We've bought at least 6 cars here over the years. Lou Cerota is a great salesman- he listens & gets you the car you want at a good price. Bob Rico & the service department are terrific. I used to get service at a dealership closer to home, but I learned it's worth it to drive an extra 15 minutes to save hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs.

My wife and I were curious about Buicks. We met Lou Cerota at Pellegrino's and explained what we were looking for in a car. We decided on a New Buick Verano that we really wanted but couldn't buy because of a my Company's Car Allowance. HOWEVER, LOU CEROTA continued to work for us and had another car for us to try out. It didn't thrill us at all. we were going to call it a night and leave but, when we pulled back into the dealership and told Lou it wasn't right for us, he pulled a "Rabbit out of his Magic Hat" and actually took the Used Car Sales Managers Demo from him and asked us to drive it. THIS Charcoal on Black Leather BUICK REGAL HIT THE SPOT!!!!!! PRICED RIGHT, LOW MILEAGE, ONE OWNER,All LEATHER HEATED SEATS & NAVIGATION, (which was a must have). I know it sounds a little like Goldilocks and the three bears but Lou Cerota never stopped trying to find the car that FIT US JUST RIGHT. He listened to what we needed, wanted and cared about in a car, then he methodically delivered exactly what we wanted. WE ARE THRILLED with LOU and STACI. Once again, the service department at Pellegrino was there when I needed them. I'm driving to one of three appointments last Thursday and my "check engine" light comes on. No knowing for sure what this meant, I headed directly for Pellegrino and spoke to Bob Ricco in the service department and explained the situation. Please keep in mind I had no scheduled appointment and received immediate attention to my problem. They were very busy, but not too busy to help me. I had to leave my car, cancel my first appointment, but was driven to my second appointment and got through the remainder of my day successfully. I cannot tell you how my I appreciate the service department at Pellegrino in Williamstown.

I could go on and on about he much I love my new car, but the icing on the cake was the experience I had buying it. Skip Wallace was everything I could have asked for. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and personal. I never felt like I was being 'sold', but rather that I was talking to a friend and just working out some details. I had my heart set on my Buick regal and he did everything he could to get the keys in my hand, and I am so grateful to him. I always think car shopping will be stressful but the process felt like a breeze on my end. And any time I came to the dealership or called and Skip wasn't there at the time, I was shown the same helpfulness and courtesy by every other employee. I was never treated as "someone else's commission". I am so pleased and I feel like such a hot shot in my new car, I keep thinking this is what a Mercedes driver must feel like bc the car has everything you could ask for in it and constantly turns heads! As many of you already know or have experienced, buying that perfect vehicle can be super stressful. Especially if you're just shopping around before you make your decision. We had visited several dealerships over the past month or so and test drove a lot of prospective vehicles, and we never felt completely happy until we went to Pellegrino Buick. We had the best experience! Our salesman Mike Owens was very attentive and answered all of our questions without trying to sugar coat anything, even though we weren't buying that day. He was courteous and respectful to us. That meant a lot to us because at previous dealerships, as soon as the salesman knew we were not purchasing that day, the "niceness" went out the window! After our search for a new suv, we went back to Pellegrino Buick and decided to get the Enclave, because we felt that we were genuinely important to them. Just purchased a new 2015 GMC Terrain from Pelligrino in Williamstown. After much research and multiple test drives of various SUV's, we decided on the Terrain model. When approached by our salesman Steve Wahid, he helped us out in finding what we wanted. Taking into regards of what our budget was, our desired payment term and what equipment we wanted, Steve delivered on everything that was promised. There was no pressure even when informed that we needed time to decide. The business department helped out by obtaining a better rate than I would have gotten elsewhere and I received a fair value for my trade-in. I dealt with Ocean City Cars and Trucks. Everything went smoothly as the dealer handled everything for us. I also was able to keep my trade in for a couple of days to transfer my equipment.My only problem is that I had to view the truck online because I was not in the area.The truck I was told to view had automatic windows and cruise control and the truck I got did not.I did notice that I was not charged for these options.Overall a fine experience and no pressure.

