Outstanding service. Wait times are not bad also. They have free coffee and water. TV plus a late model Caddy in the showroom to gawk at. Bill the Service Mgr is a great guy. I was an hour late for my apt and still got in. He noticed my car needed an inspection before I even mentioned it. Had some other issues. All taken care of. Melissa is awesome also. Friendly courteous and smiling. She has an appreciation for nice vehicles, and always is so flexible with scheduling. Knock the dealers all you want. Otto Cadillac is in a class of their own with Melissa and Bill. I’m convinced. I will be taking both my Caddy and Sky there for service.

I'm not from the area and broke down outside of Albany. Otto Cadillac got my car in the next business day and fixed multiple issues to have it back on the road in one week. Very timely, great communication, professional, and obvious that they care. Thank you!

If you are looking for a new car then Otto Cadillac is the place to go. Michael was the best car salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not pushy, very easy going, and knowledgeable regarding the vehicles looked at. Anyone looking for a new car knows that some dealerships like to play games and will try to slip unnecessary fees into the sale of the vehicle. The staff at Otto Cadillac are very straightforward and don't play any games. I will be referring my family and anyone else I know looking for a car to Otto Cadillac for their future purchases.

OTTO and Service Manager Bill M. disgusting, GM allowed them to get away with it. GO somewhere else. BILL needs termination!! NOW. After going to OTTO for my 1998 Eldorado service needs for about 3 years, they hired a new Service Manager. Bill Mclean, he overcharged me "13" oil filters on 1 oil change, I caught the simple mistake a few months later when reviewing my service records. No big deal a simple mistake, I emailed the manger and he said Oh yeah we will take care of it.On my next service visit "Mr Mclean" begins a campaign of retailiation which includes rudeness and over charging. I needed to replace my Northstar engine due to Headgasket. Bill Mclean did everything he could to retaliate during that service and I filed complaints in writing, showing invoices and dates and times of previous retaliation for the 13 oil filter Bill Blunder. But yet Bill still stuck it to me until I finally took my Eldorado Elsewhere forever !!I recently contacted GM but they also faulted in their process and stated "Otto is under new Management" I should contact them. They were contacted fully enough already, Why is BILL STILL EMPLOYED!! Now as of a couple weeks after contacting GM in May or June 2015, OTTO has added 5 ***** star reviews from customers. Verified Customers. Let me put in my review of this Shameless place. I'm a verified customer, it will be a 1 Star. Originally OTTO was impressive, service and people wise... THEN they hired the BILL MCLEAN jerk. OTTO if you read this... march down there and FIRE THIS IDIOT while you still can. Because I'm not done yet. Others on this site and other sites complain about the Idiot too. OTTO you were #1 now you are #1000. SAD!!!!

I made the mistake of bringing my 2008 Saturn Astra to Otto Cadillac. The service manager: Mr McLean is an extremely rude person. Otto is a designated Saturn repair shop. Otto couldn't fix my trailer light harness on my car (for my small lawn tractor trailer) but I was still charged $350.00. Mr McLean then made all kinds of excuses as to why it wasn't fixed from : "it worked when you picked up the car" a few days earlier to we don't have the wiring diagram (Ron the technician gave it to me) and it is an aftermarket product (of course it is). Ron the technician was helpful and explained the Saturn Astra has an oddball wiring set-up with the tail lights and that Saturn doesn't really have much support for trailer wiring. Understood but there are no excuses for rude service managers. I asked to speak with a manger and was told none were available that day.Saturn owners be aware and use caution - my advice go someplace else!

We purchased a 2012 used Escalade from Otto Cadillac. Our salesman's name is Ian. Ian couldn't have been more helpful with our purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the Cadillac. He answered every question I had. There were a few little things I wanted taken care of before we picked up the Cadillac. Everything I requested was completed. Ian, then went through the whole vehicle to show us how everything works. It was great having Ian as our salesman, but it was also very nice dealing with Otto Cadillac. I would recommend this Cadillac dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Cadillac. My next Cadillac will absolutely come from Otto Cadillac. Thanks Ian and Thanks Otto

After convincing my wife not to buy from an out of State dealer, I am regretting it now. After paying a higher price because they are not on the I-95 pricing structure, we went to pick the car up. When my wife questioned the pricing it became an arguement and was told he woulld be happy to put the plates back on our original SRX. He then went on to tell my wife that if she was to have purchased her car from an out of state dealer, that Otto would be required to service it, but if she needed a loaner car she would be on the bottom of the list. There were other issues as well, but the one that bothers me the most is the owner; Chris Otto. My wife had a lengthy conversation with him and I believe he was concerned to what he was hearing and promised to look into it and would get back to her. I hope Chris is OK because he never followed up. UNEXUSABLE.

The facilities are beautiful. The quality of repairs remains to be seen over time. The customer service by the service department was terrible. We were sold a story, "Oh we'll take care of you. Don't worry, we'll work with you on the bill, no problem. I was able to shave some off here and there." The reality is absolutely nothing was done. To add insult to injury, in calling around to other dealers, we've found their gouging to be even more blatant. I had to ask for a car wash which they tried to deny and our 'service tire monitoring system' light was on, plain as day every time you start the car, yet no mention was made nor was it reset (a simple fix). So thanks Otto, but we won't be back and we will be on social media. Best thing you can do is to get rid of your service advisor Bill.

They appear second rate at best. The salesperson was inexperienced and misled me regarding the Cadillac model that I desired. I would strongly recommend researching the possibility of finding your new vehicle elsewhere.

