I am always satisfied with the service I receive at Park Ford. Christine did a great job getting us in on a Saturday and even had someone fix a small issue I had with a loose bezel on the center console. She was also extremely helpful giving me some tips on the Fusion as she owns one herself. Everyone I have ever spoken with at Park Ford does whatever it takes to make us happy. I have always been a Ford guy, now I am a Park Ford guy :)

I went in to Park Ford Tallmadge last week in search of a used vehicle. I had recently totaled my truck and was looking for a replacement. The salesman who took care of me was Todd Brazelton. He greeted me at the door sat me down and went over what I was looking for in a car. Immediately he had several vehicles in mind for me. I brought my car in for an oil change that was part of my purchase package for the car. I asked where to sit to wait and someone pointed to a door and said go out there and turn left. What was out there was the showroom. They didn't take any effort in showing me where to go. I ended up waiting in a hallway. No one came up to me and said a word. My appointment was at a specific time and a half hour in my car was still waiting in a line. It was no way for a customer to be handled.

But Pete Kapes explained that an alignment check did not cost me, so I had it done and I feel much more at ease having it done. My girlfriend and I just purchased a brand new Ford Edge Sport. I have owned roughly a dozen cars, and NEVER, have I had such an easy experience. We were determined to cover our bases and look at a number of different small SUV's. We started at Park Ford. Todd Brazelton gave us a rundown of the different options available thru Ford. We were really high on the Edge, but again, we wanted to look at other brands as well. Todd totally agreed, and offered to let us drive an Edge to our other appointments that day. We were all over town, visiting Mazda, Jeep, Buick, GMC; and Subaru. We found ourselves comparing everything to the Edge. We made our way back to Park Ford and sat down with Todd to discuss options and pricing. Truthfully, I was fearful that it would be difficult to get all of the options we wanted and stay within our budget. I made it very clear what we could afford to spend. Making no promises, Todd went to work trying to meet our number while also including the features we wanted. Not only did he meet our number, he cam in well below. I was literally shocked. After a hand shake, and a Park Ford catered lunch, we were quickly on our way home with our new car. Its rare that you find this level of service. I couldn't have been more satisfied, and strongly recommend buying from Todd Brazelton and Park Ford if you're in the market!!!

As always they have done a great job. They swapped tires from my trade in to my new F150. When doing so the valve stem broke on one of the rims. Now that the TPMS is part of the valve stem and they have switched to a different style this year caused the visit. Seems when they put the second vale stem in it broke also. They gave me a loaner car kept the truck over night so I would not have to come back again. They found another TPMS and valve stem got it replaced and checked called me up to come get my truck all clean and ready to go.

Was nice to see your service Department so busy. that's a good feeling,. wasn't sure if I was to wait for help or exit vehicle and step inside for help. So I did just that. it was my first time there. Had a little bit of a wait because they were so busy. but I was greeted so I knew I would be waited on as soon as they could. and I was. I had oil change tires rotated and a recall done. I was home taking care of another appointment and within 2 hours was notified my car was ready.. so I told them I would be there around 4. No problem I got there and the gentleman took me to the cashier. My wife and I purchased a new 2015 Ford Explorer XLT and traded in our 2009 GMC Acadia. My salesman, George Crawford, was great to work with as he walked us through the process and explained everything in great detail. We were provided comparison quotes for both lease and buy options and we were given a very fair price for our trade-in vehicle. Any and all questions that we had were answered by George and Dominic (Finance Manager)in a timely and thorough manner. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service that we received. I bought a 2012 Jeep Liberty from you. I had oil change done and tire rotation. Staff was great, I Nadine problem. Oil was leaking, took back a few days later it was cleaned and check. I was told it was good just left over oil from oil change. But two days later oil still leaking, took vacation day and went back up to service found out oil filter was not tighten down. Mechanic fixed the problem

Service is excellent and if/when I do have a concern, service or sales personnel are always right on top of things assisting to ensure excellence. I have not rated the buying process with this survey, as I purchased my F-150 in May 2013. However, I will say the buying process was very easy for me. I actually use to bring my Chevy Malibu in for oil changes and general maintenance because of the recommendation from a few Goodyear personnel - they were right, Park Ford is the best!

Came in for agreed upon free oil change. Quick service and don't mind waiting. Had a small scratch looked at from Ohio construction kicking up a rock. Buffed it down and even found another smaller scratch that I hadn't noticed. Also talked with Todd Brazelton regarding what my options are when the lease is almost up. Great place!

