I was very nervous about buying a car. I never have before. When I came into Kia I was greeted with much respect by the sales man Edwin. Super kind, very friendly, made us love the car. Was with us the whole time. From selecting the vehicle we wanted, helping us with the finance department, to lastly helping us know the inside of the car with all our other questions. I originally went to the dealership expecting the worse. As soon as I turned in to the Kia lot I was greeted with a friendly smile and a wave from one of the nicest sales man. Right away I told him what I wanted and see and had a certain price range in mind. To my surprise he showed me ONLY cars in my price range and made the overall experience VERY enjoyable! I went to the dealership with my mom, who was not there for a car, but more for moral support. She too, had such a pleasurable time, that she ended up with a new car also!! What a WonderfulExcellent Experience at Phil Smith Kia of Lighthouse Point of Florida. This is going to start out rough but a shining star afterwards. Our sales person that closed the deal with us, doesnt work for them anymore. The next day we closed with him on our new purchase of a Sorento Kia he had called in sick. He did give us a ride home because we couldnt pick up the car that day. The finance department had to have us come in and sign papers over and over (3 different times) because of the bank screwed up on our paper work. However.someone that didnt make a cent from our purchase named Ernest Biel took over and went above and beyond customer service without getting paid any commissions on our purchase. A month later he is still helping us with minor items that I was not aware of. Ernest Biel is now in the Sales and Leasing Department as a Consultant. I urge if you going to buy a car go see Ernest Biel at Phil Smith Kia of Lighthouse Point of Florida . He has made me and my partner a lifetime customer of Phil Smith Kia of Lighthouse Point of Florida . A true GEM above the rest especially today when it is hard to find someone to assist you when you want to make a purchase. Whenever needed, I take my car to Phil Smith Kia. The people at the service desk outside are extremely nice, love Ronnie!! The only thing missing now is a nice space for them... but no worries, as they are finishing construction next door. Finally the service people, and client's who use it, will have a deserving space!

Mike Shearer, my salesperson, was GREAT! He matched a competitor dealership price for me and got us to the numbers I needed in order to buy the car. Once we got everything squared away we realized they didn't have the color I wanted. Mike worked with a sister dealership to get me the color I wanted at the numbers we had previously discussed. I am very happy with my experience and that there was no "surprises" when I got to the finance office.

Came in for new battery-4 months left on old leased-sales Ernest Biel suggested getting a new car leased--iI am 84yrs old-have purchased and leased about 15 new automobiles in my lifetime---this was the 1st time I was completely satisfied by all KIA people encountered-I wld highly recommend this dealership because of the employees I encountered. Just purchased a brand new Soul ! Started looking on line and found that Phil Smith Kia had about the largest inventory of the model i was interested in , so I contacted them and Vinny responded very efficiently , we spoke over the phone, and right off the bat I was comfortable , no pressure what so ever to come in and buy , it was a "when your ready" type thing. So I went in a couple days after and Vinny hooked me up with Ernest Biel , Great guy and salesman ! he was very professional and personable ! We went out to look at the vehicles , no pressure and not pushy to just get something. We found what i wanted, and then went to see John Riley in finance , another great team member , no pressure and no secrets, and he made it happen ! I would most definitely recommend this dealership team to anyone looking for any model Kia , and will return for my future ,personal, and family vehicle purchases !

The team stayed late so I could walk out with my car. The gentleman in finance did all he could do to get me a lower interest rate which he successfully did. The online sales man also took my rental and made sure it was back at enterprise which saved me so much time and trip to the lot.

As a salesman myself for 30 years we tend to be aggressive in closing business especially at the end of the month. Anthony (sales manager)was everything but. He came across as genuine with a sincere interest in the customer. My wife ,daughter and I went in and wanted a Kia at our current price. What we ended up with was paying a little more for a better deal. We had no problem in doing that as the trust that Anthony and his staff conveyed to us was perfect. Stephan Govad, very knowledgeable about product as well as a sales woman who showed my wife and daughter the vehicle at closing. I don't remember her name as she was showing my daughter how to write in her many languages she speaks. That shows me that relationship building is very important that this dealership has for its customers. Last but not leased(LOL) finance.....as much paper work as we had to do it went by quick and painless as we talked about college .his child..education..my daughter becoming a paramedic...awesome experience ...Thank you John ReillyThank you all for a tremendous experience

Overall, a successful experience. When we got to Phil Smith Kia, we were a little put off by the construction going on, but we got into the dealership and told them what we were looking for. We had a quote on a specific car, but when it was brought up, we found that it didn't have all the options we were looking for. Although our original salesman was a little too "hands off" for our taste, once we told management that there was a problem, they immediately rectified it by sending over the customer service manager, John Tripp and then putting us with another salesman who finished the deal for us. They were very responsive, especially John, to our concerns about putting a trailer hitch and mobility lift on the vehicle. Petry, the finance manager was very helpful in explaining our further options with the car and at no point made us feel forced into anything or "stupid" for not taking advantage of offers, as I have experienced in other dealerships.

