Drew was excellent in handling my service request in a timely manner. The technician in handling the inspection found excessive tire wear in a low profile tire as the cords were showing in one spot. Low profile tires were prone to wear in this manner. It was unsafe. Replaced the tire at a fair price and changed the oil. Got me on my way quickly. Would recommend this dealership.

Always receive the greatest treatment from the staff at Parks Lincoln of Tampa. This is our 3rd leased vehicle that we took possession with them. Our salesman, Tom Hunter, is very knowledgeable and we actually looked at and changed our choice models from what we originally intended to get, and are so glad we did. We ended up with a better vehicle and a better financial outcome to boot! Marco, the Sales Mgr. and Nick, the finance guru were terrific as well, and helped to make it happen for us. They deserve 10 stars! I was visiting Tampa, woke up on Thanksgiving morning to find one of the tires on my Nautilus had a huge gash, was flat and need to be replaced. I called Parks Lincoln of Tampa on Friday morning and was amazed at the quality of service I received. Joe & John in the parts department were able to secure a new tire for me and sent a driver immediately to a warehouse to pick it up! My next point of contact was Deborah in the scheduling department who was able to get to fit me in within the hour. Next was Dominic in the service department who made sure my tire was going to be replaced quickly. The entire process from my first phone call to leaving the dealership with a new tire installed was less than 2 hours!..KUDOS to Joe, John, Deborah, and Dominic, their professionalism, and service went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected! The car was not what they advertised it to be, was not ready when we got there, was overpriced and they wanted to steal my trade. We were lied to and insulted by the salesman and sales manager. I had a very good experience. My car needed tires and they didn't have the tires in stock so they shuttled me home so I didn't have to wait. We picked the car up at 6:00 that day and it was fixed very satisfactorily.

Larry Mills has been my service representative for years. I was initially using a different dealership, and had a problem with my brakes a few years ago. The other dealership wanted to make me an appointment in an few days, Larry said bring it in right now. Since then I have only gone to Parks Lincoln. This time I needed new tires and an oil change. They matched the lowest competitor's price I could find. They are friendly and I have never felt pressured to purchase other services. They provide transportation or a loaner. Larry has made it easy to get any needed work done.

This has always been a wonderful dealership with service above and beyond and although my favorite person, Bill Mitchell, has retired and left, the care given both me and my Lincoln Town Car has not diminished. The beautiful new facility adds to the atmosphere and the young lady who made me hot chocolate while I waited was definitely a plus. I made an appointment time and it wasn't important to Parks Lincoln service that it was met. After waiting two hours for an Oil change, tire rotation and checking the sync for any update, I brought it to the attention of my service manager that my car was ready.

The people are very friendly . At Parks Lincoln they always introduced themselves and asked if you needed anything. Our sales Rep was Rich Dubin and he was always kind and very efficient in getting what we needed especially in having my car at the dealership the very minute I walked in . The dealership is beautiful and has a lot of great amenities like nice bathrooms and waiting areas with lots of drinks snacks and a TV I am looking forward to my oil changes on my new MKX so I can sit in the nice comfy waiting rooms . I needed my GPS and sync updated and he had the technician Pat come over and I explained the problem to him and he went over the problems with me and explained everything to me. Jason did a great job in showing everything about the new Nav L to me. I would recommend him to anybody. Bobby is another case Once before I was going to buy a green mkx and we did not have time to finish the paper work so we said the we would put down a deposit or write a check for the full amount and he said that the company policy would not let that happen. We had to finish the paper work or else no deal. If it was not for Jason and larry in service I would not be at parks Lincoln

We have been a North Gate Lincoln (Parks) customer for nearly 20 years. Since the first time, it has always been an enjoyable experience. From buying/leasing a car, and also having the same service technician to look after it every time. Our recent acquisition was no exception. Bobby Emmrich assisted us in choosing the right model. We met with Bobby twice. The first to go through our end of lease options and to emphasize our budget. As much as I loved my MKX, we wanted a new driving experience. We were not interested in an early end of lease as we were undecided on the next model. Our next meeting we had a better idea of what we wanted, depending on the price of course. I even had other makes of cars lined up as an option. Thankfully it never came to that. The inventory on the lot covered all options and we were more than pleased with our choice. We got what we wanted and kept within our budget. Bobby assisted us with our last acquisition, the MKX. Thank you Bobby for another great experience.

My salesman, Tom Hunter, was genuinely interested in helping me find the best vehicle for me and my family. He took the time to explain each of the features and even took me on two different test drives so I could feel the difference. I knew what I was buying when I pulled off the lot in my brand new MKC. My Lincoln was having problems and I do not know much of anything about cars. I had my aviator towed to Parks Lincoln. When it arrived Bill from the service department gave me a call and let me know it arrived and they would be taking a look at it. He called me to let me know the problem and how we could fix it. He also let me know a few other things that were going on with my SUV, letting me know they were important things to fix but not urgent. I really appreciated that, in my experience when I have taken past vehicles to other shops they really try to push every service on you. Bill was ABSOLUTELY amazing and so easy to work with. From pick-up to drop-off, he went above and beyond through the whole process. I hope this review makes it back to the service department and Bill is recognized superior customer service.

