I was in the market for a specific Dodge Durango RT with certain options, at a specific price point with a trade in, that was proving difficult to find. Outten was recommended to me by USAA and they connected me to Cheyenne who was fantastic to work with from the start. Even though they did not have what I was looking for in stock, she was able to find exactly what I was looking for and at the price I wanted. Her communication with me was excellent throughout the whole process, and it was a pleasure to work with her and all the folks involved during the purchase. I had a trade in that they offered me what I wanted as well. Their dealership seemed very clean, well laid out, and had plenty of nice inventory available on the lot. I will certainly bring my future business to Outten and have already recommended them to others.

They advertise an event from 11 am to 4pm only at 3:45 everything is done with already , then tell you that there were only so many people that could roll the dice, but that is not what the card said I got.Also when we bought our new Town & Country they were very pushy and called us so often andthen lied and said they didn't call I did. They made it hard for us to get the rebate for my lift in the van.They didn't give us any kind of help how anything works. They told us the van had something on and it did not. Then tried to sell us something with the financing that wasn't explanted to us before addingit, then try to tell us it could not be removed and we had to fight to get it removed. Also they actedlike they couldn't tell us how must interest we would be paying on the loan until we signed for the loan.By the way Tom Regis called so often that when I saw on the caller ID it was him I did not answer the phone anymore.

This is my second new Jeep Wrangler from Outten and I couldn't be happier! These folks know their stuff, are upfront, straightforward, and really respect their customers. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish, and both times (this time especially!), I got exactly what I wanted. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, I was more than happy to buy from Outten!As for Bret, he is truly the best! He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Buying this Jeep was different for me this time, because I bought it solo. Thomas Regis made the whole process a fabulous experience. He was the guy who took the time to make me feel so very certain I chose the right vehicle for me. It was a very easy transition. Initially,, I dreaded buying a vehicle but through the process Tom made it relaxing and fun. I am super excited with my new jeep. From the moment that my brother, husband, and I stepped on the lot, Gary Bleecher made us feel welcomed. We told him what we were looking for, what we could spend, and what we had to trade. He explained to us that he would be willing to see what he could do for us. We were unable to stay and talk to him on that day, but we did return to him today to see what he could do for us. Well, we were there for about 4 hours (give or take) and not once did he make us feel rushed or that we were a burden. He was going to do everything in his power to help us leave with what we could and wanted to afford. During the test drive, he explained the car and make-up which made us fall in love with the car even more. The safety features are unbelievable. We shared stories about our lives on the test drive and he made us feel like we mattered. Purchasing our vehicle from Gary Bleecher was a positive experience and I would recommend this dealership and especially this salesperson to purchase future vehicles. 19 year old first time financer here. I had a great experience and it was worth the hour drive. Bret made everything easy to understand and answered all of my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. I had to bring my six year old nephew with me and I thought he would misbehave from being bored through all the paperwork and what not. I thought wrong. Bret kept him entertained and even had him help put the license plate on my new patriot. My nephew enjoyed himself as did I. I highly recommend outten to anyone in my age group just getting established. They won't get you into something you can't afford but will give you the best vehicle fit to your preferences and income. I am very satisfied with my first car buying experience.

Although this dealer did get me into a new car I do have complaints. They seemed to rush me through the deal. They never showed me anything about the car I was purchasing. Didn't put any effort into explaining the features on the car. They rushed me through the paperwork and it seemed that they just wanted to get it done. Almost like they just wanted to sell a car and get me out of there. The salesperson I dealt with was Bruno. Nice guy but not very informative. I give 3 stars because they did sell me a nice new car but the sales department could have made my experience much better!

