Rami amalawi helped us out so much. Gave us a great deal on a used 2012 Malibu. We started looking at another Malibu which was okay but he brought us to this other one that was better with the same deal. Would definitely recommend coming here and to rami. Great experience.

My family went to three different Chevy dealers over the Chicago area, none of them were up to par as Phillips. Steve Robertson is the best at selling cars and helped us through out difficult time after losing a car to an accident. He gave us the best price he could have and was beyond helpful to any question we asked. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new Chevy or even used to check this place out.

My experience from the moment I arrived to the time I left was wonderful. Frat sales guy David Ramirez. He was very patient and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. Konrad was very nice and patient. He answered all the questions my grandma and me had. For my first time going to a dealership to purchase a car I have to say I was impressed. Yasin was also very patient and answered every question we had kindly and made sure we understood everything fully before moving on to each new part. I can honestly say I've heard alot of bad things about dealerships, but this dealership was excellent. I am very happy with my car and how nice they treated me and more importantly how kindly they treated my grandma. A good place with great people.

I went into Phillips to buy a car after selling my old one. I had one day to buy a car and I was very upfront that this needed to be as quick as possible. The staff was very understanding, I had Jacob Porterfield as my salesman and he was very understanding of my situation and made sure I knew what all my options were. I was scared going in to buy a car because I am a woman and I did not have a guy with me and I was afraid I would be talked into things I did not really want or could not afford. The staff all explained to me my options and Jake worked to make sure he could get me the best deal and that I could afford what I was about to buy. I will be sure to come back in the future and ask for him the next time I need to buy a car. Although I had a great experience with Jake the entire staff was wonderful and when I was brought back to Finances the man was very helpful and made sure I knew what I was signing and he made sure I could afford everything I was getting. The entire staff was extremely helpful and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought a new Silverado last weekend from Phillips. I came in and Walter directed me to rami who helped me get into the truck I wanted. I was very impressed by the knowledge Rami had about the trucks I was looking at. I felt extremely comfortable, and very impressed on how the dealership ran. Walter came and helped with the price and my trade-in. Walter went over the deal with me and made sure I understood everything, and not once during the whole experience did I feel rushed or pressured. My wife and I bought a vehicle here 2 years ago and we had no problems. After this time I will never shop anywhere other than Phillips.(or where Walter and rami are!)

i stopped in your dealership to see the cargo vans in your lot after numerous emails from liz palumbo she was not there so the internet manager set me up with konrad chatys.excellent choice as this salesman was wonderful.we started talking and i instantly knew he was not what i call the bs salesman passing out sampleshe explained the van thoroughly, and then went into the sales process before we ever talked prices, and while the appraiser looked at my vehicle , he started telling me about his tour in iraq and talked about being a police officer. It was refreshing to not have somebody that just wanted to work on the deal.Thanks to phillips chevy for there great choice in a person to represent them as a salesman Everybody involved in the purchase did an outstanding job and impressed me to the point where i will definitely refer this dealership to my friends and family

Due to living in a rural area, Phillips Chevrolet was the closet dealership (90 min away) that had at least 2 Impalas that I was interested in. From 11am -7pm on a Friday, Internet salesman (guru) Chris Smith and I exchanged 21 phone calls going over their impalas and pricing. Chris finally was able to secure a deal I liked and emailed me the particulars. I traveled north to Phillips on Saturday. Upon arrival, Chris handed me off to Teague Allen. Teague took me on a test drive of the 2017 impala I wanted. Once I was satisfied with the impala, I asked Teague to start the paperwork. Due to there being 20-25 customers in the showroom buying vehicles, the process took longer than expected (perfectly understandable). Teague did not take on any other customers and he and I talked and joked until Sam in finance could get to me. Having my financing in place, the remarkable patience and understanding by Chris, the excellent one on one customer service by Teague and the quick work by Sam with the paperwork, has made my car buying experience at Phillips one of the best ones ever. See you again in a few years!!!

We are trying get into a car but have issues with are credit and my husband is disabled so we did a credit application and called in the morning spoke with Liz and she said she will check call us right back. I went to my yahoo email saw she email me and said we were denied not professional at all email someone when you promised call me back. They want us come down 2 hours away to see if they could go through a secondary company but we need sign some documents for them to do this. I guarantee if we came down 2 hours away $25 in gas another $20 in tolls almost $50 and be there 3 hours get denied no thanks. I will not recommend them at all very disappointed how this was handled you do not email people when you promise call people back not professional not at all.

I popped in on a whim...and walked out with a fantastic car! I told Rami I needed a used car with AWD for my 16 year old son and figured I'd look at a variety of serviceable but unexciting cars. My budget was about 10k. The very first car Rami found on the website was a 2006 Mercedes Benz E 350 with AWD that had just come in that morning. It had 72k miles on it, was clean as a whistle and was listed at $10,500. A Benz!! I really had to wrap my head around the fact that we were going to go test drive a Benz(I'm still in disbelief). Rami asked if my son was going to drive it if I bought it...and I realized then I had found a car for myself! I couldn't have guessed this would happen in a million years and Rami and Phillips Chevrolet made it possible! The entire experience was smooth and was hands-down my best car-buying experience ever. I've dealt with Toyota and Ford dealerships before and Phillips totally blew them out of the water!!! The car is beautiful...but my son well, he's so glad for his father he can't really speak.

