Paramount Kia and John Miller made me an extremely happy woman today! I am the proud owner of a 2016 Kia Forte! John Miller was my super sales associate today and I want to say he was just awesome! John was so knowledgeable of the cars on that lot, from the pricing to the audio systems, there wasn't one question he couldn't answer. He really made this experience a pleasurable one for me and I could not be happier with my new Kia! I bought my first brand new car with Paramount Kia in 2007, it was a Kia Rio. I was so pleased with that vehicle that I returned to this same dealership today for another brand new Kia! John is a man of integrity and good character and I am glad I had the pleasure of working with him today. Thanks for helping me get my bluetooth feature activated so now I can drive safely with hands free calling!! That is just one of the many cool technological features in the 2016 Kia Forte!! This is for their store on Tunnel Rd we were treated fine by salesman of course , we were not given the KIA loyalty and this was our third or fourth one , husband has excellent credit gave us a 5 or 6 percent on finance didn't explain anything was told would have Sirrus radio three months had one month, went back to ask something treated as though we didn't just buy a twenty one thousand dollar car, steer clear go to Greer.

After a long day of car shopping my husband and I decided on just one more stop... we drove through the parking lot. because, honestly, we were sick of being hunted by sales people all day and couldn't bear ANOTHER salesman chasing us around the lot! We noticed a car that matched what we were looking for and decided to chance the swarming sharks! LolJohn came out to greet us, and while we were prepared for the same old same old- we were surprised at the approach. John, the salesman, he was not... John the educator, he was!John was a true breath of fresh air! I highly reccommend, not inly the dealership for its friendly down to earth folks- but I would ho one atep further to say ASK FOR JOHN! He truly is a no pressure, extremely informative representative of the customer... I bought an Optima from John and the whole process took about an hour! Everyone was very kind and patient with me through buying my first financed car. Bucky was knowledgeable about all the cars he showed me and took plenty of time to walk me through unfimialiar terms and concepts. He really seemed eager to help me get a decent car at a reasonable price. I came in looking for basically a junk car to get me by (after my car recently blew up) and mentioned that I always liked the Kia Soul, but they didn't have one on the lot I could afford due to a tight budget. Bucky went all out trying to get me in a Soul and ended up bringing one from another dealership for me to try out. Price was good, car was in good condition and turned out to be a plus model which we were both excited about. While they were working out bank stuff, I let my mother talk to bucky on the phone and when I got the phone back she told me "I really think he does have your best interest." So I bought a close to new 2015 Soul+ and haven't regretted it yet. Jordan was incredibly helpful also, even though I didnt spend as much time with him. He was also patient and made sure I understood everything before moving on, which as a first time buyer I appreciated greatly. He made me feel comfortable about my purchase. Great place with great people that respect your needs and treat you like a person rather than a dollar bill.

I bought a new KIA Soul at Paramount Kia of Asheville on Saturday, 10/29/2016. Tammy Jones and Anthony Parton were the sales people that helped me. They were great - friendly, helpful, but not pushy, nor did they pressure me any. This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. We looked for about 6 weeks and spent hours at 7 different area dealerships. We were wanting to upgrade from the Kia Soul we had to something that would seat an extra person comfortably and had AWD and most importantly, something that would fit within our budget. We were very specific and upfront as to what we could afford. We had "fair" credit (634) and a fixed monthly budget. We went to Hyundai of Asheville because we had purchased most recently there. Horrible experience! Lots of young, wet-behind-the-ear staff. We were told in a very condescending manner that we had "unrealistic expectations" and that was after we were pressured into staying past the time we told them we couldn't do what they offered. We went to Kia and had a great experience with Ben Brendle, but weren't able to get an APR we were comfortable with financing. Brandon Braswell said he'd keep working on it. A couple weeks went by and we received a phone call saying that they had something for us. We returned to Paramount Kia and met Jodi Biltoten. We arrived about 6:00pm after my husband got off work. Jodi showed us an AWD 2015 Sorento with less than 25,000 miles and certified pre-owned. We test drove it and it was exactly we had been looking for - complete with optional third row seating for extra passengers. Jodi was very knowledgable and extremely helpful and SUPER nice. Brandon Braswell was able to take our Kia Soul in trade and worked with banks to get us an APR that was 2.0% less than what we'd been offered at the other dealerships! Jordan Ogle was very thorough with explaining our paperwork and answered all questions. We have been thrilled with our deal and new-to-us SUV. Thanks again for all your hard work, Jodi, Brandon, and Jordan. Especially since we were there until 11:00pm...3 hours after closing! Paramount Kia has the same great customer service and professionalism that they claim to have in their advertising.

I would like to voice my experience in this survey. Our salesman was a nice person but he needs to consider a persons age when he chooses a car for them. A week after purchasing our car we went on a trip to Myrtle Beach. Upon arriving both of our lower backs really hurt. It was then that I realized that there was no Lumbar adjustment in my seat. It would have been nice to have known there wasn't any Lumbar positioning in the seat before we were sold the car. Also after bringing my car in to have it Scotch Guarded, it was only half completed on the dashboard.you can see areas missed. Bob.and Debbie Harrison

I never felt rushed or pressured in any way....I must say the 2011 was a very good car and I had no problem going with the same model for the new one...... it could only be better right?!Well it is! With the remake for 2017 and some needed improvements I am thoroughly satisfied I made the right decision. With the trip to the Outer Banks and back it rolled over a 1,000 miles and we averaged 31-32 MPG. So I'm happy with that as well.Roger Lane

Listen... When you're self employed it's extremely hard for financing. It's a "big risk" to hear the banks tell it. Well paramount Kia wasn't scared in the slightest way. Didn't even bat a eye!!! Yes had to provide paperwork and proof of income, but everyone has to. Come down to signing the paper work and had a hiccup, yep you guessed it...THEY FIXED IT!!!! Great people and great character. Purchased a slightly used Sedona when leaving I found a minor glitch AND yep!!! They fixed it too!!! Wish Kia made a full sized truck because I would def buy one!!!! Thanks PARAMOUNT KIA and Zack Martin!!!!

This was our first experience buying a car with any dealership. The experience was a stress free as buying a car can be. Jodi Biltonen was friendly and there was no pressure to buy at all, She also did her best to answer all of our questions regarding the process. Brandon and Brain also worked with us in getting our monthly payments and interest rate down to where we wanted them to be. I hate car shopping. I don't trust car salesmen. All of the sales people at Kia Paramount were helpful as you would expect car salesmen to be. The difference was that after I told them what I wanted to pay monthly, they were very frank about what my options were in order to get the vehicle I wanted. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or was not in my budget. I decided to lease a vehicle. They remained positive and helpful through some unforeseen difficulties in accessing my credit rating at the end of the day. I went back 2 days later to finish the paperwork which was quick. I received a call from the service dept later that evening to set up my first oil change 5 months from now! I like that! I would not hesitate to do business with them again and definitely recommend them.

I had been working with Tim Cousins over at Paramount Kia for a couple months looking for a Jeep wrangler. When they got one in that was what I was looking for they called me in to take a look at it. It wasn't even ready to be sold yet,but when I decided it was exactly what I wanted they rushed it into the service department and got it ready. I really do not buy vehicles from dealerships because of past experiences. Everyone at Paramount Kia Asheville was pleasant, helpful, and patient. All of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed in a timely manner. Many times I would stop the process because I didn't understand something that was stated or shown to me. Each person would patiently explain it to where I understood. I was not going to buy a new vehicle, but after sitting down and discussing monthly payments, the better deal for me was a new vehicle. I am very happy with the service I received, the final deal I got on the vehicle, and my daughter is ecstatic with her new Kia Soul.P.S. I do not give 5 stars to many. So when you see 4 stars, know that is a high rating coming from me. There is always room for improvement.

