There was a good selection of the particular type of used vehicle we were searching for, so we had a lot of options. The sales manager let us take the van home for an extended test drive, which was awesome. So great to get the kids and car seats in, see how it fit in the garage, etc. I would highly recommend they continue this practice. The stall tactics during the negotiation (that dragged it out for hours) were not appreciated though.

I felt the customer service was great. I went in for an oil change and they found that I needed a software update along with a tire rotation. While waiting I had a few questions about adding a tow hitch and tint, which were all able to be answered right away. the wait was a little long but I was asked several times if I needed a shuttle to get food or if I as doing ok.

Came in for an oil change package and the advisor John Szulczewski, without us asking, took extra care to clean all the windows, made sure it was vacuumed up to our standards and also put tire shine on the tires. Recently, my beloved '98 Honda Accord finally hit the point of not running and worth fixing anymore at 336,000. Needless to say I was saddened and not looking forward to replacing her. I wanted to keep with a Honda Accord and I had tried looking around the Memphis area where I live but not really finding anything that moved me to want to buy it. I then did a Car Guru search nationwide and found a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L from Palmen Motors in Kenosha. Not sure why I was taken with this car, especially since Kenosha was so far away, but I was determined to check this car out. After expressing interest in the car, I was very impressed with the way Caroline Hennessey of Palmen followed up with me and communicated. So last week, I took an Amtrak train direct into Chicago, a metro train to Kenosha, and a short Uber ride over to the dealership to meet with Dave Knudson a sales rep who was expecting me and quickly made me feel at ease. Initially, when I arrived at the dealership with all my luggage from the long train ride through the night, I was met by manager Mr. Don Smith who welcomed me and thanked me for coming up. Between Don and Dave, me being scared to buy a car for the first time in 18 years evaporated. After my test drive, I knew of course I wanted to buy the car and Dave, Don and Chris in finance went to bat for me as far as financing. What they did for me was something I will always thank them for, and I can honestly say I know now why I was drawn to this dealership from the many others I investigated/researched. They made it easy for me to buy the car I wanted and I am most happy with her. Still cant get rid of my old '98 model just yet, but I guess I will let go soon. Palmen Motors is a first class business in my book and I will gladly take the train again through the middle of the night to buy a car from them.

It seems I was sold a flooded vehicle without being informed and paying full market value!!! I just found out late last night that my special edition Fiat (purchased pre-owned 2yrs ago with low miles from Frank) has mechanical and wiring problems due to corrosion (explains why the drivers side door handle loosened and snapped off!!). As it i still too early to contact Palmen, I am praying that this isn't going to be an uphill battle to rectify.

Needing a new vehicle, we went to Palmens to see what we could do financially to purchase a new truck. As soon as we we walked through the door we were greeted by Pam one of the sales associates. We explained to her what we were looking for and wanted to see how we stood as far as finances went. We liked Pam right away because not only was she extremely professional, she made us comfortable because she was a very down to earth and personable. She took our information, had someone in finances look into options for us. And before we knew it we were the proud owners of a new truck. They all made this investment for us a very smooth process. My father is a Chrysler retiree, this is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Palmens. As a side note, the 40 2litre bottles of soda we got with our new truck was a pretty good perk too!

It was fairly quick, and we received things we were not expecting (like a ton of soda). Also, let's not forget our sales guy (Irwin) he was great. Seemed knowledgable about the vehicle I was looking at despite it not being a Chrysler product. And he ensured that things went great and made us feel as though we were the only ones that were important to him at the time. And the finance guy was great too.. Had everything ready for us when we went in by him and we were in and out of his office in like 15 minutes.