We had been interested in purchasing a larger vehicle for our family and kept going back and forth between the Chevy Tahoe and the GMC Yukon. We got a call from Brendan about our vehicle being at a good time to trade in, so we went over to Philips to get it appraised. When we got to the dealership we met Rami and he was able to find us a Tahoe with EVERYTHING we wanted and at a great price. My wife is picky and wasn't going to settle for anything even if it meant not buying any time soon. Rami was able to get us everything and then some and overall he was great to work with. He was very patient with the process and he took the time to explain every detail with me so I could make the best and most informed decision. Anthony was very kind and made me feel comfortable at the dealership. He communicated with me when necessary to make sure I knew exactly what was going on with the process. Anthony was very helpful, but he wasn't overly aggressive like many car salesmen I have dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend using Anthony for your next vehicle purchase. He is wonderful! I visited the Frankfort location for an A/C repair 6/11/16. If I were not over charged, I would have rated as a 4. Employees were friendly and professional but I waited 3+ hours and still my car was not touched. I needed an actuator replaced so the A/C would blow cold on passenger side. I could purchase part on line for $40.00. Actual repair time is less than an hour. I was charged $559.32 ($98.94 for part and $425.95 for labor). Brad stated they possibly had to go under hood removing many parts for access. When in fact it was accessible via the glove box. (I watched you tube for better understanding.) I was willing to pay a bit more because I was at the dealership. But not that MUCH more. This repair should cost no more than $250 at a dealer and that's with CONSIDERABLE markup on parts and min. one hour labor charge. This was my place of choice for all repairs. As a result of this visit, I am now shopping other options and actively seeking a mechanic I can trust and with whom I can build a relationship for all my vehicle repairs. I believe I may now have found my NEW repair shop. I no longer refer this dealer. Instead, I recommend shopping for reputable repair facility with fair pricing. And be sure to check You Tube first so you can be informed. This was ROBBERY! It has now been 3 months since my repair and I still deemed it necessary to take time to write about my experience. SMH at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort!

I have bought from them in the past and utilized Rami (salesman) to buy my cars. I purchased a used 2011 Chevy Camaro SS. During the transaction, Rami related to me the dealership had to take an additional $500 off my car for them to replace the tires which were dry rotted on my 2013 Hyaundai. I concurred they were bad and agreed to his request. However, approximately a week after the deal had transpired, I noticed the Camaros tires were also dry rotted even though the car only had 23k miles on it. I immediately explained my issue to Ryan (Sales manager) He said to bring the car in for them to take a look in service. He immediately squeezed the car in for observation and without hesitation, he said they would order new tires which to my knowledge are about 1800 for new.Perelli tires. When I brought the car in for the tires to be balanced and placed on the car, I was talking to Walter who appeared to be asales manager at which time a nice conversation ensued about Jesus. After the conversation, he invited my spouse and I to his church. Actually there were about 4 salesman and myself all talking about Jesus. I can tell anyone this dealership is blessed and is extremely sucessful because of men of God working for Phillips. I wish I could work around guys like that, what a privilege and an honor! God bless this dealership and the men and women who are employed at this dealership!

I went in with a print from the website, and asked to see that car. They brought it right to the door for me to see! Engine running, air conditioning on. Very clear on the price. I then went over to Currie to check out a Ford and went back in time. After taking me on a walk completely around the lot - in 90 degree heat - I was enraged to find out he hadn't even brought a key so I could sit in the model I was interested in!!! Then they wouldn't give me a price on one, so I walked out. When I got home, Rami had sent a follow-up email and I knew right then I was going back to Phillips to buy the cute blue Chevy Spark for my daughter.

It was time to upgrade my vehicle, so I walked into Phillips Chevy and asked the first salesman I made eye contact with if I could see new Silverado's 2500 diesel. He had customers coming in so he introduced me to Teague. I told Teague I had a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500, Crew Cab, diesel with an 8 foot bed and that I was looking for something similar but maybe with the standard bed. He got right to work looking for a truck, then pulled some keys. It was hot out that day, but he was patient as we went from truck to truck. He was very knowledgeable about the features of each and helped me determine what was important for me to have in a new truck. I left that day having narrowed it down to 2 trucks: a black one fully loaded w a sunroof and silver one. During the 2 days between my first visit and when I would bring my husband, I searched used trucks, Ford trucks, Chevy trucks. I even test drove a Ford! I found on the Phillips website the 2016 Silverado 2500 Midnight edition with a diesel engine. Teague called me Wednesday and I asked to see the Midnight truck and a silver one, because the fully loaded one had a sunroof I was not crazy about. Thursday I came to the dealership with my husband and daughter. We drove the silver truck first and discussed its options. Then we took the Midnight edition for a test drive and there was no going back. My entire family loved it and it rode like a dream. We put a deposit down on it that night.During this whole process Teague was awesome. Beyond his knowledge of the trucks, he was funny, personable and was great with my daughter. The truck had a recall for the MyLink system so I couldn't take it home and Teague was really great about breaking the news. But the thing that put his service over the top is that he came in on HIS DAY OFF to close the deal so I could get into my new truck. I really enjoyed buying this truck and would absolutely recommend this dealership and specifically Teague to anyone looking for a vehicle.