Parks Lincoln is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Been with them for 3 years and will be with them for life. Bobby called me, just as I was going to purchase a 2011 MKS and drive for a few years until I get into the new continental, He gave me a perfect 2 yr lease on an MKZ . I couldn't be happier. Bobby always has my back and knows my objectives down the road. I don't live close the Parks, but it's worth the drive for the service I get from entire staff.

Just as Nordstrom's Dept store is known for its service, Park's Lincoln is also. There are only trhee things that any product or company offers -- service, price and quality. It is rare to get all three. Ar Nordstoms one gets quality and service (not price). At Wal-mart, you get proce, but not quality or service. At Parks, one has the quality of a Lincoln, treated like a celebrity and the price of their servce dept is no more than you would pay anywhere else. Actually, an oil change is the same price, but at Parks' you get your car washed at no extra charge.

Because of my last experience with another Dealership, I wanted to get all my questions answered before entering this Dealership and I did! After many many emails back and forth, Nick Cherok, Sales Manager and Anthony Brammer, Product Consultant could not have done a better job. Giving me every answer needed to make it worth my time to stop by and meet them and test drive their product. I was so impressed with their patience, positive attitude and demeanor. After my test drive and checking out other vehicles on the lot, it was easy to decide what I wanted to do. Within a week Nick had the vehicle of my dreams delivered to his lot and we signed the deal! Let me be clear for the benefit for the potential buyers, that would find getting lied to and going back on your word on an agreed deal, (aka, handshake deal) an experience they can do without. We agreed to $2,000 down, 15,000 mile lease, plus my trade which was negative $4, 500 in equity, this came to a payment of $814. But, advertised rate had an additional $1,400 in taxes and tag, which I said to roll into the payment. I was given a quote of $830, which I agreed to. Salesman said he would give me a call the next day to let me know what colors of the vehicle he could find. The salesman called, but instead tells me the payment would have to be $900+***New update on 11-06-14, received a voicemail today saying that they can now do the deal. I was thinking, "Good, Parks Lincoln cares about their reputation and are now going to uphold their end of the bargain." I should have known better! I called the salesman, went over all the terms, we agreed upon everything even though now my new price was going to be $850. The deal seems the same as before, but now he says they can't take the trade because that was not in the advertised rate, even though my trade was agreed in the deal before. This is how they make things right? I guess I was not suppose to notice I have two large suv's in my driveway. Ask yourself is all this worth it agreeing on deals for them just to change the agreement and writing email back and forth not taking responsibility for deals they initially made up.

I had the unpleasant experience of having a blowout on my brand new Fusion Energi SE and my Roadside Assistance towed me to the nearest dealer which was Parks Lincoln of Tampa. First thing the next morning I received a call from Assistant Service Manager Larry Mills to let me know they had assessed the damage and provided the cost to have a new tire put on the vehicle. What a great experience it was, very pleasant and accomadating and pricing for the tire wasn't any different than if I had gone to a tire shop. When I picked the vehicle up they had even cleaned it inside and out! Thanks Larry for the great service even though I didn't buy my vehicle from Parks you wouldn't have known that based on the fabulous service they provided!!!

On 7/24 I took my car to be checked for work that was done at a different facility. I was so upset when I arrived at parks from the other place .that when Dennis came to ask what service I needed he went above and beyond.he had the technician Pat to check my car. The repair work was a brake booster. After checking they said the relay switch needed to be adjusted. After picking up my 2007 Lincoln mkx I drove it for about 8 miles.when breaking my brakes made a awful sound and the whole front of my car under the hood started viberating so so bad. I took it back to Dennis he then drove it and took it to Pat. Dennis felt it wasn't safe for me to drive. He then put me in a loaners car.Thanks so so so much to him and Pat they found the issue from the other facility. With there knowledge I am now driving a very safe mkx again. I had an air bag problem and Larry Mills helped me to alleviate the problem. Larry did not have the needed part so I was given an Enterprise rental vehicle provided and paid for by Parks Lincoln. The next morning, Larry call early and told me that the car was repaired and I can drive to Parks to pick up my car. When I got in the car, the air bag light did not illuminate which illustrated that the air bags worked properly. Larry was as usual, very helpful. I travel a long distance to get service whereas there is a Lincoln dealer closer but I travel a long distance because of Larry Mills.

