Update 5/14/21. The price for an oil change has nearly doubled so I subtracted another star. I'm doing my own service on this one now like I do my other vehicles. Hopefully I won't forget a crush washer, put my air filter back in backwards, or leave caps open........ Really nice service department and staff. They can change the oil in my wife's Pathfinder cheaper than I can, and you get a free carwash. Large waiting area with shop view, drinks, and snacks. Just don't let them change your air filters for you. They charge $110 for something that cost $20 and takes 2 minutes to complete on a 2017 Pathfinder. Also you have to make sure they put the correct oil in your car.

Very pleased with the rental services. Anton is extremely helpful and came through for us on the fly and had a cargo van ready to go very fast. I would certainly recommend them for any vehicle rentals, especially if the success of a trip depends on the rental. Il be using them again for sure.

Once the service was performed, the experience was very good and Dee Dee (the Service Advisor) was excellent throughout the process. I had to wait more than a week for an appointment, and because of a backlog of jobs, my car could not be diagnosed until the Monday after my Friday appointment. Parts had to be ordered (which was not a surprise, particularly during these challenging times), but Dee Dee kept me informed throughout the experience. In the end, the service was performed as quickly as practical under the adverse circumstances. Without Dee Dee's work and communication with me, this would have been a much more challenging situation. Please express my gratitude to her.

Scheduled an oil change 2 weeks prior for a specific time. Showed up on time(early) for the oil change. And had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. I Scheduled the appointment early in the morning so would have enough time to get to work on time. But missed that. 2nd time this has happened. I didn't ask for extra work Or anything special. Just...a Scheduled....DEALER RECOMMENDED oil change. Very dissatisfied with the service experience.

We purchased a 2012 vehicle and 2 weeks later transmission goes out 3000.00 repair and Patterson never offered to help now 8000.00 dollars later we can't even trade this lemon in because we are 10000.00 upside down and Ray Cox puts on the front like he cares about his customers if you care so much take this lemon back

My entire experience from the time I walked in the door was amazing!!!!! I wasn't in there all day, I told them what I was looking for and they gave me just that!!!!! No one was pushy or tried to make something work that just wouldn't!!! Everyone was literally amazing!! Best car lot experience EVER!!!!!!!