Let's start by saying between my wife and I we have purchased 9 vehicles personally from Outten, as well as another 4 vehicles purchased by our parents and grandparents over the last 13 years. The parents and grandparents have since stopped dealing with Outten due to lack of professionalism within the sales team and overall customer service and nickel and diming you at service appointments. Today, I will finally be joining them and seeking a new dealer to do business with.Let's start by saying Eli Stump and his lack of personality, choice of words and customer service skills. Lecturing and talking down to my wife about proper Dually tire rotation when he didn't know I no longer had FACTORY wheels and tires on in the first place and CANT TAKE THE FRONTS TO THE REAR AND VISE VERSA. Then the outright bold lie of telling my wife that the diesel preheat recall was being finally being fixed as they spoke that's why it's taking so long for the service, when in reality it wasn't. It was the "oh someone else had theirs done today as well we lost track of parts" speech. Yeah sure Eli. Ok. You realized this at 5:03pm when she called you at 1:30pm as I couldn't cause I was at work. So I then go onto fail inspection for having a bull bar with "2" off road lights attached to it, wired separately on a wireless remote so THEY DONT work with my headlights. I first get told it fails cause they don't work. Oh really? So I tell Eli after they had my vehicle in on appointment now for 9 hours need I remind you, the wireless remote is in the compartment next to the radio and they do work. Well now they see they do work, so now it fails cause they don't have a cover on the lights. You following this. Then it says on my receipt "must be disconnected at inspection or have covers over the lights". Ok so go under the hood, pull the fuse, do your inspection and then pull it onto the lot and I'll plug the fuse back in or better yet to inspect it if it makes you feel better, pop out the battery on the remote so they won't turn on when the button is suppressed. No harm no foul. But on the DMV website paragraph 175.66 states I am in compliance or subchapter F, letter L. They aren't REQUIRED lights. Not to mention though it's the same bull bar THEY install and sell on the 1500 series Rams without covers and pass just fine at inspection on their end before the sale to the consumer. Then it was due to my wheels being "to wide" and sticking out past the wheel wells. It's 1.5 inches. I measured it myself. Like the same off road tires they add on again to the 1500 series to mark up the price and sell us the consumer and install fender flares that the tires still stick out past anyways but will probably fail when you go in for their free lifetime state inspection. Lol. Free my a$$.Now onto my once again software update needed radio cause it's froze on the home screen and don't function. Nope, not this time. It's fried now and, yep, no parts. Keep in mind this is all going on at once here. And last but not least, Outten chryslers famous part that is needed whenever you go in, the almighty air filter is filthy according to Eli. Yeah I'm going to buy that. NOT. This day and age it's truely sad how many people will purposely go out of their way to knowingly screw over someone. The problem with my truck was I took it to Outten expecting the "Family style" customer service and loyalty i have given them over the years and they simply are about dollar signs, not loyalty. I will never return to Outten to do business of any nature after today. You have failed Outten on a very loyal customer. And no don't need a hug, fist pump, bromance talk or pow wow from the general manager either. Keep it.

My son took our 2010 Challenger RT to Outten for a trade-in quote on a new 2015. The salesman he had made a low ball offer on our Challenger and made the comment that "they" sell Challengers like our's, all day long for $25,000. Really? You "guy's" at Outten sell 2010 Challenger's with 12,000 miles, extended warranty thru May of 2018, the high performance mopar package option with the raised hood scoop for $25,000 all day long!So, I had to hear this for myself. So, today August 14th my wife and went to Outten and we looked at several Challengers out on the lot. Not on e were we approached by a salesman. So, we went inside and looked at a Challenger in the show room. Several salesman standing around and nobody ask's us if we needed anything. Finally a young man sitting in a chai, spun around and ask if I needed help? I said, no thanks and he immediately spun back around and continued doing nothing as the other salesmen continued to stand around and do nothing. My wife and I left and we will buy our new Challenger at another dealership who won't insult your trade in and ignore a potential sale.Some dealerships don't care if they sell cars or not! Today, Outten showed us they don't care!My advice, shop elsewhere and don't waste your time with these joker's!

I had the best experience buying my car from Outten Chrysler! I went to Outten's field house sale over the Memorial Day weekend specifically looking for a Mitsubishi Lancer. My boyfriend and I were just walking around the lot and Bill Baker was the first person to help us. He asked what we were looking for and I told him. He didn't mess around and knew that the Lancer sold so he offered to show us cars that were in my price range. One of the last cars he showed me was a 2013 Dodge Dart which was at the higher end of my price range. I never even considered getting a Dodge Dart so my boyfriend and I ended up leaving. Bill gave us his card in case he could help in any way and in case I ended up changing my mind. That day I KBB the car and realized what an incredible price it was! I had to go back. The car had everything I wanted and dreamed of but the only thing was that it was a little bit more than I wanted to spend. As soon as I came back Bill knew I changed my mind. I test drove the car and knew I had to have it. The Sales Manager, The Finance team and Bill hooked me up with payments I could afford without any hassle! Bill Baker and Outten Chrysler went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my Dodge Dart. I had a terrible experience with Outten Kia and was afraid all of the Outten's were the same. I was completely wrong! Outten Chrysler has the best team of people to get you the best deal! Bill was the nicest salesman I have ever met and wasn't pushy whatsoever! I have never been so happy and I'm really grateful that Outten Chrysler was a huge help! I highly recommend this dealership, it's the best in Berks County at the very least!!!

