I deal with Tim Hoffman as my dealer was Tom Helgersen and both are very professional. Tim has always taken the time to explain what should and will be done on the vehicle at time of maintenance. I've made inquires and again he will take the time to explain to me the answers so I can understand. As Always waiting for me, and ready to go. I get in and out, with a complete description how it went. Tom Helgerson is the reason i keep on coning back, and we have been asking questions on our next car in the future if i get a good deal,we'll still be with you. Although there is a dealerssip west of here that gives VETS discounts, plus a 100% warranty life time. I'm iffy on that, but i will have to check them and you out when the time comes. Called here about a used car. They informed me it was there and that if we set a "VIP appointment"(their terms) they would have it washed and ready for us to see. They were a little over an hour away from our home. We made an appointment and set off to see the car. On our way there we received a follow up to confirm our appointment. When we arrived we went to the reception desk to check in. They didn't have any information on who we were, what car to see etc. Obviously a appointment doesn't mean anything to them. A random salesman was dispatched to help us - he had no idea what car we had came to see. After informing him what car we wanted to see and showing him an email - he set off to find the keys. 10min later he returned and said the vehicle was not there - that it was sold. We asked if he was sure as we just talked to someone, set up an appt. and drove over an hour to see it. He told us -" what do you want me do - we sell cars all the time". I said it would have been nice to know that before we wasted two hours on a wild goose chase. He never offered an apology, to show us something else, to speak to a manager...nothing. We left and will go out of our way to tell everyone not to give them any business. Further we have received several follow up emails from different people in the company asking about our experience, etc etc. I sent each a reply as to what happened and not a single one even took the time to respond.

Kevin was courteous and helped check vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation and 14-pt check. Service took just 40 minutes and my Terrain was washed too. Had a hot chocolate and read newspaper in waiting area. Good experience overall.

Tim Hoffman the Service person drove the vehicle with me to ensure he understood the exact problem to be fixed. After the mechanic was done and I picked up the vehicle the problem returned after several miles of driving the vehicle. I called Tim and said i was returning with the vehicle. When I arrived Tim had the mechanic waiting and he found the remaining issues. Both the mechanic and Tim were very helpful and took personal interest that the vehicle be fixed properly, at the lowest cost to me and in a timely manner. When it was found out that they would need the vehicle a little longer to fix it Tim ensured that my schedule was worked around to do so. It is this type of personal interest by both Tim and the mechanic personal that keeps me coming back to PALMEN for my vehicle purchases and maintenance.

Some things salesman told us, service told us differently. Examples are the time it takes in service and what make of rental car you get. These were minor. Signed up for extended warranty and didn't know there was a $100 deductible until signing paperwork.

Was good as always, Tim Hoffman take care of me well. Had new steps installed on my 2008 GMC Sierra, they had to remove the old ones. The amount of labor was very fair and got a senior citizen discount. Have three vehicles serviced there and bought two of them there. Many accessories for all of them. Have not found anyone that is not willing to help, keep up the great work.

Extremely disappointed that the transmission went on my 2014 GMC Terrain; grateful for the dealerships gracious treatment of my needs during the time my car was there(9 days). I did receive a loaner car for that time period which was extremely beneficial. Tim is always so helpful to me whenever I bring my car in for any service.

Tim took the time to ask the service mngr. to test the problem, tried to duplcate the problem, it couldn't be duplicated. But they tried. Contacted customer service of OnStar. They sent information and sugestion statments in a printed letter that Tim took care of. It had other drivers sugestions and salutions that I will try. Tim did a great job.

Jodi Foote was very helpful determining exactly what I was looking for via e-mail and phone conversations. When I made my first trip to Palmen's in Kenosha, Tom Helgerson took over and took care of all the necessary paper work, which we finished on my second trip when I took possession of the car. He found some discounts I was eligible for and I got a nice deal. Dave (last name?) was Tom's go-to guy and helped a lot too.

This was just a routine oil change based on the mileage interval recommended for the next oil change. There were no additional needed services needed at this time.

Because of an oversight on last oil change on not adding nitrogen, the service manager text me and offered a free nitrogen exchange , plus when I came in my tires were rotated for free plus I received a free oil change on my next visit, this is more than most dealerships do for their customers. That is why I have bought three vehicles from them. Thanks again service department Palmen

My two week old Buick Encore received a dent to the passenger side door. I took my car in in the morning and by 2:00 that afternoon I had it back as good as new. Thank you for your prompt and good service.

Very good price brought me to the dealership. I did not appreciate the $500 "paint sealant" added to the advertised price. I also did not care for the "you must use our financing" at double the rate I could get elsewhere in order to receive $1000 financing bonus. We bought the car and like it, but the gimmicks to get more money out of the customer soured the milk for me.

