I was serviced by Derek Thisle and a coworker. Both were very professional and knowledgeable about your vehicles and their features. I was looking at one truck and was not happy with the interior of it. He then showed me the All Star and it was a perfect fit for me. I am very happy with the terms of my lease and have already had family and co workers ask for business cards. I am more than satisfied. And you have converted me from a owner of Dodge to loving the Chevrolet.

Mr. Wellington Sr was a great person to deal with and I can see where he gets his great customer service because Matt his manager and Mr. Sousa the finance director had great customer service. I look forward to seeing the whole team on my first oil change to tell them how much I like my truck. Each Person was very patient and they went above and beyond. This is my second vehicle from Paul Masse and they found a life long customer. Mr Paul Masse should be very happy with his Sales Team.

The whole experience was great. Things almost seemed to go to easy, but that is what John Lucey was trying to do. He didn't try to sell me on any vehicle upgrades or getting bigger, he understood what I wanted and helped me get that. He answered any questions I had, no matter how petty they were. John was easy to talk to like he was a normal guy and not trying to sell you something, which I liked. Jess was also really easy to talk to and explained everything real well when it came time to sign the paperwork.

We arrived just to look.. We had no plans to purchase a vehicle that day.. Our salesman John was friendly and low key. While we were toast driving a Silverado he told us about the incentives that GM had as well as dealer incentives. We decided to buy instead of just look. The price was way beyond our expectations. from that point on we were treated very well. The process was painless and we were walked through everything step by step.We would highly recommend this dealership. A great product and a great staff.

I can't say enough about working with John Lucey while buying my new Chevy Traverse. John was friendly and efficient, and more importantly, honest and professional. From start to finish, John never lied, exaggerated, or glossed over anything, which I have always found to be a problem while shopping for cars. He was upfront and honest about everything. Paul Masse advertised a "No Haggle" price, and it was truly that. I got a great deal on the car without the hassle of haggling. I also got a fair price for my trade-in, again without the low-balling, and back-and-forth haggling that I have experienced in the past. It is rare to receive the level of care that I received at Paul Masse. I leased a Silverado truck recently. John Lucey was the salesperson who helped me.My guess is that John is one of your top performers. He has to be considering the knowledge and confidence is provided to me during my experience with the dealership.Your front desk person Jessica and your financial person Tejal were exceptional.I am62 years old. And I run a company myself. I can only say that based on that experience, you have remarkable employees.Congratulations for that.And, BTW: I would send anyone to John, but beforehand I had a number of people singing praises of other sellers on your staff. That has to have something to do with your culture and the level of professionalism that you ask them for.

After looking for a few months online through many different websites I came across a 2014 Chevy Silverado at Paul Masse. The price was better than anything else I could find within 75 miles radius from where I live in eastern CT. I went there and Spoke to Richard Lima who got me on a test drive within about 10 minutes after my arrival. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to make a good deal on the truck very quickly, while also getting a very fair price for my Trade In. No hidden fees for paperwork or anything else! Thanks for a great experience!

Paul Masse's One Price was lower than any other deal I could find within 200 miles of home. While others played games with rebates and discounts these guys put their best price forward without all the gimmicks. Paul, Tejal, and Dominique were very easy to work with.....thanks guys!

I just bought a new Cruze from Paul Masse in East Providence. John Lucy was my salesman. I first came to Paul Masse for service on my Sonic. I was immediately blown away by the way the dealership is kept: it is immaculate. I was looking at the Cruze while I got an oil change as I had been considering trading in my Sonic. John introduced himself to me and offered to help. Long story short I can not say enough good things about John and his professionalism. He was never pushy, but always helpful, courteous and extremely knowledgable. I took about a week to finally decide to buy, and again, John was patient and helpful through the entire process, as we went through a bunch of different potential trade in scenarios. If you're looking to buy a new vehicle in the RI/Mass area save yourself some aggravation and just start at Paul Masse, ask for John Lucy you won't be disappointed.

Paul Dragich, Sales & Leasing Consultant at Paul Masse Chevrolet, helped me terminate the remainder of my lease on the 2013 Volt (...running GREAT) and put me into another 2017 Volt lease, all in under three hours. It was a total tour de force, which included helping me apply for RI's DRIVE Rebate, good for $2,500 on my newly-leased Volt, definitely a qualifying EVs. I could go on, but suffice to say if you are remotely interested in EV transportation a call and visit with Mr. Dragich at Paul Masse Chevrolet ought to be the first stop on that adventure!

I can recommend Paul Masse Chevrolet without reservation to anyone contemplating the purchase of a new or used vehicle. My salesperson, Paul Dragich, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Jessica Motherway was also a pleasure to work with. I received a fair trade in value for my 2006 Corvette Z06 and a great price on my new 2016 Corvette Z06. The showroom is amazing. Great experience when purchasing my new 2016 Chevy Traverse. Aaron, my salesman, was wonderful! I never felt pressures at any time. He was very patient and helpful from day 1 until I drove off the lot with my new car a few weeks later. Aaron spend a great deal of time teaching me about my new car and showing me all the "bells and whistles" of the inside of the car. I never felt rushed and when I left, I felt that I knew a lot about my new car. JP was also wonderful when I went over the financial part of the purchase. Once again, at no time did I feel pressured. The waiting area is by far one of the best I have ever seen in a car dealership. They offer hot and cold drinks, snacks, fruits, candy and a lot more in a very large and comfortable waiting area. My whole experience from start to finish was excellent. I hope that my future years with Paul Masse in East Providence, RI will be just as great>

I went in to Paul Masse on Monday to look at a 2016 Volt, I was greeted by Jordan and he explained a little more about the car. While we were on the test drive they looked at my trade and by the time we got back they had a number which was higher than any other dealer offered me. They gave me all the rebates I qualified for and I was done with everything in about 3 hours. My experience was wonderful.. I had an appointment with Gino Bruzzese and he was not able to be there when I arrived due to a family emergency. However, he had arranged for Paul Dragich to meet with me. The car buying experience was great. All my questions were answered clearly and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. J. P; in the finance office was also very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Gino was able to arrive before my appointment was over and explained all the features of my new car, how to use them and he also set up my blue tooth and on star services for me. We went to Paul Masse to get a pre-owned Chevy Malibu. The sales person, John, was knowledgeable about the product, only showed us exactly what we wanted, and NEVER tried to upsell us to a vehicle that we didn't want or need. He knew all the details on the vehicle and showed us each feature before we took possession. We left there feeling confident that we got a great vehicle at a great price. We liked the fact that we were in and out within less than 90 minutes; from the time we met the sales person, saw the vehicle, handled the financing and extras like GAP insurance, warranties and even adding on protective covering to protect the paint and interior. The sales person even had the car quickly detailed as we had a snack in their lounge.

