I leased a vehicle threw Oak Lawn Toyota. The salesman Dominik was extremely nice and so was his manager Steve. In the process of completing the lease there were some bumps in the road. It lead to me having the car looked at. Steve and Dominik bent over backwords for me and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of by getting me into another vehicle. I am beyond happy with the service I have recieved and the car I have leased. I wouldnt hesitate recommending anyone to purchase or lease a vehicle threw them.

Once again excellent job and experience with the service department at Oak Lawn Toyota, I brought my Ford F-250 in for servicing. Yes I said my Ford into Toyota. I must say I get some funny looks when I pull in and ask the porter if this is the Ford dealership. Anyway I have been bring my truck in there for a few years now because of the excellent service they have done on all my Toyotas I have bought over the years. I hadn't realized that they service all makes and model cars. My truck needed some repairs on my 4-wheel drive system and I was completely satisfied with the work, the technician, the service writer and service manager. My truck was done on time as promised. I would highly recommend Oak Lawn Toyota for any car repairs you might have

Since I bought my Toyota Scion XB back in July of 2009 from Toyota Oak Lawn dealership, my preferred place for maintenance is Oak Lawn location only.Every service scheduled is a first- class service: attention to customers' concerns, professional approach, knowledge, quality of work, and friendliness. I went to Oak Lawn Toyota looking for a very specific model of 4runner. Steve in sales was able to track one down after a few days and I bought the same day. Just bought car number 7 from Oak Lawn Toyota. The only 7 cars I have owned have come from this dealer. No need for me to even consider going anywhere else as I have had nothing but great experiences. I live in Chicago Heights and work in Tinley Park and pass several dealerships and service departments to both buy and service my cars at Oak Lawn Toyota. This past time we arrived at the dealership around 6pm. Bob Spee was working with another customer, but took a minute to break away and show us where the 3 different Sienna's were on the lot so we could check them out. After looking at the cars we met with Bob and he thoroughly went through our options. Anyone who writes on this site they they felt rushed or not paid attention to did not work with Bob Spee! We spent the next several hours looking at all of our options. We ended up making a decision just after 9pm. The dealership closed at 9pm on that day. Jason from the finance department stayed late to work with us as did the general manager. We ended up finishing up around 10:30pm. This is the kind of experience you will have at Oak Lawn Toyota. They could have easily told us to come back tomorrow, but they treated us like family instead. Ronnie Colosimo, the owner of Oak Lawn Toyota is also a class act. He is a great dealer,but an even better man. Look him up, he is active in the community and works to make the world a better place. Get over to Oak Lawn Toyota today!

They are fair with pricing, but more important for me they could be trusted with their work in what they do and their honest about. They truly care for their customer. Since 1993 after my 1st purchase of a 1993 Camry. I've never shopped at any other dealer. Oak Lawn Toyota is the real deal. I've never left the parking lot second guessing myself or thinking that I just got ripped off. I highly recommend this dealership. Give them a try. I became familiar with Oak Lawn Toyota last December when my daughter purchased my 16 year old grandson his first car in December 2015. She raved about the excellent customer service she received from John Beris. She said he was knowledgeable, honest, efficient, professional and he had provided the best customer service she had ever received. She said, John realized the magnitude of the moment for her buying a car for her son and even took a picture with my grandson handing him his first set of car keys to his "2004 Toyota Corolla S".I heard about Oak Lawn Toyota a second time, when my daughter was in the market for a new truck in May of 2016. Because of the excellent customer service she had previously received, she went back to Oak Lawn Toyota. She said it was like dealing with a member of the family. He took great care of her, and again was the ultimate professional and provided phenomenal customer service. My daughter left very happy in her "2015 Toyota Rav 4".So it was only right when I was in need of a new car this month (August 2016), I immediately called my daughter up and asked her if she could take me to Oak lawn Toyota. She stopped at Oak Lawn Toyota and told John she would be coming back with her mother and when we arrived John met us at the door. He was extremely nice to me. While we were there on Saturday the power went out and it wasn't expected to be back on before close of business so John said we would have to come back to finish the process on Monday. He called my daughter on Monday, just like he said he would and when we arrived back at the dealership, John was ready to service us immediately. And because my daughter bought a car for her son, herself, and now I (her mother) was buying a car (3 cars in less then a year), they put a remote starter on my car at no charge! My newly purchased car would not be able to be serviced to add the remote start until the following Monday. Rob came to my house on Sunday, picked up my car and left me a loaner car (a 2017 Toyota Camry), drove my car back to Oak Lawn Toyota on Monday, had the remote starter put on my car and drove it back to my house Monday night. I am sure he was exhausted from work, but he took the time to show me how to work the remote starter, made sure I understood and then he took the loaner car back to Oak Lawn Toyota for me...talk about OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! It doesn't get better than that.Thank you Oak Lawn Toyota for treating us like family...my grandson, my daughter and I will be forever appreciative of your kindness.

I have leased several cars from Oak Lawn Toyota over 20+ years and everything about the experience has been wonderful. Just yesterday I had a flattening tire and called. There were no appointment times but they would try to fit me in. I definitely needed a new tire, and I was in and out within an hour. Everything about the service and sales has been great,for many years. I've been delighted to work with Bob Spee for all those years.

2nd time with service Dept., info given, put into computer and told, 1st time, no service necessary, but the next day service taken care of. 2nd time told to sign invoices, cost around $200, told rep about plan I had paid for,.rechecked and told no cost, Cashier asked for $21, rep removed but before he suggested a brake flush for $141...This is a lease that is up in December......many frustrations dealing with Oak Lawn Toyota

I have been an Oak Lawn Toyota customer since 1998 owning thus far two Camrys. I retain vehicles for the long-term. A Camry, also if properly taken care of, will allow one to do that. As such, there is no other Service Department that I feel that I could go to and drive away with peace of mind knowing the maintenance task has been professionally and thoroughly handled. Dealing with customers is not easy, especially when some are unjustified in their behavior. The members of the Service Department graciously and professionally focus on each customer as individuals in addressing their specific issues, concerns, etc.

When it wasn't on their lot he wasted no time finding my car at another dealership & getting it for me that same day. The exceptional service didn't end there though. My 04 Suenna has 212,000 miles, my 05 Avalon has 245,000 miles my 11 Avalon has 111,000 miles, and my 13 Venza is just getting broken in. We had an excellent experience when purchasing our Sequoia. The color we wanted was not on the lot, but was available elsewhere. They brought it in for us to see. We purchased it. There were headphones and a remote missing which were at the other location where the Sequoia had been at. The items were removed for safety, but when the SUV was delivered, the items were forgotten by the first dealer. Lou Rodriguez and Ron Collosimo had them picked up and dropped off at our house.Talk about service!!The price was a very reasonable price. Our experience has been a rewarding one. I do NOT hesitate to recommend Oak Lawn Toyota to anyone buying a car. New or Used. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Lou, our salesman took the time to familiarize us with the vehicle and even sync'ed our phones for us. You won't be disappointed with them.

Richard Bogue-Varea is not your typical [used] car salesman. I took up his entire morning taking multiple test drives, going over the same carfax multiple times, we even inspected under the car together ( I had no Idea what I was looking at,but he had one of the mechanics explain and addressed all of my concerns ). He made sure I was comfortable with my purchase, I asked the same questions over and over again and he answered patiently and professionally. He never pressed me to buy the car, he even said "don't doing anything that you are not comfortable with. Richard won me over that day, so much so a month and a half later I purchase another car over the phone sight unseen based solely on Richard's word that was more than enough for. I can't say enough about Richard, Steve and all the others management, finance, service you name it, Oaklawn Toyota has been very good to me and my family, therefore I consider them family and forever a loyal customer.

Oak Lawn Toyota is a great dealership to buy a car. I saw great reviews before going to the dealership and I now understand why. The staff is very pleasant to work with. Mike Henery is the salesman that assisted me in my purchase of a 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. He's very down to earth and helpful. He did not pressure me into purchasing. From the moment I sent a request regarding my interest in the car he was very responsive through emails and telephone calls. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. On a Wednesday, I made a down payment to hold the car until the upcoming Saturday and when I made it to the dealership the car was still there. Others were interested in the car but because I made a down payment, the dealership held my commitment. The 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid is everything I was looking for. If your looking to buy a car, go see Mike Henery and I sure you won't be disappointed.

