I just bought a 2009 BMW 536ix at Philly Auto Inc. The car looks great, drives better, and the price is close to KBB for excellent condition. My warrant is great, BMW factory and covers all but maintenance and tires. They are courteous, helpful, and probably most importantly, honest. Go here to buy a nice used car and ask for Robinson, he's a very pleasant guy, knows his cars, wants to sell but also wants to make you happy, no hard sell, who will take care of you completely.

My experience with Philly Auto was positive from the start. The Philly Auto team did their best to make this a smooth process. Mike Roddy (salesman) is a straight shooter who allows the customer to draw their own conclusions about the sale. He was upfront and friendly throughout the process. Mike also went above beyond on the day of the sale. He was honest about what he knew and what he didn't know. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is ready to buy a car. My wife and I purchased a BMW X5 2011 About March 25. 2016. We purchased the vehicle. Within that 1 hour. One of the hose busted. And had to get it toad back to the phillyauto. Then brought back to phillyauto Again. And again. Know the vehicle stuck So buyer be very very aware.

First, I want to state that I was a bit skeptical about buying a vehicle from a smaller dealership, but those concerns were quickly put to ease. I was greeted with a hand shake and a bright welcoming smile. The salesperson was not pushy and did not make me feel pressured at all when looking at vehicles. I decided to buy a 2006 BMW 650i that I just couldn't take my eyes off. When it came to making the deal, the people at PHILLY AUTO made it easier than simply signing paperwork. Been researching used beamers through cars.com for a little while now and came across a great inventory over at Philly Auto. I inquired about a nicely priced 3 series, electronically, and I was promptly contacted by George and we discussed some details over the car and then before I knew it I was on the lot peeping the car and test driving it. I cannot describe how much fun the car was to drive. The acceleration, the lines..- everything. Sold. Love it. Back in the dealership now as George is finalizing the deal, thoroughly, efficiently, communicating with me through the entire process. George was awesome. He was accommodating as he was professional, he seamlessly moved throughout the transaction without any hitches; smoooooth. Took care of the banking, terms, insurance etc. as fast as he could. His roughly 20 years experience in the biz surfaced as the transaction was finalized sans the potential car buying hiccups one may face. I really felt George was on my side the whole time and truly cared about getting a good deal for me. He was personable, charismatic, professional and most importantly, honest. I must say the entire staff at Philly Auto was awesome and I had an overall awesome experience. I bought a used SUV from Philly Auto and was pleasantly surprised at the swift, thorough process that had Gene pick me up at the train station, test drive the vehicle, contact my insurance agency (even though my local agency was closed at the time), obtain financing at a decent rate (considering my shaky credit rating) and have me drive out with a nice vehicle -- all in about 90 minutes.

They every car you want anything you want you will get it a reasonable price especially if you work Robinson Gonzalez he is a great salesman he gets straight to the point if you want the car he will make sure you get that car he's just that passionate and determined to have you driving a new car. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! Car had damage that did not appear in the photos. They verbally agreed on a price that was listed on cars.com and fix the damages that were done after the photos were taken. When I called the next day to purchase the car, they gave me a run around for a whole day avoiding to confirm the price that was given the day before and I got a "I'll call you right back" 5 times in a row with no calls.. When I emailed them the following day to give them a final chance, they confirmed the price in an email but once I got approved for a loan from MY BANK, they kept delaying to contact the bank to send sales documents for the loan the entire day. At 4:45pm they told me they are still waiting for a confirmation on the price from the owner when they confirmed it in writing in an email same morning. Needless to say, I ended up cancelling the loan application and bought another car from someone else. If this the way they do business during sales, I would hate to deal with them if something had to be fixed on the car after the car. Avoid this place at all costs.

i must say this was an overall wonderful car buying experience. i was searching for a decent car with an affordable price. after spending a lot of time running around i was recommended here through a friend as well as saw there reviews. after getting here George and Loren took great time showing me there inventory and speaking with me about my situation. they were able to approve me for a 2014 chevy cruze turbo with amazing low mileage within my price range. they showed me full inventory reports and carfax history reports on the car and were spot on knowledgeable with market comparisons. the test drive was smooth everything runs great and did a full detail as well. nice guys who never made me feel like it was just a sale but more of a experience comfortable for me. a great car for myself and my family. if you want great prices and a great inventory to choose from please come to philly auto ask for George or Loren. believe me they will get you approved for the car YOU want at the price YOU need.

Purchased a 2006 Rav4 from Philly Auto, only 80k miles and in beautiful running condition. Our salesman Robinson was really friendly, hospitable, and not the typical "aggressive car salesman" kind of guy. Also, the financing manager, Tom, worked diligently to make sure we got the best deal. We came in late in the day, around 6pm when only 1 bank was left open and pitched us a 19% APR (we have pretty bad credit). Tom said to come back tomorrow because he knew another bank that would be open and would give us a better deal. Surely enough, we got a 12% APR and even lowered the principal cost of the car!! All the staff at Philly Auto is nice and relatable, highly recommended.

I made an appt for 12 noon with a salesman named Fred. After driving 1-1/2 hours I was told fred was busy. I was also told they had good news and bad. good news we have the porsche boxster available. bad news its the bosses daughters. They took 20 minutes to find out it would be another hour before i could see the car because she was driving around in it. Then he wanted to know if I was wasting his time and if I was a serious buyer. HELLO I DROVE AN HOUR AND A HALF!!! What can I say about Philly Auto that hasnt already been said. I came to Philly Auto on a cold, rainy day in October and left with a 2012 Nissan Altima that I absolutely love! Sandra was great, she was helpful and patient every step of the way. She was attentive in finding out my needs and directing me to cars that fit within my parameters. Although the weather was somewhat bad, the office was crowded with customers but the people at Philly Auto made sure everyone was taken care of without too much of a wait. The paperwork process is long but thats expected. Overall I had a warm experience at Philly Auto and would definitely recommend them.

I have lived a number of years now and brought numerous vehicles from different dealerships but my experience at this dealership has to be the worst one of my life. I start out on the Internet and get info in a vehicle. I get a call back the next day from this person named Collins. Set up and appointment to see the car when I get to the dealership and let him know I'm there and this idiot asks me if I want to see the car on his computer! Not, "here are the keys go and look at it and let me know what you think", no but,"look at it on the computer I'm busy with another client". Not only did I have to go out on the lot on my own but the place is cramped and jammed full of vehicles with no space to even open up the doors. After a very long wait and going back to twice to ask Collins was I going to be able to at least test drive the vehicle,he comes out has the vehicle pulled out of the cramped lot and the vehicle is not prepped, cleaned, or detailed in any way. What dealership do you know that doesn't wash their vehicles? It didn't even have enough gas in the tank for a test drive. The whole time I'm worried I'll be shot in Philly as soon as this car runs out of gas. It goes on but for anyone looking to spend their hard earned money why would you spend it in a place that hires salesman with no people skills, and no sales skills coupled with a rude and disinterested type of attitude. This dealership caters to a lower class of customer who have no clue as to how you ought to be treated when your spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle. You have been warned.

I came into Philly Auto after I spoke with a friend about the stress of buying a car. Hoping to not be haggled into buying something I didn't want like the other dealerships in return I received exception service! The young man Robinson that assisted me was polite, understanding and helpful. I didn't feel the pressure I felt at other locations. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. We looked at a couple of cars that I felt still weren't what I wanted and what Robinson did next amazed me. He introduced me to the owner Roman who then heard me in regards to what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. He told me he would look into it and 2 days later I got a call from Robinson that Roman had found the car I had been looking for and it would be ready to pick up by weeks end.
