From the moment Billy contacted my about my 2021 Tacoma, he was 100% committed to finding a vehicle for me and working it into my price range. He was continuously available for questioning via text or phone call and made sure to prioritize my business, which is something I had a terrible experience with at a different Toyota dealer. Jason made sure I was kept up to date every step of the way while the Tacoma was en route and Alex finished off the process with just a 1 hour meeting on warranties which we were given a great deal on as well. In all, this was an excellent escapade for my wife and I and we will certainly shop Parks Toyota in the future.

Bruce Hrabia was recommended by a friend and on the day I went to see him he was off. I was then helped by Ileana Solivan who showed me two vehicles.. She was very professional and cheerful. I was then contacted by Bruce Hrabia and my husband and I went to see the Higlander again. Bruce was very knowledgeable regarding the Highlander and its features. We were not in a rush but both Bruce Hrabia and Ileana Solivan kept in contact with us until we were ready to purchase. The color of the car we wanted had been sold but Ileana was able to locate one and we were able to get the Higlander in the color we wanted.

I talked to a representative on line and made an appointment. Received a text back that my sales representative would be Adam Berry. Adam had the vehicle I wanted to test drive ready and waiting when I arrived. We did a test drove of that vehicle and two others so I could decide which vehicle preferred. I decided on a new 2016 Rav 4. I wanted to come back the next saturday to take delivery. Vehiclw was ready, Finance Manager Scott had all my paper work ready ant the process was quick and easy. Let me start by saying the sales team did a great job. They were courteous and kind not a hard sale. I explained to them that I was shopping around and was thinking of Toyota as one of my choices. That was fine with them untill louis Hernandez got involved. He tried to give me a hard sale even after I told him I wanted to look at other cars and wanted to wait one day to make my decision. He would not listen and would not take no for a anwser. I said I am leaving and refused to shake his hand after he disrespected me and my decision to think about it. He berated me in front of my wife following me outside telling me he would never sell a car to me ever! I then took out my phone and threatend to put his antics on YouTube....this immediately silenced him and I left. I have never been treated and disrespected so rudley by anyone. Luis Hernandez should not ever be allowed to negotiate car sales. The rest of the staff was fantastic and a good experience. Because of them I came back the next day and bought the car and am very happy with my choice. But Luis Hernandez needs to chill out with his tactics and understand his pressures don't work with everyone.

I decided to give Parks Toyota of Deland a try when I was looking to purchase a new 2016 Toyota 4Runner Trail. Everything was great at first and they offered me the best price. We had agreed on numbers for a lease and them giving me the amount I wanted for my trade so I gave them a $1,000 deposit to locate the car. About 4 days go by and they let me know my 4Runner is in. After reviewing the numbers that they sent me a few days prior, I noticed that the trade info on the paper was blank. I contacted them back in regards to having them fix it. They sent me over the revised sheet and the payment was $50 more than we agreed upon! I am glad that I figured this out before I made the 2.5 hour drive from Gainesville. Of course I was appalled by this since we had already agree on numbers 4 days prior and they had $1,000 of mine in house. After communicating back and forth with the salesperson a manager called me. We had a 10-15 minute phone cal about the mistake they made. They would not honor the deal that we agreed upon and insisted that I just come in. I was not driving 2.5 hours to get screwed over. They acted like I was stupid and didn't understand what they were doing. They pulled an old "bait and swap" on me. I would not recommend this dealership.

This is the second car I've purchased at Parks Toyota of Deland. My first experience was excellent. The second was even better. My salesman Bruce Hrabia, was friendly and, extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was getting. He gave me a tour of the dealership, especially the service department. He went through all of the car's features and, made sure I understood them before I took possession of the car. a couple of months back i needed a new tacoma truck and wayne glascow stepped up and found the truck i needed and at a fanstatic price......now i found myself needing 2 more toyotas and again wayne stepped up and filled the bill. wayne was on vacation when i arrived at the dealership, so sales manager tom contacted wayne by phone and my adventure began... 2 days later wayne arrived at the dealership and the deal was completed....and again the price was right....my family could not be happier with our selection and the professionalism wayne and tom gave us during this process.....and to bruce, who educated us on operating of all the options available in our new vehicles, and finally to z, whose hospitality and knowledge of vehicles made our choices easy ....i am blessed to have become a member of the parks toyota family.....now i am trying to find an excuse to buy another toyota....lovin our new rav4 limited and tacome sport....a big thanks.....