The sales people at Paul Masse did not make me feel like it was something I could not do on my own and that's why I will always deal with them. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed. I did do my research and like always , they did give me a great deal. Three months ago purchased a vehicle at Ford. Yesterday purchased a vehicle from Chevy. Same practice. At signing for six years, stressed an amount I was comfortable with but NO extended warranty. We'll I signed. As soon as I got home I realized it was 75 payments instead of 72. Called back. Told them I was canceling the deal unless it was fixed. Had to go back and void out first set and re sign new forms. I was only vigilant because went through this at Ford. How many are not checking? Make sure you check payment schedule. The sales person was great. He was not the issue

Jordan was an excellent salesman. He made the car buying experience fun and easy. I knew exactly what I could afford and what I wanted, and he made it work for me. The first time I came in and Jordan and I were talking numbers after the test drive, Stacey came by to finalize the numbers, but he was very rude and condescending to me and I was completely turned off. I would never buy a car from someone who treats people like that. A few days later, Jordan called me to let me know they still had the car and the price had been reduced. With that information, I decided that since Jordan was so easy to work with, I would come back in to see if we could make a deal. Luckily Stacey wasn't involved so I was happy to purchase the car. Jordan absolutely saved the deal for the dealership. Couldn't be happier with the new Camaro! I would definitely recommend Jordan and Masse to my friends and family.

If you are looking for a no pressure buying experience ask for Aaron. I purchased a 2013 Chevy equinox. Aaron spent A lot of time with me to find the right vehicle. As always no pressure sale.Once we found a vehicle I liked I had some concerns and Aaron had to talk to his sales manager Stacey. Stacey listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make me satisfied. as usual the folks that Paul Masse are interested in building a long-term relationships with their customers they want to make you a part of their family. Walking into the dealer was a bit intimating to me but it had to be done I needed a car. When I pulled into the lot of course I was in the wrong place. A gentlemen walked over to me and asked what I was looking for. When I told him a used car. He smiled and told me where I could park and what door to go to and some one would help me. That someone was Jordan Dutra and after talking to him for a few minutes the threat of being intimidated vanished. Jordan sat and listened to what I was looking for a 2012 Cruze I had seen on the web. We walked to the lot where the used cars were. We chatted about the safety of the car and what the car had above the standard safety. Then..... we went for a test drive and I loved the car. Then came the part of the sale that I feared my credit. Jordan made me feel confident that I should go through the with the application. I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze and an experience that was pleasant and not frightening.

I worked with Jordan and Stacey, this was my first dealing with a Paul Masse Dealership and I was very impressed with "Our Price" it takes out all the back and forth negotiating. The price is the price and makes the experience a positive one and a pleasure not having to deal with all the haggling games. I had some misunderstanding on my part with trading in my car and my expectations were off. So the numbers did not work out to what I expected and did not think we were going to be able to work out a deal for a Silverado. I told Jordan the numbers were not what I expected and some of my expectations were off. Jordan worked with Stacey and they were able to put me in the truck I wanted and a payment that I am very comfortable with. They were very professional to deal with and made this an easy transaction.

Paul Dragich exceeded my expectations. He deserves the credit for my purchase of the 2016 Traverse. The sale went quickly and efficiently, could my trade in been more $$ of course, I loved my Jeep. I thought when the negociations were over I would drop off my check and pick up my Traverse. I meet with a finance person who asked if my husband was coming. I have purchased cars for over 35 years without a cosigner or with male support. Neither did I expect a prolonged sale pitch for extended coverage, which I inquired about 2 days before. What would have been fair is giving me the information before I came to pick up the car so I could think about the options. I cannot say enough about Paul D., he made sure I was comfortable with my Traverse before I left the lot. Paul Masse will be the dealership that use for all my Traverse services but when it comes to buying a new car Paul Dragich better be there!

I met with Gino Bruzzese, who was absolutely wonderful. It was shortly before closing time, and he did not rush me whatsoever. He is extremely courteous, personable and patient. There was no pressure from him at all. I looked at several dealerships, and one in CT contacted me (emails, texts, phone calls) approximately seven times in less than 24 hours. Needless to say, a purchase wasn't made there. Gino followed up with a lovely, no-pressure email, which I appreciated. After being talked down to and treated poorly at a Raynham, MA dealership, I decided to try Paul Masse based on reviews I read about this dealership. I worked with Paul Dragich, and he was great. He wasn't like a typical salesperson--he is a down to earth human being. He went out of his way to give me exactly what I wanted. Not only did he sell me what I wanted for a great price, he took the time to sit with me and go over everything. He got in the vehicle and also showed me all of the features. He knows his stuff, and I like it when I work with decent people. Also, he served in the military for many, many years, and that is something I have great respect for. Quality sales person, quality dealership. I look forward to bringing my car there for service (they have a really neat customer waiting room with plenty of seating, a huge tv, food and a spot for kids). I would go there again, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We loved pulling up to pick up the car, and there was a huge sign in the windshield with our names saying "Thank You". That was a nice touch.