Scott was helpful, low pressure, and reasonable. He helped us weigh pros and cons of the Rav4 and Rav4 hybrid but also gave us plenty of space to discuss on our own. We had a good experience with him being accessible and helpful without being overbearing. I went in to get a little information on a lease and was impressed with the attitude and straight forward answers I got from Scott Hill he took his time in explaining and showing me all options available to me.. From the moment of my initial inquiry on their website at 3am to their online Live Operator, the attentiveness provided by said Operator and then by Anabel from their Internet Management Team convinced me that Oak Lawn Toyota had a high standard of Customer Service that set them apart from the nine other dealers in the Chicago-land area with whom I had made contact with regarding the inventory of vehicles they made available online. After one week of contact via email and phone with Anabel, I was able to zero in on and learn much about the car that appealed most to me, eventually scheduling an appointment to test-drive it at the time and on the day that was most convenient to my schedule. As soon as I walked in the door, the sales consultant Lou Rodriguez greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile and assured me that I'd be in and out with my new ride in no time. Sure enough, after a pleasantly candid conversation about cars in general and my car specifically, the test-drive went smoothly and after quickly deciding I wanted to acquire the vehicle (a 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium) I moved on to Jason Stait, the Business Manager, to discuss the details of my lease thoroughly. Confident that I got a more than fair deal, all the paperwork was signed and I had the keys to my first car. Two hours of informative answers to my questions, and a few good laughs, was all it took for me to be in and out the door with a car that I have in just under two weeks become very fond of. Also, after contacting them about a very minor issue regarding my leather upholstery recently, the Sales Manager Steve Hertogs replied very promptly to have me bring the car in asap and have it squared away at no charge. This was my first time buying a car. I can to this dealership twice. Once to scoop out the Corolla I wanted. The next time to buy! I worked with Lou originally & he was great! He wrote down everything that went into the price of the car & went into detail so I could understand. So when I went back I asked for him & bought the paper he wrote out for me. Unfortunately he didn't work that day but the manager assured me that Lou would get credit for the sale. He pulls the Corolla in the color I wanted but! It was the LE Plus with a few extra features & gave me a deal on it! So nice. I can't remember everyone's name but they were so helpful & accommodating. Especially Jason in financing he gave great advice on everything. Like the title says great experience overall. Only down part is it took awhile but hey it's a lot to buying a new car.

I have been going to Oak Lawn Toyota for about 25 years now, and this visit was no different than the rest. I live in downtown Chicago and will only go to Oak Lawn Toyota because of the friendly and personable staff and the good service work that they perform. A friend recommended Oak Lawn Toyota and said that Bob Spee was a 'gem', which we found out first hand is totally the truth! Bob was amazing to work with, as was everyone else at OLT! Oak Lawn Toyota totally blew it out of the water as far as providing me with a great truck buying experience. I walked in knowing exactly what kind of truck I wanted and knew what I was willing to pay. Not once did my salesman try and push me or up sell me to a more expensive model. Once we had the ball rolling in the sales dept we moved onto accessories dept. like undercoating, extended warranty, so on and so forth. They didn't beat me over the head for hours as I've dealt with in the past. The accessories salesman knew what he was doing. Rather than going over every single accessory he narrowed down to the 2 most popular options and if needed he offered to explain all of the other great accessories. He was very friendly and personable. As with sales and acessorries departments the finance dept. did a great job too. Got me the best payment plan he could. Explained everything clearly and made quick work of all the paperwork. Overall Oak Lawn Toyota did a great job. Best dealership experience I've ever had. I would have no problem recommending a family member or close friend to Oak Lawn Toyota. Thanks for getting me into my new truck and keep up the good work!

First time Camry owner and what an experience!!! I love my new 2015 Camry SE!!! My search for a new vehicle started 4 days prior actually deciding to purchase from Oak Lawn Toyota, who had the BEST deals opposed to the 4 other Toyota dealerships in and near the Chicagoland area I communicated with. I inquired via the internet about the 2015 Camry SE I was interested in. I received an immediate response from Diana Rodriquez, who asked what colors I was not interested and let me know what I was looking for they had in stock. She scheduled a test drive, at my request. When I arrived Lou Rodriquez of Sales was waiting for me. He wasn't pushy (which I despise in sales people), was very friendly, patient and only showed me all the cars, according to my choices. He answered all and any questions I had also. Lou took me for two test drives so I could get the feel of the SE and LE. After I test drive, I knew I still wanted the SE. Once I completed the necessary paperwork in Sales, I was directed to financing and received the same excellent service. Frank Alessi was awesome, he kept me abreast of all that was going to while he secured the financing and he did GREAT. while waiting on Frank, Rob Halderson talked to me about the additional services the dealership offered such as: Remote Starter, Body Side Moldings, which I will be having added to my vehicle before the winter. next thing I know, Frank came back with AWESOME news. I drove out of there with 0% financing and an affordable monthly payment. In my profession, I have worked with people for over 20 years and honest, friendly customer service is very important to me. George Achter in Service recommended ways to make repairs while saving hundreds of dollars. He kept my cost down by prioritizing repairs and recommending other options that saved money. I have a 2004 Camry with 155,000 miles that I bought new from Bob Spee, a great sales person. Oak Lawn Toyota beats Orland Toyota in sales and service ... hands down.

I just got an oil change, and stopped by the parts department to ask for a quote on a radio/cd player because mine is acting up. The guy told me a replacement is $1,500, but to talk to John in the service department. John told me that one thing I should try first is to disconnect the battery, so that the radio resets. Depending on the problem, might work...might not. I did this, and so far the radio's working fine. Too early to tell for sure that the problem is gone, but I'm happy that I was given something to try. Thanks for the tip. To me, this is service above and beyond.

Johnny, Jesse, and Frank all made my car buying experience a success. Johnny did his best to get me the deal I wanted. Even after I was indecisive and left for another dealership, upon return Jesse took over and helped me complete the buying process. The manager also gave me above market trade in value on my car which was very old and beat up if I must say so myself. After a long day, Frank stayed hours after closing and moved through the final steps swiftly as my family and I were pretty tired after a long day.

Getting the oil changed...rotating tires...its not my thing. And the older my car gets, the more it needs to be maintained by a dealership that understands my particular car. Thus, I take my Highlander back to Oak Lawn every time I need service. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. I will be back for a long time to come.

I hate buying cars, but this place is awesome!!! Everyone and I do mean EVERYONE was beyond great. The salesman, the sales manager, the finance manager, all went above and beyond without an ounce of pressure. The salesman knew the vehicle and options (even told me about things I didn't know), the sales manager met my price without any games or haggling. The best was the finance manager dave, he was funny, knowledgeable, and cut to the chase-made it super quick and easy. Don't waste your time anywhere else for a new Toyota-this is the place to go!

I have always loved the service center at Toyota Oak Lawn. They are honest, not pushy, and thorough. I had maintenance done on intake valves and fuel injectors since the car has over 85,000 miles, tire rotation, and oil change. Unfortunately, I was there for over 3 hours.

This dealership is a joke. I visited to shop for a lease of a 2015 Toyota Sienna. I had visited here in 2010 and 2012 to shop for a lease and ultimately used another dealership. I thought I'd try again, but this time convinced me to Never try this dealership again. When I arrived I was introduced to a salesperson, who was called away from helping me to help with a Spanish translation. He did not reappear for 10-15 minutes. So I went out into the showroom where I encountered the "managers." In conversation with them, the salesperson reappeared, made some remark, and called me "honey." I am a female in my 60's and found this to be very disturbing. Then a manager ran the numbers on a car I was not interested in. He got the make wrong! Then another manager took over, told me he had a Limted with "some miles on it, and I could see the car the next day between 11:30 and 4:30. I returned the next day (with 5 children) in mid-afternoon and the car wasn't there. I returned about 5:45, looked at the car, went in and asked for the lease terms. They hadn't run the numbers after my making three trips there! Needless to say I left and will NEVER return.