This dealership is a disgrace to the Cadillac brand. The salespeople where not very knowledgeable about the model I was seeking. Thus, I paid a premium price for a vehicle. Although the vehicle is beautiful it is not what I wanted at all-they told me a 2015 car model was not available and sold me a 2014 instead. That sums it up. I will be contacting GM shortly regarding this matter.

I am always able to get an appointment quickly.The staff is pleasant and helpful. I feel I am treated as a valuble customer. I would definitely purchase another car from Otto Cadillac. I think they have a great selection and are willing to find you the car you want if it is not on their lot.

Twice as expensive as nearby dealer, Service adviser "Bill" needs to learn better customer service. Poor attitude. Lied about a service offered for the vehicle. Charged a diagnostic fee for something covered by the included 27 point inspection. Would never go back.

Dealer is great but the Escalade is not. I still DO NOT have my vehicle as there are unresolved problems!!! I am very unhappy. Hope this gets some support to the dealer.

Ian Maher was a poised, well spoken representative who was knowledgeable about his products. He read my demeanor well, which is to say, he did not try to push, cajole or rush me. He was available and tried to make things right. The receptionists were very kind and pleasant.

I was going to just drop off my car for an oil change to pick up later in the afternoon - the service team told me it would be about 1 hour and that I could use an empty office to make a work call. The car was done in less than an hour and I was able to get all work done I needed - overall amazing experience like usual :)

As in the past, I was very pleased with the service at Otto Cadillac. Bill promptly checked me in at my appointment time and very shortly afterwards told me the part I needed had to be ordered and wouldn't be in until the following day. Given the fact that I live an hour and a half away from the dealer, there was no problem giving me a loaner car. I was on my way within an hour. I appreciate the friendly & courteous staff at Otto and everything was A-OK with my car when I got it back.

I was warned not to use this dealership due to poor service, dishonest salespersons, and ridiculous mark up on sales and service but I didn't listen and now I am paying the price.I bought a Certified pre-owned 2008 CTS from OTTO with many issues such as rear end failure at 60k miles, rusted out break lines, bad steering shaft and ECM issues. Major parts that shouldn't fail on a new car. I also bought the extended warranty ($2,200) for add protection but later I found out that this warranty doesn't cover any expensive parts just junk that doesn't matter. Here is an example of how the service department lies and deceives customers. Customer- "hey my car burns a quart of oil every 3k miles" Service- "sir that is incorrect, your car consumes a quart of oil every 3k miles which is normal for a Cadillac". Word play or con artist? The bottom line is a new car with less than 60K miles shouldn't eat a quart of oil unless you have leaks or engine problems... common sense. I feel sorry for the elderly, women or people not mechanically inclined that don't know any better cuz these fools will rob you blindly!

I really like dealing with Otto Cadillac with sales and repairs. This last trip to Otto for repairs ( 60 miles*/- round trip) wasn't totally satisfactory. One issue was my cruise control not working properly. You need to drive my car down a hill to see the problem. I guess with the lack of hills near your dealership it wasn't looked at other than thru the computer. I now will have to drive down again and take one of your guys for a ride on I 90 to show him.

Alex Rogers our salesman was a ten, on a scale of 1 to 10. Very informative and what he didn't know went to a salesman that did know. So we were led right. Not with a bunch of lies! Otto's business manager (Mike) was also super with the financing, and knew what he was talking about. We are very happy with our choice of a cadillac from Otto's.

As always, taken great care of w/professional courtesy & friendliness. For a tire repair I came much further than needed, but service like Otto's will keep me coming back. This visit, only concern was my time was valued by asking if I had time for the car to be washed - which I greatly appreciated - but I wasn't expecting that to take almost as long as the service.

We can't say enough good things about Otto Cadillac. We are very happy with everything- the price on our new car, the trade-in value for our old CTS, and finally the friendly and helpful staff. We love our new 2014 CTS. It is beautiful and the nicest CTS we ever had. We definitely will be a repeat customer and recommend Otto to our friends and family.

Rep was extremely helpful by researching a problem I've had with the remote starter not working since I first purchased the vehicles. Other reps said it was "normal". It was not. In fact the remote starter was faulty and they ended up replacing it. I only wish someone had listened to me for the past 2 years!

This is my fifth Cadillac and am very happy with this car. I have been a CTS owner but decided that I would like to try the ATS as it also has all wheel drive. My deal was crafted by austere LeMon who got me out of my CTS in a timely manner, very professional and businesslike. The Cadillac experience has been a long time goal of mine and have not been disappointed. Now driving my fifth Cadillac, service is very important and again not disappointed. The Service Department is also very professional and the technicians work in a diligent manner to address any concern I have, which has been minimal. Periodic maintenance including oil changes and tire rotations are always made available to accommodate my schedule. If I didn't have confidence in the dealership, I wouldn't continue to patronize and be a customer, and also refer friends and family.

Drove 460 miles roundtrip to purchase from Otto Cadillac. We were replacing our 2000 Cadillac Deville. I found both the right car and Cadillac dealership, in Albany New York. Our salesman Ron was one of the most professional and honest salesman, I have ever met. The used Deville Ron showed us was not only excellent in everyway, he assured us that he would get us the best purchase price he could, HE DID. We are very happy we drove to Otto Cadillac.

Our 2010 Cadillac SRX lease had only 2 months left. My husband checked Otto Cadillac, Albany, NY (our dealer of choice) on-line 2013 Cadillac SRX availability list & luckily found exactly the new vehicle we were hoping to find. We contacted our Otto Sales Consultant Bob Ferraro & he arranged for us to lease the new 2013 SRX 2 month's early. Since we leave for the south early fall Mr. Ferraro afforded us the opportunity to seal our deal in timely fashion. We are very satisfied with all departments of Otto Cadillac.