My son-in-law introduced my wife and I to Tom Halgerson and both of us found him to be very concerned in putting us in a vehicle that fit our needs. At first we felt derailed and upset with the initial response in service. After contacting our salesperson Scott Moore things improved 100% . We are very happy with how things turned around quickly and sincerely appreciate Palmen's courtesy and thoroughness in the service and repair of our truck.

BEST STAFF EVER!!!! EVERYTIME I go to Palmen I'm made to feel important. My "issue" is always handle with respect and promptness. Customer Service is TOP NOTCH whether it's the hostess at the front desk of the showroom, concierge in the service department or the staff in either of the areas. Palmen Cadillac sets the bar!

All of the staff were nice. I arrived at a somewhat busy time so I had to wait perhaps 10 minutes before a service man met with me. In the meantime, a nice lady spoke with us and apologized for the delay. My main complaint is that I was told it would take about 2 hours to replace the actuator for my glove box. In reality, I was there for four hours

We are true Palmen customers. Many new cars and a few used have been acquired from this dealership thru the years. The service department is great also! But you want to hear about our recent purchase. Tom Helgerson, was our Sales Rep. He has keep us informed of incoming E-assist cars this spring. He has shown a willingness to do anything he could to help us make our final decision. On Wed., May 27th, he had us drive an E-assist car & then the same style car with a V-6 engine just to make sure we were informed and could see & feel the engine difference. Went home to talk about it & came back Thursday, May 28th and did the final paperwork to close the deal on a new 2015 Buick LaCrosse. We love it and could not be happier. Thank You - TOM!!!!! A little side note for you,GM; this is the 3rd vehicle in 3 years that Tom Helgerson has sold to our family. 1st our youngest son bought a used truck in 2013, then our oldest son bought a used 2013 Malibu in 2014, and now mom & dad have gotten their new car in 2015. I think that is a pretty good track record for Palmen Motors and their Sales Rep - Tom Helgerson, because he sold all those vehicles to our family. Palmen service person Jacob was on time, advised me of any service discounts, very friendly and made me feel like I was their only customer. Picking up the truck and finish-time was excellent, Jacob had the truck washed and ready for pickup right outside the service door, great service.

I had a defective tire on my new Canyon. I believe that this is the responsibility of GoodYear, the manufacturer of the tire. nonetheless, GM replaced the tire rather than referring me to the tire manufacturer for relief. I appreciate this, and sincerely hope that GM recovers the cost from Goodyear.

My recent experience was with the Sevice Department and my Service Advisor was Tim Hoffman. He made sure that I had a ride from and back to the dealership. He also called me and kept me informed about my car. He also has a lot of knowledge about the business. He is one of the reasons that I bring my business to Palmen Buick GMC Cadillac.

One of my tires was low and I stopped in without an appointment just to have some air put in and schedule a time to bring in the car the following week. Tim Hoffman had the car evaluated and I had a nail in the tire. He had them repair the tire, do an oil change that was due and they were busy at the time!. This is not the first time Tim has bee so attentive and he has also given my oldest daughter the same excellent service. There is another gentleman was has treated us well in the past. I have bought two cars from you and service my truck there, could you give repeat customers a better deal on oil changes. You had a plan to buy four oil changes for $100.oo, now you stopped that. There are a bunch of oil change places around and close to where I live. I am not asking for a big discount just more than $3.00 off. Your staff have always been great, Tim Hoffman is a great service advisor. So where I am going with this is why should I drive to you when I can get the same service for about $10.00 less and close by. Thanks for all your great service.John Huffman

Tim H. is professional and thorough in his job. He had my Yukon washed as soon as I dropped it off, he arranged to have it parked inside for the night so it was cleaner, dry, and warm in the morning for the technician, and he was enjoyable to work with in all aspects of my appointment. The customer service provided by Tim and the staff at Palmen GMC is wonderful and made my service repair a good experience.

I would just like to take a moment and tell people about our experience at Palmen (Buick, GMC, Cadillac). We live 2 hours from the dealership and found a car we liked after expanding our search area to "100 miles" on www.cars.com. I was able to have an instant message chat with them and they answered all of my questions. We were so impressed that we drove the two hours and were not disappointed. Our salesman, Anthony, was forthright and used absolutely NO sales "tactics". Since the vehicle we were looking at already had a fantastic price, we were out the door with it a short time later. My tires had to be rotated at 7500 miles. I got in for service within a day of calling. I was greeted promptly upon arriving and invited to visit the waiting room. My car was done and washed within an hour.
