Update may 2021...This is for the sales team. Walked in nervous, feeling like I was going to get a bad deal and be taken for or get a bad deal. After being upfront and honest with them about what I wanted, what I was looking for and where I needed to be price wise for the out the door price. They worked with me to get a great deal on a new 2021 Chevy Equinox. This is my Fiances first ever brand new car and it was an easier experience than I've ever dealt with. I feel good about what we got and don't feel we got taken advantage of at all. This review is for Don schlosser who is the service manager at open road. He is a great person to work with and his knowledge is incredible. Our vehicle was purchased from multi Chevy who has received complete opposite reviews from me. Since open road took over and Don has been on their team we are extremely happy with the service received. He is a stand up guy and has been helping us for a few months now with issues relating to our vehicle. Everyone our car goes into the shop he handles everything himself. He understands what's been going on already and the fact that he oversees the issues or concerns himself show us that he really does care about helping customers out. We will continue our service needs here as long as Don is there cause I'm not too sure that anyone else would go as above and beyond for us as he would. Thank you Don for your service and for being you.

My partner and I ended up going to union Chevy to check out a promotion they where giving for her old 2016 and put her in a 2018 certified the process was easier than I expected Christopher Collier was amazing he gave us a good deal and make the processing of buying a truck so easy I truly appreciate him for everything his has done for us today. A total pleasure in dealing with Open Road Chevy!!! We just bought a 2016 Chevy Suburban there today! We met with Brand Specialist "Joe" Faraji. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Chevy Suburban. He took us on a test drive going through the SUV's options quite thoroughly. He answered all our questions - we had a lot of them. Joe especially took care to address our questions around financing as there were several options and recent updates in the end of year promotions such as no-cost financing and several thousands off the White LTZ model that was in their showroom. We also met with GM Wes Mancias who worked on the trade-in and gave us several options for our current vehicle. Ask for Joe Faraji or Wes. Both real pros. Through the process we even met with one of the owners of the dealership who was on site too! Can't beat that.The whole process, from walking in to walking out with a new a brand new Chevy Suburban and trading our old truck in was less than two hours. Just over the top customer service!

My experience with Multi-Chevrolet in Union has not been good. We bought two new vehicles from them in the past two years. Our salesperson was very professional and accomodating but the service department is lacking. Each time we brought our vehicles for servicing there was some kind of problem. Instead of making sure of customer satisfaction is was the opposite. Blaming us for for simple fixes that are under warranty. I have spoken to the general manager and service department manager once before about the treatment we received during servicing. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again.

My parents are loyal customers of Multi Chevrolet. They brought car in for service and service salesperson told them they needed a fuel pump over $1100 and proceeded to give tune-up and charged for 7 hours labor. My parents said car was outside for 5 hours on lift for 2 hours and only time they saw anybody working on it was close to one. I tried to send a complaint letter to them with my phone number to discuss, they never called. I am getting ready to file law suit. I would advise ALL TO AVOID MULTI CHEVROLET IN UNION.

( Address : 2675 US-22, Union, NJ 07083 Phone:(908) 686-2800 ) I was looking at a used car under 12000 - a tough task to find a good SUV car in that range Steve found a Nisaan Rogue from teh stock. Car was really nice and in excellent condition. Their service work shop had made it like new. Steve Subaru in sales worked with his manager and gave me an excellent offer on price. He has a Knack to attend customers, be concerned about their choices and pain points. He strives his best to deliver solutions. After paying deposit, i drive the car 2nd time and somehow i felt that side rear window was too small to look at the side lane while changing lanes. And i stalled. Steve helped me giving very good suggestion based on his experience. Anthony Izzo ( Manager of Multi Chevy ) was also very co operative and made me talk to their service engineer to provide me some insights into mirror fixing. Overall experience of working with them was super nice. Though i bugged them couple of times , every time they were very patient and tried to help even though Nisaan was not their speciality. This is the second car my family and I have bought with Cyril's guidance. He knew just what would suit me and worked with me the whole time. I took my 2009 Chevy Traverse in without an appointment to have my wheels inspected based on another driver telling me that my wheels were wobbling. I left my car with them while I returned to work. My car was ready for pick-up just as I was leaving work at 2:30. There was no problem found and there was no charge for the inspection.Their timing was excellent!!

I was scheduled for 8am service (LOF & tire rotation) and was taken care of as soon as they opened at about 7:45am. Service Writer was courteous and efficient. I was in and out in about an hour and a half with the work completed and the car washed. Completely satisfied with Multi Chevrolet.

Brought in my 2010 Camaro SS that is my weekend sunny day driven car. Acknowledged by the service department when they saw it only has 7000 miles on it. Developed a engine coolant leak stated to be related to the oil cooler. Didn't make a lot of sense to me as Oil is usually circulating through an oil cooler not Engine coolant.

A few moments after I got out of my car I was greeted by Ralph. He wasn't your typical overbearing overwhelming salesmen. He was interested in getting to know me to help get me what I want. I had been looking for a new truck and knew exactly what I wanted. Both Ralph and Tony, the sales manager, made their best effort to locate exactly what I wanted and did their absolute best to get it for a price we could both be happy with. Within 5 days of stepping out of my previous vehicle I was driving away in a brand new Chevy Colorado. Probably the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. The gentleman who took my car in and the woman cashier were the only people I spoke to. They were both very friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is the wait time. I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for a job I was told would take 90 minutes. Otherwise the wait area was comfortable and enjoyed the free wi-fi.

I had an issue that onstar was detecting however each time I brought it to Multi Chevy it would not show up, I am happy that they did not give up, they kept addressing every possible issue until it was recognized by onstar. it took about 4 - 5 times but each time I was treated royally, given a loaner car while they searched for the issue. Although my driver's side side view mirror was damaged when my Volt was in for service, Multi assumed full responsibility & fixed it in a timely fashion. I had a loaner car for the 2 days it took to repair the mirror. An experience that could have been negative was turned into a positive. Great service!

My boyfriend's mother and father went to the dealership yesterday to buy out their car from a lease. They spoke with Luis Rivera and came to a deal concerning the price of the car. They filled out all the paperwork yesterday so that today all that was needed to do was sign the papers. My boyfriend's father could not go today so my boyfriend and I went with her. We were simply there to translate because her English is limited but we were told that everything was already decided on and ready to go. She signed the paperwork and when we got back home and spoke to my boyfriend's father, we discovered that Luis Rivera had changed the decided amount. She will now be paying more than $7,000 extra than what was decided on. Luis Rivera is now ignoring our phone calls and messages. He decided to take advantage of a poor woman who he knew did not speak much English. My boyfriend and I also found it very suspicious when I was holding my phone in my hand and accused me of recording him (btw my phone was locked and I was simply holding it). Luis Rivera did not explain any of the paperwork and brushed off any and all questions we had for him. I personally will NEVER be going back to that dealership. And I will continue to mention his name (Luis Rivera) in the hopes that no one else ever has to deal with him or deal with a situation like this.