My wife and I drover over 100 miles to this dealership due to them having the exact vehicle my wife wanted and they would not work with us and lost a sale over $28.00. Follow up calls from the salesman was after the fact and we soon found out that the GM Bob Flynn would not allow a dealer trade after learning we had gone to another dealer who was willing to work with us on a price that allowed us to purchase the vehicle. My scheduled maintenance was going to take a long time as I had a V-8 Hemi tune up along with front and rear differential fluid change and an oil change and it wasn't that bad waiting because of the friendly staff who, without even asking, would let me know how far along my vehicle was in being finished. They are so accommodating too, I had to reschedule this twice due to weather concerns and not one bit of problem, they are always happy to help, my business will only be with this dealership period.

I've purchased several vehicles from several different dealers. This was my best experience by far! Bret Bair reached out to me after I did some online research. He was accommodating for my work schedule. I was looking at a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and a Patriot. He took the time to explain each vehicle, sat with me to discuss what I wanted and needed, sand what was most affordable. He didn't try to push any thing extra. I test drive both vehicles, fell in love with the Wrangler. He knew that, and made it happen. He was always straight-forward with everything from the vehicles to financing. We covered every inch of buttons and gadgets on the Wrangler when I test drove, including taking the tops out. When I returned a couple days later with my husband we started the buying process, and I took the Jeep home until all paperwork would be completed. Due to my work schedule, I returned a few days later and in under an hour everything was signed and done. It was definitely the least painful vehicle purchase I made. It's also nice to have free lifetime inspections!I couldn't be happier!

Spent 4 hrs here yesterday buying a new van for $22,000.00 and the detail shop took the van for 2 1/2 hrs and we waited over another hour for them to bring it out. and lmao the vehicle was filthy!!! was never even washed, the interior was full of dirt and pollen, then the sales person had to go put gas in it because they never did?? this is a bit ridiculous to spend this much time at a dealer ship and you leave with a brand new vehicle and it was filthy, my wife spent an hour cleaning it when we got home and she probably did a better job then they would have! So just a little advice if you go here ant they keep telling you you vehicle is being cleaned and it will be right out... expect to clean it yourself!! And i 1st talked to a sales person(bobby shultz) on tuesday he said he would get back to me? never did had to call on sat and have robert dixon help me, and its funny when i was there buying the van monday Bobby shultz was there the whole time and not once came and offered me an apology for not getting back with me....lol

Although they did not have a vehicle on the lot to accommodate me, Eric worked that computer to find me exactly what I wanted, even the color along with a few bones options and well under the price I had in mind. Delivery was within the time frame they set and Eric went over every detail with us. If there was something he wasn't sure about, he said so but then found out for us.There was no pressure. All and all a good experience

Had some mechanical problems that the forman and techs couldnt figure out so i was told that it is a normal noise the engine makes. Was also denied a repair two weeks after purchase unless I paid for it cause they stated it wasnt a warranty item, However, Gary Christman, Service Advisor was very helpful and assisted to his extent. Prices are good but feel the best price for a trade is to low.

I've been shopping around for a jeep for over 6 months. Bret was the ONLY salesman that would actually DEAL with me over the internet. I tried 10+ other places before i found Outten. He promptly answered my emails and didn't give me the run around. He was upfront and honest and seemed motivated to sell me a Jeep. I'm a female, but I wasn't treated differently. The dealership is over an hour from my house, but I made the trip after being assured we could work something out. We did, that day! And I even got more for my trade than I asked for! They kept the dealership open late for me, on a Friday. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. And the service doesn't stop after you buy the Jeep. Bret will still answer my emails promptly!

