I have purchased several cars from Pellegrino Chevrolet and have been more than happy each time. My most recent vehicle was a Chevy Malibu which I love and my experience working with Bryan was outstanding. He was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Pellegrino Chevrolet to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I purchased a used Chevy Colorado pick up, which is in excellent condition (except for an annoying ABS sensor light which comes on and goes out randomly). The staff were courteous and friendly, and were not pushy or rude.

After being to other Chevy dealers who were pushy and rude. I appreciated the kindness and patience of Jace and the other employees at Pellegrino. The car was fresh on the lot and not yet detailed but they offered the test drive anyway and when I decided I wanted it they did everything they could to get me in the car as quickly as possible. This was your first time buying a car and they really took the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially Jace!!

Recently I purchased a pre-owned certified car from Pellegrino Chevrolet in Westville. My buying experience was wonderful as most of my experiences buying a car from any dealership have been. Usually after the sale is when most service departments and management personnel don't seem to have time to hear your concerns or try to fix the issue except this dealership and the Sales Manager Dom. Buying pre-owned you realize there will be wear and tear on the car and you accept it. I asked if somehow if the one obvious flaw could please be addressed and maybe fixed. Dom made sure that the repair was done and done well after the first and second attempt to repair slight damage failed. I was so appreciative of Dom going the distance to make sure I was happy and the repair up to standards. Thank you Dom !!!

I had been to a few dealerships during the week. I must say that I was upset and ready 'spit nails' at any salesman that remotely tries to treat me unfairly. When I came to Pellegrino Chevy, I actually expected the same unfair treatment. But what I got was Raffaele, a very nice, smooth, and well spoken gentlemen. Upon my arrival on the first day I visited the dealership I was met outside by sales consultant Bryan Schuler. Bryan immediately greeted me with a friendly smile and it was evident that he was a professional and knowledgeable in the car sales field. After a test drive in a car I didn't buy I met manager David Weiner. Mr. Weiner was also very professional and his knowledge of Corvettes helped me decide which vehicle I was going to buy. The process was easy and no pressure to get me to purchase a vehicle was ever in question. I drove the car home after a three day process and left with a very favorable feeling. I would definitely return in the future when interested in another car and would also recommend Bryan and Dave to my friends.

We had initially gone to this particular dealership on a whim to look at a traverse. We were unsure which vehicle we wanted, and have been looking around at different dealerships for the past few months, and just couldn't decide. Pellegrino happened to have all of the vehicles we were looking at on their lot- obviously a traverse, an explorer, and a gmc acadia, all pre-owned. Michelle was excellent to have as our salesperson, very low-pressure, and took her time to show us our options. The business manager, Brian, was thorough and also very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Pellegrino Chevrolet if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.

There was no sales pressure to buy, just straight talk about the car, it's features and the current incentives that were available. My salesman Bryan was very professional in all aspects of the process and did everything he said he would. He even helped me the next day figuring out some features on the "Touch Screen" radio.

My experience with Raffaele's could not have been any easier. Once I decided on the purchase Raffaele made the rest of the process run as quickly and smooth as possible. Paperwork was pulled and put together and all I had to do was sign. Of course he explained everything I was signing and made sure I understand everything making me feel as comfortable as I could. He handled switching my insurance and connecting all media in my car including syncing my Bluetooth, setting up OnStar and programming my screens to my preferences. Everyone got involved and helped with making this such an easy, quick experience. The whole team seems to care that you don't have all night to be there including the finance manager Brian who put no pressure on me to add warranties but explained to me all my options. Domenic, the sales manager was more than helpful in pulling other associates to assist and support the whole process, the owner, Mark, even stopped by and thanked and congratulated me on my new chevy equinox LTZ! This was my second purchase here and now my whole family buys from Pellegrino.

This was second time dealing with Pellegrino Chevy. Went just add well as first time. Raffaele in sales had the vehicles ready for use when we arrived to check it out. Answered any questions and worked with us to make sure we would be happy with the purchase. Finance department was just as good. Laid all options out for us and pushed lenders for a good APR. Wallet away with more than I anticipated for a fair price. Good dealership and good employees.