I was looking to lease a new vehicle to fit my family's needs, and doing it alone for the first time, I admittedly was extremely nervous. Before dragging my four children around to dealerships, I took a chance and just called Pellegrino to get a realistic idea of cost. Lou Cerota was the salesman I spoke to, and from the first minute of our conversation, I knew we were going to get along just fine. He was up front and gave realistic information from the start, which I sincerely appreciated. I told him some general information, and he got back to me within 30 minutes with some numbers. Customer service? uh, yeah! I went in for a test drive, of course fell in love with the Buick Enclave immediately! I had a lot of questions and was frankly scared to pull the trigger. Lou answered all of my crazy questions, and did not simply try to talk me into the vehicle (it was pretty obvious I loved it and couldve been very easily swayed). He instead tried to help me decide if this was the right vehicle to meet my needs, which, again, I sincerely appreciated. I did decide on the 2015 Enclave, and Lou was able to find me the one I wanted within a day, delivered within 2-3. The whole process, start to finish, was stress-free, from deciding numbers to finding just the right vehicle for me and my family. There was no pressure, no back and forth with managers playing number games; just sincere help and fast and easy service. Thank you Lou!

My family has been going here for years always respectable service ; also the sales associate never makes you feel pressured into buying. My sale person is always understanding and very flexible. My mom had a tree crush her old Buick and of course I called Lou Cerota and he knew exactly what my mother was looking for. He was very patience with my mom as he had to explain things to her a couple of time as she didn't comprehend everything at once (she is 88 years old) . she never bought a vehicle before and always relied on my dad. I myself have bought a used trailblazer and 2 Tahoe's from Lou in the past seven years and my daughter bought a brand new G8 in 2009. We came in the week before we bought our car to research several models. The salesman(Mike Owens) was polite and very informative. He answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured at any point. We visited several other dealers that day, but the service we got from Pellegrino was a factor in our decision to go with GMC and Pellegrino Dealership. It was the relationship built the week before we bought the car that sold us. No other dealership took the time like Pellegrino did once they found out we were not buying that day. It was this commitment that made me go back to them a week later when I was ready to purchase. Our transaction was hassle free and a pleasant experience. Everyone was professional and courteous and it was quite clear they were well trained at their jobs.

My father (89 yrs old) has complained ever since we traded in his Buick for another car so I looked on the internet today and found a Buick Lucerne - the one he loves with very low mileage and after an email and phone call we went to Pellegrino's. We met Lou - took a test drive and got back close to 5pm on Sat - since we drove over from Del about miles Lou carefully made sure we got everything done - staying an extra hour and half to make sure we got the car we needed. He was patient and kind and I know he was glad to make the sale but never once hinted that we should return Monday to complete the business. I was very impressed and would be glad to do business there again and send my family and friends. Glad to get to meet you - sorry you and Miss Wonderful and a few others had to stay late but thanks for your help. YOu are great and wonderful in my book.

I went in for a routine Oil Change. Was told I needed new front brakes. Was told it would take an additional 1 and a half. Ended up being more like two and a half hours. Did not expect it would take that long or would have arranged for someone to pick me up. It was a long wait in the waiting room. Overall work done was fine and staff was friendly but wished I was told up front the proper time it would take.

My experience was awesome. we had a little debate on the value of my trade but were able to come to an understanding...The learning process of the abilities of my new Terrain have necessitated my several visits to the showroom and my salesman who is always happy to see me..which is very important to me...and the coffee is good too! I still have some questions and I am sure my guy will do his best to get them answered.