To Whom it may concern:I wanted to tell you about my experience at Phillips Chevy yesterday. Where do I start? Let's see. I drove out to Phillips Chevy vs several other local dealerships because of all the hype on how they are Chicago lands number one dealership. I came in with a way upside loan on an older K3500 that I wanted and needed to get out from under. I popped in around 11am and left around 6pm. What a long day yesterday was. Still can't believe it. The day was long because you are not rushed when you go to Phillips Chevy for your car buying needs, you do not only make great deals but you are adopted into their so called "Family". You feel respected not ignored, you get your questions answered and they listen very closely to what your needs and wants truly are. Family don't rush Family, at least in my Italian family. Spending the day talking about cars, options, rebates, engines, trim and all the other stuff that goes along with making a car purchase, time flies by. Phillips even had a car show going on in the parking lot in my honor, or at least it felt that way. Wheeling and dealing, eating fresh grilled hamburgers outside, a little car show looking and BAM, I'm driving home in my new truck. Amazing, I came in with a nightmare of a situation and left with no worries, problems or concerns. That is what taking care of family is all about and Phillips took care of this family member very well. To my new baby brother Joe Luque and my new uncle Mike Herris, that I didn't know I had, I say thank you for bringing me into your home, sharing your knowledge and making things happen in a timely manner. Have been back and forth to Chevy to see about trading in my 2014 Camero since January, 2016. I never gave up about purchasing a new 2016 Camero. On Labor Day Weekend it happened where a deal could be made for me and I did purchase a 2016 Camero finally. My husband and I went in on Friday night to look at a Traverse that was advertised in an email I had received. After the test drive and falling in love, it was a bit out of our price range, so we decided to look at the Equinox instead. After looking at a few different vehicles over 3 days time, a certified Traverse became available...that was the one for us after much haggling. My son and I drove from 3 hrs away to buy a new Suburban from Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfurt. I would not have traveled that far had I not received a follow up call from Marvin saying they would honor a sale price that expired 2 days prior (which I had called about). Good move on Martin's part. And the fact that Phillips is rated as best dealer in Illinois and top 50 in the US. We arrived at 6pm on a Friday night and we worked with Joe Hamdan to test drive and purchase our vehicle. He was very friendly and made my son feel comfortable being there. We made a quick purchase decision and had a check in Joe's hand within 30 minutes of being there. In addition to Joe, each person we met and signed papers with was very helpful and friendly. The only part that got a little frustrating was that it took a long time (not Joe's fault but just a lot of waiting for other people to do their part). We arrived at 6pm and didn't leave until 8:45pm (almost 3 hrs with no financing needed.) Just seems this should've been shorter. They were pretty busy but not crazy. One generous thing they did to help ease the burden of our wait was they paid for a Jimmy Johns delivery as my son and I had not eaten dinner yet and were getting very hungry. I offered to pay but they insisted to cover it. Very nice of them. Overall a good experience except for the length of time.

I went to 2 other Chevrolet dealerships before Phillips and walked out of each of them without a car and feeling as though I had been lied to and as if the salespeople only had their best interest in mind. Kellye greeted me at the door and from the beginning, she treated me like an actual person and not just a means to a sale. She was receptive to my needs and very helpful throughout the entire process. I did quite a bit of research ahead of time and knew a lot of the features of the car I was looking at. Kellye was able to confirm the details that I knew as well as teach me a few things that I didn't. Pretty much everything about the process, from the greeting through driving my new car off the lot was more pleasant than I was expecting.

This was the first car I have ever financed and all I heard from people is that it is a horrible thing that takes all day long. My husband and I just went in looking to see if we could afford the nee chevy Malibu..Rami helped us right we got there. The process went faster than we expected. He did everything he could to get us the best montly payment. He is a nice person, and very understanding (had our 2 year old with and didnt want to sit long) it was great how he understood us and our needs as parents. So far we had a great experience with this dealerships. In addition love love love that all the paperwork is on a flashdrive! Phillips Chevy had a Toyota Corolla that was reasonably priced all things considered. I met Joe Hamdan and he did everything he could to help me get the car. The car had a dead battery on the lot, so he brought out a battery cart so I could see if everything worked. He tried to get the service dept to swap out the battery with a new one - but after more than an hour of waiting for them to do that he got them to just put the old battery back in so I could take the car to my mechanic. Things do not move quickly in the back. The car checked out OK, though the bad battery meant Phillips had to send it to a Toyota dealer to clear the airbag warning light. That took another day. When I came in to negotiate the price, we played the usual game people have to go through. I was able to get some money off, though I could have gone elsewhere and paid quite a bit less for the exact same vehicle, I decided to finish the deal at Phillips because of Joe. He's the good cop in the good cop/bad cop roles that are played out at the dealership. I bought the car for my daughter and Joe treated her as any dad would want - with respect and kindness. He gave her a $20 gas card on the way out and made sure we were completely taken care of. I don't know much about the rest of the dealership, but after spending a few hours with Joe, I can certainly recommend him as a salesman.

I purchased my last Camaro from Phillips chevy back in 2011 and had a good experience plus no one has the Camaro collection that they do it was like walking into a big candy store. I live in Clifton il which in central il but the drive was worth it I bought the car I wanted and received what I wanted formy old car. Rami Alamawi was very busy but always attentive and made a very good suggestion aboutwindow tints. Theres no doubt if you want a large selection this is the place.

