The straight forward nature of the conversations regarding the car (features and dollars) put us at ease. I usually do not write reviews, however my last service appointment at Orange Coast Infiniti was outstanding. Temo Hernandez was outstanding. He was there waiting for me when I arrived and always greets me with a smile. He told me to get a bagel and coffee while he was writing up my service invoice. I told him I had another appointment to go to and he promise my car would be ready within two hours. He had a driver take me home. Two hours later, I got a call saying my car was ready. But to my surprise, Temo had two of his service people deliver my car to my house. When I went outside there was my car, washed and ready to go. Temo thank you for the exceptional service.

I took my G35 to OC Infiniti for a 60K service. Temo Hernandez wrote the work order and he was very detailed on what needs to be done. Cost was very reasonable. Pick up my car on time and explained all works performed on my car. Facility is very clean. Good job to Temo.

This dealership pulled a bait and switch on me. I went in twice. The 1st visit was for a quote on a trade-in and another quote to purchase / lease a 2014 Q50. I was quoted $43,000 for the Q50 premium with leather and the deluxe touring package. On my second visit, I was quoted $43,500. I accepted the $500 increase and decided to lease the car. (We spent well over 2 hours over price, payments, leasing and financing etc etc.) Upon reviewing my lease contract (after I got home, my fault I know), I noticed that instead of the $43,500 we agreed upon. I was charged close to MSRP for the car.They did apply some discounts / credits to the MSRP pricing. Which dropped the price to a little over $45,500. That's about 2k more than what we had originally agreed upon. So my monthly payments ended up being a little over $100 more than what I was originally quoted when I was with sales. I went back for a contract review and was told by the finance guy that he would talk to Corporate and see what they could do about it. He would call me back on Monday.Never heard from him again. So be careful when you go to these guys. They will run you down and get you tried and ready to leave. Then pull a fast one on you at signing. I would avoid this dealership. My previous car was a G35 coupe. Had my new tires mounted here and they scraped / scratched every single rims with their tire mounting machine. Oh yeah, I also didn't get a 3k loyalty discount for some reason. Which should be applied to new purchases / lease if you own or previously owned an Infiniti vehicle.

I found the car on Cars.com and was contacted by Jim Lee of OC Infiniti. We came to terms over the phone and when i arrived at the dealership the deal went just as discussed. No haggling, no changing of the terms and no hassles. I was in and out inunder 2 hours. Very easy car purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best Buying experience with minimum time wasted. The new Q50 was prepared very fast from the time the car arrived from the port to dealer. It took less than a day for complete the car for delivery.

Had my 3 cars inspected - 27 point inspection, did great job and fast. I buy all my parts at this dealership as the parts dept is experienced and friendly.

I have an Acura and went to see this dealer that is in my area. I took a car on a test drive and before I pulled out of the drive way I told Bruce that this car was low in gas. None. Bruce said it's ok we keep very little gas in the cars. Ok so we pull out make a right turn and make it passed the first light and the car turns off due to no gas. Once we pulled over into the next shopping center Bruce has to call his store. He forgets his phone on his desk, bad sales man, so I lend him mine to use. After 20mins we are still waiting for some gas. No one shows up so we walk back to the store. Then a couple days later when the call me to offer me a price on my Acura TL w/HPT they try to offer a super low price. I don't think anyone should deal with this dealership beacuse they are unprofessional and don't respect the customer..ThanksJ

Brought in my FX35 for Service and had a very positve experience. They were extremley professional and couteous during my visit. All the work was done in a timely manner and came in at the price I was originaly quoted. While waiting to pick up my vehicle I started looking at the new models. I was greeted by a salesperson (Sorry forgot his name) and told him I was really not looking for a new car at this point, but this did not stop him from showing me around the dealership and explaing the new construction going on and showing the new vehicles Infinity has to offer. I was very impressed with him and the new lines of vehicles he showed me. At this point I am contemplating revisiting the dealership and purchasing a new FX. I was very happy with my experience at OC Infinity

I tend to over research most purchases, especially true when looking to buy a big ticket item like a car. My wife and I had a pretty good idea of what we wanted in our next vehicle and had spent considerable time shopping several mid to high end vehicles, which included spending time at other high end dealerships throughout SoCal. We met our salesperson Konstantin and the sales manager Randy shortly after arriving at Orange Coast. Right from the start both of them did something that most car sales people should take a lesson in.....listening with their ears and not their mouths. First impressions are obviously important and my initial impression was very different from all other dealers I had visited during the weeks prior. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and were more than helpful in finding what we wanted. There was no attempt to sell us something we weren't interested in, happily doing an area search for a vehicle with options and color we were considering but did not have in their lot. They also were very patient as my wife and I made a final decision on options and color. The negotiations were straightforward and were unlike any other I have experienced while buying a car. There was absolutely no pressure at any point during the process. We ended up with our dream car at a very reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend Orange Coast Infiniti to prospective Infiniti owners. I am hoping our future relationship with this dealer will be the same as the buying experience. I have bought a ton of vehicles in my day and this was by far the best experience I have ever had!My salesman was Tommy who was very helpful and imformative. When we got down to the numbers is was not uncomfortable for one second. I told them where I was at, and they told me where they were at. We finally agreed on all the numbers and at this point I was dealing with Randy (GSM) who was also a great guy.I want to point out that I drove up from San Diego for a particular vehicle, and by the time we got there it was already a long day if you know what I mean.I would definatley recommend this dealership to anyone and I am kind of bummed I really cant refer people to them simply because of distance. But I feel it is important to write a review of the quality servie me and my family got at Orance Coast Infiniti.