Just stopped in to asked if they could see what I did to my navigation system, which is still under warranty, and they took my car in immediately and started checking it out. They did advise me I might have an hour wait which I didn't mind. I truly expected the service dept. to tell me I needed to set up an appointment and was so impressed that they took my car in immediately!! Wow, that's a first. They couldn't diagnose it that late afternoon so set me up in a rental (loaner) car that afternoon and said they would be in touch. It took 2 days to diagnose, get the part and complete the repair but communicated with me so I knew what was going on. When my car was ready Pat Nunez even spent additional time with me explaining what had been done and even went over unrelated questions on how different things worked in the vehicle. As far as I'm concerned they should get a 10 star rating; that is how much I was impressed and appreciated the extraordinary service I received with extra credit to Pat Nunez. Unprofessional staff who doesn't try to make a sale, especially internet sales manager, Nick. Nick lost a deal by trying to charge me for the credit card commission. I had the money he asked for. Terrible experience with him. When I pointed out some significant defects about car the which he wasn't even aware of, he did't care or try to give a discount or try to find another alternative. I wish a professional and and experienced sales manager was on site instead of this kid who does not even have authority to call a shot for $240, lost my business and still calls himself a manager. And after all this, I saw today at Cars.com that they raised the price of the car. As a former car sales person, I can say that they just jacked up the price so when the next customer points out the same things, they will be like "oh okay! Here is a discount for you" and still sell for the previous and expensive price. Bad business.

After researching the Lincoln MKX on the internet and looking at Parks inventory I knew that we wanted to choose to at least go see the MKX in person. Jason met us in the driveway as we approached the entrance and asked if he could help us. After explaining that we had emails about our inquiry with Nick we were introduced to Nick (sales manager) who explained that Nick would show us the MKX and help us.Jason was very detailed explaining the MKX luxury features and options. After all, my wife was extremely interested in the cooled seats and nav.We originally intended to buy and had not considered leasing. Jason was so patient and detailed explaining to us all options concerning leasing that we selected to lease. My wife and I were impressed with the manner and patience Jason took with us in making our decision. As a Customer and current Lincoln owner I do not like being lied to. The customer service and response I received from the Assistant Service Manager Larry at Parks Lincoln made me feel violated concerning my personal property and invaluable as a new customer. I originally brought my SUV in on 1/13/14 for warranty Service on the sunroof. Two days after receiving the SUV back on 1/16/14, I was returning to Parks Lincoln for the same exact issue. On the second trip to the Parks Lincoln the sunroof was repaired and I was advised the wind deflectors were replaced on both sides. My SUV was pulled up by the valet and I left the dealership on 1/20/14. Several minutes after leaving the dealership I noticed that the Valet key was missing from my key fob. I returned to the dealership within 20 minutes. Upon speaking to Larry I asked for the key and it was not provided. He informed me he did not know where the key was. I asked why would the key be removed if there was no need for it to be removed to complete service on my SUV. He stated he didn't know maybe it fell out. I then asked him if he could run the Vin on the car and create a new key since they misplaced it. He said no, since I did not purchase my Vehicle from Parks Lincoln of Tampa (Which is registered in my name and has a 6yr 100,000 mile warranty on it) it would be a breach of Confidentiality. He then informed me I needed to go home and return with the spare key of which they could make a copy. I later called Central Florida Lincoln in Orlando where I purchased the car and they informed me that I was in the Lincoln system and any Lincoln Dealership could create a new Key with the Vin number from the vehicle. So I went back Parks Lincoln for the 4th time and again asked Larry if they could create me a new Key from my Vin number. I explained to him this is not my first car with a keyless entry and could he explain why the key was removed from the fob in the first place, he still could not explain or elaborate on the need to remove the key. Larry then put in a service ticket to replace the key. With-in 20 minutes I was given a key that opened my vehicle, which I'm pretty sure is my original key. This makes me feel very uncomfortable doing business at this location. I'm putting this up here so other consumers will be aware to check their keys when they have service completed on their vehicles any location.

Larry Mills, Assistant Service Manager, was very helpful with getting the proper people involved to quickly examine my cracked windshield and to listen to our feelings that it should be a warranty problem, not a crack caused by road damage. They were able to contact the proper people at Ford to explain the situation and convince them that even though Lincoln does not normally cover glass damage of this nature as a warranty item, this was indeed a very unusual situation and Ford agreed to support their findings. The parts were ordered promptly and they were ready for me when I brought the car back. They issued me a loner car while my car was being repaired and completed the work within the time frame they promised. Everyone we came in contact with at Parks Lincoln were very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to take my car back there for service.

I have been involved in buying quite a few cars. The last three were purchased fm the same Lincoln dealer in Clearwater. Until now, it has always been a stressful and tiring experience. Never before did I accept the first offer presented much less feel delighted with it. Never before was every single person pleasant, helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. Although it is over two hours round trip, I'll get all cars fm Parks in future and recommend them to all my family and friends, in fact I've already done so. My 2007 MKX was getting ready to reach the 80k miles in the coming week. So I decided to explore options but not really committed to purchasing at this time. Jason was the sales representative that met me at the entrance and we begin the journey. He asked questions to determine what I was looking to accomplishe. He took the time to learn what I was looking for and shortly a vehicle was ready to test drive. Jason was polite, professional, and listened to my needs and concerns. I looked at a second vehicle with addtional safety features. At the end of the visit I had purchased a new vehicle. I returned in two days to pick up the vehicle; it was ready and waiting for me. Jason also did the financial portion. He explained each form and answered all my many questions. Before leaving the lot, Jason reveiwed the many features of the vehicle and we customized to my needs. I also know what to expect when I come in for scheduled maintenance. This was a pleasant experience.