I was contacted by Vinny Lopez, after I had made a inquiry through True car. Vinny set the tone telling me that the dealership was focused on building lasting relationships. I had previously received a very specific proposal for a vehicle, via email. The numbers were pretty specific which I liked because it gave me an excellent starting point. Vinny turned me over to Chris Demaro who was very knowledgeable about about the car. Chris had a quiet confidence and it was evident quickly that he believed his product sold itself so their was no need to pressure me. He told me about the warranty, and answered all my questions about the vehicle while we test drove. I told him what I was looking to spend and based on that he suggested what options were available in my price range. I then dealt with John, told him specifically what I wanted to spend and what I wanted. He went to work on getting the numbers right and the deal was struck. There was some negotiation but nothing too intense. At the end of the day, I feel I got a great deal at a great price. The finance manager had it all together and also had a low key approach on options available, two of which I purchased because they simply were too good to pass on.

But when you go in there Noone looks like they don't want to be in there,when I went to a local Honda dealership with my vw gli, the salesperson looked at me and my grey jacket like if I was lost,they looked at me like oh man who's this guy.. when I go to cadillac they see you but unless you go into their CPO area they won't even look my way. I came to kia and everyone was pleasent, rocky came up and introduced himself, talked,listened to my story and started brewing up his magical pot. When I went on to switch to the forte5 he stuck with the head honchos of phil smith kia to get me in the forte5 within my range.-They don't just do business,they do the best business for you,not them.

My salesman, Stephan, really listened to my needs, found the best fit model, met my trade-in and sales price needs, and even threw in a few extras do that I felt totally happy leaving in my new Soul. Ernest and Michael were great! My old car died on me while I was at work, and I needed to get into a new vehicle asap. I called around to a few dealerships, and wasn't happy with my options, until I looked into Phil Smith. I looked through the website, and put in a little info, and within the hour Ernest was calling me. I was still at work, expoing a busy dinner shift, so I asked if I could call him back. He was really grate on the phone, and told me the dealership closed in 30 min but I could call him on his cellphone. I didn't get back to him till almost 11pm, but it didn't bother him one bit. He was really interested in helping me find the right car that fit my needs and budget. The next day I went to the dealership and he and Michael bent over backwards to help me out, and save me money!! No high pressure into buying anything. This is our 3rd vehicle we purchased from Phil Smith KIA (previously a 2013 KIA Soul, then a 2014 KIA Soul and now a 2016 KIA Sedona). We needed a larger car to hold my electric scooter. Every time we would bring our car in for oil change, etc., our car was always washed and vacuumed. We would not ever go to another KIA dealer or dealer!!! We hoping that down the road KIA brings out a three quarter ton or a one ton truck as we like to travel and pull a R.V. I like your 60,000 five-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. That was the main reason for buying the first (2013) KIA. Our Sales person, Rockie Dobson, OUTSTANDING!!!!! He knows the KIA vehicles and how they work extremely well. He took his time with me in explaining the various items on the vehicle, acted professionaly without giving me a feeling of high pressure. Again, it was a pleasure doing business at Phil Smith KIA for the 3rd time.

I leased a vehicle from this dealership and was promised things just so the salesman could close the deal. Two months later I'm receiving bills and calls from Hyundai that I owe them money that was supposed to have been paid by Kia according to the deal I made. I have called and left numerous messages since December including a call to the General Manager Wes Lasher, needless to say all messages were never returned!! I also called my salesman and spoke with him but of course he never got back to me with an answer. Unfortunately I referred a customer to this dealership who leased a vehicle, I was told I would receive a referral fee and to this day have yet to receive it. Needless to say I will not be referring anyone else.