Tracy was awesome. I thought I wanted a white escape. he drove it around to show us but it was to big. So, I asked about a focus He drove around a white Focus. He said you are going to love this it was the last one in that model, I think. That was it. I loved it. How did he know he really takes time and listens to what you want. I was so happy I sent my sister to see him. She never thought she would be able to afford a new car. She ended up with a red Focus. Our payments are lower than what we were paying. I can't say enough about Park Ford. Just waiting on the license plates and that is it until the oil change appointment. I purchased a late model (very low mile) 2012 car for my son last week at Park Ford in Tallmadge, Ohio. We had a very positive experience while being assisted by the manager, Dominick Monte, and the salesman Franco Casalinova. We were very impressed with both the level of service and the in depth product knowledge of both Dominick and Franco. Franco listened to our wants, needs and budget restrictions and provided us with a variety of options to consider. Franco had the car pulled into the garage so that we could look it over in a dry area as it was cold and raining while we were car shopping. Franco knew a great deal about the Ford Escape we purchased and was very patient in showing us the car. I was equally impressed with Dominick. We never felt pressured and he did a great job at reassuring us on the various questions we raised. Dominick provided a great description benefits of the bumper to bumper Ford direct insurance coverage. He gave us an example of how helpful the insurance proved to be for his own college age daughter which was reassuring to me as my son will eventually have his car at college. Dominick not only provided us with what I considered a fair price for the car we purchased but also worked with their finance group to get me a great fixed rate (which was better than the pre-approved rate that I had received from my bank). It was a highly efficient and positive experience which has not always been the case in prior car purchases Ive made. I strongly encourage you to head out to Park Ford in Tallmadge and ask for Dominick and Franco two knowledgeable, trustworthy and patient professionals.

This was my first experiece purchasing a lease on my own. I was shocked at how easy and smooth the process went. My salesman was Francis DePetro. I have to say he was awesome! It seemed to go to be true. Start to finish he was excellent. Took the time to show me every detail of the vehicle, the service department etc. Most other salesmen just want to push and rush you and on to the next one. Francis was so understanding of my situation and really did come through for me. Orignally, due to budget I was shopping for the escape S. But Frances was able to get me into the SE for only 4.00 more a month. I highly recomment Park Ford! Be sure to ask for Francis you won't be disappointed!!!

Went to this dealership to look at new Escapes. Was met at the door by a salesman (never introduced himself) who simply told me to sit at his table. I had a friend with me, but told him I was the one buying the car, but the salesman insisted on talking to the man I was with and ignoring me. I was there dealing with him for over 45 minutes and still had not even seen any car (he'd gone to get two different ones for me to look at but didn't return with either). The "manager" was then going to introduce me to "his best salesman"... Yea, well he too proceeded to talk to the friend I was with and not me. I left, but sadly wasted 90 minutes of my day. Would absolutely NEVER recommend this place to anyone, but especially not a woman!

I rated Park Ford, and more importantly Glenn Griffith, all 5s because I experienced GREAT service! Glenn was friendly, respectful, and answered all my questions. More importantly, neither Glenn, nor the manager, Dominic, pressured me into making the purchase. It took me overnight to think about the purchase, and both Glenn and Dominic were respectful of my desire to wait. I think that was the deal breaker for me. It was a hassle-free purchase. When I arrived the next morning, the car was ready to go!!! It took only an hour to complete all the paper work and drive off the lot! ONE hour!!! You can't beat that! Park ford wanted to offer me thousands of dollars less than my trade was worth, and actually got angry when I wouldnt accept it. The owner and manager both had a bad attitude. Bought my new vehicle down the road from them, and would NEVER go back!

I bought a new Ford Fusion at Park Ford. The price was somewhat fair, the trade price was fair, and the salesman was the typical salesperson. I did not however expect to feel like I was driving through the worst part of town to get there. If you go here to buy car DO NOT get off route 8. Find another road or find somebodybto go with you. I almost drove through a redlight because a man started to approach my car as soon as I stopped at the redlight. The salesman told me the neighborhood is really getting bad, and he gave me another way to go home.

Buyer beware. Check all your paperwork before you sign. They tried to slip in a warranty and told me the only way I could get approved was to get the warranty. I wanted to buy a warranty, but they slipped it into form that they wanted me to sign. There were so many forms to sign, it is easy to overlook things. The guy was short with me after I told him I didn't want it, he had to call somebody three times and then he finally finished the paperwork.

I know my husband and I are in our 20's but we are not stupid!!They advertise a 3 day return policy, but within a day of our purchase my husband was laid off unexpectedly, and unfortunately had to bring it back. The sales person and the so called manager both told us the 3 day return policy is only good on new cars only. After calling an attorney and only after two hours of sitting in an office they finally agreed to take the car back. Don't advertise something you are not willing to do. Oh yeah and when we do buy our next car we won't be going to park ford.

They made me feel comfortable and showed me any vehicle I wanted to see. The did not pressure me to buy and let me know the options i could think about. I live 50 minutes away from them and will be back to purchase a car when I figure things out.

I first purchased a vehicle from Park Ford in 2007. The salesman was wonderful and the whole process was quick and easy. I never felt pressured and he took the time to answer any questions I had no matter how small. I recently relocated to Atlanta, GA and when I was ready to purchase again I checked with my local dealerships and none of them could compare with the pricing and service I received at Park Ford. So I called Park Ford and purchased another new vehicle from them and they delivered it all the way to Georgia for me! I got a better deal and better customer service from halfway across the country! I just can't say enough about this dealership and my salesman.