Unfortunately what seemed like it was going to be a very positive car buying experiences turned out to be quite terrible. It looked like Paul Masse had great prices on a vehicle I was interested in, so I submitted an inquiry; initially I was impressed with the quick response time and seemingly friendly customer service. Unfortunately from there the experience was all downhill and fast.I was told the car I was inquiring about had a small scratch that needed a quick repair but would be contacted with an update for the timing later that day. No contact for multiple days until I reached out. I contact them and find out it's still not back, which is fine the customer service does not control the repair time, I completely understand. All I asked was to please keep me updated even if it's not done. I was told I would get a call by the end of day with more information. No call that day, or for multiple more. I reach out again. Same story, same promises, same non response. This went on for about 3 weeks until I decided it was no longer worth it.So in short - rather than communicate with customers, I had to keep reaching out despite being told I would be contacted. It was always "oh this person" or "that person" was supposed to reach out. Even when I e-mailed my customer service agent that I would likely be writing a poor review due to the lack of communication, I received no reply. So here's the negative review of a bad experience -- too bad because there prices do seem on point and others seem to be having positive experiences. This was just far from it.

Bought a "certified" pre-owned Chevy Silverado here in April 2014. The only reason I got any sort of a deal on the price was because the certified pre-owned vehicle had physical damage. I spoke with Dave Wellington on the phone prior to driving 1.5 hours to look at the vehicle. Dave brought the vehicle around, and before he could even get out of the truck I saw a dent that had already begun to rust. They told me that the reason that the vehicle was priced so aggressively was because of the physical damage, but that mechanically it was fine, which so far has been true. However, once I got home, another 1.5 hr ride, my wife hopped in the back seat, and being the great mother she is, checked to see how our children would fit. Turns out that all 3 rear seat belts were torn. Both outside ones were still attached, but torn 2/3 of the way through. The middle one was torn all the way through. I find it very hard to believe that seat belts are not part of Chevrolet's 172-point Certified pre-owned inspection process. Instantly, I called to complain and request that this get fixed at their expence. They did agree to do this, but would not let me get the work do at any of the 20+ Chevrolet dealers closer to my home. So, once they ordered the belts (1 week later) I drove another 1.5 hour to get there just to find out that they had ordered the wrong belts and that I would have to come back again...xxx!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a Silverado, there must be 100 of them on their lot, couldn't swap some out and fix the vehicle that they own at a later date??? Finally, they offered to send a driver to my house to pick up my truck and drive it back there to get the belts fixed (another week later) and assured me that it would be returned with a full tank of gas. Well, the work was finally complete, but I had less gas than when it left. They must have tried to just re-fill what they had used. I called and spoke with Dave Wellington about this and he told me to come back down, 1.5 hrs, to get my tank of gas. YEAH RIGHT!!!. No offer to mail a gas card, that would be the easy fix. Any half-witted sales man would know that. I will be happy if I never even drive by this dealership again. O yeah, the finance girl had the worst attitude. I would say what I really think of her, but then this review might not get posted.

As a previous owner of a Corvette C6 that I purchased in FL and sold privately, I was in the market for a C7 either here in New England or FL. Car came with so many issues and every time I went back to dealer they charged me $100 diagnostic fee and then would say this issue isn't covered under your warranty. So I would loose out and keep spending money, Car serviced at Paul Masse five times and didn't even own it for a year. Car came with air bag system code mis fire, it needed to be re set from an accident car was previously in (and that by the way wasn't told to me OR listed in car fax) and Paul Masse wanted $700 to reset air bag module system. I never hit anything to cause that air bag issue. Passenger side light fogged all the time and potential to blow that headlight bulb out (Paul Masse service tech says thats normal all them do that) Tranny hose leaks, new battery put in and voltage still jumps all over from 15%, down to 13% back up to 14% and down to 12%, driver side window won't roll down. I suffered buying this car! Worst experience ever. Mechanics there are mini attorneys and have an excuse for everything. Took a huge loss on this one!

The salesman, Dave Wellington Sr., was very helpful. He was not pushy in trying to make a sale, but rather, he was more concerned in meeting my needs. When I picked up my car, he went out of his way to hook up my "ancient" flip phone to the blue tooth feature, and helped me to register with on star. The dealership made me feel like family by posting a small poster on the windshield proclaiming that the car was especially prepared for me with my name on it. Further, Dave took a picture of me and assured me that I would receive a calendar with my picture and my new car. Overall, Dave and the staff made me feel at home, and took out a lot of the anxiety of making such a momentous purchase. Sure I went in with a chip on my shoulder and told the sales person who responded immediately to my earlier emails, met me right away in the showroom and listened to what my needs, concerns, and not of all what I wanted. We sat down discussed my concerns and Jarid Butler answered all my questions in a professional and knowledgeable way. After initially going to Paul Masse Chevrolet in East Providence to look at Certified Pre-Owned Chevy Silverado work trucks, I left with a brand new 2015 Silverado All-Star edition. Gino came right up and gave us the rundown on this once in a lifetime deal on the Silverado 1500 LT. I wasn't aware of this and didn't think it was going to be possible with the budget I had, but Gino made it possible. I drive for a living as a home care nurse. My Nissan was on its last leg and I drove it white knuckled during the torrential downpours last Monday. After work, I drove into Masse Chevrolet and spoke with Wayne, a great, personable salesman. I told him I needed a dependable vehicle to get around in the winter, stormy months. I wasn't looking for anything elaborate, perhaps a Malibu or Impala. There were many vehicles available on the lot. Wayne told me what my choices were, then he suggested I should buy a car with AWD. In my profession, that would be necessary, he also mentioned I would need plenty of room for my medical supplies. He suggested that I look at the Chevy Equinox. I immediately fell in love! I drove out of the lot with my new Silver Equinox on Tuesday morning. The entire process was unbelievably fluid. Wayne took care of everything. The financing process was just as easy as the purchase and I would recommend the Chevrolet dealership to anyone looking for a new Chevy.

went in to see the service manager for a problem I was having on my 2012's leather seat....after waiting for the manager to come out he walked over..took a quick look at the car and told me I must have gotten in it with a scredriver in my pocket......said he would not even bother asking the Chevy rep to come look at the car and told me nothing they could do. Not wanted to make a scene I just left...I went to another dealer. the Service manager came out..looked closely at the problem found that the backj of the seatbelt clip was cutting into the leather seat and ordered me a new seatbelt unit plus new leather for the seat all under warranty.. I will be taking my corvette to the other dealership from now on....it might be a few miles more to drive but at least the service manager there took the time to find the problem...