We walked in to parks to purchase a car. Jennifer the car sales woman was great .My wife being diabetic had suffered a low blood sugar while there ,but after Jennifer gave her some food she was feeling somewhat better. Then came a visit with this business manager mike rea. We signed papers ,then he showed us a picture of a car engine on his phone, I thought what the hey does this guy have a picture of a engine on his phone ,then it hit me ,it was a work-up for the extended warranty,little did I know he had slipped her the paper to sign, Beware this guy uses a lot of reverse psychology! Then he submitted it to the warranty company Fidelity. after I told him we did not want the extended warranty because I have no faith in them....To make it short it took us eleven weeks to get our money back!! That's right eleven weeks.Do not go to Parks,I told my friend whom was interested in a car after seeing my car to go to Titusville iam sure that he gets a kick-back for every extended warranty he signs up,the business manager that is. SO BEWARE!!!

We would like to thank our salesperson, DJ Culley, for making our new car buying experience the best possible. He greeted us at the door with a big smile and made us feel very much at ease without high pressure sales. We looked at a number of Camry's, test drove, we sat down and he gave us their best price without bickering back and forth. We left to give it some thought and came back the next day and bought the car. He found the perfect one for us. Delivery of the car was done without incident. DJ personally set up the Bluetooth and reviewed all functions of the GPS with a crash course. Couldn't have done it without him. We made a friend with DJ...he's a good role model. His last comment was "call me anytime with questions or help with anything". He even gave us his cell number. Our overall experience with Parks Toyota of Deland was the best we had with a dealership, staff and management and would recommend them to anyone.

It was a difficult deal to accomplish, my current car was buried in 8K, my payment was already really high and I didn't want to go any higher. My credit was good but not great. So how to put me into a new Toyota Camry XSE v6, that was the question. It was a question every prior dealership answered with NO WAY. Some spent time before telling me my payment would have to go up 100+ or I would need to put down 7K. Others wouldn't even talk to me when I told them my car year and amount owed. I was about to give up and wait for my value to even out. Then I used truecar to get the value of the XSE and Parks Toyota responded. They were very friendly, and optimistic that they could do something. They invited me over and offered me the car for $30 more than I was paying with nothing down. Woohoo! Bruce was my initial contact and was very pleasant and helpful, Derek assisted me when Bruce was busy. Tom the sales manager had an assured calming confidence that we were going to get the deal done (and he was right). I don't recall the name of the finance manager but he was excellent and very straight forward. He explained the difficulties we needed to overcome and how we did it. It was really a great experience. I did have a small disagreement with the GM, but it was after the fact. Overall Parks did the near impossible. I'm guessing they sacrificed a bit in profit to get me a deal that I was barely qualified for. Since then I am so happy to be out of my old car (Camry hybrid which was not a good fit for me) and into the new Camry XSE v6 (much more fun, comfortable, higher tech, and just plain enjoyable to drive and look at) Good Show Parks!!! Would definitely buy from again

I had my car serviced by Auto butler about two weeks ago and everything seemed fine at first, until I saw my car under a street light. There are now scratches on my cars hood which were certainly not there before. Whoever serviced it either used a power polisher and did not know what they were doing, or they used a cloth that was somehow contaminated with some sort of abrasive (Ex. sand). This is not my idea of professional work. I would like to be contacted about this. My car is less than two years old, and is garage kept. I would like an explanation as to why my paint is now ruined. Seems ok in the sun, but under street lights the scratches are clearly there. This is not the first time my car has been damaged in some way by this dealership. I have gotten my oil changed there a quite a few times, and more often than not there were oil stains on my car, both inside and out. Complain to management, and all you get is an "I'm sorry", we will clean it. I'm so sick of hearing that. Toyota makes a great product, but the service stinks. I feel sorry for my poor car whenever I have to get it serviced. I dont see any of the technicians there showing any regard for my property.

They will try and nickle and dime you! Charged me 4.95 to apparently wipe up a spot on the shop floor. I'm serious! This is prius in for and oil change! They try to sell you add ons not needed nor specified and recommend in the factory manual. Now i see they left some parts out of the shield underneath the car...you've been warned!