Stephen was outstanding. He showed me exactly what I was looking for in a new truck. Their was another dealership with the exact truck at a cheaper price, but I wanted to do business with Phillips because my family likes to support local businesses. Stephen talked to his manager and they were able to get the truck at exactly the price we wanted. Never once did he have to send a manager over to beat around the Bush and meet you in between prices or anything like other dealerships. He knew how to answer every question about the truck I had and cared more about making me happy with my purchase than just making a sale. I highly recommend Phillips to everyone. Anthony was great to work with, I was a few steps in the door and he greeted me. He asked what brought me in and I told him about the deal I saw online, he quickly offered a test drive. He was not over bearing and spoke to me about sports, the area, and so on, not making good me feel pressured. He did follow up with me after my visit. I took a week to come back and secure my buy, he was very patient with me throughout the entire process. I live in Lansing and could have gone there to purchase the vehicle from Phillip Chevy in Lansing, but because of Anthony I chose to not even try. I much rather have dealt with him. She listened to us & made sure we were comfortable our entire visit & through the buying process. She came in on her day off because that was the day that worked best for us & also stayed late to make sure we made it through the financing process without any questions. Mike was also great to make sure we were well taken care of & regularly checked in with us. Yasin was very helpful walking us through all the paperwork & made sure to get us out as quick as possible. This was our 1st purchase from Phillips, but we will definitely be back again when it's time for our next purchase.

I went in to Phillips because I saw a great price advertised on their website on the truck I was looking for. I assumed there would be a catch, or the price wouldn't be real, but it was. I met Joe Hamdan when I got there, and he got things going very quickly. I test drove the truck, and they got me a value on my trade. After a few minutes of friendly negotiations, we had a deal! They put everything in black and white with no fuzzy math or hidden fees that always seem to pop up at other dealers. Altogether, I was in and out of the dealership in just over two hours! I had my 4 year old daughter with me, so this was great! Joe even gave her a Phillips Chevrolet heart stuffed toy! This was a great experience with great people. Joe Hamdan is a super nice guy, and the service after the sale has been very good also. Not only do I love my new Silverado, but the whole experience was great!

I was looking to buy my first "real" car for about a month or so and was doing a lot of research and shopping around. When I finally decided that I wanted a Chevy Equinox I visited two other Chevy dealerships before I ended up at Phillips. My mom was actually the one who suggested going there, and made a stop to get some information for me while I was at work. I was originally looking for a used Equinox no older than a 2013. But when my mother talked to Mike Herris and Stephen Robertson, they informed her of rebates that were available that may make buying a new 2016 Equinox affordable for me. I was going to trade in my 2007 Toyota Camry and at the last minute I sold it to my boyfriend and decided to trade in his old car, a 2007 Ford Taurus. Stephen was so patient with me and my family, no matter how many changes I made. They gave me a great price for my trade in, and worked with me on interest rates to get my payments as close to my budget as possible. Both Mike and Stephen were extremely helpful and incredibly kind. Normally, for someone like me, a purchase this big would be very stressful and nerve racking. Mike and Stephen made me, and my mom, feel so comfortable. They really listened to what I wanted and did everything they could to get it for me. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience!

The chrome trim on my 2013 Chevy Malibu kept falling off. It was clearly just a manufacture defect which the service team at Phillips Chevrolet could see. Dan Kachinsky personally helped me out through the whole process because it took a couple of different visits to try and get it reattached to the door so it would stay properly because we were unsure what was causing the issue. Finally, this last time Dan just went ahead and ordered all new parts and molding to reattach the trim from scratch, as well as comp my oil change and tire rotation as well. Everything looks great and I couldn't be happier. Kevin Brasky was also a pleasure to deal with as well this last visit. He got me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around and called me the next day to let me know everything went perfect and my car was ready to be picked up. He even gave me a bag of cookies. I came from Madison Wisconsin and committed to a 2015 Suburban based off the internet sales persons recommendations between 2 vehicles sight unseen. A few different dealerships where the salesmen's showed me pick up trucks that they thought I was looking for even though I came in with very specific wants/needs. Joe Luque met my husband and myself at the doors at LISTENED to what I said I wanted. He showed me a few so that we could get options narrowed down then off to the truck lot we went. Joe left us at one truck that my husband had seen on their website while he went walking the aisles with a purpose. With in just a few minutes, his voice called out, "I found your truck" and he had. Joe really had listened and found my truck with out showing me half a dozen wrong trucks before we walked out in disgust. It was very nice to have a salesman take a girl seriously when she says she wants a pick up truck. I now have a woman's pick up truck with total attitude with out it looking like I'm trying to prove something. My last Chevy lasted 18 years so I'm looking forward to keeping this Silverado 1500 for, hopefully, that long also. Thank you, Joe, for making finding, and buying, this truck so easy!

Teague was very patient and honest with my wife and myself. Teague and the sales staff convinced me to give GM a 2nd chance. I was not planning to purchase a vehicle, especially a GM vehicle on 5/14. As an owner of a GM Saturn Outlook, I experienced many problems that required warrantee repair. Last year I had an engine problem that was covered by half the warrantee. At the beginning of the month I just had the brakes replaced, and was told my vehicle was consuming oil. On 5/14 after talking with the service department I learned my vehicle needed an alternator at a cost of $1300. Teague reassured me when the Government began to intervene with GM operations back in 2009 many improvements and quality checks were introduced to GM vehicles. After discussing the differences between GM and competitors with Teague and the sales staff, they reassured me with regular maintenance a 2016 Chevy Equinox would exceed 200K miles. My wife and I purchased 2016 Chevy Equinox.