I bought a used 2008 Buick Lucerne from Pellegrino. I am a unusual buyer--I shop on line for months, looking for a better than average deal on a very precise car, equipped very specifically, and it has to have low miles. This car went out the door with 23,000 on a 2008. I bought very fast from Pellegrino--I was watching the car on line, with a business trip to the Philadelphia area, and a few days before the trip, they lowered the price $3,000. The car went from being priced about average to a very good deal. With some dififcultly, and on a tight time frame, I rearranged my trip. I litterally test drove, negotiated the deal and bought the car in 30 minutes. They lowered another $600 off the price with a very minor quick negotiation, making me feel that my deal was even better. Two days later, I flew in to Philadelphia. Pellegrino picked me up at the airport--the driver was really nice, showed up on time, and we had a great time talking cars all the way to the dealership. He even took me to a back so I could pick up a cashier's check, and of course, there was no charge for all of this. The finance lady was gracious and efficient. The sales manager was a nice guy. Be sure as ask for Denny Pratta as your sales guy--he was just top notch, taking care of all kinds of details, getting the awful New Jersey paperwork done quickly. When I arrived to actually complete the purchase, I was in and out in 40 minutes, which was a big deal to me since I had an 800 mile drive yet that day. Great people to work with--call Denny, and I'll bet you will also get a good deal. I know you will get great service.

I was undecided on what automobile to purchase or even purchase the Cadillac I was leasing. My SUV that I still was making payments on had some major damage and was being repaired by Pellegrino GMC. I inquired about trading it in for something new. To say that Lou Cerota and the rest of the staff there took care of me would be an understatement. Lou found me something that was an upgrade to what I was driving before, and for a better price! Service manager Denny even made a call to GMC on my behalf to see what they could do for me and I hadn't even met him before. They also gave me fair trade value for my car. The process was very straight forward which I appreciated greatly. I hate the hassle of buying cars but Lou was able to deliver a very hassle free environment. I would strongly suggest this dealership and Lou Cerota to anyone looking for a GMC or Buick.

I love the initial excitement of purchasing a car, but in the end it's generally disappointing. At Pellegrino though, that was certainly not the case when I recently purchased a pre-owned Yukon Denali. Denny Pratta is the type of salesperson we all seek out but rarely find- a genuinely good person, no pressure, no false hype-- believable without falseness. Additionally, my experience with the business manager and service team has been exceptional. I can only recommend Pellegrino to anyone looking for a good, positive experience in buying their next vehicle.

After talking back and forth to salesman Denny Pratta for over a year regarding purchasing the right pickup for my needs I finally did it and I'm glad I did. Denny has been there for my numerous phone calls and texts throughout the last year trying to find me the exact vehicle I needed. He is no pressure, easygoing, and just a good guy. When he found me a vehicle that fit my specs I went right in to see him only to find that they didn't have it in a color I liked. Denny again did everything he could to find me not only the right vehicle, but then even the right color and did it in less than two days. I'm very pleased not only with Denny's assistance but with that of Pellegrino GMC as well. My kids who came along for the two visits to the dealership were treated kindly and were given drinks, snacks, and pleasant conversation with all of the employees we encountered while there. I went to see Lou Cerota at Pellegrino Buick. I had 4 months left on my buick lacrosse lease and did not know if I would be in the market to get a new lease. Lou worked out a deal to get me in a 2015 buick regal turbo without either one of us pulling out too much hair. This is the fourth car my wife and I purchased from Lou. I am 56 and have purchased quite a few cars and I have never come back to the same salesman to get a car until I met Lou Cerota. He works out a fair deal and does not put pressure on you. He does not rush you into making a decision. He will take the time to show you everything you need to know and show you how everything works in your new car. Lou is always available if you need to call him to ask any question about your car. He makes you feel very comfortable. My wife leased a 2013 Buick Encore from Lou and when her lease is up we will see Lou to purchase our 5th car from him. I would recommend Lou Cerota to anybody I know because he will treat them right.

I have been looking for a vehicle for my daughter for about 5 months and it's been a difficult search. Between online searches and dealerships, it's been painful to say the least. Our experience with Pellegrino and Lou Cerota was well beyond what we expected. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase. Our intentions were to test drive an Acadia and make a decision within a few weeks as to which vehicle we wanted to purchase. We fell in love with the vehicle on the spot but still wanted time to discuss what we wanted to do. Lou did not pressure us to purchase that day. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and emails which he answered promptly) and made us feel like we were talking with family than a complete stranger. Warning lights came on in my 2011 Buick Regal and I called Bob Ricco in the Service Department of Pellegrino. Because Bob knows I'm on the road alot and because I was so concerned, he told me to bring the car in immediately. He advised me they were jammed up and would have to wait awhile, but to come to the dealership right away.I did and my car was fixed in less than two hours. I cannot put a value on peace of mind and every time I have a problem, Bob does everything he can to ensure my safety on the road. This customer service is invaluable to me.