Although my wife and I were only planning to test drive a specific vehicle, we changed our perspective the more we interacted with our sales representative Warren Larsen. I am a strong believer that if a sales person wants to earn one's business, they must be knowledgeable about their products and enthusiastic about what they are doing. It has been over 15 years since I purchased a "new" vehicle and never from Palmen. Warren and the Palmen sales approach were the difference makers. Although we experienced the usual negotiation maneuvers, we never felt pressured or that we were wasting anyone's time. As a result of the deal we negotiated, we ended up purchasing the original vehicle and leasing a second one. Based on my experience with Palmen, I would certainly recommend them to family and friends looking to purchase a vehicle. Although our sales experience was outstanding, time will tell if the follow through from Palmen is equivalent and our enthusiasm continues for years to come - we are optimistic. Our sales associate (Ervin Williams) never pressured us. His relaxed style made my husband and me feel very comfortable. The whole time, I felt that Ervin had our best interest at heart, and he worked to get us the exact car we wanted to purchase. I am thrilled with our purchase, and Ervin had allot to do with the decision to purchase from Kenosha Palmen. As a matter of fact, when Ervin was back with the finance guy making things happen, I started coughing from a tickle in my throat, and one of the OTHER sales people came over and offered to get me a bottle of water!! Who does that?!!! These people had the customer in mind the entire time, and it didn't matter if they were the one making the sale, or not!! I bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500. The salesman was great, but the truck has some issues. I was told everything passed their inspection. However, an hour into the drive home I heard the breaks making a loud, grinding sound. My local diesel mechanic said the breaks were grinding the pistons and he did not feel safe letting drive off the lot. I understand when you buy used repairs are bound to happen, but I was told everything passed inspection. There were other minor issues and the total for repairs was over $2500. I would not buy a used vehicle here unless you are a mechanic and know a ton about cars/trucks

From the moment we parked our car we felt very welcome and not pressured at all. Tom walked out almost instantly and asked how he could help. We knew what vehicle we wanted, ironically it was parked right out front. He got us the keys and we took it for a test drive. After that it was the easiest car deal we have ever experienced! I'm not exaggerating when I say we finished signing all paperwork and were driving home in our new (used) vehicle in 1.5 hours, 90 min!!! Our sales person Ervin Williams was not pushy at all, also, he made himself available through his personal phone including text messaging. Ervin also made sure i was approved for the type of vehicle i needed for my needs. He was aware of those needs by taking his time identifying them through conversation. Rodrigo "Freddy" Escalona went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with my used car purchase from Palmen. He was patient and understanding while I test drove a few cars (in the rain) and even drove us to the Racine store to look at a vehicle. This small rust spot has not been taken care of or even called us back. We had to go to auto body shop & pay our money out when this was covered by Palmen.

I can tell you for a fact Palmen Motors in Kenosha, WI sure does.I walked into the dealership with a challenge, trade in my high mileage vechicle. get the Jeep I wanted and the payments I had to have. Enter "Freddy" Sales Rep extraordinaire, Freddy was an information machine, he knew everything about the vechicles, all the models, all the options what more could I ask for. He helped me to get the most money for my trade as well as not having to settle for a lesser vechicle. Freddy made this car buying experience actually "Fun", He was an advocate for me the customer. So happy with the entire process A-Z.Thank you Freddy you earned my business hands down.

Advice: Don't buy from Palmen. However, if you want to get the real experience of a stereotypical used dealership like you see on TV- this is the place. They will sell vehicles with known problems like check engine lights and sell you warranties that don't apply to you and your vehicle. On our test drive the check engine light came on. I told them I could not buy a vehicle with a check engine light on. They said they would repair the issue and let me know of the status. I received a confirmation email the following day saying the issue had been resolved. They told me they would warranty any work they do on the vehicle "as good faith". Right before I started the paperwork process Pete told me they WOULD NOT warranty the fix that was promised to me by another manager. I bluntly told Pete "It's not my reputation on the line."Once I had literally signed all loan paper work; changed and paid for my insurance for the new vehicle; and had my plate physically transferred to the new vehicle, I was sat back down to be informed the check engine light came back on BEFORE I had even signed the papers. They then sent me home in my OLD car which was no longer insured and with the plates that were already physically transferred to my new vehicle. When I came back the next day, the sales men were rude when I had asked for my sales rep. When I asked about the status of my vehicle, they told me this Pete had taken it to the GMC Palmen, up the road on HWY 50, to have it repaired as that dealership had the correct diagnostic tools and actually knew before performing tests that the issue was "known problem" by GM. After the repair, he drove it to Milwaukee to see if he could get the check engine light back on. Instead of the check engine light coming on, he gave me a ding in my hood and two chips in my windshield. As far as the warranties: one out the two warranties they sold me is partially identical to the other one and the rest doesn't apply to me due to the condition in which they sold me my vehicle (per the fine print). I brought this up to a manger and he try to pull the old sales trick to "make you see the positive side" of the ordeal. They even said Pete shouldn't work with customers.To end this 3 month, overdue review: After I shared this experience with others, I heard they had the same kind of experience with buying their vehicle at Palmen. If you're into gambling- go to Palmen and buy a vehicle. If you walk out of there with a "positive" experience either you are one of the lucky ones and should try Vegas or you haven't discovered what has been hidden from you. I will assume the latter.I would rate Palmen no stars on Google but Google has the one star as "Hated it" and that sums up my first car buying experience.