About a year ago, I bought a Silverado from Rami and the team at Phillips Chevrolet. I have had all of my service needs handled by Dan Kachinski and his team and could not be more satisfied. Three weeks ago I came into Phillips Chevrolet to look for a work van which Stephen helped me with looking for the right vehicle and he did , purchased a 2016 Chevy express which we are very satisfied with and Stephen was a great help in the decision making for what we needed it for. I have never had first class service like I did when I bought a 2016 Malibu. The sales agents name was Rami and this guy knew everything there was to know about the car. He saved me from making a great mistake and really understood what I was looking for. He took the time to show me several cars until I decided on the LTS. They would also not negotiate at all on either car. Be careful of your trade, make sure to get multi appraisals before you go into this dealership.

Coming from a background in customer service, I really try not to be over critical of others currently in the field. We're all not perfect, I get it. But here at Phillips Frankfort I didn't have to even try. They were the nicest bunch of people I've shopped with. Certainly nicer than the last 2 dealerships that I've bought from. Terrell was extremely helpful with my purchase and I appreciated him driving me to their other lot to see a car that I did end up purchasing. Sam was extremely open to answering my questions and I appreciated his anecdote about how he came to work at that dealership. And I don't know what magic Walter worked but they managed to beat the financing that Capital One was offering me.The only thing that I didn't like was that when I first got there, I had to wait what felt like a long time for Terrell to find the keys to the car I originally wanted to test drive. It was almost a half hour of waiting before he came to tell me the car had sold late night before. While I understand that, it would be really helpful if that communication was worked on so that customers didn't have to wait so long only to be told that. I'm assuming it wasn't Terrell's fault, he didn't seem to have prior knowledge. But it still seems that this should have been communicated faster to the sales team.I still left a happy customer with my 2014 Toyota Corolla. If it ever comes time to trade in or upgrade, I don't have a problem coming back here.

So..I bought a used Ford from a Chevy dealer..3 days later the Trans is revving while the truck struggles to move foward..I believe the internals are screwed up. Based on this situation I wrote some previous unpleasant reviews about phillips..after bringing the truck into them and calming down a bit I would first like to apologize and say the staff had been genuinely very caring about my situation and I believe are doing everything to make it right.I do believe they care so much about they're business that they truly wouldn't have let a customer out the door in a vehicle with these issues..A guy named Dan in the used car dept has been helping me and just has been unbelievably helpful and concerned assuring me no matter what they will have my truck fixed and able to serve my needs for the next 15yrs..my salesperson was Chris B and he was the absolute best salesman I've ever worked with..these unfortunate circumstances still would not steer me away from buying another vehicle from phillips down the road..

Anthony was very accommodating and patient showing me 4 different Malibus until I was able to find one of which I liked the appearance AND price tag. The first I was shown had all the features I wanted but was out of my price range, Anthony looked through inventory and was able to help me find something for less money (still with great features) and finance helped get my monthly payment at a lower rate. With Anthony's assistance and participation, we made the complete tour of the Impalas in stock, found the paint colors we preferred, and searched for the options that we preferred. Anthony moved cars around as we put different colors side by side to confirm what we liked and disliked. Anthony was hustling to get keys and keep pace with us as we changed our minds. We eventually narrowed the search to three cars to road test. Anthony confidently and correctly assured us that the dealership would be very fair with our trade-in and new car price when we selected the car we wanted. He even went out of his way to inform and help us receive and instant rebate, that we weren't aware of, that saved us thousands. Before meeting Tim Rath, I would have said between buying a car and getting a root canal - I'd have picked the root canal. However, Tim is so different then your typical car salesman. We met when we were looking for a used SUV for our growing family. He kept his eye out and I was in at least 3 times looking for the right one. Every time he was patient, not pushy, and always treated me with respect. On our fourth visit, we finally purchased a new SUV. They also gave me the best trade in value on my car which helped even more. Even a year later with another car purchased for my husband, Tim continues to check in with us. I initially helped my father purchase a car here in the fall. I did a lot of searching on the internet and Phillips had the largest selection and the best prices. On my first visit I explained I was looking at cars for my father to narrow things down prior to his visit. Al was very helpful and had everything set up for our next visit so my father had an easier time looking at vehicles. My father ended up purchasing a vehicle and I was so happy with Phillips service I knew I would come back when I was ready for a new car.This week I came in to look at a vehicle for myself. Al was working with another customer so Kevin helped with my search. I test drove a couple different cars and looked at a few others. Kevin discussed the differences in the products and I never felt rushed or pressured. I ended up buying the next day and the whole process went as smoothly as the first time. Kevin also took the time at the end of a Friday night to go over the tech in the car with me to make sure I understood how to work everything.They take the time to walk you through the whole process. Worked with Yasin for the finance portion of both cars and again he takes the time to lay everything out and makes sure any questions you might have are answered.

I had my driver door catch the pillar between the windows and damage it. It was quickly repaired. I had to go back for a different piece two weeks later. It was the quickest and best service I have received at any dealer. Scott was very helpful with getting it taken care of and keeping me updated. Both times he was very friendly.

Ever since I realized my old car did not drive well in snowy weather I knew from then on had to trade it back in. My previous car has been a learning experience in what I would like to see in my next car. I came in today's appointment just wanting to inquire about financing a car. I do not have the best credit, but to be able to drive a brand new car with only 6 miles on the dash is blowing my mind! I even got a nice amount of rebate applied to the overall expenses of the car. I paid $0 down and the monthly payments are doable. My Chevy Cruze is a basic-looking car but once you sit inside it feels so luxurious as if your in a BMW! I never thought would own a Chevy but I have to admit this car is pretty cool. Atmosphere of dealership you could tell is very customer focused. And to mention Joe made this happen without even needing a co-signer, also amazing! I feel much safer on the road and not fearing the whole time I am driving that an accident was inevitable. I am definitely not missing my old car right now! Deuces Pontiac!