Bucky was great to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous. The dealership didn't have a car with the options we were looking for on their lot. Bucky tracked one down at another location, drove us out there to look at it, and rode back with us as we test drove it back to their lot, getting stuck in traffic along the way. We even stopped to pick up lunch on the test drive back to the lot. In the end, Bucky spent most of his day with us and was as courteous and patient at the end of the day as he was at the beginning. I highly recommend Bucky and I'm glad to have done business with him. Tony was likewise a pleasure to work with on financing. Very nice guy, professional and knowledgeable. We very much appreciated that the "paperwork" was handled on a large digital surface rather than on physical paper. Overall the experience was great. We wound up with the vehicle and options we were looking for around the price we were aiming for. We wouldn't hesitate to do business here again in the future.

Jodi did her best to get me in the car I wanted ASAP. She was very patient with me and the gang of kids I had in tow. She kept in touch but wasn't pushy. We took our five month old Kia Optima Hybrid in for its first service on 8/16/2016. We had opted to purchase the VIP Service agreement and were sort of expecting them to say "other" things needed to be done. No. Didn't happen. The service department couldn't have been nicer. I wanted a Kia Sorento with low payments. I wanted a certain color that the dealership didn't carry. Jodi Biltonen found a black Sorento and brought it to my job for me to see. Talk about great customer service. I wanted a sunroof with little addition to the price and Jodi was able to make this happen also. She always responds in a timely manner and willing to help me in anyway with questions and concerns. They made me feel as if they were truly concerned with my wellbeing in regards to safety and cost. I bought a 2014 Jetta SE from Paramount Kia a few days ago, and Chris was my salesman. He was friendly and professional every step of the way. During the car buying process, I told him a dealership 100 miles away in South Carolina had the same car for cheaper. Chris informed me that SC is a non-disclosure state (wherein a car dealer doesn't have to tell the buyer if the car has a salvage title.) He insisted on running the Carfax for that car for me, and lo and behold it was a salvage title! The VINs matched. He saved me from buying a junker. I would recommend this dealership for sure, and I would doubly recommend Chris.

Buying a car is never easy or fun in my experience. Kind of like the dentist. The folks at Paramount Kia made it as painless as possible. My salesperson, Jodi Biltonen was very easy work with and I would highly recommend her. She will not pressure you, or endlessly bug you.The finance manager was equally easy to work with. Very professional. Explained all the extras I could buy like extended warranties, and was polite when I declined. My only complaint is that Paramount is adding these cheap, flimsy wind protectors to many of the cars on the lot. Unless you are a smoker, they serve no real purpose. They do make lots of noise and detract from a car's looks. Insist on test driving a car without them.

Nelson Langley is the sales rep I worked with and I appreciate the fact that, before I met with him, he and the sales staff politely followed up with my initial contact to them without being pushy. I appreciate their patience in waiting for me to find the time to come to the dealership to look at the car that I was extremely interested in. The 2011 Chevrolet HHR that I purchased was listed at a great price and the dealership negotiated to give me a very fair trade-in price on my car. I was provided with paperwork that proved the car was in excellent shape. I was there on a Saturday, their busiest day, and had to wait a little bit to talk to the finance person but Nelson let me hang out in his office and helped pass the time quickly. I really appreciated the way my wife and I were treated. The sales associate and the finance associate communicated with me and my wife instead of pretending she had no say in the matter as some dealers we visited before did. They allowed us to look at all the vehicles on the lot that we were interested in and not just the ones they assumed we could buy or the ones that they needed to sell in a hurry. I sat out looking for a 2016 Dodge Durango and after being let down after test driving one, I test drove a Kia Sorento EX at Kia of Anderson in South Carolina. My sister drives an 07 Kia Sorento and hasn't had one problem out of it and it currently has 150,000miles on it. After test driving the Kia Sorento, I was sold on it but many dealers did not have the Kia Sorento EX in Remington Red or with a sunroof and were not willing to get me one either. Each Kia dealership I went to told me they were more concerned about selling the cars they had on their lot and did not want to trade with another dealership to get me what I wanted. After a lot of late night researching, I found ONE 2016 Kia Sorento EX that had a sunroof and all kinds of neat bells & whistles for a great price at Paramount Kia of Ashville. This dealership was approx two hours from where I live and was totally worth the drive! I was treated with respect and it was not a huge fight like it was at the other dealerships. They had what I wanted and worked with me on pricing and financing. Of course I was a nervous wreck walking in the door because this was my first big purchase as an adult! After taking a test drive and sitting down with Bucky Bates, I drove off in the exact car I wanted! After signing paperwork and waiting on my new ride to be cleaned up, my mother decided to test drive a different Kia Sorento! She loved it, we got an amazing deal, and now we are both very happy and satisfied in our new Kias!

I have been with Paramount Kia of Asheville since I purchased my 2006 Kia Optima in 2007. Every time I've called about any questions or service on my vehicle they have been very friendly and worked with me to get my car in for service when I wanted to get it in. When I get there the service personnel are always very friendly and helpful answering any of my questions or getting me the answer if they don't know it. My wife and I took our Optima in for some service and while we waited we decided to look at the Kia Soul because we have gotten to the age that it's getting very hard to get in and out of it. The salesman came out to greet us and asked if we had any questions that he could answer. We told him that our car was being serviced, but that we were looking at the Soul because of ease of getting in and out. He did not pressure us as some other car dealer sales personnel have done in our past. We decided to take a test drive and he took his time and we drove 4 different cars. After deciding we wanted the Soul he assisted us with all the paperwork and getting all of our stuff out of our other car. He then showed us the different things on our new vehicle and how they worked even setting up our phones via Bluetooth. The signing person helped us go through all the paperwork without any difficulties. All in all we had a great experience with them and I would recommend them to other buyers.

My wife and I spoke with Bobby Dills about a used Sorento. Bobby was very helpful and understanding about our budget and unfortunately they did not have any vehicles in our price. During this time my grandfather was on his death bed and Bobby was very respectful and let us deal with them on our own time. Bobby always made sure to see how we were doing and would call just tjo check on us and ask how my grandfather was. We did not buy a car from him but we made a very good friend in him. The manager Tom Ellis on the other hand was not as friendly. We left our family gathering early after my grandfather's funeral to meet with him because he didn't like that Bobby didn't sell us a vehicle (only because they didn't have anything we wanted in our price.) After we explained our budget once again knowing they didn't have anything in our price on their lot, Tom did not even come talk to us and just wasted our time. Long story short Bobby Dills was great, the manager Tom Ellis not so much.

Chris, the salesman was wonderful. Friendly, attentive to comments, interested in what my needs were in a car, as well as price & mileage range. I would recommend Chris to anyone considering a Kia! I will say that after owning the same car for 17 years & already visiting several other dealerships, I was not ready for the way a simple "I would like to see a sportage, turned into, 'OK, we're done, we'll get your car ready, & you can drive it home tonight.' I was expecting a few days of credit checking & financing work, which would allow me time to be sure this was the vehicle for me. As serious as I was about a new car, a Kia hadn't even been in my radar til that afternoon & now it was closing time. I tend to research quite a bit before any big purchase & am methodical in these decisions, not impulsive at all. I did not have this experience at any other dealership & was quite taken aback at the presumption (or "soft" strong arming?) of the manager, which he then had clearly relayed to the financing agent. They may do this everyday, but the customer does not. So I would caution anyone who goes here to just be aware of this & not let management rush you through the process.