Aaron did an amazing job. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the truck I bought was the perfect truck for me. He was able to get me the Ram Sport 1500 Crew Cab with the "dope at$$ hood". It has all of the gadgets that I like in a car and is able to pull my boat. If I didn't know any better, i would have thought Aaron had been in the car business for 10 plus years, not 10 months. We had been looking for a first vehicle for my son for the past 3 months and went to countless dealerships and used car lots without finding the right car for the right price. Everything we looked at was overpriced or complete junk for what we wanted to spend and not one of the dealerships we visited gave us any confidence that they would help us find what we were looking for until I spoke to Eric Long from Outten Chrysler. He contacted me a few weeks ago after I had emailed the dealership inquiring about their used cars and SUV's and asked what we were looking for and our price range and said at the time there was nothing available but he would continue to look out and would contact me if he found something that might interest us. Sure enough a week later he called and said a customer was trading in a 2005 Ford Escape that met all our criteria and when the vehicle was at the dealership he would take pictures and email them to me to take a look at. The SUV was in mint condition and had low mileage and even was the color my son wanted. When I called Eric back to discuss in more detail he went far beyond the customer service I had received in all my previous searches. He was honest and up front and said he would work with us if we were interested and I set up an appointment to come in on Saturday, 12/14 to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive and find out if this was the right car for my son. Instead of placing the Ford on the lot for other customers to see Eric kept the vehicle in the back and had it cleaned up and detailed in and out and fully serviced and when we got there the car was even better in person then all the pictures he had sent us. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable and listened to everything we had to say and made sure it was the right vehicle for my son. I was completely blown away by his professionalism and he did an outstanding job guiding us through the entire process. We got a tour of the dealership and met the management and staff and walked away with an amazing experience because the people at Outten Chrysler really care about their customers and made sure we were aware of everything that was going on every step of the way. We saw the CarFax and all the work the Service Dept did when the Ford was traded in to make sure it left the lot in perfect condition for the new owner. My son was very happy and wanted the Ford and Eric spent 20 minutes with him just going over the entire vehicle from top to bottom before we drove off with his new car. Dan from the Finance Dept got us an excellent deal with Ally Bank and we also took a 3 year/36K warranty for added protection and walked away with nothing but a good feeling and new found respect because Outten did such an incredible job from beginning to end. They also had Elizabeth come over and take pictures of my son and daughter with his new car and put it up on the Outten Facebook page with our permission. I highly recommend Outten to everyone regardless if you are looking for a new or used vehicle and they have 3 dealerships within a quarter mile from each other with all makes and models. Eric Long did an outstanding job and my family and I can't thank him enough for all he did to make this possible for my son. The Outten Auto Group is definitely one of the BEST in PA and don't waste you time going anywhere else when you can go to a place where the customer is the main priority and you have people that care about making sure you are happy and find the right vehicle for the right price. Customer satisfaction is number 1 at Outten. Thanks again to Eric Long for a job well done!

Your facility used to be a pleasure to use. As I have stated in previous surveys, I now feel like a number when I come in and am there. The only people that make me feel like a human are the ladies that greet me when I come in and leave. The last time I was in (Nov, 2013), your washed my vehicle (thank you), but no floor board protector was placed in the vehicle. The drivers floor board was wet & messy. I also noticed that I did not get a checkup sheet, you must have discontinued that practice. I wish you hadn't. Now I have to laugh, I received in the mail an advertisement/notice that my vehicle is due for a state inspection, done a couple of weeks ago. Also a nice coupon for tire rotation, also done on the same visit. Could have used the coupon, as I am retired. I admit, I don't get to your facility very often. But I have come to your facility with my vehicles for services & repairs. I wish I could feel as appreciated now as I was when I bought my vehicles at your facility.

I had an overall good experience. I was able to get my discount through the NEA but Outten did not offer me anything and I tried everything. As for the setup I felt I was crammed into a little cubby hole for our discussions. Eric was very kind and he was trying his best to get me the Jeep I wanted and he was successful. The iced tea was out of service and they advertise free cookies but they put like 12 out at the beginning of the day and no more. I even saw an employee taking one for himself. In the end I wanted the Jeep and Eric was able to work with me.