A lovely young gentleman named Bryan Schuler asked could he help us. He proceeded to find me exactly what I wanted I mean price, type of car, and everything, even some features that I didn't ask for. Had a great experience with Michelle when test driving and purchasing my vehicle. However when I first called about setting up a test drive I felt as though I was being pushed very hard against coming in and almost decided not to even bother checking out the vehicle. It may have just been the person I spoke to, not michelle, but they felt very inclined to make a sale that day rather than try and spark my interest further. I'm glad I gave it a second chance.

This was our first experience with Pellegrino Chevrolet. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with respect. Our salesman, Raffaele was extrely thorough in explaining the details of the Tahoe and all its bells and whistles! We had a lovely test drive, all the while Domenic was on the hunt for a Tahoe that fit our needs (model, color, bench seating, etc). When we came back, Raffaele and Domenic also helped us through our decision making to buy/lease; by showing us every scenario. They willingly have my husband and I time to discuss in private, without any pressure. We had a great experience.

I read about a certified pre-owned Corvette. I sent an e-mail and called the dealer. I spoke to Bryan Schuler who was courteous and professional. I told Bryan I was driving down to see the car and that I was 98 miles away. Two hours later he called to see how I was doing and if I needed any directions.When I arrived the car was ready and we went for a test drive.When we returned I had a long list of questions. Bryan was extremely professional and answered the questions he could. Bryan was very candid about the questions he could not answer and versus guessing or bluffing his way through he deferred the questions to Dave. We finished up after the closing time and we agreed I would come back the following day to finalize the deal and pick up the car.Bryan called ne at 905 AM to give me a status on the car and when it would be ready. The car was ready when I got there.Bryan and Dave were an excellent team, professional , honest and straight forward. Dave ,in my opinion is a very good leader, and mentor to Bryan and the staff.I will go back to Pellegrino.

I just brought home a new 2016 Chevy Trax. I had spent all morning in the Turnersville area talking and test driving different cars and brands. I should have saved myself a lot of time and gone to Chevy Pellegrino first. This dealership is less than a mile from my home. A family member also recently purchased a Chevy from there and had given me a payment coupon for this dealership. I worked with Jace directly. He showed me the Trax and Equinox models. The Trax caught my eye because it had all of the features of the equinox but without the size. Jace was very competent and comforting. I would recommend anyone to visit this dealership and speak to Jace. He was a nonthreatening salesman with a friendly smile. Save yourself some time and visit Jace at Pellegrino.

Decent selection of vehicles, used and new. This is a local dealership so it wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon and so that means they have personal service. They used your typical car sales tactics to try to make a deal, but that's to be expected anywhere you go. I went there to look at the new Chevy Camaros, just to get an idea of what I wanted and ended up finding a great used Camaro LT RS - basically my dream car -that after hours of research I hadn't found anywhere else in the Northeast. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family as this was by far the best experience I've had buying a car.

My wife and I are return customers. Last year while my wife and I were out looking for an SUV, we decided to stop in Pellegrino. It is hard to explain exactly how we felt with the entire buying experience, but we did go home with a new Equinox that day. We felt really good about the purchase and how we were treated while we were there. The experience was unlike any other car dealership that we encountered.After 13 years driving the same pickup truck, I decided to go see my friends at Pellegrino and see what pickups they had. As usual, Raffaele took the time to listen to what I was looking for and explained all of the options. I left with a fully loaded 2016 Silverado Z71 pickup in the color that I wanted. Everyone at Pellegrino is always friendly and takes the time to help if needed. We mainly dealt with Raffaele Muraca, Domenic Polimeni and Brian Hasting who are all great people to work with.I guess in closing I can honestly say that my wife and I feel we are part of the family. No pressure, very thorough, extremely transparent. I showed up, told Michelle the stock# I wanted to see and we got the keys right then. All numbers were shown and explained how they were figured after a quick test drive. Their deal blew the offer from the Chevy dealer in Marlton out of the water(who wouldn't even negotiate!), Paperwork was completed over the phone and I was in and out in 30-45 minutes including a brief tour of some of tech and getting it hooked up. Michelle and Dom were awesome. I'll be back in 39 months.