I previously bought a used car from Oak Lawn and had a great experience. Time had come to get a new vehicle and I knew what I wanted. Went in and spoke with Dominic Gibek. He asked a few questions and after I explained what i was looking for, he put me behind the vehicle i was interested in. After completing all the grueling paperwork (big thanks to Dave Capalle for making it go by quickly and painlessly), and speaking with Rob Halderson about some after market products I was considering, I rolled off the lot in my first brand new car (less than 20 miles on it). It was great experience, and I will be a customer for life. Highly recommend them. Their service department is second to none, staff friendly and most importantly...not pushy at all.

I would definitely recommend Steve Barrix. He was awesome to deal with. Didn't pressure me into buying something I couldn't afford. Didn't make me feel bad or belittle me. I'm a first time car buyer, so I was nervous about the car buying process. When I went to Oak Lawn, I wasn't sure what to expect and wasn't completely sure if I'd be leaving with a car. I would recommend Steve Barrix and would agree with others that there was no pressure in buying a vehicle while working with him. This is one of the top reasons why I purchased my vehicle from Oak Lawn Toyota. I visited with other Toyota dealerships and was completely turned off by their aggressiveness and lack of customer service. I went back to Oak Lawn Toyota for my new car. The last time I bought a car it was 10 years ago at Oak Lawn Toyota. I was hoping that the atmosphere, quality and friendliness of the staff hadn't changed. I was not disappointed. The staff is still friendly and helpful. I walked in at 4 pm and left with a new car before 7 pm. The team worked with me to find a price everyone would be comfortable with. I was looking for a new car and my brother suggested me to go to Toyota OakLawn. I was assisted Michael Roache and it was the best car buying experience. I have been to other dealers, but his service was exceptional. He was very friendly and helpful. Every question I asked was answered. If he didn't know the answer then he would find out and let me know. I test drove couple of cars I was interested in. He informed me with everything about the cars and told me what will I be paying for the car monthly including the taxes. He told me to take as much time as I need to think about it and I did take several days before I went back. I felt no pressure of buying the car right on the spot, from him. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car to at-least visit them one time.

Oak Lawn had the exact vehicle we were looking for all be it 550 miles away. I called to infer about the vehicle with Joe, I asked my questions, stated my serious interest, and asked Joe to give me your best first offer on the vehicle. They're offer was better than any of the the local Toyota dealers price (even with travel considerations) on the vehicle & options we actually wanted. I flew in, we executed the paperwork, and I was on my way back to KC in about 4 hours. I was very pleased with their service dept too. For example it was raining so they pulled the car out of the rain, put temp car mats back in it, added some luggage crossbars last minute, put in a hitch receiver cover, and a couple other little things that really completed the great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend flying to Oak Lawn versus dealing with our local Toyota dealers.

Loved my experience at this dealership, as much as you can love the process of buying a car. Mike made it easy by being totally easygoing and not a typical pushy car salesman. He found what the best car according to what I could afford, and made sure I was happy with my decision, and said if for some reason I wasn't, I could come back and we would find something that would make me happy. Steve, one of the managers also was more than accommodation to my situation of getting my old car to the dealership with no headaches. Mike also followed up with me to make sure that everything was good with the car and I was a satisfied customer, and I can say I definitely am. I live far away from Oak Lawn Toyota, and work even further away, but I would go back to buy a car in a heartbeat. My family and I have purchased vehicles from Oaklawn Toyota before but this experience was even better (Just when you think things cannot be better), I took my 2013 Toyota Venza in for an oil change, and noticed service manager Al Leon in the showroom, we talked about Toyotas and reliability, then i asked Al about the new 4runner he said "Like all Toyotas its a great vehicle," Now if the serivice manager who is honest (the service departemnt never plays the game selling you things you dont need), next I talked To Mark Girlich sales manager as we talk when I come in for service and told him i would like to eventually buy a TRD pro Toyota 4Runner maybe in Sept when I retire as a retirement gift to myself. Mark asked If I have looked into the Toyota 4runner Trail edition, i told him no, thenMark expalined all the attributes of this vehicle, have to admit my interest was peaked. He did not try any hard sell nonsense, but told me they would be getting 1 in but he was not sure when, so I was not ready to purchase at this time. They I researched the Trail, all i can say is awesome vehicle, next I was driving down 95th street past Oaklawn toyota and looked casually at the new car lot, there was a Attitude Black 4 runner sitting there, so I parked and decided "just to take a look" then looking it was the Trail edition, (felt like a kid looking at this awesome truck), so i said why not? Walked inside and spoke to salesman Bob Spee and told him I would like a test drive, he said ok finished with another customer and we went for a ride, I was to say the at least I was really impressed! Bob explained all the features (there are many), we appraised my Venza no pressure got a price and left! Went home called my wife she said "you sound like you really like it get it" so I called Bob and asked him to add running boards,he said sure will have it done early next day, and would hold it with no deposit. Came in the next day and there it was all washed and full tank of fuel, turned around inside the service Department what did I see? My old 1996 4runner in for service that I traded for the Venza still running, but needing some reapair by the experts at Oaklawn Toyota, turned my head walking toward showroom there was service manager Al Leon with a big smile, he knew I was going to buy that new 4Runner, and he knows the only place I will got for service is the best dealer with the best service department oaklawn Toyota. Then I sat down with Mike Maggio finance manager, had a great conversation the deal from Bob Spee was exactly on the money no extras, bought the 8 year 125,000 genuine Toyota platinum warranty (its a Toyota may never need it, but thought with all the computer stuff just in case), Bottom line not going to tell you the deal but it was unbeatable, my first 1996 4runner i had for 17 years now this 1 should be at least 20 years. If you want reliability check the ratings you will buy Toyota, look at comparable vehicles my new 4runner had a MSRP of $40,995 try to get all it has on say a Chevy Tahoe would cost $20,000 more and resale on Toyotas is high, but then again its hard to find a good used Toyota as family passes them down to other family members as the miles and reliability move forward! Thnak You Mark,Bob,Mike and BTW the owner Ronnie Colosimo was in the showroom shaking my hand for buying this awesome vehicle thanking me! 1 promise you will NEVER baet the price,and the service all around fantastic dealer!!

It was going to be the first stop in succession of stops over the next several days/weeks at many dealers of all makes. We walked in with a deal we wanted on a car we needed and they did it for us, BETTER ! The car was nicer than we were aiming for and the financial option they proposed was a better deal than we walked in with. When I walked in I was ready to be abused with phoniness, insincerity, and persuasiveness . Instead we got CHRIS SMITH ! I know his name "sounds" fake but HE IS NOT. He greeted us as we walked in , took our proposal, sat down with us, made a few notes, confered with his manager STEVE and came back with a YES and proceeded to explain the details and answer every question. Then, Steve asked if we might be interested in an alternate deal that he thought might appeal to us. They worked out the details for us to review and dang, it was a better deal for us. Every person we met Chris, Steve, Rob treated us with respect. Every single step was surprisingly painless and unexpected. I walked in expecting to do battle and even warned my wife to expect it. During the process of looking for the right vehicle, I was approached by a young salesman named Johnny Collins. From the start he was very patient and took the time to understand what I was interested in. He said that he may have the car I might like but it had to come from another location. As soon as it came in, He called to let me know. After the long and relaxed test drive, I was totally satisfied with the car. I came prepared for a long negotiation process but to my surprise, the price given was totally reasonable and not worth me saying a word but where do i sign!! The overall experience was a totally different from any other car buying experience I've ever had in my 25 plus years of buying cars. We'd been looking for an SUV to replace our QX4 and had located a 4Runner through AutoTrader at the Oak Lawn Toyota dealership. Jessica and Lauren helped us with some details that weren't readily available online and were also able to arrange a time for us to drop by for a test drive. When we arrived, Lou Rodriguez in sales had prepped the car and was ready for the test drive. Quality and reliability were top on our list of must haves along with a capable 4WD with a body-on-frame chassis - the 4Runner fit our needs perfectly and Lou made the buying experience very enjoyable. I heard from a relative that he had bought all of his vehicles (12) from the same dealership. The drive from Indianapolis was quite a hike, but I took a chance and made the drive. From the moment I pulled into the lot, I recieved phenominal customer service, great prices, and no product pushing. They actually recommended products I should decline. After taking my new vehicle under Toyota Care 2 year/25K mile warranty at 20,000 miles, I was charged for "Throttle Body Cleaning" service. The dealer service manager indicated that it was needed without even looking at the vehicle? I was charged $104.00 for the supposedly free 2 year maintenance. I contacted Toyota headquarters & they indicated the dealer should have not considered the service as "required maintenance". HQ said was a dealership issue. The GM of service of Oak Lawn called me a few days to say it was only a recommended service. I indicated the Service mgr said it was needed at the time & should be under 2 yr./25K NEW car warranty. The GM was not concerned about my complaint. I will not be doing any future business with their deceptive service organization. They should rename it to "Toyota Doesn't Care" Maintenance warranty!!!!