I had a very positive experience at the Multi-Chevrolet dealership. I dropped my car off for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection, which by the way is free for first 24,000 miles. You can't beat that deal!! They were nice enough to give my dad and I a ride to a nearby food establishment while the car was being worked on. Then picked us up when car was ready. Great service.

I was greeted by a friendly sales person, Fred, and was quickly test driving the car I was looking for. I have never had a more pleasant and stress free car buying experience that at Multi Chevrolet. I wasn't pressured into anything I wasn't looking for and my questions were answered quickly. I wanted a specific color car which was not easy to get but Fred did not give up and made sure to keep me in the loop while he could finalize the search. While it took longer than expected, I have never been treated with more respect and patience. There was a small glitch with some of the contracts I signed. Fred accomodated my hectic schedule and came out to my home where we signed new contracts and he even put on a new temporary license plate on the car. Thank you to Fred and Multi Chevrolet for helping me cross the Camaro off my bucket list. I will definitely recommend and look to work with you again in the future.

Kein was awesome. It was very pleasant to be attended by him. His 'old-school' manners and respect with which he treated my parents and me made us feel very comfortable and seemed sincere. He did not push any car in our faces. He was not at all dominating the conversations. I applaud his service as well as the dealership for having employees like him. I know it's a business. But, it's nice that we have businesses run by people who don't forget the fundamentals of being human.

The salesman Dan price was the most unprofessional salesperson I've ever dealt with. I love the car and I'm ok with the price I paid - but I don't think it's correct for a salesman to mumble under his breath saying he can't wait for me to leave. Also, after deal was done and papers signed he talked down to me every chance he got. Talked to me like I was stupid and like my questions had no validity. . . . My only regret about this purchase is that dan price was the salesman I had to deal with. Luis Rivera did my financial and I can only say good things about him - he was a complete gentlemen. . . . To me it is very sad to be treated like a jerk after spending $26000 on a used car. . . . . I am completely disgusted with him and I think as a company this dealership should have some sort of standard on how the salesman treat the customer. . . Like me or not I'm still the customer and deserve to at least be treated with a little respect. . . .

Received oil change. Fixed piece on chair, checked for air leaked in tire (found nail) tire sensor reading incorrectly. This latter part was a result of sensor not being reset/adjusted during last oil change and tire rotation. I also had fowl smell when using heating and air conditioning. All my issues were addressed accordingly. No complaints. Pleasant experience.

My experience with Multi started 2011 shortly after the closing of Sullivan Chevrolet in Roselle Park, where I had leased my prior 6 Chevy's. I chose Multi since that was where Cyril McGough; who had set me up with my last lease at Sullivan for which I was totally satisfied was. At Multi Cyril set me up with 2 leases in 2011 and another 2 this year. He has always seen to my satisfaction on each deal and I had no "Buyers Remorse". As for Multi as a dealership my experiences there to date have been satisfactory. The staff there in both the showroom & service areas have always made me feel welcome & comfortable!

My girlfriend visited this dealership on her own, she test drove two cars a "CERTIFIED 2010 CHEVY MALIBU" and a "CERTIFIED 2014 CHEVY IMPALA". She decided to go with the Malibu for the better fuel economy and more affordable price. The cost of the car before they tacked on their "HIDDEN FEES (SERVICE CONTRACT) it would have only been about 12500.00 or less before interest from the bank. They tacked on an additional fee of 2495.00 FOR A SERVICE CONTRACT!!!!! At the time they explained the service contract only would cover OIL CHANGES AND TIRE ROTATIONS BUT WHAT THEY DIDN'T TELL HER IS THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL COST OF 2500.00 FOR THIS CONTRACT. I'M SURE IF THEY DID SHE WOULD HAVE SAID IF IT ONLY COVERS OIL CHANGES AND TIRE ROTATIONS THEN FORGET IT TO KEEP TO THE COST DOWN. That's just the start of the problems. AFTER SHE TOOK THE CAR HOME WE WERE DRIVING IN IT AND THE BACK RIGHT SIDE OF THE CAR MADE A THUMP EVERTYIME WE WENT OVER A BUMP, SO SHE DROPPED THE CAR OFF THE NEXT DAY FOR THEM TO PUT IT IN SERVICE. THE SERVICE GUY TOLD HER IT'S A USED CAR AND THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH BEING THAT IT'S USED. SHE HAD TO GO BACK TO THE SALES GUY AND HAVE THE SALES GUY INFORM THE SERVICE GUY TO FIX WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT AND NOT CHARGE HER ANYTHING, (LUCKILY WE WEREN'T CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE) HOWEVER, AFTER TAKING THE CAR BACK HOME SHE WAS THINKING ABOUT GOING NEW SO SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE HEADACHES OF A USED CAR, WE TOOK IT TO A FORD DEALER TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO AND THEY VALUED THIS 12500.00 CAR AT AROUND 7000.00 DOLLARS. THE REASON THE VALUE IS ONLY AT AROUND 7000.00 DOLLARS IS BECAUSE THEY EXPLAINED TO US THAT THE MOTOR MOUNTS ARE BAD SO WHAT DID WE DO WE WENT BACK TO CHEVY AND TOLD THEM TO BUY US OUT OF THE CAR AND OF COURSE AS ALL DEALERS DO THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT HOW HAPPY OR UNSATISFIED THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE AFTER THEY GET YOU TO SIGN THAT CONTRACT. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS PUSHING THEIR CARS ONTO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ONCE IT IS IN YOUR HANDS THEY ARE UNWILLING TO DO ANYTHING TO BE SURE THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY. WE NOW HAVE TO BRING THE CAR BACK FOR THEM TO CONTINUE TO REPAIR EVERYTHING ON THE CAR THAT IS BROKEN AND HOPE THAT EVEN AFTER THE SERVICE CONTRACT WEARS OUT NOTHING GOES WRONG WITH THE CAR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THE FORD DEALERSHIP WHICH IS JUST A LITTLE FURTHER DOWN THE ROAD IN SPRINGFIELD NJ SEEMED VERY WILLING TO TRY AND HELP US BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE UNABLE TO BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY VALUED OUR VEHICLE AT. THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AT ALL I WOULD NOT BRING MY FAMILY HERE I WOULD NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE A MECHANIC AND HAVE TIME TO CHECK THE CAR FULLY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE IT.