If you're looking for a vehicle (new or used) I would highly recommend Pellegrino and their salesman, Lou Cerota. He is not your average aggressive salesman, we told him exactly what we wanted and he only showed us what we asked for, he didn't try to push us into anything that we didn't want or need. My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Pellegrino in the last 2 years, but this is the first time we have had, Lou Cerota as our sales person. He came out to us almost as soon as we started looking at the new vehicles. He asked us what type of vehicle we were looking for at this time. When we told him the type, he went and got 3 sets of keys and told us to test drive all three to see the difference in each model. We chose the Buick Enclave, but wanted one with the moon roof and there was none on the lot. Lou sat down with us and got us the best price and rebates for the model that we wanted. He then searched the data base for vehicles in other dealerships and was able to find the only one around with the color and options that we wanted. The vehicle was delivered to Pellegrinos the next day. We could not be happier with the way Lou worked with us on the purchase of our new Suv. This is the second time I have leased a vehicle from Pellegrino and both times I have deal with Lou Cerota. When turning in this lease and explaining to Lou what I wanted he did not haggle me with prices and packages he simply pulled a punch of different offers and gave me some to think about and then called me later that night with exactly what I wanted at the price I was looking for. Lou was able to work it out so I could turn my current lease in early and make my new lease affordable while giving my daughter the DVD player she wanted. I had been researching the GMC Arcadia for approx. 4 months--I went to 3 dealerships in that time. Came back to Pellegrino for a second visit and was lucky to meet Lou Cerota. I asked a few lease price questions--he realized we were familiar with the car and immediatly said ,"let's sit at my desk and we will compare prices w versions ( sle slt ect). I was happy at the no non -sense approach---we started numbers immediately --I felt he was honest respectful and was extremely nice to my wife and daughter ( when the deal was done Mr softy came around and he bought my daughter ice cream--very sweet of him)----ok bottom line---he gave us a fair price--compared prices in an easily understandable manner-here's the kicker -- Then the best part--the arcadia on the showroom floor had extra options we didn't plan on getting (we wanted slt but it had navigation -sun roof ect) it's msrp was higher than what our deal numbers have--he found a way to make that car work within the parameters of the deal --it's the exact car my wife wanted for the price we wanted to pay---A+++++ for Lou Cerota and Pellegrino in Williamstown --I would never by a GM motors vehicle again from anyone else---

I started going to Pellegrino for service on my Pontiac Vibe. The people in the service department are honest and knowledgeable. I took my car to another place who told me I needed expensive new brakes and the rotors cut. I took it to Pellegrino and after thoroughly checking it, they determined I didn't need brakes at all! Ever since then I have trusted them with my car. I saw a cute Buick Encore in the parking lot the last time I took my Vibe for service. Even though it was only 8 am, I found one salesperson in the showroom already at work - Lou Cerota. Lou gave me detailed information about the car and followed up with a phone call. He also arranged to have my old car appraised after it was serviced that day. When I came to pick up the old car, I took a test drive and decided to buy the Encore right away. Lou looked into all the rebates I qualified for, found all the options and color I wanted and had the car and paperwork ready for me very quickly. Compared to past car buying experiences at other dealerships, Lou made me feel very comfortable and created a stress free car buying experience. I have felt talked down to and strong pressure by other car salesmen in the past, but with Lou I felt that didn't even have to bring my husband in to help me with negotiations. My tire had a slow leak in it after only 4 months and a small nail was found in the tread about an inch away from the sidewall. Since it couldn't be fixed, I had to purchase a new tire to replace it. Everyone at the dealership is very nice and seems to know quite a bit about their products, but I'm just a little put off that with only 2200 miles on the car, the tire couldn't be pro-rated. Even Sam's Club will replace a tire of that age and mileage either free or pro-rated.