Myself, my husband and two kids came in the evening to trade in a vehicle and get a newer safer vehicle for our family. We had been looking around (for a certain car) and also visited another dealer in the area (Savage Dodge). All I can say is Outten dodge surpassed all my expectations!! They were very friendly, yet professional. Everyone worked together very nicely to get us the car we wanted quickly (since we had the two kids w us). It impressed me is that everyone stayed late (which I felt very bad about) but no one complained. We also didn't have to "haggle" with anyone! They got us what we wanted, and then some. We didn't have to ask for the extra things, they worked with us and the banks, to get us all that we hoped for. Moved to Schuylkill County from Miami Beach, Florida in November 2012. Purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200 S before moving from a dealer in Florida who could not correct the issue of the vehicle pulling to the right on a vehicle with just 53 miles on it in October 2012. Brought it over to Outten Chrysler after moving in November after moving and presented my concerns to Gary who took care of the problem 100% and could not believe a selling dealer could not see the obvious alignment problem with the vehicle. Took care of it at no charge to me. On a second occasion, I brought the vehicle for PA State Inspection, which was performed at no charge. They also performed a TSB for the transmission shifting points at my request (Which was denied at Bob Weavers Chrysler, they stated my vehicle did not need it without even checking the current software) which improved shifting in my vehicle. I can honestly say that when it comes to new car stores they tend to charge more than an independent repair shop. But the red carpet customer service I was offered at this location will keep me coming back for years for all my vehicle maintenance. I don't mind paying a little more when I receive such high level of attention to detail. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this location to any Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/RAM customer. My 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 was in for the first service and everyone from the salesman who sold me the truck to the service attendant and the entire staff were very helpful and very friendly, and even though I purchased a used truck I was treated like a VIP, they could not do enough for me. Most dealers would have given me a sub-compact car to use but not Outten, I was given a fairly new Chrysler 200 that was loaded, the people that work there are fantastic and the dealer service was second to none!! If you need a vehicle I highly recommend the Outten family of Dealerships, you will not get a better deal and you will not get better service anywhere else, this will be the ONLY dealer I do business with ever again!!!

I've been taking my 2002 Town and Country to Outten for 4 or 5 years and have never had a disappointing experience. Andy is my "go to" service advisor. He is quite good at helping me understand the why and what of any repair work that should be done. The new waiting area is a great improvement, and I love it that there is a shuttle service (with a very pleasant driver) available, if needed. All the staff in the service area has always been quite courteous and helpful.

Because of the terrific job Jon did when I bought my Ram in 2011, I made sure I went to him when we bought the Jeep. He knows his job inside out, made us very comfortable with the whole buying process. My Dodge Ram had to be ordered, and this process took time as I was fussy about what I wanted. I had originally gone to outten to look into getting a dodge dart. However when I got to the lot I fell madly in love with a '06 ford mustang. I wasnt sure how things were going to work with insurance and persuading my parents into letting me buy this car, but John was so wonderful and helpful I drove off the lot with my mustang! He helped me all the way down to finding my own insurance he was amazing and I would reccomend this dealer to anybody!

Steve was very friendly and patient with us while we were trying to decide between new and used. Our credit is not perfect so it makes it hard to get the best interest but Steve was nice and accepting to our situation. We came there knowing we liked the Dodge Dart but didn't know if we could afford the payment. Steve offered other options just in case.After getting approved we still could not make up our minds and I was very relieved with Steves patience. We finally went with the Dart and love it. Our only complaint is that we were unaware that the rear taillights don't light up unless you get that option. That was one of the looks we loved about the car and didn't find out until after we already had the car. I asked if we could have that option thrown in for buying the car, but we were told that we can't. i recently had my van at the dealer for state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation.Carl Wolfe was very nice and polite. I had to bring my 0ne year old grandson with me. The guys in the service area and the sales people were very patient and considerent to me and went out of their way to say hello to my grandson. Carl Wolfe explained the services that were performed on my van and the cost. He was very helpful and pleasant the whole time I was there which was about an hour.I have never before been to a service dept. where everyone is very kind and makes sure I am comfortable during my visit. My husband and I purchased a 2009 Limited Edition Ford Edge this past fall from John. The reason we had went to John in the first place was because he sold us my husband's Dodge Dakota just 1 year prior and we had such a great experience with him, that we wanted to return to him. During both car sales, John was so personal, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. What I can say as a consumer is that many people may get disgruntled by a "pushy salesman". John was quite the contrary from that. He made appropriate statements and comments about each vehicle and sale process when necessary, was again personal, great to work with, and was really concerned not just about making a sale, but about making sure that my husband and I got exactly what we wanted in a vehicle. To have experienced a salesman like this, it made both of our car shopping experiences such a positive one, that I often recommend him to other people, and would definitely return to purchase from him. He explained all the paperwork and processing without trying to "rush us" through just to make a sale, he was more than willing to fully discuss all aspects of the sale and the "in's and out's" of each vehicle. Bought a jeep from Outten County Chrysler three months ago. The vehicle is wonderful but the experience at the dealership is what brought us back there for another Jeep. During both of our visits, we had Steve Dinich as our sales person. He was with us from start to finish, answering any questions we had. It was honestly like working with family, except good. Everyone we dealt with were extremely helpful even if they had nothing to do with the sale. We were in and out with a brand new vehicle in about an hour. I honestly would not consider sending friends or family anywhere else for a vehicle.