My wife recently purchased a 2004 Corvette at Paul Masse Chevrolet, a car she has wanted since she started driving at sixteen. Driving "the Vette" mainly on the weekends has been great fun. She has not stopped smiling since. However, about 6 weeks after we purchased the vehicle, we were quite a distance from the dealership and the car would not start due to a "security" light on the dash. My wife's excitement quickly turned into disappointment and concern. As a result, we incurred a significant cost to have the vette towed back to the dealership for repair. Well, after being diagnosed, I was told that there was a broken wire in the ignition switch and would have to be replaced. After discussing the cost of this $500+ repair with Paul Parenteau, he informed me that he would cover the cost to "make it right". Paul, you did the right thing and we will remember this going forward. Thank you Paul! Also, I just wanted to say that our primary salesperson, Wayne Guindon, was a pleasure to deal with and he was quick to follow up regarding a few issues that we encountered, and giving me a ride home! Thanks Wayne! In addition, I wanted to thank Derek Thistle, the dealership's resident "Corvette Guy" for also sharing his Corvette expertise and excitement with us. Thanks Derek! Purchasing this vehicle was the worst experience ever. My salesmen started out great then it just went down hill. I have caught him in 3 different lies. The sales manager was extremely arrogant and never spoke to me again after I purchased the vehicle. I have been up 2 times since then. Still waiting on key I was told I would have. My mechanic also found 2 issues with the vehicle which the dealership did fix but why were they there to begin with? They also didn't buff out all the scratches I was told they would buff out.... Only one part of the side was done. The over all communication between the staff is horrible. Know one could get a story straight. If I didn't love the vehicle so much I would have returned it when my mechanic found the issues. I will never purchase a vehicle from state of RI again. The only person who I felt was honest and friendly was the service manager Nick. Very disappointing.

I recently purchased a 2013 Certified used Corvette from Paul Dragich. Since I live 4 1/2 hours away in NJ, the "preliminary" purchase was done over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership there was a "glitch" which would have been a deal breaker for me. Once pointed out to Paul and the sales manager, and WITHOUT HESITATION, they rectified the issue at their expense. This turned a good deal into a GREAT deal! I am in my fifties and have purchased many cars in my life. This was the most pleasant overall buying experience that I have ever had. WELL WORTH THE 9 HOUR ROUND TRIP! If that wasn't enough, after getting home I noticed blemishes on the chrome wheels that the average person would never see. I called and talked to Sam, the service manager, and he advised me to go to a local Chevy dealer and have the wheels warrantied. The two dealers I went to would not help me out at all because they said (obviously the previous owner) used an acid cleaner on the wheels. Without hesitation Sam took care of the issue for me. Most other dealers would have said it was a used car and I'm sure would NOT have stood behind the sale. I can't say enough about my buying experience and service experience at Paul Masse Chevrolet. When I'm ready for my C7 Corvette I'm sure a "road trip" to Paul Masse will be my first thought. Don't let distance stop you from visiting their dealership. Like my title says - ABOVE AND BEYOND IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!

I am a longtime customer and this experience was as positive as my previous car-buying experiences. The only thing I found curious: I took delivery of the car on 8-21-14 and on 8-22-14 OnStar sent me a diagnostic report that my back right tire had 32 lbs. and needed to be inflated to 35 lbs. Since I had driven straight home from the dealership, I wonder why the tire was not properly inflated before I received the keys.Paul Dragich and JP Habib were exteremely helpful with the entire car-buying process.

I recently purchased a used 2010 Camaro at Paul Masse Chevy and was pleased all around with my experience. I was greeted right when I walked in by a friendly Paul Dragich who was extremely knowledgable about the car I was interested in. I have been to other dealers where they just let you test drive the car and ask you if you want to buy it. At Paul Masse the car was explained to me inside and out before the test drive. I never felt pressured and was able to get myself a great deal on the car. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others especially with the $100 incentive for every successful referral (you can have up to 10 referrals). If your looking Chevy I would give them a shot.

No pressure. He helped me make my decision without pressure. In the final negotiation of the price and trade-in value he was very professional, ethical and friendly. Too often we buy a car and walk out feeling lousy. Not this time. All the final paperwork was done correctly and on time. It was a smooth car buying process and I left a very happy customer.

Paul Dragich is excellent (and patient). I needed a comfortable and roomy smaller SUV. I'm usually an impulse buyer and have paid the price for it. I wanted to do research both online and at dealerships. Test drove all the SUV's that I thought might meet my needs. The biggest difference was the salesmen. I explained to each one I was not buying that day, I was really car shopping. Behavior ranged from heavy sales tactics to annoyance that I was wasting their time. I told one dealer (Kia) STOP slamming the other SUV's, tell me why I should buy yours! Made a couple of trips into Paul Masse dealership with quick questions. One time Paul Dragich was not in and another salesmen took the time to answer my leasing options questions. End of the story is we got the Equinox we wanted. with just the options we wanted, for the right price. HIGHLY recommend PAUL DRAGICH and PAUL MASSE!

