Bought a certified 4Runner - very nice vehicle. Typical buying process - many courtesies accompanied by many requests for glittering reviews, always stressing that anything less than "completely satisfied" doesn't meet the dealer's standards . Ended up that the car did not have an important (to me) convenience feature listed as included - automatic headlights. Found this out while reviewing the owner's manual to figure out how to make them work. They don't work because the vehicle doesn't have them, although the listing advertises them as included. Responded to dealership request for a good review by pointing out the listing issue. Mark (salesman) responded by email saying "I feel your anger" (not kidding). When I asked if that was it - no solution available or offered, he suggested I note this in my review. Done. Really nice vehicle that will irritate me every time I put the key in the ignition.

Car buying sure has changed. When my car broke down and I had to replace it, I wasn't prepared at all to go in and deal with high pressure sales people, especially since I had no idea what I wanted. Shelly Beckett was my sales associate and she was phenomenal. She made the process so simple and it was more of an enjoyable experience than anything. I felt like I was talking to a friend. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't. She was extremely informative and and didn't play any of the games salesman/women typically play. There was no nonsense. She was able to get me what I wanted for my trade and into the truck I went in really wanting but thinking would be to far out of my range. Shelly was able to get me into the truck for under what I was expecting. She was extremely patient with my wife and I as we asked for a minute multiple times to discuss the terms privately. She was also super understanding when we stopped negotiations for a moment to feed our 3 month old son. I will definitely recommend Shelly to family and friends and anyone else for that matter. Shout out to Derron Rogers and Mark Fiorenza from a single mom that needed a big, dependable vehicle to haul a large family around at a reasonable price-These guys got it done for me! I was SO intimidated going into this whole car buying process I hadn't bought a car since 2001 and haven't had a note on a vehicle in many years so intimidated is actually quite an understatement. Everything about the process was very smooth, and I was surprised at how quickly everything moved along. The pre owned Expedition I was looking at and ultimately purchased was already reasonably priced but they worked within my budget and I even added some warranty for peace of mind and because they worked with me so well on the purchase price! Even my experience in the finance office was flawless. Everyone I encountered in the dealership had a smile on their face and was super personable- I started to ask if they were hiring! I am so excited with my new car and so are my 5 children, this vehicle has everything we could have wanted and more and was Super Clean inside and out! I hope I am not in the market for a new vehicle for a while but when I am I will definitely shop Philpott and recommend Mark and Derron to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

if you were to buy a car, truck, or SUV you got to go to Philpott Motors and see Alan Ramirez. He's at the top of his game and he'll work with you to get the best price possible and into a car that will make you smile 10 miles wide. The sales managers are great, tough guys to work up a deal but they'll work with you to get you into your dream car. I got a Focus ST from here and i made one call to see if they could find one and it took them less then an hour. I was shocked by how fast they got me approved and everything for my new vehicle. So if your in Beaumont, TX take 69 and look for the big ford sign on the left. And ask for Alan and if he's busy the other sales associates are there to help. I searched online for hours trying to find good deals and great prices, but couldn't find the right one until I stumbled across Philpott Hyundai. I searched around for a bit until I found the right price and style of car I wanted. I put my information into the website and within minutes I received a reply from a salesperson. That salesperson was Mr. Daren Hearnsberg. He was very polite and extremely helpful with every part of the process, I spoke to him on the phone at least 7 times to ask questions about how purchasing a new vehicle works and the perks of purchasing from Philpott Hyundai. He answered everything honestly and explained his answers in detail. We met later that evening the same day and I was delighted at what I was shown and I had experienced with new vehicle. The process of purchasing the vehicle was very smooth and easy for myself as a first buyer of a new vehicle. Scott Danks was our salesman on a very hot day this July. He not only answered all our questions, but when he returned with the keys for our test drive he also brought 2 bottles of cold water. Very thoughtful and considerate. He was very attentive during and after the sale. We had already priced the truck we were wanting at 2 other local competitors and he made sure we had the best price. We were told by two other sales people (at another dealership) that the color vehicle that we wanted with the options we were looking for would take a while to find and they seemed as though they did not want to take the time to help. This was my first time to buy from Philpott. We bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited (Certified Pre-owned). Beautiful car, no complaints yet. Our salesman, Daren Hearnsberger, was very courteous, and did everything he could to accommodate us. Most of the work was done over phone, email, and texting, so when we got to the dealership, we only had to spend a couple of hours. Most of that was spent signing papers and waiting for the financial guy to process the paperwork. My only complaint was that when we got to the finance manager's office, he seemed to be very abrupt. He didn't thoroughly answer some of our questions, and had information that was slightly different from what we had talked over with the sales guy. Nothing major, just a discrepancy over the Roadside assistance plan and the mileage on the car. Overall he just seemed to be trying to rush us through so he could go home. Granted is was 7:45 pm at this point, so we were all ready to go home. He seemed like a nice guy, but he just wasn't very accommodating - all business. Overall, it was a good, easy, hassle-free experience. There wasn't a lot of haggling, although we did try to chisel it down a little. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted.

