Brought my 2014 Buick Enclave in for routine service. Vehicle was purchased from another dealer, but I didn't feel like driving an hour + for a service appt. My appointment was on time, greeted by friendly staff, service coordinator took the time to explain everything, waiting room was comfortable (plus offering coffee, water, donuts), car completed within the time promised. Over-all, great experience! Only thing that would have made it better was a car wash. But will definitely be back for the next service visit!

My husband called your dealership to request an appointment. We were strapped for time and needed a car right away. He also called 4 other dealerships within our area. YOU were the only dealership who called us back. We visited another dealership in the area but the salesman was only interested in pushing us towards a 5 year old SUV. He also told us not to go to Patriot, stating he had several buyers who had terrible things to say about the salesmanship there. WELL. We would be happy to talk to those other buyers and tell them what a pleasure it was to deal with Patriot. This was our 1st experience but I know, it won't be our last. And by the way, The new Arcadia rocks!!!

This visit was for the first oil change and the laundry list of checks which accompanied the service. I was surprised at the short amount of time it took to accomplish everything. I was all settled in for a lengthy wait but that wasn't the case. I determined that I was going to purchase a new truck and the GMC Canyon was on the list. A friend referred me to Patriot and specifically Ed Allwine. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable,and patient. He listened and tactfully advised appropriately. Our visit took about 3 1/2 hours and purchased that day... a first for us. The delivery went smoothly and Ed took about 45 minutes to take me through setting up the numerous feature options including syncing up my phone, OnStar, and the Driver Information Center. Well done and kudos to Ed.

Inspection deadline looming I received a phone call from a very nice young lady inviting me to make an appointment. Made the appointment with Mike at Patriot who also arranged for a loaner vehicle. My experience at Patriot was the best car buying experience that I have had. When I walked in the door, I did not plan on buying a car. I planned on shopping and going to at least 1 other dealership before making a decision. The staff at Patriot, specifically Walt and Bill, made me realize I didn't have to do that. This was our second experience with Patriot Buick in Boyertown, PA. With the 2 year lease expiring on our 2013 Buick Encore we prepared to return the vehicle and pick out our next one. It was a no brainer, as the 2013 was the perfect vehicle for us.All of the sales people at Patriot are genuine and friendly, but we worked specifically with John Schmidt. He listened to our preferences carefully, made helpful suggestions, and found us the best vehicle, at the best price. From the first phone call, to driving off the lot, we had the 2015 Buick Encore that we wanted, within 2 weeks - and that included a snowstorm in between!Although Patriot is a distance for us, we consider it worth the trip!

The paperwork took longer than I would have liked, but it was shorter than any other vehicle I have ever purchased.Truck seems to be working well. I'm a bit concerned about the mpg, but that obviously doesn't reflect on the dealership. All in all, a grear experience.

Brett was our salesperson who assisted us in our decision making. Nothing was too much for him to explain and show,in detail, all the car features. We were interested in a larger car that would enable us to tow a camper. We looked at several Terrains, drove them to determine which handled best. I have to say, the interior features, large backup screen, navigation, garage door openers were really cool. A nice touch was when we decide to drive a car, Brett warmed it up first. It was coldddddddddd, that day. Way to go Patriot/Brett.

During a safety check which is always complete when I take my truck in to Patriot for an oil change, the brake check resulted in a need for a change in rear friction material. The service department knows my driving habits and I would have needed brakes before my next state inspection. Because of their diligence my safety was not compromised. Keep of the good work!!

I set out to purchase an Altima and visited a local Nissan dealership to make my purchase but was "totally turned off" with the environment of the dealership. I liked the car but didn't like the dealership. The next day after further researching vehicles on the internet, and previously having a Buick, I went to the Patriot dealership in Boyertown. Upon entering the showroom all the employees were friendly, courteous and very helpful. I had set up an appointment with John Cook and John was professional, friendly, patient and wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. He never pressured or tried to sway my decision. The dealership seems to appear as a "Family" from the General Manager on down the line. There's no person in a "back office" that you can't see or talk with. The employees are all there to help you make a purchase of your choice. John took a lot of time to set up my On Star, etc. He gave me a crash course on my vehicle and told me to call him anytime, if I had questions or concerns. I took him up on that offer when traveling the Pa Turnpike, I went to put gas in my car and couldn't get the gas cap to open. Called John and he walked me through it....I tell all my friends about the dealership and how it made a difference in my decision to buy a car.