I have bought multiple new cars through the years. Brian made me feel at ease and like I was dealing with a friend instead of a salesman. I had an issue with paint on the hood of my new Chrysler 200 and Brian understood my concern and made sure I got a new hood from Chrysler and made sure I had a loaner while it was being taken care of. When I buy a car it is a very long process. We arrived at 11am to see Brian Ambrogio and didn't lkeave until 5:50pm. I knew where I needed to be for monthly price. It took some time for us to come to terms but in the end we were successful. Brian even brought us a car that wasn't on the lot that we liked the color more. He even gave us some money out of his own pocket to get some food while they were getting our new van ready.

Just purchsed a used Silverado from Brian in the begining of April..... I live in Illinois and was a little nervous about traveling so far from a few pictures and Brians word of mouth...... When I arrived I was pleasantly supprised....He mentioned that the only thing wrong with the truck was a very small scratch near the bumper....And he was 100% accurate of his dicription.... Ive gone to other dealers where they say the car is "perfect", but it is far from.... I want to thank Brian for being so upfront on his discription and pricing..... Purchased a new Fiat 500L at Palmen in Sept and have been to the service dept at least 4 times already and problem still exists. Not certain the service dept is knowledgeable enough of this vehicle . I go in each time for the same issue (check engine light) and the issue still exists but they don't say anything when I leave except that everything should be ok now and it NEvER is. I am just told your car is ready and it's outside. (They use to deliver your car inside washed and warm after service ) Wish they would contact Fiat and discuss the problem instead of just acting like they know. Need to find another more knowledgeable service dept. It's a shame that one spends that kind of money on a vehicle and can get no service satisfaction. I just always leave disappointed... I purchased my Jeep from Palmen and always had great service but I think this Fiat is not something they were prepared for...

I just happened to find a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport on this dealer's website with really low mileage and wanted to check it out. I made a web offer and was soon contacted by Kimberly Christy; she offered me an internet price that was $200 off the price listed on the website, and set up an appointment for me with Brian Ambrogio to look over and test drive the vehicle that evening. Once at the dealership, Brian was extremely helpful and honest in answering all my questions regarding the vehicle. He quickly got the Carfax upon request, identified and explained all of the vehicle's features during the test drive, offered me coffee following the test drive, and was more than willing to listen to and understood my budget constraints and series of counteroffers. Each time he gladly went to his manager to see what he could do to lower the purchase price to fit my budget and reach a deal. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the Jeep Wrangler and pre-owned vehicles and their values. More importantly, Brian was extremely friendly, informal, laid back and down to earth--not even close to the stereotypical high-pressure car salesman. He knew I really liked Jeep, really wanted the one he was selling (it was even the exact color I preferred), wanted to put me in it, and did everything he could to make a deal that was affordable and acceptable to me. I have to say that I have never had a more positive car-buying experience with such a friendly, laid back salesperson. Called and spoke to Kim asked if the price on cars, and there web site was correct or if there was something you had to qualify for to get that price , she told me no but if you were in the military or anything you would get extra money off ,she asked me what time I would be there and she told me she would set up an appointment with Jeff ,when i got to the dealership a salesman named Larry told me Jeff had left but he would now be showing me the car, he showed us the car so we started to talk about the price of the car ,he told us the price they put on the ad was a price just to get people to come in ,that I would not be able to get that price without being a chrysler employee, at that point I did not feel like dealing with a lying dealership I will say that Larry was honest and told me that they lie about the price just to get you in , just be for warned if you see a price that looks good that is not the price you will have to pay to purchase the vehicle ,I have bought 2 new Jeep wranglers and a new dodge 1500 from the Palmen group in the last year, and will never buy another vehicle from them again.

I am not the easiest person to help, He asked me the right questions to get the info he needed to round up cars for me to look at. He listened to our needs, understood them, steered us in the correct direction and got others involved if he thought they could help out our situation. Have been shopping for a new Chrysler Town & Country for several months. Just stopped into Palmen Motors to look and ended up buying a new Town & Country from James Powell. Because the color we wanted was not on their lot, Mark Jensen searched until he found one that met our requirements. However, those requirements changed as there wasn't a vehicle within 250 miles that had the interior and exterior colors we wanted as well as the options. Very satisfied with the deal we made and will return when we need another new vehicle.