Earlier this week, i went on the internet to search for a new automobile and my search led me to the Chevy Impala. I entered my contact information to solicit the best pricing from various dealers and within a couple of minutes I was telephoned by Nicole Linko form Phillips Chevrolet. She was a delight to talk to and my wife and I immediately went to their facility to see the car that I selected. Upon arrival, I was introduced to Erin Carberry and we met Mike Herris, the Sale Manager. I liked both of them instantly. They were both warm and friendly and i felt very comfortable doing business with them. I knew that my search for a new car was over. I was so moved by Erin and Mike that i really did not feel the need to look at other dealerships. Since purchasing my vehicle, i like the follow up that I have received from them as well . . .I can understand why they are a top dealership and why they sale so many automobiles. After looking for a couple of months and having a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships we decided to make our search radius larger and are so glad that we did. Phillips not only had the best price but Rami made the experience a smooth and pleasurable one. He knew we were on our way and since we had a 2 1/2 hour drive to get there he pulled the keys so the car we were interested in would not be sold out under us, which had happened at another dealer. Not only did he pull the keys, he also had the car cleaned up and pulled around to help speed up the process since we had a long drive home. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He paired us with Emir in financing which was a good fit for us. It was a great experience. The next time we are looking for a new vehicle we will look at Phillips and call Rami first.

So my Check engine light came on again it's like the 5th time within the 2 years I've owned this vehicle. I do love the Volt it saves me great amounts of time going to the gas station and obviously the money spent on gas even though it's cheap right now. My point is every time I have this crazy episode with my Volt I bring it in and service department does a great job repairing it. Dan Kachinsky made sure I was happy the second time I brought it in after my check engine light came back on again, he made sure of the loaner so I wouldn't spend more money at Enterprise and thanks to Crystal at service that everything was done correctly. Phillips you have my loyalty you guys are #1 Dealership thank you!

Went into Phillips Chevrolet Christmas Eve to look for a new SUV. I currently had a 1999 Chevy Blazer which I purchased from this dealership and was extremely happy. But time for a new car for me. We were working with the sales rep Jim Rio. I must saw Jim was very knowledgeable and took the time as we were extremely undecisive about which one to purchase. Test drove the Equinox and also the Traverse. We weren't certain about what car we wanted or even if we wanted to purchase a Chevy. We told him we wanted to think about it because I had my car for so long and didn't want to rush into something. He totally understood and was not pushy. We told him we were going to think about it and would come back to him. We came back on New Years Eve and drove the same two cars again and we decided to purchase the fully loaded Chevy Equinox. Jim worked with us with the all bells and whistles this car had and showed us how to work several things in the car. He was extremely patient with us and never felt rushed ... even though it was New Years Eve. He called after we purchased it also to see how everything was going and if we needed anything or help to give him a call. Jim is a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman and we would definitely come back to see him when it is time to purchase another car. We love the car! Rami greeted us warmly the moment we pulled into the lot. We had done a lot of preliminary legwork online ahead of time (their website is great for that!) and had narrowed things down to 5 cars we wanted to look at. Rami helped us come to a final decision and walked with us each step of the way from getting the financing to taking pictures of us with a big red bow on the car (it's Dec 23) when we were finished.Rami's great customer service did not end when the sale was final. After getting home, I realized we had only received one key. With most dealerships, when buying a used vehicle, we would have been out of luck. Not so with Phillips Chevrolet! Rami took care of getting us a second key and remote (at no charge), and again walked me through to work with the service department, even expediting the process for me. Joe L brings a nice balance of wanting to sell (that's his job) and giving you enough space to feel comfortable. The test drive was a great route that tripled the time other dealers give you. I have a young family and he was respectful of my time and worked efficiently to get a fair deal done. My trade in was given fair value and the appraisal was done in an appropriate amount of time. I would definitely recommend using Phillips Chevrolet if your looking for buying a new car! Joe did an amazing job helping me, he listened to what I wanted and what I could afford and initially I was declined but he didn't give up trying and he still was able to keep my payments within my budget! The process of purchasing a new car can be lengthy and tedious but he made it simple and easy. He even stayed after to make sure I understood all the controls in my new car, when I'm ready to trade in my car in a few years I'm going to him for sure!

On my way home from work I had a power steering failure. Was close so I pulled into Phillips Chevy. Curtis japp was outside with a customer. I asked him if they could look at it, he sure can. Wow a service center that treats you like an actual human, what a concept. Got me in and found out I had a recall for that same issue. Fixed my problem and was on my way in about an hour. I've been shopping for a car for about 6 months. Joe Luque was one of the sales people who sent me a well timed email to remind of a deal they had going. He likes to make sure you get a full test drive experience, the first time I test drove a truck and we drove all around the farms in the area. Fun. Then I tried some sports coupes. His full attention is worth it. We looked at every coupe on the lot, even used. If the car i was interested in wasn't on the lot, he was ready to have it transported to the Frankfort location.

Phillips Chevy is a great dealership located in Frankfort, Illinois. I have bought numerous vehicles from them, and have always had good service. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem I have with my 2009 Malibu is the fact that I can't change a headlight on it because there is no access to the bulbs. This is an expensive design flaw on the car. I have to take the car to the dealership every time a head light goes out.