I first talked to Bobby last June when we test drove a Navigator L. I was very impressed with the car and wanted to stay within the Ford family. I have an Expedition now which no longer suites our growing family's needs. So I told Bobby that I was waiting for business to pickup at my data consulting company and that as soon as I could buy (lease), I'd be back to talk to him. He called me regularly, at first, to follow up then occasionally, then not at all as time went by. Seven months later (December 2013) I took my son back to the dealership and leased the Navigator. It was because of his perseverance that I bought and also because I love the car. In all those follow-up calls he never pressured me which was really refreshing. He was able to meet me on the budget through some light negotiation and got the car to me sooner than I expected - since it was coming from another dealership. I brought my Mercury Mariner SUV in for its 90k tune-up on 12/5/13 and as always I had a wonderful experience with the Parks Lincoln service department. I spoke with Bill Mitchell the day before to get a cost estimate. He was very thorough in explaining the various services my SUV needed, as well as an estimate for the cost. When I brought it in on the day of servicing, Mr. Mitchell was scheduled to be off that day, but he had left explicit instructions for other service members as to what we had discussed. I had worked with Larry Mills before and again, he took me under his wing and referred to Bill's information when we discussed what items we were going to have done that day. It is always a pleasant experience to pull up in the always clean service area, with the astute service greeters, always saying good morning and being very helpful as I waited to speak with Larry. I have complete confidence in all work done on my SUV by the Parks Lincoln service personnel. I know they strive to take good care of me, and my SUV. This is my fourth vehicle purchased and serviced by Parks (formerly Northgate) Lincoln Mercury -- and the excellent service I receive is the reason I'll always purchase my vehicles from Parks!

My wife and I can't say enough good things about this dealership. The service personnel are absolutely outstanding and I must not forget those in the body shop. I doubt other dealerships have such a great staff. I could take our car for service to Lakeland, much closer, but for all service work, we'd rather go to Parks. Notwithstanding that is where we purchased our MKX.We have now bought two of the MKX from Parks and have not regretted either for a minute. I praise this dealership to all those interested in buying a Lincoln product. Our next vehicle, not only will be an MKX, but will also be purchased from Parks. My wife and I stopped at Parks Lincoln of Tampa that day for the first time with intentions of only looking at color options. We were greeted by Joe Spears. As it turned out, he spent several hours with us, showing us different vehicles, going over options and features, going for test drives, answering all our questions, etc. Besides being courteous and friendly we found him to be most knowledgeable about the vehicles. (This has not always been the case with our visits to other dealerships). To summarize, we ended up buying a new MKZ and taking it home with us that same day. That was not our original plan, but our comfort level with working with Joe Spears and his salesmanship made the difference.

Bobby was friendly and knew what I was looking for. He was patient and realized I needed to see if my 94 year old mother could handle all the new electronics on the car. The price was right and the car had all the the things I was looking for and none of the extras that I did not want. It was also handy that when I was taking out all the stuff from the old Lincoln to put into the new car, he did a final check and discovered that I forgot my transponder. I would not even have missed it till I got a bill for the use of the Crosstown. The staff are always very nice at the dealership, which explains why we always get the car serviced there.

Both Larry and Pat are very professional at all time. When I drive into the Parks of Tampa. Larry treats me with respect and listen to I have to say about my problem. And when the work is complete he takes the time to explain all the details of not only what caused the problem but what it took to repair. Pat, the technician, is extremely knowledgeably about all the vehicles that he repairs or services. I know when Pat says the car is ready I have no concern and know the job was done 100% correctly.

The dealership is small so you know the service mangers and they can attend to your needs quickly. Prices are competitive and fair. Even bought my tires there as price was competitive with tire stores. Advantage program is a real plus as there are times when enough money is in the account to pay for the service.

I just leased the new MKZ from Parks Lincoln, and the people I dealt with there, Guy, Nick and Joe, were highly professional, helpful, and accommodating. They understood what I was trying to do and worked with me so I'd be happy with the price. Their great service did not stop with the sale either. For instance I needed my old car delivered to my home nearly 30 miles away, and Guy delivered it for me. Guy also took extra care to show me the vehicle's features after the sale to get me fully acquainted with it. He continues to stay in touch to make sure I am happy to check if I need anything. This has been my best experience with a dealership and with buying a new car, hands down! Great job guys, thanks for taking care of me.

Two weeks ago, my husband and I went into the dealership for the first time. We had been called because they had received the model we were interested in. From the moment we parked our vehicle, we were treated with respect and dignity. The entire staff was friendly and professional, Bobby treated us like "royalty." We left the dealership with a new vehicle at a price and trade-in that was fair. I do not relish the "car buying experience" and, for the most part, usually leave with a "bad taste" in my mouth whether I have made a purchase or not. That was not the case at Parks. I would definitely recommend the dealership and have, in fact, already made the recommendation to 2 co-workers. It is my sincere hope that the sales team at Parks receive the credit they deserve for exceeding this customer's expectations. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience.