We bought our 2015 Prius in December 2014. Right from the start, Parks Toyota of DeLand provided excellent customer service, with no pressure. We weren't used to that from a car dealer. They even had a catered Customer Appreciation Dinner for new car buyers, where representatives from every department explained their functions and answered our questions. Bruce Hrabia continues to keep in contact with us, encouraging us to call him if ever we need to. I take advantage of the weekly free car wash, and Jolene is always there to greet me and does a great job in no time at all. Monica Arcos always takes time for an hello whenever I'm there and lets me know she'll be glad to help me with anything. I highly recommend the team at Parks Toyota - they are exceptional!

salesperson not forthcoming with relevant info on vehicle. Asked for specific options on model to be found and delivered to this dealer for purchase on agreed to OTD internet price. Upon arrival requested vehicle options were missing. NO contact effort EVER made to disclose this which was submitted thru email to salesperson for confirmation days prior to visit also no mention on day of conversation. Tried to continue with the process to purchase after agreed to credit reduced price. Final figures reflect a little bump in amount financed amazingly passed off as doc stamps in the very same amount as the agreed to credit. Hmmmm? The doc stamp/bump quote was inaccurate for the purchase price in Florida of o.oo7xpurchase price. The general manager leaves his glass fishbowl to intervene with an inept explanation assuming we are all morons until proving otherwise and refuses to budge on this small amount. He was left holding something in his hand but it wasn't my cash. These places are all the same in my opinion, deceitful, dishonest, misleading, they are pathetic jokes and see customers only as numbers. DO NOT DEAL HERE.

I worked with Tom via email for a few days and he was always extremely quick to respond to any questions I had and was always very professional. Shortly after I worked out the details with Tom via email I was introduced to my Amazing Sales lady Candice, she was sweet and nice and both her and Tom worked with my budget and they were able to help me get a little more for my trade in to help get me down to the number my family needed. When we arrived at the dealership the 2015 Toyota Sienna was waiting for us fully detailed and ready to go, Candice went on a ride with us and told us all about the features. We then came back signed some paperwork and we were on the road, every person we met or worked with was professional and really fantastic to deal with Tom and Candice are fantastic honest people who truly believe in doing whats best for the Customer and have earned a customer for life with this experience.. To add to this during this process I was also working with 3 other dealerships trying to get the best deal most of them were pushy and borderline rude with how they handled things, I can agree I am a very aggressive negotiator being in the car business before I was not going to take anything but the best offer for everyone but other dealerships were out to make a quick buck and did not care about long term retention and that is where Parks Toyota of Deland excels. They have even followed up with me a few times via text to make sure I am completely happy with my purchase.

