When you purchase a used car, you don't know how good it is for a while. For this reason, I waited four months to post that my experience with Oz Brothers was excellent. The car is working out well and they were great at doing all the paperwork in the midst of the pandemic, so I didn't have to go to DMV. I really appreciated the laid back vibe - absolutely no pressure sales tactics at all. I would definitely look there first the next time I need a car.

I was in the market for a vehicle and I decided to take a test drive for a car of my interest. The car drove fine and the dealer answered all my questions. After waiting on it for a few weeks and finishing my research. I chose Oz because the car was competitively priced. The dealer walked me through all the steps and I was able to pick up the car a few days later. I've owned the car for 3 months and there hasn't been any issues whatsoever. It was a smooth transaction for a car in great condition. I can recommend this seller.

There was no anxiety when buying from Oz Brothers. Oktay made my buying experience very simple and I didn't feel pressured in the least bit to buy the car (compared to every other dealership I visited)..In fact, I was the one who initiated the conversation about pricing on the car I was looking at! There was NO pressure and that was comforting. I would recommend my friends and family to Oktay. Thanks again Oz Brothers!

My parents have brought cars from Oktay in the past for themselves and for our close family and they were not disappointed. This is the first car I've ever purchased so it was scary, but Oktay made the process smooth. I got a great deal on my dream car, a Honda CRV, and Oktay made sure the brakes, inspection, oil changes were up to date. He helped with registering my car also. I LOVE my car. My daughter and I test drove a couple cars from Oktay. We settled on a Toyota Prius. I did a lot of research on price and Oktay was $500 under other comps in the area. He put new brakes on the front and a day after we had the car the muffler started making a loud noise. He had us at Mavis the next day and they replaced the muffler no questions asked no charge. Great service, no pressure, all around great experience. Will recommend to friends and family. Thanks Oktay

GREAT SELECTION. BOUGHT A CAR AND THE NEXT DAY THE MUFFLER WAS MAKING A NOISE. WE BROUGHT IT TO MAVIS MUFFLER AND OKTAY HAD THEM REPLACE THE MUFFLER, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. VERY HONEST AND RESPECTFUL. NO PRESSURE TO BUY. WE WENT TO THEM AND THEN CHECKED OUT MANY OTHER PLACES. WE HAD TO COME BACK BECAUSE THE PRICING WAS THE BEST FOR THE CAR. WOULD DEFINATELY BUY FROM AGAIN. WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH OKTAY. SPENT TIME SHOWING MY DAUGHTER ALL THE FUNCTIONS OF THE CAR AS IT WAS A HYBRID AND WE WEREN'T USED TO IT. I CHECKED ALL COMPS AND OKTAY WAS THE LOWEST PRICE BY FAR. CHECK THEM OUT..GOOD QUALITY CARS FOR THE BEST PRICES AROUND.. NOT LIP SERVICE BUT FACTS...THANKS OKTAY..

We had a wonderful experience buying my son's car from Oz Brothers. It was a beautiful, incredibly well priced car. Before we even got in to test drive it, Oktay told me exactly what was wrong with it and what he would do to fix it. (I would like to add that I am a woman.) Since it was the first car of our search, I explained to him that I was going to other dealerships to continue my search. He responded with no guilt, no manipulation. I appreciated that. Two other dealerships later that morning, I became very convinced of my find. When I drove it to my mechanic to take a look at it, he was very impressed with both the car and the selling price. My mechanic later asked me for some of Oktays' business cards to hand out to his own customers. We absolutely intend on doing business with Oz Brothers Auto again.

After two weeks of unsuccesful car shopping, I was happy to find Oz Bros. There I found a quality car, both safe and affordable for my family. I was comfortable throughout my whole decision making process. no DMV no hassle. The salesperson's (Oktay is awesome) communication throughout the processes was outstanding, answering texts and taking calls expediting our transaction swiftly. My mechanic was impressed at the condition of the car, and though I found a minor issue, Oktay agreed to have it repaired, even though it was not covered by the warranty. Top notch. I recommend Oz Bros. and will likely return.

After searching two weeks for a car I was happy to find a dealership with quality cars safe and affordable enough for me and my family. I was comfortable throughout my whole decision making process, never pressured. Oktay, my salesperson, even agreed to cover the repair of a minor issue that was not covered by the warranty. I would certainly recommend Oz Brothers.

I bought a honda civic from this delearship, price is very resonable and very easy to work with no pressure he explained diffrences between modeles and recomended ESL to get low intrest loan and take care of all paper works all and all very nice and clean car with very low price thank you

I have bought many cars over the years and Oktay made this experience the best one I have ever had! He is honest, dependable, very knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and hard-working, with a sense of humor. He is a man of character, not out to get whatever he can at your expense; so, it was a pleasure working with him. Buying a car can be stressful and aggravating, but his willingness to listen and to strive to please the customer was such a positive experience that we are actually coming back to get a second car!!

Oktay is the best - not what you think of when you picture the stereotypical used car salesman. No wheeling and dealing. He's fair, reasonable, personable and was a pleasure to do business with. My son was interested in a VW on the website. We went and looked at it, took a test drive, said we were interested if a few minor details were fixed, and quickly agreed on a price. Done deal. And I would do it again.

Oktay is an honest, hardworking individual. I came there alone and was very unsure as to how the whole process worked in addition to being very wary of car salesmen. He let me take the Sienna overnight to my mechanic and made all the necessary repairs to get the car ready. I would recommend Oz Bros 100%!