I tend to be a very conservative individual. I was searching online for a new stingray and came across Paul Masse Chevrolet in East Providence, Rhode Island. I saw that they were discounting the vehicles by $2,000 and figured is was some sort of a scam,but I figured that I would check it out. I responded to the website ad and first thing the next morning I got a call from Dave Wellington Jr. He confirmed the deal and seemed straight up and honest with me on the phone. Within minutes, I found myself giving him my credit card number for a deposit on the vehicle. (This was a pretty radical move for me and initially I was a bit nervous). However, Dave's personality, patiences and honesty made it feel "OK". In fact as the deal evolved the experience just got better and better thanks to Dave. I never felt at all pressured like I have with every other vehicle that I ever purchased. The paper work was handled online and on the phone. The financing was simple and very very advantageous. I live 300 miles from East Providence and should note that the local Chevy Dealers were marking up the price of the car by as much as $4,000. I ended up renting a car and driving to a Holiday Inn Express to stay overnight and Dave picked me up first thing the next morning to deliver my car. We arrived at the dealership and my car was prepped and covered in the Corvette Showroom. It was dramatically uncovered while I stood in front of the vehicle. It was spectacular. Dave spent at least an hour and a half going over the vehicle and its operation. He never rushed me and in fact he had splash guards installed for me that morning which I had bought online. I called him, texted him and emailed before, during and even after the sale with questions and he promptly responded to my requests. I have been buying cars for 45 years and never had such and seamless, hassle free and frankly outstanding car buying experience. So it ended up that the deal was Not A Scam. It was an awesome deal in every way including the price!! It was the best car buying experience of my life and I can only say the the honesty and integrity of Dave Wellington Jr made it possible. Again, I live 300 miles from East Providence but my next GM vehicle and every GM vehicle I purchase from now on will be thru Dave Wellington Jr at Paul Masse Chevrolet. We came to visit this dealership by way of an on line ad. Our salesperson, Gino, was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We reached an agreement that was fair to us and to the dealer with both the trade in and with the purchase of our used truck. The day following our negotiations we came back to finish the paperwork and pick up the truck. Before we entered the showroom Gino yells over to me "we put new tires on it". The tires that were on it originally were adequate but I knew we would probably wan to put new ones on in about 6 months before winter hits. I was totally floored. I said to Gino "your generosity makes me speechless". What a class act Gino and his dealership is. We never demanded new tires, we never asked for them. It was totally unexpected.

I contacted them using Cars.com e-mail it was answered promptly by Dave Wellington, the Corvette specialist with the dealership. A couple days later I contacted Dave and made the deal. Dave picked me up at the airport, drove me to the dealership. Everything was professional and prompt. There is nothing I could complain about or change. Paul Masse is not trustworthy. I'm from out of state and their salesman emailed me that he agreed to take a deposit the next morning on a Corvette and even emailed me to congratulate me on my new car. Early next morning however he unapologetically emailed me that my Corvette was sold to someone else before even asking me first. Without trust, their word means nothing so don't be a fool of advancing them any money if you're from out of state like me. You'd be safer by taking your business elsewhere. My first experience with Rhode Island was ruined by Paul Masse Chevrolet.

We made an appointment with Paul Dragich, but arrived early, and were met by Tim Guillette, whom immediately went to seek out Paul. The Service provided by Wayne was nothing sort of exceptional. He was extremely professional from the minute we stepped foot on the Paul Masse car lot to the minute we drove off the lot in our brand new 2014 Chevy Cruze. Wayne knew the vehicle as if he sold thousands of them and made sure to show us everything the car had to offer before even stepping foot in the vehicle. This shows a great deal of professionalism on his part and that of the Paul Masse team. When it came time to crunch numbers Wayne was able to help us reach a great deal on our new vehicle. As with any deal, negotiations took place and again Wayne was very professional as this tends to be the most lengthy and stressful part of the car buying process. After all was said and done we got everything we wanted and are extremely happy. One of my theories is that every person you deal with from a company becomes the face of the company. This was the second time we had visited the dealership to purchase a new car within 30 days. The first visit was to look at the new 2014 Impala. We worked with Joe Stark originally and he did an excellent job. The trade-in value we were offered was very generous and the price of the car very good as well. We ultimately decided to go with a different make and model as my wife found the Impala a bit too large for her liking. We returned most recently looking to trade in a 2011 Sonata in favor of a mid-size SUV. We worked with Paul Dragich this time and found him to be very personable and extremely knowledgeable of all differences between trim levels. He sat with us in the vehicle and went through each feature one-by-one. With this review we felt confident in our understanding of what we were getting, and not getting, helping us to make a trim level choice. The pricing and incentives on Labor Day weekend were too good to pass up. Since the purchase Paul has been readily available to answer my phone calls and has followed up in a timely manner. We had a great experience working with Paul Dragich at this dealership. We were coming from Boston and he waited for us til nearly closing on a Friday evening. He spent time showing us the trucks on the lot and we found exactly what we were looking for. Paul sat with us and worked every angle to get the most rebates for us and the most for our trade-in. His experience and knowledge were very helpful as his familiarity with the manufacturer programs saved us thousands of dollars. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the car and the price. In fact, the next morning when we came in to pick up the truck, he found us another rebate, saving us another $1,000. We met with Paul the first night late in the evening when everyone else was ready to call it a day - Paul took the time to show us the car we wanted and didn't make us feel guilty for coming so late. I would highly recommend Paul Masse Chevrolet to anyone interested in buying any type of vehicle. They have great deals on everything from cars to trucks to SUVs. Joe Stark, my sales consultant, really outdid himself on this one. Originally, I had a 08 GMC Sierra going in for service and I was just browsing around the lot and ended up finding a 2013 Silverado LT Z71 Crew Cab. He made it so simple and easy, the whole process of trading in a vehicle, to picking a new one out, to doing all the paperwork, and then finally waiting for it to be done. Joe Stark is a great salesman, with great customer service skills and would highly recommend just going in and talking to him if you're looking for a new vehicle.

Can't say enough good things about our experience this afternoon with Paul Dragich at Paul Masse Chevrolet in East Providence, Rhode Island. After doing our homework, my husband and I were looking for more information about the Chevy Volt and leasing possibilities. We were used to the usual car salesman slickness combined with subtle pressure -- neither of which we found with Paul. First off and probably most important, he knows his way around the new technology. He clearly explained the ins and outs of the state-of-the-art electronics and patiently made sure we understood operation of the Volt. My wife and I leased a 2013 Malibu from Paul Masse Chevrolet to replace a 2010 Malibu that we had also leased from the dealership. Dealing with Paul Dragich was an absolute pleasure, there was no pressure from him or anyone else at the dealership to make a deal. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. We told him where we needed our lease payment to be and what we wanted in the new car and he worked with us to make it possible. They had a very good selection of vehicles and had what we wanted on the lot. The whole process went very smoothly and we left that afternoon with our new car. Paul took the time to go over all of the features in the car and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. I just purchased a 2011 Suburban LTZ after working with Paul and I couldn't be happier!! During my first visit to the dealership I was shown a denali that fit all of my critera for "must have's" except the color wasn't my first choice. Bought a certified used pontiac recived leaking oil..they dont fix everything on first visits to the service depot. And they fixed my heated seats and my seats falling apart before i coukd make it home with and they worked on my motor and dident replace my wire conduits and left wires hanging over my intake...3 years of unsatisfaction and all bob could say to me was...yup...and still my car has issies oil pan was replaced...3 days later oil pans covered in new oil