Jack was great! I previously got my 2005 Toyota Corolla from Oak Lawn Toyota. Last week it got totaled in an accident after someone hit me. The staff at Oak Lawn Toyota has always been friendly and welcoming. My fiance and I knew we wanted a Toyota Highlander for it's safety, size, reliability, good resale value, and quality. Jack was very informative and helpful throughout the car buying process. During the test drive he was down to earth and took the time to answer all of our questions. They day we bought the car he was ready for us! He made the entire process easy and stress free. Once all the paper work was done he spent an hour going over the features of the XLE with us. He helped sync my information to the car system. My fiance and I knew exactly what we wanted and Jack put everything together nicely. We did not have to haggle prices with them we went to a few places and asked for their best price and they by far gave us the best quote! When I visited the dealership with my wife to look at and test-drive the vehicles, however, a salesperson said the rep was not available. I wasn't sure I was going to trade my car in, but after some negotiations I did. I had just filled the gas tank, and mentioned it to the salesman. He said don't worry about that. I didn't, but after purchasing a car and trading mine in, I ran out of gas in the new car before I got home. They spelled my name incorrectly on some of the documents, and I called and was told it was already being taken care of since they had a photo copy of my driver's license. A month later, I found they had not done anything at all, and the title came with the wrong name. I called, got hung up on, recalled and they claimed they knew nothing about this. They again said they would fix it, but I won't believe until I see it.

I purchased a car from them, trading in my car. I noted to the salesperson that I had just filled the trade in with gas, and he said "don't worry, we'll take care of that." After we finished the sale, I started to drive home, and ran out of gas. The car I purchased only had fumes in the tank. In addition, I noticed two days after the sale that my name was spelled incorrectly on some of the documents. They had a copy of my driver's license, so I do not understand why they made this mistake. I called on the phone, and was told that it would be corrected and I would get new copies in the mail. Now, a month later, I still don't have corrected paperwork, and the title came from the state, also incorrectly spelled. I called them and they acted like they had never talked to me before, and I will have to wait another month or so before it can be corrected. And I paid over $300 in 'doc fees.'

After he explained the warrenty options, we felt no pressure to choose one option over another, It was all "what do you need?" On 7/28 at the recommendation of our Cousin Harry, we went to check out a car at Oak Lawn Toyota and speak to the sakes rep Bob Spee. The experience was GREAT from start to finish when we pulled away in our Rav4. Everyone we had contact with at the dealership was great but Bob Spee, the Sales Rep was fantastic. It was the 1st time we met him yet he made us feel so comfortable and relaxed we knew his objective was to find the right car for us...not just "sell us a car". We are now the 6th referral from our cousin that has gone to Oak Lawn Toyota, dealt with Bob Spee and left happy. This is the 6th car we have purchased from Oak Lawn Toyota. Bob Halderson has been our sales person each time. He is by far the greatest salesperson on the face of the earth. No pressure, all the information about the vehicle, and best price. It is like dealing with your best friend. He has personally cleaned stains off our car seats, touched up nicks in car paint, and pin striped cars for us. Bob Halderson is unlike any other car salesman that we have ever encountered!!! I used to dread the whole buying a car experience...everything from the sliding the price quote across the table, to getting the manager to close the deal, to being held hostage and prevented from leaving when I had had enough. What a breath of fresh air when we met Bob 8 or 9 years ago - he encouraged us to shop around - wanting us to "find the best fit for our family." As a result, we have just purchased our 6th car from him (5 new and 1 used). Today we purchased a used Matrix for my college-aged son - Bob spent the whole summer looking for a reasonably priced, safe and solid car and he didn't disappoint us. I trust Bob completely and have faith in his wisdom, ethical approach and kind heart. He is with us from shopping to the sale through service appointments. He has even pinstriped one of our vehicles, helped to touch up scratches, cleaned a hard to remove pen mark on my brand new Highlander seat, and personally arranges service appointments for all of our cars. I went to the dealership to check out the Toyota Sienna and was met by Johnny Collins. I let him know that I was debating minivan vs. 3rd row SUV, and had narrowed to 5 choices. He was very well-informed on the Sienna, asked me questions about my life and my needs for the vehicle, and took me on a test drive. I definitely drove it for awhile and tried out everything--backing into a driveway, high speeds, low speeds, parking, etc. and he didn't get remotely irritated (unlike another dealer in the area)--in fact, he encouraged me to test as much as possible. After I left he followed up a few days later in a non-pressure way. By this time I had decided on the Sienna and started talking inventory, price, etc. He was very responsive and friendly. When we went in to buy the car he again showed me everything on that particular vehicle to make sure I was comfortable with it, worked out a fair price, and also gave me an excellent deal on my trade in. I would definitely recommend Oak Lawn Toyota to a friend, and would specifically direct them to Johnny! I felt like he was honest and trustworthy, and was clear about wanting to EARN my business--and he did!

unfortunately be disappointed that supposedly support costumer service provides. buy a car at $ 27,800 when its real price is $ 23,999 wanted replace it bigger and just because the dealer to handle my house to make the change I have to pay the ridiculous amount of $ 5,475 extras. The least that is expected to help me adjusting my purchase price to the actual price. I thought both an investment for my family and I came to invest at the wrong place. Here's my honest review about Oak Lawn Toyota. I purchased my 2011 Toyota 4 Runner about 2 years ago from Oak Lawn Toyota after visiting previous dealerships. The other dealerships played games with the pricing and didn't seem to care whether or not they sold vehicles. After seeing an ad I came in and was immediately assisted by Steve Hill. The 4 runner was in great condition and the pricing plus taxes totaled to what I could afford. In all I purchased my 4Runner the next day literally. Took my 2013 Venza in for service, needed a new water pump, big job to repair. Oaklawn service did a great job, Al Leon and John Mcshane,obtained a loaner car for me, work as usual was done perfectly. When you purchase a new vehicle, which is very expensive, service after the sale really shows how much a dealership values your business, this dealership shines brightly in this aspect. The only problem I had was being put on hold, by the operator, as they were busy I understand, but everything else was great,car was clean, and service issue resolved. wayne42My brother bought a new 2014 Camry. He traded in his 2010 Camry. He was supposed to sell it to me but in the midst of buying his new car he traded it in. I went to the dealership to buy it back a few hours after it was traded in. The salesman tried to offer me a new car and trade mine in. I told them I want to get my brothers car back. They said he traded it in for a tax credit. They only gave him $2500 for the trade so the credit was only $200. The resale on this is over $10000. I was told by John Carnivele that I could buy it back for $3200. I asked to finance and he said it would have to be over $5000. I asked for this to be put in writing and he denied and he said to come in on Monday. I told him I work until 3 and he said he would be there all day. He said he will not be working on Tuesday so I had to come in Monday or he wouldn't sell it to me. I showed up at the dealership around 4:00. Another sales person had told me it was sold. When I spoke with John, he said that he sold it at noon because he did not hear from me. He did not give me a time to come in or to call. He didn't even tell me to call. Wouldnt he hand me his business card like most salesmen do? Later in the conversations he said his sales person sold it at 1:00pm, his story changed. I asked who the salesperson was and he hesitated and said one of them. He said it was listed in the inventory and someone called in over the phone because he saw it over the weekend online. I asked to see a proof of sale and he denied. The car was traded in on Saturday before closing sold in less than 36 hours?I called the Toyota Complaint center immediately after the complaint. They stated the dealership will call me within 24 hours, they did not. I sent an email to the President but John, the manager emailed me instead. In his email he blatantly lied, he states I was supposed to call between 12 and 1pm. Then why would he tell me he has Tuesday off? He also states a verbal agreement to call him. The only verbal agreement was to come in on Monday to buy to car back. Wouldnt he hand me his business card like most salesmen do? I work till 3pm so I would never agree to call him during my work hours. That is why he told me that he will be in all day. He also states in his email not to contact Mr. Colosimo, the President. I spent my whole weekend to find a way to get the money for this car. I was up at 4am this morning for work and had to pick up the money I borrowed before coming into the dealership. They scammed my brother with a low amount for his trade-in to resell it for a large margin. He lied and said I could buy it back. He lied and said it was sold. He lied and said I had to call between 12 and 1:00. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General

