been driving it, because I am still recovering from double total hip replacements, and it is a manual transmission.Anyway, the night of 15 April, my Pops calls me minutes to midnight saying, "Hey man, do you still need transportation?" , and I said "yes sir" (kinda perplexed), then as if he was making a joke, he says "Go see OC!", and I said "Pops, I am not in a position to but a truck now". Then, he said, "seriously, it was just on the news they are having a veterans appreciation truck event...for 30 days/unlimited miles...for only 5bucks...and they have less than 20 trucks left". Now, kinda happy and hopeful, I told my wife. So we got up the next morning, headed over to Hardeeville, got to the dealership just at opening, to find out that it was true, but I needed my ID, proof of insurance (which I was able to get, with using their computer), and a DD214 (which I did not have, because I did not know all of the details, plus it was confirmed by Mr. OC that it was required). Well, back to feeling perplexed, we headed back to savannah, not feeling so hopeful, because we had prior obligations that would take up the bulk of the morning, and probably the remainder of the trucks. Nonetheless, we went back, feeling that again, all hope was lost, and I told the guy handling the event that "...we are back", and he said, "Ok, I'll be with you soon...if I have anything left." Well, that feeling remained, especially with the evidence of five others ahead of us. But, during our wait, as we marveled the splendor of the showroom, its inventory, the town and train display, we had very pleasant, non-sales oriented conversation with Larry, and we talked about all sorts of things, and low and behold, we were called to the back office, and immediately, Michael Ramsey, the guy handling the event, apologizes for the wait, and that he remembered us from earlier that morning, and just wanted to know if we had the required documents, $5, and a preference for gas or diesel? I was so giddy, I told him that I had a need...not a preference, and I gave him a copy of every DD214 I've ever received, proof of insurance, and a $5 bill. We were blessed with a premium Oxford White, 2016, F250, King Ranch, Super Duty.Honestly, we could have used it the week before we got it, because we had a F150 rental the week before to travel to a funeral, and we crossed 14 state lines, in 5 days, 2752 miles later. But again, because I am big guy, with new hips, and needed the transportation, I was grateful, yet bittersweet in have to take it back, but it was the best deal that I ever experienced, and it was in PERCFECT TIMING.Therefore, amidst all encountered with this experience, my three honorable mentions are, Larry Morse (whom I had to find to get a card, because I did not know his last name), for having a genuine conversation about everything except the pushy sales of a vehicle, and soon as I am able, he will be the person I go do business with; and, Michael Ramsey, for being cool, calm, and consistent with how he engaged and handled each person for the event (and in knowing that there were less than 20 trucks...there were plenty of folks waiting); and Mr. OC Welch, for being approachable and personable; supportive and philanthropic towards his community, veterans, teachers, and so on; and, for being an example of a "winner over adversity", with having the dealership he has in Hardeeville, as opposed to where he wanted to have it.For that, I say, thank God for people like OC Welch and staff...and...May God Bless America!

The sales process was exactly what every car buyer hopes for - yet rarely experiences. It was straight forward and actually very pleasant - almost fun..... Most of this was attributable to our sales representative - Chip Pellerin, who I have known for many years. Chip sincerely cares about his customers and goes to great lengths to answer all questions and to make sure his customers are informed and comfortable with their purchase. Sales Consultant was very nice and entertaining, which helped the 6 hours I spent, pass by less painfully. I was a little disappointed when I finally met with the finance guy, who claimed to be unaware of my payment amount preference. An hour or so later, after trying to put me in a new car, rather than the used care I wanted, the sales manager finally agreed to budge on the trade in value of my car. Additionally the finance guy was able to "work his magic" and meet my monthly payment range request. My experience was comparable to almost every other car deal I have made....long, disappointing, and left feeling like I did not get the best deal. Had I not liked the car so much, I would have walked and not bought that day. Overall, I am happy with the car, but the transaction and process could have been better. Sorry guys, I have to be honest.