My husband was planning a surprise for me as we were pregnant with our 3rd baby and we had a short wheel base T & C. He directed me to the top service manager Gary Christian and arranged all service appts with details of problem. I BOUGHT A USED TRUCK AND NOT THE EXTENDED WARRENTY (MY BAD), TWO DAYS AFTER I TOOK OWNERSHIP THE AIR CONDITIONER WOULD NOT WORK. I REPORTED THIS TO MY SALES PERSON AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH SERVICE. THE SERVICE DEPT. CHECKED IT OVER AND SAID IT WILL COST OVER $1000.00 TO REPAIR AND OUTTEN WOULD NOT COVER ANY OF THE COST. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT OPTIONS FOR THE REPAIR. EVEN IF THEY WOULD HAVE WENT HALF ON THE REPAIR I WOULD HAVE BEEN SATISFIED. NICE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. IT SEEMS OUTTEN'S ATTATUDE IS "TOO BAD, WE HAVE YOUR MONEY AND SCREW YOU" I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER EVEN FOR THE "FREE OIL CHANGE" AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. I actually went back twice, and unfortunately I got the same impression each time, which were....if you like salesmen lying to you and trying to coax you into buying something you don't really want, this is the dealer for you, if you like paying top dollar, this dealer is definitely for you, and if you enjoy dealer shenanigans and being talked down to like you're less intelligent than them or have no idea about the car buying process, this dealer is without a doubt the one for you. But hey, they do have free coffee, and say they will even wash your car for free in exchange for the thousands of extra dollars you'll likely end up paying if you buy here.

Every time I have dealt with Outten County Chrysler for both Sales and Service, I am always treated well and with respect. They take their time explaining things and make sure you understand what's going on. The quality of work is great and I've never had a problem when getting service done there. This place treats you like family, they go beyond the call of duty to keep you on the road. This team knows their stuff. They have a great attitude, are a lot of fun, yet take your car issues very serous. I have been going here for all my truck & jeep needs for about 10 years & travel amore then 100 miles to do so. I would not even think of doing business with anyone else. This place is the BEST & is a complete pleasure to do business with, from the cashier, sales team, parts department, service consultants, repair crew, shuttle service , car cleaning staff, all the way to the person who calls you after you leave to make sure your happy, there is no reason to go anywhere else for anything. Very friendly staff. I got a great deal on a great truck, the service department took care of some problem that did not fall under the warranty but thery fix it anyway. This is the secound car I bought from Outten and when I'm ready for another car I know where I will be going. I have used there parts department for some time now and they always come through even with the hard to get parts.

I was very happy with the customer service at Outten County. Everyone at the dealership was very professional. All my questions were answered and all aspects of my purchase and the dealership service available were gone over throughly. I feel that I was treated fairly.

I was greeted immediately upon arriving; there was a nice selection of the model I was looking for (Jeep Compass); the salesman (Steve) explained everything to me; the car was ready and spotless when promised; was given an excellent price for my trade-in.

It was an awsome experience. The salesman was very nice. He described the vehicle very well. If your a person who couldn't get a car loan before, I reccommend going here because they work hard to get you the finance you want. When you purchase from them you get free lifetime inspections on your vehicle. You only pay if something needs to be fixed. Best place to go to if your a first time car buyer.