Top notch customer service is offered here. The customer is #1 at Oak Lawn Toyota and it shows with the way the staff treats the customer. My experience here was very positive with every step of the process of buying a car. The environment and attitude of the staff is low pressure and friendly. They aim to build relationships not just a one-time sale. Steve Hill and John Carnivele worked hard at making my purchase worry free. They were readily available to offer information and answer my questions. The transition from sales to financing with Jason Stoit was seamless. Went to oaklawn Toyota in oct 2012 to trade my reliable 1996 4 runner, for a new vehicle, met Steve Hill great guy, and Mark Girlich the manager, been dealing with oaklawn Toyota for a number of years, and always have been treated with respect, great deals extremely great service department. Ok the reason for the review is I bought a great car a Venza 2013 XLE v-6, just an awesome vehicle, with this brutal Chicago winter this vehicle went through all the snow and ice perfectly, the car looks good, and had to go to springfield Illinois on a day with the snow coming down and highway full of snow and ice, a truck was passing me huge semi going fast, I felt the Venza start to slide toward the truck, when the car suddenly shook the skid control took over the car regained its footing quickly, I have never felt more safer and this experience really showed what Toyota is about safety! This car is very reliable, no problems at all so far. After trading in the 4runner and having the Venza for a year I went back to oaklawn Toyota and took the 4 runner for a test drive as I missed the 4 runner, but truthfully the venza is so roomy and comfortable and just a great vehicle, great on gas get 28 mpg highway in the city about 19-20 and that's with a powerful v-6! Toyota has my family and myself hooked and the only Toyota dealer that we would ever do business with is oaklawn Toyota winning service team, winning sales team, a no nonsense honest genuine deal!

I have been looking at the new vehicles for a few months. I thought I would start looking around at different vehicles in preparation for the time I needed to buy. (My 07 Camry has 220,000 miles on it, even though I have no problems with it I wanted to be prepared.) I bought my last two Toyota Camry's through Rob Halderson at Oak Lawn Toyota. They usually finish the service very close to the time that is estimated and the service techs are very personable. I purchased a 2014 FJ Cruiser on 12/14/2013 and was pleased with my sales rep Frank, his manager Steve and Dave in finance. Dave gave me a great rate without insulting me on the first round. Before that Steve took the number Frank and I worked up and instead of playing games agreed to the reasonable number. I have purchased 30 new cars over the years and this is the first time the dealer did not come across like a used car sales lot. Even the guy that detailed my car took his time and seemed to care. I asked that no bumper sticker be added to the car and it was not. I asked to have the window sticker removed with out damage and it was. I asked that no front plate be messed with as I live in Indiana and it was not. I asked that the temp license not touch my rear window heating elements and they listened. Yep, they did me right and were professional. NOTE: Of all the folks on downstream trying to get you business using the Consumer Report tools Oak Lawn was the only one that responded to my specific questions on inventory. ALL the others failed and wasted my time.

Our experience at first was a little rocky. Our salesman (Rodriguez) was a very rude and short with us, opposite of what you expect from a salesman. They usually kill you with kindness. I was very close to leaving but I really wanted the car we were looking at. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome the whole time I was in the sales room. It seemed as though we were a pain for trying to negotiate a price (doesn't everyone do that on a used car?) and really we were only asking for $600 off.. not HUGE numbers. He pretended to be on our side but was not genuine. When we finally worked out a deal we were sent over to finance. Now that was fun!! Dave Capelle was so helpful and fun to work with. He really cares about his clients and can sure make an hour of paperwork fly by! That was a blast, he should be a sales man!! Frank Contreras walked us out and sent us on our way, he was very kind and helpful as well. I feel as though my negative review reflects solely on our initial encounter with Lou Rodriguez, had Frank been our man from the start I feel I would have given 5's across the board. Overall, I am very happy with my car, the quality of it, and the price. Just must say, I am happy the process is over.

I have been purchasing vehicles from Oak Lawn Toyota for over 25 years, and in all of that time they have remained an honest, friendly dealership that has an integrity that is hard to find these days. I always receive the lowest price and highest service from Oak Lawn Toyota and it feels like family whenever I go back. I purchased a 2014 Corolla yesterday and the new body style, engine and interior are incredible, I cannot express how impressed I am with the improvements but I can say that I love driving it. Every step of the Oak Lawn Toyota experience is smooth, quick and without pressure. I was trading in my 2008 Corolla and was given a great price on the spot, very straight forward and easy. Jason Stoit worked with me explaining each trim line of the new Corolla and walked me around to show me the differences. My new Corolla has keyless push button start, navigation, blue tooth, leather heated seats, touch screen with radio, apps & more, and Jason spent so much time explaining each feature, showing me how to connect my iphone for hands free calling and how to play all of my itunes music in the car, and so much more, and this was after the sale was final, yet I never felt rushed or hurried, Jason seemed truly concerned that I know all of the great new functions in my new Corolla. Getting financing at Oak Lawn was a breeze and their rates are always competitive. I should mention that during this transaction at least 3 different employees came out to say hello and ask how I was when they heard I was back purchasing another car, and this included the owner Ronnie Colosimo who is such a class act, not only as the owner but through all of his charity work over the years. Every person that works at Oak Lawn Toyota knows that Ronnie has spent decades working with the underprivileged and has been extremely generous with his time and money. There are a lot of car dealers out there, and most people stress out over the thought of having to buy a car and deal with the salespeople, no one wants to feel like they were ripped off or taken advantage of, so do yourself a favor, skip the stress and visit Oak Lawn Toyota.

As I read your 2 point sales philosophy, I believe that Rob Halderson truly lives that philosophy. He was professional, honest, courteous, kind, patient and sincere. No pressure. I applied online for assistance in locating a new vehicle for my daughter's 18th birthday in 2007. She had an unusual request - Toyota Yaris, 4 DR Sedan, Tinkerbell Green and fully loaded. On 10/19/2007, your online consultant contacted me within 30 minutes with several cars to choose from. On 10/20/2007 I test drove a blue car, but mentioned the color to Rob. He showed me the car and I instantly knew my daughter would be thrilled. As I was inking the deal, another salesmen asked about the car and Rob had to state that it was sold. It was a great experience and I received a price that fit into my budget. On 10/23/2007, Rob participated in bringing happiness to an 18 year old. After that purchase, there was no doubt that I was a customer for life and that I would purchase my next Toyota from him. That was 6 years ago. I brought both of my cars for service at Oak Lawn Toyota over those years. Unfortunately, circumstances beyond my control placed me in a position to purchase another Toyota and I instantly thought of Rob. This was divine intervention since I was aware he had left the dealership but didn't know he had returned until Lou Rodriguez informed me. Again, Rob performed his magic and found my daughter yet another Toyota Yaris in a unique color - Waveline Pearl. I got the price that fit my budget. I took out a 2005 Rav4, two Highlanders, and finally settled on a 2007 Rav4 that I absolutely love! Steve was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He really went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for and totally respected the budget I had set for myself. I started my process over the internet with Jacob, who was incredibly helpful but also very patient. I really hate talking on the phone and didn't want to go back and forth with anyone on the phone; Jacob understood this and was very willing to communicate with me strictly over email. We set up a time that I could come in and have my trade in looked at. Jacob was great to work with and not at all pushy which is kind of what I expected since it is a car dealership. When I went into Toyota, the first person I met was Steve. He was so easy to work with! He took me out for a test drive right away and explained all the different features on the car while we were going. Once we returned to the dealership, the process was smooth and relatively quick for buying a car. Steve is incredibly amiable and so easy to work with. For the financing part of the process, I worked with Jason (who also helped me set up the Bluetooth in the car). He's relatively new to the finance department but was still a pleasure to work with. This was the time that I expected to be bombarded with add ons and different offers but I wasn't. Jason explained each of the options to me and then just took my answer; he never once tried to push me into doing something I didn't want to do. Overall, my experience was a great one and I'll definitely recommend Oak Lawn Toyota to everyone I know looking to buy a car. I've always used them for maintenance on my car but now I'll use them whenever I'm looking to purchase too!