I took our my MKZ in for service because of a problem we were having with the air conditioner. I was instantly blown away by the level of service. Larry took the time to listen to the problem and even had a technician that specialized with AC to sit in the car and go over the issue with me. They spent quite a long time examining the car and even contacted engineers at Lincoln to make sure everything was ok. In the end the issue was the driver (me). The bottom line is I have never been treated this great at a car dealer service department. The service department definitely complemented what was a great buying experience at Parks.

My buying experience with Parks Lincoln of Tampa was probably the best I have had in the over 50 years that I have been driving/buying cars. Tom Hunter was outstanding in every respect; knowledgeable, very thorough in answering questions and explaining all features of the MKZ. He worked with Marco Persach(who was also outstanding) in providing an excellent quote and helping me understand the benefits of leasing versus cash purchase, (They gave me very good quotes both ways). Tom really went beyond expectations in actually coming to my home to set up the phone blue tooth and the garage door opener for the car, following my purchase. He also spent additional time giving my wife a comprehensive tutorial on all of the MKZ' features.Over the years we have purchased numerous Buicks and recently, Toyotas, but this Lincoln MKZ is really excellent and the dealership is outstanding. We really feel comfortable with this purchase.Previously, I had visited another Lincoln dealership and the experience was not very good, so I am even more impressed with Parks Lincoln and Tom Hunter and Marco Persach.When my lease on the Toyota expires I will definitely consider another Lincoln from Parks Motors.Bruce Slaughter

I wanted to Lease a new Lincoln MKZ so I went on the internet to shop around for lease specials and I contacted Parks Lincoln via email. They responded very quickly with a few questions about my trade in and mileage requirements. I got a quote back that seemed really good so I made an appointment later that afternoon. When I went into the dealership I was expecting to be told that for some reason (trade value, add on etc.) the lease amount would be much higher. To my surprise they stood by their quote and I signed up for the car. The delivery process was very fast and I left with my new car in about an hour and a half. I purchase or lease a car at least every two years and this experience was one of the best I have had at a dealership. I was very pleased with the whole experience at Parks Lincoln.

We were uncertain about the type of vehicle we wanted and the sales staff did not try to convince us one way or the other. They were patient and pleasant as we worked out our decision making process. After we made our decision, we were competently introduced to the various technologies in our new car. I never thought I would buy an American car again. But I was very impressed with the Lincoln MKZ and like it far better than the Acura and Lexus vehicles I previously owned. That said, I was also extremely impressed with the Sales Team at Parks Lincoln of Tampa. I worked first with Guy Sas, who was very friendly, low-key (low pressure), and extremely knowledgeable about the MKZ. He spent considerable time with me, answering all my questions during the test drive, and helped to find me the perfect MKZ Hybrid. I was very impressed with his in-depth knowledge of a vehicle with so many bells and whistles. Marco, the Sales manager, was great with offering a fair no-haggle price, and very patient with me considering my RFP approach across multiple dealers. When I decided to make the purchase, Guy was out-of-town so John Belluso graciously stepped in. I thought that no one could top Guy's professionalism, but I was wrong. John Belluso was also extremely helpful, very flexible, low pressure, and extremely knowledgeable. Another real professional. John arranged for delivery at my convenience, which was tough considering my busy schedule. He set up my phone and walked me through all the features and functions of my new car. Then he set up a 2nd appointment to continue my training, answering any questions I had after driving it a few days. Very smart approach to making sure customers are happy after the purchase is complete. I would definitely recommend using Parks Lincoln of Tampa to my friends, and will be happy to use them again for future purchases.

Parks is a great dealership. Bobby (my salesman) sold me on my 2013 MKZ Hybrid. He sold me my 2012 and there were no disappointments with that purchase. The 13 ZBRID is a fantastic automobile all the way around. The Hybrid gets about 41 MPG depending on how you drive it. Great car, great service and dealership to do business with.

It is always a pleasure going for service at Parks Lincoln (or at least as pleasurable as that type of situation can be). All the service and office staff I met there are extremely nice and courteous, making what could be an annoying trip very palatable. My service adviser, Larry Mills, is always extremely friendly, remembers my name and more important to me, remembers my car. He is very knowledgeable, and can and will discuss not only my current maintenance or service needs but projected future needs and the timing of the projected service as well. Since my schedule is very tight and I do not live or work near the dealership, he is willing to try to squeeze me in when he can and works with my staff when necessary to get my service scheduled. He is an asset to the dealership and to Lincoln. If he treats all his clients like he treats me, Parks has a lot of satisfied customers.