Chris was so helpful in finding the car for me! He didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. He listened to all I had to say about what I wanted and gave me some options that included just what I wanted. If I had questions he would answer them or find out the answer in a timely manor. I felt his work was excellent. Asked Ben to see a few options for a used wagon or van, got us into a Mazda 5 a few days later. Drove the car around and left without pressure. Did some research at home, went back, and worked out a great deal trading our leased Hyundai. Ben was fun to work with and even retrieved our old log book days after they took the Hyundai away. The dealership was a bit busy and couldn't really handle everyone so the process took all day. I also wanted to use our bank loan, but got a little pressured to stick around to find a better deal through the dealership. That ended up taking most of the day, but they actually let us take the car home after signing the purchase agreement since the bank had closed. Returned the next morning with the check and all is right in the world. Thanks again Ben, we love our new car.

Tim Cousins, We would highly recommend him if you are in the market to buy a new or used vehicle. Tim didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. We told him how much we wanted to spend and he told us our options. We test drove the Kia Forte and the Kia Soul. They were quite knowledgeable about the product and were enjoyable to deal with.Once I had gone home and went through all of the papers for the sale, I was a little surprised that the price I had been quoted was 11% above the MSRP. However, the dealership was very generous with the trade in allowance offered (on my 126K mileage Honda), and once it was all done, including a rebate, I paid 5% under the MSRP. I realize the dealership has to "make a living" and I'm very happy with my new Caribbean BLUE Kia Soul.

On Friday, 03-25-16, my spouse and I had an appointment with Tim Cousins to look at a KIA Sorento. We do not have any great car purchasing experiences to fall back. They all have been terrible. So we went with great hesitation and a lump in our throats. We were greeted by a very friendly staff with smiling faces and out stretched hands of welcome. When we told them we had an appointment with Tim, they went to get his status. On returning, they said he was with a couple and it might be a little while before he could see us. We were offered beverages and said we could wait inside or stroll around. We chose to stroll since it was a beautiful day. In our stroll, we were impressed with the vehicles we saw and the information on the stickers. Shortly, Tim joined us. From that point on, we felt like 'KIA' family. We were so impressed with Tim, his knowledge of the company and the vehicles. Tim had pre-selected a Sorento for us to test drive and away we went. Tim worked very closely with us regarding pricing and if the vehicle really matched our needs. I cannot begin to tell anyone how comfortable we felt. It was a painless venture. After out visit to the Finance Department with Tony Alfano (also painless and with a great person with a sense of humor), we drove our new Sorento home that evening. Tim Cousins is a wonderful person and a definite asset to Paramount KIA of Asheville. We would highly recommend Paramount and most of all Tim. Thank you Tim and the wonderful staff at Paramount.

My husband and I both had very old cars (mine was 17 years old) and they were on their last legs. I started doing research on used cars in October, 2015 and finally narrowed it down to wanting 2 used cars between 2010 and 2014, decent mileage, affordable interest and price (with hopefully an extended warranty). We also wanted an AWD, since we had a hard time getting out of our driveway in the snow. I searched for months and became so frustrated, because I could not find anything near us. I was ready to ask a friend to look at 2 used cars all the way in Miami, FL that fit the bill. Finally, a friend of mine suggested I go and see Josh Flowers at Kia of Asheville. I had a Kia Forte which was super..fun to drive and A lot of room in backseat as well as trunk. Thought I was in Kia Paramount of Asheville NC to get another Forte, however after driving the Optima, I felt I'd like try this model...a little larger and longer car. Krisha Arrington helped me with this decision. She answered all of my questions and if she didn't know she found the answer quickly, without fumbling, in the Kia pamphlet. She was very calm and patient..I never felt rushed or pushed to buy the car. I felt like she was my cheerleader in the finance portion of the sale. Kia is a super car...not hard to sell as it's rated very high in safety, therefore, keeping your insurance lower than some other makes of cars.

She was patient & not pushy & just let me drive cars until I picked the one, in my price range, that I loved!! Once I found my car, she worked with me on negotiating the price, until I was satisfied. I purchased my first KIA back in 2013. I was nervous because it was the first time of ever going in debt that much for a car. We originally went to KIA of Asheville to look at a used car for $4500, and told that this car could be financed. When we got there, we were told that the amount of $4500 was only a cash deal. The began to talk to us about a brand new 2013 KIA SOUL. We had told them of our luck with vehicles, and then they told us that if we were to get a new car that they had better gas mileage and that if something were to ever tear up on the car that it would be covered up to 100,000 miles. Nervous if a bank would ever accept our credit, we agreed to check into this. Luckily we got accepted. I had never had a brand spanking new car ever before. I loved it. Paramount KIA took very good care of us when we came to get our oil changed, and our salesman Josh Flowers always called to check on us to see if we were okay and to see if we were still happy with our KIA SOUL.I had been paying on my car from February of 2013 til September of 2015 when I got rear-ended by another car. I was fine but my car got totaled. The other guys insurance did pay for a rental car, but before a week was up, they decided to inform us that it would soon end if we did not find something soon. So, we decided to go back to the KIA dealership since we were treated so kindly by them the first time. They were excellent with working with us to find our second KIA SOUL. I have nothing to say but good things about Josh Flowers (our salesman). He and his financial team helped us out on more than one occasion.

John Miller and the rest of the crew at paramount kia of tunnel road were exceptionally helpful and thorough throughout the entire process of helping me be financed for a used car. The process took about two months total because of many complications but John and the others stayed next to me and sought every way possible to help me get the car. I haven't seen this much commitment to one person from an entire dealership to help a struggling teenager reach what he wanted. Unfortunately I do not get to buy another car from them for another five years, but I would and will recommend them to others who, like myself, have been turned down or treated poorly from other dealerships.

I began a follow up on license plates for my new KIA several days before they expired. The staff promised to check the issue out and call me. Two days later, no return calls. Dealer plates expire tonight. Great pre-sales and sales experience with Josh Flowers. He is an excellent representative. Bad customer service follow-up. I have been in the Kia Family since 1989 when I got my first Kia Sophea. It was a great car then I moved to NC and in 2004 got a Kia Optima with my mom and dad. I then in 2007 got a Kia Rhondo. I absolutely love my new Kia Forte! I had been going back and forth about what car to buy, torn between the Toyota Corolla and the Kia Forte. We were very pleased with Bucky our salesmen. He was not pushy at all, very down to earth. Just not what we expected when we drove into the dealership. This is the all time worse purchase that we hate to make. We do not trust salesmen, and hate car shopping. BUT...with our salesmen we felt comfortable. He was trustworthy, did not mind spending hours with us even though we had a certificate for a price that was not negotiable. A couple of days ago John Miller of Paramount KIA called me and said he had a great deal for me to purchase a nice 2016 Sorento SX. My wife and I drove over that same day and took a demo ride. Wow! what a very nice ride - plenty of power, loaded with lots of options, a quiet ride and hugs the road nicely. Josh Flowers was very helpful in terms of showing me models of the Kia Soul and explaining details.. I was surprised that he just handed me over to the finance person without participating . The finance person presented me with a ridiculously high monthly payment that was no where near what I had told Josh. Did me being a female have anything to do with that??I was ready to walk until someone from management came in and gave me the monthly payment I could afford. I'm glad for that but the process was stressful and unpleasant.