I bought a used 2010 Chevy Silverado from Paul Dragich. My girlfriend and I made the trip from Maine down to East Providence and it was well worth the drive. Paul treated us like family and neither of us ever felt uncomfortable. The sales team was professional and didn't haggle me whatsoever. Paul took me out to see several different trucks and was knowledgeable about all the features in everything I looked at. This was my first Chevy so I had a lot of questions. Dave Wellington Jr was also a big help. He muscled the rusted license plates off my trade in. All in all this was a pleasurable experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I visited Paul Masse Chevrolet to look for a used Silverado 1500 truck. I met Paul Dragich and despite the very cold weather we checked out quite a few on the lot. When it comes to trucks (and I assume other vehicles as well) Paul knows his stuff. Paul is knowledgeable, respectful, persistent yet not overbearing and overall a pleasure to deal with. Additionally, I was impressed with the Paul Masse Dealership. Their used truck inventory had a decent variety of styles, trim, color, and mileage. Their new inventory absolutely covered their property to a point where a few vehicles would have to be moved to pull out a particular vehicle for a test drive. The service area appears to have a comfortable layout for vehicle dropoff and I look forward to confirming for myself, Paul's description of this department's competence and expertise. (No, I am not expecting any issues with the truck nor the service department). Overall, a very good experience - go see Paul Dragich.

I started "talking" to Paul via email after I inquired about the Volt. Went to find out more, on a Sunday, when they are normally closed, and of course it's raining. Paul brought the Volt into the service bay area so that he could show me the car out of the rain. (What a gentleman!) He knew everything there was to know about this unique car! He was patient with all of my questions (and boy did I have a lot!) and never pressured me on whether I was ready to buy or not. Well after the test drive, I had to have it. The color I wanted wasn't available, so he found one for me at another Masse dealership. So the numbers....leasing the was the best decision for me. Paul and Dan got a payment that worked for me. So in about two hours what started as "just gathering information" turned into my buying a 2013 Volt. This has been the absolutely best car buying experience I have ever had. Did I mention that I went from a Lexus to a Volt? Never thought I'd ever buy a domestic car... Paul changed my opinion on that! Thanks again Paul Masse! This is the second car that I have purchased from Paul Masse Chevy and from Paul Dragich. I drive to this dealer from Southern New Hampshire, and pass several Chevy Dealers on the way. Masse Chevrolet prices their vehicles to move them and all you have to do is shop the region to see this fact. I just bought a 12 Vette Grand Sport that beat my local dealer (4 miles away) by several thousand dollars for a better equipped car.Paul Dragich made negotiating a great price possible by listening to me and fully explaining the car. He made long distance negotiating smooth and insured that there were no "mis-understandings" when I arrived at the dealership. Further, he organized the deal and had On-Star and satellite radio set up and ready for me. The car was spotless and the paperwork was ready to go. I will be back to work with Paul again when I buy my next Vette. I will also tell everyone I know that this place is the best car dealer I have ever worked with!

Picked up my new 2012 LT Silverado Crew Cab and it was spanking clean. This week we purchased a brand new 2012 Chevy Sonic LT for our son. When we got to Paul Masse Chevrolet we had our guard way up because of a bad experience we just had at another dealer (not Chevy) that same week but right away I LOVED the fact that the vehicles all had their fair prices displayed in the window. It was such a relaxed atmosphere. No games, no haggling, no nonsense. He asked the questions he needed to ask and answered the questions that I had. He did not try to sell me a vehicle that did not fit my needs or budget, and that commanded respect from the outset. I recently purchased my first new car, a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic, at Paul Masse Chevrolet, and the entire experience was phenomenal. Derek Thistle was the first person I talked to and he immediately struck me as very genuine, he was sincerely helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable. Throughout the process Derek helped me to not only attain the car but also put me at ease and answered all of my questions earnestly which assisted greatly in my decision. Overall I would definitely recommend going to Paul Masse, the entire team is helpful and courteous, an A+ experience.

I would highly recommend Paul Masse Chevy Dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. I visited quite a few dealerships (Toyota, Nissan, Ford, Hyundai and also Cerrone Chevy) but none compared to the service I received from Paul Dragich. Paul was very helpful in answering all my questions and qualify my needs. When I picked up my new Malibu Paul spent the time going through all the features of my new car making sure I was completley happy. He is a true professional. Was looking at Honda CRV and Toyota Rav4. However, Paul was excellent, he knew the product and did whatever was possible to answer all questions. Paul Masse should be grateful for his efforts in sales and representing the Masse Dealership. Being a veteran I am very happy to "buy American", and it seems that GM and the Chevrolet Division have taken steps to promote quality in design of the the Equinox. I believe that you cannot work hard enough to be the best and I truly hope that GM never again allows poor design, craftsmanship, to ever be tied to a GM product line. I never thought I would ever be able to purchase a GM product because I felt the price would be too much, so then I looked at imports. I was suprised to find out that Paul Masse put all the pricing on the car so I knew what I was looking at, unlike Honda and Toyota, where there was no adjustment in pricing but a lot of hidden cost to get me into the dealership for a low base model. I feel I shoud thank all of you for the privilage to drive a GM product and everyone at Paul Masse for the best car buying experience of my life.John Knapp

I was very pleased with the customer service and friendliness of the staff. The staff was professional had all the answers to my questions. I was also pleased with the price of the vehicle I chose. I was also impressed that that the camaro's were kept indoors and not test driven on rainy days.

