Great Sales staff! The sales and finance staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They even made a fresh pot of coffee for me!

They wanted to sell a nice LOOKING truck to me for what kbb value was, but after looking truck over it had very bad and shotty body work done to it, the bed cross braces were rusted away from the bed. Cab corners were poorly put on and poorly painted. The truck had been quickly dolled up to make it look like a good buy, it also needed brakes and the parking brake wasnt even hooked up. When i told them this and offered them a price much lower the owner himself came out and was very rude to me and treated me like a fool. Then told me "if i thought i could do better then go buy it and bring it to him and hed pay more for it, and if u dont like my prices then go elsewhere." Not a friendly or understanding or trustworthy place to shop for a car. Very rude, shiesty, and untrustworthy.

Patriot Motors in a nutshell is amazing. Their staff goes above and beyond to assist with all your needs and desires. The vehicles are top of the line, and we havent had any trouble with any of the cars we have bought from them. We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from there and couldnt be happier.

I'm only 21 years old and was able to receive financing for my new 2007 Chevy Cobalt LS without a co-signer because of these guys. My original bank told me I was approved until they ran my numbers and considered me "High Risk" and dropped the bomb on me needing a co-signer. The Head of Financing at Patriot found me someone who was willing to work with my numbers and get me a loan without the need of a co-signer. After everything was signed they even offered great finance counselling about re-financing the loan in 6 months to reduce the interest rate. :-) These guys really went above and beyond for me to get my car and I am going to start referring people to them when they ask about my Cobalt!! :-)

Great freindly service. Be advised, this does not mean you will not get ripped off. They were so friendly we were caught off gaurd when we started talking about the price. We paid way too much for the truck, our fault because they were so friendly. There is no free 30 day warranty, it is extra, we didn't get it. Everyday there is a new rattle in the truck. The truck of my dreams has turned into a nightmare. Don't be taken by the niceness of these people, they are still just used car salesmen. If you are a non-smoker, stay outside.