He let us both drive it & we fell in love with it. That's all it took. They took so much time to find me a car I wanted and could afford. Troy kept me updated the entire time as to what he was doing, and why he was doing it. After researching the Kia Sorrento and several other similar vehicles, I decided to take a test drive. I called Paramount and spoke with a sales team member, Nelson, and he answered my questions with a courteous professionalism. He even suggested that I visit the dealer's location closest to where I located, promising to let them know I was coming. John met me as I drove up and was equally kind and knowledgeable. I test drove the Sorrento that I actually ended up leasing 2 days later...it was an awesome diving experience.Once I agreed to terms, the delivery process was fine; however not exceptional. The paperwork took quite a bit longer than what I was quoted, and there was no 'lot boy' to clean my new vehicle...sending me home with plastic lining the interior of my car and no knowledge of how to work the technical aspects of the Sorrento. It was necessary for me to go to the main Kia location the following day to have the car detailed which took 90 minutes. I still do not know how to manage most of the bells and whistles, and will need to return to the main location to receive the tutorial that I should have received in the first place. I'm certain that it will all work out in time, and I am thrilled with the Sorrento...a very solid, great handling and beautiful automobile!

I recently purchased a used Honda S2000. I was assured that everything had been tested and was good to go. I picked up the car in the rain. Once home, there was the smell of gasoline. Also the right side latch for the convertible top was almost impossible to operate. There also seemed to be very difficult to start after the car was warmed up. Upon a diagnostic day at Apple Tree Honda turns out I need four new fuel injectors, replaced oil hoses and a new latch for the top. Total: about 1400.00 dollars. I would not have purchased if I had known. When I questioned signing the arbitration clause, I was assured I would never need it. If I could I would go to small claims court. I am say be super careful if you purchase a used care from Paramount Kia....take to a different dealer and have it tested on a machine so you get an honest assessment. We buy and we learn. I would also say Tim Cousins was a great person to deal with, but even his requests for intervention from management came to naught.

I don't feel like I got the best price possible, but in light of my circumstances and poor credit I was amazed that Troy and his team were able to get me financed for what I had. They offered great advice and extended a helping hand for down the road once my credit improves a little. this is my first brand new car and first purchase without a co signer. over all I'm very pleased with the experience.

Now we purchased a new 2016 KIA Forte. I started out wanting to buy a car through the bank, considering i was in desperate need of a car. Was visiting family for the holidays and car broke down and needed to get back home to South Carolina for work and my bed. i went to Kia initially only wanting to get my car appraised. When i got there Chris immediately greeted me and was ready to help with what ever he could assist with. Even though i went to Kia to originally get my car appraised, Chris mentioned that he could possibly helped me out even more then the bank could, and that's exactly what he did. He gave me a great trade in offer, above what i thought it would go for, and put me into a new 2014 car with only 42,000 miles. I have been with my car for only a couple of days now and i love her (or maybe him, don't know what i'm going to name it just yet.)

I've purchased 3 cars in the past from Paramount Kia and was ready to trade in my 3rd (Kia Soul) and purchase my 4th Kia. I had my daughter with me, and we were also looking to get something for her. I was approached by Jarrad Wilson who greeted us professionally, but was also very warm and friendly - I knew it was going to be an easy process. He clicked with all 3 of us (myself, my daughter, and my son) and was exceptionally knowledgeable about Kias - I was impressed with the information he told us about Kia, about the cars we were looking at, and about the dealership, in general.After we finally decided on the cars we were going to purchase and began the long process of negotiations, he stayed with us the entire time and remained in conversation for hours - never leaving any "awkward silence" moments. We laughed, a lot. We are from SC, so we called first, figured out some basics. Chris emailed us some inventory based on our parameters set forth. We reviewed them and narrowed down our choices. Then we set up a time for a test drive. We came up on a Saturday, 2 hours before they closed. Ben, who was doing a GREAT job filling in for Chris, showed us the cars we had narrowed down to. We drove them all, made the decision and decided to buy. Norm handled the financing end very smoothly. They even ended up staying past their closing time to finalize the deal. I went in after looking all day. It was pouring rain. He greeted me in the car lot, offered me his umbrella, assisted me to the showroom, where he took down everything I was looking for. Then he brought car after car into a warm garage for me to look at so I could stay out of the rain. He found the perfect car for me. He was the most professional individual I have worked with in a long time. But the management left a lot to be desired. The manager couldn't be bothered to look at my trade in, making me wait forever to appraise it and the finance guy glared at me the entire time. I had my car appraised by three other dealers that morning. The finance guy insulted my intelligence by offering $5,000 less than all the rest for my new luxury automobile. They obviously did not want to make a sale. It's a shame because Chris did everything right!!!!

I started car shopping for my daughter in the summer of 2015. She was still 15 but I wanted to get an idea of what she liked. I left my information with the salesman and he sent a monthly email and followed about with a monthly phone call. After my daughters 16th birthday, I decided to get her car as a Christmas gift. The salesman who had followed up with me so regularly had left the dealership but passed my information along. The new salesman just happened to call me and I figured I'd drop in and see what they had on the lot. I appreciated that the salesman came in on his day off to show me a few cars. This is by far the best car buying experience ive had EVER! Chris is great! He is funny and easy to talk to. Unlike some other places I've been to he actually takes the time to listen to you and find out what you want and need and works his tail off to help you find it. The first time that we dropped by the dealership, we were greeted by Craig Anderson. He was very professional but treated you as a friend. He was very accommodating, hustling to line up vehicles that fit our needs. Craig went on the test drive with us enlightening us about the features on the vehicle. Craig Anderson, Josh Flowers, and Krisha Arrington were very knowledgable about the vehicle features. We looked around at other vehicles but other dealerships just didn't measure up to the professionalism, friendliness or product knowledge. Kia of Asheville: Service and Product Review November 8, 2015Our 2016 KIA Sorento, purchased from Kia of Asheville, is now one month old and we now have 1,000 miles of experience with the car. Our overall review of both the car and the dealership are excellent.Kia of Asheville: My wife and I were looking for a family car suitable for long distance trips to visit our children and that could also serve as my local "utility car" for supporting several local, non-profit organizations. We had read many very favorable reviews of the Kia Sorento and also knew that it was one of the few cars with a 10 way, power adjustable front passenger seat, which was a critical requirement in our search.We met with Tim Cousins, Sales Consultant at Kia's Asheville dealership on route 191. Tim listened to our stated requirements, outlined several options in the Kia line that we might consider and allowed us to drive two that seemed reasonable. Our test drive caused us to quickly zero in on the 2016 Sorento as our preferred vehicle. A few days later, we received a call from the dealership informing us that they had identified three 2016 Sorentos they had in stock which met our basic requirements. We test drove two of them which seemed to have the optimum option package and were informed of the pricing which was quite favorable. The deal was concluded promptly at a price we considered to be very fair.Throughout the process we were impressed by the integrity and professionalism ofthe personnel with whom we dealt at Kia of Asheville and would gladly refer others to them. Our perception is that of a quality, customer focused well run organization.The 2016 Kia Sorento: After our first 1,000 miles of driving the car we are well pleased. The car rides nicely and is quiet inside. We were greeted at the front door by Buckey Bates the first time we went to the dealer ship to look at new cars. You cannot ask for a nicer person than Buckey. He was very polite, not pushy but very willing to show us cars we were interested in buying. He did a great job, and we felt he was very honest and we could work with him. We went back a few days later and spoke to Buckey again because we felt we were ready to buy the car. Again very polite answered all are questions. Aaron Hill worked with us for hours to help us get the best buy for our money. He was so patient and not pushy and did not try to convince us to spend more money. He was able to work it out and we drove off with a new KIA which we love. Jordon Ogle also worked with us and he was very professional and was willing to make it work for us. I would recommend people stop by and talk to them if they are ready to buy a KIA.