I walked into Multi-Chevrolet with the hopes of finding the perfect car for me. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Cyril, who was friendly and making jokes right off the bat. He took the time to listen to what my exact likes were in regards to a car. After talking for a while, we walked out to the large parking lot, where there is a great selection of cars. The first thing that Cyril said was, "if you don't mind, there is a car I would like to show you that I think you're really going to like." Can you guess what happened next? It was just the car for me and the one I ended up purchasing that day! Cyril did not put any pressure and he took his time going through each step of the long process of buying a car. He provided a relaxed and comforting atmosphere. I highly recommend that you go to Cyril if you are interested in leasing or buying a great car from Multi-Chevrolet. I just bought my 2nd car (2014 Chevy Cruze 1LT) from Multi Chevrolet and will definitely buy another one from them if the time comes. Very friendly and well informed sales staff actually knew the cars they were talking about rather than reading from a brochure. I played out my options with price and financing and we agreed on a number I was very happy about. Finance process was quick and no nonsense. Other dealers try to force add ons and add useless things to increase their profits. I was shown several things which i kindly declined and received no push back from the dealer to insist on anything. Salesperson then helped me set up my bluetooth and Onstar before leaving the lot with my new car. I was contacted 5 days later that my new license plates had arrived. Very quick turn around compared to other dealers. Extremely satisfied with the entire process. I have also used their service department in the past and have been very happy with those experiences as well.

Cyril is a people's person!!!! This was what the car buying experience should be like. My cousin and I walked in Cyril assisted us as soon as we entered, not pushy or demanding. Instead he listen to our needs then did his best to grant our every desire. Cyril showed us the inventory, while telling stories that made me feel like I was a good ole Irish pale from the past. I was in the market looking for a used 2012 Toyota Prius Plugin and found it on cars.com from Multi Chevrolet in Union, NJ. I was very pleased with the level of service I received from them. I had traveled from CT to buy the vehicle. At first, I was very anxious buying a car out of state. In speaking with both Eileen Amato and John Bonner over the phone, they had made me very comfortable from day one. They sent me a purchase agreement with everything outlined. As soon as I arrived there, I worked with Nick in sales who was extremely helpful and a great person to talk to. I brought in my purchase agreement, test drove the car, and there was no hassle whats so ever about the price. The whole process went 100% smooth! 2013 Camaro was in for recall on the ignition key. In addition the dealership did a complete multi-point inspection and replaced the air intake box due to faulty clips. All work was done under warranty. Bino Fonseca did an excellent job as the service consultant and returned the completed vehicle back to me at the time promised.

Bino was great. However we didn't receive a phone call that the Equinox was ready and he insisted he called. When we got to the service department we found my cell # was there, but a wrong # was listed as primary, old mailing address and old email address. I don't fault Bino, but someone should update contact info at least yearly. We have bought a dozen vehicles from Multi and have been a customer for 20+ years.

The service at Multi Chevy in Union, NJ is adequate for my maintenance and repair needs. I just wish my replaced instrument cluster was programmed for the accurate miles as displayed on the old odometer before it went out. (98,500 mi vs. 100200 mi on new one). Overall, a satisfied customer :)

I have A Navigation system in my 2011 Equinox I live in NJ but my vehicle is set to Washington, DC I can change to a different state, but after the car is shut off, it resets to Washington, DC.Also I can't set the clock in the car, in November when it was time to set the clock back an Hour, I set the clock back one hour but after the vehicle is turned off the time goes back to the time before I set it back. I was told that the only way to fix this is to replace the radio which is very expensive. The warranty on my radio expired on May 2014. This is a known problem. Why didn't GM do a recall on these radios. I feel that GM should pay for this.

We decided to buy a brand new chevy camaro 2014 and it happened to meet at the entrance Mr.Cyril J. McGough who walked us threw the facility at Multi Chevrolet and stopped at one Chevrolet Camaro. We didn't needed to test drive it or even to sit in it we knew that this was the one. Well we still drove it and try it out which just confirm that this will be the car that we will buy. When we were able to pick up the car it was Mr. McGough's day off but he made time to come in and wait until we had the keys in our hands. It had become evident that my old car was no longer worth repairing. As my Chevy driver brought me back to the dealership to pick up my old car I mused that perhaps it is time to look for a new one and that the car i was in looked real nice. When we arrived at the Chevrolet Auto-Mall, the driver asked me to wait a bit and came back with a fine gentleman named Cyril McGough - a sales rep. He is a very fine individual who talked me through all of my concerns and explained all of the possible options and helped me to decide which was the best for me. He was very helpful and solicitous and eager to resolve all concerns and issues. Once my decision had been made, I was introduced to the sales manager, Joseph Bacharde. He too was very helpful throughout putting together the best possible options for me and guiding me through all of the necessary processes and insuring that I would have no negative experience with the car itself. After all there were a lot of new gadgets with which to familiarize myself. Overall, my experience was totally positive. Thank you one and all.

As far as the oil change it was good. But no one seems to know about Link Radio. Why is the iPod initializing constantly? We were on a 3000 mile trip and it never stopped initializing. Consequently, I could not albums, artists, genres because it's still initializing. Techs should be trained before it gets to market. I've owned the vehicle 6 months but cannot use the iPod. How do I get this fixed?

I was in quite a jam having car troubles and not a lot of cash to spend on a new car, and on top of that I had an outstanding balance on a loan from One Main Financial that had possession of the Title to my trade-in. So I called Cyril J. McGough of Multi Chevrolet Union, N.J. and Cyril told me to relax, everything is going to be OK. Multi Chevrolet just received a returned 2012 leased Chevy Malibu that was priced just within my budget and that Multi would pay off my loan so I could trade-in my old 2006 Cobalt. Problem solved and you could say Cyril saved the day! By the way, Cyril sold me a new 2006 Cobalt eight years ago and made sure to stay in-touch with me all those years and that whenever I was interested in purchasing a new car that I should give him a call. I found the 2009 Subaru Forester 2.5 XT I've been looking for through Cars.Com. I had inquired over the internet and got a prompt reply by e-mail as well as by phone to make an appointment to see and test drive the car. At the arranged time and day I met with a Subaru salesman and was shown the car and took the Forester for a test drive. I had my wife also drive the car as she would be the primary driver. We both were very impressed with the vehicle's performance and clear visibility. After a short time negotiating a trade-in and final selling price, a sale was made and the financial process was completed after a waiting period from the customer before us. Our 2009 Forester XT was prepared by the service department and our temporary plates put on and we were on our way. Our over-all car buying experience at Multi-Subaru was smooth, pleasant and friendly and would recommend this dealership.