I don't even know where to start with the experience I had with Stephen Robertson at Phillips Chevrolet. I started the search for my truck about 2 months ago and literally went to about 7 different dealerships and test drove multiple models of the Silverado but never made the purchase because I didn't feel the salespeople or dealerships earned my business and when I am spending $40,000 on a truck I want to be treated accordingly so I took my business to Phillips Chevrolet and well let's just say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had in 40 years! I approached Stephen Robertson on one of their car lots who immediately struck a cord with me because he was a well dressed young man who had what can only be described as an exceptional attitude throughout this entire process. We test drove a couple different trucks (used and new) and he applied zero pressure, went through the vehicles top to bottom and extended courtesies to myself I only expect in my home. Stephen searched through the entire lot of trucks until he found exactly what I said I wanted, we test drove it and I was already sold but now starts the dreaded negotiating and paperwork. The purchase of my new Silverado (which is gorgeous lol) was also contingent on a dealer trade so I knew that we had some hurdles to overcome to get our ends to meet. Stephen jumped on this deal like you should expect your salesperson to do no matter how much your spending and he went above and beyond every single chance he could. Stephen made the trade in, the numbers negotiation and financing so headache free I literally almost hugged this man walking out of the dealership after he delivered me the best deal I had seen in two months! Buying a car had been a hassle my entire life until yesterday! I can't say enough about how good this dealership and salesperson truly is! Save yourself a gigantic hassle and go to Phillips and ask for Stephen Robertson so you can rest assured you will be taken care of by the best in the business!

Marty worked with us to find a great car in the target monthly payment we budgeted for. Once we found the car we wanted we went to finance and Yasin worked with us to get the right financing and warranty's in place to suit our needs. The dealership had such a great feel even though this is a good half hour from our house we will make this the place we bring our vehicle for all repairs and oil changes. Why did I go here to buy PRICE! I don't know where to start had so many people helping me . I started with a chat with Samantha which she did at great job of answering my questions and getting the price as advertised. Chris Smith finished up with an email and having the paperwork ready for me when I got there which I asked for. I arrived and was greeted by Joe Luque which finished up with the deal by getting the car, going on test drive,explaining features and filling the car up with gas. I don't know who should get credit for the sale because they worked as a team. I live in Indiana but buy in Illinois because of price and service. When I first arrived I was greeted by Rami. He was very nice and polite. I could tell by his persona he was a very good salesman. Anyway, I was not trying to buy a car that very day but with the deal he gave me I could not pass it up. I told him my goal I wanted to achieve and this guy made it an reality. I went in wanting to walk out with a 2015 Impala in black but came out with a silver one (which soon grew on me). I believe I got a decent amount on my trade as well. Every time I go to visit the dealership he always makes sure to say hi and introduce himself to whomever I'm with. Now that is what I call customer service! Needed service on my 2012 Chevy Volt AGAIN?! As happy i am with my vehicle it's frustrating enough to have to deal with the flaws of the design with the Volt. Nevertheless! Phillips has come out on top amd surprised me the customer with the best service advisement, even offered me a free rental while my vehicle was being serviced over night. Do to some unfortunate life circumstances, my credit was less than stellar. I received a letter from Phillips Chevrolet saying that I was pre-approved for a loan of up to $32,000. I was skeptical, having been rejected and treated badly by another dealership previously,but I made an appointment anyway. When I arrived, I was greeted by JOE LUQUE. He was warm, genuine and understanding of my situation. He was very knowledgeable about his products and you could tell he enjoyed his job & took pride in being part of the Phillips family. Between Joe and the finance manager EMIR CORDIC, I was able to drive away with the brand new 2015 Trax I had come in to see, with an amazinglylow rate and a payment I could handle. There are many dealerships closer to me, but the quality and service I received from Phillips Chevrolet make it well worth the drive.

I took my daughters car there on a recall notice, the second one, and expected to be there two and a half hours. I was greeted and the service was handled by Paul Nelson who was professional, friendly and understanding. I also detailed to him an recurring dilemma with the cars" remote device which they replaced only a few months ago for almost 200 dollars! I wasn't happy about it being the second recall and about the remote device issue. To my surprise Paul came into the waiting area about one hour later and explained they were done,what they did ,and handed me a new remote for the car at no cost. Thank you Paul.

I went to the dealership just shopping for a new truck, My wife just bought a new Chevrolet Traverse from Rami and said I needed to talk to him. It was a Saturday and the place was packed with buyers. I thought to myself... this is no way this guy is going to have time for me. Low and behold I meet Rami. What a great guy.. he took his time and was patience with me...I was in limbo between a new Tahoe or Silverado. So he brought both out of the lot for me to look at and drive.... I decided on the Silver Silverado and he asked me if I bought a truck what other options would I want to make my truck complete......I told him( Protection package, sound proofing, tinted windows, side steps, chrome handles, tahoe cover and chrome tail pipe cover) he made me a package deal I could not pass up.I wanted a new truck.....but, didn't need a new truckThe last new truck I bought was 15 years ago and I still have it with 206.587 miles on itThanks to Rami and thanks to Chevrolet for building an awesome truck for me......and Rami made me feel like I got the deal of a lifetime.. I was greeted by Rami in the parking lot - I was on the phone and he stayed back until my call was complete. That alone speaks volumes of the man! He had enough respect for me to finish my call before approaching me!I went in looking for a Colorado Z71 in the Silver/Grey color family. Within minutes he has a Gunmetal one pulled around and ready for s test drive. When we were pulling back in he told me of the other colors - and the Rock Red (or Red Rock) sounded intriguing to me - so even in the pouring rain, he took me to go take a look at it and I fell in love with the color!In no time flat, he had the deal switched to my new color choice and worked with me on the financing and getting all that to a comfortable place for me. The people at Phillips Chevy, especially Marty McKenna, are fantastic to work with! They make the buying (or leasing) process as effortless as possible. I just obtained my second Equinox from them. I am as happy with the new one as I was with the old one, and the way I am treated as a valued customer at Phillips. The Service Department is also very attentive. Making an appointment is very easy - by phone, via internet - choose your day, choose your time. It cannot get any simpler!