By going to Paramount Kia of Asheville, we were able to deal with a "home town boy" in a great Christian atmosphere!Went to Kia used car lot to look at some used midsize SUVs shown on their website. We met Michael Shirley and he walked us through the process of matching our needs to vehicles he had in stock. The first vehicle he showed us turned out to be just exactly what we were looking for! He answered all our questions and treated us fairly throughout the buying process. Michael also went above and beyond by helping us return a rental vehicle during a time of usually heavy traffic which made the task very time consuming. Members of management also stopped by to check if our needs were being met - nice touch. Joel Smith also helped with the financial portion of the deal and helped us figure out a unique situation we were faced with. Bottom line, I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for new or used cars!

They also work with your price range and find the perfect vehicle for you. I am very happy with the service and product. I had to take my car in for repairs. It turned out to be more than I wanted to put into my car. I had been thinking about trading anyway. They really worked hard to make me a great deal. They gave me a fair trade in value even considering the repairs needed. I must say the sales person I worked with was the best I've ever dealt with. So nice and really sincere. Someone recently wrecked into my car and I have been driving (my girlfriends car) around all week looking for a replacement. I must admit: we dreaded buying a car for many reasons. Our experience at Kia of Greer was so lousy, we were geared up for a never-ending wait-and-see. But Ben steered us to the right car, exactly what we needed, and made the deal happen painlessly. We were in and out within 3 hours. If we'd paid cash, it probably would have cut the time by two-thirds. Norman, the business manager, was an absolutely critical part of the mix, and actually brought to the dealership and to Ben. I've bought several cars from Paramount Kia of Asheville since I moved to North Carolina in 2000, including a couple of Kia Rios for our daughters as they were going through high school and college. The last car we had, I'd bought used from a private party and two months later, the transmission quit. Kia's warranty is something I'll never go without again; I'm a spoiled Kia customer and will return within the next year to buy another Kia from Ben.

Amazing service! No pressure! Honest explanation of all programs. Don Ornato is an amazing salesman. Soft spoken, explained everything slowly and carefully making sure I understood all aspects of the sale. I called on Monday and by Wednesday, Don had located what he determined and was "spot on" about...a good reliable used car with low mileage. I met Don on Thursday afternoon after work and by 8:00 I was home with a new vehicle. Don even followed me back to the car rental service so I would not be charged an extra rental day. I know that this sounds like good service but it was extraordinary service because Don put his personal name behind this transaction as well as Paramount Kia. Everyone I came into contact with made me feel comfortable and treated me as if I was the only customer in the building. Joel Smith worked his magic with the financial end of the deal and I was amazed at the outcome. He was very kind, took my particular situation into consideration and took the time to explain every detail. I was delighted that I did not have to spend time at the License Plate Office, they took care of everything. If I were to move out of state, I would still come back to Paramount Kia for another vehicle purchase. Jodi was great!! I had originally intended to purchase a Toyota, but Jodi convinced me to test drive another Soul. I was bit picky about the options I wanted, and she went above and beyond to find the closest match we could get. I'm very happy about my purchase and Jodi's "laid back", no pressure approach was perfect. She seemed more interested in my being happy rather than making the sale. I was given a very fair price.The other salespeople and managers were very nice, but I had to wait a long time for credit check and final paperwork. It seemed there were not enough of the appropriate managers that were able to do these things. In addition, while I was waiting (over an hour), I saw several potential customers leave because they were not attended to.

Even though it got busy with about 5 customers talking to salesmen, Ben saw me and invited me inside right away. We discussed my trade-in as well as the car I was interested in. We took a test drive and I liked the 2008 BMW right away. Back inside I told Ben what I wanted on my trade-in. Within minutes we were negotiating that price. We came to an agreement and had all the paperwork done in a few minutes. From arrival at 1:00PM to driving off in my BMW at 3:30 PM. I was quite pleased with the transaction. My only complaint is the size of the Tunnel Road office. 5 desks crowded into too small a space and no privacy to discuss confidential information.

Craig Anderson was the Sales Consultant who helped me from the moment I drove into their parking lot. He was absolutely amazing, a 10+!! He showed me all the models I was interested in seeing, listened carefully to my requirements, never tried to close the sale, and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each model after he knew my requirements. He was professional, efficient, friendly and I could not have been better served. I have been in sales for 30 years, and trust me, he is very professional!While the Business Office, which was also very good, was processing my paperwork, Craig cleaned out the car I had driven, packed everything up and placed it in the new car,and transferred my license plate to the new car! He then explained the things I needed to know very well about operating the car and told me to call him or come back with any questions!! All amazing!! Business Office and Sales personnel!! They took the car (Acura) I was driving on a lease and credited it toward my new lease! they made the whole process fast and easy!! We went during a special Kia sales event, and they were very busy. The only negative I can think of about the whole experience is that it took nearly half a day. We ended up buying a Kia Soul. We got a very good deal, and every person we dealt with was courteous and friendly. I can't blame them for offering every automobile equivalent of "you want fries with that?" because that's their job. But I congratulate them for the fact that when I said "No, thank you," they didn't pressure me any further. They also explained things in as much detail as I asked for, and on one or two points they were extremely patient in explaining something multiple ways until I understood it.Aside from the long wait (which is partly my fault for putting off going until they were so busy), they treated me exactly right! How often can you say that about a car dealership? :-)

The guys were REALLY helpful and made the experience enjoyable!! Chris told me when I got there that he would do everything that he could to help get me into a car before I left, and he did! He is an awesome salesman but more than that he made me feel like a friend, which made the process easier. Looking for a new vehicle is a pain. I've been going to buy one for quiet awhile but didn't want the hassle of dealing with a pushy sales person.. And then I met Josh Flowers at paramount kia in Ashville. This young man was very pleasant and informative. He asked what exactly was I looking for in a vehicle. I told him and he found the perfect one I wanted at their store on the other side of town. He said it's on its way over and then he gave me a tour of their facility, even took me to see the service area which was spotless. When the sportage arrived I took it for a drive and loved it. Josh explained all the features and then done a little figure krunching. And it was a sale. Thank you, Josh Flowers!

My 2011 Kia Sorento AWD SX eats tires....my first set of Kumho's lasted 35k miles....my second set of Hankook's bought at the dealership lasted 25k miles.....I received no "HELP" of any kind from the dealership/service....I have serviced my vehicle at the dealership every time but once over the last 60k miles.....I have had the vehicle there every 5k to 7k miles.....the Service manager (John) told me he would sell me a set of michellin's at $70.00 more per tire than my local tire co. here in Waynesville (No Help).....his boss Tom Ellis returned my call on 7/27/15 but have not heard from him since (No Help).....this is not good customer service....why did the service dept. not recognize that either set of my tires were not wearing properly versus just checking the tread depth....I like the car but hate the fact that I probably need to have the vehicle alignment done every 10k miles or less to keep it from destroying the tires... Being in our 70's, my husband and I have purchased a lot of new cars. I have to say this was the most pleasant of new car purchases we have ever had. Our salesman, Tony Alfano was the greatest. He never made us feel stupid or silly for the many questions we had. He was kind, informative, happy to help in any way he could, and we actually enjoyed being at the dealership. Both my husband and I were impressed with his knowledge of the car we were interested in, but also with his knowledge of the company. He was obviously proud to work for Kia, and told us repeatedly how good they were to their employees and their customers. To my husband and I a happy employee speaks volumes of the company that we are about to do business with. What a great experience. Not one person we saw or came in contact with failed to speak, and if time allowed ask if we needed help. The finance Manager we met with was Jordan Ogle. He was very good at making sure we understood everything about our purchase. I would recommend Paramount Kia of Asheville family, friends or strangers. Great place, Great people.