I've done it again: I ignored other users reviews, and ah am I regretful more than ever! Here I am again full of frustration, rage and *extreme* shock at how low and UNETHICAL some people can get for making extra free dollars at the expense of uninformed consumers. All of this because I thought others do not understand leasing and that I can handle it better. But with unethical people, do math and logic really matter?Tom and his general manager, played every trick in their sleeves to perform a disgusting bait-and-switch on me. I had asked for a selling price and all fees of the car I'm interested in. Simple, right? Their answer was simple too. They gave me a great price without negotiation, they gave me approximately the True Market Value of the car. I thought it was fair, they will make a decent profit and I will get a good deal.Now here's something the average consumer does not know, that offer above is where the dealership job ends. The remaining part is financing the purchase. That is usually offered by captive companies such as Toyota Motor Credit or Southeast Toyota Finance. Once you agree on the car price, Southeast Toyota will finance you (whether for purchasing or leasing) and determine your monthly payment based on the car price and down payment. Leasing especially requires some knowledge to calculate the payment on your own. And oh boy, do unethical dealerships love leasing more than anything else in the world. They could inflate monthly payment and make money on your expense and the average consumer will still be proud of the "good deal" he got.Tom gave me this amazing yet reasonable total price. As a result, I turned down all other offers I had from other dealerships (I had told everyone that I'm contacting several dealers and Tom knew that). I then began discussing the lease terms with this unethical human being, or shark if you may. Based on our agreed price and my down payment, the monthly payment should have been around $80 a month. They sent to me an offer for $180 a month. Whew! That's an extra $100 a month. Where does this money go? To Tom and his manager's pockets. You know how much would that have been for the total lease, $3600 straight to their pockets, upfront. Take a step back and think with me: $3600 ABOVE what we agreed on initially would have gone in Tom's pocket. Why? Because they thought I was an uninformed consumer. I replied to Tom, called him out on all of his nonsense. I asked, "What is this Min. Drive Off (-)?" why is it being added to my cap cost? He says, it's something that "Toyota requires". Aha, I see. Why would Toyota add hidden fees?? They could have added it to the base price (!!) ... Anyway, I then ask, "I see you listed my graduate rebate as I asked, but when I add the numbers, it's not reflected in the total price'. He says, "these rebates do not actually reduce capital cost, but they are reflected on monthly payment". But my funniest moment is when I had asked, over email, "Could you breakdown the $1406.40 'Dealer/State' fees for me?" ... Wait Dealer/State fees? As if the state and dealer were one entity.. Anyway, the funny reply comes back "$899.95 dealer fees + $388.0 tag fee + $2 lemon law fee and downpayment tax $108.18 = $1405.12". I literally laugh out loud. The numbers he gave add up to $1398.13,and they do NOT add up neither to $1405.12 as he claimed in his email NOR to $1406.40 as he claimed in the offer.My experience so far was full of moments that fall beyond this world's math and logic basic laws. So I told Tom I would call him over the phone to discuss the numbers. I give them a call, and I call him out on every lie he gives me. Unprepared to deal with these straightforward confrontations, Tom starts to raise his voice gradually until he lashes out uncontrollably, triggering his manager to take over his call and say calmly, confidently "Hi Mr. XXX, I was hired by this dealership to improve its reputation, ever since I was hired we have been closing more sales and people are happy with us! Now what do you think of the deal Tom gave you?" I call out on every lie in that offer. Mr. Manager gets upset as well, you see, reputation does not really matter when $3600 of free dollars are threatened to vanish away in front of an informed customer. Realizing that he would not squeeze my hard-earned money out of me with his unethical tactics. He raises his voice and ends the conversation abruptly, saying "I do not want to do business with you." Hangs up, I call up Toyota and document my experience thoroughly, putting one more nail in this unethical pathetic already-dying dealership's coffin, hoping that the day Toyota realizes it needs to stop selling them their cars gets closer.Here's a funny fact for readers who took the time to read this review. This dealership would have made a *guaranteed* $413 NET profit in this transaction AT LEAST. And they do not have to do anything but receive my paperwork via fax. Is it only $413? That does not include secret dealer cash the Toyota offers periodically to dealers, so if Toyota was offering $750 dealer cash, they would have made $1913 gross profit in this single day. More fun facts, the car I was interested in was not even on the dealership's lot yet. Meaning that they have not paid any interest at all for renting it on their lot. It would have been pure profit for them. But man, these greedy despicable instincts must have been really pronounced in their genes makeup to pass on a decent profit and battling for a $3600 extra undeserved cash. Pathetic and deplorable.

EXCELLENT service. Went to service my wife's Venza with a nail in a tire also. Leo Uliana did everything and when the tire needed to be replaced and they didn't have it, Leo went out of his way to make sure they got the car fixed without me having to go back and forth. I had my son with me and he played and watched cartoons in a kids area. Very nice dealership. Highly recommended.

Parks toyota was able to get me the price i wanted and the extras i did and did not wanted. they were very acomodating. and because i had to return to sign additional paperwork, they gave me a FREE tank of gas just for the small inconvenience. I have been thinking about buying new Tundra for a while. After speaking to different sales reps. from different dealerships, I decided to go To Parks toyota after speaking to Scott. I did a lot of homework before going there about the Tundra, I knew how much I was supposed to spend for the options I wanted and how much I should get for my trade. To my surprise with very little negotiations they were very close to the numbers I had on mind. What really sold me was what they offered me for my truck, it was the same amount I thought I should get No gimmicks just straight forward. They earned my respect the very first time we dealt. From that point on it was smooth sailing. The sales manger Tom whom I dealt with was very accommodating. All in all I would do it all over again. This is the honest truth I decided to write about this dealership.

after shopping around and being cheated by multiple Toyota dealers, I was contacted by Parks Toyota. after through negotiation, we agreed to a price out the door. the saleswoman, Denise even sent me texts, voice mails assuring me the out the door price without any gimmicks. everything was clear and would be transparent. I put down a deposit. I drove an hour to get to the dealer and she was off along with the manager taking care of my request. She handed the paper work to her colleague. They swindled me into paying extra stating cash back incentives that were not on the internet as offered incentives. they denied me 0% financing even though I qualified unless I payed an extra $500. I agreed only because the car was worth it. they lied and cheated me from the deal I agreed to and became greedy in my opinion. they call themselves honorable. right. beware of this dealer ship as they are not honest people as they advertise. they are conniving people and not worth referring to any friend or family member.