Jace Siciliano at pellegrino chevorlet was so nice to go out of his way to move the car I wanted off of the display floor just so I could test drive it. He made sure that everything was explained to me about the car and defiantly not a pushy car sellsmen which was a plus. The car dealership was supposed to close at 9pm and they stayed open just for me allowing me to sign all the paperwork for my first new car. Jace even sat in the car with me before I drove home to make sure I didn't have any questions about any specific buttons or how to operate something. Seriously it was great. They made my first time buying a car a great experience!!!! I def recommend Jace Siciliano he was nice, funny, and tries his best to get you what you are looking for.

Raffaele Muraca took care of my wife and I perfectly. We had a good idea of what we were looking for and he didn't waste any of our time showing us vehicles that didn't fit our needs/wants. He didn't try to over sell us, or put us in a vehicle that would be out of our price range. went to Pellegrino Chevrolet to trade in our 07 trailblazer that my girlfriend bought there several years ago. raffaele muraca was awesome.. very friendly and and easy to talk to. didn't feel like I was buying a car more like talking to a friend. he got us a great deal on a used traverse and the rest of the dealer staff was very friendly and took the time to explain all our options. the car was new inventory and hadn't been processed yet but they worked hard to get the car done so we could drive it home that night. all around we had a great experience.. wanted to give a 5 star because everyone was great except the detailer.. he had a very bad attitude and after complaining about having to finish the car car for us he walked over and just tossed the keys on the desk and walked out. he was very unprofessional which raffaele apologized for almost instantly.. the only blemish on a otherwise perfect car buying experience. sooooo everyone else at the dealership is 5 star.. but the detailer gets a 2....

We had to bring the car back in a second time The repair person did not put the dip stick back in the oil tank properly causing air to get into the engine and bucking of the car. Mark, The new customer service area is beautiful. The drive up is a very nice touch. Your reps. did a good job in helping by informing me of what needs to be done at my Tahoe's current mileage. The only flaw in the service of my SUV was the length of time. (All I needed was an oil change.) When I worked for the Koon's automotive group in Manassas we had a man with his own bay who's sole job was to change oil. Our customers were in and out within 30 minutes. I haven't bought a new car in over a decade and back then I only bought Saturns. Their no-haggle approach to selling attracted me to them, and the dealer and service was always top notch. I was super nervous about buying another car now that Saturn is no longer around. My sister checked inventories online and found my Black 2015 Volt at Pellegrino Chevrolet. Raffaele Muraca was our Sales Consultant who is super nice and gave us a great deal, with a bit of help from Domenic Polimeni, Sales Manager. Everything was so easy! I was driving my Volt home just two hours from walking in the door. I was already sold on the Volt from a prior test drive, so it was just about getting my color (black) and the premium audio package. This baby was fully loaded with every option available. I wasn't going to go with the extra packages, but the price was more than fair and comparable to other Volts at other dealers with less options. I have had to take the car back a couple of times in the first week, to the body shop for a couple of spots that I could not buff off. Jason in the body shop was great, and got the spots out with a "wet sanding" in just a couple of minutes. I am so glad I chose Pellegrino. They made the process super easy and not as stressful as I feared.

The staff here made buying a car an absolute breeze. They were totally fair and reasonable and didn't pressure us to pay more than we weren't comfortable with or look into vehicles we weren't interested in. I was looking to lease a 2014 Chevy Cruze for my wife because it was finally time that we got a second car. I had simply googled "chevy dealerships 08034", and several listings came up, including Pellegrino Chevrolet. I called around to several Chevy dealerships in the area to find out their leasing programs, and each time, their people were generally friendly, but just wanted to get me into the dealership and were over the top "salesy." Finally, I spoke with Dominic, the sales manager, on the phone. I did not get the typical car salesman vibe from him on the phone, but rather he was very professional and knowledgeable. We arrived at the dealership around 8pm on a weeknight and the entire process took about two hours, but Dominic and his staff were very friendly and patient with my wife and I even though we did not make some of the paperwork very easy on them. Jace was the sales person that we spoke to after Dominic and he was also very professional and friendly. I cannot remember the name of the finance person, but he also deserves to be commended for his hard work and flexibility in working with us. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with Pellegrino Chevrolet. I live very close to other Chevy dealerships in the area including Mall Chevrolet, but I took my business to Pellegrino Chevrolet for their professional, courteous staff that made the process very easy for my wife and I. I will continue to take my business there in the future, and I would recommend them to my friends and family without reservation.