We went in with very little hope in buying a newer car for our family. I completed the online credit application and was contacted immediately. Alixis spent time with us figuring out what we were looking for that was inside of our price range and did not treat us any less with a lower credit score verses someone with a 850 score. She adjusted her schedule to fit ours and when she was pulled away due to another car sale, she placed us in Anthony's hands. Anthony took the time to walk us around and meet other key staff memebers including Andrew in the service department. And of course the least favorite part of buying a car is dealing with the finance department but Jordan made it work for us and kept our best interest in mind the entire time. We left with a newer mini van and are very happy that they said YES!! We even referred a family member and they bought a 2015 Soul from Alixis the next day!!!

The repairs on my 1990 Honda were beginning to cost more than I was willing to pay. I went to KIA of Asheville looking for a used Hyundai. Kia bought my old car and I bought a brand new Kia Forte, 6-speed manual, instead. I absolutely LOVE my 2015 KIA Forte, straight drive! The gas mileage is great! And being a fast driver around town and the highway... this car makes me VERY happy! It zips and zooms just like I want it to. I went into the dealership with a negative bias toward Kia. Paramount made a fair deal on purchase of Kia and the car is excellent. Not so the service on it. My car was delivered to Kia on Monday for a Tuesday 9:45am service appointment. When I called late Tues. afternoon to verify if work was complete, the dealership claimed they didn't have the car. Of course, once they actually looked, they did, although they did no work on it until Thursday. It is now Friday. I retrieved my partially completed car yesterday late afternoon with the agreement that parts that were ordered yesterday via overnight mail were expected and hoped for today when I would return and wait while repairs were completed. This am the service manger called to report that parts were received but, work can only be done Monday am. I was deprived of the use of my car Tues. - Thurs. while nothing was done until Thurs., and then only partially done. Now I can give up another day while I do and wait on Monday for the work may or may not actually be completed. I was offered a loaner car and small reduction in the bill only on Thursday and only when I expressed big annoyance. Yet, the inconvenience and annoyance continues into next week. I would not hesitate to buy Kia's excellent product again but, buyer be aware and alert on service issues at this dealership.

I accompanied my fiancee to help her trade for a new 2016 Kia Sorento. She got there before me and met our salesman, Weston Phillips. She had done her research and knew exactly which vehicle that she wanted. They took the car out for a drive and brought it to my work for me to test drive as well. I loved it. The Sorento all wheel drive is a blast to drive. It's not a twitchy car like most front drive cars are because of the all wheel drive. The fit, finish, quality, and warranty are awesome. Weston and his manager, Josh Dehart, were awesome to deal with. They gave us the best deal that they could without a bunch of haggling, then worked with us to get the best financing possible. Josh Flowers, our salesman, was fantastic and very professional when we traded our 2007 Chevy Tahoe for a 2016 Kia Sorento on June 8. We could not have asked for a better experience at Paramount Kia of Asheville. Josh let us test drive several vehicles, went over the different packages on different vehicles, etc. After Josh found exactly the perfect Kia Sorento for us on another lot, we made a deal which even included him driving to Highlands, NC to deliver the new Sorento to us the next day. We have just been through the process of buying a new car. It is not always a nice process. We had been to 3 area dealers and did not find what we were looking for. My husband wanted to go see what as available at Paramount Kia. We were welcomed almost upon getting our of our car by Tommy Modesto. He inquired as to what we were looking for and started immediately to work with us to find just what we needed. We thought we had made a decision on a used car and started the paperwork. Shortly thereafter we met Aaron, the manager of Paramount Kia. He asked what we had chosen and we discussed the vehicle. He learned we were partial to the Kia Soul but felt it was out of our price range. He made a few suggestions and we ended up buying the Kia Soul at a very reasonable price. We picked up our new car yesterday and we are very happy with it. Everyone at Paramount Kia was very helpful. All of the staff were easy to work with and their main goal was that we would find the perfect vehicle for us. Everyone treated us with such kindness and courtesy. Very friendly service, good trade, took care of everything except making sure we swapped the insurance over, that was my fault too. We drove it 4 days then Progressive called me as the bank was trying to get proof of insurance. It turned out ok but could have been a disaster. Other than that if was a good day.

My wife and I had a great experience through the whole car-buying process. Our salesman, Jarrad Wilson, was not only fair with the price, but very personable and engaging. We felt very comfortable with him and even met his family which he was taking time away from to finish our transaction...best salesman we have ever encountered. Trey the business manager was fun and not the typical stuffy manager and we enjoyed talking with him. We were introduced to the service department and Jordan was very down to earth and friendly..my wife had a car serviced there before (not a Kia) and had nothing but good things to say about them. My whole life, I've been disenchanted with car dealers. They say whatever they have to to get you to buy, and then, you're on your own. Not at paramount. Today I thought I was up a creek, but the management staff were wonderful, and did what they should have done, and provided good service, rather than what they could have done. Legally, they could have left me high and dry, and in debt with a car that I couldn't fix. Instead, they took care of me. Thanks paramount!

Our sales representative, Travis Bradford, was perfect for us. Everyone was respectful and there was none of the "pushiness" that can make the vehicle purchase unpleasant. I love the Cayenne (Used) that I purchased and feel that we met in the middle price wise. After the purchase they gave us 3 tickets to a production of the Adams Family that we attended that night and had a great time. After totaling our 2009 Borrego we went to Paramount to purchase a vehicle. Knowing we wanted a Sorento ahead of time made Nelson Langley's and Brandon's job a lot easier. Once we gave them our want list they went to work and found the vehicle in their inventory that most matched. Best sales person ever, TIM FOX. Best finance manager, NATHAN NUNN. We had the best experience purchasing a car at PARAMOUNT KIA in Asheville, NC. We had gone in to take a look at the Elantras but found they fell short on safety. Our salesman knew safety was a #1 priority and that we where looking at price too. He directed our attention over to the Kia Soul. We were considering buying a new car but we were not sure. Our car was running fine and we did not really feel that we had to buy a car immediately. This was not a high-pressure sale. Tim worked diligently to get us the price we wanted. Again, no high-pressure sale. He was so patient with us. Answered all our questions. Now the big question was the financing. This is where Nathan came into the picture. He worked diligently with the banks to get us a fabulous rate. We were amazed. We arrived at the dealership on a Saturday at 5:30pm (closing time is 6:00) and did not leave until 9:30pm. They were determined that we would not leave without a car and they succeeded. I was there to buy my daughter a car to take to college and we sat in or drove at least a dozen cars and they even drove us over to the Tunnel Road lot to look at one. My daughter is thrilled with her Kia Optima and we would definitely come back here when we need another car. They were all very patient with us and worked very hard to put us in a car that was in our budget.