Paul was by far the best salesman, I have ever dealt with,(I buy a lot of cars) he was honest and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want, his customer service was outstanding, and Gino that helped me when I first got there and Paul was busy had great customer service helping me pick the color of the car and giving me the test drive. Overall I would reccomend this dealership to my friends and I would personally go back and buy another car!!

Since 2005 I have bought 6 vehicles from Peter. Peter by far is not your typical pushy salesman. He is honest and very friendly. He will work hard to get you the payment you are looking for. Peter is not going to put you in a vehicle other than the one you went there looking for. Peter is very Knowledgeable of the vehicles he sells and when the sale is complete spends a good deal of time going over every feature of the vehicle. I recieved a phone call from Peter a couple of days ago asking me if I was ready to trade in my 09 Silverado. So I took my wifes equinox in for service which by the way is always and excellant experience and went and spoke with Peter. After looking at a Silverado it wasent what I was looking for in features. I know by now Peter is already working on getting me into the truck IM looking for and will expect to hear from him in a couple of days. In closing I would highly recommend this dealership to friends which I have and he bought from them. So if your looking for a new car or truck go to Paul Masse and ask for Peter you wont be dissappointed....

Great Service: Derek Thistle Sales Agent:On 3-20-2012 my daughter brought me a newspaper with only car advertisements, she knew I was going to be looking for a bigger car. I called and spoke to Derek and boy I was so impressed, Derek spent alot of time on the phone with me so I could get an idea if I and my husband would be approved. I asked if there was a black Malibu in the 2012 inventory and Derek responded excitley Yes and that in 40 minutes he would bring the car to me so I could see it. I was shocked when I heard that, he arrived and was polite and so ambitious on his job, he had documented some figures for me as we sat around my kitchen table. Derek made this sale with my husband and I as we were talking at the table. I felt so comfortable with Derek, he had me feel we should be having a meal together. The sale was made with a call from Derek on the same day. The car is in my garage on 3-21-2012. I just want everyone know I have dealt with many sales people and Derek is a TOP NOTCH SALES AGENT..Thank You, Paul Masse,Jane and Gary Bird

This is the first time I have ever bought a new car!!! Dealing with Paul Dragich was a great experience. He went over and above what I was expecting. Salesmen can be about the sale, Paul was not; he was awesome. He took the time and sold us what we were looking for, even took us back into the finance dept because I wasn't comfortable. He made sure everything was all good before we signed a deal, after the fact. I noticed a small dent in the driver door of my brand new car and figured it would need body work. He assured me no worry's, the dealership has a service paintless dent repair. I know where it was and now I can't see it. Cat and I looked on line for some time searching for the car and color we wanted and after seeing what we thought we wanted, picked a different car that Paul took us out to see. We would recommend Paul Dragich and Paul Masse Chevrolet to our friends and family.Steve and Cat

It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought a dozen cars in my time. Paul(Salesmen)was very kind and knowledgeable. It wasn't a pushy sale at all. There wasn't any pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained things very thoroughly. He also worked hard with the negotiation process. This part I thought was going to be gruelling but it wasn't at all. He knew what my limit was and we both worked to get it there. He served our country and continues to serve people with integrity. Regarding financing, Tejal was very nice as well. She looks after the customer in getting the best rate possible. I walked into her office to do the paper work and she was so prepared it only took about ten minutes. I have told numerous people about my experience at Paul Masse and told them to see Paul Dragich if you are looking for vehicle. Way to go Paul Masse. I found a place worth mentioning and promoting.

He made my deal painless. Best customer service ever. I called him over the phone. I had a bottom dollar price I was willing to spend out the door ... including taxes, fees etc. He got the possible deal approved and then he went and picked up the vehicle at one of their other locations (that was quite a distance away from me). He then brought the car to me. We made the deal with a "handshake and a promise" I went and delivered the check that afternoon and a couple of hours later my HHR was delivered to my home. Good Honest-Kept Their Word Dealership. This is and should be important to anyone looking to buy vehicle. I just went through a very very bad experience with Patriot GM in Worcester area, where they had me drive 40 miles where they promisied me the "same out the door deal". Only once I got there they added a fee of $250.00 Know what the salesman said? " o your going to walk for $250.00?" I replied " No, I'm walking for $12,250.00 ...your letting me walk for $250.00. I had this horrific experience on 3.8.12 only to be followed by the best car buying experience I ever had a day later. So don't give up - car buying can be a delightful experience at Paul Masse