Just bought my trailblazer! The service from all the staff was amazing! The sales person named Cyril was my sales man. His service was AMAZING!! He went above and beyond to make sure my car buying experience was a headache free one. I have bought 4 cars now from multi and i love there attention to customer relations! Mr.Cyril even went as far as to come in on his day off to make sure that i was completely satisfied with my purchase. The sales managers are extremely helpful and they have been there for me when i had any questions on any of the 4 cars i bought from them. I bought my grand mother a car from multi and when she got a house key stuck in the ignition and it needed service they where nice enough to give her one of there personal demo cars (reserved for sales managers) as a loaner until her car was fixed. All in all i can say that multi Chevrolet's dedication to customer service and to the satisfaction they give the buyers will be a reason why i wont drive a car unless it has the multi Chevrolet badge on it!

Miguel Cely and the entire staff at Multi Subaru made buying a car an absolute pleasure. He was able to direct us to the crosstrek over the original Impreza...Loved the road test with him as he directed us to the differences between the different models...pros and cons. After searching for a new vehicle, we found our way to Multi Chevrolet where we found our car. When we first stepped in, we were greeted right away which is one of the reasons that we stayed. We had looked at some dealerships and were completely ignored which did not make for a great first impression but it did lead us here and to our brand new car. I went to Multi Chevy knowing that they had the vehicle I was looking for, a used 2007 GMC Sierra. I got there in the pouring rain, and salesman Brian Toal came out to greet me. We discussed some specifics on the vehicle and a couple days later, after a test drive and some minor repairs in their shop at their expense, I purchased the truck. I reached out to multi chevrolet because they had the Chevy Travese that I was interested in. I have to say that Cyril Mcgough and his sales manager John were absolutely amazing. Just bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu back in May, I wrote previously that the sales manager and sales rep where great but unfortunately the car isn't so great. I have had nothing but headaches since purchasing this CAR "13 Malibu" Been back and forth to the dealership to have issues fixed. One thing after another. First off this is a brand new car and check engine light came on a day after purchasing. Supposedly gas cap had to be tightened, That did not work! Then I brought it back on Memorial day "Service Center Closed" Sales Rep changed gas cap, That did not work! Went back the following day and had to leave my car! Service Center Rep stated they found nothing wrong after they ran a diagnostic test, yet OnStar said codes populated, and they "Service Center Mechanic" simply reset the check engine light. 2 days later back on. Called GM Corporate office and had to have them help me. They asked me to take it back to dealership, guess what all of a sudden they found a pin sized hole in the fuel tank line where the gas cap is placed. They finally fixed that problem. Now 3 1/2 months of having my car I had to bring back to the dealership for a Stabilitrac Service light COMING ON!!! Called the dealership after seeing light and was transferred to 5 different people with no luck of anyone answering I had no choice but to contact corporate AGAIN. They finally got a Sales Manager on the phone that got the head Mechanic on the phone as well and they had me do a OnStar Diagnostic and guess what a service code was detected yet again, this time something to do with ABS and Stabiltrac. Took my car in on Friday Sept 6th and got a Service guy with an Attitude, unfortunately for him Corporate is involved and his boss "Service Manager". So he was dealt with accordingly. Now I was given a Loaner and have yet to hear back from them. Not a good way to keep a customer satisfied. So I spoke with a Lawyer and was advised to have them swap out car and if they are not willing to comply file a lawsuit. My suggestion is if you want to buy from this dealership be prepared to be scammed from both the service department and from the management. By the way I was told that I shouldn't have any issues anymore after they fixed the check engine light the first time. What A JOKE!!! Be warned DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP and if you do make sure you thoroughly check your car before you pull off the lot.

After visiting multiple dealerships, looking at many different car makes and models, I would walk out after being made to feel that I needed to rush and make a decision on the spot to buy a car or I would loose what they said was a very good deal. I had passed by Multi Chevrolet dealership and decided to give it a try. I had a very pleasant experience with Mr. Cyril McGough, he was very helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a car. He did not give me the feeling of being rushed or swindled as I felt with so many other car salesman. I felt very comfortable with him and decided to purchase a new Chevy. Two days later my husband and I picked up our new car and the customer service has continued to be great, as we have since received phone calls and e-mails from the staff making sure that we are happy with our purchase.

I took my car to get the brakes changed and the oil changed. I left a file box in the car. Not only did someone break the box due to probably not being able to open it; an item that I had in the box was stolen. I would recommend service as long as you completely clean out your car.

My recent shopping experience with this dealer was the most comfortable and hassle free. I went in on Saturday and traded in my 06 Chevy Tahoe and drove off with a new 2013 Tahoe thanks to my sales rep Cyril Mcgough and his manager Tony and Kevin. Cyril was professional and knowledgeable with the features and options available on the new Tahoe models that made it easy for to decide. Cyril did such a great job in thoroughly going over the features and showing me the different models availables. Cyril was a pleasure I felt very comfortable with such an Irish gentleman whom treated me as a person and not a dollar sign. He listened and understood my needs. My parents had done business with Cyril in the past and when he called me to ask how my 2010 malibu was doing I felt even more comfortable doing business with him. Even though I had never met Cyril before I knew I wanted to do business with him because my parents spoke so highly of him. I wasnt too sure if I wanted to go back to Multi but once I knew he was working there I went to day after he called me. He is a genuine person whom understands a persons needs in this difficult economy. He explained everything to me very clearly, was patient, took his time and did not rush me. I would recommend EVERYONE to Multi and especially to Cyril. The AWESOME Irish brogue was also a plus!