I went to the dealership because I received a flyer about them wanting to purchase my 2011 Kia Soul. I wasn't really sure if I would be able to get a new vehicle, as there have been a few dings on my credit recently and I still owed for my old vehicle. Not only did they work with me on the amount they gave me for the old vehicle, but they also worked with me on the payments so that I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Kia Soul. Andrew was also quite knowledgeable and friendly, even going so far as to purchase me a beverage while I waiting for a decision from the bank. And Tim gave me pointers on how to possibly decrease my payments after a few months. Overall, another excellent visit to a Kia dealership. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I talked to DJ on the phone we set up an appointment time. He showed me several cars I test drove a Soul but ended up getting a 2013 barley used Forte. DJ and the finance guys made the purchase happen. I need to trade cars do to a knee injury and they found a car that worked and drove over to another location to get the car and DJ himself cleaned and washed the car and filled up the tank with gas, You could not ask for a better experience.

I had bought a new Kia Rio from Paramount last year and wanted a larger vehicle because I sold a third vehicle I owned that we used for the dogs and hauling things. I came in for an oil change and saw Jarrad and asked him about the Sorento. We took a test drive and I really liked the Sorento. It had everything I wanted in a vehicle and told Jarrad if he could come up up with the right numbers we would have a deal. He worked with Aaron and they came up with a price I liked and I traded the Rio for a Sorento. I loved the Rio and I love the Sorento. It is a real joy to drive and it looks great and drives great. I couldn't be happier and I will definately buy another car from Jarrad when I am ready. Jarrad explained the benefits of the Sorento with no pressure whatsoever. The decision was up to me and he just presented the facts and I went from there. Paramount Kia is a great place to buy a car. There service is top notch also. I truely enjoy going out there.

This was my first time purchasing a car of my own. I personally don't exactly enjoy the process or experience of researching and buying a car in general, but the people at Paramount Kia were super kind and helpful in just about every way they could have been and made the process as least painful as they could. They were honest, straight-forward, and didn't pressure me into buying a car, which I greatly appreciated. I eventually drove off the lot with a little Subaru Impreza and had some minor issues with driving the car as I was going back home. I understand that sometimes issues and hiccups happen in this life and what speaks a lot about our character and value is how we respond when those issues arise. Paramount Kia was beyond helpful and rose to the occasion with responsibility and service when those issues arose briefly after driving the little Subaru off of the lot. Thank you!

I recently took my father into the Asheville dealership to inquire about purchasing a new or used car this was after he did the online prequal they told him to come in and he would drive the car home, we arrived at the dealership and met the sales associate and after looking at a couple of cars my dad decided on one that he wanted so after checking his credit and talking with him the sales associate claimed there would be no problem getting him in the car, he then told us to sit tight he would know something soon so we waited for about 4 1/2 hours then the associate said he was swamped with customers so we should go home and he would call us, we waited 2 days no call so we called him several times and each time he said he would call him back but still no call, finally we got ahold of him and he told my dad he would find out right now and call right back this time he did call back but first he said he needed a large down payment then told my dad if he could just come up with the sales tax he could get it so my dad said that's fine let me know when I can come get the car, Once again the associate said ill find out and call you back im kind of busy but I will call you in about an hour well that was a week ago and we still haven't heard from him, my Dad would have bought the car regardless so this is a lost sale for the dealership all it would have took was a phone call saying hey sorry I cant sell you the car on those terms, but no call no letter no email NOTHING!! not only is this bad customer service but it makes me think that the associate only wants to deal with customers if he knows he can make money off of it, Im positive this is not the policy of the owner and I was planning on buying from there myself this spring but if this is the best customer service that is offered I'm not so sure, weather someone has bad credit, or no money all it takes is an answer I was in sales for years and no matter what the outcome I made sure the customer knew I was on top of the sale and I did everything I could to make the sale but when I couldn't I had the compassion and guts to tell the customer what the options were even if there were none and I always had repeat customers due to that, my recommendation would be remove the logo that says "WE SAY YES" and train the associates to provide customers with proper notification good or bad, who knows you might save a sale if you called him now and told him what he needs to do but no effort gets no response, if the sales associate cannot deal with that many customers at one time perhaps he should try dealing with each one as they come, I know this is not directly the dealerships fault but situations such as this fall back on the dealership when many people get treated this way

I was very pleased with my experience at KIA. I submitted an online application for approval, Jarrad Wilson contacted me the next day, I stopped by to look at the inventory on Saturday as I was in the area, told Jarrad what I wanted and that I had about an hour to talk, we took a test drive while they appraised my car. Finance gave me some figures to look over and Monday called Jarrad, told him that I would be there around 5, we was free and available when I got there, no waiting, got the papers signed, they cleaned the car, full tank of gas, Jarrad showed me the service department and introduced me to everyone, went to the car where Jarrad proceeded to go over all bells and whistles in detail. Jarrad set up my Bluetooth, and my UVO while explaining everything. If you are looking for a dealership that you do not want to spend hours at and try to sell you something that you do not want, I recommend you going to KIA of Asheville!!! Customer service outstanding!!!!! Even though it has been two weeks since I bought my car, several people including Jarrad has contacted to ensure I am satisfied with my car!!! This was actually the easiest buying experience yet. John Cable understood what I was looking for and chose several cars for me to choose from. Brandon Braswell was very easy to get along with and along with Tim Cousins helped me achieve what I didn't think I would be able to financially. I purchased a 2007 Nissan Maxima of which I am thrilled over. The car is in excellent condition and such an improvement over my former vehicle. If I had any negative comments it would only be that I was hoping not to have to pay for any repairs so soon after purchasing...and I am well aware that I did buy a used vehicle and repairs are inevitable. I am having to replace the serpentine belts and two tire pressure sensors and the cabin filter was absolutely filthy. I still love my care and it is a small price to pay for a decent and reliable ride. Once these repairs are made it's almost like I have a brand new car again! I will definitely refer friends to Kia of Asheville and especially to John Cable! Never high pressured me, pulled exactly what I asked for and went beyond and above! Really satisfied with my experience.

I will definitely return to this dealership. The guys were courteous, professional and they gave me a very good deal. I have already called Brian a couple of times to ask questions re the bluetooth tech and the radio. They drove all the way to Winston-Salem to get the color I wanted. I feel they went above and beyond to satisfy me, including making the monthly payment affordable.

I went just to look and met Ron King. He was a great guy! Not the usual car salesman. Found a car that I really liked and even got a great APR and monthly payment. Had a few calls afterward to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. But a month later, the 2012 car I purchased was leaking oil. I took it to my local dealer since it was still under warranty. I ended up paying $75 to clean up my engine and a new oil filter because the local dealership thought when Kia of Asheville changed the oil, they left the oil filter loose; which can happen. When I contacted Ron, he said he would speak with his manager. Never received a call back. Ron again said he would take care of it. Still no call. I emailed the used car manager and didn't hear back. I finally received a call from David over service. I was obviously contacting the wrong people. Within 2 days I had a check in my mailbox for reimbursement for the charges to clean up my engine and said he would detail my car. This made things finally right. I was a little frustrated but in the end, everything worked out. Thanks David!