Upon the completion of my lease on a Honda CRV. I found myself in need of a new car. I was going to lease again because it had worked out before and because I felt that purchasing a new car would be a hassle. Turns out Rockie made it an excellent experience and went above and beyond in patience. No matter how many time I asked him he always went to his manager to inquire about price reduction. Till we made it to a figure I was comfortable with. Always helpful and polite above all patient, cause I think I must've test driven about 6 different cars that day. My wife and I went to Phil Smith Kia as a second choice - my "regular" Kia dealer was not able to come up with a Soul at a (lease) price I was willing to pay - We were assigned James Tenney as our sales rep - a very personable young man - and after a few questions from him he took us to a new 2015 Soul on the lot that had evidently been sold but the deal fell through - we took the car out for a drive and although this was NOT the model I intended to look at, with all the extras it had and the comfortable ride we went back to the showroom and I said, OK, what's the deal? To make a long story short, Dimitry, the GSM, after talking with us for a while, came in at a lease price too good to refuse...we took the car.....it's been 10 days since and I love it!! The entire staff at Phil Smith was a delight to work with especially James, Dimitry, and Mike, the finance guy. Who said getting a new car has to be a chore???

I inquired about the Kia Sorento online through the dealer website and Michael Shearer was quick to respond by email and two follow up calls. I was met at the dealership the next day by Michael with the car waiting up front for me to drive as soon as I got there. Michael was very knowledgeable about the car features and the history behind the model. He was very excited to explain all of the cool features especially the electronics and was patient and easy to converse with. At no point did I feel pressured in buying and the followup discussion after the test drive about final pricing was cordial and respectful with him willing to listen and entertain my counter offers. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.

Andy is a gentleman, courteous and friendly, By way of looking out for my benefit, he made suggestions for me that were related to financing vs leasing. The atmosphere of our interaction was relaxed and non-rushed. He was very enthusiastic and motivated to please me. He paired my mobile phone quickly and saved me the effort. I felt he could have spent some more time with tutorials of all the new "bells and whistles" on the dash. Luckily, he asked me to call him in a week to meet with him and review my questions re the new additions that I have to learn.I am still waiting for Michael Arbitman to return my call. The day after the purchase of my new car I left him a message re several questions I need answered and have not, to date, received a return call.

I thought that the experience with Brian Q and "Mikey" at Phil Smith was good. I was referred to the dealer by Consumer Reports after specifying the make and model desired and they had "my" car reserved for my scheduled test-drive appointment. Perfect! They were knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Brian had all of his "ducks in a row" concerning purchase vs lease options, insurance and trade-in value for my previous vehicle. Mikey was informative concerning lease financing. The total process took four hours which is exhausting but no time was wasted. Just wish the process could have been shorter. All in all, it was a good experience. So far, love the car.

I had my kia serviced 11/28/2015 (an oil change) the original multi point inspection page Thomas lauda showed me had only a raidtor problem so when I asked about the brake light that was out and has been sence the last inspection. why it was checked off as inspected good. He went and filled out a new inspection sheet and this time it seems that I need 3,000 worth of repairs Now you tell me if you would trust this dealership

I love my new Kia! This weekend by boyfriend and I walked in for a Kia Optima. We found the one we liked and test drove it. Andy helped so much showing us all the details and attributes of the car. Then we negotiated to a price we were happy with! The paper work didn't take long. After the car was detailed and filled up, Andy took us outside to hook up my Bluetooth and show us even more features of the car. I drove away happy! My family's previous car dealer, to whom we had provided loyal business and referrals for years (10+ purchases & leases), suddenly operated unprofessionally under new management. I was recently referred to Phil Smith Kia and have only positive things to say about my sales rep, Brian, and the team with whom I interacted during my visits. Even when we encountered our single point of contention upon finalizing lease terms, the extensive discussion only reaffirmed Brian's integrity - as well as the integrity of the dealership when the GM agreed to a deal that would keep the issue from affecting my payments.Brian, as a young sales rep, is clearly experienced, knowledgeable, hard-working, and an effective communicator; beyond that, I found him to be open, forthright, cordial, respectful, helpful, and ultimately even an educator. He displayed great patience in listening to me and responding to my questions - even staying rather late to see the deal to completion after I arrived very close to the time he was scheduled to leave. Light House Pointe Dealership was great, hassle free and everyone was friendly.Last month, I had gone to Kia of Coral Springs, on Atlantic and University and the people there were just interested in making a sale and were too pushy. I was trading in my kia lease and purchasing a new kia.I wound up leaving because of how chaotic it was.Then realized there was a Kia dealership even closer to my house. The Light House pointe location, everyone was friendly.I would never recommend the Coral Springs Kia to anyone, as they were unprofessional.I appreciate the genuine service that I received when purchasing my new Kia EX.The Sales Man, listened to my needs and concerns. Him and Wes Lasher, the manager, listened to my needs and what I could afford. Based off what they heard, they were honest in presenting me my options. From the moment I arrived, I felt I was at the right place. I was helped by Thomas (forgot his last name), at the service booth. I must say, he was impeccable in attitude and performance. He clearly explained what could and needed to be done, including a couple of recall issued that had not been taken care of. Then he gave me great news: It was all under warranty, even though my Kia Soul was not purchased at this dealership. He then invited me to wait at the waiting area. Coffee was great, and the wifi allowed me to log in to work. Then, like Thomas said, the car was done in the time he'd estimated. And washed, on top of it!