This dealer can not be trusted, bottomline. I was looking to buy this 2001 porsche 911 WP0AA299X1S620567. John Bonner and his "independent mechanic" told me over the phone and in multiple emails the car was in excellent condition and mechanically sound. I took the car under that pretense to have a local porsche dealer inspect the car. The car arrived almost an hour late. 3 hours later I got a call back from the local Porsche dealer and in their quote words the car was a lemon and needed a new transmission, rear tires, frame damage, leaking oil etc. In addition, they ran an IMS inspection to examine the bearing that was leaking oil as well as metal fragments. This could possibly lead to engine failure. The cost to replace and repair this car was quote from the porsche dealer "you don't wanna know". Most of the representives did not have positive experiences with this dealer. When I told Multi Chevy about the issues their tone immediately changed. John Bonner informed me (not even being a Porsche dealer) that these issues were not necessary to replace. I came from out of town and it took the dealer 4 days to get back to me after I sent them an email. John Bonner's response was I should had the car inspected before I drove up? Maybe I took your word under good faith the car was mechanically sound and wanted to take it for a test drive? Appearently he missed the point that the car already inspected by his mechanic? Most reputatable dealerships would of refunded the inspection/IMS costs and offered another car to look at. The bottomline here is that (after researching) this dealer previous took the car to a Porsche dealer and tried to rig or temporarily fix these issues with their independent mechanic. When a car needs a new trnasmission according to Porsche you can not just replace a seal and call it not necessary to fix. After talking to other dealerships in the area, this dealer is notorious for this. Being an attorney this will be an easy case to file and get refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM MULTI CHEVEROLET IN UNION NJ.

My experience with Multi Chevrolet was one of the worst in my life. While my sales person was nice, she had little experience or knowledge of the vehicles or the car sale process. Not her fault, but she got no support from senior staff. Her manager, Kevin Hayes was the opposite of every salesperson I've ever dealt with - rude from the start, surly and unfriendly. After keeping me waiting for over an hour to "crunch numbers" he didn't even know what vehicle I was buying. When I commented on this he threw me out, screaming profanities at me. If I were a man sitting in front of him I would bet my bottom dollar his behavior would have been much different. On top of that, it took almost 3 weeks to get my deposit back. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone unless this manager is long gone.

My husband and I were looking for a used car for our son this past weekend. We happen to be in the area and stopped at this dealership. Brian approached us in a friendly manner without being too over zealous. We told him our price range and he said he would work with us. We found a trade in that was not prepped yet and asked us to come back the following week and the car would be cleaned and checked. We returned after speaking with Brian on the phone. We couldn't believe how beautiful the car was. He and the team worked out a great deal and we left within 2hrs. We wish there were more dealerships like this, especially more Brians!!

We walked into this dealership for the first time recently, having a general idea that we needed a new car very soon. The overall positive experience here made it easy and comfortable for us to go ahead and make a same day purchase. We would not have acted so spontaneously without the very friendly and informative service provided by Joseph, not to mention the good deal he gave us on a trade-in of our old car and the overall pricing. I am located in Alpharetta, Georgia & was shopping for a SL65AMG. I looked online for availability of this vehicle & saw a car I was interested in at Multi-Chevrolet in NJ. I have never shopped online for a vehicle. I had no knowledge of Multi-Chevrolet. I contacted them via email. Eileen Amato, of Multi-Chevrolet, replied the same day. The vehicle I was interested in had an original Sticker price of $189,680. This is not the type of automobile one purchases without a trust between the dealer & myself. After several days of questions to Eileen & quick, accurate responses, I decided to pursue the vehicle if, in fact it was what they claimed. I never felt pressured & Multi-Chevrolet including John Bonner (SM), David (GM) and Alex (FM), were as professional & forthcoming as one could want. I placed a deposit on the vehicle & set a time to come up & view the automobile. John Bonner, sent additional pictures of what he felt might be ANY possible objections I may have before making this trip. It was obvious to me at that point, John & Multi-Chevrolet had experience working with exotic, expensive cars AND most importantly, experience knowing the concerns & how finicky those of us pursuing these types of vehicles could be. John sent photographs of even the smallest mark on the vehicle which may have been a deal breaker in order to insure I was aware of the complete profile of the vehicle. Further, besides the car fax, which is a good barometer, but not everything one needs to make a decision of this magnitude; John gave me millimeter paint specs which are determined by a magnetic pull-off electronic gauge which measures thickness of paint in millimeters on the automobile. These gauges are used in the auto industry to verify the vehicle's paint thickness matches the manufacturer specifications, insuring the user of this device the vehicle has not had any body damage, as the thickness of the paint would not be congruent throughout the vehicle. The SL65AMG I was viewing original paint specs should be between 4 & 6 mm throughout. Any more or less would indicate paint work had been performed. The vehicle was immaculate. I visited Multi-Chevrolet on a Monday. They were extremely hospitable & showed me other exotic vehicles available. Their staff was very professional. NEVER did I feel pressured or uncomfortable about the vehicle I was considering. My deposit was always refundable if I decided not to purchase the vehicle. I paid for the vehicle with a check & their finance manager secured a very reliable 4 year, 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty at an extremely reasonable price. I called the company offering the warranty to insure the coverage I wanted was included. This was verified & extremely important, as with most exotic vehicles, because at the end of the day, I was purchasing an unknown. I felt it mandatory that IF there were problems,(other than normal wear)which should be minimal, as the vehicle I was interested in had only 5,800 miles on it, there would be a verifiable warranty in place. This vehicle, as with any high end performance exotic, could have unknown mechanical issues which could cost tens of thousands of dollars. With ANY vehicle, even new, you are throwing the dice after you take ownership. I purchased this SL65 AMG, had it brought down in an enclosed carrier, & must say, this first time online purchase of a very expensive vehicle, could not have gone more smoothly. All items were supplied with the vehicle. John Bonner has contacted me several times since the purchase to make sure all is well. My father bought a car from this dealer, so I though I check it first. I was very satisfied with the first car I saw, it was a 2012 sonic. Even after going to another dealer I came back to this one. I love the on-star and XM radio abilities. so, I got a good deal on a "like new" car (only had 620 miles) on it. Like any dealer, there is always the pressure of buying a car. But, non once did the salesmen pressure me to any particular car; and what very informative about the chevy line of cars, of what you get with each car.