Facilities are nice, but as I speak and read what customers are saying on various websites will indeed hurt this company in the future, and may have in the past. Textbook case study in customer relationship.

Brought my car in for some repairs, got a HUGE bill back. Did just the minimum with them and brought it around to other auto shops (one was Walmart!) and paid a quarter of what they wanted- yes given it's a dealer so the price is already inflated but the part that upsets me the most, Toyota in Daytona Beach did one service for half of what Parks quoted me. On top of that the particular 'service adviser' I was given was terrible at returning my calls, I left several voicemails and was only called when SHE needed something from me. Daytona Toyota was three times as busy every time I was in their service area and my call was always answered I never had to leave one voicemail. Not happy with my experience at Parks, never knew prices for service would vary so much from dealer to dealer. What I learned.. shop around!

Alex and Chad went above and beyond to get me into a good car and a good deal. I recommend them over any other dealership in this area. I had visited Deland Kia first because of their promotion on most vehicles. Only to find out the way they priced the cars over invoice, there was NO deal. Big surprise their inventory is extremely high. Very unethical practices going on there.We passed Parks Toyota on our way to get lunch, I said "that is where I will get my car." We went back after lunch and worked with Alex Darnell. Who also brought Chad over to explain some special offers.Both of these men were professional, polite and did everything they could to give me the best deal possible. There was no fancy dancing around; they wanted to help me. Even though we may have been a lot to handle with our questions and bargaining, they continued to help us as best they could.After finalizing the deal we went past closing time, everyone was friendly toward us. Others helped with preparing our car, one gentlemen stayed to fill it with gas. By the time we left it was 9:30 pm and Alex continued to make sure we had everything we needed. Not once did he try to rush us, or pressure us. I have never been happier with a car buying experience. I highly recommend them to everyone.This is my new car dealer of choice. Also the deals they offer, are real!

The buying experience was low-pressure and as enjoyable as any car-buying experience we have ever had. Although we have rated the facilities as fair, we need to point out that the dealership was moving to a newly-constructed facility the week of our purchase. I called on a weekend and talked to your internet person. I was very interested in a particular Avalon. He told me which salesman to see and I gave him a time that I would be there. When I got there the car was sold. I did not know that I could put a deposit and hold the car till I arrived. Had I been informed of this option, I surely would have put up the deposit. You had no other cars that I was interested in. The salesman tried to find one for me close by but was unable to locate one. I went to deLuca in Ocala and found a vehicle that full filled my needs.

What a nice way to purchase a vehicle. We got to Parks Toyota of Deland and we immediately had two consultants who asked us if we wanted to walk around the lot of cars or if we wanted them to assist us. We told them we were looking for a RAV4 and we wanted to look at them by ourselves. One of them gave us his card and showed us the way to the new and to the used RAV4's. We saw them all and read all the features they had, we discussed the colors and when we felt we knew more about this vehicle we looked for Marc, the name in the card. He asked us to get inside with him. Wow, this new state of the art facility just made my hubby very happy. He could see how the mechanics worked in the cars in the vehicles. It was a great conversation piece the huge TV in the lounge. All the guys were discussing their vehicles issues. After a while I had to ask my other half to come and make a decision about the new car. It was easy. Mark gave us options in colors and features. We decided we could upgrade a little from what we already had. They checked our documents and our credit. They helped us with our not bad and not terribly good either scores. We told them what we could afford and they really tried to match everything to our needs. It was a little long. We stayed there more than what I thought we would, but they had coffee, doughnuts and different TVs with different channels. It was o.k. At the end, we decided to get a brand new Rav4 on a green mica color. I love green. They helped us with everything. Marc, the sales manager and everyone at Parks Toyota of Deland treated with lots of respect. Thank you so much. It was worth making a 20 minute trip from Lake Mary to Deland. Even our 2 kids had a place for kids to watch only kids channels and they did not get hungry because there were things for them to eat and drink. Pretty soon I will need to change my old Kia and I believe I will go back to Parks Toyota for a Prius V. Thanks again, guys. By the way! Your Customer Service is amazing. I am trying to take my mom there too. They will give me $200 for referrals when they buy a car, and my mom really, really needs one.