I Will not recommend anyone buying a car at this dealer, I bot my car in march 2014 and was the worse experience my wife and I had at this dealer. I am loyalty kia customer over 10 years and will be my last kia, The sales manager is rude and not helpful at all. Offer a deal and Than when We about to sigh the paper work was complete different deal. They offered 36 months deal and ending up 48 months. I ending pay 50 dollars more on my monthly payment. They messed up my contract 3 times and taked than over 3 months to pay my trade in car and ending up hurt my credit and when I called them They said nothing They can do about. They fired the employee made all my mistake on my paper work and When I called them They said the employee is gone , so They are no responsible for his action and mistake. Not only did I get a great deal but the General Manager and the Salesman made the process stress-free. I traded in a Hyundai Vera Cruz and I must say the Kia surpasses the Vera Cruz in every category. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used car. 2nd Soul that i have leased from Phil Smith Kia. Turned in the 1st one and with no additional $ down barely raised payment. Well worth it with all the improvements maid to the 2013 Soul. A couple of days later i received a letter offering insurance through Liberty Mutual at a discount rate through Kia. I ended up saving $1,000.00 on the three cars i insure. Thanks Phil Smith Kia the saving end up paying a good portion of the lease payment.

I drove a Sonata for 3 years and wanted to lease another. My husband asked me to test drive a Kia and referred me to Phil Smith Kia. Phil Smith Kia not only were interested in what I was looking for, they took the time to ask me my likes and dislikes in a vehicle and matched me with the Optima. The Optima not only has a sleek exterior, the interior has a sporty feel and has more standard features than the Sonata and handles beautifully on the road. I believe the Optima has more overall VALUE than the Sonata. I was so impressed I leased the Optima and am excited to be a new member of the Kia family. I thank everyone at Phil Smith Kia for being so professional, courteous, taking the time to show me all of the features of the Optima and providing the best consumer service I have experienced in a long time. We just purchased our second vehicle from Phil Smith KIA. We were happy with our first purchase and decided to return for our new 2013 KIA Soul. It is a bit far for us since we live in Lake Worth and there are other dealers that are closer but I am so happy we returned to Phil Smith KIA. Car buying these days is a major decision and investment. Their customer service is excellent. Everyone from Alan, the online manager to everyone we came in contact with (Don, Mark, Wes and Carlos) when we arrived treated us with respect and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We will be back again when we need another vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle. No high pressure sales. They listened to us and answered all of our questions. It was all about making sure we were happy and got the car we wanted. Thanks again guys!

Just happened to stop by accident. I was looking for a new car and happened to come across the dealership. We decided to stop and look and We are glad we did. The people were very nice and friendly and the showroom was clean and comfortable. The buying process was smooth and quick. Will go back for my next car.

Overall A++++++++. From Cliff (Manager) to Mike (Finance) to Jeff (salesperson) I have never felt so comfortable buying a car. I am a "no-nonsense" guy and don't like spending time buying car. I want to come in , make offer, get counter offer and proceed with deal. These folks understood this and we made it happen. I have never been given so much information about car and actually been shown documentation to back it up. I had previously bought a car from another dealership. They did not have the car and promised to deliver by a certain date. The date came and went and the car never arrived. I decided to then visit Phil Smith and it was like night and day. Thanks to all at Phil Smith. If you are looking for a Kia in S Fla, this is the place to go!!!

Courteous and fair treatment still exist thanks to Phil Smith KIA. Specifically. working with Cliff Abbott has restored my faith in people. From the first visit to the close of the sale the man said what he would do and did EXACTLY what he said. No games, no switch ups. No manipulation of any kind, he just listened to what I wanted and got it for me. When it came time to pay the numbers matched what I was told and were actually better! Again no games, no switches.