I took my truck for service and it was a total nighmare. I had scheduled an appointment for oil change with tire rotation and to resolve a rust issue with my front passenger door jam. After a week of back and forth discussion because they thought my truck had been in a accident it was approved. My truck was promised back in about a week. After two weeks I received a call stating it was ready, when I arrived,I inspected the work and it looked like my 3yr old had painted it with a paint brush. I refused to accept it and it took another ten day before it was returned in satisfactory conditions. When I finally recieved my truck back I notice that the right rear tire that I had plugged prior to taken the truck to the dealer was still in the same spot. I checked the oil and it was a quart short. I went back to dealer the following day to have the issues resolved. The Service manager apologized and stated that they had other issues with the same tech that had worked on my truck and he was no longer employed by them. He stated they would rotate my tire and top off the oil. When I recieved my truck back it had been washed too. Satisfied I left. At home after parking my truck I notice that the right rear plugged tire was still in the same position and so was the tire with curb rash. Now I'm fuming because I'm positive the tire were not rotated. I went back to the dealer and spoke with General Manager David Alesso, he then rounded up the current tech that worked on my truck with service manager and the dispatcher Eric. They all stated that tires had been rotated but could not explain why two tires had gone to same position. I told and showed them the right rear tire still had the plug and the front tire had the curb rash from my driveway. GM became upset and stated that I was just causing trouble and the I was a "Pain in the ass customer, that didn't even buy the car from his dealer". I told him because they did not have the truck with the options I wanted and when I found it online they did not want to trade with the other Chevy dealer that had it. I actually drove 150 mile south of Multi Chevrolet in Union to Little Egg Harbor by Atlantic City to Bennett Chevrolet which had no problems going to upstate NY to pick up the truck I wanted. GM David Alesso blew a fuse and told me to go "Fat#k myself,he never wanted to see me or my truck again, even if it broke down right outside his dealer driveway he would refuse the service." I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy for sales or service. I would rather drive the 150 miles to south jersey to Bennett before setting a foot back in Multi Chevrolet.

I was referred to Joe B. at Multi Chevy from a family member who purchased from him in the past. Joe walked me through every step of the way. Unlike other salesmen, Joe didn't pressure me to "walk out" with the car. He made sure I liked the car and worked on the numbers for me so I can be happy driving my vehicle out. I had a great expereince purchasing virtually new Infiniti M56x at an astounding price. Cyril McGough was curteous, funny and honest in all his dealings with me. Nagotiations for my trade in were a little more contentious, but that's to be expected and in the end we were all satisfied with the deal.The final astounding thing was that the F and I manager got me a loan rate lower than my own bank!I would reccommend this dealership to anyone.

It was kind of a happy surprise.Bottom line: Buying a car is usually a stressful situation dealing with the push and pull of salesmen, dealerships, managers during negotiations.. but our experience at Multi (and with Jose) was reasonable.We know that this is not charity and that salesperson and company needs to make a living too. When everyone is on the same page with that; it shouldn't be surprising that the sale was made in a few hours.Jose listened to our needs and provided exactly what we wanted. We will definitely refer our friends.

I found a used Saturn online and went to check it out at this dealer. The car looked good but I wanted to have my mechanic check it out. The salesman said no problem, and the next day he drove the car from Union to my mechanic's shop in Edison. My mechanic checked it out and said the car was in good shape so I bought it. I picked it up on Saturday and drove it over the weekend- so far so good.

I was greeted quickly and in a friendly manner. I was given a fair price on my trade-in and on the new Camaro that I bought. I was supposed to pick up the car on Friday, before hurricane Irene hit my area. When I called Randy to tell him I would pick up the car after the storm, he was very understanding. Randy went over all the features of my new car with me and told me I could come back any time if I had any additional questions. The car was very clean when I picked it up.The other people I dealt with were also very nice and accomdating.I would definitely recommend Multi Chevrolet to my friends.

Joseph and Charles worked as a team to make sure we were taken care of. Charles met with us initially when we placed our order for the 2012 Chevy Equinox. He kept us updated as to the status of the car being built and shipped. Once the car came in, Joe clearly communicated to us the paperwork that was necessary to complete the transaction so that we could pick up the car swiftly due to our hectic weekday schedule. He was proactive and helped us along every step of the process. Both gentleman were informative and friendly. Today I dropped my truck off at Multi-Chevrolet and noted my mileage. The last time I brought it in I suspected they may have driven it as I had a full tank of gas, but when I picked it up it had 3/4 of a tank of gas. Today, however, I was prepared as I wrote down my mileage. Due to my concern however of the work performed, I was paying attention to the ride more than anything on the way home. When I did check the mileage I saw the truck was driven 12 miles!!! That's right someone over there drove my truck 12 miles!! I immediately called them and they feigned innocence saying they did not know anything about it. I asked, "you wrote down the mileage, right?". They said they didn't. Come on, what dealership, does not write down the mileage! They were wrong what they did, very wrong!!! Hey, if there was a crash or something like that there'd be more proof right? All in all they are a bunch of overpriced liars. You can't trust them. Taking your car there for service would be a big mistake.

We went to Multi after a very bad and terrible experience with another dealer in the central NJ. We had no confidence at first when entering Multi as we had no idea about this dealership beforehand, but this feeling changed very fast after we talked with Cyril about our intention to purchase a new car and how the previous dealer tried to take advantage of us. His sympathy in our experience made us feel respected again as customers, and more importantly, his professionalism soon made us full of expectation again for a new car with a great price! The kind help and offer from him and his boss (please pardon me for not remembering his name) finally made our dream come true! We are absolutely happy and satisfied with the service we were provided!

I had been working with Joe Bacharde for the last several months on looking for a used vehicle. I had a limit of what I could spend and he was more than helpful and patient with me all along. I would defenitely recommend that dealership in general (I did meet w/ some of the other salesman) but I would highly recommend Joe Bacharde as the salesman to meet with. It is very important for a customer to feel comfortable in their purchase and not rushed during the whole sale.

Everyone in the dealer from Mike Cortese to Oz to the finance person was fantastic. I was treated with respect and honesty. They went beyond what could be expected, especially when buying a used car, to make sure that I would be happy. They did things to the car that I did not even ask for. There were no high pressure sales in the showroom or in finance. I was never pressured to do anything and that is why I drove 70 miles to deal with them. Mike made sure the car was in excellent shape when I drove off the lot and the finance person was able to get me a fantastic rate. Mike was very professional and really looked after me and my family. It wasnt just about the sale, it was about making sure the customer, me, was happy. I will go back and I encourage everyone to check this dealer out before you buy anywhere else.