Anthony and the sales manager were nice and gave me a good price on the truck I wanted. BUT..... I expect a few things when buying a vehicle. I want to look at a CLEAN truck not a dirty one. Before I got there I gave a day heads up that I was coming and if I liked it I would pay cash then and there. All I asked was that the truck be detailed before I got there. When we arrived my wife said there's no way that's it, it's disgusting. The outside was dirty like mud and terrible oxidation dirty. The inside was about the same, the grey leather was brown and there was dog hair everywhere. Well I was upset with the presentation but I knew it would look great with a good bit of soap and elbow grease. When asked about why the truck was so dirty anthony said they only detail vehicles after they have been purchased. Huh? So oc welch believes dirty cars sell better than clean ones? Well the truck was nice mechanically and body wise besides being dirty as could be. Like anthony said they did "Detail" it after I paid for it. When it showed back up after being "Detailed" it was still just as dirty. 2 days of rotary compounding polishing and waxing the outside looked great. Inside heavy scrub brush and leather conditioner brought the brown stained dog haired covered leather back to a supple soft grey that looks brand new. Roughly about $200 spent on cleaning supplies and tools to get my new truck looking very presentable. I didn't even drive it before I cleaned it because it was really that bad. Word of advice to the dealership, clean the vehicles before customers drive hundreds of miles to buy. My wife wanted to leave and go down the road to Hilton head lexus where we bought her truck to get me something. Other than that they will work with you on price.

Amazing service. I was able to look up some information on transit connects call their dealership up quickly schedule a time to meet and there was no waiting I was seen at the time of the appointment that I SEt. A miracle in this day and age. From there it was pretty straightforward I'll product information questions I had quickly answered no funny business a reasonable price and I was out the door in less than an hour And 15 minutes for making my selection. There was a great selection to look at. Was very pleased with the new body style of the Edge. Test drive the Edge and Explorer. I do not have kids and did not need a third row. So went with the Edge. Larry worked with my schedule that day. Let me take it home to let my wife look at it. I came back to make the deal with my title to my old vehicle and made a Deal. I left for an appointment and came back. I was expecting the paper work to be complete, but it took another 2 hours before I could leave. I guess this process hasn't changed. Will be following back up with them to get window tinting installed.

Michael Ramsey and the young lady in the rental department that took care of me were very professional. The paper work took only a few minutes and I had the use of a brand new Ford F-250 for 30 days. I was a great vehicle and overall a very pleasant experience.

This is my 3rd F150 and my second from OC Welch. The process went smoothly from my initial shopping while having the oil changed on my current truck to the closing paperwork. Luis was friendly, helpful, and pleasantly not overly-aggressive. I looked at and priced several trucks before settling on the one that I purchased. Luis got the answers I needed and was very responsive. The trade-in and closing process went quickly and smoothly. All told, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Luis and OC to friends.

This was a awesome experience, my salesman, Ray Reed is unbelievable, he really listens to the client and is very patient. It never felt that I was being rushed to make a selection. Mr. Reed, responded to an email that I spent considering information on a vehicle, and the conversation was so pleasant that I knew that I wanted him to sale me a car. I took my daughter to Ray reed first and then I purchased weeks later. Hopefully, I can get other family members to purchase cars as Ray Reed the salesman.

I really wasn't expecting to buy a new car. Anthony Chimwala was my sales person and though somewhat new to the business, did everything he could to make my purchase easy. Mr. Burke was the finance manager and he made the numbers work for me. I live in Atlanta and I received a number of courteous phone calls from each of them. Dave Heins was the sales manager and I did not like him at first. He was extremely rough around the edges and I feel like he was trying to make me feel like he was doing me a favor. I almost walked out on the deal and just drive back to Atlanta. Had Anthony not apologized for David Heins and asked me to stay, I would have walked out on the deal. In Mr. Heins's defense, It was brought to my attention by Mr. Burke that Mr. Heins was responsible for getting my tires and wheels switched from my old navigator to my new navigator at no cost to me. My wife, kids and I went in on Saturday to look at a 2010 Saab 9-3 Aero convertible. I had an appointment with Tony at 11:30 and we were met with a smile and pleasantness punctually. Sam Elliott was very helpful in this purchase. The financing on this truck was discussed on the phone and I was told I would be paying 700.00 a month for 75 months. But when I was in the finance office the payment was set up for 699.59 a month for 84 months. That was dissatisfying.