I brought my car in for a simple key fob recall. I was told it would take an hour, so I decided to get an oil change also. They had my car for over an hour when I get a call saying my brakes were down to the metal and I needed windshield wiper blades. I asked if the oil change was done yet and they told me they hadn't even started on that yet. Two and a half hours later I get a call my car was done. I picked it up and the oil light was still on so I called them back and they said I could reset it myself. I was so mad that I took my car somewhere else to check the brakes...shocker..nothing wrong with them. And they also checked the oil, which was black. And the recall that they took hours to fix was a little metal ring that connected my key to the ring to the key fob. What a joke. What did I waste $65 for a so called oil change for when they never changed my oil? I guess they were too busy trying to sell me brakes that and windshield wiper blades that I didn't need to actually do work that I paid for. What a joke this place is. Save your money because they're not going to do the work that you paid for.

The service writer was pleasant and courteous and extremely busy on a Saturday morning. A second writer would be helpful to move the customers through the process more expeditiously. I love my new Verano and if it wasn't for Lou Cerota I probably would have got one with not many options. I saw the one I purchased on showroom floor but thought it might have too much power for me but Lou suggested I drive It. That was it. I was sold. I did drive another one which I also liked but one I bought has everything. My original plan was to not have navigation or moon roof. Lou took all the time necessary to go over everything with me, Paperwork and all the options..Have to say Lou made things easy. No hard sell, attentive to what you want or don't need, Lou gave us the space we needed to look and talk to each other. Lou, Mike, Craig and Robert are nice, respectful, gentleman, a trait you do not find very often. Now, on top of all this we bought the car my husband wanted at a great price! I am sorry we didn't find Lou and Pellegrino Buick years ago when we were buying our other cars. Every purchased made has been a great experience, however Lou has proven to be the most professional, easy going, and knowledgable sales person I have met. His extensive knowledge of the vehicle systems, allows him to explain it to you in a very understanding way. Lou had all the paper work, and the vehicle ready waiting for my arrival to sign. After signing the forms Lou called my insurance company, set up my OnStar and spent a solid half hour going over the entire vehicle with me. I walked in with my 85 year old father to purchase a new sedan for him. I knew the car I wanted, where it was, and what I wanted to pay. Skip took my father out for a test drive to ensure my father would be happy with the handling of the Lacrosse before I put any more effort into the deal. Skip was able to provide a good price but encouraged me to go elsewhere to see if I could get a better deal. While I would have saved a few dollars more elsewhere, it would have been a longer drive for my father to go and it just wasn't worth the trouble. THIs was to be my second vehicle purchase from Pellegrino and both times it was fairly quick and painless. The car I wanted was at another dealership and once we agreed on price and a great deal on dad's kinda beat up 3-year old trade, Skip was contacting the other dealer to get the vehicle. That dealer, however, was not very timely in calling back so Skip took to finding the car elsewhere. He did find it but about that time the original dealer called back and agreed to Skip obtaining the vehicle. In all, we test drove a Lacrosse on Tuesday, put a deposit down on Saturday, and Tuesday dad drove the car home. This was a very quick and easy purchase. Dad has returned twice to the dealer and Skip has been very indulgent with my father's questions about the newest features on the car and going through how they work. Without a doubt I would buy my next Buick from them. My Enclave is the best car I've owned, including surpassing my Lexus 470 so I know my dad will love his Lacrosse and Having his service work done at Pelligrino on the Black Horse Pike in Williamstown, NJ!

I went to Pellegrino to check out the GMC Acadia. Skip Wallace met us outside and made us feel welcome immediately. I took a test drive and knew that was going to be my next car. On the test drive we talked about my current lease (other manufacturer) and all of the problems I had. Skip never said a bad thing about the other company, and didn't pressure me into signing a new lease that night. He emailed me a quote with all of my options the next day and I took our time evaluating our options. A month later, I emailed Skip and told him I was coming back in to see him. He welcomed me at the door, remembered my name, and had all of my paperwork out and updated when I got there. He kept his price from the previous month and helped me into a few other discounts. This was the easiest lease I've ever been involved with! Skip found the exact car I wanted and I had it delivered a few days later. He was very knowledgeable about the car and all of the technology features and walked me through the whole car the night I picked it up. I love my Acadia. Every experience with the car and Pellegrino has been outstanding so far. I would highly recommend a visit their showroom!