Went to test drive a new Kia Soul at Phil Smith Kia a few Sundays ago. There were three old salesman and only one other customer when I walked in. After waiting one half hour, I left as no one was interested in giving me a test drive. I went to Delray Kia and test drove two Kia autos,one with the 1.6 L and one with the 2.0 L engine. I didn't buy but the salesmen were very helpful at Delray Kia. I will never go back to Phil Smith auto ever again.

It seemed that no matter how many times we told them what we were looking for, they'd always try to sell us something else or tell us that what we wanted wasn't possible for the price we were looking for. I was just looking at the 2012 model when I stopped into the dealership. The sales person was friendly and I felt like family. They were very accommodating and did not pressure me into purchasing a car. At the time of the visit, I was only looking and told the dealership if the price is right I might buy now. Well the price was right and I am the proud owner of a new Forte 5 door.

I purchased a used KIA from Phil Smith. It had low mileage and was very cherry. About six months after I purchased the car, I noticed the paint on three of the door handles had deteriorated. I took it in. They told me they would replace the door handles at no expense to me. They sent me to their body shop. I was given a ride home. An hour and a half later I was pickled up and taken back because my car was ready. The expense was close to $500. I paid nothing. I thought that was classy of them to handle it the way they did. I own 5 Kia's at this time and I live way on the west side of town,(an hour and a half drive ) but I will take any of my KIA's to be serviced at anytime needed to Phil Smith Kia, you make an appt, they remind you the day before and when you get there they do a complete check over your car to see if everything is ok inside and out of your car, then they fully listen to you explainning what is the problem with your car , then they explain what you need to have done and answer every single question you have,and also the dollar amounts it will cost you. If you have to wait , they have a driver that will take you to a little shopping center and when you are ready, he will pick you up (it beats you sitting there bored to death)and take you back to the dealer, at which time your car is ready and with a full explanation of everything that was done to your car. I have been coming to Phil Smith Kia for many, many years, and will continue , when it concerns the service for my Kia's, I only trust Phil Smith Kia service dept, and the service manager Sean Vega , and at any given time the dealerships manager himself will come by and greet you and make sure you are getting excellent service, and anything else you might need.Very Satisfied customer

I had gone to another Kia dealer, knowing what I wanted but could not get any options. I was never told that I could order a 12 model, not just purchase what was on the lot. Phil Smith Kia gave all my options and left it up to me. I really appreciated the no pressure atmosphere at Phil Smith. I did have issues with the leather installation, but, again, they were accomodating and put the pressure on to get it resolved.

I never purchased a car without having a "male" person with me..So I showed up very guarded...My sales person was friendly and listened to my needs and what I wanted. I felt very comfortable with the overall teachings of financing and warranties. I was able to understand and make an educated decision. And that was due to the dealership and staff.

They BENT over BACKWARDS to give us what we wanted....The Sales Manager was great! Our Salesman 'Rocky" is a GEM of a guy Can't say much about they're service , YET.....As we haven't needed it....YET I do wish they would get the EXTRA KEY MACHINE fixed or replaced !! As We don't want to have to drive to delray to get an extra key...