Peyton Lee is the best! I have worked with him twice now in less than a year. When I first started looking for a new vehicle I thought I wanted a Dodge or a Toyota. The dealership met my expectations, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Mark was good to work with and he did a very good job presenting the truck model I was interested in and he did a great job answering all my questions. They did a good job prepping the truck so I could drive out with it and the loan officer was easy to work with on the options for packages and financing. It was a very good buying experience all around. The only thing that I thought was a negative was not driving out with a full tank of gas, personally I think if you buy a new vehicle it's a nice touch to start the customer with a tank of gas as a thank you for choosing them, especially since a new truck is a substantial purchase. But I would not only go back to Palmen but I would also recommend them, this is the second vehicle in my family from the Palmen group and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Peyton did an excellent job in finding us an affordable Chrysler 300 sedan. We were looking for a car that was not only affordable but comfortable. After trying the Chrysler 200, we decided that the 300 was a better choice for us due to overall size. The gas mileage so far has been great, you can't beat 22 in the city and 31 on the highway. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Peyton because he actually knew what he was talking about. He definitely helped us in our decision and gave us a deal we couldn't refuse.

Its simple to drop your car and go. They give you an accurate time of when it will be ready, and then give you a call so you know for sure when to come back in. I have also waited for the car there, which worked out well too. They always check in to see if you were happy with the visit a few days later. I like that.

There are few things in this world that I hate more than the process of buying a car. I feel like it is the a huge ripe off with a cheesy car salesman blowing smoke up your you know what. This past purchase was very different experience with Payton and Palmen Motor's. I went in blind, but needed a new car because me previous vehicle needed major work and I wasn't willing to put that amount of money into a 1999 Grand AM. The people I dealt with were friendly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was at ease. Not what you would expect out of stereotypical salesmen. I don't like to haggle or make buying a vehicle an all day project. Mark makes things very simple. I have never felt like I made a mistake, and could have gotten a better price somewhere else. After seeing my great deal on my 2011 Kia Sorento...my daughter bought a 2011 Town & Country from Mark as well.Although I can get employee pricing on any Chrysler product, I chose to lease the Kia Sorrento the last two times.I've leased a 2011 Kia Sorento, and currently have a 2013 Sorento. The Kia is a solid vehicle. No rattles, wind noise, or squeaks! It's a lot of car for the money. The price of the Kia is below it's competitors. Kia has an awesome warranty.I get my Kia Sorento serviced at Palmen Motors. I hate when a dealership makes you feel like you are interrupting their day! Palmen Motors treats their customers in friendly, helpful manner. I'm always happy they value my time. Why choose Palmen Motors? This is what I experienced before, during and after I purchased my first new car. I learned that Palmen's Chrysler dealer had the car I wanted and wanted to get to know. Pleasantly greeted by Mr. Wayne Korf, he thanked me for coming to Palmen's, offered me a beverage then asked what he could do for me (THAT I LIKED... instead of being jumped on - talked to death - and leaving me soon after I told the salesperson, "I'm only looking right now".) I told Wayne the car I was thinking about purchasing, he gave me a brochure on the model. We sat down, chatted about my interests then discussed my car of interest. I left the dealership with a smile on my face, thinking-Hey, I wasn't treated like I was taking up his time! He treated me with respect! We shared our thoughts about various things of interest... no pressure to purchase or that "If you don't buy today it might not be here tomorrow." tactic. I decided on Palmen Motors and Wayne... all because of trust and respect. Purchasing my car... you know, the pricing, trade-in offering and such, is one of the most confusing, irritating and nerve crushing experiences of adulthood. No, I'm not going to say this was the easiest and most fun I ever had at a car dealer!Instead, Wayne made sure I was following every step on sales document, every dollar and every reason why what, was what. I asked many, many questions (enough to even drive ME crazy!!) and even if it was a confusing money question, that Wayne could respond to, he'd have a finance person come over to me (um, NOT me going over to that person), sit next to me casually and in a respectful and friendly tone... answered my questions. I was quite nervous during this procedure, but I signed the Sales Contract... knowing I DID NOT make a mistake, purchasing the car I chose and in choosing Palmen Motors.After that paper work session, Mr. Andy Palmen came over to me to see if I was happy with my purchasing experience. I could only reply with, "I was treated professionally, patiently and with respect!" Andy smiled, shook my hand and the deal... was sealed. I've known Andy Palmen for many years since then. But the part I like about him the most, is that he's been a very good friend... to the community of Kenosha. As a result of this first experience, I remain a member of the Palmen Motors family of satisfied customers.