I have been dealing with a lot of dealers in Indiana, and it was awful. I gave up in Indiana, and looked for a high rated dealer. This is the one. I live in a small town about 2 1/2 hours away, it was so worth renting a car and driving to Frankfort, IL. WOW $$$$$ Saving. Some dealers do not realize we have the internet to compare pricing. Phillips Does! I dealt with Chris Smith on the internet through e-mail. He was fast, listened, and delivered the deal. We also talked on the phone, he listened and got back to me right away. Not the case at many of the other dealers that I contacted. Stay away from Lafayette Indiana dealers. Lots of smiles and laughter after you leave.(From the bad deal they just quoted you). The atmosphere is much different at Phillips. I always felt attacked and on the defense , this was just the opposite at Phillips. Do you like to be pressured or intimidated? Go to a tent sale in Lafayette, Indiana. The opposite at Phillips. The dealership has a different focus for its employees. The upper management must be kind and friendly, because it shows in the employees. The biggest example of this is Joe Hamdan. ASK FOR HIM!!!!!! I took a test drive with Joe, the paperwork process, looking over the dealership and the service department. Nice guy I thought. After you buy a car that's it, your on your own. Would you expect a guy spend 5min, 10min, 20min, 30min, showing you and your wife how to use all ,and I mean all , of the cars component features? Joe did. Wow, that new 2015 Chevy Malibu 2LT with Electronics PKG is something to learn. Joe made it so easy. Patient , kind, and funny -That's Joe Hamdan.

The drop off service goes a long way during repairs and the drop off van driver really knows how to treat you like you are part of his family. Terrell Williams was an excellent salesman. Dee Blackwell is a caring person. Paul Nelson is understanding and expeditious. Emir Nordic looks after the dealership's best interests. Dan Costello tries his best to please the customers.

We flew to Chicago from Tampa, to buy from the Phillips dealership in Frankfort. The decision was based on their reduction in price (beat Florida prices completly) and zero interest. Stephen was kind enough to pick us up at OHare in a fantastic new Tahoe. My husband loves to talk shop and ask questions, Stephen was extremely knowledgeable regarding a wide range of automotive details. In the past nine months, we have worked with Chuck Yzaguirre for the purchase/lease of new cars. Chuck is very personable and worked hard to get us the cars we wanted. We were looking for a fully loaded Equinox LTZ in a color other than black. Several other dealers told us there were none within 200+ miles. But Ashley and Chris assured us they could find it and they did! We came in to claim it and got to work with Joe who answered all our questions and even anticipated questions we didn't know we had! He also showed us several ways to finance the car and worked with us to find the best deal. Dan checked our identity and showed us some more options. He also talked to us about how easy it would be to get the tow package. We got a tour of the super clean service area and then met with Yazin to complete the paperwork. Even that was painless! We drove the "unicorn" home that night and since then have enjoyed driving it and receiving all the compliments. Sam called me the next morning to make sure everything was good and we said "without a doubt"! And Joe called to make sure we were happy. Thanks to all the staff for making our experience so great! We recommend you whole-heartedly and will definitely return for the next purchase!

Had issue with spots on my garage floor from rear of car. Jim Monahan took my details and had a mechanic look at it and report back. Said it was overfull trains and took fluid out. Week later same issue with drops on floor. Brought back and did a more intense search and found rear seal leaking. It was fixed and service team was very thorough to get it done right. Good caring staff would recommend service department to anyone.

I found the truck we were looking for on Phillips Chevrolet's website. I must say that after searching many dealer websites that Phillips has the most information about their vehicles. Phillips website shows a lot of pictures of the vehicles they have and not just stock pictures like some dealers do. We made an offer on the new truck and Phillips came very close to the offer so we decided to make the plunge.We made an appointment and Rami met us as soon as we pulled in. Rami is a fantastic guy to work with. This was our first purchase from Phillips and we were very pleased with the experience. Everyone we met along the way showed professionalism. I would not hesitate doing business with them again.

I purchased my second car, a 2015 Chevy Sonic, from Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort. I had salesman Bryan Krupske for both this purchase and my previous. He is straight forward and extremely professional and works to make sure that his customers are getting the best bang for their buck while shopping with Phillips Chevrolet! Bryan even went as far as to help entertain my 16 month old son so me and my wife could focus for a few minutes on the car itself and everything it had to offer. The whole team at Phillips is what will keep me going back. Their porters are extremely courteous and make the new car look like it never even left the factory and the finance department/process has been fast and easy both times I've dealt with them. I hadn't been there I'm a year and the guy remembered me(and not just from info in his computer, he brought up the random stuff we talked or joked about the first time). Overall I'd say Phillips is an outstanding dealership, so go visit them and Bryan!

I came the first time with my new car to get tire service done.I ran over a nail. Jim Monahan, service consultant, was so nice and really helpful to me and made me feel at ease. He told me that my car tire will be looked at and offered my car to get wash afterwards. Jim talk with me and my boyfriend of driving his Camero when he was younger.