After doing online research using many of the car buying websites, we found the car we wanted on Cars.com. Emailing the dealer through the site was an easy experience and we even had communications near 10PM at night. That shows dedication on the sales teams part. Tom Boody was at the dealer to greet myself and my wife. After giving him a brief description of what car we were looking at, he simply handed us the keys and allowed us to test drive it. His approach to selling me a car was very non pushy, straight forward, honest and FUN. He did everything in his power to get us the best deal on the vehicle we were interested in. We didn't sit there alone waiting while he played the "let me go talk to the manager" routine that always turns me off... He explained things I did not understand several times in different ways until I was sure I understood. At one point, after a night of reflection, I decided to make a change in direction. His response was to ask if I was sure, then made the changes with no further problem. When I apologized for the extra work his response was, after stopping what he was doing, he looked me in the eye and said There is no need for any apology. All I want is for you to leave here happy, satisfied and with your mind at ease. He did that in spades.

Six years ago I was fortunate to have walked through the doors at Pellegrino Buick and to have met Lou Cerota. In 2008 I purchased my first Enclave from Lou, I purchased my daughters Regal in 2011 from Lou, and I just purchased a 2014 Enclave from Lou. Aside from liking the Buick brand, Lou is one of the main reasons I have been a devoted Buick customer. Lou is knowledgeable, professional and an all around great guy. He has always made sure I was well informed as to all options and incentives so that I could select the deal best for me. He also thinks of the little things (giving out replacement stickers to mount your EZ pass). Most people dread the process of purchasing a vehicle, but I have never dreaded the process when dealing with Lou. Lou makes purchasing a vehicle an enjoyable experience (and Im sure you dont hear that often). I highly recommend you visit Lou Cerota the next time you are in the market for a vehicle.

I used cars.com to find the best buick dealer in the area. Pellegrino was the top rated dealer local to me. 50+ excellent reviews can't be wrong, so after researching various models from all the car manufacturers, the buicks caught my eye. Their website clearly listed each model and the current price with rebates. No b-s advertising with phony deals and smoke-n-mirror rebates that you'll never qualify for. As soon as our family stepped foot in the showroom, a pleasant and knowledgeable salesman named Tom Boody was there to take care of us. While Tom was initially busy on the day we went into purchase a vehicle, the sales manager (Craig) had no problem assisting us with deciding on what model to purchase. They helped us test drive 4 separate models, which I narrowed down to two choices. Easily almost two hours worth of time. Not a single moment did I feel pressured or guided in such a way towards any particular vehicle. Once we decided on the 2014 GMC Terrain, the process of buying and financing the vehicle was smooth and not overly time consuming. I would recommend Pellegrino for anyone looking for a buick or GMC vehicle and enjoy a hassle free car buying experience.