I was looking to trade in my ford focus that I owned for only 15 months. Due to the fact that my daughter has ALWAYS had great experiences with Shawn, I knew he was the one I had to go see. My husband and I went to Brian Ambrogio unsure of what kind of vehicle we wanted to purchase. I knew what features I wanted and needed to have with only somewhat type of car in mind. But before we knew it Brian knew exactly what was going to suit us BEST. Brian was so knowlegable on the car the car he had in mind for us, but still I wasn't convinced. So I took a day or two too think it over and ended up Brian was right after all. He picked out the Kia Optima for me and tell be very honest I was not thrilled at all in the beginning.. only convincing myself that for the price of the car and money we would save on gas... he had mentioned all that BUT that I would love the car itself... so now having the KIA for a week.... he was right!! I am 83 years old and bought my last car July 2001,which I intended to trade in for a newer used car. My wife and I had a few basic features-such as improved gas mileage, visibility,and ease of handling that were important, but we were not very knowledgeable of the vast amount of makes and models available. We visited 4 dealers in Kenosha and Racine and considered 2 other deals, but did not complete after salesman and his manager talked to us with their offer. We just didn't feel comfortable--like the sale wasn't that big a deal and the trade-in value was much lower than expected for our 1 owner, only 57000 miles, 2002 car..WE returned to Palmen Motors where Richard Smith had impressed us with a genuine take-your-time, I'm hereto help you .get something to make you happy feeling on our initial visit -he had found a car we might be interested in--and it was. After we took it for a test drive and went home for lunch, .A huge snow storm began so we returned slowly back to Palmen.It was a difficult weather day and Richard was just finishing with another customer,but we were treated to refreshments and didn't mind the wait. When the final offer was made, it was more than I could manage, but we really liked the car and Richard made several trips to see if we could work it out. We hit a compromise that I could handle and we were very happy. Additionally because of the heavy snowfall and our difficulty driving under the conditions, he offered us a ride home with a cohort following to take him back. Driving from Chicago to Kenosha for any car may seem odd, but it was well worth the trip. We were treated as friends more so than customers. We started out looking for a used vehicle and ended up purchasing a new one. Ray went out of his way trying to help, knowing that our initial request was a used vehicle. After he checked all avenues to try and fulfill our request it was determined that we would be better satisfied with new. Now that a new path was chosen, Ray's eagerness was not diminished. Several days after the purchase we remembered that the city sticker was inadvertently left on the trade in. A call to Ray resulted in the sticker being removed and in my possession within 48 hours of the request. I think you would agree that price is very important, but being treated with respect is just as important. From start to finish the experience was pleasant and everyone involved with the process left us with the feeling they cared.

It was a privilege to work with Shawn Haas. Very friendly, easy going, and knows what he's doing. Shawn fully worked with us to get the best possible price for our Jeep. We told them the EXACT model we wanted (wasn't on their lot) and they had it brought in. Joe (the finance guy) got us a great interest rate for the loan. He made the paperwork a breeze and there was NO PRESSURE. The support from the staff to help make the process of buying our new Jeep was evident; they were on top of everything and kept the flow going. This is the first time that I've ever had a pleasant experience buying a car from start to finish. Knowing that I can call on Shawn to help me out with anything I need in the future really makes me want to bring ALL my business there.