From the moment we set foot on Parks property, we were made to feel like family. The sales person greeted us outside as we arrived. A sign was posted in the lobby welcoming us to the dealership. Since we had made our car wishes known prior to arrival, a new car was parked out front for us to view. Mr. Emmrick took us through all the cars features since they were notably different than the 2006 Lincoln we were driving.We returned to the office where we settled on what we believed to be a fair price. From then onward the rest of the transaction was simple. Within an hour we were driving away in our new Lincoln MKZ.Had we not received a letter prior to our visit from Marco Persach, we would not have known the place existed, as we reside in St. Petersburg, Florida. All of our previous Lincoln's had been purchased from Scarritt Motors, which no longer existed. This timely letter was the turning point in our decision to drive an hour to to see what Parks Lincoln had to offer. On March 3, my wife and I visited the Parks Lincoln Dealership of Tampa to look at the new 2013 MKX Lincoln. We were cordially greeted by Guy Sas,new car salesman, who took us around the lot showing us the different cars available. This being our 3rd MKX, he carefully pointed out the new or updated features ofthese beautiful cars. After walking around for a while we went inside to talk price.We are from PA.so there were some questions from us about registering the car. At that time,Nick Cherok, the business manager, came in to explain the process. We worked on a deal for the car but because it was Sunday,he neededinformation from PA that not be gotten. Nick said he would call me on Monday morning after he talked to people in the PA tax dept. After calling me right when he said he would, we worked everything out and the deal was done. Shortly after that, Guy Sas ,called to tell me that our car would be ready at 3:00 . I was floored that everything came together so quickly. Guy told me to call him with any questions that I thought of and I took him up on that offer. When we arrived to pick up our car, it was sitting in a prominent place that we couldn't help seeing-it looked beautiful! The paper work was made very easy for us and the financialguys got us to our new car quickly. Guy took us around and introduced us to other members of the dealership including Cara Marquis, the service manager.It was now time to take possession of our new car.Nick came into Guys office and he held a nice Lincoln box that had the keys inside-a nice touch and finish to a very pleasant experience.We can't say enough how happy we are. I have a 2011 MKZ Hybrid and it is a wonderful car. I just tried to cut a deal on a new MKZ and I will never own a Lincoln again. The sales person was rude and arrogant. How can you cut a deal on the new MKZ Hybrid when you have no cars on the lot. Every dealership on North Florida Ave has loads of cars on the lot except Park's Lincoln. Why are you still in business? Don't waste your time at Park's Lincoln or dealing with any of their sales staff.

I had taken my MKS to the dealership I originally purchased the vehicle from and stated my concern. They diagnosed and remedied. I continued to drive the vehicle for 5 months with "the problem"; I had resigned myself to the fact I was stuck driving a vehicle I no longer enjoyed driving. My son had spoken highly of the service he receives from Parks and suggested I take the vehicle there. I am SO glad I did! I was promptly greeted upon arrival and my vehicle was immediately taken back to the service area. They verified the noise, diagnosed, and repaired in a very short period of time. I was frequently updated as to the status of the repair and not left to wonder "how much longer". Larry Mills, my service manager, was fantastic. He was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He coordinated my entire visit and ensured I was in and out with a correctly repaired vehicle. In fact, all of the employees were very friendly. As I sat in the lounge, I noticed that the other customers appeared to be experiencing the same positive service I was. I have concluded that this must be the norm for this dealership. I will be returning for any future service my vehicle may need.

John was great and recognizing I needed a convenient sale to get around my busy work schedule. Marco and John put an unbelievable deal together for me that was unexpected and made me feel as though they wanted my business more than the other dealerships. Nick went through the paperwork fast, but was thorough. A much experience than when I bought my Cadillac. I am not a big fan of buying cars because of the usual hassle you have to deal with in discussing a price with the sales person and then actually negotiating with the closer/Sales manager. In the purchase of this car it was an enjoyable experience to discuss the purchase lease options with Jason and to arrive at a deal that I was happy with and had no other involvement from other people who I never had seen before. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the attributes of the vehicle and did a great job of describing them to my wife and I. As a result, I would recommend Jason & Parks Lincoln to anyone that I speak to. Also, I appreciated the fact that Joe Notesline was ready with all the paper work and minimized our time in the dealership to close the deal. Again adding to the overall pleasurable experience. In short, a very pleaseant experience in buying/leasing our new vehicle. Jason is friendly and courteous; and, very knowledgeable about the vehicles options/features and has great communication skills.We had been in the market to buy a Lincoln MKX for some time. Your ads brought us into your showroom. Jason met us at our car as we drove into the parking lot. He was courteous and friendly; and, after learning about what we were interested in helped us find a vehicle and was very patient in helping my wife pick a color. Jason is very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the various vehicle options, as well as, the benefits/options of leasing vs buying the vehicle. So for the first time I leased a vehicle. It was Jason's clear and thorough explanation of the lease option that convinced me.After the sale, Jason did not rush things and spent a considerable amount of time expaining the computer features of the vehicle, scheduled time the next day for more instruction in helping me understand the operation of the features, and scheduled another session 2 weeks out. This has been very helpful as the Licoln MKX has many features that are somewhat complex if a person has not used them previously.Overall, this was a great experience and I look forward to doing business with Parks Lincoln in the future.

Called on the phone a made a apt. for my 12000 service on my MKX . Drove in on the 20th was welcome and was told my car will be ready in 1 hour , with a car wash. Ask Larry about connecting a phone with sync , he got me with a fellow who help me with my problem. Very good service.