I have purchased many cars from both Agresta and Pellegrino. I have enjoyed the experience of the friendly service and also for the courteous attitudes of the staff. In puchasing many cars from this dealership one very important reason for my constant return is the salesperson, Lou Cerota. I recently purchased a GMC Sierra from which I traded my GMC Terrain. The experience was flawless and Lou was to thank. I have to admit, the new look of the dealership is a little intimidating but once I saw Lou and then Craig I knew I was in the right place. Since I was turing in my GMC Terrain early I knew there were some hoops that Lou needed to jump through to get the deal done. Lou and Craig put their heads together and found a way for me to drive home that day in my new 2014 GMC Sierra. I asked what I could to show my appreciation and Lou explained I was able to write a review. This would be a no-brainer. In these rough economic times we sometimes forget the little things that make a new car buying experience as easy as possible. My wife and I had been experiencing car problems from early that morning. We had previously purchased a car from Stacy Heath at Pellegrino previously. We were on our way to work that day, when the problem that we had experienced ($1800.00 earlier) had come back. It had not been a year before that work was done. We called Stacy that morning, we expressed to her our concern for a newer car than what we had. My wife, and I were going crazy trying to decide how we were going to come up with the money to get the car fixed, or just get another car because our car was an '02 Oldsmobile Alero. We had been going crazy all day with this matter, and Stacy expressed to us "Dont Worry" we will get you into another vehicle by tonight, and as sure as there is night and day, We were given a call by Stacy saying, you guys were approved, and to come into the Williamstown location tonight to get your car. After receiving that call, it seemed like a load was taken off of our shoulders. When we got to the dealership, the car was not what we were expecting, It exceeded the expectation. It had everything and more than what we wanted. We were given the VIP treatment by Stacey and Lou Cerota. They took care of us from start to finish, and even got ahold to the insurance company which we currently had. We had never been given such 5 star treatment before. We just wanted to say "Two Thumbs Up" to you guys.. When I leased my 2011 Buick lacrosse I dealt with Lou Cerota. He was great. He was knowledgeable, non pressure, and gave me the best deal. I was so happy with him I even sent my father in to him to get a new car. I would not go to anyone else to lease a car.

I have dealt with Lou Cerota in puchasing 2 vehicles over the years, and I can tell you he is ther best! He listens to your wants/ needs and does his best to help you without the high pressure. I truly believe he was concerned about helping me with my want and concerns. I have never run across anyone as nice/pleasant/helpful as him when looking for a new vehicle. I would highly recomend him to everyone. I have gone in for service on many occassions and he always says high to me by name and goes out of his way to see how I am doing. He is the best in the business!

Lou made my purchase of a Buick LaCrosse an experience that was easy, friendly, and product knowledgeable. I arrived at Pellegrino Buick in Williamstown, NJ after shopping at another dealer. I had a trade-in and explained the car that I wanted. Lou proceeded to find the make, model, color (exterior and interior) that I desired. The trade-in was uncomplicated. I must say I hate buying a car. The negotiation, the time, and basically the feeling of am I getting a good deal or not. This all changed when a friend of mind told me about Lou Cerota at Pellegrino Buick Gmc. He said that it was by far the best car buying experience he ever had. To make a long story short, I went in and met with Lou in June. We went over what I was looking for in a truck and determined the the Enclave was the truck that most made sense for me and my family. As we were talking I felt like I was talking with a brother of mine who actually was sincerely looking out for my best interest as well. I was happily surprised and I must say, Lou was such a nice guy, the time flew and before I knew it we had a deal reached and I actually enjoyed being in the dealership and the whole process. I feel like it really was a great deal and better then that, it was a painless process that was enjoyable. Since then I have referred Lou to my friends and they have all said the same thing.

I was so pleased that we didn't have to meet with a salesperson who than went to the manager and than went to the financial person. It is bad enough with the amount of time you spend looking for a car and than have it take all day to make a decision to see if this person can buy and come to a price. Lou Creota is friendly and very sincere in doing what's right for the customer. I must have bought or leased 20 vehicles since it was Agressa. I always dealt with Craig Farr building a strong trust. Craig turned me over to Loe Creota who continued the same trust. I have since moved to Mt Laurel and pass at least 2 GM dealerships to get to Pellegrino but Lou and Craig make the trip worthwhile. I received a card from Craig for me to stop in and a follow-up call and email from Lou explaining the time was right. As always I did well and drove off with a new Buick.

We were completely satisified with our salesman Lou Cerota, and all the personel at Pellegrino Buick. Lou made sure I took a test drive of the vehicle that I was purchasing, . My 2013 LaCrosse is fantastic, the ride and handling are great. I am recommending to all my friends to deal with all of Pellegrino's automobile dealerships. I previously had a 2009 Buick Lucerne that purchased from Pellegrino that I traded in for the LaCrosse, one of the main reasons was the service department and all of the personel at this dealership. Also, one of the things I love about this dealership is when you call to talk to a certain person or department, you talk to an operator not, press certain buttons to get certain depts. Pellegrino is bests in all fields.