Bob Pisciotti Sr. sold three vehicles to me (2), and (1) to my daughter. We are both extremely happy with the great deals we received at Palmen, but we are even happier how well we were treated by Bob Pisciotti and all his associates. I'm 66 years old and I've purchased at least 100 cars in my time. Normally I hate salesmen, but when I met Bob, that all went away. Bob is one of the most honest and caring salesman I've ever dealt with. He bends over backwards to keep his customers happy. I've been back to the dealership several times since I/we purchased our vehicles. Bob says "call me first whenever you have a problem or a question with your purchase". I've never had a salesman ever say that to me, never. Bob even gave us his personal "cell phone" number so we get a hold him 24/7 should a problem arise. Bob is most definitely the most caring/professional salesmen we've ever known. Bob's not only my/our salesman, he's our friend. Both my daughter and myself will most certainly be back again. We've already told a few of our friends about our experience at Palmen. As a matter of fact, the Chrysler 300 that I just traded in today at Palmen may be purchased on Monday by a personal friend of mine whom I told all about all the people at Palmen. As far as Ted Hendrix, Doug Jackson, Paul Parise, Sandra Sarwin, Chris Lecount, and Joe Leonard goes, they all had a big part in making us feel at home. No pressure at all, and they help make our visits fun. We're from Racine and we know there's a "Palmen Chrysler" dealership in Racine and we also know we could get our cars serviced there, but when we go to "Palmen Chrysler" in Kenosha, we feel very much at home at the Kenosha dealership. We have fun with the guys there. They all seem to know when we're coming in and they go out of their way to say hi. Best of all, Andy Palmen actually came out on the floor and talked with us about out purchases. We've met him several times. It's just a real pleasure going to Palmen in Kenosha.

I came to buy a used car and the experience was going find until I asked the sales man the bottom dollar on the vehicle. It seemed that he was giving me the run around, he first gave me one price then he gave me another. When it came to signing papers, the finance person person too told me that my trade inn was going to be paid off. Two days latter I was told to come in to sing another document and needed another copy of my driver I'D, that seemed strange. They needed that info because they did not want to pay off my vehicle in full. Very deceiving and manipulating. They got me once, never again will I step in there, nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone.

I started looking for a new vehicle approximately 7 months before I actually ended up purchasing a vehicle. Brian Ambrogio was extremely patient letting me take my time to decide when the right time for me to buy a vehicle was, no pressure, but letting me know he was there when I was ready. I ended up getting the best deal possible on a vehicle perfect for me. I wanted a specific color vehicle and they were able to locate that for me at a different dealer and get it in for me within a day. It gives me new found hope that all salesman are not high pressured and pushing you into a vehicle before you are actually ready to commit. I would definitely recommend anyone who was in the market for a new or used vehicle to contact Brian Ambrogio at Palmen Motors of Kenosha. I can only hope that he is still there when I am in the market for my next vehicle.

Over the weekend my boyfriend and I went in to look at two separate vehicles... He started out with a 2009 CTS 4 which was in phenomenal condition however he began toying with the idea of new so we went from lot of lot viewing the options. After test driving 5 different cars and crunching the numbers he chose to stick with his original choice of the 2009 CTS 4. I had gone in to view a 2010 Jeep Wranger which too was in excellent condition however it didn't offer me the "gotta have it" the team was very understanding and helped me define what it was that I was truly looking for and it was found in the 2013 Jeep Wrangler. At this time we had run out of time because we had gone from lot to lot viewing all of our options. I had to go back on Monday to finalize all of the paper work and be able to walk out with my new car. I had gone up all alone and was walking out with my new car meaning I would have an hour drive back with someone else to grab my old car. The staff was so wonderful that they even offered to have it delivered to my home to simply make things easier on me and my family. All in all the staff was wonderful at all of the dealership sites, they make certain that they are taking the best care of you and holding the company name in addition to vehicle brand at a high level. When it comes time I will be returning to Palmen Motors for my next vehicle choice.

The personnel at Palmen sure have changed over the years. The last time I dealt with them was not a good experience so was leary about purchasing another vehicle,but te had what I needed. Brian Ambrogio was the BEST person for me. No pressure,open communication,no "tap dancing" with the finance people, just straight up and honest! Barry,business manager, was very professional and if I could have Joe Leonard,finance manager,the last time I wouldn't have been so skeptical. Joe was a hoot! I drove multiple vehicles,realizing what I needed,wanted,couldn't live without and nice to have but not necessary and Brian came up with the near-perfect vehicle for me. He even investigated why a certain part wasn't available and I was compensated for it nicely. My vehicle was washed,vacuumed and a FULL tank of gas when it was delivered to me. Brian sat and explained every button, feature,dial,etc on the vehicle and assured me he was only a phone call away for any questions. My opinion of Palmen has definitely improved and I wll recommend them in the future.