I was greated almost immediately upon arrival, Larry knew me by name and was aware of the reason for my visit. He had my service ticket written up and ready for me to review and sign. He also alerted me of additional items that were needed insure maximum performance of my vehicle. The customer waiting area is comfortable and has newspapers and magazines to help pass the time, although the total time for my 55,000 mile service only took aprox 45 min. When my vehicle was ready for me to leave I was pleased to find that it had been washed.

In a male-dominated field, it so refreshing to meet a female who is knowledgeable about her job. Cara is great. She always meet and greets you with a smile, making you feel you are in good hands. I've been to this dealership on several occasions and have been lucky enough to always have Cara assist me. I like the attention she provides me and her follow through. She goes above and beyond, even washing my vehicles before turning the keys back over to me. What a good feeling driving away with a clean, good operating vehicle. We have been plesently surprised at the friendly, easy going way of our purchase experience with Jason Vansyckle. I actually had not intended to purchase a Lincoln. Funny, however my husband is die-hard Ford man. He talked to my for months about looking at the Lincolns on the road and thinking about test driving one. It's been 20 years since I've owned a Ford.We had a non-busy Saturday (Sept. 29th) and my husband said get your purse we are going to the Lincoln dealership for a test drive. So off we went.Well the car sold itself, almost. I wanted a luxury ride, some class and style, heated seats were on my wish list. But still not completely ready to switch from Toyota back to Ford.Jason was expert in his information, patient with my tons & tons of questions and really helped me feel like I could consider this. We went home with lots of options to think about, pray about and see what was best for us. Jason explained several options to lease or purchase and all were do-able, for us. A few things needed to be taken care of on the car and Jason has been understanding and accomendating. What a pleasure! Hope this type of service continues. I'm not use to this. I keep wondering when it's going go down hill. Sure hope the great service continues.

Lincoln MKZ has quality and features that you cannot ignore.Great on gas mileage, ride, and outstanding interior. Our consultant Guy was great as never applied pressure to make a sales and Nick did the figures for us. We were shown through the service dept and explained the warranty of the car. Parks Lincoln is the place to buy a car whether new or used as the service from the sales to car service is excellentCustomer service: Guy was our contact. I received a letter about my 2010 MKZ so I went to the dealership to see what they could do. Marco worked up a quote for us on a new lease. We accepted the quote on the new 2012 MKZ in the color I wanted. Jason took over on the paperwork and got us taken care of. The price that Marco gave us was agreed upon which I didn't think he could do. Jason also came to the house and programed my garage door opener. Larry Mills has been my service guy for several years. As always, he is very friendly and helped me resolve a major transmission problem with my van. My first letter was rec'd in March 2012 and the parts were not available until late July 2012. He kept me updated on the status of the recall with several phone calls to Ford. My transmission was giving me problems for almost 6 months and the recall repair DID resolve the problem. YEAH! He offered me a loaner car during the repair, which was greatly appreciated!! Larry! Not only was Larry personable, helpful, and knowledgeable but he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Larry went over and beyond what I would consider his job description. My tire blew on my way to work one morning and Larry sent someone out to put the spare on so I could drive it into the shop. They were not able to get a matching tire until the next day. Larry had me meet him at the shop at 7am so he could drive me to work and fix my car while I was working. I was picked up from work at 3:30 and my car was fixed!! I had an amazing experience at Parks Lincoln. I will definitely be recommending this place. Thanks Larry for taking great care of me!

Every time I have to take my MKT for service to this dealership, I have been treated with respect and dignity. The people who work here are friendly and very attentive to customers' needs. When my original service advisor left this dealership, I requested Larry Mills because he had dealt with a previous problem I had. He has ready for the task of dealing with a sometime "difficult" customer thatI can be. He allayed all of my concerns and solved any problems that I had. We purhased our 2011 Lincoln Towncar from Parks, Our Sales Rep, Bob Emmrich was very courteous and showedd us several Linoln Modelsm however I had my heart set on a Towncar. Bob maade all arrangements for a rental car while mine was having some minor work on it. The facility for waiting is exceptionally clean, comfortabl and has Coffee provided..thats a great plus. He was quick with the response. he also reviewed with me the service they provided and offered some tips on maintaining my car to get the best wear and tear. I had my 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis in to have the transmission flushed. After a couple of days of driving, I had problems with it shifting into high gear. I then checked the fluid level of the transmission and found that it was two marks below the full mark. I brought my car back to the dealership and pointed out this problem to the service Manager Dawn Kaps, of which she had the service tech refill, only to refill it to an overfill level. I then brought this to her attention of which her and the service tech tried to tell me that it was an acceptable level. It was up to the letter D, where it states on the dipstick DO NOT OVERFILL!! And that the amount that they had refilled was only less than one half of a quart. Myself, being a certified mechanic with over 37 years of experience, did not believe that they were being truthful with me.If it was only one half quart low, I would not have experienced the shifting problem, as the fluid expands when it is at operating temperature. Since the owners manual and the fluid dipstick specifically states that the transmission is not to be overfilled. I had told Dawn how unsatisfied I was with the poor quality of workmanship of her service tech, and told her I would need to be reimbursed 75% of my repair total.Of which she told me that she would do this for me, after myself stating the real facts to her, but also she advised me to take my repairs elsewhere.I totally feel that not only they had wronged me twice, but also she had the nerve to tell me to take my repairs elsewhere!!!I guess they do not appreciate hearing the truth of an experienced person such as myself to confront them with the real issue at hand. Today I did receive my check of $150.00, and would like everyone out there to know that what kind of poor customer service that you will get at this dealership.Tim DornTampa, FL