Last night we picked up our 2013 Buick Lacrosse. What a great car! The 4 cylinder with eAssist had plenty of pick up and lots of extras. The people at Pellegrino were excellent. My wife said she was surprised how well we were treated at a car dealership. We were in and out, no haggling. Our salesperson Tom made the car buying experience easy and pleasant. This was one of my most pleasant car buying experiences. Skip, the salesperson and Craig, the sales manager, got straight to the bottom line with no hidden costs or game playing. They went out of their way to get me the vehicle in the color I wanted. EVERYONE in the dealership was willing to help me regardless of what I needed. I have already recommended this dealership to a friend of my who is shopping for a new vehicle. This is a dealership that makes you feel comfortable without the pressure.

Omg it was GREAT. The customer service person was very on point and went beyond the call of duty. I called on a Saturday and spoke with Jim (service person) he made the appointment for me for Monday afternoon, because I advise him that I did not have time, I will be on my lunch. He had my SUV tested and reset, which we thought was going to work. So I called and set an appointment for Thursday morning (all of this in the same week of the 1st inital call). I work 2 jobs and need to get to work on time and have my vehicle back for my second job. The first job, I have to be at work at 7am, Jim informed me that the service department doesn't open until 8am. I said wow I need to drop my truck off. Jim said "I am usually here by 7:30am, I said I need to drop it off before I go to work early in the morning and I will leave the keys under the mat. Jim said no don't do that I will come in earlier so you can get to work on time. Well low and behold, I pulled in at 6:45am and drove around to the side gate and there was a car behind me and it was JIM. He open the gate and then when and open the front gate so my ride can pick me up. Jim came back to me and took my keys and told me to go to work and that he will take of everything for me. And yes he was true to his word. My SUV was ready by lunch time and I picked up and was on time for work. Now I have been to several dealers for repairs and this one has got my VOTE thanks JIM!!!!

I have been a driver of a Suburban, both Chevy and GMC for seventeen years. I wanted to downsize but was not sure if I would like a car. Tom Boody and the staff of Pellegrino's Buick GMC were wonderful. It took me over two weeks and many visits to the dealership to make up my mind. In December 2011 I stopped into the Pelligrino Buick GMC dealership in Williamstown NJ. I had had major surgery about two weeks prior to stopping in, and looked and felt horrible. Michael Owens took care of me, and I wound up having the best car-buying experience of my life. There was no sales pressure at all, he was attentive, listened to what I was looking for, and hooked me up with a used CR-V in mint condition with low mileage at a reasonable price. When I asked him about the dealership policies, he said that high pressure sales are discouraged. Throughout the sale process, he was very accommodating to my condition; I was unable to walk very far at all, so he researched what was in stock and brought the cars I was interested to me, rather than drag me around the lot. I was so weak that I was unable to complete the purchase the first day I was there, and unlike every dealership I've ever been in, he graciously let me walk out the door to return the next day to complete the purchase. After the purchase, I was showing the SUV to a friend, and when I told her where I got it, she said that she had had a great purchasing experience there a few years ago, so it doesn't look like my experience was a fluke... Once again, the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I bought a late model used SUV from this dealer in December, 2011. I live in Mass. and they are in NJ so the transaction was over the phone, not something the faint of heart would normally do. My experience with their used car manager, Frank Lewis, was outstanding. He was extremely helpful looking the car over for things I wanted to know, sending me pictures, and even calling Toyota (it is a 2011 FJ Cruiser) with the VIN to verify the options that were installed. Frank made this transaction very easy with no pressure. He was willing to negotiate a price over the phone and even correct the price when we discovered that the vehicle didn't have some of the options I thought it had (before the call to Toyota). He even arranged to have me picked up at the airport and taken to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. A couple of weeks after the sale the dealership called me to make sure I was satisfied and asked if I needed them to do anything. I highly recommend this dealer since working with them exceeded my expectations!!!

In March of 2011 I puchased a Certified Chevy Equinox. In under 7000 miles the Alternator, plug wires, alignment done twice, brake rotors warped and the headwill be replaced in the next week or so. This truck is going to be one big repair bill when the warrantee runs out in a few months. i wold not recommend this dealer to anyone.