My wife and I saw the vehicle we purchased from Palmen Motors on their website. Mind you, we live a good 3 and half hours away from Kenosha, Wisconsin so we were a bit apprehensive about getting there and not getting what we expected. I'm telling you, the trip was worth every minute. Not only was the vehicale better than we ever imagined, the salesman we worked with, Brian Ambrogio, was just GREAT. I do not ever remember writing a review about service received at an Automotive Dealer (Good or bad). But I must state that the entire process at Palmen- 5431 75th Street Kenosha, WI 53142 was worth driving about an hour each way on several occasions. I live in Waukesha, WI which at first did not appear to be far but found out on the way there that it was a little short of an hour. Our salesman was Brian Ambrogio who was cordial, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Brian made the visit productive without putting the salesmen pressure pitch. My wife saw the car she wanted we took it for a ride loved it and of course worked out a fair deal with Brian. We shook hands and had a deal. I came back to Palmen a couple days later to pick up the car had some minor scratches that we did not see on the car (KIA Optima) when we took it out on a test drive. I let Barry auto repair manager know he came out and assured me that they would take care any and all of my concerns. Barry wrote everything down and we scheduled the repair date. I took his word and finished off the financial paperwork with Chris the finance manager who was outstanding, and very professional. Brought my car back to them, Brian set me up with a very sharp (2012 Kia Optima) very smooth ride. A couple days later received a call that my car was ready, when I arrived it was waiting for my inspection. EVERY, and I do mean EVERY scratch and/or flaw was taken care of just as Barry stated that it would be (I love the way they do business) they are true to their word. Brian is a fantastic salesman, Barry an honest and accommodating repair manager, and Chris a true professional, and they are great at their respective crafts. If anyone is looking for a car new and/or used I highly recommend visiting Palmen in Kenosha and ask for Brian Ambrogio he will make it worth your time no matter distance you have to travel.

Palmen Motors did have another similar car down the street and they were VERY helpful and professional in offering us a fair price and quality to seal the deal. Our daughter picked the car up today and she just called to say how happy she is and the car is great! The sales rep, Richie, exceeded our expectations with customer service and interaction. Palmen Motors Used Car Store Kenosha 75th Street - Late day Saturday we took our daughter shopping for a used car. We test drove the car we were interested in and then proceeded to the Sales Managers office to get a price. The Sales Manager was unable to give us a price after fumbling on his computer, ruffling through a paper binder and then calling for assistance to the new car store manager that yielded no answer to the call. We were prepared to buy a car, but so unbelievable he couldn't give us a price. With a commitment to call us Monday with a number, we received a text with a number, we exchanged a message and then were informed the Sales Manager sold the car to his buddy! Really, so my impression is he didn't want to give us a number on Saturday so his buddy could buy -- or he is unqualified to do his job....The lack of professionalism, customer service and integrity miss the mark at Palmen Motors.....

I went in yesterday and traded two cars in and bought my very first brand new car. I actually went there to buy a used car but they showed me the value of a new car for the same price. Rude, unprofessional , rip off and do not live up to their advitising this disgusting rudeness was given to my husband and I after paying for one car and going in to pick up pur second we were bullied into paying for by management there. Save yourself heartache and lots of money and go to a dealer that are happy to get your business. Of this happened to us and we were buying 2 cars in one week think about how bad your service would be getting only one new car. Please don't do that to yourself if you respect yourself go somewhere else.

Just bought 2 new cars. Felt tricked and ripped off by Ted. We were still negotiating the price and had not in our opinion signed anything confirming the sale. He told us we were liable for penalties if we did not take the car. Seeking legal advice on this. He made the joy of owning a new car HORRIBLE. Dont buy from them. When I purchased my new 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan I had installation of Blu Tooth after the product became in stock, I received my rental without any delay, the service was completed in a timely manner and I was overjoyed with the new feature of my Van. I have owned/operated many Chrysler/Dodge vehicles and have had them serviced at the Palmen Motors Service on 75th Street Kenosha, and Have been completely satisfied with their service. I have been listened to, I have been called in regards to the problems they have found, I have been kept informed of the progress of each repair. It is not the service that is bad but the quality of my 2009 Town and Country that drove me to my new Dodge Grand Caravan. If I have a concern at any time all I have to do is call the Service Dept and am told to bring it in. I feel confident that the staff are knowledgeable regarding any problems that may occur. It is very seldom that one hears good things about the service, many people are eager to report bad service or problems.