Monica Arcos there customer relations manager be littled me called me a liar and asked me to leave all because wanted documentation that the dealership was no longer going to service the defect to my brand new car. Do not buy from Deland toyota they will send you out the door in a car and weeks later you find out you were NOT ever financed for the car so i ask for my trade in back they told me NO so they put me in another six weeks later never got financed for that car either DEMANDED MY CAR BACK then I find out they sent my trade in to the auction (so they say) I go four days waiting to get my car back the truth be told THEY SOLD MY CAR to someone in Deltona.i get my car back but in the mean time Toyota pays off my loan at that bank.Bank tells me theres a mans name on the title with mine I bought this car brand new so my name was the only one on title until i dealt with toyota.Toyota jumped the gun they should have never did ANYTHING TO OR WITH MY CAR until the deal was final It was never final now theres a huge problem and If you ever want to talk to the general Manager FORGET the Salesman will shoot you ever where in between but never to the General Manager They say hes not there or he's busy the funny thing is my problem will stay as is UNTIL I SPEAK TO THE GENERAL MANAGER I dont think he has a clue what kind of people are working for him..you talk about a night mare and for the last three days a CAR SALESMAN calls me being rude telling e i need to do this and i need to that WHY would the salesman be calling me and not the finance department or the GENERAL MANAGER???????????? I emailed this dealership regarding a used car they had listed on their website. I received an email back asking me to call to schedule a test drive for this vehicle. I did call them and was told "oh, we sold that vehicle but we have others available". Of course, the other vehicles were not the same model I was inquiring about and they were more expensive. When I asked why the fact that they no longer have this vehicle wasn't mentioned in the email, they gave me a line that the office didn't know the vehicle had been sold. I guess the office still doesn't know because this vehicle is still showing on their inventory. I feel like they are playing the old bait & switch game. I had cash in hand and fully intended on purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, but I'm taking my business to a more reputable dealer. I don't play games with my money.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY! I had gotten a loan, purchased insurance and sent a copy of the loan check to my sales rep, and confirmed that I would be driving from Delray to Deland (200 miles) on a Sunday to finalize the deal. Deland Toyota sold my car out from under me on a Friday, and didn't bother to tell me until I was 30 miles away, driving 2 vehicles that were to be traded in on the car. The GM told me he would make it right, then left the dealership 5 days later. Jack Rosen, the Sales Manager, was supposed to continue searching for another vehicle for me, but made it clear I was not a priority. He then stopped returning phone calls. My initial salesperson (Greg Ashworth) lied by saying he sent me an email notifying me on Friday that my car was sold - he didn't - then Jack lied to me again by saying he would find another vehicle. They did not care about making it right after 2 weeks of working with them and driving 200 miles to pick up the car. I ended up finding another vehicle in Pennsylvania, costing me $7000 more plus the cost of having it shipped to Florida. HORRIBLE business people. They don't care about the customer at ALL and are purely interested in making a quick buck. These people do not deserve your business - buy a car somewhere else.

If you want honesty and ethical business practices, buy your car at some other dealership. Here, you will be lied to, and possibly worse...I made a deal for a Sienna using Cars.com and was in constant contact with my sales person, Greg Ashworth. For 2 weeks, we exchanged paperwork, including me sending them a copy of the loan check and the insurance rider on the vehicle I was to purchase. Greg assured me a tow hitch would be installed on the Sienna, and we agreed I would drive my 2 trades from Delray Beach, 200 miles away, to Deland on Sunday, October 21. When I was 30 miles away, I texted Greg, who responded that my Sienna was sold. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told the Sienna was sold on Friday, and NO ONE bothered to call or text me. They simply sold it out from under me and never told me. Not only that, but the hitch was not installed, and Greg never made mention that I would arrive and the car would not be ready as we had agreed.The GM at the time vowed to make it right, and said he would find me another Sienna. I felt better, and was confident that this GM was interested in doing the right thing. He knew that someone screwed up big time when they failed to tell me the car was about to be sold. Unfortunately, he then left the dealership 5 days later, and told me he hoped that Jack Rosen, the General Sales Manager, would do right by me.Fat chance. Jack made it clear in a phone conversation that making things right was not a priority, and then he stopped returning my phone calls. I found another vehicle online in Pennsylvania, only this one cost me $7000 more plus the shipping to have it brought to Florida.Jack Rosen and his crew care about one thing: making a quick buck. They don't care about the customer, and when they do wrong, they don't care about making it right. This is by far he WORST car-buying experience I've ever had. Take my advice - move on down the road and shop somewhere else. My transaction with the dealer in Pennsylvania went off without a hitch.

