Within the first 6 months of purchasing my Acura TL from O'Gormans I had to replace the serpentine belt, break switch, battery, starter and windshield wiper motor! Ive never taken my car there for a repair and without having to take it back because I was having the same issue right after picking it up. I had one problem that they told me was the battery and when a new battery didnt fix the problem, they told me it was the starter. The CD player was broken when I got it and when I took it back for them to fix, the tried to tell me that it wasnt covered under warranty. Luckily for me, my sales rep wrote it on my contract. They broke the plastic on the middle console when they removed it and Ed OGorman insisted that they did not even though the way it was broken can only be cause by removing the entire middle console which was only done when they needed to get to the CD play. They told me that they would need to take out the CD player and ship it off to get fixed but failed to tell me that they needed to take the entire system out which included the heat controls. Did I mention it was the dead of winter and it took them two weeks to get it back?! I had a transmission issue that they fixed. Well after stopping at a light, trying to take off and noticing I didnt move, I realized they hadnt fixed it. I took it back and the same thing happened on highway 280. It was so bad that the shop gave me a number to a two company they work with just in case it happened again. They have horrible record keeping also. My car is paid off and my credit report shows that I am $3200 past due and have a current balance of $2700 (how is that even possible). They also neglected to cancel my auto-pay and I had to take bank statements to their office to prove I hadnt missed payments where they claimed I did. Now Ive been going back and forth with Candy to get my damn credit report updated because it also says Im 120+ past due (on a car that is paid off). Ed OGorman sits in the office while Candy takes all of the heat from the customers. I cant say that I feel bad for her since shes extremely sarcastic and condescending. She tried to dismiss me when I told her that their record werent correct. I had to make an appointment with her to review her record against my banks statements. Once she realized she was not right, she instantly changed her demeanor and promised to update the credit bureau and my account. Yes theyve been in the community for years. Theyve been there preying on the people in the community with less than favorable circumstances. If you have not purchased from here, DONT! If you have and are having similar experiences, call them on it. They seem to humble themselves when they realize theyre not working with a dummy! Keep good records of your payments because they do not. Also, monitor your credit report regularly to make sure they are reporting accurately.

My experience is not bad.. I needed a car So I went to this car lot.. I have bought 3 cars from ed ogorman in the past I would have problems with cars but A car is a machine,, and it will work for you as long as you take care of it..at the time of purchace.. i had no problems from any of the 3 cars i bought! When I had an issue with the cars i had purchased for ed, I had no problem having him fix it.. and even when I did not have the money to get it fixed, he would add the cost to my acct.. (after I would give him some sort of down payment on the repairs) even then, it was not much. ogorman sells quality cars to the public..in this day and time.. you will not be in business if you do people wrong.. because the word will get out about you..I think he runs a great business.. he looks out for you.. he gives you a car that is like new.. and he has ALWAYS stood behind his vehicles. I will say that his service dept could use some upgrading with regards to customer service.. but if you face that.. which I have, then talk to ed directly HE will make sure that you are taken care of..bad credit: make sure you tell him everything about yourself.. quality of the car: it will be LIKE NEW when you take it home..PROBLEMS: see ed directly

***** beware.....every client of this dealership may have ground for class action lawsuit. They sell you a tracking device for your car and report it to your insurance company. They tell you its "Lojack", when in fact its not!. Every customer has paid over $500 for the pleasure of having your car track for them only!.. tell your friends. Tell those who have bought cars in the past...... they don't have Lojack!

O Gorman Motors specializes as a buy here pay here auto dealership. I believe that serve our community as a great resource for those who need to reestablish their credit. I purchased a mini van with them that I never had any issues with. Anyone who buys a used car should know that its a possibility that your car may have a few issues, unless of course its certified. I was able to establish my credit with O Gorman Motors. I would like to thank them for giving me the opportunity to prove to the 3 credit boroughs my credit worthiness.

I WILL DEF NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR LOT TO MY WORST ENEMY. BROUGHT A JEEP CHEROKEE FROM THEM TWO AFTER HAVING IT ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I TOOK IT BACK THEY PUT SOMETHING THE UNDER THE HOOD TO TURN THE LIGHT OFF IT STAYED OFF FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS AND RIGHT BACK ON. I TOOK IT BACK THEY DID IT AGAIN. LIGHT CAME RIGHT BACK ON. I TOOK IT BACK FOR THE THIRD TME THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO KEEP IT AND SEND IT TO THE DEALER. THEY KEEP THE TRUCK FOR 3 WKS. GAVE ME NO RENTAL NO SPARE CAR NOTHING. I CALLED THE UNPROFESSIONAL SALES GUYS HE TOLD ME WHEN I ASKED FOR ANOTHER VECH OR MONEY BACK THAT WHAT DO I EXPECT I BROUGHT A USED VECH. I TOOK MY HUSBAND UP THERE AND THEN ALL OF SUDDEN I WAS TOLD I WILL HAVE IT BACK THE NEXT DAY FOR ME TO FIND OUT THAT WAS A LIE A WK WENT BY STILL NO VECH. SO AFTER MY HUSBAND HAD TO DARN NEAR ACT A FOOL(WHICH I FELT LIKE THAT SHOULDNT HAD TO HAPPEN) NOW THAT WANTED TO OFFER ME ANOTHER VECH OR MY MONEY BACK CAUSE THE TRUCK WONT BE FIX FOR ANOTHER 3WKS..WOW..WHY DID HE HVE TO ACT HIS COLOR TO GET THE TRUTH, OR MY MONEY...I WILL NEVERRRRR GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE THERE...

MY TIME WITH O'GORMAN MOTORS HAS BEEN AWFUL HE LURES YOU IN WITH PROMISES AND A LOT OF TALK. FOR EXAMPLE HE CANCELLED MY WARRANTY FOR A OIL CHANGE ALLTHOUGH THATS NOT A VALID REASON. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE FOR A CAR. UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING HARRASSED BY UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO RAGARD FOR YOU OR YOUR FAMILY!