This is the second new Scion we have bought from Oak Lawn Toyota. My husband and I were treated with courtesy and respect both times.Steve Barrix is a true gentleman and a very discerning person. My husband is very impressed with only having to bring his 2011 Scion XD in for two oil changes and no other problems or adjustments. We purchased a 2013 Scion XB this time. I have wanted one for a long time and am very happy about it. It has a smooth ride, is easy to get in and out of and is also quite comfortable. I am also looking forward to spending less money on gasoline.

I went to Toyota after having gone to two other dealerships. I owned a Toyota Camry at that time and knew a salesman who worked there. I thought of purchasing a Camry initially, but believed that it was more expensive than the other mid-sized cars at other dealerships -- I was wrong. I also did not have the best credit. Being a Camry owner, I wanted another new, mid-sized car and was not going to give up. I finally gave in and I went into the dealership. I met Frank Contreras at the door, he was very nice, personable and professional guy.Also, at that time I had been pre-approved for credit from Capital One. We discussed my credit, payment amount that I wanted and the car that I was interested in. Frank showed me a Corolla, which I did not like. When we ran the numbers it was determined that I would have to pay at least $50 or more monthly that I could afford. I did not have any money to put down.Long story short, I was in the process of leaving but Frank would not let me -- he was very persistent and told me to sit and he would speak to his manager. He returned and asked me if I had a trade in, I did but it was an old 1997 Camry with two dents and a mechanical problem. Frank and Steve crunched numbers, gave me a rebate and money for my car that I did not think was worth much of anything.I left to pick up my cousin from school, returned later that evening and now own a 2013,New Ocean Blue Camry. I love my car and have named it my Blue Angel. I could not have done it without Frank and Steve. I am grateful... Toyota is the only dealership that was willing to work with me, adjust the price of the car and crunch numbers to put me into a new car. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends.

My experience at Toyota was better than Great I never known a better group of professional businessmen, I dropped off my 2013 HIGHLANDER at the service area for a new tire than I decided to walk on the showroom floor unbeknown to me I purchased another vehicle: I walked to Steve Barrix office but he was not there; John Carnivele said, could I help you; I am looking for Steve Barrix , he's off today,I walked on the show room floor now I am pondering on buying a car; the prices seem reasonable, John called over Dominik Gibek he asked how can help you, Dominik explained the performance of both cars: camry and corolla, Dominik knows cars, what a great guy, in addition John made great points as well, So I decided on the corolla; thank you for all your help! I met a receptionist on the financial side of this and she was very helpful as well I am sorry that I cant recall her name but she work in the same building Marty Maggio work in. Marty Maggio I dealt with him before what a class act a people person he explain the contract in layman term. I never once felt uncomfortable thank you Marty! My husband and I were unsure of what car we wanted, and had visited 3 different brand dealerships before stopping at Toyota. Rob quickly greeted us in a way that was non pressuring. He let us know that he was there if and when we needed him. He did not lurk and watch us, or try to shove information down our throats as did the other dealerships. It was because of his approach that we ultimately went with Toyota. He also joked with us and kept us at ease, letting us know that he was there for the long run of our vehicle (for service, or any questions), and made sure we knew that he wasn't just selling us a car, but rather building a relationship. I would definitely do business with them in the future, and am glad that there are sales people like Rob!

I was very happy with the level of service I received from George Achter and Oak Lawn Toyota on my recent service visit. Although my vehicle's problem required two days of diagnostics to determine a couple of obscure and unusual wiring issues, George made sure I was kept informed of the progress. When he realized the problem would require a parts order and a few more days (because of the weekend) he arranged for a rental car that was paid for under the warranty. The car was finished on time and to my satisfaction. Great job!

I get my 3 toyota serviced here for 10 years, I bought a used 2007 lexus gx 470 for my wife 4 months ago, I asked him if I can have an oil change, if filter in stock, he said he has no way of servicing the car. My wife and I went looking for a new Siena. Lou met us outside while we were browsing. He didn't pressure us. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Once we settled on the vehicle, he worked hard to help us get to a price that we could afford and that the dealership could live with and that's all you can ask. Dave helped us with the financing by walking us through the process and explaining everything very clearly. Once the contract was signed, Lou came back to answer more questions for us and to set up the Bluetooth system in the vehicle. I've purchased seven cars in my life and by far this was the best experience I've had. I will recommend this dealership to family and friends.

When I entered the dealership, I was greeted by Rob Halderson. Rob was friendly, outgoing, attentive, genuine, start forward, informative and did not apply the typical salesman's pressure ploys. The car I wanted was not on the car lot but Rob and his team took the time and found the car that I wanted (exterior color and interior color). I have not had maintenance service at the dealership yet but if its anything like Rob's character, it will be a great experience.

I purchased a Certified 2010 Toyota Camry XLE with 26,000 miles about 5 months ago from Oak Lawn Toyota. I just brought my car to the Toyota dealership in Schererville, IN for it's first oil change at 30,000 miles. I was informed there that the oil pan and plug had been stripped. The last oil change according to records had been performed by Oak Lawn Toyota. When the Schererville Toyota and myself contacted Oak Lawn they were very rude. They placed us on hold for over 15 minutes. When we were finally able to speak to someone he acted as if it wasn't his problem and tried to blame Schererville. He said he would need the car brought to Oak Lawn. I told him I could have it towed, but that I would want to be reimbursed for the tow. I was told absolutely not that the tow would be my loss. I am extremely upset by the treatment I received. Thank God the Schererville dealership was helpful and they were eventually able to help me and my family. I will never deal with Oak Lawn Toyota again!! At the very least they could have been more sympathetic and acted like they gave a care that my wife and our two children were stranded due to their vehicle and botched oil change!

My wife and I live in Colorado and even though there is a Toyota Dealership in our home town we bought a Toyota Avalon from Oak Lawn Toyota. They were able to find the car that best suited our needs and sold it to us at a very reasonable price. So reasonable that it made economic sense for us to buy one way tickets to Oak Lawn to pick up the car and drive it back to Colorado. Our sales person, Jason Stoit, answered all our questions when conducting business over the phone, he emailed pictures of the car to us and he picked us at the airport. The dealings with the Finance Manager, Dave, went very smooth. We felt he was on our side when making decisions about the purchasing options. Also got the pleasure to visit with the owner of Oak Lawn Toyota. Very personable, made you feel like you were part of the family.

My Dodge Caliber wasn't cutting it any more so I decided to check out the car I had previously owned.....the Rav4. We unknowingly arrived at the dealership just before closing time and were immediately greeted by Bob Spee. After a sit down in his office it was out to lot where he showed us nearly every Rav4 they had and explained in detail the differences in each one. It wasn't long before we found the one we wanted and took it for a test drive. After some none pressure haggling we decided to purchase at a price we liked. Bob was incredibly friendly and informative throughout the whole process. He took the time to make sure we were getting the exact car we wanted. Which, on a Friday, after closing time says a lot about his professionalism and character. After a week of owning the Rav4 I am more than happy with the purchase and extremely thankful that we had the fortune of having Bob Spee as a sales associate. I am a recent graduate from college and I needed a car because my old one had given out. I had no co signer and I figured that I could not get a car in my own name because I have lots of student loans and only one credit card. I thought I didnt have enough credit! I called up Jack and told him my situation. He told me not to worry he would help me get in a NEW car. He did just that! I drove off the lot with a black 2013 Toyota corolla! In addition before I committed to the sale, I really wanted to be shown the financials of the purchase and I was never offered that option. In addition, extras were thrown at me far into the sales process, like the rust proofing and gap coverage, and I think I would have liked more time to consider them or see how they affected my costs. I learned a lot. I would recommend to friends that they have to do a lot of their own homework before coming to the dealer.