Had a major breakdown while on a road trip to Ohio. Car was taken to Whiteside Buick in St. Clairesville, OH. I experienced the worst customer service while my car was there for almost two weeks. Once I picked it up I took it to my dealer, Patriot Buick in Boyertown, PA. What a difference!!! Patriot (especially Mark in service) had to work on my car a few times to fix my problems that Whiteside was not able to do. My car was under warranty, but Whiteside provided NO help in providing rental for out of town breakdowns nor did they show any compassion. Patriot provided me with full loaner vehicles everytime my car was in. I have never been more satisfied with a dealership like Patriot and I worked for Ford Motor Company for over 20 years. Will I buy another Buick? For sure, and it will be from Partiot in Boyertown!! I felt bad that Patriot had to correct all the problems that Whiteside failed to correct, but feel relieved knowing I have a dealership that is proud to stand behind their customer. They have even offered to help me submit for possible reimbursement towards towing, rental and lodging. Cusomer Service at Patriot is above and beyond the normal that I have ever received. Hats off to Patriot, you have earned a repeat customer!!!!!!

I just bought a GMC Terrain from Patriot Buick/Pontiac/GMC. My experience with Patriot could not have gone better. Lee, my salesperson, was helpful in explaining everything but above all was very personable. Regarding my interactions with others at the dealership, all were friendly and professional. I felt no pressure to leave with a car if I wasn't ready. In fact, I was telling my cousin about my experience and as it turns out, he too bought a car (about a year ago) from Patriot and was equally impressed with the service. Thank you to Patriot!

My husband bought a vehicle the previous week at Patriot and we had called ahead to let the salesman he had, know I was coming to look at a car also. When we arrived, somewhat later than we had told Ed, he was busy with another customer, but Ed did come over to greet us and introduced us to Carl and he would help us out until Ed was available. Carl was very helpful and went with us on a test drive. Ed stopped with us to check on how we were making out and apologized for still being tied up. No problem for us, as we realize car salesmen cannot pass up another customer while waiting for someone else to possibly not show up at all. Carl was perfectly fine working with us. With all the Black Friday Rebates and what I was offered for my current car, I felt I had a decent deal. Then, I think his name was Bill (sorry) came out with another option for me and I liked the lease idea better than purchasing at this time and decided to go with that. I did request the chrome wheels from my 2012 Enclave be switched out with the wheels from the 2014, because I didn't like them. Carl & Ed agreed and I signed for leasing the vehicle. Came back Wed. to p/u vehicle and did all the paperwork, Carl loaded up my new bicycle (thank you for the bike, my grandaughters will enjoy it) several men (again sorry, I can't remember names) came out and thanked me for doing business with Patriot. I even had my picture taken with Ed and the bicycle in front of my new car! I really liked dealing with Ed & Carl. Very knowledgable about everything about the car. Ed helped me set up the "controls". I love the car, especially the interior & wheels. I think the Buick Enclave is the nicest car I have had, and I have had 34 previous vehicles since I was old enough to buy my first car in 1966. My shopping expierence at Patriot was as good as it gets when changing vehicles. I will definately return to Patriot for my next "car expierence" and reccommend Patriot dealership to anyone I know is looking for an honest, fair deal. It was my pleasure to deal with you. Thanks

Do not buy from this Dealer.These jokers can not be trusted. I purchased a car from the dealer at a set price and with a new inspection sticker. They charged my credit card $1000.00 deposit, only to tell me later when I was to pick it up that they can't inspect the vehicle. They don't keep there word and the Sales Manager, Bill Chapel and Salesman, Edward Allwine don't have a clue as to what they are doing. Stay away at all costs.