Time and patience has been taked to consider our wants and concerns. Great experience buying our new truck here. Mark Fiorenza was a great help and very professional. Really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. Even found us a couple extra rebates we weren't expecting. Overall really great experience here and I would definitely recommend Phil Pott Ford for your next vehicle purchase! Tried several times to punch in Excellent overall rating, but it wouldn't let me.

I haven't bought a vehicle in about 15 years, we keep ours till they have no life in them anymore. This time around I had to buy it without my husband and Adam Carter our salesperson made it so easy! I'll see him again in another 15 hopefully!

This had to be the worst experience ever in buying a vehicle. We have bought many cars and trucks and this experience will be the reason that we never buy a used auto. The salesman Rick G flat out lied about the condition and became indignant when questioned about an issue he knew nothing about. He also sent us a text that threatened that if we cuss him which we did not that we would wait forever for the missing items on the truck - professional right? The used car sales manager would not return calls. The GM pretty much called us a liar about all the scratches on the 2014 truck even though the delivery driver saw the numerous amount of them. They all try to cover and defend the others behavior. This truck was driven 300 miles with 40lb of air pressure in one of the front tires and 60lbs in the other and 80 in the rear but they said they checked it! It was delivered w/1 key and no floor mats. It took 10 days to get new mats even though the day it was delivered the salesman said he would over night them with the key. They did not have either item. The lack of concern about the condition of the truck and the lies was astounding. They will not call you back. We find more scratches everyday as we are detailing it. I am still waiting for the Customer relations lady to call - that was over a week ago. DO NOT BUY from them if you can not see the auto before the purchase. Best advise - BUYER BEWARE!

In may of 2014 I decided to buy a new vehicle and begin online for a car search. As with everything I looked at a lot of sights. When I found Philpott fords used vehicle web site I found a 2007 GMC YUKON and applied online and BAM I received a quick response from Chris Hoffpauir and he walked me through everything. He answered every question I could think of and then answered some I had not thought of. I picked up my vehicle and was on my way. WOW what an experience out of the many cars I have bought this guy really made it painless.

After spending a day shopping for a car, my last stop was Philpott. Just wish it had been my first stop. It was almost closing time and what I thought was someone from the service department (only because he was locking up the cars for the night) asked if we wanted to test a car. We told him that we had already driven most of the one models he had and what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay. He said ," well I am sure that can be arranged" and literally within minutes., we had a deal. After all of the other dealers saying no way, he made it happen. We got what we wanted and paid the price we wanted to pay. We were not being unreasonable in what we were looking for because of all of the research that we had done. I am not one to haggle and with this guy and this dealership, I did not have to. Great job Scott! Glad to do business with you!.

Nathan Jones is one of the few (if not only) car salesmen I have worked with and felt good about after the deal. Nathan was very helpful and not pushy. I don't have a lot to say about the loan service at the dealership itself, but I was able to take care of that on my own.

Daren Hearnsberger was our salesman, he was an individual that did not pressure us at anytime to make a buy. He was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions about several vehicles that we were interested in. My wife and I felt that he did not try to influence us to buy one vehicle or another, but allowed us to make up our own minds. W hen we called, he returned our calls promptly and when we e-mailed he responded in a like manner. He was very professional at all time and very helpful during and after the sale. We are very pleased with our new Sonata(2014). If I buy another vehicle from Philpott, Daren will be the 1st person I will ask for to help me with my next purchase.