I saw a car on the internet for sale at Multi Chevrolet route 22 in Union I had my 79 year old father with me anticipating a short look and then go to dinner. Well to my surprise we were greeted in the parking lot by Brian Toal who introduced himself professionally and honestly showed us the best cars that he thought would fit my needs, which by the way was a different car that I went there to see. He had me driving it within minutes and without any pressure I made a offer on the car, Brian came back and gave me another number which was excellent and the deal was done. The paperwork was completed in no time and i was back the next day to pick up my new car. My new car was detailed and everything was explained to me explicitly, Brian knew this car inside and out and by the time I drove it away so did I. I have already recommended this dealership to all of my coworkers and friends my father was so impress with how nice and professional the staff was at Multi Chevrolet he said he's buying his next car from them. I am only writing this because i honestly was very impressed with the professionalism and friendless that I experienced from this dealership and want others that are making such a big expensive decision to know that the staff at Multi Chevrolet will treat you fair and truly wants you the customer to be happy and a repeat customer which they have gained with me. Its was so refreshing to have such a pleasant experience with no BS.

I had no problems.It was a straightfoward purchase,and it was done in a timely fashion.I qualified for the 2.9% financing,so I didnt like being asked "how much do you want to pay per month".Lets negotiate a price for the car and the monthly payment will be dictated by that was my response,and that is how we proceeded.All dealerships try to use that tactic,so it wasn't such a terrible thing.Overall,I would say to anyone looking to purchase any of the terrific new vehicles in the Chevrolet lineup that live in Northern NJ,definitley go to Multi Chevrolet.They gave me no reason to say stay away.2011 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ with RS package

I had a deal with another dealer, when I went to sign my docs the price was higher than originally negotiated so I ended up going to Multi Chevrolet. I met with Cyril McClough and test drove a vehicle and closed the deal that day. Cyril was a pleasure to work with, extremely professional... and has a great sense of humor. There was no smoke-in-mirrors when the time came to close the deal and I actually got my vehicle at a great price. I have recently leased a new Chevrolet Malibu from Multi. I previously leased my chevys through Sullivan Chevrolet, but that dealership closed in 2009. Mr. Mc Gough was my salesman with my last two vehicles at Sullivan. So when I found out he was over at Multi I went there this past May for my next new car. Cyril and Multi did in excellent job in getting me into a vehicle that meets all my current needs. I plan on going back there again for my next new Chevy later this year!

In March, I bought a brand new Traverse from Multi Auto Mall. I had never been to the dealership previously so I had no knowledge of anything about the dealership. Randy Mcleod was the sales person who assisted us and he was phenomenal in serving us. My wife and I were very satisfied with his service and have not been happier as customers. When walking into the dealership, we informed Randy of our need to buy a new SUV. He was very efficient in informing us of the SUV options that were in our desired price range and helping us to identify/purchase a new SUV. I enjoyed his service so much that I returned to buy a vehicle for myself two months later in May. He was not available at the time so Joseph Bacharde assisted me. Joseph was also very phenomenal in serving me. When I walked into the dealership, I informed him of my interest to buy a newer model Chevrolet Impala (I owned a 2003 Chevrolet Impala at the time). He was able to quickly able to identify a vehicle that he thought would be suited for me and help me to purchase the vehicle. During both of these visits, I worked with Tommy D from finance regarding the financing for the vehicles. He was great in finding us good financing deals within our desired monthly payment and informing us of all the details behind the financing contracts. Overall, I would definitely return to Multi Auto Mall to purchase vehicles and would not hesitate to refer anyone to them.

After searching they call me back quickly and tell me to come in to look at the car. Was reasonable with price since it was a new car. You know that going to a car dealership can be a pain.I just want to say that it was a rather pleasant experience going to multi chevrolet.They were there to help us get the car we wanted and im talking about from managment to the salesperson.They were very friendly and when it came to a price that we wanted they agreed with us. It was a lease and the price we wanted they made sure we got it at that price.This is our second time leasing from there and after our three years are up again we will be going back.

This dealership is truly a hidden gem.I dealt with Dave Alesso and two additional members of his team, having purchased a 2009 Lexus GX470. The truck was in amazing shape, detailed and delivery felt like I was getting a brand new vehicle (carfax and all) The price was very competitive, I could not find a lower price on a comparable vehicle. While waiting, my son was offered a doughnut and got to sit in a convertible, these guys really treated us well.I received 2-3 follow-up calls - up to three weeks after purchase from Ciro (spelling?) asking about my satisfaction and seeing if I had any questions at all - nice touch.Can't say enough about Dave and his team. I have referred others and will be back for my wife's next car.Shop around if you need to, but Multi Chevrolet was the best experience I've had when buying a car.

I have purchased 2 used GMC trucks through Muliti Chevrolet and have been extremely happy with both trucks. The staff was very helpful and honest. They were sure to go over the car fax results which helped me feel comfortable with my purchase. Their pricing was great and I have never had a problem servicing the vehicles.I felt comfortable enough with the dealer that when an Aston Martin was for sale I had no problem buying it from them. The car was pitched as like new and upon inspection it was well represented. I knew when I bought the car that Mulit Chevrolet was not able to service the vehicle due to it's very unique requirements, but they set me up with a local authorized mechanic and even followed up with both myself as well as the mechanic to make sure my annual service was going well.Since I just picked up the Aston from an annual service and was so impressed that Multi continued to help me with a car they sold a year ago and were not making any money from the service, that I felt compelled to thank them for their continued outstanding attention to me as a customer by posting my great experiences. I can't say enough about Mr. Alesso and the entire staff. I have recommended them to my friends and family whom have all thanked me for it. Bottom line... great prices, great service, and very HONEST!I will be back for my next car!