I was recommended to Oak Lawn Toyota by a friend who had recently purchased her Camry from Scott Hill. I visited the dealership on a Wednesday evening to check out a used Ford Focus I had seen on the website. Jacob, one of the internet consultants, called me back within an hour after submitting an online inquiry and I was able to set up an appointment to test drive that night. I was greeted graciously when I walked in and immediately met Scott to test-drive the car. He was awesome! He was just as my friend said, kind and easy-going, yet knowledgeable without being pushy or pressuring. Scott spent quite a bit of time with me to go over inventory that fit my needs. I wasn't planning on buying so quickly, but I went back the next night to buy the Focus. The best part was I walked away feeling that I was treated fairly and with respect. I highly recommend these guys! They are so great and you can tell they really love what they do; it shows in their attitude and treatment of their customers. We had been to at lease five other dealerships that day and no one could offer what we were looking for...a Toyota, used, with less than 100,000 miles and for the amount we were willing to spend without financing. Actually, most dealers snickered and told us we wouldn't find that, but not Rob. He originally turned us toward one car and then checked again and it just so happened there was something better. He didn't snicker or flinch once at our request and he was able to deliver. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and patient. It is definitely a family-friendly atmosphere. As Rob said, the relationship with him and the dealership starts when we purchase the car, not ends. I plan on servicing my car there and when the time comes purchasing my next car from there as well. Thank you!

Oak Lawn Toyota is fabulous! As I shopped for a new car, I visited a lot of dealerships for over two months. Oak Lawn Toyota had the best employees - and the best product! - of any place I visited. Jason Stoit was my salesman, and he was so kind, knowledgeable, and honest. The first time I went to the dealership, he spent about three hours with me as I test drove cars. He patiently explained the features of the cars, and he gave me printouts of the specifications and prices for all the cars I was interested in (something no other dealer I visited did!). After two more visits back to Oak Lawn Toyota, I bought a 2013 Camry. Before I left with my new car, Jason spent so much time showing me how everything works. I highly recommend Jason. He's a great guy, and he made buying a car a fun experience!I was also impressed by the kindness and honesty of everyone else I met at Oak Lawn Toyota, including Bob Spee (salesman), new car manager Mark Girlich, and finance manager Dave Capelle. Came in with a repair problem the morning of the storm and was really on edge since I had run over something and was expecting the worst. Steve got my vehicle in very quickly, and once the mechanic had determined the problem, Steve explained the information very thoroughly. All told, I was in there no more thn 40 minutes. Great service, great price.

Rob had to search the other dealerships to get me the color & model I wanted and always let me knowwhat was going on with calls & e-mail. Going above & beyond duty and working with Rob is why I give Oak Lawn Toyota the high marks I did.They really make the customer feel satisfied.

My wife and I came in to Oak Lawn knowing exactly what we wanted, but needed to have some specific technoligical questions answered about the Prius V. Jason was able to answer every single one. A very calm and cool salesman. Which is not always the case. He was spot on with confirming all of our research points, and was very clear and concise. I highly recommend Jason and Oak Lawn. Also, Marty in Finance was just as helpful. He did not try to force any additional costs on us, but politely presented the different options. He had the paperwork prepared very well and was quick and smooth in the finance process. We had an overall great experience here. Thanks.

Oak Lawn Toyota was a completely positive experience for me start to finish. I was undecided between two different Toyota Models, and the staff from my salesman Rob to my financing discussions at the completion of my purchase were superb. I felt as if they were almost as excited as I was about the purchase of my new vehicle and I was appraised of the different steps being taken from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend Oak Lawn Toyota as a comfortable and friendly place that help alleviate some of the stress that can be involved in purchasing a new car!

This was the third dealer I visited in the day I purchased my car and needles to say it should have been the first, last and only one. Rob was very friendly from the start. I felt very welcomed and was not rushed in the transaction. We got to business right after we gathered all the info we needed without him pressuring us into the sale which made me like him even more and come back to purchase the car from him the same day. He was honest and gave us the best deal without a long tiring car deal process. I felt like I was dealing with family and not just a car salesmen. I just love this dealership and would reccomend it to everyone, besides toyotas being one of the best and most reliable cars on the road. I love how I was assured to come back to Rob with any questions, concerns or problems, he told me this is a begining of friendship.

Reason I purchased from Oak Lawn was the friendly atmosphere when I walked into the dealership and met Bob Spee.He was not pushy, and he answered all my questiions in regards to what vehicle I wanted to purchase.He was professional in sitting down, and working out a deal that was fair to both of us, and walked me through the process of locatingthe 2013 Venza that I requested. The salesman named Jacek at the dealership was very friendly and I bought a car without having to go through any high pressure sales. He was knowledgeable about their inventory and product since they are a Toyota dealership. I was able to test drive the car and check it without any distractions and got all the paper work done very quickly to drive out of there happy with my new car. I got a good deal and will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Went to another Toyota dealership,to pickup a friend who was having their Toyota serviced,and noticed the Venza, liked I took it for a test drive, as I waited for my friend to give him a ride home. Liked the car, let them appraise my trade,and watched as the appraiser sat in my car on his cell phone for 1/2 an hour laughing,and my vehicle was running,with the price of gas I was discouraged and had no intention of buying from him myself and family have purchased 10 Toyotas from Oaklawn Toyota! My wife and I talked about about it,and went to Oaklawn Toyota and met Steve Hill, who offered another test drive,and The wife and myself wanted an all Black Venza,was not in stock but was located and brought to Oaklawn Toyota for us, after negotiating, and talking to manager we got a fair trade and a great deal on this vehicle we purchased it on Oct 24th 2012, and so far no problems,no bugs in this car at all! In 1996 we purchased a new Toyota 4runner, and paid $37,000, and now we bought this a 2013 AWD V-6 with all options and paid LESS! Many more options, better gas mileage. Another great reason to purchase here is the service department led by Al Leon is top notch, and will never do work not necessary, and the vehicle is never returned damaged,or full of grease on steering wheel. This dealership is a great place to buy a quality vehicle, we wanted a vehicle made in America and this car is fully made in Kentucky, by AMERICAN workers.The Venza is a sporty,comfortable,quiet vehicle, took some getting used to and the Black paint and interior is a lot to keep up,but it looks awesome,and knowing this was the first year of Venza being produced with a Black interior makes it even more special,and if you try the Toyota locator the only other car like mine is at Oaklawn Toyota! Thanks for everything, I hate car shopping but you made it a pleasurable experience! How can you beat 0% financing for 5 years and 2 years free maintenance and road service,and an 8 year full extended Toyota platinum warranty for a great price!

Buying a car from Bob Halderson is so easy and stress free. I have purchased 5 cars from Oak Lawn Toyota and Bob. He gives you prices and options for your car to take and compare. There is never any pressure from him or the staff. Their prices are always competitive with other dealerships.It does not stop with the purchase of the car. Bob recommends calling him to set up service appointments. He will work to get you into the service department at your convenience. The service department is always helpful and friendly.On a final note, one of our car seats got stained, we called Bob for advice on how to clean. He told us to bring it in and he personally cleaned the ink stain from the car seat.When you are ready to purchase a new or used car, Oak Lawn Toyota is the place to go. I bought an 2007 Certified Carmy from here 2 years ago that the owner of OakLawn Toyota brother was driving for five months and it's been a problem ever since. I had to bring my car back after two weeks. I took the car back because my brake was making noise. They told me it was just brake dust. I had to bring it back two more time intell they replace my brakes because by that time I had no more brake pads. A month after I bought the Carmy I found out it had an oil problem it was burning a quart of oil every week. Toyota made me bring it back every week for 8 months in tell they replaced the top end of my engine, but that still didn't fix my problem. All Toyota tells me it's normal for new cars to burn oil. In two years of me owning this car it's been back over 40 different times. My seat belts been replace and still not work right, my radio been replaced, my driver side wheel bearing been replace, and the list goes on, the last thing going on with my car is the last two month my car be driving very ruff, no power, miss firing, and check engine lights been going on. I've took it back three to four times to oak lawn Toyota and they still haven't fixed it. Last Monday 12/31/12 I was in there the service manager told my they dont leave unsafe car on the road but my car been acting up for two months and they haven't done anything. After all the problems I had with my car I decide I want to get a new car, so I talk to gm at oak lawn Toyota to see what the could do for me since they know how much problems this car has and that they sold me this car. They told my they would not buy the car back, or do anything to help beside keep bring to back to service. Then I asked him how is that the owner of dealership brother drove this car for five months and it want threw 160 point check but right after i bought it has all these problems and he couldn't answer my question. I still can't believe how I has treated from here.