ALERT!!! WATCH OUT OR PHIL SMITH MIGHT TRY TO CHARGE YOU A LOT OF $$$$$ FOR AN UNNECESSARY REPAIR!!!Phil Smith Service told me I needed to "clean" my engine at a cost of over $1700!! Fortunately, because the cost struck me as an absurd amount of money, I had the idea to take the car to another shop for a second opinion. As I suspected, the second shop agreed that the diagnosis by Phil Smith and Phil Smith's request for $1700+ to clean the engine were ridiculous. The other shop said that in 30 years of working on cars they had never even heard of any engine needing this kind of cleaning procedure at such an expensive cost. Instead, if the engine was truly ruined (it wasn't) I would be better off getting a new engine for just slightly more money than the $1700 cleaning fee that Phil Smith wanted. Further, the other mechanic said, upon inspection of the engine, no such cleaning procedure was necessary at all!! The other mechanic said if I wanted the engine completely cleaned internally that it could be done in a state-of-the-art manner for less than $200 -- not $1700! The other mechanic said they suspected the dealer was trying to run up the charge for some reason, perhaps to convince me it was time to just buy a new car. Incredibly, this was a discussion that I had with Phil Smith Kia, so that rang true to me.If I had taken Phil Smith dealer's word for it, I would have paid the $1700 apparently for no reason! Also, Phil Smith Kia would not let me take the car to the second mechanic until after I paid a diagnosis fee of over $100 to Phil Smith. Keep in mind, I had not agreed to this in advance, but Phil Smith would not let me take the car until I signed an "authorization" for the work -- AFTER THE FACT! I think this is outrageous. But, as a practical matter I had little choice if I wanted to get my car back!Then, after I took the car to the second mechanic who verified that the $1700 "engine cleaning" was bogus, you would think that Phil Smith would do the right thing and apologize for the misdiagnosis and refund the $100+ diagnosis fee. After all, why should I pay $100 for a diagnosis that was completely incorrect? But, incredibly, Phil Smith has stonewalled and refused to refund the $100+ diagnosis fee (more about this below)!!! This is very disappointing because I have spent a lot of money over the years with the Kia. I have had very positive experiences at other Kia dealers, but I do not believe Phil Smith dealer is trustworthy or reasonable. If you are in the market for a Kia or need repairs, I suggest you stay away from Phil Smith. BUYER BEWARE.Finally, note that I contacted Phil Smith several weeks prior to writing this review and communicated my concerns in a reasonable manner. Phil Smith would not agree to refund my charge card for the amount of the fee (what I requested), but did offer a "store credit". I think this is just bad business -- I do not want a "store credit" because no longer trust Phil Smith and I am concerned that would just inflate the cost of any future item by the $100+ so that, in effect, I never really get the credit. Personally, I do not feel that Phil Smith made an honest mistake, but rather I feel that they intentionally tried to get nearly $2000 for a bogus repair that was not needed. However, as I told them, even if it was an honest mistake, I felt that it was appropriate, in light of the second mechanic's finding, that Phil Smith refund my $100+ (and not as a store credit).

After shopping all day at several dealerships, my husband and I purchased a new car at Phil Smith Kia from Rockie Dobson and his manager Wes Lasher. It was a pleasent shopping experience, the customer service was great, they didn't have the car we wanted, so they found one for us and we purchased it the next night. We greatly appreciated there honesty and dedication to find the car in the color and with the accessories we wanted. We would recommend them to friends and family looking to purchase a new car.

We were able to work directly with GM & knowing what we desired- we could speak candidly about price & seek for a car that was affordable for our situation, but also able to understand the goals & desired profit for dealership. It was very nice to NOT be "swarmed" by salesman who did not really know product or pricing, but to be able to purchase a nice car and better understand the market & way dealership can still make a profit, but offer great service.

I had visited a number of dealerships prior to coming to Phil Smith Kia, and the reason I finally bought my car here was not only because I fell in love with the vehicle, but I had a strong positive feeling about the place (welcoming and comfortable). My salesman was a true pro who really knew his stuff. I also appreciated the finance manager's expertise and that the general manager took the time to introduce himself to me. Furthermore, I feel they are representing the brand in a way the company expects by a willingness to treat the customer fairly and educate us on what great products they have. I am already looking forward to buying my next and third Kia.

I went to 3 other Kia dealerships in SE FL., and they all lied to me over the phone over the price or inventory just to get me in the door. Do not go to Delray Kia, West Palm Beach Kia, or Napleton Kia. Phil Smith Kia in Lighthouse Point, was honest with me right over the phone, and after some price conversation, the price they gave me was the price they charged. No games, no hidden extras when I arrived. They were a pleasure to deal with, which in today's dealerships is rare. Ask for the Salesman Rockie Dobson or the General Manager Wes Lasher.

I normally do all of my shopping online, as I don't like dealing with the whole "dealership" experience. In this particular case, I was actually a customer off the street. The dealership went out of their way to make me comfortable offering beverages and quickly processing the appraisal for my trade. With a generous offer, it made it very easy to select a vehicle. Great value for trade, great deal on new vehicle...just the right combination! I would recommend this dealer very highly.

Visited this dealership to test drive the Kia Sorento and Sportage, as I was looking to purchase within the month. After my visit, I emailed the sales representative three times to ask questions about the price, etc., and had no response. At that point, I emailed the Manager, who had provided me with his card upon my visit, and once again, no response. I was curious to see if I sent an email stating that I was ready to purchase from another dealership and if they could provide me with a better price, they may receive my business and also told them that I had attempted to contact them by email several times with no response. I received one sentence back with no apology for ignoring my emails, so at that point, there was no way that I would ever give my business to a dealership like this one who had no regard for their customers.