In August of 2010 went to Multi Chevrolet dealership to see a used car. Discussed deal with salesman. Car needed some repairs. Was guaranteed all repairs would be made if purchased. Agreed upon price, with all repairs made and as a GM Certified vehicle, as advertised online. Salesman said sales ran our credit with banks and obtained a 6% interest rate for our purchase. Agreed to 6%. Then stated would finalize paperwork in two days after vehicle was prepped and ready for pickup. Stated they would try and obtain a lower rate during that time but it would absolutely not be higher than 6%. Submitted a deposit of $200 upon request, understanding all repairs would be made and interest rate would be 6% or lower. Despite follow-up calls, we did not receive notification that car was ready for pick up until a week and a half later. We went there to finalize purchase. Told us all repairs were made except the rear brake lens because it had to be ordered, although we were told on phone that that was done. Upon look-over, all items appeared fixed accept for a deep scratch and rear lens. Told us lens was ordered and would be in within 2 days. Handed a matching touch-up paint pen for self repair of scratch. Unprofessional, but overlooked due to good price. When sat down with finance to finalize paperwork, saw that they had issued me a 9.5% interest rate. Argued. Salesman verified I was promised 6%. Finance guy stated wasn't possible and shouldn't have been promised. Then had to fight to receive the GM Certified warranty it was advertised with. Showed the ad as it was online (from my phone) and received it as a GM Certified. Also at time of signing, I noted the light still needed to be replaced as a condition of the sale. Left dealership with new vehicle. Was approximately 5 miles down highway when realized there were apx 220 miles more than what was on the odometer at time of deposit. The odometer statements the dealer signed also listed the mileage as it was the day of the deposit. Looked through paperwork to see if I had any proof that these people put over 200 miles on a car that I had already put a deposit on, and found a copy of the carfax the finance employee gave me at time of sale. The carfax shows the excess mileage as it differed from the odometer statement with the same dates. Immediately called and spoke with Manager. No one offered any explanation and have yet to receive credit for or an explanation for those 200 plus miles. Within the first week of owning the vehicle, discovered items were not fixed as promised; they were made to only appear to be. Additionally, new problems arose. The mechanism cover of the 3rd row seat was set to hide that the bracket was never fixed as promised. The entire latch bracket was still missing. The second row seat still did not fold properly. Three of the four tires slowly went flat (and continue to do so) even after filling. The front right door hinge was discovered to be rusted and warped , making a loud sound when opening and closing. Then, within the end of the third week, the door that was said to be repaired would not close all the way 50-60% of the time it was open and closed. Called numerous times. Forced to leave messages with manager. Salesman stated they would fix everything when we brought in to get lens replaced, once they received it in mail.Over a month went by (after numerous messages left and phone calls were made) before we received notification that the lens was in and ready to be installed. Wife went (with our two babies) to the dealership (which is 30-40 minutes away), as scheduled, to have lens replaced and to pick up new plates. Upon arrival as scheduled, was told "they couldn't find the replacement part in the back and would have to mail it to us for self installation if [we] couldnt come back again." They said they could not fix other problems at that time either. Upon receiving her plates, the dealership told wife that she had to pay an additional, "unavoidable and unforeseen" $25.00 charge for the plates because someone missed it or made a mistake when [we] bought the car. Asked how this could be, knowing all motor vehicle charges were done at time of sale. Employee coerced her to pay the money for the plates. Employee did not give her any documentation for the reason of the charge. I believe this was a fraudulent charge. I called and asked about the charge. Was told she shouldnt have been charged and that he would talk to a manager to look into it.Over a month and a half after purchase , none of the repair issues were addressed by the dealership. Following yet another message left for manager, we actually received a call back. Manager left msg stating he had the new rear brake lens and we could pick it up at any time. I called back twice to address this and the other issues to no avail.In the beginning of October, the second rear passenger door broke. Neither door would shut all the way. Less than a wekk later, the second door broke completely as I pulled into work. Would not shut at all. Loud warning signal alarm sounded continuously. I had to report to work leaving my van unsecured in the parking lot for two hours. I went outside on my first break and had to disconnect the door in order to slide it closed. This door slid open while driving home. Worse yet, the loud audio alarm sounds non-stop, while driving. Have not been able to transport my family in our new car since then, as rear doors are broke and the audio alarm is too loud. Combine these issues with the tires that slowly deflate, this vehicle has been unsafe and unusable by wife or I when transporting the children.Just prior to the second month after purchase, I called and asked for a different manager. Spoke to a man named Carlos. Carlos stated he was extremely sorry for all the problems but could not provide the answers as to why the repairs werent made or new ones surfaced. He instructed us to talk to salesman again, arrange a time to come in, and that they would put us into a new car altogether. Spoke to salesaman and met with him and Carlos in October. They stated they looked through their inventory and found only one vehicle that matched the criteria. When we looked at the car, we saw that although it was a year newer, it was a base model and lacked all the features the vehicle we purchased had. No roof-rack, power seats or other power controls. It also had stock plastic hub caps instead of aluminum wheels, lacked storage compartments our vehicle had, etc. Both agreed it lacked the features our vehicle had; stated they would instead purchase a car from auction that had every feature ours possessed as a replacement vehicle,an even trade. They asked for one weeks time to do this. I was forced to oblige and drove home in the broken vehicle with the loud alarm soundingagain. After not receiving a follow-up call mid-week, as promised, my wife called and spoke to manager. Was promised they had been working on a particular car and guaranteed they would have it for us by 10:30 am that Friday. My wife called and asked to speak with them numerous times. Eventually my wife called and spoke to manager. He admitted they had not purchased a car for us. He stated that they were only doing that as a courtesy for our problems anyway, but added that if we came in later in the day, he would have the salesman put us into something on the lot. He further assured her that it would be at the same cost as the car we purchased.Taking two vehicles, once again, my family and I drove up to the dealership.Salesman once again apologized for all the troubles and said that someone in purchasing never followed up with the replacement they were getting from auction for us. Salesman then presented us with a complete inventory list of their dealership. We spent about an hour looking at different vehicles with him, but eventually decided we would just accept the one they originally offered us. A little while later, salesman stated the finance office was closed for the evening but pulled our file, talked to a manager, and promised that they would have all the paperwork squared away by the next morning. Stated he would have us in the new car by 1030 am that Saturday morning.After not receiving a call, my wife called them. Salesman stated they were merely working on the numbers and talking to banks. He reassured us that we would have the replacement vehicle. At 2pm of the same day, my wife called and got told they were still working on the numbers. At 3:30 pm I called and spoke with the top manager, Tony Izzo. He stated that the receiving the replacement vehicle was never an option. He said receiving ANY vehicle as a substitute was never an option. I asked why we were told otherwise on more than one occasion. I asked why we drove two vehicles up on more than one occasion ,as per them, to look at and test drive other cars for this very purpose. I asked why we were waiting for an auction purchase for over a week if one was never going to be made. I asked why our certified vehicle was never repaired but promised to be replaced if this was the case. I asked why they waited to 3:30 in the afternoon following the night of our last trip up to tell us they werent actually working on the numbers. We wasted a lot of time, gas money, and even rearranged plans for no reason. This dealership blatantly lied to us, scammed us, wasted our time and money, caused us much stress, has failed to make the repairs as promised and has yet abide by their contractual warranties. They have ignored a claim filed with the Better Business Bureau. The refuse to answer how the 200 plus miles were put on the vehicle after I had a deposit on it. No one has answered what the additional $25.00 charge for the plates was. And they care not that this vehicle is unsafe and virtually unusable since a month after purchase.