Car buying doesn't have to be a bad experience! We can highly recommend DeLand Toyota. Shaun and Spencer were so helpful and focused on our needs. They didn't rush us and we made a couple visits before we purchased. The entire staff is very professional, willing to answer questions. They are good about following up and returning phone calls, too. During the process, we also dealt with your receptionist, Palmer, Adonna and Larry who did everything they could to assist us. When we had the body molding installed, we dealt with Service and Parts and they did a great job, too. This was a new experience -- never had a dealership that was so easy to deal with.

I needed to have routine maintenance performed. As soon as I arrived John was there to write up the order. He immediately turned the car over to a technician who performed all the tasks (oil change, tire rotation, fluid checks, etc.). The services were performed quickly and I was given a report on the condition of the car. Looking at the mileage and previous service history recommendations for future service were explained along with urgency and cost.I couldn't ask for better care. It is the reason I have been using this same dealer service for twelve years.

Service department is exceptionally good compare with other Toyota dealerships in Central Florida. I have had great experiences since 1989 wwith this dealership. My 2007 Prius wouldn't start this morning, we called Deland Toyota & Amber gave us instruction on how to jumpstart the battery. This is NOT an ordinary battery. We did as instructed & the within minutes the battery is charged & I was able to go. However, Amber recommended that we should bring it in so they can double check on the battery for us. As it turned out our auxiliary battery needed replaced (after almost 60K miles). I love the service department here also they never came to tell me they're going to fix something that I didn't bring the car in for. They may recommend different services that you're car may needed; however, they never pressured nor told us that they're fixing something without asking first.

I have reached an agreement with General Manager, Ken Hanley. He has been very helpful and addressed all my concerns. Here is my story, I live in Jacksonville Florida. I found THE car for me at a dealership 2 hours south of where I live (Deland Toyota Scion). It was listed on the Internet for $16.5K (The pictures and description were accurate). It was a Chevy trade in at a Toyota lot. Over the phone I negotiated and out the door price of $16.5k (+++ all fees included, tight money was stressed). I then began to discuss my trade in. (an 01 impala with 112K miles) They offered me a minimum of 2500$ "sight unseen" for my car assuming I drive it down and trade it in. This was over 2 days with the same sales rep. So, we agreed (out the door price of $16.5K - My trade 2500$ = cash payment of $14000) my car +14k cash = the car I know I want but have not seen or driven. (that is how much I like this particular car / am picky)The negotiations were by no means brief, probably 3-4 hours total my salesman had to repeatedly get approval for GSM (for trade over phone etc) My method of payment was a 4000$ cashiers check from my bank, and a $10K auto loan draft. We had them send a buyers guide (with what I assume to be our original deal) to my lender to start the process on day 2. We call them repeatedly over the next 2 days to update them when we will be down, how the checks will be addressed etc etc. When we get to the dealership we are busy for 6 hours checking out the car, them checking my trade, and basically me making sure the car is mint so I can purchase a Chevy warranty from GM. When they show us the buyers guide for the 1st time at 9 PM!!!They have marked the car up to18.7k BEFORE TAX-~4k MY TRADE14.7k +++16.5K OUT THE DOORI wasted a day off work and about 100-130$ of my money on all accounts. I became wildly upset and the GSM I stormed to said "I'M SORRY THERE MUST HAVE BEEN A MISUNDERSTANDING PLEASE LEAVE" I am outraged that they broke our verbal contract and would like to pursue legal action if possible, or make the original deal. I just want the car for the price we discussed before I entered my monetary consideration into the Verbal Contract. I have a copy of the buyers guide from my loan officer to confirm a base price of 18.7K THAT IS BEFORE TAX.

