I scheduled my appointment with ease. I received a reminder e-mail which I appreciated and my car was taken in on time and my wait time was minimal. My car was washed as a courtesy and all the techs and office staff were pleasant. Overall it was a very nice experience. Great job!

My husband recently passed away and we had an old mini-van that was starting to fall apart. Being alone now, I really wanted a reliable vehicle that would also help me navigate through snow storms. Very please with the dealership staff at Outten,they were all very helpful. Mark Speece , our saleman did an extremely outstanding job with all the questions and issues we had with both trade ins. He work with us on the rebates & discounts that were offered at the time. Explained in detail the car 's features and service offered with the cars. The financial mgr. I went into the dealership with a very low budget. I had gone to several other dealerships before coming to Outten and had been shot down at each one being told that my budget and what i needed wouldnt be able to be serviced. Because of that, i decided to come to Outten as a last resort option since it was the field house sale time. I had no expectation of leaving with a car and after meeting with Chriss and Jeff and having them work hard to get me a good deal, i left with a brand new 2014 Cruze which was my dream car. I am beyond thrilled with the service and professionalism that has been provided by Outten and will continue in the future to recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Outten first.

They inspected my car and checked for the right front axel recall, reviewed the invoice with me, and I was home in Frackville, Schuylkill co. by 8:30 am, so that I did not have to miss any time at my job.

My Chevrolet Sonic was at Outten Chevrolet of Hamburg for "first service" and for annual state inspection. I verified information with service advisor Steve and my car was taken into the service area. All services were completed, my car was washed and I was told my car was finished. The service advisor explained what services were provided and asked if I had any questions. I did have one question whiich the service advisor answered to my complete satisfaction. I come from a family of mechanics so I do know a little bit about cars. It was very nice not to be talked down to just because I'm a girl! !

I went to Outten's for my first service call on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. They changed the oil, filter, rotated the tires, and topped off the fluids. The service personnel were very nice and were very prompt. It was a very cold day (18 degrees) and the service tech kept apologizing that they couldn't wash my car because it might freeze up. This is a free service which I didn't expect anyway, but he told me several times that if I was in the area to stop in anytime and they would wash it for me. Very good experience.

While the majority of the experience was favorable, we still have not received an answer to a question posed a week earlier, nor have we been contacted with an appointment time to have existing front end damage to our new car repaired at the time of purchase repaired in a timely manner. This lack of response gives the impression that once a sale is completed, the customer's perception of the dealership is no longer as important.

I asked the service writer to have my state inspection expire the same time as my vehicle registration. He made it clear that I would need to bring it back for another inspection in less than a year. I agreed and told him I understood and I am willing to pay for the additional emissions in August when my plate expires. I looked at the sticker when I got home and saw it expires in February rather than August. I will make another appointment in August to get the inspection aligned with my registration.

Made the appointment a week before, got and estimate over the phone with the approximant wait time, arrived and not only did it not cost as much as what was estimated the wait time was shorter too. Love that about Outten, thank you! By the way, love the new waiting quarters! Made me very comfortable and kept my husband occupied, the soda and coffee station is a big plus as well!

After looking at cars at a few other places, we were tired and frustrated with sales people pressuring us into a decision we weren't sure we were ready to make. We went to Outten in Hamburg from Bethlehem because my father has had extremely positive experiences purchasing cars there. He introduced us to Jim and Andy, and we could not have had a better car buying experience. We didn't feel any pressure, and felt like Jim was really trying to help us and look out for our best interest. Saying we were "happy" or "satisfied" is an extreme understatement. We could not feel better about our experience and look forward to the time when we will deal with them again for our next car. That being said...our experience at Outten in Allentown was not nearly as positive. The trip from Bethlehem to hamburg was definitely worth it!

The only part that I was not to happy with is that I had to drive all the way back out there to do the paper work because the financial guy was busy. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and informative. As this was my first service here I was informed on how easy it is to bring your vehicle for service. I had a concern that I wanted someone to look at and the service manager listened to my concerns and asked questions to try to get a better idea of what was going on. I was shown to the lounge to wait and they have wifi available and chairs with tables for people who are working on a computer. Everyone was very friendly. My car was in for an inspection and oil change and they even washed my car. That was a nice surprise. I definitely will be having future service needs performed here.