I had been looking for a used car online for a couple months. Finally I had decided on the perfect car for my price range. I had seen the internet price and was expecting to pay a lot more then listed. I was completely shocked when Michelle gave me a haggle-free low price even below what I was expecting. The only snags I came across was waiting for my insurance and OnStar to provide us the necessary service to get off the lot with new wheels. Neither of which was the dealerships fault of course, but even then Michelle was very personable and professional. I was absolutely blown away by my experience. I thought being young and a female I would be easily taken advantage of, but that was not at all the case! The staff here was so professional and friendly! I was blessed with a 2008 Buick lacrosse which is not only comfortable and beautiful but most importantly safe for me and my 7 year old son. e shopped around for a SRX. I saw this online. I called and talked to Vince to see if the "haggle free" price was correct since it was lower than cars we looked at in our area (Maryland). Vince said it was but still took a little more off the advertised price. We drove up to look/drive it. Jace greeted us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had the carfax report. I brought my wife back the next day and we purchased the vehicle. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was one of the best experiences in buying. The dealership is family run and pressure free. I highly recommend this dealership and there are 2 other Pellegrino dealerships in the area as well. Great job to everyone at Pellegrinos. Customer service seems to be a forgotten trait but you do it very well.

My old truck started running badly I stopped at Pellegrino Chevrolet in Westville to get a new truck quickly. I was greeted right away by Michelle . She made my wife and I feel comfortable right away. Once we decided on a vehicle the process moved along quickly and everything was handled very professionally . I was given what I felt was a fair trade in on my vehicle. After the finial papers were signed i went out to look at my new truck and noticed a small dent in the hood. I ask Michelle about it and she had it taken care of right away. This is the first time I bought a vehicle and did not feel I got cheated. Very pleasant experience!

Michelle was the nicest person to us. My husband & I was having a really rough time which is what brought us to buying another car. Our daughter had an accident with our Trial Blazer & the car was totaled by the other driver's insurance company. So given the age of our car & the mileage we accepted their offer. Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Chevy Impala they had listed on line. Emailed the Internet Coordinator and the car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived without given them an exact appointment time. The sales person was a young professional that put the deal together with the help of the used car manager for my trade-in. (Check the Black Book value before you try to trade in a car or you will not be happy. However, that's that guide book the dealers use for trade-in value.) And, the finance guy got me a better interest rate than what two of my banks (Wells Fargo and Bank of America) gave me in the pre-approval letters I brought with me. It was worth the extra drive. Great team of professionals. I highly recommend. But, always do your homework and be prepared to close the deal. You are in charge.

I really liked this dealership until my son called to see if he could get a car and they told him no they couldnt help him. Then i called the service dept and they was just rude. How do i buy a brand new car and have no spare tire or jack just some crappy air pump that wouldnt blow up a beachball. I very dissappointed that i had to lose a days pay because i had a flat tire. Everyone i tell that i have no spare tire and jack they look at me like you got ripped off. Never again will i go back to this dealship! Oh and trying to complete this survey i had to change my user name 10 times!

Purchased a used 21012 Malibu on 4/1/2013, & to my surprise there was NO warranty other than the GM motor & trans. Pelligrino buys cars at auction WITHOUT telling customers there is NO WARRANTY. Found out the hard way when trying to get warranty work done. Be very cautious when buying a used car no matter what year especially new cars. I will report them to local tv stations to see what can be done so other shoppers don't make the same mistake.