Charges are competitive or better, even for tires and batteries. By following their advice my older, high mileage Toyotas are in great shape. A great Toyota dealership. Andrew Raynor, the car and truck specialist was friendly and courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Toyota vehicles. Andrew provided us with all of the important aspects of each vehicle which helped us make an informed decision. We liked Andrew's easy accessibility and ability to respond to all of our questions in a timely manner. DeLand Toyota had a wide selection of new and used vehicles and were willing to accommodate our specific requirements in vehicle color and options. Andrew and the DeLand Toyota staff worked hard to provide a reasonable deal that was financially suitable for both parties. We never felt pressured in any way to make a purchase which is quite a relief when dealing with car dealerships.This was our fifth car purchase at DeLand Toyota since 2002 and that speaks volumes about how we feel about this dealership. My husband and I both drive Toyotas purchased from this dealer. They have both had continuing service from this dealer and we are very satisfied with the work done, the attitude of the staff and their intrest in meeting our needs. They alway do follow-up to determine if we are satisfied. They have kept careful records on our cars and alert us when it is time for a routine service visit. I doubt if we will even consider a different car when it is time for a new vechile but we will be right back here where both we and our cars feel at home!

The experience that we had at Deland Toyota was great. The salesperson had excellent knowledge in the vehicle we bought. We previously bought a Prius at the same dealership about 4 years ago and we liked the experience we had at that time plus the service department has been excellent.

I generally trade in my vehicles every few years and in my 50 something years of car buying experiences, I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did with this purchase and salesman Searl Row. Other individuals I had contact with during this purchase were also extremely pleasant and not your typical car sales personnel. There was absolutely no pressure at all to buy. I did my homework prior to this purchase and was prepared for the normal aggravating car sales pitch. None of that happened. They came to a very acceptable price the first time around. Believe me, I shopped around and knew what an acceptable price was. I was the aggravating customer (my wife let me know that) and nothing I could do would change the very pleasant demeanor of Mr. Row. My wife was so impressed with Searl and his pleasantry that I think she would have left me if I didn't purchase from him. That didn't come close because I too was very impressed. So impressed that I intend to buy my future vehicles from Deland Toyota and Searl in particular. The color we wanted had to be located and Searl kept us infomed regularly throughout the entire process. He was extremly knowledgeable and informed us in detail on all the workings of our 2011 Sienna. I would highly recommend Deland Toyota and Searl Row

Ryan in the internet department sent me the information that I requested, within just a couple of minutes he was on the phone with me explaining everything in detail and scheduling an appointment that afternoon for me to take a test drive in my NEW 2009 CAMRY. My salesperson, Juan was very professional and and knew everything about the vehicle. I LOVE MY NEW CAR! and would definitely recommend Deland Toyota to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Adam helped me to find the best truck I could afford. There was no pressure during the sale and now I am the happy owner of a 2007 Tundra. I did not think I was going to be able to afford a Tundra! I had visited David Maus and was treated very bad. There was no way Maus was going to give me the deal that the people in Deland gave me.Thanks Adam for you help!

The salesman we had tried to tell me that a 1996 Toyota Avalon was the perfect car for me and that the little old lady who turned it in kept it in great condition. He also said I could buy a 30,000.00 dollar car that day if I wanted to, because "this is america and anything is possible." One of my family memeber finally told him he was full of sh*t, and we left, leaving him with the wrong number. aw.

After contacting this dealership over the internet to get availability of a Solara SE Coupe in Gray, secretary for the internet dept. emailed me with one choice, but did not have moonroof. She emailed again with another vehicle, price was good, sounded perfect and I made an appt. I drove 45 minutes, to get to the dealership to look at the vehicle. The internet sales person was not there, after calling twice to make appt. and then to say I was running late, another person lead me around the dealership, did not know what I was talking about, pointed to a dark blue Solara, then an Avalon. I corrected him both times. He made us wait as they tried to find the vehicle, then the salesman said that the internet secretary did not have the authority and that I should be talking to the internet sales person. They then tried to sell other SE Coupes they had or they could order one for me. I stormed out as this was a classic "bait and switch" and would never go back to Deland Toyota. Good luck to anyone who does.