He satyed late on Saturday, came and picked me up at my house, arranged the payment for me after the Finance Counter was already closed for the day. This happened when the part the car needed was delivered late. I cannot believe that ny other service manager would go to this link to help a customer.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the service we received earlier this month for our 2010 Town Car. It was a pesky A/C problem ... the kind that won't act up when you take it to the dealer, but absolutely drives you nuts once you leave. Larry listened, asked questions, listened ... called service tech Joe to come listen, ask questions, listen ... and then they took charge and said they'd handle it. Larry arranged a comparable loaner for us ... called us daily to keep us posted ... and by golly they found the problem, fixed it, and we couldn't be more pleased. 2002 Navigator in for several service issues.Pricing was fair. Radiator flush too high. We decided not to have done at dealership.Most items repaired. Lots of additional service items identified.Radio was inoperable when leaving dealership. Service tech took back in and repaired (disconnected wire left during service) while I waited.

I have been using this dealership for years. The same faces are still around. Everyone is courteous and friendly. They have knowledge of your car and all Ford/Lincoln models. The work is detailed with explanation. They are happy answer questions. I normally book my service with Bill. The waiting area is pleasant to wait in. Even purchasing a new car is a pleasant experience. I still call the dealership Northgate, not got use calling it Parks.

This is the second visit to Parks Lincoln of Tampa, we were very impressed by product consultant, Bobby Emmrich when we were there the first time last year but unfortunately we werent ready to purchase a vehicle at that time. Bobby is the most professional representative that we have encountered in many years. He has an excellent knowledge of the product and operating systems. I have purchased many cars over the years, 4 within the last 6 months and I can honestly say that this was the most comfortable experience I ever had at a dealership.Chris knew everything about the car and was able to show me the different accessories and how they operated without delay or guessing. My previous experiences the salesmen know little to nothing about the cars except for what was written on the specs. The check in is easy, the waiting room is comfortable(television, coffee and wifi available), and service was completed quickly, and they wash and vacuum the vehicle, all at a good price.

I had alot done to my truck and Larry Mills was very helpful. He gave me the costs up front and helped me to understand why I needed certain things done. The cost and time that it took to do the work was OK. The staff at the dealership was very nice. Parks Lincoln is a great dealership with an excelent team.

I have had both my vehicles serviced at Parks for quite some time, and had a great experience working with Larry mills. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I understand what work has to be done and why. He makes sure he keeps me up to date if I am waiting. On Friday, June 15th I went to the Parks Lincoln Dealership in Tampa with an expectation that was going to fine something I liked. The reason for that is Nick Cherok and I spoke the day before. He was extremely helpful in making sure I understood my options as I exited my lease. Bob Emmrich greeted me when I arrive on the lot. He explained to me what was available in the MKX and the Navigator. Both Nick and Bob made my decision easy by allowing me to look at the cars that were available and offering to fine me one if I did not like what I saw. Bob took the lead and walked me through the cars. When I picked the 2012 Navigator he began to tell me about all of the features and functionality. We went for a test drive and I was sold immediately. What a great experience in terms of service, client interaction, and just the overall visit. This dealership has taken care of me for over 9 years. One time I'd just had hip surgery & they brought everything to me because I couldn't travel & needed to turn my car in because I leased. They will work with me over the phone which I totally appreciate since it is about an hours drive for me. Other Dealerships won't do that. In fact, the Ford Brandon dealership has lost 2 sales from me because they insisted I come in before they would give me any information & I have had the salesmen not even return calls to me. I retired from Ford Motor Company so I am loyal. Because of Parks Lincoln I am loyal to them too. They go the extra mile.

When I had a problem with the body shop not repairing my car properly, Dawn Kaps took care of it. She was attentive and professional. A customer that has never had a problem is probably not a loyal customer. However, when a customer has a problem, you either lose them (by not handling it properly), or make them a loyal customer by giving them 110% satisfaction. I would recommend Park's becuase Dawn Kaps made sure that my problem was corrected promptly.

This dealership is the best BEST dealership I have ever had the peasure of dealing with. Larry Mills is not a a professenal in every way but he ensures the our MKX is services from bumper to bumper. Marco is very helpful in making you happy with your purchase, regarding pricing, things you would get with the car, whether it is a sale or lease the best deal. He has been so helpful over the years that we keep going back to him. WE WERE GREETED PROMPTLY WHEN WE ARRIVED; OUR SERVICE REP WAS ON THE PHONE WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER, AND ANOTHER REP ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS ABOUT WHY WE WERE THERE.