All I can say is wow.I've been on the market for a mustang gt from the second I first saw them up close. A coworker brought me to oc to look at there selection. I was impressed by the cars they had in stock lots of special edition cars and even their regular versions had very tastefully selected options.As for the buying experience I was impressed I felt like the entire team from jon, to Larry to Chris really bent over backwards to give me the car I wanted. The test drive experience was the best I've been on, we took a route that had a really good mix of highway, twistes, traffic etc. The drive was also Long enough to really feel the car out.After all that was done they let me keep the car for the weekend. I have always been more than pleased dealing with O.C. Welch dealership, particularly Tom Landry. Recently I met with Tom to discuss a very serious concern I had about terminating my current lease and starting up a new lease. Tom was able to solve my problem very quickly and I walked out with a big smile on my face. Personally, I did not think he would be able to solve my problem but he did and he did it very quickly. I have been a happy Navigator customer at O C Welch for many years and will continue to do so well into the distant future because of both their products and Tom Landry. I also want to give cudos to Kim Wells who Tom brought into the picture and Kim was also extremely helpful in helping solve my problem. I pulled in while on a test drive from another dealership.It was completely by accident, I turned too soon. While there I took a quick spin around the lot and noticed the prices and miles were lower than what I was test driving. That is when I met Ed. He was happy to show me just one of the many cars that they had that fit my budget and criteria. I raced back to the other dealership turned around and came right back. Ed showed my wife and I almost every pre-owned car that they had and gave us honest reviews on them. We ended up choosing the 2013 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid. When it was time to do the paperwork Ed's computer went on the fritz and without missing a beat Dave came in and did all of the computer work for him while Ed kept us engaged and comfortable. When the paperwork was done Gerald took over and handled the finance paperwork. That was the easiest financial anything I have ever dealt with. While all of this was happening Ed took the car to go get detailed...in a torrential downpour. He didn't have to do it,but he did out of professionalism and pride in his level of customer service. When all of the paperwork was done and the car was waiting outside Anthony took our picture. He was a terrific young man that helped out even though we had not worked with him at all. This car buying experience has been one of the best. I will put them on the top of my list when it is time to get a car for my son.

I built a Ford F 150 XLT online, on the ford website. It was not the usual XLT model. It was 2 tone, with 20 inch wheels and lots of bells and whistles. I was not willing to pay for the XLT (7 to 8 thousand more - I don't need leather!) I submitted what I wanted to buy to two dealerships. O.C. Welch responded quickly and appropriately. The truck had to be built. They offered me a price I could not refuse. They did this before the other dealership responded to me. I drove over to Hardeeville S.C. and was in and out, including a test drive with no sales person in a similar truck, in less than 1 1/2 hours.6 weeks later the truck arrived. I went over, inspected the truck. Perfect. Waited on the Finance person, and was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours.Great Experience. I took my Escape into service 4/21/16 at 2:45ish did a walk-in, saw lots of vehicles and people. Went to QuickLane and was told it would take longer than normal due to the obvious. Didn't get turned away and he was pleasant explaining!. Well, the service writer came to get me in the regular waiting area as their waiting area was full, sooner than what I was told. As a 19 year "high end" (BMW, MB and Porsche) auto sales and leasing veteran, I went into O C Welch intending to see a specific vehicle I had found on line and to be sure and get a "seasoned" sales rep. I told the receptionist this and asked her to get me someone that fit that description. After a short time Tony McMurray introduced himself and we hit it off right away. He was respectful, funny, honest and sort of a down home guy, in a tie and sport coat. The car I wanted to see and test drive was located three deep, so to speak, and Tony went all over the place getting keys so that we could get the silver Mustang Coupe out and ready to drive. I did just that and fell in love with it and took delivery, two days later, as a result of a very satisfying experience withTony! In addition, the Finance Manager, Paul Tindall was equally good and the Total purchase experience could not have been better!!

I can relate to the miles on my car with the expertise and professionalism at O.C.,I have been taking my car there since 2006 while in Beaufort 1st and now in Hardeeville.They send me reminders of what I need done at the proper time and not once have I been pressured into getting something done on my care that I didn't feel needed it.On my latest trip there,while waiting for my car,I found that I needed a driver door latch grommet,but they didn't have one on hand so Ben Haapala who works in the parts department went and ordered one from NAPA and had it installed within 1/2 hr.They have always gone one step above all others to get the job done and the customer out happy.I think that I will be going there forever because I love that car and they keep it like new.Check them out.