First let me say that the Sales team at Paramount is an awesome bunch of people. Craig Anderson was our salesman. Courteous, friendly and worked very hard to get us into the car of our choice....Before we left the lot, we identified with Craig that there was a problem with the heating system,,to which Craig held true to his word and made sure the vehicle would be repaired.. Paramount supposedly, "fixed" the problem, at no cost to us,,AND , I am very grateful... Sales and Finance.."Thumbs Up!"...... The real nightmare begins with the SERVICE DEPARTMENT....Buyers beware!! Take a course at your local college in Auto Repair if you want the job done correctly!! I was told to bring the car in,,they diagnosed the problem...and after being there for 2 to 3 hours...Gave me a ride home...No offer of any other transportation at that time..Then it was order the part and wait.. I DO understand that these things can take time,,but The attitude of these folks would make a preacher complain!! This was a used vehicle purchase,,But, they knew of the problem at sale and agreed to "make it right" I thought these vehicles go through an inspection before they are sold?? After complaining relentlessly,,and 5 days later, they agreed to a rental, ,But, first saying They would get the rental if we would pay half the cost!! REALLY? They finally agreed to a rental..I guess 2 days out of 7 are better than nothing? So,,,I get the car back yesterday...Not really noticing at first and excited to have my vehicle back...I finally noticed the top cubby wasn't closed all the way...inspecting further I see the dash is not even back in place,( a wide gap ) and the heat vent is in such a bind that it's popped upwards and out..SO now I have a few options,,,Take it back and go through another nightmare,,Find a real Dealership that's capable of doing the repairs,,or contact an attorney to envoke my rights as a consumer!!! Or should I go to the news with it?? This has been one awful experience!!!

I wanted to write unsolicited feedback on my first and great experience at this KIA dealership. Josh Flowers went above & beyond to make a new car purchase ('14 Sportage) easy as well as introduce my family to the Asheville area which is new for us. He introduced us to his teammates and worked a great deal for us. Patience and professionalism were shown at all times. It's a long process from the moment you walk in to drive away and he was there all the time tenaciously working a smooth transaction. Hopefully he will be a long-term asset to team KIA Asheville! In the past year, we bought 3 used cars from Paramount Kia, Tunnel Road. One daughter in College, and one a Senior in high school, we needed safe and economical used cars. We told Ray the budget and type of cars we were looking for and within a few days, he called us with the "perfect" car for each of my girls. Ray was a pleasure to work with on all 3 occaisons and would recommend him to anyone. I inquired about a truck by email, since then I have received 23 emails from this dealership saying the SAME thing! I've responded 10 times telling them to STOP their auto emails to me, they continue. If a company is this sloppy starting with email, I would steer CLEAR of what other sloppy practices they have. I would NEVER step foot at this dealership!

I went into the dealership on the morning of 31 October---"just to look around." Anthony Carter came out to the lot. His approach to selling was really great. There was no pushiness--he just in a very matter of fact way talked to me pointing out the features of the various models on the lot. I really had no intention of buying a new car that morning but after Anthony informed me of the rebate program and that they should give me a good trade-in on the Honda Element I drove in---after a while I decided that the time was right for getting a new car. I decided on a 2014 Forte and so far I have been very pleased with it. I will have no hesitation in recommending Kia of Asheville and particularly Anthony Carter to friends in the future.

We arrived late and the sales staff invited us to stay and discuss what we were looking for. The staff were not high pressure in the least. They talked to us about our options. We came in thinking about an used car but because of the very courteous and friendly attitude of Andrew Newhouse, I decided to look at a Rio while my husband talked to the sales manager. We took the Red Rio!! Andrew is what I call a "gentle" sales person. I'm quite sure that I would buy another car from him!

We received a call from Aaron Hill after Kia did not receive a rating from us on our purchase of a 2012 Kia Sorento. He was concerned as to why. After my husband explained why we had not been totally satisfied with the way the first transaction transpired and the fact that we had ended up with a 2012, rather than a 2013 as we had hoped, he asked us to come back in to see if anything could be worked out to our satisfaction, and we did. Mr. Hill spent a good portion of the day with my husband, and along with Jessica Patillo, found a much better vehicle at a price we felt we could handle. Mr. Hill, Ms. Patillo and Mr. DeHart, through diligence and a lot of effort on their part, worked out a financial plan for us to be able to purchase a 2014 Kia Sorento. I had been at work while all this was going on, but I came after work and drove the vehicle and found it to have a very smooth ride and more in line with what we were looking for. I was pleased with the car instantly. It is beautiful, has a smooth ride, and my husband is comfortable in the front seat which is one of the qualities we were looking for. I now have the "new car" feeling and have enjoyed showing it off to everyone. We could not have asked for a better experience. The staff at Paramount Kia went out of their way to serve our needs, and we could not have asked for a better experience. We do not feel that any other dealership would have shown such courtesy and assistance and spent the time and effort as Mr. Hill, Ms. Patillo, and Mr. DeHart. They went above and beyond. Craig was the most helpful and interesting sales person we have EVER worked with. He went out of his way to make sure we understood everything about the Sorento, which was the car we bought. We just came into the dealership to look at the car because my husband had seen it and wanted to show it to me. After talking to Craig and hearing all about the car and test driving it,,,,,,,,,we bought a gorgeous red 2014 Red Sorento. He also spent over an hour trying to fix a problem with XM radio, it could not be resolved but he sure did try hard. We would also like to commend the finance/contract department and Nate Nunn , He made all that signing as painless as possible and with great humor.We would recommend this Kia dealership and especially Craig Andeson to all of our family and friends.Sincerely Edward and Jo Ann Blackwell

I came in with my eighteen year old son I need of a new or used car for us. Toni greeted us at the door, made both of us feel at home. I knew my credit history was not the best and was upfront with Toni about this. He never made me feel like Kia would hold that against me or use to to demand a greater car payment. In the end I we left in a brand new Kia Soul with a monthly note we could afford and a loan at 7%. I was thrilled with my experience at Paramount Kia of Asheville, and would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, dependable car.

The staff was friendly and their ability to get me financing was short of a miracle but they failed to provide all the information for the automobile and offered no choice but the one shown and thus chosen. I admit I did not ask all the questions I should have but I have not purchase a car in 10 years and was a bit apprehensive about the entire visit. There were obvious cosmetic defects that should have been pointed out. But, I am still happy with my purchase and my experience so far.

From the moment I started to chat online with Jessica Pruett my experience with Paramount Kia was nothing but positive. She was as much help as she could possibly be in her role and then she referred me to Nelson Langley and he was very, very friendly and inviting. I truly felt like I was welcome not just as a customer but as a person. My wife and I had visited Paramount on Sunday and looked at the new and used cars. We found a 2013 Black Cherry Kia Sportage that my wife absolutely feel in love with. We went to meet Nelson on Tuesday evening and by 8:00 PM my wife and I were the proud owners of that Sportage. From the test drive on we never felt pressured to buy this or any other car on their lot. Nelson kept it simple, there was none of that mumbo jumbo sales pitch, there was never any fast and furious with the numbers. Just plain down home talk. We had one discrepancy about the sales price, I brought that up and within five minutes or less Nelson was back with the issue resolved. I felt like we were dealt with fairly and honestly at all times. We feel like we were given a fair and good price on the vehicle we purchased. This was the first "new" vehicle that my wife and I have ever purchased and she was so nervous that she was almost sick. Thanks to Nelson and one of the sales managers( for the life of me I can't remember his name) they kept her as calm as possible thru the approval and purchase process. When our loan was approved and we met with the sales manager to look at our options and sign all those many documents, he was so helpful and honest in response to our questions. We couldn't be happier with our new Kia Sportage and couldn't be happier with our experience at Paramount Kia. Wonderful, down home people. We will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car, knowing that they will be treated fairly.