The only bright spot in this was the salesman coming to pick me up for purchase and delivery The car was simply NOT ready for delivery I arrived at 9:30am I left at 3;30PM They refused to negiotate on the price asking $50.00 over excellent blue book- The Gas tank was bone dry The A/C didn't work -The drivers side door was non functional - I mean you could'nt get in or out of it The washer resevior was empty The front bumper was chipped and paint disintegrated with primer showing - The Hood was bent in a bow on the front Both mufflers had exhaust leaks--I was told I'd have to buy a door latch to fix the drivers side door AFTER they took my $ and they'd work something out on the labor(they were working on fixing the door while I was with finance) I was stranded there looking at a $60.00 cab ride home--I should of paid for the cab ride upon closer exam To bring the car to what it was portrayed as in the ad and the blue book is now at another $1748.oo after spending over $250.00 to fix the exhaust

We specifically sought out this dealership due to their positive Yelp reviews and were met with exactly the kind of service we expected. David took us for a test drive, then helped us locate and purchase the exact vehicle we wanted at an extraordinarily competitive price. The positive experience didn't end with closing the sale either, as the finance folks were excellent and low-pressure. None of the typical car dealership shenanigans at this place whatsoever. I'd never buy a Toyota anywhere else.

The car was exactly as described in the ad and photos and the sales process was flawless. I am a out of state buyer so it was important to have the details of the purchase as accurate as possible due to negotiations on the car sight unseen. My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Highlander Limited from Oak Lawn Toyota. This is the second car we have purchased from them, the first being a 2007 Avalon. Bob Spee was our salesman both times and is an outstanding person. He is very upfront and honest. He takes time to explain all about the vehicle you are buying and makes the experience super smooth. He patiently answered all my questions. There is no pressure to make a quick decision. We feel we received a great price on the Highlander and John gave us a fair trade-in value on the Avalon. Dave in the finance dept. was also very helpful in explaining all the financial details and extended warranties so we could make informed decisions. Having been a previous customer, I had my 2007 Avalon serviced exclusively at Oak Lawn Toyota. Their service dept. is wonderful-I never had any issues. They are professional, honest, and give great customer service. I plan to continue with their services on my Highlander. I am absolutely delighted with my new Highlander-it fits my current lifesyle perfectly. Both Dave and Mark did a good job . Although my vehicle had the wrong interior , I ended up buying another one that had a sunroof , and we split the $1000 upgrade in order to complete the sale. Great dealership to work with. I traveled about 150 miles to get this vehicle based on price and looks. The car was very clean and the service was great. I had asked to have Scott hold it for me because I couldn't make it down until the next day. After the purchase Scott mentioned he had another buyer the night before but would not sell it until I had come and looked at it. Typically, when I step on a car dealers lot, the hair on the back of my neck stands up because I know the games that go on. Dealing with Ceasar and John was like I was on a different planet. No games, no gimmicks, no deception! The negotiation process was pleasant and Ceasar was professional throughout.The quality of a business is more evident AFTER the sale and these are stand-up guys! The said what they were going to do, did what they said there were going to do and made sure that we we've been completely satisfied. Marty took me step by step telling of all types of warranties and packages Toyota offers. He did not try to hide any hidden costs and answered all of my questions as well. After being burned buying another used vehicle recently, we were hesitant to repeat the process. Our experience with Oak Lawn Toyota was positive from the start. It is quite a distance from Naperville, but we would buy another car from them. The salespeople were not pushy, but they also never kept us waiting. We also bought an extended warranty from them and it has already paid for itself, within 2 months. We had the transmission replaced and only had to pay some tax. Well worth the initial cost. Our only issue - they are a bit land-locked, which makes test driving a challenge.

I began shopping around for a new vehicle via the internet to save time. I narrowed my choice down to 5 makes, then finally two makes, with the Toyota Corrola being one of the two choices. I test drove the competition and was not impressed. Next I wanted to test drive the Corolla. I have owned two Corrola in the past, so I knew something about them. However, wanted to utility my time wisely, so I completed a prequalifying application on line.The was one of the best things I could have done. Cappel (Finance Manager) spoke once or twice over the phone afterwards and I was approved at a very acceptable rate. I scheduled my visit, and Cappel arranged for a Sales Representative to meet me when I arrived. Steve was polite, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. I even traded a car in and received a very fair value. Beginning the process online saved a lot of time, and I believe that it set a very comfortable and relaxed tone for all of us. My Sales person was Cesar Diaz. He was phenomenal!!!! He was very knowledgeable with the details of the car. Cesar took very good care of me. I came in already knowing what I wanted. Cesar greeted me as soon as I was walked up. When I told him what I was looking for he went right away to get the car so I could test drive it. He showed me every detail of the car. He was considerate of my time and my unfamiliarity with purchasing a car. When I had problems with the service department, Cesar stepped right in to make sure I was ok. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated as both family and a valued customer. Once you get a Toyota and realize the value and reliability you really don't look anywhere else. The internet sales girl was great. Dominik was not pushy and had the car ready and waiting for us - - thankfully as we were under a time crunch. Marty Maggio was the Sales Manager that took care of us and he offered an extended warranty, which he allowed us to buy 2 weeks later, as we had had a very expensive month.

I went to 2 other Dealers and the experience was not good at all...First of all they thought I was a first time buyer or something because their price was way out of line for the new car and the trade...Plus Bob was very personable and made you feel more like a friend than a customer...Believe me when I say I will be back to purchase my next car at Oak Lawn Toyota...I just Love my new Avalon It's just the best car I have ever owned I have had about 15 cars in my lifetime all different brands and Toyotas have always been the Best.....

Cesar Diaz is the best salesman we have ever seen. He is nice, kind understanding, funny, knowledgeable, and best of all professional. He knew so much about the Sienna. He knew so many facts and what every gadget could do. He was so personable. He was never pushy or constantly called us. He was always respectful and polite. We felt really close to Cesar, like we were buying a car from a relative. He made us feel that at home and relaxed. He is an asset to the Oak Lawn Dealership. My family will always buy a Toyota. We have bought cars from Oak Lawn Toyota before and the experiences were so positive that we didn't bother visiting other dealers this time. As usual, we were greeted immediately upon entering. When the young man who greeted realised he couldn't help us he called Jacek over, introduced us, & graciously bowed out. Jacek understood exactly what we were looking for and promptly showed us what we wanted. After a couple test drives (mostly for peace of mind to confirm that our initial choice was the right one)we bought our new car. We had done plenty of homework so we knew the price was fair and the terms excellent. We will continue recommending Oak Lawn Toyota to family and friends; and when the time comes we will return for our next Toyota.

My wife and I purchased a new Corolla from them last year, and they were very generous with pricing compared to other dealerships. Most importantly, we never felt pressured. I almost purchased another Corolla for my mom, but they were out of the LE trim. Nevertheless, they once again provided good pricing for their S trim compared to other dealerships. They're upfront and honest about their pricing so I highly recommend them.

From start to finish our experience with Oak Lawn Toyota was outstanding. This was our 4th car purchased through this dealer and I know we will continue this in the future. The cars we have purchased are great and in the one instance where a non-mechanical part of the car (DVD player) did not work correctly when we got home, it was fixed at no cost immediately. The sales people listen to what you tell them and then help you to get the best product for your budget. I would recommend that everyone buys a Toyota and I would recommend you purchase it from Oak Lawn Toyota.

After several dealers visited we truly love the experience we had with Oak Lawn Toyota. Lou was extremely respectful and patient. He sat with us and explained in detail all the questions we had. The negotiation process was so smooth we could not believe it, they listen and most importantly you do not feel pushed which was our experience in other dealers. An off course we got a great deal on our car. Even though we live way in the north side of the city we did not mind to drive south to visit them. Try them, you will not be dissapointed!

I went to this dealer asking for the new camry hybrid, which they didn't have in stock at the time, but when I asked them for insntives they started to act like they're cars are the best in the world and one of them said that the only insentive was the car itself (what a bad joke), and he also told me that if I wanted to buy a camry H. I had to put some money down as a deposit and wait until they arrive like in 3 more weeks. What are they thinking...I'm not buying a 300 hundred piece of junk from a guy on the streets, we are talking a 30,000 dollars car here and they act like Idiots showing no respect for me or my money.I also live in oak lawn but I will never buy from them.