Background: Went in for service on 20'13, F-150 King Ranch w/ 39,990+ mileage. While waiting, I passed the time by walking the new car lots of both Ford & Lincoln. The rest of the story is quite obvious, though unplanned. With my b-day a week away, turning 71, I decided on impulse .. to treat myself. :-)) This was my 3rd purchase via Salesman Tom Landry and 4th with O.C. Welch, over the past 5 years. After leaving and reflecting back, the first and earliest stage of the transaction, (ie: selection process, vehicle feature explanations & demonstrations and test drive, was a great experience and in keeping the with past transactions.The second stage, involved the $$ negotiations and finding a $$ amount each party can find fair and each can live is .. This is without a doubt the most difficult phase of the total transaction. In short, I believe each of the O.C. Welch employees worked closely with each other to ensure the first number presented is the best offer available to me .. satisfying my one and only request. For personal reasons that I will not expand upon, I simply was not mentally prepared for a long drawn out "dog & pony" show .. though I fully understand it's role & necessity. Thus far, that was the "Good" news. The bad news, the amount I had arrived at in my head, as acceptable was missed .. by a whopping $ 381.00, with O.C. being the higher of the two. :-)). Another very satisfying experience. My only regret is that I did not think nor look at the floor mats, until after taking the car home. I intend to speak with Tom and purchase the heavy duty rubber (all weather)mats, within the next day or two.Last, but not least, the final stage involving the picking up our new Lincoln MKS .. was quick, smooth and painless. I tried to put in a credit application online,and it took a little longer,because I am self-employed.The salesman Richard Freeman asked me to send my wife's financial information in order to be approved for a loan. I did this and I also sent some pictures of my trade in.He asked me to come in ,because another person was interested in the truck I wanted to purchase.I left Ladson,S.C. and it took an hour in a half to reach the dealership in Hardeeville.When I arrived he told me the other person put a deposit down on the truck.I told him I drove 150 miles and wanted to see the truck.He asked another sales person to help me.She was nice and showed me the truck.The other guy Richard avoided me completely while my trade in was being appraised.He the came over and told me the other guy was there and they made a deal over the phone.I was upset and told him I wanted my truck back and left.Terrible customer service and liars.Will never think of doing business there again.

These people are Horrible and mean , they are not about customer service at all. My sweet 70 year old mom purchased a new ford car from them and it has just stopped working completely three times. Once on the highway which is very dangerous. Every time she took it in they said it was fine and to keep driving it. She could have been killed on that highway incident and other people hurt or killed. They still didn't care Steve Cummin's zero customer service skill he had the attitude of screw you not my problem. They have no interest in making this right so we had to hire a lawyer and they are still fighting us. So don't buy a car from these people if you know whats good for you.

I went to OC welch after I was instructed by Ford Detroit to go there for my rear sliding window on the 2014 FX2. It was a waste of time since Ford Detroit had said no warranty on the window. JC Lewis had informed Detroit that I had caused the issue defog strip damage. The window was changed a month later under warranty for the sliding window seal being falling out and then damaged by the window.My issue with OC is I had front tires wearing on insides and exhaust leaks at manifolds and slip joints. The exhaust leaks, I was told, are normal on these types of connections. I never had leaks on any of my other vehicles in 40 years. Also, the tire issue was caused by me not keeping tires properly inflated and taking turns too fast. This is a load of BS as inside tire wear is caused by front end alignment. OC said alignment was good and I needed to be more careful with turning and servicing my tires. Ford does not provide cam bolts to allow the alignment to be adjusted. Customer has to pay for the bolt kit. When I picked up the truck window sealant was on bed topper and fender (about a 20 inch strip).3 hours after that discussion, the truck was traded in for a 2015 GMC Sierra SLT. 3000 miles now ot and no issues with it. The traded in 2014 Ford FX2 crew cab with 15k miles rode rough due to tires that would not stay in balance from date of purchase. This was also normal per JC Lewis and Ford Detroit and I was feeling vibes when there was none.

The service department at OC Welch Ford is by the far worst I have ever seen. Everyone in there will tell you they are the service manager, and NONE of them have a clue to what they are doing. CINDY is the worst to deal with. She is clueless when it comes to customer service skills, and has no idea what she is talking about when it trying to explain what is wrong with your car. Oh and don't ask for the General Manager because apparently he is useless and can't help with anything. I have had to take my car back twice now for the same issue, and when I was told to come pick my car up, it was not parked where I was told it would be, it was hidden around back with the hood left partially open. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. Please, heed this warning before you let them service your car!!

My husband and I came in today in need of a vehicle. Our credit was not the best but these guys were sincere and worked with us. Simply put they went the extra mile. We walked out today with a hybrid car with very little work. They did it all! It takes a lot to run a reliable, honest dealership to make folks come back, feel worthwhile and suggest them. I would recommend OC Welsh to help out anyone in my family or any friend in need if a vehicle .