Finally getting around to writing my review for Paul Masse - East Providence, RI - we have purrchased 3 new vehicles from this dealership and I have to say they are very welcoming and easy to deal with. Our salesman Derek Thistle whom we purchased all three vehicles from was great with the knowledge of each vehicle, he is very polite, and has great mannerism, not to mention did not overwhelm us when we walked in the door, like you find at most dealerships. Customer service and quality work are of utmost importance to me. For these reasons I would never ever recommend Paul Masse to my friends, family, or strangers off the street. My husband and I ended up at Paul Masse because they had the used car we were hunting for within our price range. My husband is the one who mainly dealt with Derek Thistle--both through many phone calls and in person. Derek was very personable and friendly through the negotiations and even when we picked the car up. Unfortunately, when we made a couple of follow up calls to Derek (my husband thought there was a second remote to unlock the car but I didn't remember seeing one) he did not return our calls. We called at least 3 times and left messages on his direct line. We were unable to reach him once we bought the car. We received a form letter from Paul Masse saying customer service was his number one priority and that we should contact him directly if we were dissatisfied, however there was no specific contact information provided. We let the remote situation go, gritted our teeth and paid $75 to purchase one and $50 to activate at a local dealership. I just got home from the local Chevy dealership because when our roof rack was installed at Paul Masse, they did not give us the star wrench that is supposed to be included in order to adjust the rack. We could not put our cargo box on the rack and had no way to adjust it without the tool that they forgot to give us. When my husband called Derek to tell him we were missing the wrench, he claimed no knowledge of our previous phone calls and offered to FedEx us a wrench asap. I took the car to my local dealership because we are going on a road trip and don't have time to wait around for the FedEx guy to deliver the part. Today the man at our local dealership told me that the rack was put on incorrectly, it was loose, and it took over an hour to adjust because one of the screws on our brand new roof rack was STRIPPED. Shoddy installation. The mechanic today told me that if they rack is not placed properly, the screws do not tighten all the way and that the person who installed it stripped the screw trying to tighten it. Other less significant issues added to our frustration with this dealership. The pretty noticeable paint chips on the edges of both front doors were not fixed as Derek had promised. Instead he literally tossed a small tube of touch up paint into our glovebox (which it has been too cold to even attempt to use). We told Derek we needed a non smoking car because we have a baby and I have asthma. The car did not smell like smoke when we test drove the car, but did smell like smoke on our way home. Along with the smoke smell, the upholstery was filthy--stains, glitter, dust, drips, etc everywhere. There was TRASH in the back seat pockets. We paid $100 to have the car detailed along with the inconvenience of having to have our baby's car seat reinstalled by the police department after the car was cleaned, not to mention being unable to take the baby anywhere while the upholstery was cleaned and dried. I have owned many Chevys and have never seen a dealership with such a lack of pride in its care, attention to detail and customer relations. No wonder no one ever called to follow up and see if we were satisfied. I don't blame Derek Thistle for the misinstallation of the roof rack or the dirty condition of the car, and I would love to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I do find it very hard to believe that he did not receive 3 voicemails. Even then, my husband called in the morning and Derek said he'd get right back to him. Derek didn't call back until 4 pm to let us know he'd send us the wrench. It seems as if this dealership is lacking in several areas which need to be improved upon. I have always been treated very well by other Chevy dealerships, have always been please with the condition of used cars that I have purchased, their attention to detail and I've been very satisfied with customer service--both before and after I made my purchases. I will never go to this dealership again.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership was hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable and informative without being pushy or intimidating. Our sales person was kind and attentive. He listened to my needs and wants(again no preasure). I left the dealership with a new Vehicle (which I love), a service team I am looking forward to doing business with, and a dealership and dealer I can recomend and trust for all of our future auto needs .Thank you Paul Masse and Thank you Paul Dragich.

This was not my first encounter buying a vehicle but I was very impressd by the way I was treated and the pleasant way Mr. Tirrell treated me. Not only that, but the things he told me he would do (not promised) he did, and then some. When I call him with a question he goes out of his way to accomadate me. He was just great. Because of him I would not hesitate to continue doing business with your Dealership .

I called Paul Masse and spoke to Derek over the phone before we actually went to the dealership (since we had a poor experience at another local Chevrolet dealership just a day earlier). I told him the exact truck we were looking for, color, specifications and price where we were comfortable because I wanted to know if what we wanted was even feasible. He told me he'd give me a call back in a few hours, after I was out of work, and he'd tell me what he came up with. Just 10 minutes after I was out of work, Derek gave me a call with happy news that he did have the vehicle we were looking for and that we could definitely buy the truck for the price we wanted. So my fiance and I went to the dealership that night to check out the truck and to work out the deal. Derek was very down-to-earth and honest and he wasn't the typical pushy salesman. He seemed to really care about helping us out to get exactly what we wanted. Just two days later, we drove the truck home!I was impressed with how Derek and the financing department at Paul Masse did everything they could to help us out. The whole process was quick and seamless; they're definitely pros at what they do!If you're in the Southeast, MA/ East Providence, RI area and are looking to buy a Chevrolet, don't waste your time going to other shady Chevrolet dealerships. Just go to Paul Masse!

Through the years, we had some difficulty in making payments, and we were concerned that we would not get a loan. Ms. Santoro was very helpful. She made a difficult situation comfortable. We would recommend this dealership and would also highly Peter Delgado as a Sales Representative. This is our third vehicle we leased through Paul Masse, and Peter has been involved with every lease. He is polite and very knowledgeable about the vehicles he is leasing or selling. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Peter takes as much time as needed to explain the operation and options on the vehicle. We have not had a bad experience with the Service Department. They have always been courteous and the the vehicle was always ready when promised. In closing we would recommend this dealership. The Fleet Department at Paul Masse Chevrolet in East Providence, RI, has been a pleasure to deal with. Peter Delgado has handled the sale of several vehicles to our organization, and there has never been a problem. Every detail is taken care of, and the vehicles are always ready when promised. Peter has gone above and beyond our expectations, and has called to check on us even while he has been away on vacation. The service area is exceptionally clean and well organized, and all repairs have been done correctly and when promised. The staff at Paul Masse has consistently treated the members of our organization with respect and they have exhibited professional conduct in all of our dealings with them. Additionally, the facility housing the dealership is immaculate, and the external showroom is especially beautiful. I have even taken my children to the showroom to view all of the classic cars, Corvettes and Camaros in the showroom - it rivals any auto show I have been to. My Husband and I recently purchased an 07 Chevy Silverado from here, we worked with Paul D. The service we received from the whole dealership was amazing. We had been to many other dealerships (small guys and big guys) and found the attention and service here to be above the mark. They helped us every step of the way and I felt very comfortable purchasing a vehicle from here and when it comes time for us to purchase another vehicle we will definately return. Paul was very informative from start to finish. We didnt feel pushed or bullied into the sale but we werent chasing them either it was a very even level playing field.

Got a phone call from the dealership in August, telling me they wanted another $300 because my trade in sold for less than expected........UNBELIEVABLE! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE....EVER!Went to Al Cerrone's for service and to turn the car back.....THEY WERE WONDERFUL!I would not hesitate to buy a car from Cerrone's at all!!Obviously, Paul Masse learned nothing from his mentor, Paul Bailey.

My mother bought her car here in 2004, and nothing has changed. Pushy, dishonest salesmen, untruthful, cocky management and phone calls up the wahzoo once you've left. Anything they can do to try and make a sale. The only bright spot in this place is the service department.

Purchased vehicle through internet ad. When purchasing through internet from another state, you must rely on the word of the salesman. Some very important information about the vehicle was not disclosed. I attempted to deal with the dealership for options to include writing a very professional letter to the owner. Once I took delivery of car, they wanted nothing to do with me. I've purchased other vehicles via internet. This was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had. Buyer beware.