This is the third car we have purchased from OC. The first two were Certified Lincolns. We were pleased enough witht the cars, service and dealership as a whole to return there for my new Ford Fusion.

This is what I sent to the President of OC Welch today!! I just want you to know my experience at your place yesterday. Me and my husband went yesterday to look at the 2005 red mustang that you have for sale. My husband has been talking with Donnie Brown over the past couple of days about it. True it was not a brand new car but that should have not mattered . Cause if is does then maybe you should not sale used vehicles. Anyways we test drove the mustang and we did like until we put in reverse to back it up, it seem to have a slight hesitation in it then it jump into revers . It did that several times. So the sale person that let us look at while Mr. Brown was busy Steven Brown also tried and said the same thing , but said that he would let Donnie deal with cause that was who we was dealing with. Steven even told Donnie about the car and Donnie said warranty would cover. We all know that a 2005 don't have warranty on it so he said he would check it out. he meaning MR. Brown was very RUDE. He want out and drove the car parked in came back in and said that was normal for that to do that. When me and my husband said that was not normal. He told us we don't have to buy the car. I told him he was right we don't to have a good day!!! That OC Welch was not the only car dealership over there. I just thought you would like to know that we were going to buy a car yesterday and we did just not from you and from the rudeness and ATTITUDE of your employees I will tell and have started telling everyone I know that is looking for a car not to go to OC Welch . Sorry but you have a great day also just thought you should know that MIKE MUPHY FORD GOT MY BUSNISESS AND THERE STAFF WAS THE BOMB!!!!!!!!! THIS IS WAS OC Welch RESPONSE!!! 1st I live about 140 miles from dealership. was trying to buy CPO LINCOLN, the one that they had was white my color. less than 30,000, SC car 2012 mkz this is it!! I ask if they could fax me a deal sheet,the manger said he would, so he had a saleperson sent me one. on it had an admin. fee of 399.00 wow! I told him i wouldn't pay that;so they discounted that amount. then he told me the right side wheels were scuffed! Ok, so something told me i needed to see this.Well that when it started!! the wheels junk they had chunks out you couldn;t rub without cutting your self!! so they wanted me to buy 2 wheels for 1000.00 Isaid no; then wanted me to pay half, i said NO!! So they replaced them. then we went back to inpection he couldn't open the hood!! wow! finally got it opened, in the trunk we found the old mats ,i told him they needed to be replaced.realy!! the car was NOT CLEANED IN OR OUT! I went home called the manger TOLD HIM I DID NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS SALESMAN!!! So 3 days later i call manger that i was coming to get the car The salesman OFF when i got there he was there!!! WAS I MAD the car was not ready! realy 4hr trip!! needless to say I WAS MADDER SO 2HR LATER!! They bring the car i asked manger if he could put remote start at cost no he said about 600.00! oh i was hot!! didn't find out anything about workings of car!! DID NOT INSPECT THE CAR!!! BAD BAD BAD!!! inside was not cleaned, the old mats were in THERE WAS A OVER AN INCH LONG SCRATCH ON THE HOOD THEY WANT FIX ALL I CAN SAY BUYER BEWARE!!! WATCH THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!! This has been the worst vehicle buying experience my fiancee and I have ever had. We purchased 2 brand new vehicles, but were rushed through the finance office because the employees wanted to go home. They made multiple clerical errors, and harassed my fiancee and me for several days at home and at work until we drove the hour and a half back to the dealership to fix their mistakes. They sent inappropriate text messages and emails to my fiancee, and were truly unprofessional at every turn.

By far the best experience I have ever had at a dealer. As a matter a fact it was beyond my expectations. I have purchased many cars from many other dealers before such as audi , ferrari and BMW. OC welch response to my problems I mentioned towards him was " ill make it happen, if they don't I will!" . In other words , if you want a car from OC he will make it happen!. Another thing I really appreciated that many if not all dealers lack is a follow up not by a written thank you letter or a phone call... Instead a gift item in the mail. I had an issue with the shelby gt500 I purchased and it took one email and a phone call and OC welch was able to take care of the problem. ( it was not an easy problem ... I promise you .)Thank you ! The best dealer/ person I have dealt with!!! No exaggeration . Just give him a try !!
